Scoops' Fics of 2024

It's that time of year again! The time for me to rank my own fics for the last year in order from my least favorite to most favorite. I only considered fics I wrote entirely myself, so you won't see an honest living in here because that was almost 50/50 written with Dizzy! (but you should definitely go check it out!)

This year I only had two novel length fics because I was supposed to be focusing on original work (oops). I had a heck of a summer with my bingo fills. There's definitely recency bias at play here, but that's just how it goes sometimes. Let me know if you agree/disagree :D

See the Elephant - T - this one was written for a fic fest that ended up getting canceled because of the grituation. I had already written the entire thing and it had to be T because the artists were going to post their work. If I had known it would be canceled, I would have had them doing the freaknasty. This was after I had already planned out and written a fic before new boundaries dropped in November (see Circling Back). Basically, this fic fest was never meant to be, I suppose. I was starting to think I was a curse. Oh, but the fic itself is a soulmate AU and kinda angsty and has a hospital scene. 0 horse mentions.

Merry Men Making Merry - T - This was written for Fairy Tales from the SMP - the first and only successful fanfiction event I've completed all the way through (it's never me dropping out btw, it's always the event getting canceled). Anyway I got my first choice of fairy tale, which was Robin Hood, and I put a fun spin on it. The art with this fic was gorgeous!! A very different type of fic for me and it stretched some writing muscles I didn't know I had. Secret identity and identity reveal, some of my favorite tropes. 4 horse mentions.

Move to Florida, buy the car you want - E - the first of my bingo fics. It turns out I am bad at being brief. Anyway, DNF get together and semi-roadhead and I dunno, it's cute. I wrote most of this fic free hand in my note book at my work desk because fuck capitalism. I just checked, the prompt was "late night care rides" which checks out. 0 horse mentions

Someone told me there's no such thing as bad thoughts (croptop) - E - this is the one from the middle of June about crop tops that was also written for bingo. I dunno. It's cute enough. 0 horse mentions.

Everyone understands why it’s mean to be (a/b/o phone call) - T - this one is funny because I didn't even bother saying what the prompt was in the author's notes, but I think it was a/b/o. This one was fun to write because it was basically a nod to the 2021 fandom and where we were, and where DNF were -- waiting on that damn visa. Like going back in time and writing a fic. 1 horse mention.

Can I Use You Up - E - I really had fun writing this one. It has fun Dreateam dynamics and then a really intense sex scene and the dichotomy of both of those things in one fic -- and short (for me), at that! impressive. 0 horse mentions.

Circling Back - E - this fic is fun and wild. I got to write co-workers to lovers that is also hidden/secret identity -- and it works! WILD! I re-read this one recently and it stands up. This was originally written for that first fic fest i was talking about and when they changed it for the new boundaries for art, I couldn't have any smut and the whole plot kind of hinged around the smut, so... I decided to just write it as it is. ALSO this is the first fic that Chelsey beta'd, I think. So that's fun! And it was the first fic of the year (not counting Hits Different which wrapped up in January). 0 horse mentions.

Just to do experiments on - E - Yall, if you had told me that I would write tentacle porn, I would have laughed at you. Extra has been trying to get me to write tentacles for YEARS and then it came up on my bingo card and I felt like I finally had to bite the bullet and do it. Except, I actually really love how it turned out? This bingo prompt was tentacles, obviously, but also cursed by a witch. A twofer, if you will. 0 horse mentions.

Let Me Familiarize You - E - here's some Scoops lore. I wrote this fic in two sitting and it is 13K, so that's wild!!! It took me two days in the time after my surgery but before I could go back to work to write this (in between writing the beginnings of Two Fools and another story that I haven't and won't publish lol). Anyway, it's about witch!George accidentally making Patches his familiar and then coming clean to Dream and also his mom is there. And then literally that same day, George dropped a video with his mom. Crazy pants. (or maybe it was the day before when this was all written? Can't remember. Also I was on pain pills). I really like how it turned out. It's a fun premise! 0 horse mentions.

Puzzle pieces in the dead of night - T - another bingo fic, the prompt was pirates. Anyway, I had a BLAST writing this one. Secret identity, kidnapping, munchy mc dynamics, I really like writing action adventurey fics and this one feel right into that category. A fun read, in my opinion. 0 horse mentions.

I’m Having His Baby (No, I’m Not) - E - a bingo fic, the prompt was "mpreg, but abortion" because the person who made the boards *ahem* doesn't like pregnancy stuff and wanted to punish me (lightheartedly lol). Anyway, joke is on her, because I made this into an epic story and I had so much fun writing it. Like, laughing out loud to myself while writing it, which is kinda sad, but is also the point of fanfiction. You have to entertain yourself first and foremost. And also I snuck eventual mpreg in there anyway so haha! for real, though, if you think the premise of this one is weird -- Dream and George accompany Sapnap on a roadtrip to Colorado to get his abortion -- you should try it out anyway. 1 horse mention, and arguably the one that brought it to our good anon's attention.

Anagnorisis - E - speaking of mpreg, LMAOOOOOO. My "I didn't know I was pregnant" AU with Angst and miscommunication and domesticity and last minute flights to London and a baby named after the lead singer of Glass Animals. This fic has a lot! I wrote a lot about the beginning of this fic on Tumblr and kind of how I begin writing fics. Here Anyway, pretty proud of this fic. I had to ask my mom a lot of questions about NICU. 3 horse mentions.

I Am Two Fools - E - every year the last novel length fic of the year seems to be in the top spot. No Exception this year. This fic was very tough to write, but very rewarding. I think it taught me a lot about making sure character motivations are fleshed out and make sense. It, and Anagnorisis, taught me about trusting the reader and dropping hints at things. Yall got So Good at catching hints and making molehills out of anthills, as intended. I took a chance and switched up POV halfway through, which is almost never do. And I think that really helped me stretch my writing muscles as well as all the bingo fics. Very proud of the work I did on this fic. 0 horse mentions.

So I insist: if traveling as a tourist, S does not need a visa to enter the US for up to 90 days - that is correct, but by no means applicable to S's reality. And if he knew he'd need to stay more than 90 days, he would have applied for a visa - mandatory - in London before the Summer of Sassenach tour.

But he is not traveling as a tourist and very probably not under another type of non-immigrant visa, simply because he has businesses there and he is also involved in the OL project with *** (d'oh!).

Let's unpack:

As per US current regulations, S cannot apply for a B-1 (business non immigrant visa). To understand why, kindly refer to the US Customs and Border Protection FAQ (https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/documents/B-1%20permissible%20activities.pdf). I already munched it up for you:

Just catching up on your passport/visa talk

With Tom, i suppose its easy to prove he is working in the US, but with Harry and Jack, how would they prove it? With them working for Tom,is he the employer, or would the studios vouch? Suppose there would have to be some official documents for those 2? Can't just be word of mouth so to speak

You can get an O-1 visa for accompanying the main talent aka Tom, and it'd be the studio that's the employer who proves that both the talent and their team need visas to come to the US to work usually.

Usually for Tom and other celebrities when they have a film, the studio covers their expenses which includes them paying their "staff"/team like assistants, security then for press tours the studio can also cover the cost of a stylist, MUA etc. If I remember correctly Tom has spoken about how during Homecoming (?) he got marvel/sony to bring Sam to stay with him as a "personal chef" for example. Next time you watch a film if you watch the credits the whole way through you'll sometimes find the main stars' assistants, security guards etc. may be listed in the credits because of this system.

A day ago, the Dominican Republic and Haiti had an armed standoff. They clashed over the border a month ago because of Haiti building a canal that would make them more independent from the DR.

Refugees were progressively fleeing to Nicaragua to get away from the country's ongoing spiral, but that door recently closed. It may have opened back up, I'm not certain, but the government of Haiti has gone ahead and banned flights to Nicaragua anyway.

The Dominican Republic also wants to build an actual fucking wall, and is partnered with Israel, who are currently killing Palestinians in utterly disproportionate and sickening so-called retribution.

The Dominican Republic has good relations with the United States. This post is from just eight days ago, from Biden himself.

In summary: 1. Haiti's bid to cope with their own water crisis has led to the Dominican Republic closing the border. 2. There are currently border clashes between Haiti and DR. 3. Haitians have been fleeing to Nicaragua, but the door has been closed by their own government. 4. DR has close ties with the US, so they're likely to back the DR. 5. People are dying.

I don't live anywhere near Haiti, nor am I physically affected by the unfolding situation. I don't know how bloody things really are getting in there, or how accurate some of this news is (lord knows accurate news on unfolding genocides is horrendously difficult to find), but if there's even a chance that this is actually fucking happening right now, then it needs to be said. On the rooftops, Leon and Victor sit spying on the two lovebirds with disgust.

Meanwhile, below them, MC and Vincent were sitting outside enjoying their Bobas. Vincent kisses MC head, while MC chuckles and kisses him back on the cheek. This makes Leon clench his fists in anger and Victor snarl.

Victor: ugh “We have to make them break up. It’s too dangerous for him to do this.”

Vincent exhaled in pride and satisfaction as the Sun's rays warmed his body. MC was sleeping on the sunbed next to his, a book threatening to fall from his hands onto the golden beach sand. The red head turned to the brunet, admiring the boy's sleeping face.

'He's so beautiful... This... it's all so perfect. We could stay here, just the two of us, forever. I have money, I know the local language, he won't miss anything...'

A sudden realisation made him furrow his brows.

With a gentle shake, Vincent awoke MC from his slumber. The boy let out a small yawn while he wiped his eyes.

"Come, sleepy head. Let's swim!" Vincent said with a soft smile. MC grumbled before sitting up on the sunbed, streching his limbs and checked the time on his phone.

"It's almost lunch time. We came out at what... 9 a.m?" MC mumbled sleepily. Vincent sighed as he sat up.

"We came out right after breakfast. If you're wondering, you've been snoring for the last half hour."

MC looked up at his companion in surprise. "I don't snore. At least as far as I know."

Vincent let out a sigh before reaching for MC's hand and dragged him to the water.

"Enough chit-chat, the water's calling!"

Since this part of the coast was the property of Vincent's family, the two boys could head to the water without the risk of the stuff getting stolen.

The boys enjoyed the sea. After a few attempt of trying to get deeper into the much colder enviornment, the water felt pleasant against their skin.

"Wait, MC no! I don't wanna get my hair wet!" Vincent shrieked as MC splashed him with the salty water.

"Vengance will be mine!" MC yelled in enthusiasm, his hair drenched from Vincent's little 'prank'.

After a while, both got out, sea water dripping from their hair.

"Great, I can wash it again." Vincent moaned. MC chuckled at his suffering, earning a pout from his host.

"I enjoyed it. Thank you for taking me here, Vincent!"

Though still angry at his boyfriend for messing up his hair, Vincent couldn't help but smile. His hand found MC's, their fingers intertwined tightly.

"I'm happy you're here. This is the first time I actually enjoy a vacation with someone close to me."

Hearing this, MC felt a bit sad, it was evident on his face. Seeing this, Vincent averted his eyes.

"A-anyways, we should head back, I'm sure lunch is alre-"

"VINCEEENT!!"

Both boys stopped in their tracks. They watched, freezed on the spot, as Vincent's uncle, Victor stomped his way towards the pair, his coat still hanging on his shoulders. His face was red, his eyes bloodshot, and he was huffing like a bull.

"YOUNG MAN! YOU...*huff* YOU'RE IN....*huff* BIIG TROUBLE!" Victor yelled. Once he reached the pair, he slouched and tried to regain his breath.

"God, it's hot...*huff*...You two...." He gulped. "Back to the house....

"Uncle, are you oka-"

"NOW!"

Back at the weekend house, the living room was more heated by Victor's rage than by the fireplace. The older man was furious at his nephew and MC. At Vincent for running away and stealing from him, at MC for... for whatever he was angry at him, along with 'helping' Vincent in this little escapade.

"You two are going to board the jet tonight and go straight back home. Vincent, you are forbidden from EVER meeting with this boy and you're back to therapy. And you, MC. If I ever see you near my nephew...let's just say, it's in your best interest I don't."

Both boys remained silent, holding their hands under the coffee table.

"I'll go eat lunch, I haven't eaten anything today."

With that, Victor stormed to the dining hall.

This is a intro to a story I had when I first got my drivers license.

Marcy scanned the email with bleary eyes

It was 5:00 o' clock in the morning and she awoke in a panic, fearing she'd already missed her appointment. 

Rightfully so, living in Paterson New Jersey the commute to the the correct DMV that wasn't completely packed was miles away in Queens, New York. 

The weather had been dreary and grey. Sadly fitting Marcy's chain of misfortune over the last 3 months. 

Even being February in the East-coast, it felt remarkably foreboding.

She could hear the whistling wind, whip its way through her air ducts

A bitter reminder of living alone

Shaking her head in irritation she chided herself

"I should've gotten this damn I.D fixed months ago...I didn't have the money and the temp one expired weeks before this crap. All this for a job? 

At least they took her temporary I.D before hand...WHY do I always wait until the last minute? 

Glancing at the clock it was already 5:10 Am 

Hurriedly, she checks the appointment date on her lagging Gmail

10:00 Am, Thursday 10th, 2013

"That should give me plenty of time to at least stand in line at Starbucks ans get a coffee... once I hit the streets of Queens there will no chance for at least an 45 minute wait, once I hit the city. 

Finally stumbling out the door, she crams her earbuds in

To Ke$sha, "Tiktok" was now her favorite obsession of the week

Dead leaves crunched under already cold feet, crammed into worn to hell flats, Payless.

The subway had a eerie yellow tone in the early morning glow,it looked like yawning portal, with mystery stains of sodas and god knows what else 

She takes a moment to pause at the missing persons bulletin hanging as she past. 

It was usually crowed but this time

Pictures were practically falling off of thing

Alone in the subway station that unsettled feeling starts to sprout in her gut and continues to grow reaching heart when she arrives on the train 

It was just her and one lone man in a tattered coat 

Holding her self as she sits down, she cranks her music even louder to ignore the whirlwind of anxiety that has followed her out of nowhere 

Finally

Starbucks appears in her views

It was thankfully and almost strategically right out front of the subway station so she could catch the connecting train

Catching her face in the glass, waiting for her Carmel Macchiato, the sudden warmth of the place made her cheeks flushed and very red. 

At last she arrives to her destination with barely 5 minutes to spare to check in with her ticket number

Flopping into a cold plastic blue chair, she waits for her number to be called

Marcy peaks in her bag to make sure she remembered her SSN card and proof of residency

Before she can heavy a sigh of relief her number is called on the grainy automated speaker above her 

"Number # A00671 Booth number 7 is now ready"

"Jesus," she muttered and heads to the booth 

A very plain women with limp blond hair in a fading 80's style with rectangular glass beamed at her the moment she saw her 

"Good morning, dear, how are you this brisk morning?" 

How could any one have this much energy this early? Marcy thought sourly

Did she have an almost 2 hour commute to break her neck to? 

Instead, Marcy tried to remove her weary scowl and replied, "I'm good. Thank you." 

The effervescent women droned on about how cold it was now, and how it felt like a Monday

Marcy only cares to zone back in when she asks something relevant 

"Now do you have 2 bills proving your state of residents? 

Saying nothing, she hands the coffee stained, crumpled pieces of paper to her 

"Beautiful!" "Do you have your Social?"

 Again, wordlessly she hands over her card 

 The women kept asking her a bunch of questions that she could've already seen on her computer is she stopped being nosy 

It unnerved her why she asked why she was getting her DL updated if she took the metro every where. 

Yes, she could drive, I just prefer to have both

No she doesn't and won't ever consider moving to New York 

Yes it was for a job

Until the last part almost sent Marcy reeling from annoyance

"Would you like to list that your an organ donor?" 

She paused

Would she? 

Marcy thought back to her dying cousin who had cancer at 17 and needed a new heart...Didn't live long enough for when the call came in when a match was found after a someone died in a highspeed car crash. Only two days later...

The women interrupted her thoughts by blurting out the benefits

Trying to tug on her heart strings 

" Ya, know if there was one more person that volunteered to be a donor maybe my poor husband could've gotten a new liver. You never know who could need it!" 

The women falls silent and continues typing away at her computer 

Absently, she nods, half to herself and half to the women.

She felt a shred of camaraderie. Then, she noticed the women had a name. On a dusty plaque behind the finger smudged glass read: 

Glinda

"Yeah, sure why not?" 

The women now known as Glinda, beams at her and adds to the series of keyboard entries

Just realized I never responded to my last ask. Things in LA have calmed down a bit but it’s still exactly how you’d imagine two catastrophic fires completely leveling two neighborhoods would be, There was a huge benefit concert last week that raised over $100 million for victims and rebuilding. I think it’s being matched by the org. My neighborhood was spared but we’re feeling the effects.

Anyway, Van’s either got a green card (permanent residency) or an O-1 USA visa. Those are the most common for bands the size of Catfish. O-1 visas last 3 years and can be renewed in 1 year increments forever. He just has to prove he’s still working mainly here. That may be why he signed with H8WG since they have an LA office. It’s much easier to get rental housing in LA with permanent residence than a visa so I’m inclined to think Van’s got permanent residency. He’s definitely spent enough time here for that. I think there’s a somewhat easier path from the UK to US compared to other countries. He’s had Island’s support for the past decade so they and/or whatever management they’re with would been taking care of that for him. Several that have been feeding me inside info have mentioned he’s been staying in Merseyside county when he’s back in the UK. Feel free to block this out if you don’t want to post this.

Hello I’m so glad to hear things have calmed down and your neighbourhood wasn’t directly affected, that fund raiser sounds amazing and much needed. Honestly with living somewhere that never gets the effects of extreme environmental conditions I can’t even imagine what something like that must be like to go through it sounded terrifying 😭

Thanks for the visa info I have no idea about any of that, people just tell me it’s very hard to get any kind of long term residency in the states. I’m quite happy to leave the Merseyside stuff up as I think it’s pretty well know that he has links around the Liverpool area.

A Game of Tag

Warnings: Mature Writing

The cool Tokyo breeze hit your face as you walked casually to the area that had just lit up mere seconds ago, signaling a new game was ready to be played.

Your visa was far from expiring, in fact you had just played a game yesterday, but you grew bored and made up your mind to come here.

When you approached the arena it seemed to be a building of some sort. You took a deep breath before walking through the zone and heard it chime.

You picked up a phone and held it in your hand as you carefully made your way over to the waiting area.

Scanning the room, you could see there were already a few people there waiting to play. Some looked scared others were anticipating the thrill of it all. You didn't know which category you exactly fit in out of the two.

Most times you were excited to play, after all these games made you feel more alive than you ever did back home, but the fear lingered in the deepest pit of your stomach. You could die at any given time here. Life didn't matter.

You snapped out of your thoughts when the woman over the intercom began to speak. "The game you will be playing tonight is..." The lifeless voiced paused. "A Game of Tag"

"Difficulty is five of Spades."

You smiled slightly as memories of your childhood began to flood your mind. The good times when you would run around with your friends all day without a care in the world. Playing children's games until your parents would call you inside for dinner time.

"Rule"

You sighed.

"Avoid the tagger, and find the safe zone within the apartment building."

You heard laughter infront of you. Looking up you noticed it was two men. One whispering in the others ear as he grinned widely.

"You will have twenty minutes to complete this."

The countdown began, it was six o clock on the dot and you had five minutes to prepare yourself. You sighed as you bent over to tie your shoe that had somehow came undone.

"Pretty easy right?" A voice spoke out from behind you. You jumped up startled.

Turning around, you were met with a man. His eyes were dark and slim, lips were thin, and he had medium length blonde hair.

You looked at him as if he was crazy.

"Oh sorry.." He paused before a grin spread across his face.

"Didn't mean to scare you."

You raised a brow skeptical. Why was he talking to you out of everyone here?

"No, it's fine." You said nonchalantly, almost as nonchalant as the way he held his hands in his pockets and leaned on his heels ever so slightly.

It was silent for a moment before he spoke again.

"What do you say we help eachother out on this game?"

Your breath hitched.

Was this some sort of set up?

"Sorry but i work alone." You responded calmly.

You shrugged him off as you began to walk towards the steps of the building. If you were gonna win this you had to get this mystery man out of your mind.

He was intoxicating for some weird reason, like a drug you had an addiction to.

As you thought about that your mind wandered to his features. That handsome face with the dark eyes. His lips that were slightly chapped but not enough to be unattractive.

Then your mind began to drift other places. You thought about how his slender fingers might feel inside of you or even how he might taste below the belt.

Quickly the timer ended and you snapped back into reality.

You cleared your mind of the sinful thoughts and replaced them with chants of,

"Get your head in the game Y/n."

3...2...1

"Goodluck !" The womans voice chimed out and with that the game commenced.

You couldn't help but to steal a few glances at the man behind you before running up the stairs of the apartment building.

Secretly you hoped he would be okay.

~ Fast Forward ~

You were running through the halls swiftly dodging any bullets that came your way. What felt like forever had really only been about a couple minutes at most.

As you pulled on each door none of them would budge. You were beginning to lose hope, most had already died from the shooter.

He was ruthless, wearing a horse mask to shield his identity. Anyone who crossed paths with him would be gunned down instantly.

You tried to devise a plan. Maybe you could sneak up tackle him steal the gun? No to risky to do alone. You would just have to complete the game somehow.

Lost in thought, you hadn't realized the gunman walking out infront of you. He appeared ever so menacingly. As he raised his gun you audibly gasped, ducking just in time for the bullet to miss your skull.

He charged towards you. Thinking quick on your feet, you jumped off the side of the walkway and grabbed onto the railing. You were on the 8th floor and as you dangled the adrenaline began to kick in.

"Fuck."

He tried to shoot but you dodged it again hanging onto the railing with one hand. You carefully pulled yourself up with all the strength you had, latching yourself onto the drain pipe and began to climb. Suddenly someone else caught his attention on the previous floor and he gunned them down, immediately forgetting about you.

When you reached the ninth floor you began to tug on doors again hoping and praying any of them would open. Slowly you put your hands on the railing and hung your head low. The sound of screams and gunshots filled your ears.

You felt eyes on you from somewhere, burning into your shut ones. Lifting your head and opening your eyes you realized it was the boy from the waiting area. He smiled and waved to you in a funny way but somehow it was cute.

How could someone possibly be happy in a time like this.

He was standing at the edge of the building, arms leaning over the rail. A smug look was wiped across his face as if he was taunting you. Daring you to come closer.

Suddenly you felt an urge. It was irresistible. It's like your feet began to move before your brain could process what you were really doing. You would never ask anyone for help in a game or go to anyone for comfort but for some reason that was all you wanted from him right now.

Your feet made quick work of walking around the bend of the hallway and over to him. Once you stood face to face he smiled knowingly.

"So let me guess" He paused. "You finally realized this game is about teamwork afterall and you want my help?"

You rolled your eyes suddenly as if snapping out of a trance.

"We have ten minutes to find this room without getting caught by the tagger." You cross your arms, sizing him up. "And from the looks of it, i don't think you're in a good position yourself."

It fell silent for a moment to long then gunshots rang out again causing you to jump.

He smirked.

"Don't be frightened, i've got you now."

You let out a shaky breath instinctively backing away from him a bit.

"What's your name?"

He filled in the gap, taking another step closer.

"Name's Chishiya, how bout you doll?"

Your mind was clouded as you stared down at the cement. How could being this close to him have such an effect on you.

He could sense your nervousness and it only made him enjoy messing with you more.

"My name is Y/n."

He smiled a real genuine one.

"Lovely name."

As he stood up straight you finally began to look up at him. He was gorgeous to say the least. You shouldn't have been thinking this way about someone you just met but it was so hard not to when he looked that damn good.

"You do know it's rude to stare, where are your manners Y/n?" He spoke in a playfully offended tone.

A small heat crept up inside, but you didn't let it show as you turned away from him.

"Sorry."

After a moment you shook it off and refocused your attention back on the game.

"Look, if were going to work together we need to focus on the game makers point of view somehow we need to outsmart the horse face guy."

He laughed at the name you had given the guman.

"Okay let's talk strategy then." He smirked.

You had a feeling this would not end well.

~ Fast Forward ~

Eventually you figured out that the safe zone was one of the rooms on the fourth floor. For some reason the tagger had not been guarding it.

As you opened the door there were two buttons a distance away that you noticed had to be pressed simultaneously. For what though?

Suddenly another tagger had jumped out infront you both. His friend arrived behind shortly after. They tried to shoot but you both dodged it and ran past making sure to kick one in the back.

You could think now seeing as Chishiya was buying some time with a handmade stun gun.

Looking down you noticed wires and cords strung together and suddenly it clicked.

It was a bomb.

Suddenly a girl was climbing through the window and you each gave eachother a knowing look.

Three men ran in after her and two of them slammed their hand down onto the buttons.

The game concluded with a second to spare.

"Congratulations, Game Cleared." The woman's monotone voice rang out from the phone.

Letting out a sigh of relief, you suddenly remembered Chishiya.

You looked all around the room but he was nowhere to be found. The only trace of him was the stun gun slung across the ground next to the now deceased taggers.

Running out the room you could see him sitting against the wall. He was hurt clearly.

His face was all bruised and he was holding onto his stomach tightly. You assumed they had beaten him up bad in an attempt to make him leave them be so they could finish off the game.

You sat next to him examining his wounds closely. As you touched his face he winced slightly in pain.

"I'm sorry are you okay?"

There goes that same stupid smirk of his.

"All good here don't worry about me." He winked as he tried to stand but fell backwards onto the wall and hit his head.

You couldn't help but giggle, quickly cupping a hand over your face to act shocked.

He looked fake hurt as he placed a hand over his heart.

"Wow so were making fun of the injured now?"

You paused for a moment.

"No i was just surprised, for such a tough front you're kinda weak."

He smiled.

"Oh just wait till i heal up."

You rolled your eyes playfully in return while wrapping his arms around you and lifting him up.

"Thanks for helping me Chishiya." You spoke calmly

He laughed. "I should be thanking you."

It was silent as you walked out of the arena with his arms thrown across your shoulders. A sudden wave of excitement washed over you.

Maybe this would be the start of something amazing here a new chapter to your life.

Your thoughts had stopped as you heard a car engine directly infront of you.

Headlights flashed into your eyes almost blinding, you hadn't seen an actual working car since you left the real world.

These songs were simultaneously so easy and yet so difficult to pick. Like, I've had such a large selection of songs for Gene and Tazin (some of my longest-existing characters!!!) for a while, so there was a huge pool to pick from... and Tazin's were the top of his playlist, of course, haha. Meanwhile, Gene surprisingly had two newer songs in there! Congrats on the growth, Gene!... oh wait it was just more depression nvm, sorry bud.

Hey kiddo, thanks for the ask. I totally understand wanting kid stuffs to play with! If you think it is going to be very shamed or punished in your household, maybe avoid buying things until you’re older, but here are some tips if you are really wanting to access these things.

1. Buy something in store: you can find pacifiers that are 36 months plus that are decently big enough o be comfortable. They are harder to find but try drug stores and places with extensive baby isles.

2. Consider what your buying: Sippy cups are actually the easier to keep, even right under other people’s noses. They are easy to find at stores, and if you are not picky, there are a lot of toddler cups that pass quite easily as a “childish water bottle” outside of its packaging. Anything with flip up straws and drinking bits can often pass. If you want proper sturdy sippy cups, its as simple as keeping the lids separated. Those solid coloured sippy cups are great because with out the lid it just passes as a plastic cup.

3. Buying adult sized pacifiers online: If you are dead set on getting an adult pacifier, Absolutely Do NOT use your parents card’s and do not buy one if you think that your parents will not be understanding about it and that you could get in serious trouble. If you don’t have a visa debit, go to the store to buy a visa gift card to use online, and order from a third party seller. Like people who sell them decorated on Instagram, this way you can ask for discreet shipping. Make sure the shop is for agere. You don’t want your family concerned that what you are doing is nsfw, and obviously it’s important you don’t enter those spaces as a minor.
