Okay but it's super interesting how
Din = Power = Ganondorf
Naryu = Wisdom = Zelda
Farore = Courage = Link.
Because Din, in the hylian creation myth, created the physical world. Naryu then created the laws - gravity, time, etc. And Farore finally created life - plants and people.
Din created the body, naryu the mind, Farore the soul.
And the triforce and its wielders so perfectly reflect that.
Ganon is physical power, he is big and intimidating and he breaks things. He is cunning and determined, but that's not what he focuses on. He is might makes right.
Zelda is wisdom and cleverness. She is stall tactics and information and team work. She is a powerful mage with a spine of steel, but that's not how she'll win. She is the pen being mightier than the sword.
Link is courage and persistence. He is the wild card sneaking behind enemy ranks, always moving, plunging into terrifying situations head first. He's a phenomenal fighter with a keen wit, but that's not what will get him through his challenges. He is bravery not being the absence of fear but the triumph over it.
They sit in perfect parallels to each other.
And ganon is reborn through his body - his resurrection is immortality. No matter how low he is cast, as long as he has a body he can claw his way back. He can cling to his power, build it ever higher.
Zelda is reborn through the magic of her bloodline. It's the accumulated knowledge handed down for generations, the unique power she must master, the skills she must develop to survive and get her kingdom out the other side intact. Even her name, the knowledge of herself, is handed down from all the way from the very first. Her ancestors knowledge of her future presence, her stability, is what gives her the edge.
Link is reborn in spirit. He is not bound by flesh or blood. Just like his wanderlust soul he can reappear in any time or place. His variation, his unpredictability, is exactly how he fights. It's what makes him so hard to pin down.
Ganons need to build strength means he can't chase after link. Links impulsiveness means zelda can outwit him. Zeldas stationary predictability means she's an easy target for ganon.
But the other direction?
Fire melts ice, ice redirects lightning, lightning burns fire.
And that's the very essence of the triforce.
#It's little details spread across the games like this that just makes it work so WELL it's SO COOL#They're all great at all parts of the triforce but they CHOOSE to focus on the path most meaningful to them#And that's literally reflected in their unique cycles of reincarnation isn't that just AMAZING#And that's why the team up is so important! If they were all working against each other they'd be locked spinning their wheels#If zelda and ganon teamed up link would immediately die and if link and ganon teamed up zelda would instantly perish#It's the link zelda team up that means ganon is the one who kicks it#Also the elemental thing was cool but they do jump around a bit. Like wind is there half the time#In botk the gerudo have lightning and the goron have fire. Farosh still has lightning tho and dinraal fire#In ss lanaryu was the lightning and faron had water like its all over the place thematically. And that's when it's only 3!#Don't even get me started on the 5/7 lots notankyu#But that's the most common group and it's also thematically accurate#Fire being the only one able to self perpetuate with fuel. Can be banked up again. Ice compresses with time but needs the right environment#Lightning go boom 👍 you can feel the static in the air but you don't know when/where it'll strike and then it's all over#Like fr it's hilarious zelda and ganon are playing the long game and link runs past eats all the pieces and while ganons yelling after him#Zelda checkmates his king. And nobody can prove she wasn't cheating because nobody was looking lmao#Ah the duality of metaphors#ANYWAY isn't that so neat???#Reason no.372 why rhoam was a terrible king he didn't just screw up he did it ✨thematically✨#If link had been allowed to run off and get dirty and if zelda was allowed to study her interest (like post kingdom fall FOR EXAMPLE)#They'd have won (like aoc) but nooooooo. I've already made a post (or 3) about it lmao I'll be quiet now#loz#legend of zelda#botw#triforce#loz link#the legend of zelda#zelda#loz botw#ganondorf#loz ganon

this has no basis in anything but i can't shake the idea of ganondorf just being an incredibly reticent teenager (going along with my now-stuck headcanon of him being very isolated as a kid) who spent a ton of time just sort of observing people and absorbing information, who then around the age of stepping up to more active/public kingship was like 'okay I've done that stage, time to sink all those skill points i accumulated into charisma, manipulation and theatrics' which he views as a perfectly normal progression but seemed kind of sudden and bizarre from the outside. what I'm saying is that the original form of Nabooru's 'i don't know you any more, you are not the man I knew' was 'dude what the fuck weren't you an introvert'

Ancient Loz AU Story
Tumblr media
10,000 years before the events of BOTW the Princess of Hyrule and the Hero who wields the sword that seals the Darkness first fought off the Calamity. With the help of the Sheikah, Guardians, Champions and the Divine Beasts. However, the hero and her best friend; the Prince of the Gerudo, were now missing. The only one to return from the fight was the Princess… Bloodied and bruised. She emerged from the castle alone. No longer the energetic, and free spirited person she used to be. Now, she is filled with a sole dedication to her Kingdom. But cold, and filled with deep sorrow. She orders the Sheikah to create shrines to train the next hero. They prepare the towers, store the Guardians under the castle till they are needed. Research started on the slate where it can be used for building infrastructure and even battle. Anything to help prepare for another Calamity.
The Gerudo Prince wasn't seen again and the heroes identity was forgotten But, the Royal blood of Hylia lives on….
Tumblr media
Link is from a traveling caravan. His family has blood from the ancient Zonai tribe. He travels with a decent size troupe along with his sister, father and grandmother.
He meets Zelda during a festival where he was entering an archery contest in castletown. Zelda, who was disguised as Sheik, was also entering. She beat him at the contest(barely), but was extremely bothered by how good he was.
The festival goes on for about 3 days and at the end there is the sword ceremony where all the people coming of age(18) can attempt to pull the sword. She was presiding over it and witnessed him pull the sword and his whole life change. Not long after they meet officially and Link is appointed as her Knight; She introduces him to Ganondorf, her best friend from childhood.
And the chaos and comrade-ere ensues~
Over 3 years they travel, train, fall in love and wait for the day when the evil is supposed to show itself. With no sign of the great evil, they start to relax a bit. But that is when it strikes. Ganon travelling by himself at this time. Explores a cave in the Gerudo desert and encounters something ominous. Whispers in the dark speak to him and his fears and wants and his distaste for the King of Hyrule…. The voice is familiar, much too familiar, and before he can fight back it consumes him. When he awakes he is alone. He isn't instantly ‘evil’ but over time it twists his thoughts and actions. His closest friends and mother grow concerned. He becomes harsher and radical. Cruel. During a secret meeting with the King, Ganon assassinates him. Zelda happens upon Ganon covered in blood. She thinks he's hurt and is concerned by his behavior the past year. He snaps. He tells her every dark thing he has been thinking, and that he killed her father. In shock, and devastated, she can’t move as Ganon is about to strike her. But Link manages to get to her in time because the master sword was glowing, something he has never seen before but an instinct so old took over him. He races to escape with her. Ganon takes over the castle. But only as a steward because the King and the Princess are nowhere to be found. No one is the wiser to his malevolent plots. Yet. He knows she has to act fast since Zelda and Link escaped.
Zelda and Link make it all the way to Kakariko Village and Impa and they are all Informed that the Calamity is upon them. No one can believe it is their Ganondorf who is doing this but it is undeniable. They grieve, but they must act fast. With the help of the Sheikah they gather the guardians, monks and send word to the Races and Champions to prepare for battle. Zelda listens as Link hums an old Zonai Lullaby his mother used to sing to him. And it makes her remember something she read about. A story about there being an ancient Zonai device below the castle that would help defeat the Demon King.
Impa knows the tunnels She can help them sneak in. So they prepare to infiltrate the castle.
Under the castle they find the Zonai Artifacts that were left behind for sealing the great evil.
Ganon's followers saw them enter however and informed him. Knowing this is his chance he stops all pretenses and releases his power. Unleashing a mob of monsters and a cloud of malace into the castle and across Hyrule. But the Champions and Shekah are prepared to meet them.
Looking around for any clue. Trying to think of anything they read or that Link heard from his family that could be used to turn on the sealing jewelry. They don’t know how to activate it, but Ganon is going to be upon them soon as they had to fight through hordes of monsters beforehand.
Out of the dark behind them he emerges.
Zelda and Link manage to avoid the surprise attack. They both go on the defensive. They fight and try to reason with him. They can’t believe this is their friend, their lover. The fight is tough, because they all know each other's moves after training together for years along with the emotional turmoil. Zelda tells Link he needs to figure out how to activate the artifact if they are to succeed. She will hold him off. But by this point they are both exhausted.
Ganon manages to cut Link, spraying blood over the floor and the statue. Link falls to the floor and Ganon towers over him ready to strike him down, but Zelda blasts him away. Ganon turns his attention to her. Annoyed with her meddling and manages to land a blow on her also. Cutting the tip of her right ear off.
Tumblr media
The statue lights up from the blood. The blood of a zonai. That  was another part of the Lullaby from Links family Zelda realizes. The Jewelry glows and expands before flying off the wrists of the statue to Link. He is surrounded by a green glowing light that blasts Ganon and Zelda back. The bands constrict around his arms and legs disintegrating the clothing underneath. He screams. Zelda watches on in horror as Link transforms before her. His skin is turning black and his bones and skin stretch until he is 6 ft tall. What did she get him into? This was supposed to help them what was happening… She is living in a nightmare. What else will she have to give up. She cries as she looks at him, feeling his pain and fear. His hair band she had given him falls from his hair. Rolling across the floor towards her. “..Zelda….” He says
Tumblr media Tumblr media
She picks up the hair band and goes to him! But he is not really responding. He is restrained and struggling within himself. His head is filled with the spirits of the Zonai he knows what he must do…he knows this is the last time he will see Zelda and Ganon. To seal the Demon King he must sacrifice himself. He says the last part of the Lullaby to Zelda and she knows. This is it. She kisses him. Though a bit strange now that he's so tall and his lips are cold. Ganon is getting up across the cavern from them, laughing. He mocks them and their weak attempts at thwarting him. One last clash. Zelda manages to get his weapon from him and Link plunges his arm into Ganons chest activating the sealing power. Glowing green. They both freeze in place and all is quiet. Entombed under the castle. The malice and monsters disappear. Zelda cautiously goes up to them. She doesn't touch them lest she break the spell somehow. The only thing she does is grab the hair bangle that fell to the floor in the final fight. It was the one from Ganon’s hair. And she left for the surface.
Alone.

Let me just preface this by saying everyone is allowed to have their own opinions, TOTK is a really fun game, and I'm glad that other people have been able to enjoy the story as well.
...But I'm being dead serious with my complaints about the narrative being 100% imperialist propaganda. And I'm getting really tired of people replying to those posts by saying it can't be imperialist propaganda, because imperialism is bad and the game says that Hyrule is the good guys.
Like, guys. That's not the argument you think it is. Yes, I am aware that the game tells us Ganondorf is a flat, one dimensional character with no ambitions, interests or motivations beyond destroying the entire world for the hell of it, and also it's totally not racist because he's green, not brown like literally every other member of his race. Unfortunately literally all of these things are kind of the entire goddamn problem.
See, the thing is, everyone trying to make these arguments is accepting the game at face value. Hyrule is the perfect and almighty nation chosen by the demigod Zonai, and whose royal family has the right to rule due to their divine heritage. The other races exist to serve the glory of Hyrule, and they're happy to do it. Ganondorf is pure evil and must be stopped at any costs.
But that's not how anything works. The story informing me that Hyrule is the ultimate good that has done nothing wrong is the whole goddamn reason why I don't trust Hyrule at all. There's always more of a reason than that. And the game fucking suggests there was more going on! Ganondorf mentions Rauru has repeatedly 'invited' the Gerudo to become Rauru's subjects, and let's be clear here, it doesn't matter how peaceful those 'invitations' were, when the guy who owns every single magical nuclear missile in the world repeatedly demands you surrender to him, there's always going to be an implied threat of 'do it or get magically nuked'. Just that power difference alone shows us exactly why Ganon would feel threatened enough to invade. It's because Rauru was holding a gun to his head, and Ganon was expected to just trust that he'd never pull the trigger.
And yes, even if it wasn't intentional Hyrule was always threatening to wipe out the other nations, considering the entire royal family walked around openly wearing their magical nukes as cute accessories. If they couldn't be safely hidden away, there wouldn't be four other secret stones sitting untouched in a vault until the last second.
But that's never acknowledged. Of course Hyrule is the only nation with the right to the secret stones; even if other races get to touch them, they can only have them if they swear eternal blind loyalty and servitude to the glory of King Rauru and Princess Zelda. Ganon wanting to have one magical nuclear bomb out of a stockpile of eight of them is proof that he's dangerous and evil. I mean my god, what if he just walked around all day wearing a magical nuke and using its power for his own benefit, that would be terrifying. It's only okay when Hylian royalty does it.
And you can't argue that Ganon betrayed his own people, considering we don't get to know fucking anything about his relationship with his people. He's shows as the leader of the Gerudo, we're told he's a hero to his people, he has soldiers that loyally follow him into battle... and then oh nevermind, they all hate him and will spend eternity trying to atone for sharing a race with him. How did the entire race do a complete 180 in the span of at most a few months? Who cares, what's important is that now they accept they exist to serve Hyrule so they get to be the good guys now and we don't need to know why they were following Ganondorf, or why they stopped following him.
Basically my point is that yeah, I fucking know how the game insists everything went down. That's the entire reason I think it's imperialist propaganda, because the entire story feels like Hylian propaganda to conceal and justify some horrific atrocities that caused all of this. I literally do not believe that I'm getting the story through reliable narrators, especially considering that the only people allowed to actually tell me the story are all the characters that have the most reasons to be heavily biased in favour of Hyrule.
When the game shows me protagonists that have a massive amount of power and control over the entire world, then says the bad guy doesn't like that system just because he's evil, and literally nothing and nobody in the game says anything to oppose that take, I have some questions about what the fuck the story isn't telling me. And I'd really appreciate it if people would stop trying to argue with me just by telling me to stop asking those questions.

Okay, but I personally think the sages are wrong about this.
Tumblr media
Was it? Was it really?
The sages of old, at their full power, backed by their king, weren't even a threat to him.
Tumblr media
And the new sages STILL aren't.
Tumblr media
Plus, the only reason the sages even awakened at all was because Ganondorf leads you right to them. Tulin wouldn't have become with Sage of Wind if Colgera wasn't whipping up whirlwinds. Yunobo would have been happily mining away if people weren't poisoned by Marbled Rock Roast. Riju wouldn't have even known the Lightning Temple existed if not for the Gibdo threat. Sidon might not even have been given the throne if not for the Sludge Like incident. Mineru's the only one he could be seen as "obstructing," and even then, she was never a challenge to him.
Tumblr media
And then you've got the fight at Hyrule Castle, where Ganondorf says this:
Tumblr media
And when he leaves, Riju makes this comment:
Tumblr media
These aren't unrelated. It's not that Ganondorf wanted to prevent Link from getting the Secret Stones to their chosen hands; the sages misread him. It's always, and ONLY, been stalling tactics.
Tumblr media
All of it.
Tumblr media
Every moment that makes Link pause.
Tumblr media
Every side quest that throws him off course.
Tumblr media
Every show of power that gets Link's attention.
Tumblr media
It's all a diversion so he can gain more strength.
Tumblr media
Ganondorf is an experienced leader. He's a tactician. He knows what he's about.
It's a multi-fold strategy. Run down your enemy's resources while preserving your own, bide your time and observe, then crush their spirit by making them think they have a chance you can tear away from them on a whim. He wants you to have the sages so your morale breaks when he destroys them again.

Notes:
🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️
(Name) Fit in exceedingly well, the people recognizing him as not just their kings mate but future queen.
(Name) Hadn't seen his sister since he left, she hadn't sent a letter or anything and frankly it hurt (name) deeply as he sat in Ganons lap, the Alpha soothing him with callused hands, they left tomorrow for the wedding and (name) was genuinely excited to marry his alpha but he was also so anxious! Anything could go wrong!
"What is troubling that pretty head of yours?" Ganon kissed the others temple as the smell of distress was suffocating but Ganon refused to let his love struggle alone "what if something goes wrong?! What if I trip! O-or it rains!" (Name) Turned to straddle his lap as he looked up anxiously and clung to the alphas tunic "what if I make a fool of myself!"
"Darling, I had an indoor wedding arranged because I know you hate that you can't control weather and don't want wind blowing everything away especially with the winds of central Hyrule, your wedding attire is just high enough so that your feet can't get caught and you will not make a fool out of yourself, you are brilliant and I will do everything in my power to assure that our wedding is nothing short of magical" ganon promised and (name) looked at him with watery eyes and nodded, ganon kissing his tears away.
The trek to Hyrule was longer than he remembered, (name) still looking out eagerly at the vast desert that turned into the mountains and fields of Hyrule as ganon read his book quietly, the two fully invested in their own things. Something Ganon appreciated as he was a rather reserved alpha, he liked that (name) could handle himself and didn't need him 24/7 for every little thing, the two developing an excellent schedule.
(Name) Was depwndant on him but not co-dependant on him, he didn't need Ganon to feed him unless it was his heat or he was gravely ill, the Alpha remembered when the poor thing suffered with gurudo fever... Poor thing.
"I feel... I can barely move" (name) was covered in sweat as the palace medical team kept his body cool with water and cold soups "why do I feel like this" his voice hazy and waved in and out as he looked at Ganon as if he had all the solutions to his problems and in a way he did "it's gurudo fever, my love... Your little Hylian body can't handle the heat but it will pass with proper care" the poor Omega was bedridden for almost two weeks as he slowly recovered from it.
And now he was as happy as ever, writing everything down he saw to research later in the gerudo libraries and possibly Hyrule castles libraries as they would be at the palace for a few days before setting off to their honeymoon.
Though Ganon didn't think (name) would have much of a chance seeing as the wedding and post events would take up so much time not to mention the fact (name)s heat was close.
The way to the castle was filled with cheers and joy as (name) waved at them as ganon looked at him lovingly, the Omega was so happy to see everyone take the time to see them on their way to the palace, festival decorations everywhere.
Their wedding wasn't until tomorrow and the couple was thankful, Zelda greeting them formally "it's nice to see you in good health little brother" (name) saw the small smile on Zelda's face before letting them settle in, having her own things to attend to as the wedding would be tomorrow and guests were already in the city.
Ganon smiled at the omegas bedroom, such a large bed for a tiny little Hylian.
(Name) Sat on Ganons abdomen as they kissed, having not had a moment of privacy the entire trip and (name) was getting needy "you have to wait till after the wedding to do that little one" ganon could smell the neediness on (name) as the other pouted, the two has gotten much bolder with their touches but Ganon knew never to go too far, not until the honeymoon where ganon was going to blow this cuties mind.
"I can't believe Zelda let us stay together, unwed" (name) giggled as ganon rubbed the others things "she would lose her mind if she caught wind of what we have done back home"
Back home, ganon liked that (name) saw gerudo valley as home.
That he potentially saw Ganon as home.
(Name) Woke early, as did ganon, Gurudo women and Hylian maids came in to get them ready for the wedding and bring them to respective dressing rooms, the castle in full affect as royalty and high standing people from across Hyrule joined festivities, everyone absolutely thrilled at the couple blessed by hylia, (name) and ganon deemed by the people a power couple. (Name) Was dressed in a beautiful blend of gurudo and hylian as Ganon gifted him heirlooms from his ancestors, beautiful gold's and rubies that (name) wore with pride while glancing at his mate to be occasionally as he was dressed in Gurudo regalia, something he couldn't take his eyes off of.
He was just so beautiful... His thick red hair woven into braids down his back and muscles in display... Thank god the maids and such were betas as Ganon gave him a look that said 'behave' and (name) pouted a bit but controlled himself.
If you asked him months ago if he would ever consider acting like this, he would have been scandalized but Ganon had been working hard to let him embrace himself "Gurudo do not believe in shame with ones body" he once said when (name) panicked at the fact he slicked when they were making out and from that point, ganon made points to compliment and help (name) embrace his Omegan qualities and quirks.
The best in their bedroom was a start.
(Name) Sat before Ganon, the two on their knees as they looked at one another lovingly as their respective priests spoke, two very different wedding cultures being blended together wasn't easy but (name) was happy it worked.
"You may now present your mating marks" Uberosa said calmly as the Hylian attendees of the wedding looked confused and Zelda was even a little confused despite being told of this. (Name) Adjusted himself so his neck was bared to the king who gently slotted his face against it and bit down, carefully to not hurt his precious mate but firm enough to bound him forever and to the Hylians horror, watched as (name) returned it though he had to sit up a bit more to do so.
An Omega marking an alpha? That was the topic of conversation as the ceremony finished, all the guests going to the great Hall for cocktail hour and the party as the mates changed and got ready for the reception.
But first, Ganon calmed his omega down who was a bit overwhelmed from the mating and neediness that came from it, typically guredo weddings were ceremony then everyone parties while the couple gets busy with it and on last night they join the final party with a traditional dance.
But since it's Hylian as well, they had to do it in a day.
"Shhh, my love... You did so good" ganon cooed as he removed the jewelry as (name) grew stressed when the maids tried to remove it for him "my beautiful mate, you were beautiful... Absolutely wonderful" his praises and kisses calmed (name) as they gently cuddled, they had more than enough time till they were to make their presence and (name) could feel the slight burn of his preheat, something now only Ganon could smell.
"Now, shall we get ready and show the world just how wonderful you are?" Ganon cooed as he led (name) to get dressed, dismissing the maids as he dressed the Omega himself and gently laying kisses wherever he saw. He wore Hylian heirlooms along with gurudo though now in silver, his sister's silver and crystal tiara made to look like Leafs and silver and diamond jewelry, white robes with silver embroidery of gurudo and hylian aesthetic.
Ganon sat (name) down as he put the sandals on the other, kissing his ankles as he did so "truly, the goddess's blessed you with nothing less than the beauty of Hyrule" (name) grabbed the alphas jaw and slowly pulled him into a kiss before resting his forehead onto the others "I love you" (name) whispered and the world stopped for the two as ganon broke out into the largest smile "I love you as well, my darling" Ganon would move the heavens for this radiant star that was (name), he would do anything to hear those words again.
(Name) Held onto Ganons arm during the reception, the kingdom partying for the royal wedding as the Goron Chief bludo stomped towards the couple with a large grin "my! King ganon you are truly a lucky man!" He said happily as he looked at the Omega "you let me know if he's being a knothead, I'll whip him into shape!" He teased and (name) giggled at him "maybe one day you two can visit our suanas, we recently found one low enough from the mountain to not harm Hylians fragile skin!" (Name) Looked up at his mate hopeful and ganon smiled "we can visit come the winter months, enjoy the waters to their fullest"
The couple greeted their guests and various royalty and tribe leaders, (name) excited to see impa as she praised him "My, you truly have grown" Impa smiled as she looked at the prince, now queen consort who dazzled the room "you must visit me sometime soon, enjoy the peace" (name) remembered when he was very little, his father would take him there kn disguise to see the omegas god mother of sorts along with Zelda, the two playing with Cuckoo's and Zelda learning archery as (name) helped impa, she gave him his first book for himself; Hyrule: a history.
The couple watched as the guests danced, (name) grinning as ganon and him did traditional Gurudo dances together as a newly wed couple before Zelda and (name) danced, typically it was the Sire or the Dam but since they had neither Zelda stepped in.
"I just apologize" she said softly to her brother as they danced, fire arms touching as they moved in sync and years of formal training coming into action "it was unfair of me to deny you your mate, it was selfish and cruel... I hope you can forgive me" her words sincere and hopeful as (name) smiled "I forgive you, I know you care... Even if it's in your own way" he teased as the other smiled, lost in their own world as ganon smiled at the siblings and glanced at his sister "he is truly remarkable" she whispered and ganon felt his heart melt.
Yes.
He really was.
Eventually, Ganon wisked (name) off as the Omegas preheat set in and washed the Omega in a bath as he was dizzy and needy "were married..." (Name) Mumbled as he rested his head between Ganons pectorals, purring softly as the other rubbed up and down the omegas back soothingly "we leave come dawn, your heat won't be arriving for another day or so and then you finally get to do what you want you horny Omega" ganon teased as he explained the plans to his mate who was almost passed out on him "sweets?" The Omega was already out of it, during heats he often craved sweets and meats.
"Uberosa made sure you will have some for the trip, now sleep my love"
(Name) Wore soft and light clothes during the ride as he slept in Ganons arms, his body slowly growing warmer as ganon read his book quietly as to not wake (name).
He was gonna need all the sleep he could get.
Their honeymoon was a month long as the first week was dedicated for (name)s heat and Ganons possible rut, newly mated pairs had the possibility of them triggering one another's cycles early.
It was quite small, but enough for ganon to get around but for royalty the seven bedroom cottage on the lake side was tiny.
But that's not what ganon cared for, it was what was around it that was important to him.
(Name) Never really experienced his home land, horses and wildlife all around them and guards hidden throughout the area but for now he had a needy omega to attend to.
(Name) Had woken and whined, the early stages of his heat... He hated now painful it was.
(Name) Chirped as ganon kissed him, removing his clothes and letting the other worship his body with kisses and touches as ganon groaned at the taste of the Hylians sweat, like concentrated pharamones "take... Take off your clothes" (name) grumbled as he tugged at Ganons large tunic with a point "still coherent? How are you feeling my star?" Ganon asked his mate while removing his clothes and not missing how (name) stared at his gurthy cock with a hungry expression, Ganon knew outside of heat that this Omega would be a mess at the concept of his cock.
He had that heat confidence.
"I don't.. hurt as much .." (name) whispered as ganon kissed his cheek gently "do you wish to nest before we get into it?" Ganon asked his love who nodded and took the Gurudo kings large tunic and his pants before looking to ganon hopefully, thankfully the Alpha understood the assignment immediately and went and collected all the nesting supplies he could for the other.
It was adorable seeing (name) make a big nest for the two, both butt naked as ganon slowly stroked his cock at the sight of his naked mate, (name) was perfect and god he couldn't wait to see him pregnant with his pups.
When (name) finished, he laid on the nest sweetly as he looked at the others hard cock and the fog in his eyes and the chirp told ganon one thing.
It was go time.
(Name) Spread his pretty legs and ganon was between them in lighting speed as he lapped at the others hole, a gutteral groan escaping him as (name) jolted at the pleasure having never experienced something so blissful and powerful as the others tongue pushed in and deep, he knew the others tongue was larger than his but fuck!
(Name) Let Ganon do as he pleased as he clung to anything he could, currently it was Ganons head and the pillow behind him as he let the man devour his ass, slick sticking to the sheets as (name) came in record speed.
"Beautiful..." Ganon rumbled as (name) reached out to him.
"Please..."
Ganons massive cock was already lubed and lined up, the Alpha soothing him as he slowly breached (name) who whined and shook as he tried to adjust to the other, their racial proportions making it difficult as (name) was impaled.
When ganon bottomed out, (name) was shaking and the two adjusted for ten solid minutes as ganon whispered praise to (name) and kissed him lovingly "you're so good my love, you took me perfectly..." (Name) Experimentally moved his hips and moaned out shakily and ganon in turn slowly began thrusting, light experimental thrusts that made the other shake and convulse.
Ganon grunted as he began thrusting, watching as his cock went in and out of (name) and slowly began picking up speed as he suckled on the others chest and lifted him closer as he slowly picked up speed, (name) crying and moaning as he clawed at the others skin in pleasure.
Ganon grunted at how perfect his mate felt, the room heavy with pharamones as they fucked like animals.
"So flexible..." Ganon marvelled as he had (name) in splits, one leg raised in the Gurudos hold and the other barely touching the grounf as ganon fucked him, cum leaking out of (name)s cock and ass as he moaned pathetically for more.
Ganon fucked him everywhere, in the kitchen between making them food, in the livingroom when they had a chase (ganon learned that (name) loved being chased during his heat) and in the baths as he tried to clean the cute Omega up.
When (name) woke, he felt sticky and gross as he looked at Ganon, throat sore and body aching as he gently touched the others face "one moment, Omega... I'll knot you good" ganon grumbled as he sat up and lifted (name) into his lap, the Alpha clearly tired as (name) simply snuggled into him "morning..." (Name) Mumbled sweetly and ganon smiled "ah, you're finally back to normal" ganon was relieved as he kissed him gently, the smell of heat dissipating as he slumped against the alpha.
"Do you think I'm pregnant?" (Name) Mumbled and ganon chuckled "with the rate we went at it? It would be impossible for you to not be pregnant"
(Name) Smiled at the thought of him being pregnant and sure enough he was, nine months little Riju was born.

It was amazing that someone so beautiful could come from something so ugly.
Link rocked the baby in his arms, unable to look away from his soft, sleeping face. He was so small. Link wasn't a big man, but his hand completely covered the baby's tiny head.
A baby. His son. Link's eyes burned. He held the baby closer and hummed a lullaby his mother used his hum to him so long ago.
Lana watched him, her anxiety and hope clear on her face. Link had been angry at her during the war for keeping her secret for so long and he often felt edgy around her. She made it clear what she wanted from him, but unlike Cia, she had never forced it. It was painful but it was something in her favor. Link had felt uncomfortable and stressed but until today, he had never hated her. The brighter the hope shone in her eyes, the more that pain and rage and hate grew, no matter how much Link wished he could control it.
His son's tiny left hand was empty. Clean. Link rubbed it between his fingers. His thumb covered the back of his son's hand.
"Link," Lana said quietly.
"Does anyone else know?" Link cut off. He didn't want to hear it.
Lana hunched in on herself. Her gaze remained fixed on him. "Volga might know," she admitted. "No one else. She kept it hidden."
It felt hard to breathe. Link just wanted to sit in the corner and curl around the innocent baby in his arms. He wanted to hold him close and block out the world. He wanted to grab his horse and flee with his son.
Further up his son's left arm, just by the armpit, there was a small, heart-shaped mark. It was appropriate. Just looking at it was breaking Link's heart.
"And you," Link said. The threat was clear in his voice. He took no satisfaction when Lana flinched.
"And me," Lana agreed. Her voice wavered before her awful hope rose again. "This baby... He's your son. And Cia's. Which means --"
Link cut her off again. If he didn't, it would be his sword and not his words silencing her. "Which means he can't stay here."
Lana faltered. He knew what she wanted. He knew what she was going to say, and he didn't hate many people but right then, he hated her. "I don't. I don't understand."
Link recognized that birthmark. Years ago, he had washed mud and other things off a squirming, complaining gremlin of a child. He had seen it then. He had seen it when he helped that child change and helped bandage his wounds and when he helped wash him after too many adventures. He had seen it later when that child stood before him as a man, helping bandage his wounds again and again.
He had thought he knew pain. He was wrong.
"He can't stay here," Link said. "If he stays in this era, the truth of his birth will become known, and survivors of the war will hunt him. He'll be hunted by Hylians and Ganondorf's forces alike."
"But --" Lana tried again.
Link tenderly kissed his son's head. How strange that he knew his son first as a child, then an adult, and now a baby. During the war, people had teased them and called them father and son. If only they knew.
"But nothing," Link said quietly. "Open a portal. You know where he must go."
To the Lost Woods centuries in the past. To be raised by the Great Deku Tree.
Link knew his baby would meet him again, but he would never know what Link was to him. He would never know how deeply he was loved.
"If you ever breathe a word about this," Link continued, "I will kill you. No one will ever find your body. No one will ever know what happened to you. Do you understand me?"
The hope was gone from Lana's eyes. Link took no satisfaction from that, either. "I understand."
Link nodded and kissed his son again. How strange that Cia's obsession with the spirit of the hero gave birth to one of the greatest heroes of all.
It was also terribly fitting that the legendary Hero of Time would become a hero in a time not his own.
"I love you, Link," he said softly. "I'll always love you. Good-bye."

A part two cause I couldn't help myself <3
I wasn't sure how to name Ganon's horse as there wasn't really an official name so there were two options of Phantom or Galloughs as both names have been mentioned when it comes to his steed so I just went with Phantom-
Also including a love triangle???? Square??? Uh well, would it be a square?? Technically, since it's a couple who wants the reader and Ganon who wants the reader, I would imagine it to be a triangle and not a square? Ah who knows at this point 🕳👩‍🦯
The last note is that I'm making Ganondorf around 8 feet or 240 cm. There are way too many things about his height to make sense of so I'll just go with this.
But for real, I had a lot of fun writing the first part, so here's the second one! Also this ended up way longer than I was expecting 🧍‍♀️
Part One | Part Two | Part Three | Part Four

The throne room went silent. The acceptance of the proposal nearly made Zelda faint, her hand holding onto the side of Sonia's throne for support.
"So long as this will keep the peace I will accept. I don't want any more bloodshed or any more fighting. If a marriage between the Gerudo and Hylians can keep peace I am willing." You started, bring your hands together before taking a deep breath.
"But you must know that I myself am not a distant relative of royalty. Zelda is but I myself am not. So any benefits regarding that are void. I don't think it would be fair to lie about it." You stated, finishing everything you wanted to say.
Ganondorf was surprised at the revelation but not by much. He had suspected something, as you were far different from both Sonia and Zelda in quite a bit of aspects. But even his warriors agreed before the meeting that even if you were not of distant royalty, it wouldn't matter.
Once Rauru had heard the statement he was hoping that Ganondorfs greed would prevent him from marrying anyone who was not of royal descent as marrying a Hylian already sounded out of character for the Gerudo King.
But when he didn't see him falter he gripped the arm of his throne and held back from speaking as Ganondorf spoke up, "Your intelligence, beauty, and kindness are what make you valuable to not only me but also my tribe. I can guarantee peace and your happiness as well my lady.".
Rauru and Sonia gave each other a knowing look before looking to Zelda, hoping she may be able to talk you out of this foolishness. But she could only give them a shake of her head, her eyes falling on your figure. That look in your eyes settled everything.
Even before they came to the past there were times where you were incredibly stubborn. Moments where you wouldn't step down from something, especially if you had your mind set on it. And even if you yourself had doubts, you would rarely stop. And the look in your eyes was the exact look you had when you dug your heels down and Zelda doubted she could stop you.
Ganon had a giant smile on his face, a light chuckle escaping his throat as he quickly approached you and held you up by your arms, twirling you around in the air with him.
You let out a squeal, realizing just how tall he was as he lifted you over his head slightly. You definitely did not want to be dropped by this man. He had to at least be the size of a small building...
But he quickly stopped twirling you upon realizing your fear of being so high and then brought you close to give your forehead a light kiss. "Thank you, my love, I guarantee you won't regret this."
The sudden term of affection and closeness startled you, causing a bit of blush to adorn your cheeks before he set you down, his head turning to face Rauru.
"It looks as though the Gerudo and Hylian people will be joined with this marriage. I and my warriors were planning to leave in three days. We hope to bring Y/n along so we can plan our wedding together." He states, the echo of his voice roaming through the hall only added further irritation to the king of Hyrule.
Unfortunately, Rauru can not object in public to this marriage. On the surface, it's a good deal. He and his people are guaranteed peace and what would be decent trading for different kinds of fabrics and ores. But deep down, he knew it wouldn't last. Especially since he and Sonia desired to keep you for as long as possible. They had their own plans on how to win your affections, and yet Ganondorf had ruined everything.
Rauru only gave a nod, letting Ganondorf walk you out of the hall.
Sonia turned to look at Rauru, tears forming in her eyes as she grabbed his hand, "What do we do? We can't let her go to a man like that! Much less marry him!" She cries, Zelda, coming to soothe Sonia, silently wishing that Ganondorf would just leave you here at least so she could have more time to try and convince you of how much of a bad idea this was.
As the throne room remained tense, Ganondorf walked with you to the common room where his warriors dwelled, many of the women beamed with smiles when delivered the good news.
While Ganondorf was congratulated, you were surrounded by the tall Gerudo women before being patted on the shoulder. They gave you big smiles and brought you to sit down at a table.
"We are so glad he chose you! You may not be as tall and strong as we are, but his majesty told of us your love for the desert and about your intellect so we are very happy!" One spoke, another set their arm to rest on the table before leaning in a bit, "And you have such soft-looking skin! Undoubtedly you'd be very lovely to hug at night. I'm sure you feel nice and warm for his majesty.".
You could only get embarrassed at their words before laughing awkwardly. The Gerudo sure were extroverted and talkative. Yes, you were more of an introvert, but you found the women's boisterous laughter and big smiles fun to be around.
Ganon meanwhile had pulled out a scroll, laying it on the table, slowly laying it to spread across with what looked to be a layout of sorts.
"This is the plan for the palace, and hopefully, the village that will surround it. Building in the desert is difficult but my tribe has found a spring where the water flows freely. Some of what you told us about how to build and where to build has been very helpful as many of the times we stay in tents or huts made from different types of animal hides." He states.
"I was hoping you could tell me more. I want our wedding ceremony to be held when the palace is built so we could have a proper home to live in." He adds, sitting next to you, keeping his legs on the floor so he would be at eye level with you.
He wanted your input. This would be your home just as it would be his. He wanted a solid home that would hold up and luckily you knew different ways.
You excitedly began forming a proper list of materials to put the palace together, even giving ideas on steady gates for when the village would be made. You gave ideas on how to get the white dye for the tiles to put on the roof and tried your best to think of ways that would be the most efficient and worth it, wracking up the knowledge you've culminated and putting it to use.
You were hoping that by creating a steady environment for the Gerudo tribe and creating a home, the future would not turn out to be too horrible. And that Ganondorf hopefully wouldn't turn out to be the great evil that wants to destroy the kingdom of Hyrule.
And so with that Ganon had sent a messenger bird off with the scroll before returning to sit next to you.
"I didn't prepare a ring." He mutters, a light scowl reaching his lips as he realized his mistake. You put your hand over one of his before smiling, "I'm sure you weren't exactly thinking you'd be in this situation so don't be too hard on yourself. I'm not that picky." You add.
You didn't know much about the wedding traditions of the Gerudo. From what you knew, they didn't marry often, only going outside of the tribe to find someone to have a child with, and some rarely settling outside of the tribe.
And with one male born once every 100 years you didn't know a lot about how that male would choose his bride or even if he chose one. And you never knew if they had children. Information on the Gerudo was harder to get and you tended to focus more on the land whenever you went there, always curious about the desert beyond where the Gerudo stayed.
It's also how you knew about how they built their main village and how they did their best to insulate and keep their people from getting dehydrated in the desert heat.
You knew at this point in time they had yet to build the village since you asked around. You didn't know exactly how far back you and Zelda had traveled but you did know that it was far enough that most villages looked far different than they did in the future.
And because of that you couldn't help but want to help them build it. Even if it meant changing the future wasn't that the point? To prevent certain things from happening?
You didn't want to think about it, shaking your head to rid your thoughts ad you focused on the present.
Ganondorf had gone to prepare for departing, making sure the horses had enough supplies and making sure to pack enough for the long trip back.
It was going to take at least three days of travel, finding that he didn't want to push you too hard just to make it back quicker.
He knew the Gerudo, especially the warriors he brought back, were stronger than the average Hylian. And while he knew his warriors could handle a rough ride back with no breaks, he didn't want to put you through that and risk causing you to fall ill.
When you left to your room to pack your things, bringing along several notebooks where you had written knowledge that you've kept over the years, things you had a harder time remembering all written in a code you developed just for yourself.
It wasn't until the last day that Zelda, Sonia, and Rauru entered your chamber, all with concerned looks on their face. You knew for sure they would try to stop you at any cost if you had told them before the meeting three days ago, but they couldn't cancel it now.
Rauru stayed near the door as Sonia and Zelda approached you. Zelda was the first one to speak, "Are you sure about this Y/n? This really doesn't seem like a good idea. We have no clue what that man is planning!".
You made sure that the cloth bag was well organized, beginning to put the buttons through the buttonhole, ensuring that nothing would slip from the bag after it is closed. You were listening to Zelda go on about the dangers but the moment your bag was closed you went to make sure that there were some you could change into before you left in the morning lying on top of your bag that now rested on a chair.
"Zelda I know you don't think this is a good idea, just as I know that both Sonia and Rauru are willing to let relations with the Gerudo sour. But this is a chance to change the future!" You started, turning to face them, holding your hands together to prevent them from knowing how anxious you truly were.
You squeezed your own fist, your brows furrowed in slight frustration, "I don't know what Link may be dealing with in the future. But couldn't there be a possibility to prevent a tragedy from happening? We both know what happens to the founding Kingdom of Hyrule Zelda. We warned them but it's possible that may not change the fate of the kingdom.".
"So by trying to keep the peace between Ganondorf, who may be the start of the tragedy, and the kingdom of Hyrule, shouldn't that be the priority?" You asked.
Sonia stepped up beside Zelda, her posture straightened and her eyes showing the slight frustration she felt, "I understand you wish to change things but it's possible things may not change. There's the possibility that there's no way to change the future as the events that happen now shape your future. Or the possibility that changing the future could make both you and Zelda disappear from the present." She claimed.
Sonia stepped closer to you, putting a hand on your shoulder and the other to hold your cheek, "Listen Y/n, if you could change the future, that could mean that you would be stuck here and Zelda would go back to her life unknown to what had happened. If things were to go south and you were stuck here, you could be in danger or worse. If you were stuck here and in a place where I or Rauru cannot protect you then you would be the only one to suffer." She insists, putting her forehead to yours as she held you close.
Rauru stepped away from the door and closer to you, pulling Sonia a little bit away as he put his hand on your other shoulder. A certain red-haired male came close to the door about to knock till he realized it was slightly open.
"Me and Sonia care about you. We don't want to see you hurt. The Gerudo will be fine without you. And Ganondorf is a rough individual. A man who has hurt and killed others. And the desert is a rough place where the day is sweltering and the nights with a harsh chill. It is not a place for a fragile Hylian like you." He claims, his eyes narrowing as though to try and scare you out of your decision.
Their words reminded you of how one would talk to a child about the dangers of the world. It irritated you so you took a step away from the royal couple, not realizing the slight possessive look in their eyes turned to one of desire for something they needed to control.
"The desert can be harsh for those that don't understand it. But I've been there! I've done my research and learned. I can help the Gerudo people and maybe they won't resent the harsh nature of the desert much when they can finally dwell in it without worry." You said, determination adorned your face as you stared straight at the three.
"As for Ganondorf, so long as I'm useful and don't get in the way I'm sure I will be fine. While I'm not sure if he loves me or not, I don't think he's a bad man. I'm sure he had to do things to protect his tribe that he wouldn't have had to do if he wasn't born into the role of King. Unless he does something heinous in front of me or there is proof I won't consider him some monster." You finish, putting your foot down on the matter.
Zelda tried to talk again but you wouldn't listen, grabbing a towel so you could prepare a bath. Sonia was visibly upset but Rauru knew they couldn't change your mind, they would need to come up with another solution so he convinced Sonia and Zelda to return to their quarters and he felt regretful as he too left.
There were no traces of the Gerudo King by the time they had left your chambers, but he was quite content with what he heard.
He knew you were far too kind, especially if the rumors about him didn't sway you away from him. But he would need to fix the misunderstanding about his marriage to you.
He needed to make sure you understood that he loved you. He wouldn't marry just because it was beneficial to his tribe. Occasionally, he had trysts with some women of his tribe but they were never candidates to stand by his side.
He wouldn't marry if it wasn't you. No one else would bare his children, and no one else would ever lie in his bed other than you. Once he had you, he wasn't letting go.
And when he finally had you in his territory he would make sure you knew he loved you. He would never want you to think he didn't.
The night was unbearably silent for many in the Hyrule castle. Some had hoped that the Gerudo would attack so that a single person would know their intentions weren't pure. And others had hoped for the night to go by faster, having a desire to return home and help improve it so they wouldn't have to worry about their people any longer.
And as morning came, you brushed your hair, made sure everything was in your two bags, and went to the stables where most of the Gerudo already were, along with the three Hylian Royals that hated to see you go but wanted to at least see you off.
Zelda looked like she would cry, and Sonia stayed in place. Rauru was always the most visibly calm out of the three, but if you looked closely at his eyes, you'd see just how upset he was.
Ganondorf was preparing his horse along with the rest of the Gerudo warriors, his face visibly lit up when he saw you enter the courtyard next to the stables.
"Little Vai! You made it just on time." He said happily, leaning down to get the two bags you had in your hands. He thought you'd have more possessions but didn't question it as he went to latch it onto his horse, which you notice is far larger than any horse you had seen.
While Ganondorf made sure everyone was set to go, you turned to face the Hylian Royals.
Zelda looked upset but you simply embraced her tightly, your head resting on her shoulder as you let out a small sigh, "I know you don't agree, but please don't resent me for this. You and Link are my best friends. I don't know what I'd do without you. That's why let's hope everything goes well, okay?" You asked, trying not to tear up.
You didn't have any family in the future of Hyrule. Your parents had died due to some monsters long ago and you were taken in by Purah as you lived in Hateno Village. Purah was your family, and when you had grown close to Link you finally felt like you had a friend. Link was someone who could share the loneliness you felt.
And when Zelda came along you felt as though you could share your interests with her. So you didn't want her to be so upset.
Zelda nodded silently, you could hear soft sniffles come from her as she held you back just as tightly. You two eventually let go, Zelda gave you what looked to be a book wrapped in a ribbon.
"It's a gift. I'll be attending your wedding of course! But for now, just stay safe, and I know you get bored without too many things to read, so hopefully, you'll enjoy this."
You smiled softly, giving her another hug before you finally faced Rauru and Sonia.
They both looked a bit disappointed, but Sonia couldn't hold back and hugged you tightly, Rauru following just as quickly. It felt so warm and nice to be wrapped in their embrace, and you hugged them both with one arm.
Rauru came close to your ear and whispered, "If he does anything you don't like or tries to hurt you, we'll do anything to get you back here okay? Press the button on this if anything happens and you want to come back. This place will always be a home you can come back to." He said, placing a small Zonai device into your pocket carefully. You reached down into the pocket of the robes you wore, feeling the metal in your hand.
You could feel the slight bump of the button and marks engraved into the metal. You were sure you'd never need to use it but nodded to give Rauru some peace of mind.
They both let you go, Sonia reached a bit to leave a soft kiss on your forehead and gave you a small smile before she let go of you. Sonia didn't think she could say anything without revealing how upset she was so she remained quiet.
Finally, you could set off.
"Ready?" Ganondorf asked, looking down at you. His hand reached out to you after you placed both the device and book into one of your bags. And you took it, nearly squealing when he placed his hands on your hips and put you onto his horse, quickly mounting it afterward.
"Wait! I'm riding with you?" You asked, a little surprised. You had learned horseriding from Link and honestly hadn't expected to ride with Ganondorf.
He let out a soft chuckle, softly patting your head, "My horse's name is Phantom. She's big and strong. She's the only one I trust to carry both you and me. Now hold on tight my love.". With that he took off, his warriors following behind.
He didn't go as fast as he would have normally, not wanting the ride to be too rough for you. Leaving the Great Plateau was relatively easy, with the gate opening and finally setting off past the founding kingdom of Hyrule.
You held onto Phantom, your hands holding onto the edge of the saddle, not wanting to pull on her mane. You could feel Ganondorf behind you, his size doubling yours made you feel like you were completely engulfed by the man.
But you could still feel the wind rush against your cheeks, watching the sights as you travel. Finally, after crossing the bridge to make it to Gerudo Canyon, everyone stopped, setting up a small camp so everyone could rest.
A small tent was set up for you to rest in, one of the warriors smiling as they made sure you had some water to drink set by the cot for you.
The last thing you saw as the tent closed was Ganondorfs' broad back sitting near the entrance of your tent.
You really tried to sleep, but all the excitement about the journey kept you up.
You slowly peeked your head out of the tent, leaning a bit to find the Gerudo King seemingly asleep, sitting cross-legged and his arms crossed.
It looked uncomfortable to sleep like that. You gazed at the couple of scars you could see across his body, and then peered up at his face, taking in his features for a bit.
You knew that if they had really wanted to they could have made the trip back to their home in a day. Especially with how strong the Gerudo were, there was no doubt in your mind that Ganondorf had taken your health and safety into consideration.
It seemed foolish but you took an extra blanket from your tent and slowly wrapped it around his shoulders, standing up on your toes to make sure it would stay before leaving a kiss on his cheek. "Thank you." You whispered, before heading back inside your tent, finally ready to rest for the night.
But of course, the beloved Gerudo King had been awake the whole time, always on alert unless within his own safe space in his village. He touched his cheek, and the biggest grin formed on his face.
Oh, how he adored you.
┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
The next day and night passed, the final day of travel leaving you slightly exhausted with all the riding that you were doing. You felt a bit guilty for ill you felt. But you tried your best to keep quiet the whole time, not wanting to become a bigger inconvenience.
Finally, the party of warriors arrived at Gerudo village, the vast desert surrounding the village and a natural spring forming an oasis.
And you got to see the progress that everyone had done due to your instructions. A couple of houses were built as practice and the main outline of what seemed to be a palace was completely dug out.
Soon after you met a lot of the people within the village, and many children ran around, and in certain areas, warriors practiced or had mock battles.
It was fun to learn more about the people you'd be living among. And like the blink of an eye, a month passed, and you helped the villagers learn techniques to help make houses while Ganondorf was busy with other things.
You and Ganondorf had hardly any time to see each other, occasionally having a meal together. You both prepared for the wedding and for the palace to be completed.
It honestly didn't take long for the palace to be completed either, the knowledge you had helped it go faster and smoother. Plus it was fun to plan out where certain rooms would go. You also helped plan out areas for the village, several more houses being built since you asked for the team that was building the palace to be split up so more people could have houses quickly.
Luckily, Ganondorf agreed with that. It made the village grow, and some people had made lovely white tiles, with blue, green, and yellow tiles mixed in. A couple of the children had some fun and painted the tiles with flowers or different symbols.
You sat on the floor with them, decorating some tiles and painting some regular ones so there would be enough for the next batch.
And while you sat there, surrounded by laughing children who enjoyed your stories and also enjoyed telling you jokes they had learned, you were being watched by Ganondorf. There was a smile on his face as he watched you smile with the children.
A part of him was trying to get things as done as possible, knowing that if a rough sandstorm came, it could seriously affect their progress and the lives of his people. But the other part of him enjoyed this feeling of peace that came with your existence. It made him spend a bit more time on wedding preparations so you two could be wed already.
The palace was nearly finished, and the perfect-sized butte (a/n a butte is like a mesa but smaller!) that contained a spring of what seemed to be a never-ending flow of water was perfect to dig into for the formation of the palace, large arches carved to let fresh air in and slowly building the houses surrounding it.
He didn't know much about decor so he left it to you and the other Gerudo women, some teasing about how big the bed would need to be in the bedroom.
Luckily, he got to trade with more Hylian people for goods and seeds since word of an alliance between the kingdoms was formed. It also made it easier for the Gerudo women to wander through Hyrule in search of a husband or a man to have a child with.
Everything was going to plan. It meant he could start on his other plan to slowly get certain royal Hylians riled up.
He wasn't a fool, he knew how King Rauru and Queen Sonia looked at you. While Zelda had an obsessive sort of friendship with you, he could tell the other two had different interests.
The desire to possess you and never let you go was something he shared in common with the Hylian Royals. But he also deeply enjoyed watching you have fun with the people of his tribe. And he could tell his people were fond of you. You were highly intelligent but didn't show it off as if you knew everything. You told them stories and wanted to hear his people's stories in return, gaining knowledge just as much as you gave it out.
You weren't arrogant or a snob, and you would gently guide those that needed help. And you even asked for help when you needed it. If you were struggling with something or wanted an opinion on something you would ask. And for that, it made it easy to approach you.
The children adored you and so did everyone. The women liked to style your hair, some complementing your figure and how pretty you looked in their traditional clothing.
And you carried a light umbrella made by some of the children around since they didn't think you were used to the desert sun quite yet and insisted you carry it around.
And he loved it. Ganondorf loved that the people enjoyed you almost as much as he did. Despite not getting to see you, he made sure the guards he ordered to follow you would tell him about your day, and when he got to eat meals with you, he loved seeing you enjoy the meal and how you would tell him about aspects of the week or day you enjoyed.
And just like that, more time passed. Four months have passed since you arrived, and it was time for the wedding.
┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
The village was bustling with life, palm trees planted for shade and decor for a grand wedding to be held in the throne room of the palace.
Everyone was invited. Including those of the different lands, not just the Hylians. The Rito, Zora, and the Goron as well.
Everyone had arrived, and surprising to you was that both Rauru and Sonia had joined Zelda in coming to the wedding for the large celebration.
And in a separate room, you were adorned in fine white silk, gold bagels, and a golden headband partially covered by a white veil adorned with intricate embroidery.
You felt nervous, the pants you wore and the top you wore showed off a lot of skin, and you had yet to see Zelda and you needed someone to talk to about how nervous you felt to marry.
Gold bangles and golden anklets, golden earrings, and fine jewels. White silk and the sounds of women chatting joyfully. Everything felt heavy and you couldn't help but pace the room slightly, trying not to chew on your lip or else the makeup that had been applied to your lips would be smeared.
And when you heard a knock on the door you nearly jumped, completely startled till you invited whoever it was in, only to see Zelda there.
You smiled happily, raising your arms to hug her tightly, "Oh I'm so glad you came! I was so worried you wouldn't make it. Please I just need you to distract me 'cause I feel like my heart could burst out of my chest." You say, leading her to a sitting area where the two of you could talk.
Zelda took in how you looked, finding that you looked incredibly beautiful adorned with jewelry and fine silks, getting to see much more than she usually got to see with the clothing most Hylians wore.
Zelda put on a smile, gently rubbing your lower back in hopes to calm your nerves. "It looks like everything has been going well! Everything looks great over here and it nearly looks as stable as the Gerudo of the future! Have things with you and Ganondorf been going well?" She asked, hoping to distract you with conversation.
At that question you raised your hand and shook it, implying a so-so hand signal. "It's so great here! But both of us have been busy and we haven't really gotten to talk or know each other better. Except at meals, but oftentimes, he lets me ramble about all sorts of things and I've realized I've never really asked about him or how he feels." You say, looking down at your lap to fiddle with your hands.
Zelda looks at you slightly concerned but tries to mask it, not wanting to ruin your day even if she wasn't really happy about the wedding she didn't want you to hate her.
"Perhaps after this day, things will change. I'm sure you two will finally have the time to relax after this no?" She says. And you found her to be right. Things were slowing down and this wedding was the last big thing going on in the village.
You and Zelda talked until it was time for the ceremony to start.
Zelda returned to Rauru and Sonia to tell them about your concerns and if you looked healthy.
All the tribes sat in their own respective areas, and the Hylian King and Queen sat with Zelda next to them, both of them having their stomachs churn at the thought of you getting married.
But before they could fall deeper into their thoughts, the large figure of Ganondorf came to the front of the room, a priest already there, the space around the throne room decorated with white silks embroidered with golden thread.
That's one thing the Gerudo would always have an abundance of. Their gems and the purity of their metals are amazing. It's why trading with them had been far more satisfying for the Hylains recently.
But Rauru didn't care about the situation between them. He wanted you back where you belonged, by his and Sonias' side.
Honestly, he wasn't sure when the obsession started. Maybe it was the way you would be so talkative and bring a certain warmth to every room you walked into. Or the way he got to see Sonia's eyes light up when you would come to spend time with them.
It was one night when Rauru was restless in bed, Sonia laying by his side and she started to speak, "I think I want her to stay with us.". She turned on her side to face him, Rauru turning slightly to look at her.
"Something about her is so comforting. She takes in everything about others and the world around her. She's so kind and wonderful. A little stubborn but I enjoy her company so much I fear as though I'm betraying you. And yet I find myself wanting her here, between the both of us." She whispers, her voice nearly trembling as if speaking of the topic would make a city crumble.
Rauru gave Sonia a small kiss before putting his hand on her cheek, "I feel the same way, my love. It's okay. I do not feel betrayed just as you know I would never betray you. We can have her together no? To share and be ours and to be hers. It will take some time but I'm sure it will happen." He states, assuring his beloved wife that everything will be fine, already envisioning their child accepting you as another parent and possibly welcoming another chid. That night they slept in each other's arms before eventually, Ganondorf would come to whisk you away.
Shaken out of his reminiscing, he notices everyone begin to look back, your figure becoming clear, draped in fine gold jewelry and white silk. The veil with traditional Gerudo embroidery made with fine golden threads.
He couldn't help but clench his jaw at the sight. He couldn't help but think that this should have never happened. It should have been you dressed in fine silks, strewn about the bed, your head in Sonia's lap while Rauru finishes up a little reading.
And yet he couldn't stop this. But he reminded himself to be patient. After all he had a plan.
And yet there you were, walking slowly, anxiously holding a bouquet of what looked to be violets, a flower you chose even though this kind grew mostly on the cliffside, it was one of your favorites for its tenacity to grow in rougher areas.
It was the one thing that was more difficult to get for the wedding ceremony but Ganondorf assured you it wouldn't be a problem.
And when you finally made it to the altar, where Ganondorf stood, you looked up at his face to see the biggest smile you had ever seen. He looked so genuinely happy you were wondering if you truly meant something to him.
But you ignored that thought, trying to enjoy the moment. Marriage was something that you didn't think you'd be doing again. You wanted to enjoy it so you gave him a soft smile, the priest started his words, a traditional speech used to tie the groom and bride to each other.
When asked if he would care for you, Ganondorf smiled and said "Yes.". In return so did you, the words leaving your lips just as sure as when you accepted his proposal of marriage.
There were cheers heard and before you could even blink you were held tightly before given a kiss on your lips, realizing that it was Ganondorf, your now husband who was kissing you. You kissed back and gently wrapped an arm around him despite not being able to come close to his size.
He finally pulled apart, lifting you up and twirling you around, just as happy as he was when you accepted his proposal. Ganondorf looked at you like you were his world.
As soon as that was said and done, the celebration started, and all sorts of Gerudo women around the village gathered to drink, eat, and dance. The Zora and Rito enjoyed dancing as well, the Goron were more curious about the structure and differences in food compared to the Gerudo and sat with some asking questions.
But the Hylians that came were just as happily dancing away, all except for the Royal couple who ate silently, mostly the King and Queen holding tension as they watched you sit on Ganondorfs lap, your cheeks adorned with a blush that nearly reached the tips of your ears.
You were being hand fed, trying to claim that you were full and Ganondorf would try to feed you just one last bite of fruit.
And honestly? Ganondorf was loving every second of your attention. He loved the way your eyes looked up at him and how beautiful you looked dressed in fine jewelry and silk.
He couldn't help but give you another kiss, smiling as he set down the bowl of fruit and brought you close. When he pulled back he loved seeing your face scrunch up and your eyes open a bit to face him again.
It wasn't until he decided to stand up and pull you to the dance floor that you finally let loose of your fear and nerves, a bright smile adorning your lips as you danced with him, other Gerudo women joining you.
You were happy as you watched the women dance, trying to learn from them and copy their movements, Ganondorf moving along with you, the crowd smiling and cheering as they watched their King and now Queen dance, the music in the background adding nicely to the scene.
It was so lovely that no one could notice a couple distraught Hylian nobles who looked on with envy.
The night carried on, growing colder as the night reached its peak, and Ganondorf and you prepared to sleep. While Ganondorf was slightly nervous, the urge to have you in his arms made his heart ache.
But you were in a dressing room right next to your shared chambers, a Gerudo woman known as Inesa had been by your side for your stay here, helping you get used to customs and advising you carefully. And tonight she was insisting on a sheer fabric that you told her covered absolutely nothing.
Inesa only shook her head and motioned for you to get dressed after shoving the piece of what you could only call lingerie into your hands, "Trust me, the wedding night is when you want to be teasing while also showing the most. He'll long for more after that! And I'm sure his majesty would love to see you in that." She assured, quickly leaving the room so you couldn't continue to protest.
You found yourself giving in, adorning the sheer garment and slowly opening the door, peeking out to see if Ganondorf was already asleep.
And he definitely was not, sitting on the edge of the very large bed and you knew he was probably waiting for you. The bed was one of the things Ganondorf had told you that he would handle. And you were glad because you knew his large frame would be a nightmare for anyone to try and fit a bed for.
The bed had its own platform, fine silks and cotton with all sorts of fabric filled the bed, pillows covered most of the headboard and you could have sworn the bed could be as big as a house back in your village.
You take a deep breath before walking out, looking down as you stride right to the bed and sit down next to him.
You couldn't look at his face, and he was eerily silent, his hand clenching into a fist as his cheeks lit aflame. You were about to look up but he quickly covered your eyes.
"You look amazing my love. I just need a moment to take you in and compose myself." He claimed, trying to look anywhere other than your soft skin and how nicely the sheer fabric looked on your figure.
When he finally felt a little in control of his impulse to rut into you like an animal he slowly tilted your chin up, focusing your gaze on him. He kept eye contact with you before putting a hand on your hip.
"I want you. I want all of you. I didn't ask to marry you just out of benefit but something about you called to me like a legend of treasure beckoning an adventurer." He claimed, his large hand resting on your hip, his thumb brushing back and forth on your bare skin. "But I don't wish to force you to do something with a man you don't even love. So if I have your permission, is it alright if I go further? To please you?" He asks, his voice making you melt as you nod, his eyes gazing at you telling you he wants a verbal answer.
You knew that you were worried about whether he loved you or not due to the fact you had already fallen for him, his rough nature but kind smiles and protective demeanor winning you over.
"Yes" Is all he needed to pick you up, spreading your thighs against his lap, lifting you up a bit to leave sloppy kisses against your neck. You kept your hands against his torso, his chest right against your palms.
You could feel his heartbeat right under your hands, a strong and fast heartbeat as he stood up with you in his arms, rearranging himself on the bed and flinging off the sheer fabric to show you in all your glory.
You attempted to reach for the clasp that held his robes, but it was too far up on his shoulder to reach. Ganondorf let out a chuckle before undoing the clasp himself, his robes discarded and his pants discarded as well.
His loincloth was the only thing preventing you from seeing his cock but you didn't need to see the whole thing to see the massive bulge straining against the cloth. You nervously gulped, taking a deep breath as anxiety pooled in your stomach.
Ganondorf noticed the change and smiled before laying another kiss on your forehead. "Don't worry my love. I'm not so cruel to force you on me right away. I'll take my time with you my little vai." He claimed, embarrassment running through you at his words.
He carefully pulled pillows for you to lay on, your plump thighs spread out to show your lovely garden to him.
He loved the way you shivered as he laid down, his head below yours and his lips right in front of your lower lips, the soft breath teasing you as you squirmed. He couldn't help but take it all in.
The sight of you in front of him was something he wanted to be seared into his mind. Your nervous gaze, how your arms came together to hold your chest, and the slight tremble in your thighs to hold back the urge to close your legs.
He soon wrapped his arms around your thighs, keeping them spread and close to him. He knew that his size would be too much, so isn't it better to please and prep his wife for what was to come?
Before you could even ask him to stop staring like a man deprived of water he gently licked a stripe against your lower lips, his tongue stopping on your clit before wrapping his lips around the small bud.
Frightened by the sudden pleasure, the urge to close your legs became stronger but his arms stayed steady, no amount of force you could muster would compare to his strength.
He gently parted your lower lips, gently licking up all the nectar coming from your cunt. Ganondorf could feel his cock ache from the taste, a slight groan leaving his lips before he reached to suck your clit again.
The gasps and slight moans that leave your lips only egg him on. He feels you lightly run your fingers through his hair, his long hair slowly getting grasped by your fingers. Light groans escaped his lips when you would tug, the sounds vibrating a bit against your clit.
It wasn't long till he slowly pushed his tongue inside you, his tongue large enough to stretch your delicate walls. His nose buried against your clit, the pleasure too much as you cum, your thighs squeezing more against his arms, and your fingers grasping his hair tighter.
He felt you cum around his tongue, his cock leaking and escaping through the side to rest against the sheets.
You looked down, tears filling your eyes from pleasure you hadn't received before. He smiled, rubbing your clit with his thumb lightly to check your sensitivity, noticing the slight pull against his thumb.
He carefully gathers your slick around his middle finger, gazing down at your pussy before looking at your face. "I have to prep you, darling. It might hurt and if it hurts too much tell me and I'll stop okay?" He says, emphasizing that he'll stop at any point you need.
You nod and he carefully teases your entrance, slowly pushing the tip of his finger in, watching your face for any sign of discomfort. He made sure to trim his nails before the wedding. He never wants to cause you harm, arranging things in the background carefully.
He slowly thrusts that finger till he feels the hymen, and carefully he breaks it, watching your brows furrow at the sudden pain. He carefully waits a minute, waiting even if you didn't say anything he doesn't want to risk it.
Ganondorf then slowly starts to thrust his finger, slowly gaining confidence as you start to enjoy it, noticing the small amount of blood on his fingers but such a thing never bothered him. He uses his other hand to rest his thumb on your clit, eventually adding another finger to stretch you open.
He sometimes rubs your clit, especially when he adds a third finger, noticing how much your entrance refuses to budge as easily as it did with only two. He leans down again to gently suck your clit, trying to reach that perfect spot and after a bit he finally finds it, watching your hips jerk when he presses his fingers against that special spot.
He watches you fall into pleasure and reaches down to palm his cock, his slick leaking against the sheets and he could nearly cum just from the taste of your cunt lingering on his tongue.
He couldn't help but groan, his cock aching but he continued to stretch you. You could feel the burn that came with your entrance being stretched but you could also feel it turn to pleasure, the right spot being hit with every thrust, his fingers teasing you, and the groans you heard only adding to how much you desired him.
"It's okay.." You whispered, your eyes finding his as you attempted to relax your thighs. "I want you Gan." was all you could muster to say. And that's all he needed as he gently lined up his cock to your entrance.
You thought he had stretched you but now you were wondering if that was enough. His 11-inch monstrosity was so thick you doubted you could wrap your hand around it. But you shook off your anxious thoughts, anticipating him to thrust it in but he slowly teased your cunt, the tip of his cock brushing against your entrance all the way up to your clit and back.
He reached to the bedside, a decorated pitcher in his hands before oil spilled on his hands. The oil warmed up in his hands before lathering it on his cock. Letting his fingers trail a bit of oil on your lower lips and teased your entrance.
Ganondorf slowly edged himself inside you, the stretch making you grab the sheets. His torso kept your thighs spread, his left hand holding himself up by your waist and his right hand holding his cock. He could feel your hand reach for his wrist, holding on tightly as tears slowly fell down your cheeks.
He could barely get inside, only about two inches in before he pulled out, only to enter again.
He carefully thrust, getting slightly deeper each time, groans spilling out of his mouth continually before he bit his lip. He couldn't stand it anymore, his cock ached and he kept still inside of you.
He could only get to about five inches, his cock straining as he started to pump the rest of his cock, his other hand reaching to brush against your clit.
He would enter you fully one day, but right now he needed you. And before you knew it you came again, your walls sucking him and his continuous pumps bringing him right to the edge and came.
His cum filled you, giving you a sensation you had never experienced.
You both came down from your high, Ganondorf pulling out and looking down, watching his seed spill out of you made him give into the urge to gently finger it back inside, his desire to breed you just as strong as his desire to have you.
He watched you, your eyes fluttering and your form relaxing into the pillows underneath you. He couldn't help but smile, rubbing your hips softly and leaving a kiss on your cheek. He left to grab a wet cloth, coming back to your sleeping form. He gently wiped your body so you wouldn't wake up too uncomfortable.
While he really wanted to stay in bed with you, he had some plans to complete, leaving his chambers heavily guarded as he approached the meeting place of a letter that was supposed to make it to you.
And there in the cold desert night stood Rauru, his demeanor unshaken as he laid his eyes on the Gerudo King.
Rauru only shook his head, a chuckle of disbelief leaving his throat. Anyone could notice the clear disgust he held for the man in front of him. Yet Ganondorf only kept a sly grin on his face.
"Sorry to interrupt what I'm sure would be a very meaningful conversation, but my wife and I were busy." He stated, emphasizing the word wife. Oh, how he loved how Raurus' face twisted and his brows furrowed.
"Cut the nonsense Ganondorf. I never wanted you to marry Y/n. She shouldn't be with a wretched man like you." He states, stepping closer, "And I'm sure you know that. She needs stability, a place where she can thrive and learn all she wants to learn. Not with a man like you who would monopolize her." he finishes.
Ganondorf can only laugh, a hand reaching to cover his mouth to prevent him from being too loud to alert the guards. As much as he trusted them, he'd rather only a few know about the rivalry between the Gerudo King and the Royals of Hyrule, all of them vying for your love and affection.
"I'm sorry to say but I have not monopolized her in the slightest! I have encouraged her to get close to those in the village and do as she pleases. She's free to roam with a guard at her side just as she did inside your castle. Except I let her roam the village instead of staying cooped up inside the castle hm?" He sneers, his eyes narrowing at the Zonai King.
He steps closer, his back straightening, "And not to mention, she chose me." he adds.
"She chose to trust me, to marry me!" He exclaims, smiling before staring at the man in front of him, keeping eye contact for his next sentence, "And she chose to lay with me.".
At that, the Rauru rose his fist but Ganondorf put his hand up, bringing his finger to his lips to indicate silence, "I wouldn't attack here. What would she think if one of the people she trusted started to destroy the work she had done for others? Not to mention, after such a joyous occasion?" he mocked.
He turned his back to the Zonai King, opening the door back into the hall, "Now if you'll excuse me, nights are cold here in the desert and I don't want my queen to grow cold without my presence.".
Ganondorf walked back to your shared chambers, seeing you slightly stir awake. He laid with you under the sheets, coming close to you, a hand resting on your hip.
"Gan?" you questioned, gazing up at him slightly fatigued at all that had happened during the day and night. He let out a hum, moving a bit of hair out of your face to gaze upon your beauty. "Tell me more about you. I want to know of your greatest joy and your greatest sorrow." you said.
At that, he smiled, and some part of the night was spent whispering stories about each others' memories and fears. a slight cold wind blowing through the cold desert night.
Yet it was always so warm within Ganondorfs' arms.

— Time —
✧ You most likely fell for him after he saved you. You weren't close to him during his journey—well,  not physically close, at least. You had stalked him while he was saving Hyrule. You'd do odd jobs and stock up on supplies to conveniently leave near him. You'd patch him up when he was sleeping and cuddle with him as well. It was like both of you were forbidden lovers because he is the hero and you are his devoted stalker.
✧ You are always there to valiantly defend him. After his toughest journey, you make sure to murder all those who question his ways. You read an awful prophecy on the walls of a temple that both of you visited on his journey. Sure, he wasn't aware you were there with him, but you both still visited together. That thought—the thought of him turning into some strange thing with bulky armor—only made you more protective. You became increasingly paranoid and sloppy in your killings.
✧ Which led you to murder Malon, Time's girlfriend. You carved her heart out of her chest and stabbed it until it was nothing more than unidentifiable chunks of flesh. You dumped her body in some deep, murky lake water. She deserved it! That bitch deserved it. You wanted to dig your eyes out of your skull whenever you saw the two of them together. You just couldn't handle it anymore. She must be the reason he turns into the Hero's Shade. She doesn't give him a worthy offspring to teach. She doesn't help him spread the news of his heroic adventures. She doesn't watch over him and protect him when the nights grow long and the cold nips at his figure. You had to save him from her and himself. He didn't really love her. She was just a substitute for you. After all, if the hero is so busy protecting everyone else, who will protect him?
✧ Ganondorf saw that in you. He saw your obsession as something he could use to corrupt you. This wasn't Time's Ganondorf. This was another version of him. One in a dimension that was trying to take over every other time line. You were initially disgusted when he invaded your dreams. He was clearly trying to manipulate you into joining his side. You were livid at the thought of betraying Time. So you killed him! You crossed dimensions just so when he woke up, you could be above him. There was a look that was so crazed in your eyes that it would rival the one seen in Cia's toward Warriors.
You didn't feel bad either. He was simply scum. You were helping this different Hyrule. Their Link would surely be grateful for you. Even if this version of Link didn't know it, it was you who mercilessly slaughtered Ganon. Each of his body parts put on spikes of Hyrule Castle, as a reminder, no version of Ganondorf may touch your Link.
✧ You came back after a while. You aren't sure how long. The whole dimension-hopping thing isn't as easy as it looks. You look for Link, and you can't find him. You call out Time, Link, baby, sweetheart, darling, and no one answers. An acidic, bitter feeling rises in your throat. It feels as if someone shoved a bunch of hot Goron coals down your throat.
You don't sleep that night. You can't.
You run around in a crazed manner for the next few weeks. You threaten anyone you can get your hands on. You make sacrifices for whomever will listen. As long as its name isn't Ganon or Ganondorf, you would align.
You were on your way to some hidden temple to try and sacrifice something to an evil deity when you slipped and fell into a portal. You weren't even able to scream. It was cut short as you ended on top of your Time, your Link, your love until the end of time itself.
✧ You became acquainted with the other versions of him. Awe doesn't even begin to describe how you were feeling or how you continue to feel at this absolute miracle. You found him, and there are other hims. Time was much more concerned than astounded. He was frantically checking over you, worried that a villager he had only spoken to a handful of times got dragged into this mess. So what if he only sees you as a villager right now? He's just pretending. He loves you! He's smothering you in attention and concern.
He even gets the one Link, Hyrule, to give you a health examination. You weren't exactly thrilled to be separated from him for a short period of time, but it was because your Link cares, so it's okay.
✧ You grow closer to Time, and he even allows you to call him Link in private! You get to see him out of his armor, and you aren't even stalking him! It's a gift from the golden three, for sure. He has such well-defined muscles and an athletic body, even after all the hits and illnesses he has been through.
He is protective of you. He doesn't allow monsters to kill you. He doesn't allow the other Links to question or offend you. He even threatened Legend once after Legend got aggressive with you because you broke one of those trinkets of his! You did it on purpose, but Time doesn't have to know that.
✧ That is just one of the ways you keep the other versions of Link away from you. You walk the fine line between polite and rude, caring and vicious, towards all of them except for Time and, oddly enough, Twilight. You enjoy his pleasant company. It almost feels as if he is kin to you. You have the same inclinations around him as you do around your Link, except in a more platonic manner.
You like it.
Getting rid of Malon was worth it. There's no way Time is going to turn into that hideous monster. Learning that Twilight is a descendent of Time only affirms your past agrecious behavior. You must have started a family with him! Twilight may literally be kin to you.
✧ You still threaten anyone outside of The Chain. It is an instinct for you. You had to slip up one of these days. You did, and you regret it. Link found you midway into murdering someone who had flirted with him. You didn't feel any remorse for the person, only remorse that Link now felt conflicted.
It won't stop you from committing these vile acts in the future, even if he asks you to. Sometimes your darling is wrong, and that's okay. That's why you are here—to protect him and save him from when he is wrong.
✧ He chose to confront you about your strange tendencies in private. When he questioned you, you confessed. He recoiled with disgust in his eyes. He thought of you as a child who needed to be guided. You needed to be saved from yourself. Why couldn't you see that?
"I see myself as your guardian. You can't simply throw around the word 'love' to get out of the consequences for your actions."
Throw around the word?
Oh, no, no, no, no.
YOU DIDN'T JUST USE THE WORD! YOU LOVE HIM MORE THAN HE HATES THE MOON. YOU HAVE SEEN HIM AT HIS WORST, AND STILL YOU LOVE HIM. YOU HAVE KILLED AND TORTURED AND DONE UNSPEAKABLE THINGS FOR HIM.
He thinks of you as a child?
If anything, he is the child.
✧ Perhaps Legend could finally be of use after all. You simply stole a few potions, tweaked a few things after learning magical cooking from Wild, and voilà, a love-inducing amnesiac potion was invented. You mixed it in with some Hylian dressing and made sure that he had some on his salad one night.
Look!
The hearts in his eyes—you can practically see them. He now loves you just as you love him! You'll deal with The Chain, do everything, and then go back to your Hyrule. You'll settle down with him, and everything will be perfect. You have your Link. He's your happy ending. Just you and him, until the end of time.
— Fierce —
☾ Fierce has known you since the beginning. So the first time that spark of obsessive love appeared in your eyes, he knew. You are his devoted follower. You are the only one allowed to live and guard their temple. He was indifferent to your existence at first. He has had many mortals fall to their knees and beg him for his seed within them—womb or not. Yet none have stayed with him through their most vulnerable and weakest moments. His indifference slowly changes into something he isn't familiar with. He knows he should have cast you out the first time he saw you cry, but he didn't. They are a deity of war but also protection. They couldn't just cast their little priest(ess) out.
☾ You slay any entity that enters this place of divinity and worship. You find no difference in one of their followers or one of Ganon's monstrosities. They are all threats in need of elimination. A friend could easily turn foe if you aren't cautious enough. There can only be one mortal residing within the walls of their temple, one priest(ess).
☾ He is pleased by your devotion to him. He rewards you with his mask. The one item that no one possesses but you. To adorn his mask is to become one with him. That is a blessing you can never repay him for. You treat it as if it were made of glass, despite it being stronger than any Hylian or Twili armor. You never wear it within the temple. Being graced with the sense of his presence is enough. You only place the mask on when you need to slay many of Ganon's monstrosities at once.
That has only happened twice, and you have little memory of it. The one thing you do remember from both of those times is how invigorated you felt. Unstoppable. Perfectly at peace. It was as if every trouble and doubt you had were simply nonexistent.
Your hands often find their way to the mask. You don't wear it; you simply allow your fingers to graze over the surface of it. You gained the permanent markings of the mask after your first time using it. You always touch the marks on your face and trace over them. It could be the material of the mask or your flesh; you were marked by him. It made you feel a sense of completeness you had never known before. It is so incredibly safe within the temple of the Fierce Deity, for you at least.
☾ They find themself amused by your reverence. It sparks more interest in them. They find themself often teasing you in various ways. He will ghost your body with spiritual touches. He'll leave notes for you around his temple. He'll ask you the most invasive and downright mortifying questions, and you will willingly answer. It only spurs him to be more attentive toward you. They say it a lot. It just does.
Your mortal antics greatly amuse them. They would never willingly admit that you are the priest(ess) he holds most dear to his heart over the several that he has had. It makes them want to move forward in this strange 'relationship' you both are in.
☾ So he leaves you needy. He doesn't pity the way your soul begs for him either. They're purposefully being obtuse. They need you to sink down to your knees once again and pour your heart out. Only then can he give you a fraction of the affection that you desire and then disappear once again.
It is what his entire being craves. They need dominance and control. You cannot protect someone if they have a chance of disobeying you. You have shown that he could kill you and toss you into the deepest depths, and you'd still follow him with a broken mind and body.
☾ As time goes on, he begins to indulge in your mortal needs. He gives you affection and tender love through his blank stare and empty heart. They grace you with their hylian form. They are easily able to manipulate it, but he knows your preferences well by now. He can see your eyes bulge out of your head and your body grow faint.
You worship him in any way you are able when he appears in his hylian form. He is still well over seven feet tall. It's deeply intimidating and slightly arousing if you had to speak the truth.
☾ You are his little pet—wait. That isn't the right term, is it? Non-deities prefer the term partner or spouse. You are his small 'malewife', if he is remembering the definitions correctly. He may be a deity, but he hasn't had the time to keep up with the evolving languages of the other races. Still, you are his, and he is enough of yours.
You are such a submissive thing for him. You're so ready and eager to get your hands on something and slaughter it to get his praise.
☾ He thrives within your bewitched nature. The pure violence that emanates from your soul when something dares question him is arousing, to say the least. You and the deity both grow closer. There is one thing he makes known to you: you can be as impassioned as you'd like, but his word is law. You cannot go against it, as it is an extent of him. Not that you ever would. You love him too much.
— Wild —
ღ Death Moutain, the Hot Springs, where you met your darling Wild. You had come across a side of the mountain covered in malice, with three large, fiery chuchus ambushing you from behind. You had to escape across the malice, and you became drenched in it. Your footsteps were weary and unstable; you fell into the healing springs as your legs gave out.
When breaking the surface of the water after your wall, you were met with a completely nude Wild. Your eyes widened as you sheepishly averted your gaze from his. You would soon learn that his wounds were so extensive that he had to be carried down here by a Goron. Fireblight Ganon was the monster you would soon learn of that he had slayed. He freed Divine Beast Vah Rudania.
This was the hero from those stories? The hero that was asleep for a hundred years. You couldn't take your eyes off of him.
ღ You didn't know much Hylian sign, but you got the essence of what he was saying. You both were lone travelers, so you decided to stick together that day. Wild was naturally overprotective of you, for reasons you could only assume. Your heart slowly inched closer to his, and after waiting for him to free Divine Beast Vah Rutain Zora's Domain, you realized how important he became to you.
You became even more overprotective of him than he was of you. You would be quick to fury at anyone who made any slight toward him. He couldn't even interact with any townsfolk without you hovering, one hand always firmly placed on your weapon. Your attraction to him was quickly spiraling into something far more dangerous.
ღ Wild knows it's toxic, but he still soaks up every last ounce of affection you bestow upon him. He's been starved of affection and love for the last hundred years. Only half of his memories are back, and even those ones seem to be devoid of any type of love. He had the other champions, but they didn't seem to fill his soul with joy, even though he deeply cared for them in a platonic sense.
He practically purrs when you touch him. His body leans into your embrace. He wants to take in your scent and keep you close to him forever. He is just in need, and you are willing to provide it so readily. His eyes water, and tears threaten to escape when you speak such sweet words to him.
You promise to never leave him. That's the one thing that makes him sob.
He always signs back something even sweeter than whatever left your mouth. He feels as if he could conquer any enemy when he sees you learning how to communicate with him. No one has done that for him. Zelda knew some, as he remembers, but she still preferred to just speak and not sign to him. You're getting better every time you do so. He just wants to smother you, but he refrains.
ღ After each day, the two of you cuddle. It doesn't matter where you are—on the ground or in a stable bed. He shyed away from your touch in the beginning. You both consented to cuddle, but the monsters within his mind caused him to retreat back to his internal shrine. He feared that you would be disgusted by the many scars that adorn his body. He was more scarred than unmarred flesh.
You didn't flinch or have an expression of contempt on your features when you saw him without his tunic. You have already seen some of his scars before, at the hot spring, and when you needed to patch him up. You weren't aware they were so extensive. Still, you accepted him and his body the way it is. You lovingly traced his scars that first night, and he has been hooked ever since.
It is the thing he cherishes. Whenever you two needed to sleep, it became his favorite time. He just couldn't believe you were so intrigued by them. You always told him that you'd love him and his body, no matter what. You wanted him to eat more so he could regain fat and muscle. You wanted to find a proper healer so that he could get checked up on. You were somewhat of a healer, but not proficient within the means of the title.
He always has nightmares, and you soothe him. He prefers laying on top of you in a defensive manner, so he can soak up your warmth, but if the two of you have to sleep on the ground or another rough surface, he prefers you laying on top or to his side. He wants to save you from the discomfort. You deserve it.
ღ Not everything with you can be so perfect. You have your flaws, as does he. So he has to do his best to keep you in line. He has to learn how to act like a disappointed parent. That seems to make you rethink any rash decisions you may want to make.
He has a ground rule of 'no killing any non-enemies'. It is the hardest rule for you to follow. It's even harder, considering he's found that you are quite clever about murdering people behind his back. He refuses to give you attention for a little while after you kill someone. He does his best to seem firm in his actions, but he can't deprive himself of you for too long. So it's the blank stare that works the best. You always feel guilty and apologize.
He'll have to find better methods in the future to keep you docile. He just has to stop feeling so honored when you murder someone for him.
ღ When the time comes, you help him through the arduous Hyrule Castle. You let him lead because he somewhat remembers some of the groundwork. You are able to sneak past most of the monsters. They don't seem to pay you any mind. You find Zelda's diary before he does, and you shove it in your bag. You later light it on fire and let it burn. She had some very romantic things to say about Link. You didn't appreciate that.
ღ You weren't allowed to follow him to defeat Calamity Ganon. He expressly forbade you from doing so. So you helped him fight Calamity Ganon anyway. You covered his back and kept Ganon distracted with arrows. Both of you narrowly survived.
It was just something you had to do for him. You couldn't let him die. If he died, you wanted to die right next to him in the glory of battle. After the entire thing, the both of you cried and clung to each other.
Of course Zelda had to come in and ruin this sacred moment between you two.
ღ Zelda was now freed. She said that your services were no longer needed. Her and Wild needed to go rebuild Hyrule. Zelda knew what you were. She had been watching over Link during his entire journey. She sensed what you were and what happened to you. She saw you burn her journal and the pure contempt in your soul whenever his name was mentioned within her inky letters.
It was very intense between you two. Only the Master Sword would be able to cut through the thickened tension rising in the air.
Wild did his best to calm the both of you. He defended you and thought Zelda was just acting jealous. He knows you have your quirks, but you didn't abandon him when he needed you. You can continue to travel with him. That's his decision, and it's final in its making.
ღ You reluctantly travel alongside Zelda with him. You constantly threaten Zelda behind his back. You do it most when Link is sleeping. You will make thinly veiled threats under the guise of passiveness. They are so vague that Zelda has no ground to stand on when trying to convince Wild of your corrupted nature.
Zelda is unable to keep herself safe from your assaults due to her weakened magic. You try to slit her throat, and she cannot put up a barrier to protect herself. She makes it out with a thin cut along her collarbone. You lie, and Wild believes that Zelda got hurt, and it wasn't your doing.
You do it again with poison, then fire, and you even tried to murder her by pushing her over a cliffside.
As abruptly as the attacks had started, they stopped. You stop making attempts at her life. Zelda is even more on edge. She is just waiting for you to strike again. She knows what you are. She would never trust something like you.
ღ Zelda gets so paranoid that she allows the two of you to venture on your own. She needs to come up with a plan since Wild won't listen to her. You move into his home in Hateno Village. It's lovely that you both are able to settle in for a while. Your romantic relationship is official! You are able to keep him to yourself most days. You make him stay home more and more. He is content with it. He gets overwhelmed when he has to walk into the village and be bombarded by everyone's questions and praises. Some even try to degrade him for his first failure. That villager or villagers who insulted him always go missing the next day. Wild doesn't mind it so much now.
ღ He has to begin to take care of you. You come down with a strange illness. It isn't deadly, from what you are able to tell. Your skin becomes more red, with a strange tint to it. Your irises change to so dark a color that people feel as if they are looking at death when met with your eyes. You become easily exhausted, so you only leave the house at night. You become more violent and unhinged. You nearly kill Wild.
ღ You thought you scared him off, but almost instantly he forgave you. He couldn't blame you for something you couldn't control. Purah diagnosed you with gloom disease, an infection created from malice that spreads throughout one's body and turns them into a puppet for evil. It's impossible that you would have a disease like that. Calamity Ganon has been defeated. It must be an aftereffect from your original time being poisoned by the malice.
ღ He pledges to stay by your side and help you regain your health. He doesn't need the villagers, Sidon, or even Zelda. All he needs is you. Your relationship isn't perfect, but you both still try to make it work. How unfortunate that it will leave him in tears as the kingdom falls once again.
— Four —
ꨄ︎ You first met Four by complete accident; you both had an order of the same forging material, but they didn't have enough, so you ended up splitting the amount of materials until the next shipment of them came in. You thank the goddesses every day for that accident. You believe it was fated. It had to be fated. The two of you were meant to be.
ꨄ︎ After an awkward apology, the two of you began to talk. You connected instantly; well, that's what you tell yourself. You told him about your dreams of becoming a blacksmith. You were just a novice, so Four offered to take you under him as an apprentice. The orders were multiplying by the day, and he did need an extra pair of hands.
ꨄ︎ You became entranced by the way he worked and the complete concentration in his multicolored eyes. His frame may have been small, but it was well built. You have to wipe the drool spilling over your lips multiple times a day. You manage to get so lost in admiring him that you've tuned out the words forming on his chapped lips.
You want to get his lips so wet with your own. So badly. You need to kiss him.
"Ahem—did you get all that?"
You could only nod in embarrassment and end up clumsily executing whatever he had instructed you to do. Four just took this as you being inexperienced. You seemed so focused when he was talking. You must just be a slow learner. That's okay. He can work with that.
ꨄ︎ You always overwork yourself. It is something he has chastised you for before. You still do it over and over and over again just to hear those worried words escape his mouth. You take pride in them. You do it just to see him gently stop you and ask you why you do this to yourself. You could 'you' and go into an extensively in-depth monologue about your never-ending devotion to him, but you just settle for some generic answer. The sore muscles and burnout are always worth it, just because you do it for him and you get rewarded with his attention, which you covet so religiously.
ꨄ︎ The best part of being his apprentice, coupled with the fact that your brain can't admire and listen to him at the same time, is when he guides your movements and teaches you. Him physically touching you, his back pressed against yours, his calloused hands adjusting your movements. It's enough to make you want to beg for him to touch you more. You can't help it. He's so hot, both in the metaphorical and literal sense.
ꨄ︎ It leads you to begin following him to his cottage at the end of the workday. You wouldn't call it stalking per se; you are simply people—person watching. You are observing your mentor and learning from him. That's all. It becomes a routine. Four knows something is off, and it causes him stress. He does his best to figure out who is following him home, but you are clever with your use of stealth potions and noise-suppressant clothing. Four becomes so distressed that, after he comes home one day, he splits.
You were so surprised that you nearly fell off your hiding perch. You leaned in and tried your best to listen to them bickering. You only got bits and pieces of what they were saying. The Red one was mentioning your name a lot. It only seemed to be in a positive way, given the fact that his voice was pitched upward and he was bouncing on the balls of his feet. You may not have known much about this strange split, but you did know that you were going to use it to your advantage.
ꨄ︎ It isn't necessarily a bad thing that you are inflicting anguish on him, right? You are just doing it to learn more about your esteemed mentor. You also just can't stop. It was first when you noticed that his eye colors shifted out of harmony when he was troubled. You soon deduced that each color must correspond with those people that split from him. You did little things to agitate him. You'd make sure he didn't know, of course. It's just that the orders kept arriving late, project plans disappeared, and finished pieces suddenly broke or had chips in them. It was enough to turn his internal, perfected harmony into the dying screeches of an alley cat.
So he split right in front of you by complete accident.
ꨄ︎ All four of them froze up and just stared at you with wide eyes. Your nose began to bleed. There are four of them. You are in love with four people—well, four parts of one person. It was just too much for you. They are all so gorgeous. You nearly fall, and Vio catches you. While he holds you against his muscular frame, they continue to argue about the problems that have been going on. They say they have to get to the bottom of this. Oh. You'd love it if they got to the bottom of it.
ꨄ︎ A routine forms from it. You help them solve the problems you create. You look like a hero to all of them. You are always so caring and soft with them. You help heal any burns he gets from the forge; you are always attentive; and there is never a moment where a compliment doesn't leave your mouth about him and his smithery.
You are slowly integrated into the more intimate aspects of his life. Anytime they split, which is rarely, you help mediate the arguments. You aren't partial to any of the Colors since you love them all. It is a dangerous toxin for you. You learn so much about him and about them that you begin to feel sick when away from his presence. It's a disease that affects both your heart and mind, threatening to drive you into insanity unless you heal it with his time and touch.
ꨄ︎ You cannot handle any competition. Anything that gets within his vicinity ends up dead the next day. You aren't even able to restrain yourself any longer. You'd stop doing it if he asked, maybe. However, that'd require him to know what you are doing for him. You want him to know, but you don't know how hurt he would be if he did.
ꨄ︎ What solution can you find to that? Enchanted items. You gift him small trinkets that have been enchanted. You play it off as something small. You are merely being as good-natured as always. Some have protection enchantments, others ward off bad energy, and even one that will supposedly attract him more to you. You are incredibly careful about making sure none of the enchantments are too strong. It still has to be your little secret. In your defense, you are only working in his best interest.
ꨄ︎ Four asks the Minish to help him figure out what is happening. They tell him the truth. They have known it was you all along. They were just too terrified to tell him. You look so scary.
What?
It shatters his insides. He splits.
Their reactions to your yandere tendencies are mixed.
Red thinks that it is kind of sweet. You may be slightly insane, but you treat them all so well. You deserve a second chance. All Four needs to do is talk it out with you.
Blue wants to have you locked up for what you have done. It is insanity as Red said. You need to be stopped immediately. Who knows how far you will go? They have already dealt with Vaati. They don't need a copy of that situation all over again.
Green does his best to calm the two down. Red and Blue are getting into a heated argument, and more strife in this situation won't solve anything. A part of him agrees with Red, and the other with Blue. You have been so kind, but your actions are unjust. He just feels betrayed.
Vio is impressed. He wants to know the extent of this infatuation you have with Four. He won't lie and say that he isn't attracted to your possessiveness. Something about it just makes him hotter than the heat in the forge.
ꨄ︎ They stay split for the night as none of them can come to an agreement. Any attempt at communication just ends in a screaming match. It's a blessing that this is one of the few nights where you weren't able to stalk him home due to your schedule of killing the people that got too close to him.
It was that night that not only did they learn of your true nature, but it was also the night in which the plan to truly test you was put in place. It was Shadows doing, as always. Shadow popped up next to Vio and convinced him to truly test your limits. Vio was both surprised and relieved to see him again. He thought he was—that he was gone. Shadow has just been watching all of them in the darkness.
Vio could almost chuckle. How typical of him.
ꨄ︎ So in the morrow hours Vio leaves his counterparts and goes to the forge. He sees you there, but acts as if he doesn't. He heavily flirts with one of the customers. He could see your body language shifting to something more rigid and bitter. Shadow snuck up behind the customer and pushed them onto Vio. They both kissed, and since no one else was there but you, they continued. Vio didn't resist making out with the random buyer. He was disgusted at the fact he had to kiss another, but if it meant seeing you snap, then it was worth it.
ꨄ︎ Snap you did. One of the new swords Four had crafted earlier in the week lopped the head of the patron clean off. You didn't stop there. You grabbed Vio by the collar of his tunic and began to drag him towards Four's cottage. He didn't resist; he was more amused than anything. The rest of the Colors didn't have the same reaction.
ꨄ︎ You got on your knees and confessed everything to them. Every little thing in your heart and mind, you spoke. You begged them, begged him, to return your affections. Yet they were in disarray. They rejected you. They rejected you? They rejected you!
You left and didn't return for a few weeks. The Colors were on edge and had a few choice words for Vio, but they reformed into Four. Everything was normal until, after a long day of work, you came up behind Four and knocked him out. You chained him to his bed with an absolutely unhinged expression in dilated pupils.
ꨄ︎ You ignored his panic and resistance. You only cooed and took that kiss you had been so patiently waiting for. You broke. Your sanity was consumed by your devotion to Four. If he denies you his love again, you'll kill him with his Four Sword. It's romantic the more you think about it. You'd be able to keep the Four Sword if you killed him. You could keep his clothes, and he'd always be yours. His body would be yours because you would have taken his life from him. He can love you or die at your hands. It's really his choice. 𖹭𖹭𖹭𖹭

GANONDORF X READER
Tumblr media
I was in hospital for 30 hours and had to start writting the smut part while I was on morphine. Really great decision... 👍 Anyway it's my first Ganon fanfiction so I hope I wrote the character well. I Imagined Ganon in Hyrule Warrior while writting this.
Warnings: SMUT Dubcon (kinda, I just want to be dominated by that man 😳), lust potion and use of force (I like things kinky and hard sorry not sorry) I ain't into villains and bad guys acting like puppies, so don't expect fluffy stuff. He's a bad guy. Not the Demon King for nothing.
On AO3 as well
It's being three years since Hyrule fell. Three years since the castle darkened. There was no sight of the princess anywhere after the king falls. Rumors has it that an evil Gerudo man took the place of the late king and that was the reason why the sun was never in the sky, replace by black clouds, especially close to the castle.
You were always taking a walk in the shopping district of the castle, taking in the songs of the birds and the voices of marchands urging people to buy their stocks. Everything, you would buy it there. But not anymore.
With no more exchanges between the four cities, there was nothing to buy in Hyrule. It was a dead place no matter where you lay your eyes upon. You had to go by feet in Goron city for the spices, Zora domain for the fishes, Rito village for arrows, sugar canes as well as oil and Gerudo town for the fruits. Only apples were growing close to your home and it was getting dimmer and dimmer.
You made plan to get to one place each five days since the travelling was taking you two and a half. One if you were lucky to not incountered monsters lurking.
Today you would be going to Gerudo town to restock. You didn't dare go for some days after hearing more beasts were in the region. Hopefully today it would be calm. You changed for the heat while hiding your head from the gust of sand that were frequent and made your way to the town.
You knew you were closer when the dried grass started disappearing and the rocks made their presence known with their massiveness. They were huge. So big that they curved in the center, almost hiding the sun for any light to go through. And no sunlight in the Gerudo desert meant a chilling cold. Fortunately your clothes were warm enough to support the drop of temperature.
It wasn't warm enough however to keep you from the chill that went all the way through your spine. It seemed darker despite the sun hidden already and the shadow casted next to you gave you the affirmation you weren't alone. With small steps, you turned face to face with a enormous horse. His skin as black as charcol and his mane like fire. Your breath stucked in your throat when you saw the rider.
Ganondorf.
You would prefer being embushed by ten bokoblins than with this devil. You had at least a chance of getting away with the first.
"What is a girl like you doing here at night?" His gruff voice made the hair on your body stand as his eyes stared at you in the darkness.
You didn't like the attention on you like this, especially from this type of person. You stepped back, hoping to skirt around the man. "Nothing that concern you, sir." But he moved his horse in your way, halting you as the animal tapped its left hoof angrily with a whinny. You almost tripped at its actions.
"I insist." Ganondorf got down his mount, the clacking of his metal armor resonating in the silence as he made his way to you. He felt something special about you and despite having his doubt about a mere hylian, he would get to the bottom of this. Just like the animal was, the man was huge. Some hair escaped from the shawl on your head, his own red free in the wind. "I think you know who I am."
"I really do not know." You wished he would leave you alone. Ganondorf was gorgeous in your opinion, yes, but a danger. An evil being. It wasn't recommend to mess or less talk with him.
He gritted his teeth. "Do not lie to me, little girl." He grasped your wrist forcefully and you let out a painful whine. "Lying to me is like spitting on my face. Showing dirrespect will get you nowhere." Your body struggled against his hold, profanities leaving your lips every second for him. His eyes widened suddendly when a light blind the both of you, but not enough for the man to losen his grip. "That mark—" A twisted smile appeared on his face at the middle triangle glowing on the back of your hand. "So the legend is true. It does exist."
Confused and scared, you didn't falter your movements. "What are you talking about?" Your eyes met, the claws of his armor leaving a gasp from you. "Let me go!"
"I can't do that now with you in possession of something so important." There was a pregnant pause as his eyes gazed over your form. "You could still proved useful after I've taken it." Your brows furrowed in confusion at his words.
"What—"
Ganondorf reached for the glow with one hand while the other was still holding you in mid-air. It felt like he was piercing your skin and you screamed, the light around you growing bigger. By the time the light dismished, your body fell limp. The triangle that was on your hand turned grey, getting a scoff from the man. He smirked nonetheless knowing he was closer to get the power he wanted and deserved.
"Just two more."
•°•°•
Your sleep was over when you were throw on something soft. The action making your body bounced and mind alert. The hair on your skin rose up when your eyes made out a figure.
How long was he there?
"Look who decided to finally wake up." He sneered. You jumped from the bed but a yelp left your mouth when you were held back, tangling on the side of the bed. A gold chain was on your ankle, great.
Your eyes glared at him after colliding with the bedpost. Anything to be far from him although you knew inside that wouldn't stop this monster. "You got what you want Ganondorf. Why am I still here?"
The man chuckled darkly. "Feisty, aren't we?" He started to take off his armor, only the armsets with the claws staying. When he turned around however, red flood on your face. He already seemed built but without a top? The man was buff with muscles, red chest hair contrasting with his skin color. Your eyes broke from the sight immediately, hoping the Gerudo didn't see that.
But, oh, he did. "Enjoying the view small one?" Ganondorf threw the armor far while approaching your form dangerously. His eyes slit, challenging you to lie to him again and that shut you up. It only left you angry at yourself for finding this evil king attractive.
"You will stay here to keep me compagny and do as I say. Better started getting obediant now."
Keeping him compagny? "So now I am your pet?" You murmured unhappy, yanking the chain in resilience.
Ganondorf smirked devilishly, lookind down at you. He sounded condescending. "If you want to call it that way, pet." He emphasized the last word. "But you will watch your mouth soon enough."
"Or what?"
The door knocked suddenly, catching you on guard at who it might be. However, by the smile widening on the Gerudo man, you weren't excited to know. A sheikah entered the room. They look at you briefly and then at him. "Lord Ganondorf, I had found what you requested." The sheikah bowed down, giving the man a vial filled with red liquid.
Ganondorf didn't even look their way, his amber eyes on the vial with a twisted expression. "You're still being loyal after all these years, Sheik. I'm surprised."
"I follow whoever is the enemy of the royal family."
"That'll be all." The Sheika left in a puff of smoke.
"What is that?" Your voice was hoarse from the anxiousness, your gaze between the vial and the man.
"Something to keep you in line. It will bring great excitement to you, don't worry." The Gerudo man thugged the chain toward him, resulting in your body sliding to the end of the bed like a doll. It's like you weight nothing. It got a yelp from you and a booming laugh from him. He gripped the ties harder, bringing your face closer to his after the man crouched. "Open wide." But your mouth stayed close. Ganondorf growled at your disobience, irritated. "Don't start again, girl." He grabbed your cheeks and pressed with his armored claws digging into the skin. "Drink."
You finally let go after looking at him. The liquid ran down your troat. Instantately you felt hot and lighthead. "That fast huh?"
You couldn't keep your eyes off Ganondorf, your silent attraction reavealing itself so easily. "I feel strange."
He positionned himself on top of you, chest in full view. "You understand the effects do you, princess?" That nickname was new but it didn't bother you much as it turned you on more instead. Ganondorf cut the clothes with the sharp tip before grazing your nipples, eliciting a loud moan from you. Your voice ragged and reaching for air. The man continued to massage your breasts. "How does it feels?"
"You bastard—AH!"
He smirked triumphally while sucking the sensitive part. His tongue was hot and moving fast against your nipple. Your breath quickened at the attention your body was receiving. You hate that you love this. "Don't stop..." You whimpered, hiding your face with your hand.
"What was that girl?" You were interrupted by his hand caressing your lower parts. "Mh." Ganondorf gazed down a moment, his grin larger. "You're enjoying this quite a lot I see." The squishing sound of your garment and the juices were making you even more embarrassed.
"Just...." You try to ignore his eyes lingering on you. "Please continue..."
"Certainly princess."
Your lower body was naked as the air caressed your pussy. The man didn't struggle to take off partly his robe, revealing his member pulsing in front of you. Your pupils dilated and your mouth opened. "It won't fit—"
Ganondorf hands grabbed you easily by the hips, putting you on his lap, just over his member. Your owns instantly placed on his shoulders to create distance. "You were so excited to continue this little game." His voice resonated in your ears like honey, earning another whimper.
"I—"
His armored hand grabbed your cheekbones with power while you watched him with a mixture of lust and fear. "I'm in charge here girl. Don't command me, a king."
The intrusion was sudden but weirdly not as painful as you had thought. Maybe because your juices were flowing and cascading down the interior of your thighs. "That's it." He groaned silently, closing his eyes. The man's hands moved to your waist, applying more force before bringing your down again.
Your gasps filled the room. You were shaking. "It's too much! I'm too filled!"
"Perfect." Ganondorf replied and smacked his hips into you repeatively. He grabbed your hair from behind, another moan leaving your lips in exctasy. "You're mine to keep." He rolled his pelvis, touching new parts inside you that made you see stars. "Your power is mine. All of you—" He growled, changing position so you were now crouched on top of him, his arms snaking around your body and entering deeper than he had previously. "Is mine."
Your eyes rolled to the back, tongue out and sweat running down your body. "More....More please." You whimpered, shaking.
The movement stopped suddenly as his grip on you losened. You watched him with confusion and despair. You were so close! "Why are you stopping?" Your hands were on his pecks, his breathing moving your whole body to the ryththm.
"Oh, don't worry, princess. We are far from finished." He explained smugly. You were roughly switched on your stomach, your eyes half-lidded from the potion and the pleasure. Ganondorf fondled with your buttcheeks and you were vocal again after metal slapped the flesh.
"Ah!"
The man hips collided with your back, the new intrusion farther inside you. He gripped one arm, arching your body towards him while the other hand rest on the redened flesh. "How do you feel?" He huffed, his pelvis either creating round movements or entering forcefully, eliciting shocks across your body. "I sense your lust from your part of the triforce." He groaned, slapping harder but slower.
"I can't feel like this—I can't—" You mumbled inconherently and before you knew it, white filled your vision.
You rested there on the bed, panting and disheveled as Ganondorf looked over at you one last time then left the room laughing with an evil smile on his lips.

behold: my second least favorite string of words in the entirety of Tears of the Kingdom.
(it's a little less transparent why this time so I'll explain my thoughts under the cut)
So why do I not like this?
In so many words: because if you remove it, the scene still works, but you lose the moral certainty of what is going on.
This single sentence does so much legwork for the entire game (the kind I dislike), to the point where I'm about 60% sure it's the product of a rework that realized how ambiguous Rauru's position was as the Good Rightful King and needed to nervously reassure the players that Ganondorf Is and Always Was the Invader, Actually.
(no matter that it leaves the gerudos in this awkward in-between state of both invaders and victims, while never dwelling in the specifics of their history and their own agency in the entire thing; brushed off as a sin they have to expiate through loyalty to the winners of that particular strife, but without explicitely blaming them either to avoid the implications of what that would have looked like)
If you remove it, not only do you lose a pretty clunky line that detracts from Ganondorf's intimidating presence (who is he even speaking to? who needs to hear this right now?) that honestly speaks for itself when it comes to his experience with warfare, but also you lose any tension and any mystery regarding why he is attacking in the first place.
You also... kind of rob Ganondorf's motivations of their meaning. "Hyrule will bow down before me" leads to asking... why? What does he want? What does he see in those lands? And what little we get with Rauru and then Link during the final fight begs more questions; why do you prefer hardship to peace? Why do you value strength? What leads you to want to rule a land devoid of survivors, become a king without a kingdom? I don't think we ever get satisfactory answers. If you remove this sentence, on the other hand... Subtextually, it becomes pretty clear that his motivations is that he felt threatened by Rauru's power, which is ripe with subtext and questions about whether this is a legitimate reaction, whether his "no survivor" stance is due to a feeling of betrayal when his own people turned against him post the Demon King shenanigans... I'm not saying it would fix the entire game's writing, far from it, but it would already do *so much more*.
(genuinely, I think he could have stayed completely silent during the Molduga Assault, speaking only in the Show of Fealty before going completely nuts after Sonia's murder, and it would have worked MUCH better in terms of characterization but anyway anyway
EDIT: ALSO!!! that way he wouldn't speak hylian to fellow gerudos, which is weird inherently)
Without this line, the core of the tension between the gerudos and Hyrule comes front in his conversation with Rauru; it allows the cause of his hostility to be Rauru's invitations, that he would have taken as a threat, and would have still made him warlike and domineering without making him cartoonishly flat, because, once again, Rauru is not acting in a particularly more legitimate way when Zelda arrives in Ancient Hyrule; and it would have been... fair to point that out. And make for better characterization for Rauru, and Sonia, and Mineru, and everybody. But the priority was for Hyrule to be pictured as unquestionably holy; always legitimate, always truthful, always beautiful, always just.
Also, and this is more of a nitpick but: why would Ganondorf want Hyrule, specifically, to bow down before him also? Was he at war with the rest of the disparate tribes before, and just carried on his ambitions to the very very newly-founded kingdom as they allied under a new banner? (though it seems to be implies the lands were crawling under monsters in a generic sense, and not Ganondorf's attacks in particular) Why would he even consider Hyrule a legitimate entity worth taking over then, if it is so new, born from the will of a powerful rival, founded by what is basically a stranger to these lands? Why would he covet something so young instead of destroying it and just calling the lands Gerudo Lands II or Grooseland or something?
I don't think any of that was even accounted for, because, beyond everything else: to me, this sentence is so clearly and painfully crammed in here to shield Hyrule from any potential blame and immediately characterize Ganondorf as Bad without having to remove any of the causes that could lead one to side-eye Rauru's little pet project as equally questionable.
Beyond the clumsiness, it is cowardly --and, I think, a little damning.

destiny :3 (said with agony)
here are some thoughts i want to share
Tumblr media Tumblr media
i wanted to share the gifs bc i like them. weee look at tthem spin
Cia
the background is a darker tone of the blue i associate with the hw royal family. there is purple overlay/shading on her because of ganondorf's influence on her. there is a soft yellow light highlighting her face- this is the glow of the triforce. i'm also using my own design :3
Link
i associate the general tone of blue in the background with the hw royal family due to the scarf included in the hero’s tunic, plus the same material/blue of the scarf is used on the flags of hyrule castle. this is the second time now (in art i’ve posted) that i have obscured his face- i like doing this to invoke a weak sense of self, which is something these two have in common in my mind.
misc.
originally this was going to be 16 frames with 4 little "scenes" of these two. Cia before she started to realize her plan wasn't going to work -> Link before he got the master sword OR Link just before fighting Dink (does not make much sense now with where it ended up but it's important to the original thought) -> the 8 frames that i Did end up making. I think it's interesting if these two struggle with similar things but show off the opposite ends of the spectrum of reacting to it. Cia knows her fate and creates a self fulfilling prophecy in her anger and panic, Link knows his fate and gives himself up to it too readily, which not only leads to a kinda blank slate persona but also turns the power that the master sword gives him into the catalyst for the Dark Link fight. they don't spend enough time together in canon for this similarity to ever really shine, but i like to think it's something that they eventually talk about after the war there are several versions of this post that could have existed. i have had army dreamers associated with link for a while now so the trend was very convenient LOL but there is also an animation draft for over & over by rio romeo that would have been hell on my wrist!! but trust me it's really good
there is a single frame at the end of cia's segment that i can't get rid of it actually drives me nuts

gog i still can't get over minish cap vaati's Everything. He is So Fucking Stupid (affectionate)
Like. This guy's establishing character moment is, in order:
he's introduced as having won an entire tournament to get to touch a magic chest and get a cool sword, which was the prize for said tournament
turns around and does a goddamn evil soliloquy TEN FEET AWAY FROM THE GUARDS who were about to hand him his macguffin on a platter
(like this man fucks up his own horribly planned daylight heist because he cannot keep a lid on the dramatics for FIVE FUCKING MINUTES, IN PUBLIC)
(THE BAR WAS ON THE FLOOR VAATI, FUCKING GANONDORF PLAYS THE PIPE ORGAN FOR HIS OWN BOSS INTRO AND HE STILL KNOWS BETTER THAN THIS SHIT)
proceeds to fight the guards (it is, admittedly, a curbstomp for him, but it still clearly wasn't his plan, because otherwise why bother with the tournament)
gloats evilly
opens chest, unleashing a whole bunch of monsters
exposits out loud about Zelda's powers like a nerd while she is actively charging up her magic powers to kick his ass
RECOGNIZES and IDENTIFIES said magic as the special power carried by the female royal line
completely fails to recognize it as the light force he is currently trying to get his hands on (he spends like 99% of the game not figuring this out.)
petrifies her
(i have no idea if link could have deflected this spell if he had managed to get the right angle with his shield but i like to think somewhere there is a very short and very funny alternate timeline where it happens)
(more importantly: no part of vaati's original presumed plan would have involved doing this. he 100% created this situation for himself by being an dramatic idiot and picking a fight for no good reason.)
looks in the chest
there's no light force
considering his stated goals he might be as confused as you are about the monsters tbh
uhhh
evil laugh
teleports the fuck out
He then proceeds to spend the rest of the game trying to figure out where the light force is and ends up having to wait for Ezlo and Link to figure it out first because he was, as far as I can tell, GENUINELY stuck on this part. He fucking kidnaps and impersonates the King, not for access to Zelda, but to… send guards to go look for the Light Force, presumably because he was either running out of ideas or genuinely thought that would work.
None of the guards even had any idea what he was talking about. He's not even good at impersonating the King. He's already sent like twenty people to the dungeon by the time you get there and it hasn't even been a week. Somehow the game spins this as a cunning plan and clever manipulation or something.
(Meanwhile the guards are just. Poking around in random bushes and shit hoping to find the light force. One of them asks you what you think it might look like.)
Zelda is literally right next to the throne and Vaati does not figure it out until you find an actual honest-to-goodness LORE TABLET spelling out that the Light Force is Stored in the Zelda, at which point he's like "ahahaha you've done my work for me this was definitely my plan all along" and takes over the castle and throws a bunch of monsters at you to stall for time while he figures out how to extract the force from her. Somehow he still doesn't think to actually lock the fucking door.

Content warning, dark thoughts, suicide attempt
Link had always done his duty.
He'd been raised a Sheikah, immersed in his father's culture. He'd recognized that his loyalty was always to the royal family, to Hyrule, to the goddess and the good people who lived in this land. He'd been a strong warrior, had passed his trials of adulthood at the age of twelve, had proved himself worthy of the honor of being part of such a group of people.
He'd become one of their best fighters. He'd been the pride of his people. Lady Impa had always smiled when she saw him. He missed seeing her smile.
Link had always done his duty.
He'd pushed to fight in the war even when the king had insisted on hoarding his best fighters. He'd snuck out with Princess Zelda on a quest to find the Master Sword and the Hero of Hyrule that the kingdom so desperately needed. When the princess had insisted that it had to be him, having been claimed by the treasure of the Goddess Farore, he drew the blade of evil's bane and wielded it in battle. He'd slain the beast that Ganondorf had turned into, he'd destroyed Hemisi's beloved father and the one man who had slowly started to become a father figure to himself as well.
And when it had all been over, he'd listened as the queen petitioned to him, saying that the only way he could save Hyrule now was by sacrificing himself.
And Link had always done his duty.
He shouldn't be bitter. The choice was his, after all. It was for Hyrule. He was doing this for Hyrule.
Yet while he bled and died for these people, the nobles continued to try and claw for power. While he did what was expected of him, others with power and destiny on their shoulders acted selfishly. While he did his job, everyone else scrambled and pleaded and cried as if they were helpless, whining about circumstances that everyone was enduring as if others weren't suffering.
He didn't have a right to whine about any of it. He'd chosen this fate. He loved Hyrule and wanted it to heal.
So why did he have to feel so damn bitter about all of it?
He wanted to murder someone. Preferably all of the nobles. Maybe even some of the sages.
He hadn't been able to think straight since the baby shower. He'd been alone and hopeless since the wedding, honestly, but sparring had helped. Lately, though, his emptiness had started to fill with resentment, and he couldn't stop it. He didn't want to.
Link paced outside, having beaten multiple knights in sparring duels in an attempt to get his frustration out. It hadn't helped.
"Do you want to see her?"
No. No. Why would he want to see her? Why would he want a reminder of everything he'd gotten himself into, like this wasn't his fault. It was absolutely his fault, his choice, and he hated himself.
Link had always done his duty.
No, he didn't want to see his daughter. He would hate her too. And she didn't deserve that. Also, he frankly wasn't sure he could handle the sight, the confirmation of a permanent imprisonment, a lifetime consequence to his actions that he still regretted.
He couldn't regret it. He wanted to help Hyrule.
His mood darkened further, and he stormed back inside the castle, going to his room.
He wanted to scream, he wanted to be noticed, to be heard. He wanted to disappear into a corner and never be bothered again. He didn't know what he wanted.
He wanted to go back to a time where he didn't feel so empty.
He missed Hemisi. He missed her smile, her laugh, her mischievous nature, the way she brought out the lighter side in him, the way they always had adventures together. He missed her fire, her determination, her grit, her love for life. He missed her touch, the scent of the oils she put in her hair, the way she would smile at him. He missed the warm welcome from her family, the festivals and beauty of the Gerudo culture, the safety he felt when he didn't have to be on guard and on edge all the time.
He missed Lady Impa. He missed being a soldier under her command, just trying to impress her and make her proud. He missed the way she'd smile at him and look out for him, the gentle reminders to eat and sleep. He missed being noticed by her. She'd promised to support him in this marriage but she spent all her time with Zelda instead.
He missed home. He missed Kakariko, the peace of the world it inhabited, the protection offered by its people. He missed the blanket his mother had made for him, woven with intricate detail of the Hylian village she came from, the one reminder and connection he had to anything outside of his Sheikah heritage, aside from his name. He hadn't slept in his village since he was a thirteen.
He missed having friends, having connections. He missed a time where he wasn't the king consort or the Hero, a being with power and prestige who was held at arm's length or watched warily for threats. He missed being a person.
But he wasn't even that anymore, he supposed. He was a slave, and he'd put the damn shackles on himself.
Link had always done his duty.
The walls were closing in. His world spun. He was dizzy and breathless, angry and scared. Tears stung in his eyes, but he refused to let them fall. This was his own damn fault. He had no one to blame but himself.
Was this what the reward was for valor and honor? Was this why everyone else was so selfish?
He didn't know. The selfish fools didn't seem much happier, he supposed, or they wouldn't be clawing for power and resources.
If there wasn't happiness in honor and there wasn't happiness in disgrace, then would he ever even feel anything aside from the emptiness that was consuming him?
Link whirled, pacing back and forth until his knees hurt. He stopped in front of a mirror, staring at it. A man he didn't even know anymore looked back. His red eyes used to stand out from the white all around them, bright and energized, but now they blended in to the bloodshot background around them. His skin was paler than it used to be, weariness and stress pulling at his face, drawing lines that shouldn't be there. His hair was dry, split ends apparent, sloppily and tightly pulled into a bun that hardly resembled the tidy Sheikah style he usually wore.
Not a really good look for a king, he supposed.
A king. He was no king. He was nothing.
Link had always done his duty.
He didn't want to anymore.
"You've done your duty, the queen has her victory kid, the kingdom's in love with it. Come back to the desert with me."
He couldn't. He knew he couldn't. The Gerudo's survival was tenuous enough; if the King of Hyrule abandoned his wife and child for the chief of the Gerudo, their destruction would be assured.
He wouldn't do that to Hemisi. And he couldn't do that to Zelda. As much as he hated her, he couldn't hurt her like that.
And why did he hate her? She'd asked him to marry her to help the kingdom. He'd agreed. It had been his choice.
But time and again, she reminded him of the shackles he'd put on himself. Time and again, she'd made him do things he didn't want to because it was for their image. But he always did it. Because it was his duty.
Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if he just felt noticed. Maybe it wouldn't be so soul crushing if someone just recognized he was a person, not just a Hero or a King.
Link glanced to his right, noticing a dagger on his desk. It was one of the daggers he used to wield during the war. He picked it up, looking over its worn handle, remembering all the callouses he got while using it, remembering the feeling of blood soaking into his skin, the hot breath of his enemies when he'd kill them. Knives were far more personal than swords or arrows or kunai; he almost always watched his enemies die, the light fading from their eyes, when he'd use this blade.
He... missed the war.
What was wrong with him?
He shook his head, squeezing his eyes shut. The war was over. It was all over.
It was all over.
He should get some sleep. He had to do his duty.
Link had always done his duty.
He gripped the knife tightly. His hand shook.
What was duty anymore? What was he supposed to do anymore? He couldn't keep doing this.
He couldn't. He wouldn't. He was tired. He was so damn lonely. He was so damn lonely.
Link had always done his duty.
"You've done your duty."
He wanted it to be over.
"Do you want to see her?"
He was becoming a monster.
Link closed his eyes. He was a warrior. He would die a warrior. He couldn't live like this anymore.
Cold steel met his neck and ripped it apart.
