Every day I wake up and think:
“At some point Izzy realised how out of control things had gotten, and started putting himself in between Ed and the crew, as much as he could. Especially when Ed was too drunk/high to even know what he was doing. Cause Izzy doesn’t want the others to suffer more for his mistakes.”
“They are all bonded through shared trauma now.”
And every day I cry like a baby.

i love spock with cats just like everyone and i don’t know how much y’all know about cat body language but i felt this would be important to share
this cat is extremely happy (understandable), she’s slow blinking (sign that she’s content/comfortable) and even making biscuits a little bit (the way she clenched her paws like she’s kneading, another sign of comfort/that she trusts the person she’s with)
and i can’t find any other clips but you can tell the whole episode that the cat actor is just so excited to be there
anyways that wasn’t really important i just think it’s nice

absolutely howling at the amputation scene upon rewatch due to the way izzy rolls his eyes at archie’s “oh probably the fucked up one.” he’s infected and dying and begging for death but he does still have the wherewithal to roll his eyes at this dumbass question, almost entirely cut off screen by the camera angle, before glancing at jim as they respond. pls watch him at the bottom of the screen as archie answers “probably the fucked up one” and jim says “i’m not a fucking idiot.” watch him dazedly roll his eyes and then look back up at jim, like he can’t even really focus but he can still understand that was a stupid question
