This is by far the hardest workbook I’ve ever used, but also the most rewarding. I’ve learned so much about what self-love and self-respect IS and IS NOT. Actionable, planning, definitions, and reflection all in a single writable book! I’ve already implemented some of the work into my life by creating systems in place for me to have better balance and self-view. A little insight about Fear from 52 Weeks of Reflection Practice…. On this day when our children may experience fear, remember, it’s not the feeling of fear that causes trauma, it’s feeling the fear alone, without someone there to comfort you, that can cause trauma. “We cannot avoid the feeling of fear; for ourselves or our children.
