Over 90% of modern people suffer from breathing problems. The common problems include chest breathing, mouth breathing, and hyperventilation (increased minute ventilation). All of these factors reduce oxygen levels in body cells and promote chronic diseases. Good breathing is THE FOUNDATION for health and the ability to breathe through your nose 24/7 and breathing exercises to improve daytime breathing habits are the key to restoring productive sleep. - The health implications of better sleep include improved cardiovascular health and, as research is now showing, maybe a factor in reducing the incidence of Alzheimer’s Twelve tips for better sleep: - ✔️Try to sleep on your side with the head slightly elevated. This reduces the tidal volume of breathing. Avoid sleeping on your back. (it reinforces mouth breathing and snoring ✔️Always breathe through the nose. ✔️ Tape your mouth if your mouth is open during sleep. ✔️Don’t over-sleep, 7-8 hours is adequate for an adult, 8-9 hours for children. ✔️Avoid meals late in the evening or snacking close to bedtime. ✔️Eliminate caffeine and alcohol in the evening ✔️Sleep in a dark room, no lights or illuminated clock in the bedroom. ✔️Ensure the bedroom is well ventilated, don’t over-heat the room. ✔️Avoid loud alarm clocks. ✔️Turn off screens: computer, games, email, Facebook at least 2 hours before bedtime. Razões para NÃO fazer agachamentos com barra! - - É um dos exercícios mais utilizados por atletas profissionais ou amadores, assim como um exercício fundamental para muitos treinadores mas será que os benefícios se sobrepõem às consequências? - - O agachamento com barra é muito utilizado para trabalhar diferentes tipos de força assim como para treino classico de hipertrofia. - - É um exercício que consiste num movimento no plano sagital, com uma carga vertical com preponderância na ação dos membros inferiores, anca e coluna/core. - - Eis algumas razões pelas quais o seu uso deve ser limitado: - 1- movimento no plano sagital.
