Hand-in-hand, you, Tom and Elsie walk through the streets of Brooklyn. You were on the look out for a place to eat brunch since this morning it took awhile for Elsie to wake up and get ready. You didn’t bother bringing a pram since there were lots of nearby cafes to your home.

It had been a whole month since you and Tom revealed that you were parents and a whole month since the promo tour of tbosas finished. Not many pictures of Elsie were out still, not that you purposely intended that. It just coincidentally happened.

But it felt great being out in the open comfortably with your family. Elsie had her arms up, both hands gripping Tom’s and your hands as you both lightly swing her. Childish giggles escape her mouth as you and Tom smile.

“Ooh, what about that place?” Tom points over to a little cafe on the corner of the street. It wasn’t very busy inside and you had already since great comments about it while you were looking at the cafes around this morning on your phone.

You sat in a three seater table that overlooked the street of Brooklyn, Elsie in the middle. “Would you like water?” Tom asks as he gets the jug of water. “Yes please,” You smile, tucking a loose strand of Elsie’s hair behind her ear as she nods. Her hair up in two pigtails, just how she liked them.

Tom fills her glass before carefully holding it for Elsie as she drinks it. You look through the menu, your eyes scanning the contents of it as you discuss with Tom the options. Wanting more attention on her, Elsie crawls onto her dad’s lap as Tom lets her, her little arms wrapping around his neck, their cheeks side by side as you laugh.

You quickly snap a photo of the two. “Do you want pancakes baby?” You ask, looking at Elsie, “Yes please,” She voices out as Tom cracks a smile. “Good manners darling,” He praises her, kissing her cheek before he passes Elsie to you, getting up to order.

Tom comes back a few minutes later. You decide to sit in Elsie’s spot beside Tom as she sits on your lap, her eyes on the road before her and the people walking pass. “Do you want to go to somewhere after this?” Tom asks you as he takes a sip of his coffee.

You spoon feed the froth of the babycino into Elsie’s mouth as you hum. “Actually yes, I saw this really cute pinafore for Elsie when I was walking by the shops a couple days ago,” At the mention of her name, Elsie turns her head to look at her parents.

You and Tom giggle as he lightly pinches her chubby cheek as Elsie smiles. “You’re so cute darling,” You kiss her forehead just as the food arrives. You thank the waitress and you move to sit back at your seat, Elsie back on hers.

Tom takes Elsie’s plate as she waits patiently, he was cutting it up into small bits so that she could eat it without hassle. “There you go sweetheart,” Tom smiles at her daughter as she digs in.

The three of you ate your dinner with Elsie taking a little bit longer. You watched your daughter as she chews her food slowly, her curious blue eyes wandering around the place. You had spotted a few paparazzi’s taking photographs a few times but you didn’t mind since they were on the other side of the street, far away.

A few people would stare as they walked by but they were all super respectful and didn't come up to ask for photos while you were eating. After Elsie finished, the three of you left the cafe and made your way to downtown brooklyn. Elsie was in Tom's arms most of the walk there since she felt clingy.

You stopped at the shop you mentioned to Tom and did a little shopping for Elsie. Hand in hand, you and your daughter walked around the shop, picking out things that she liked.

Tom was trailing behind, his eyes looking around the cute little shop that had the cutest pieces of clothing and thought how adorable they would look on her daughter.

All the clothes that you and Elsie picked out ended up in Tom's arms as he happily held them all. You helped Elsie try on all the clothes and did a little fashion show for Tom. It was honestly so adorable and Tom found it absolutely entertaining.

“Let’s go slow poke!” Sam shouts. “We gotta get outta here.”

You trudge up the platform and into the jet, your legs sore and tired from the mission.

“I’m comin’, I’m comin’”, you grunt.

You step foot inside and have to jump forward at the sound of the hatch beginning to close. You shoot Sam a dirty but playful glare before surveying the seating situation.

There isn’t any place to sit unless you’re going to squeeze yourself uncomfortably into the corner.

With a defeated sigh your shoulder slump and just before you resign to the worst seat ever you catch Bucky’s eye. He’s staring at you, his expression soft and inviting.  

“Grab a seat!” Sam shouts your way. “We’re takin’ off.”

You plod over to Bucky and stand between his widely spread legs.

“Can I sit with you Buck?”

“Of course ya can doll,” he says, patting his thigh.

You sit yourself down and lean against his chest, the tension of the mission melting from your body.

“Find a real sit babe,” Sam grumbles. “With a seatbelt.”

You roll your eyes and mumble something incoherent but then you realize you have the best seat on the jet.

With a smirk you take Bucky’s metal hand in yours and pull his arm around your waist. He immediately tightens his hold on you and pulls you closer.

“A real seatbelt,” Sam chides.

“You think one of those seatbelts is going to be better than this?” you ask with a scoff as you run your fingers over the metal plates on Bucky’s arm. “I’m in the safest spot on the jet.”

You turn your face to Bucky and give him a sweet smile. “And the comfiest.”

He blushes under your praise and dips his head with a chuckle. “Thanks doll face.”

You rest your head along his shoulder and give his scruffy cheek a kiss.

He looks up and locks eyes with Steve who is grinning like an idiot. Bucky throws Steve a smug smile and curls his other arm around you.

The ride back is smooth and you fall asleep in Bucky’s arms. When the jet lands everyone quickly unbuckles themselves and stands, eager to get home and rest.

You don’t stir and Sam walks over, opening his mouth to wake you.

“Don’t,” Bucky whisper shouts. “I’ve got her.”

He carefully releases his seatbelt and stands with you in his arms.

Once he’s brought you to your room and laid you on your bed he lingers in the doorway, watching your sleeping form.

“Don’t be creepy man,” Sam teases as he walks by.

“Huh?” Bucky asks, dragging is eyes away. “I’m not…I was just making… forget it.”

“You know she likes you right?” Sam says as he follows Bucky down the hall.

“Nah. She’s just a sweetheart. She likes everyone,” Bucky counters with a dismissive wave of his hand.

“She definitely is but I see the way she looks at you,” Sam continues.

Bucky is quiet for a moment before he shrugs off the comment and grabs a water bottle. “I’m gonna go shower.”

When he’s showered and dressed he walks back to your room and gently knocks. He doesn’t hear anything so he slowly pushes the door open and sees your body still curled up on the bed.

You shift and quietly speak his name.

“Yeah, it’s me doll. You ok?”

With a languid stretch you turn toward him and smile.

“I’m good, still tired though but I’m gonna go shower. Will you hang out? I won’t be long.”

“Sure doll.”

You shuffle off to the bathroom, returning shortly after in a tank top and shorts.

Bucky is sitting on the edge of your bed, scrolling through Netflix and he looks up at the sound of your feet.

He stares.

Your skin heats but despite the feeling a shiver skims down your spine.

“Are you cold?” he asks, standing as he swallows hard. “You can have my shirt…not that you need to cover up or anything, it’s just…I don’t want you to be cold but you uh look…you look beautiful. You always do.”

His awkward rambling dissolves your nerves and you step closer.

“Thanks Buck and yes, I do want your shirt, it’s chilly.”

Taking the hem of his Henley in his hands he begins to lift it over his head, revealing the patch of skin just above his sweats and the dark trail of hair that disappears into the waistband.

His tee shirt falls back down once he pulls the Henley off and you inwardly sigh.

With delicate movements he helps you into his shirt and you wrap yourself up in it’s warmth and smell.

“What do you wanna watch?” you ask him.

“What was that?” he says after a beat of silence, his gaze full of emotion as he stares at you in his Henley.

You repeat your question and he pulls out his small notebook, showing you the movie list he’s compiled. After you pick one you get comfortable on your bed and call him over. When he lays down you shimmy closer and slide under his metal arm, laying your head on his chest and snuggling into him. 

“Thanks,” he whispers.

“For what?” you ask as you crane your neck to look at him.

“For trusting me.”

You slip your fingers through his and give them a squeeze. “I always feel safest with you.”

Literally back at Montmeló this year 😎

Hello there from the sunny/stormy/rainy/cloudy, no-one-knows-what-else Barcelona!

Marina and I are back at the Barcelona-Catalunya Montmeló race track, but unlike last year, we’re now enjoying the view from the first rows of the Main Stands of the track. We thought it best since last year we nearly melted under the 36º sun without any cover on the stands. What we didn’t know is that the Main Stand doesn’t completely cover you from the sun/rain, at least not where we are seating. We might get it right next season 🤣

Anyway, so this time around we’ve come pretty early plus we’ve actually tried our best to see what was going on around the Fan Zone and we’ve seen a couple of drivers talking…. What a fucking delight. Seriously. Despite the blazing sun, the melting heat (I truly thought my skull was disintegrating) and some truly stupid people, the experience was fantastic. I was honestly surprised by some of the drivers, who we didn’t expect at all to be so sweet and nice and 🥰 Others were as we expected, others we obviously ADORED and there was one I didn’t want to see, and luckily we didn’t. I guess that’s all the luck we’re gonna get this weekend.

Lando and Oscar were meh. I didn’t like any of them. I already didn’t, but yesterday solidified my opinion on them. BUT the biggest surprises for me were Alex and Logan, they were like the sweetest guys ever. Alex already gives that vibe although I didn’t quite like him, but Logan really is like the nicest dude. He might not be the best driver, but they both won me over.

Zhou, Valtteri, Nyck and Yuki made the rest of my day. Not so much into Valtteri (nothing against the guy, he’s just there, he’s nice and that’s it), but Zhou, Nyck and Yuki are the CUTEST. God, how could we not!? Adorable. We even saw Toto speaking right before FP2 and man does that guy have a hold on my heart now. He’s hypnotic.

Today we saw more interesting drivers in the morning, starting with our favorite Frenchmen, Estie Bestie and Pierre. People were booing at them even to their faces, which was very annoying since none of them deserved it at all, but many of us tried to make them feel the best we could, and apparently we managed so that was good. We had the Ferrari boys just afterwards and saying that Charles is the cutest and a sweetheart is an understatement. How can I love someone that much? I could eat his face when he smiles. He even tried saying a couple things in Spanish and it was so funny and adorable, and Carlos even played along calling him “icónico”. It was a beautiful thing.

Afterwards came Kevin, Nico and Checo. Yes, only Checo. I’m not really gonna comment on the FP sessions because watching all of it live and having the big screens so far away this time (further and also smaller than you’d think, believe me) we haven’t even seen most of the footage and we have missed quite a bit of images and details to be able to comment properly. However, it mostly went smoothly except maybe FP3 since it started raining and poor Logan crashed. He looked defeated afterwards when he came back to the pitlane.

I continued to feel at the back while I returned to the package to find more information. The only thing I found was a card with a website presumably from the maker of the choker. I went to my computer and typed in the website. Hopefully it would have a users manual!

As soon as I hit enter my computer locked up. I was taken to a dark page with no exits and my other buttons disappeared. My webcam turned on and started sending video of me into the website 😰

Before I had time to pull the plug, I heard your distorted voice. "I knew you couldn't resist little girl". My heart sank. My worst fears about the choker were confirmed.

(i considered the story about the cutest confession that never was but another time)

anyway!! my second year of high school, i was really into this guy, we are going to call him t. i'd actually known t since middle school; we were in a quiz club together!! but it wasn't until high school that we really got to know one another. in our sophomore year of high school, we had two classes together: third period and fifth period. so one day in third period class, before we started dating, he handed me one of those little… cracker snacks that has peanut butter dip.

the thing is i'm allergic to peanut butter, but i didn't have the heart to tell him that. i gratefully took the crackers and pawned the peanut butter dip to a girl in my fourth period class. then, when we saw each other again in fifth period he apologized to me because he gave me the crackers but it didn't occur to him that i might be allergic to peanut butter (he'd recently been in the hospital due to a very bad allergic reaction)!!

now let's fast forward a bit. every afternoon, we'd walk together to the walgreens across the street from our school to where he'd get picked up by one of his parents. this is something that started before we started dating and continued on til… idk when, but anyway. about a week into dating, we'd done the usual walk but one day he stopped before going to his mom's truck and was like 'oh hey, i have to give you something.'

Derek turns into an actual puppy when receiving physical affection from Bradey. He's more reserved in public, but when it's just them he's like one of those big dogs that thinks it's still the size of a lap dog. He tries to be careful and not completely crush her but it's been so long since he's gotten any real tlc that he has a hard time not turning to mush.

He'll have his face pressed against her neck, holding her and kissing her skin, fully reciprocating, but also laying directly on top of her.

Bradey is basically the same way, but less careful since she doesn't have to worry about accidentally clawing or crushing him with werewolf strength.

She's pretty comfortable with him manhandling her too. With his werewolf strength, if Derek wants to pamper her on the couch, she'll suddenly be getting carried away from whatever she's doing to get loved on the couch. But it also comes in handy for when she's too tired to move from cuddling on top of him he can carry her to bed without a second thought.

-Emerald would have the longest passcode on the face of the planet 😭 she says it’s because she doesn’t want people snooping in her business but in actuality she wanted to be able to use her entire families birthdays in it 🥺4 peoples bdays is kinda tedious to put in all time so luckily she has a Face ID. I hc her as v tech savvy so she has the aesthetic widgets, they’re color coded and themed. Her phone case is clear with polaroids of her favorite people in the back. Intensely keeps Snapchat streaks (even though I really don’t know what those are, the cool kids in high school used to do it) but only posts consistently on Instagram. Half of their high school follows her. Posts lots of selfies and she loves a good photo dump. If her and he family go on vacation, best believe that at least four 15 slide photo dumps will come from that. She definitely knows that her parents stalk her on Instagram so she posts the more wild party pics on her snap. Texts the family group chat every night to say that she loves them even when she’s sleeping in a room a few feet away from them 🥺

-Kendall changed all her socials to private immediately after one of her students asked her about her weekend that she had posted on insta 😬 Has a bulky ass phone case and a screen protector. Insists on having her kids locations services being on at all times. She does the mom thing where she cross posts things from her Facebook onto Instagram. And the pictures are the worst pics of her kids that they’ve ever seen and they’re cropped weird so a part of their body is cut off from the picture every time 😭 Likes all of her kids Instagram posts and comments mom shit like “look at you and your friends 😁 so cute!”

-Synthia has Em do the widget thing for on her phone so she has a cutesy pastel theme 🥰 Her ringtone switches between wind chimes and soft nature sounds. Before she has kids she posts lots of cute selfies and the most adorable photos of her partners (think Synthias actual insta) Her kids are the cutest little babies in the world, trust and believe that she habitually posts throwback pictures of them as they get older

-Gia refuses to let go of their android from 8 years ago, even though both Kendall and Synth has iPhones 😭 it’s on its last leg by the time the kids get old enough for their own phones so to make it easier on the family phone plan, they get a an iphone. But only like an iPhone 5s 🥲 that shit is cracked and it gets hot when they run certain apps for two long. Mostly posts pictures of their art interspersed with pics of their family 🥺 takes forever to answer texts unless it’s their family and will send everyone else to voicemail. Literally checks their phone to see if it’s from their babies, if it is they’ll answer in .02 seconds, if it isn’t they’ll dismiss the text and it’s iffy on whether or not they’ll go back to answer it later😭 Ringer is always off, one of those people who hates the sound. Puts that shit on vibrate and turns it up so it will literally shake a table.

-Jasper’s phone background is him and his mama from her birthday dinner 🥺 rarely posts on any socials. When he does, he’s more of a insta and twitter person. Retweets those corny positivity accounts. He’s such a sweetheart but he’s also really lame, so he’ll randomly post one if his parents with a caption of “love you ❤️.” Three separate posts every parents day and birthday for Ken, Gi, and Synth. Lovingly clowns Emerald on insta for her birthday with the worst photos of her he could find but the most heartfelt caption 🥺 when her location sharing is on he will track his mommy while she’s running errands and text her asking if she swing back home so he can go with her. Just have to add that his new crush Ezra will post after soccer pics of just the two of them with lowkey flirty captions 🤭
