GoPro just announced its newest action cam for the 2023-2024 season. The HERO 12 follows on the heels of the HERO 11 but adds the following features:

Extended battery life

Bluetooth for wireless headphones/mics

"HDR" on-sensor video

LOG profile

New Max Lens Mod 2.0

The HERO 12 is available to pre-order now for $399. HERO 9/10/11 users won't find much benefit in upgrading, but people still using the HERO 8 or older will appreciate the faster GP2 processor, larger sensor, and addition of the front screen.
