so much happened in this whole episode but i’m still on fig infiltrating ruben’s dream, making it look like the place where his friend was murdered, and then disguising herself as kipperlilly & repeatedly saying different variants of “somebody needs to take the fall for this, and it’s not going to be me. it’s going to be you.” while adaine as the elven oracle shows up next to her. can you imagine waking up from that, the idea of a horrible truth being pinned on you by your friend to save her own skin while the personification of fate and destiny stands there, almost as a promise that this is GOING to happen to you. we don’t even know if this kid is guilty. my god.

one time i got hit on by my urgent care doctor for like 15-20 minutes straight like between her checking me out (medically) and she ended up mentioning that she was gay and that she wished she’d met me somewhere else. i’m thinking about her now and listen— she was married and she was probably 15 to 20 years older than me (maybe more?) and i can’t stop thinking about all the things she said and especially ESPECIALLY when she had her hand on my jaw and had me say ahh to check my throat (cause i was coming off a cold) and she rubs my lower lip with her thumb and she kinda pulled my chin up so i was looking up at her and she’s like “mmm very good” THEN tells me i have very pretty eyes. i understand how it’s not okay like professionally to do this stuff because oooOoo what if i wasn’t into it, but you’re hilarious if you think i wasn’t into it. she was gorgeous and tall and my best friend was literally IN THE ROOM the entire time, so it’s not like she was doing it privately and in some creepy way. it was insanely hot and i had to ask my best friend if i blacked out and dreamt all of that because i had never been flirted with so intensely by a woman over twice my age and my best friend was like what the fuck that was insane she was hitting on you like the entire time. i’ve never felt so subby in all my life because she had SUCH a dominant vibe like i cannot explain it (i can but i don’t wanna ramble about this forever) and the way she spoke i almost wanted to give her my number but it felt like inappropriate but now im realizing she probably was wanting ME to give her MY number because her asking for it would possibly be illegal. i told her what bars i go to a lot and where i usually hang out and if she ever saw me to please come say hi and she was super into that but oh my god the sound of slight disappointment in her voice— you couldn’t pay me a million dollars to purposefully disappoint a woman i’m attracted to. i want her so bad. she did a LOT of touching me all over and it was hella unnecessary but i was really into it and it was incredibly hot. im not saying i have a total kink about this but im sorry, i have absolutely done doctor roleplay before with people. it was NOWHERE near as hot as what this woman was doing. i’m sick over this and the fact that it went nowhere. “you’re going to pride? maybe we’ll see each other and we can hang out afterwards” YEAH WELL WE DIDNT AND I STILL WANT YOU SO BAD. anyways

headcanon that the reason sophie still has eyelashes to pull on the regular is that grady and edaline worked something out with the dizznees to get a tasteless formula to help eyelash growth specifically to put drops of in her bottles of youth. because there’s no way her ptsd-induced trichotillomania (oversimplified definition for those who aren’t familiar: hair pulling disorder) is gonna die down during the war, so they’re trying to make sure she doesn’t move from eyelashes to eyebrows or her Hair hair by giving her More Eyelashes

in my head after the events of camlann merlin returns to camelot and, still riddled with terrible guilt and grief, confesses to leon about everything that had happened and everything he had done, magic and all. and instead of outrage or betrayal or scorn or judgement (or even death, as he had briefly considered) leon shatters him with a deeply apologetic expression and a whispered “my friend… you must have been so afraid, and so tired.” and merlin collapses into heaving sobs against him and doesn’t get back up for a long time.

I’ve gotta admit as much as I know Darabella is a flawed ship (and some of the ppl who are anti for it have legit criticisms I love y’all for pointing it out cause it frustrates the hell out of me too trust) they’ll always just kind of be it for me.

Because as much as it was an “I can fix him” trope, as much as Rosabella could be selfish and Daring’s flaws got cranked up to 1000, she was also the first person to look at him after his destiny, the thing he dedicated his life to, failed, when people were questioning him as a prince and putting pressure on his and Apple’s relationship and tell him that, like, maybe it would be alright? Maybe this wasn’t his destiny, and maybe that was okay.

And the part that really gets me? She’s the first person after this happens to tell him that it doesn’t matter what’s on the outside, which as much as you can like other Daring ships or him whatever he desperately needed to hear. Not even cause he was selfish, that’s not what I’m saying, but bc he placed his whole identity on this image that people concocted for him based on him appearing the perfect prince. He was handsome, he was talented, and he was handsome! So who cares about him as a person?

Idk man. You spend four seasons (I watch the specials on Netflix so that’s why four idk if it’s three to some ppl or whatever tho) watching him be praised for his looks, watching girls fawn over him, and of course he enjoys it so nobody really questions how much he enjoys it. And then you get this girl, this girl who owes him nothing, this girl who (contrary to popular belief apparently) has a life of her own and people she cares about outside of him, and she’s nice to him. And she’s the first person after everything happens to just be nice to him, for the sake of being nice. Something about that will always hit different for me

okay so I’ve been thinking about pop star!Chrissy having very much like a bubblegum pop style to her music and image for years and years and she’s a huge star like super successful and everyone is talking about how excited they are to see where her career goes but right when the momentum is at its highest she drops her label and exposes their mistreatment of female artists and how they tried to cover up sexual harassment then she disappears from public view for a few months only to return on stage with none other than Corroded Coffin the most famous metal group of the time and end her time on stage by kissing the lead guitar player one Eddie Munson in front of the entire arena looking happier than ever

in the following days she reactivates her social media accounts sharing some pictures from the past few months many of which feature Eddie and the ones that dont feature him hyping her up in the comments a week later Corroded Coffin and Chrissy Cunningham offically announce the release of their collab which then leads to Chrissy doing an interview with reporter Nancy Wheeler in which she reveals what she’s been up to and how she got connected with Corroded Coffin considering they are antithesis of her old music

she reveals that she actually met Eddie at an award show last year where he had flirted hard she found him charming but was deep in her labels idea of who she should be and was worried about how it would effect her image still she took Eddie’s number and they would talk sometimes he was even the one to encourage her expose her labels bullshit despite her family trying to convince her not to and she of course ended up listening to Eddie who also offered to let her come with him and the band to a summer house after the news broke and things got kind of crazy in the press which she did

that summer was when she finally allowed herself to fall for Eddie and she fell hard they would spend all day talking and laughing with each other not worrying about music or the press at all until one day in early August when Chrissy brought Eddie some lyrics she’d been working on and asked him to help her do something different thus the collab was born

her interview with Nancy is received really well and she’s enjoying being back in the public eye on her terms doing what she wants which currently includes traveling with Corroded Coffin to perform their collab and creating new music that feels like her for the first time in years
