You laid in his lap scrolling through your phone, you could feel his eyes burning through your skull and you could see him staring at your face through your peripheral vision. without a word you reached up to caress his face and he just smiled at you gently. everything was perfect.

“yujiii!” you shrieked as a pillow collided with your face. giggles echoed in the room as well as the sound of pillows making contact with something. “you didn’t wanna go get food with me today! you deserve this!” he said through giggles all while pummelling you with a pillow. The door of your door room creaked open and there stood Nobara as she watched the scene unfold, quick to pull out her phone and take a photo and sending it to you and as quick as she came she left. After everything settled down you checked your phone. ‘Nobara🪷🤍 sent you a snap’ opening yours and Nobara’s chat you smiled, saved the photo and added it to your album

★﹐Toge Inumaki．﹗﹑

•yours and Inumaki’s relationship is simple, yet fun. it’s similar to Megumi’s in that sense but it’s also similar to Yuji’s as you two are also a fun couple, just in a different way.

•You two aren’t obnoxious together, mostly because Inumaki can’t exactly speak very often so you two do smaller things.

•i know you guys loooove visiting cafes, and going to the farmers market on sunday mornings, shopping trips all the time— but you never tell anyone you’re going. simple study dates are a common occurrence as well!!

The birds chirping outside the window that was blearing in with sunlight could be heard as you stirred awake, bedsheets tangled around you. grabbing your phone from your night stand it read ‘sunday 6:53am’. sighing you got up and got ready, brushing your hair, brushing your teeth, washing your face putting on a sundress and sun hat, and finishing your morning routine. you make your way to Toge’s door about to knock as it opens and he’s there facing you. “you wanna go get coffee?” you smile at him as he nods tiredly. The morning summer breeze on your face is so incredibly relaxing, sipping on your iced coffee, hand in hand with Toge’s, you talking enough for the both of you as he just listens intently.

•whether you guys are out wreaking havoc, or staying in for the day, you two are THEE cutest couple idc. i said it!! everyone’s favourite wlw couple🗣️

•you two are always going out to eat, or drunk in some park at 2am. You two also enjoy going on nature walks and just sitting in each others presence because I KNOW it’s exhausting being everyone’s TRUE favourite chaotic couple

•there is definitely a lot of fights in this relationship though, i can definitely see a power struggle, you two just need to learn to be patient with one another. how does it feel to be angsty?🤨

It was about 12am at this point and you two hadn’t moved from this windowsill as you just chatted, talking about anything and everything and you never seemed to run out of things too talk about. suddenly it did get quiet though, Nobara staring into your eyes in astonishment. “you’re so pretty” she whispered out. “you’re so corny!” you laughed and her face changed to an annoyed expression. “nevermind you’re ugly and annoying.”

•i don’t think you two can ever be serious when it comes to compliments, you guys are the best nonetheless

•bro is so fancy? you guys are always dressed up and doing SOMETHING. like why are you two always so hot and good looking and awesome and fancy? whether it’s dinner dates, coffee dates, or going to the art museum. you two always look so goddam good doing it!!

•how much is your allowance?🤭 no but fr Nanami is such a gentleman, your heels are hurting your feet? dw he’ll carry them, you can’t get the zipper of your dress done up? he’s already zipping it up for you. holding his hands on your waist a fewwww seconds longer than needed

•high school Nanami definitely always bought you coffee when you studied, and he was definitely the type of loser to sit beside you and put his earbud in your ear and just listen to music— bro is so corny sometimes but like. so hot.

•clingy!! he’s so clingy. do you reeeeaaallly like that? i don’t but i’d put up with it since it’s literally super hot, sexy and strong satoru gojo!!

•simple dates, simple relationship, gojo wants to keep it as far away from the jujutsu world as possible, although that’s hard when you two are both sorcerers. he just wants what normal people have sometimes.

•did you guys notice the bike photo?? get it?? because of that one scene of gojo and suguru on the bike?? although i don’t think gojo will be killing you anytime soon. or ever.. i don’t think he could kill his best friend AGAIN.

•Gojo definitely loves to annoy you, not out of malice he just thinks it funny. I think you’re the more grounded one in the relationship and you just let him be himself, so it balances out.

•he would do anything for you, even bend over so you can stand on his back to get something off of a shelf. what a kind, and generous man.

A Devil's Secret Wingman: Vergil x G/N Reader

SUMMARY: As time has gone on, random appearances from a certain blue apparition happened more and more. A part of you wonders why but you had never dared to ask Vergil; however, the sly blue ghostly devil had a different plan in store.

BEGINNING NOTES: I don’t know why I really like the idea of Vergil in yoga pants right now; I just do. Also when Doppel shakes their upper half; I am imagining something similar to a bird fluffing its feathers. Yes, I know that Vergil + Dante’s DT/Sin DTs don’t have feathers but I feel like they’d still do it; plus it would make Vergil’s (Sin Trigger) shoulder pauldrons move according to how they work on the concept art page. 💝🩵💝 Vergil x G/N Reader Unestablished relationship Some good ol’ fluff

     Visitations from a certain bright blue apparition had become a regular occurrence when you visited the Devil May Cry. It didn't typically matter what was going on; night or day, before or after a job--as long as you were alone, the glowing blue devil would make time to see you. At first, you thought that Vergil had been doing this to keep an eye on you while he was up in his room; however, as time went by, you realized that Vergil didn’t even have to be awake for Doppel to appear--sometimes you'd even get a visit when Vergil was out and about. It had become a part of your routine, one which you reveled in greatly.

     Today was no exception. 

     Vergil and you were on “shop duty”, being tasked with the monotonous secretary work of (the) Devil May Cry. Everyone else had various contracts to complete or were on vacation; leaving you and the blue twin alone for an undisclosed amount of time.

     You sighed heavily, “I’m so fucking bored…” you leaned forward in the desk chair and set your head on the desk with a small thunk. 

     It had been nearly three hours and there wasn’t a single phone call or walk-in; it was as dead as dead can be. A part of you had hoped that Vergil might join you downstairs for a while, maybe even a long while; but, you hadn’t seen nor heard from the Dark Slayer all day. Which was fine, it’s not like the two of you don’t see each other all the time, but you couldn’t help but yearn to be near him--even if it just meant that you were occupying the same room. 

     A small joyful chirping caught your attention. You tilted your head up slightly and stared from the tops of your eyes. Standing at the bottom of the stairs was the blue ghostly doppelgänger that you expected to visit at some point.

     You picked your head up. Placing your elbow on the desk and resting your chin in your palm, you flashed them a bright beaming smile, “Hey Doppel, come to join me?”

     Although you knew that the devil couldn’t speak, you would talk to them as if they were able to respond; which to be fair they technically could. Your smile widened as they wiggled a bit, a sign that you'd learned meant they were happy or in agreement. The devil approached you and stood in front of the desk with a tilted head. 

     “Wanna sit with me?” you smiled as you sat up and watched Doppel wriggle faster, spreading their wings slightly in excitement, “Alright,” you stood from the chair.

     With a loud scrapping sound, you moved the coffee table out from in front of the pleather couch--making sure to give the devil enough room. With a playful huff and bounce, you sat on the couch.

     The sound of their claws daintily clicking on the hardwood floor made you giggle in amusement. They stood in front of the couch before tilting their head once more.

     “What?” you watched their hands as they gestured along the couch, asking you to lay down, “Oh? Okay, sure..?” 

     It was a bit odd since they had never asked for that before but you did as you were asked. With a curious tilt to your brow, you watched as the devil sat above you, straddling your legs. If this had been the real Vergil, you surely would’ve been crushed to death by now; thankfully, Doppel (typically) weighed almost nothing. Another laugh left your lips as you watched the dangerous devil knead into your chest with both his hands, emitting a thunderous purr; reminding you of a cat. Meanwhile, you gently ran your hands along the devil's body.

     After a minute or two, they carefully laid on top of you; encompassing you entirely. You smiled as you nestled your face into (where there typically would be) grey scales above their blue V. Carefully, they rubbed the underside of their chin against the top of your head. Between the heat and the vibrations of their purrs, it didn’t take long for you to fall asleep; forgetting all about your shop work. 

     Nearly an hour later, you were still sleeping happily with the blue devil doing the same. However, a different blue devil had come downstairs to check on you; worried that you hadn’t answered the shop's phone several times. Now, he could only stare at the sight before him. 

     The sight of you, his partner and secret romantic interest, being smothered by his own duplicate. Doppel noticed Vergil’s sudden appearance and curiously turned their head towards him. 

     With a large and envious scowl, Vergil snapped his fingers in an attempt to de-summon the blue apparition but was only met with a small wiggling motion in defiance. This movement was enough to stir you awake.

     Only having your eyes half open, you mumbled to your ghostly cuddle-bug, “Somethin’ wrong Doppel?”

     They looked down at you and back to Vergil. You turned your head to the side and became pale at the sight of Doppel’s owner. Vergil had moved further into the room and stood next to the desk with folded arms. A small blush spread across your face upon seeing his oddly casual apparel; a pair of semi-form-fitting black yoga pants and his typical turtlenecked dark blue vest. Upon seeing that you noticed Vergil, Doppel took their leave with a small chirp of happiness. 

     Vergil swallowed audibly and looked away from your eyes, a small amount of pink pricked at his features--embarrassed about this situation, “Forgive me, I was unaware of their summoning,” his voice was meek and caught you off guard.

     You smiled as you sat up, “Don’t worry about it… If I’m honest,” you placed a hand on the back of your neck awkwardly, “I actually enjoy these little visits.”

     “This- This has happened before?” Vergil’s gaze turned back to you filled with concern and confusion.

     “Yeah..?” you cocked your head slightly, “Haven’t you been sending Doppel to stay with me?”

     The twin looked at you with parted lips and wide-eyed expression; telling you that your assumption was far from correct. 

     Before you were able to question him more, Vergil went back up the stairs and holed himself back up in his room. 

     “Shit,” a loud sigh left your lips as you flung your head backwards, hitting the crown of your head on the back cushions; fearing that this would somehow bite you in the ass later.

     You waited a while to see if Vergil would come back downstairs and were disappointed when he didn’t. Another heavy sigh left your lips as you stood up from the couch and tended to your assigned work.

     After that was completed, you quickly became bored again and looked around for something to bide your time. That’s when you realized how dirty the DMC had become making you scrunch your face in disgust. So, you decided to take upon the hefty maid work and got to it. 

     Three hours of exhausting scrubbing and cleaning later, you flopped face down on the sofa, satisfied with your work. Slowly, you felt the warm gentle hold of sleep taking hold of you or was it something else? Before you could question it too much, you fell back asleep.

     After a half hour or so, you tried to turn over and felt something stop you. Irritatedly, you opened your eyes and noticed luminescent wings and arms wrapped around you. It seemed that Doppel had not only returned to you but was sleeping on top of you. 

     “Doppel?” you whispered and got a small tail wag in response, “Can you let me up?”

     They looked at you for a moment, presumably in thought, then slid off you. You sat up and let out a low groan as you stretched your arms upwards, cracking your back. The large devil sat facing you with crisscrossed legs, reminding you of how juvenile the ghost acted in comparison to its master.

     With a small laugh, you turned to put one leg up on the couch, “So… What’s with you? I hear that you’ve been visiting me without permission?” you cocked your head curiously.

     The blue devil chirped in affirmation.

     "Why?" 

     Doppel’s tail gently moved to point at your chest before laying it on your lap. Carefully, you pet the sharp scales; giving extra care to go pet down the tail so you didn’t slice your hand. 

     “My chest, huh?” you shook your head with a faint smile, “I don’t understand.”

     The light blue figure cocked its head slightly before shaking its upper body with a loud chirp. Then, they took their hands and fumbled with them for a moment, before they made a crude heart shape with their fingers. 

     With pursed lips and a furrowed brow, you huffed quietly in confusion, “A heart?” the blue devil shook with another loud chirp--indicating that you were correct, “What..? You just love spending time with me or something?” admittedly, you found that idea to be adorable.

     Doppel looked over and stared at the staircase; which you copied. 

     “Wait,” you froze and looked at Doppel with wide eyes, “You mean that Vergil-?”

     A third loud chirp came from them as they wriggled in place. 

     With parted lips, you tried to come up with a response. However, before you were able, Doppel sat on their knees, still on the couch, and poked your chest with their finger this time. 

     “Are you asking if I..?” your voice was hushed as Doppel wiggled a bit, “Oh, well- I,” you stumbled over your thoughts and words. Admittedly, you’d never said it out loud before or told anyone about how you felt for the older brother; despite the incessant pestering of Nico and Dante, “Yeah, I-” a small smile tugged at your lips as you sighed contently, “I do love Vergil.”

     The blue apparition carefully cupped your face within its hands and made an odd purring chirp noise; one you’d never heard before. They continued to purr afterwards and just stared into your eyes. That’s when you realized what Doppel was asking you to do.

     “No way,” you shook your head slightly, still confined by the devil’s hands, “I can’t tell him. Do you know how much he’d hate me over something--” 

     Another loud chirping purr cut you off; this time, however, Doppel wriggled harder and spread their wings out in clear disagreement.

     “You sure about this?” you whispered as you felt them squish your face closer together, making you scrunch up, “Alright- Alright, I’ll go,” Doppel let go of your face as you laughed nervously.

     A deep nervous feeling grew in your gut as you stood up and slowly ascended the stairs, with Doppel following suit. Once in front of Vergil’s door, you stopped and looked over at the apparition with pursed lips. Doppel decided to force things along further and knocked loudly on the door for you, making you cuss loudly at the ghostly devil. 

     The door opened and Vergil stood there with a raised brow; however, before he spoke, he noticed his Doppelgänger standing beside you. 

     “What- How?!” Vergil’s voice was angry as he glared at the blue ghost.

     Doppel straightened their posture with a curious tilt of their head. 

     The eldest twin’s lip twitched in irritation at their counterpart.

     Meekly, you broke Vergil’s death glare at the apparition, “Hey, could we,” you shrugged with one shoulder, “talk for a minute?”

     Vergil eyed you up and down, “Fine, give me a moment,” with that, he turned back into his room and shut the door. 

     You turned to Doppel and became increasingly confused. They were ruffling their top half with their wings wide spread and their tail flicking around.

     “What’s up with you?” you were unsure if they were excited or angry.

     The ghost looked at you and patted the top of your head, still wriggling around.

     With a small shake of your head, you smirked a wide smile at them, “You’re quite excited, huh?”

     Before they could give a clear response, Vergil’s bedroom door opened again. 

     The twin sighed and moved to the side, “You may enter.”

     “Are you sure you want me in your room? You never--”

     “Yes.”

     With a coy nod, you smiled, “Okay, thank you.”

     Vergil gave you a flat smile and shut the door as he watched Doppel wave to him and then fade. 

     A heavy sigh came from the twin as he stood facing the door for a moment, attempting to hide his growing nervousness. Vergil turned to face you and took a few steps closer. The two of you awkwardly stood in the middle of the open space. Admittedly, the eldest son’s room was rather plain; only having essential items, a few bookshelves, and a small desk. 

     “It’s nice in here,” you smiled and avoided his piercing gaze, “it’s very well-kempt; a reflection of its inhabitant.”

     Although Vergil was flattered by your compliment, he was uncomfortable by someone else’s presence in his space; making his tone rather snappy, “What do you want?”

     You pursed your lips and shrank down into yourself, taking his tone as a bad sign, “Doppel told me something, and I--” you shot a glance at him and noticed his brow was furrowed, “I was made to come up here to talk with you.”

     “Speak then.”

     “Well,” you bit your tongue, “you know what, never mind; just forget this happened,” with your tail between your legs, you attempted to retreat and leave, when you felt him grab your forearm.

     Without turning to you, Vergil spoke in a hushed tone, “No, I want to hear what you have to say.”

     A sigh left your nose as you turned your head to the side, looking at the side profile of the stone-faced man, “Promise you won’t be mad?”

     Vergil copied your action, turning his head to face you, “Fine.”

     Your heart rate spiked as you locked eyes with his icy eyes and a small blush dusted your face. Vergil released his hold on your arm and turned fully to see you with folded arms. 

     You looked away from him again and tensed up as you whispered, “Doppel wanted me to tell you about how,” with a scrunched face, you braced for the worst, “I have feelings for you.”

     His voice was sharp and he squinted his eyes, “What kind of feelings ?”

     With a barely audible voice and a small nervous laugh, you answered, “Romantic ones…”

     The room fell silent. A thick uncomfortable tension hung in the air as Vergil just stared at you. If he had stabbed you with the Yamato or scoffed in response; that would have been preferable then him just standing completely still and silent. A part of you wanted to bolt out the door and just run from this, but you were frozen in fear.

     “Is that your version of a confession?”

     Unable to look at him, you nodded.

     Vergil’s stare softened and he let out a gentle sigh, “Let me guess,” slowly, he approached you and stopped only a few inches from you, “my doppelgänger told you about my own feelings then?”

     With another small nod, you focused on his boots that had come into view.

     “Then may I ask why you were hesitant to tell me..?”

     You whispered, “I figure Doppel was just messing with me.”

     Vergil gave a flat smile. Gently he set his thumb and forefinger on your chin, tilting you up for him to see. Neither of you spoke as he slowly ran his thumb over your parted lips, making your face turn a few shades darker. Eventually, you met his gaze and noticed his expression had softened greatly; the first time you’d seen him this mellow. 

     Vergil whispered as he stared down at your lips, “May I..?” 

     You gave a small grin, “Of course.”

     With a very slow and careful lean, Vergil connected his mouth to yours. You sheepishly placed your hands on his sides, making him push a bit harder into the kiss. His lips were broiling hot as he slowly moved his lips against yours. After a few moments, Vergil broke the kiss off and leaned back enough to look you over; attempting to gauge your response. A small smile tugged at your lips and you noticed that Vergil had the same expression. 

     He moved his hand to rest on the side of your jaw, gently thumbing over your cheekbone, “I assume that was proof enough?”

     Curious as to how he would respond, you inched toward him and cocked your head slightly, “Mnm, I dunno; think I might need another just to be sure.”

     He shyly looked down and leaned back into you, intertwining once more. This time, however, Vergil made sure to pour everything he had into the kiss. Quickly, he moved both hands to your waist and pulled you tight to his body, making you squeak in surprise. Using this to his advantage, he pushed his tongue into your mouth. 

     After a few minutes of fervourous kissing, the two of you broke apart, breathing heavily. Vergil gently nuzzled against the side of your neck and placed sweet kisses along it; very quietly purring. 

     While the two of you were enjoying each other's embrace, a loud yell from downstairs caught your attention, it seems that Dante had returned. However, when you tried to separate from Vergil, he pulled you closer.

     “Stay, my brother can wait,” his voice was laden with a thick husky seduction as he continued to kiss down your neck, “I’m not done showing you how much I love you.”

Palia Tips

Some things I have learned that might help others. 🩵

Game Controls

You can put away your tool by pressing X.

If you get stuck, type /unstuck in the chat window and you’ll be teleported to the nearest stable surface.

Right clicking with a tool equipped will let you switch between different types of ammo (for bug catching and hunting).

You can cancel without wasting ammo after entering "aim" mode by pressing the Shift key or right mouse button (h/t @sharky857 ).

You can climb ivy in addition to cliffs. (Like inside the lighthouse..!)

You can cancel climbing/drop from a cliff face by clicking X. (h/t @lazyadmiral )

You can jump (space bar) while climbing cliffs to climb faster.

You can hold down the mouse key when mining, tilling, and chopping down trees rather than clicking for each chop.

Camera & Photos

Press K to enter camera mode.

There’s a 🔁 button in the corner if you want to swap to a front-facing camera/“selfie mode”.

If you want to see your photos while in the game, you have to save them to the album. However all photos taken, even if you don’t do that step, will be saved to your computer’s hard drive.

To find your photos, open Windows Explorer and enter %appdata% in the location bar. From there navigate to %AppData%/Local/Palia/Saved/Screenshots. You should be able to pin this folder to your quick nav/favorites to find it again easily.

Time

One hour of real time = one entire day in Palia. That means an hour in Palia passes in only 2.5 minutes of play.

You only get "credit" (for building friendships) for chatting with villagers once per villager per day.

Many bugs, fish, and plants can only be found at certain times. Time in Palia is divided into: ‣ Morning: 3-6am (rooster crows at 3) ‣ Day: 6am-6pm ‣ Evening: 6pm-9pm ‣ Night: 9pm-3am (owl hoots at 9)

Time in Palia is the same across all servers. Midnight (a new day) will always be on the hour in real world time, so 6am in Palia is at X:15, noon is at X:30, and 6pm is at X:45.

6am is a "new day" for crops, but midnight is a "new day" for chatting with villagers. Midnight also seems to be when the furniture in Tish’s shop refreshes.

Gifting runs on real world time, not Palia time. You can only give a villager one gift every 24 hours in the real world, and "Weekly Wants" are valid for one real world week. The week currently resets on Mondays at 12am Eastern.

Once you get a villager's key, you can talk to and visit them even when they are "asleep".

Mail is delivered and picked up (shipping bin sales) at 6am and 6pm.

To find rare spawns, arrive in the area 15-30 Palia minutes before the start of its catch period and clear all the common critters/plants. This will make it more likely your rare will spawn when the clock chimes.

Inventory & House

Furniture does not take up inventory space!!

A gold star on an item's icon means it's "star quality." Starred items fetch higher sales prices and are required for some quests.

Starred items will not stack with normal items.

Only star quality food can be placed in your house/lot.

More storage chests = more storage slots, but you are capped at 8.

You can hang items on the exterior walls of your home - including wallpaper!!

When in placement mode, you can rotate items using Q and E. You can turn off “grid mode” by pressing z, which allows more flexible item placement.

Leveling

Your character level is a combination of your level in each of your skills.

Eating food increases your "focus," which applies a percentage bonus that will make you level faster.

You can increase that bonus by visiting the Dragon and Phoenix shrines and spending Renown to increase the percentage (Phoenix Shrine) and the amount of focus you can accumulate.

You can only "carry" 1,000 Renown at any time. If you're not spending it, you're throwing away Exp.

Renown is also needed to expand your housing plot (by buying "Writs").

Event

You can get "displayable" food from Reth and Delaila, but it's based on RNG. Just keep buying the item until you get a star quality one.

The quickest way to get Chapaa Chase tickets is by completing the Achievements; some require you to party with others.

The drums are not obvious, but you only need to go back and forth between a pair of them interacting as they light up. Eventually the big fireworks will trigger and you will get the achievement and reward. (Do this 2 more times for the second achievement!)

The event achievements are on the Event tab, not the achievements one.

Skill-Specific Tips

Fishing: If you don’t click in time and the fish disappears, don’t panic — the same fish will keep trying again! And if you change your mind, you can pull your line in/cancel and you won’t spend any bait. This means you can wait to be sure you’ve hooked the fish you want before reeling it in so you don’t waste all your precious glow worms! The one caveat is that sparkle pools (and the guaranty of a star quality catch) disappear if you don’t catch the fish on the first nibble.

Hunting: The Proudhorn Sernuk can teleport and the Azure Chapaa can make an illusion of copies of itself that disappear when shot. They're both very difficult to hunt until you learn to make Dispel arrows. If you’re still struggling to have enough resources for everything, learn the lowest quality arrow that can kill something in one shot and hunt with those. (Kilima chapaa can be killed with a makeshift arrow while regular Kilima sernuk require a standard arrow. Bahari chapaa need at least a standard arrow while elder sernuk in Bahari will cost you several fine arrows.)

Looting: For hunting, mining, and chopping down trees, everyone who gets one "hit" in gets loot, and the loot is not diminished by sharing. So working together to find pallium nodes or hunt rare critters rewards everyone. :) (Note that you need to have the required equipment quality to be able to share, though - if you get a message saying “sorry, you need to upgrade your equipment” then you won’t get any loot.)

Mining: On the topic of Palium, it’s not as rare as you think. It has very specific spawn points, which it only shares with stone - you’ll never find palium where you found iron before. This means you should mine all the stone sharing those points to encourage palium to spawn for your next visit. Palium can be found in the caves hidden around the perimeter of Bahari and in the Pavel mines.

Foraging: Purple glowing trees are flow trees, and require more than one player to chop them down. Again, everyone gets "full" loot, no matter how many people get a swing in. For small trees, let them heal after each hit if needed to make sure everyone present can get a hit. If you’re looking for a specific resource, say, sweet leaf, look up what it shares spawn points with (in this case, morels) and pick three as well so sweet leaf has a chance to spawn. Also, brightshrooms are typically found in ruins right up against the structures so they can be easy to overlook or mistake for glowing bugs at night.

Cooking: You can find recipes in villager's homes, by fishing them up in bottles, lying around the wilderness, and completing quests or bundles in addition to buying them from Reth.

Cooking together: Like with looting, everyone gets the full reward, even if you don't contribute any ingredients.

There is a kitsuu constellation which has "floppy ears" and horns. Possibly the "fennec fox with antlers" creature drawn in the Vault of the Waves? (Confirmed by the official Discord emotes!) No longer unreleased as of 0.3.6. :) ‣ Peki: Palian version of chickens, or at least they lay eggs and have feathers, and according to Nai’o “there are at least 72 unique color and pattern combinations for peki breeds.” ‣ Riffroc: Palian mounts. Nai'o has a beloved one named Sugarfoot; Kenyatta’s is named Sundrop.

Then you went to the shops and did some shopping for things you needed, including delicious and cute snacks! You entertained yourself and also bought the necessary ingredients for cooking a delicious dinner. Then you went back home to prepare dinner as quickly as possible.

While cooking, you heard a noise of door. you wasn't sure who it could be; it definitely wasn't Sonny. So, who had come to visit you? You went to the door and opened it, seeing Maria's face made you hug her out of happiness. You said, "Where have you been? I missed you, your trip took so long." Maria laughed and said, "First let me come inside." You let her into the house and sit on the couch. "My trip took a while but it was good, I just arrived yesterday. Loved the mile high update 🩵

There is something about these two, that they’re guarded on one hand, but on the other hand, they feel comfortable sharing with each other. Like how Anthony explained why he can’t eat the ice cream, and Kate so easily found a solution.

Yeah I think even if Anthony and Kate can’t quite articulate it at the moment, and they aren’t quite used to it, and they’re still sort of feeling each other out: They feel comfortable with one another.

And a big thing for Anthony is that Kate’s teasing isn’t unkind. She’s laughing like he’s in in the joke rather than the joke himself. On top of that, while it’s clear that Edwina and Sophie know about them sleeping together they clearly don’t know about the fact that she found him in the middle of a panic attack that first day. She’s kept that to herself. She hasn’t commented at all on the fact that he has some anxious tendencies. She hasn’t said anything about the fact that he needs to examine everything. She just sits beside him, lets him have his process, and then move on.

And for Kate, Anthony is actually helping her establish routines for herself and she feels like she can tell him things that she can’t tell anyone else. Anthony is incredible in a lot of ways, but he’s a really great listener. She’s also just genuinely endeared by his awkwardness. Men almost never show up to a hook up with a snack for her for later. She’s obsessed with the fact that he literally thought about everything. She thought about nothing. They just complement one another perfectly.

Kate knows how to be confident when Anthony can’t and he keeps her grounded, keeps her levelheaded.

And Kate absolutely doesn’t mind finding workarounds for everything Anthony struggles with. Like one afternoon she comes home victorious and slaps laundry detergent down on the kitchen counter. The same one Anthony had had a small fret over yesterday in the supermarket because they didn’t have any. And that’s what he washes his clothes with.

“Ant, honey, sweetheart, handsome man: I’ve provided for you today.” Kate hummed, kissing him quickly, “God, I feel like a caveman dragging a sabre-tooth tiger back to the tribe.”

Anthony swallowed, running his fingers over the edge of the box, “You stopped to get washing powder for me. Even though you hate grocery shopping.”

“I stopped at the Tesco near Mum’s.” Kate confirmed, “I know you don’t like the other one we bought.”

“Is this weird?” Anthony cleared his throat, “Is this…? It’s weird that you had to do that.”

Kate scoffed, “I don’t give a fuck about washing powder, but not having this one made you stressed and I want you to have the things that make you comfortable.”

Anthony smiled, leaning over the counter to kiss her. “Is there something I can do for you today?”

Kate smirked, sliding a Mars Bar across the counter, a joke between them, from that first time he’d visited her flat and felt so nervous he’d thought he’d die. “I did buy you this.”

He didn’t even fight back the smile, hoisting Kate over his shoulder. “Well, I can do that.”

Obey Me! Nightbringer "Poison Hunting & Candy Making!" Pop Quiz

!WARNING SPOILERS FOR EVENT!

I knew this was gonna be a good event when I saw it a Bel/Beel focused event! Idk why but they have all been bangers so far! Maybe the script writer is biased...maybe I'm biased...anyways...

Starting off the brothers recive an invitation by a noble type person to visit his town. We decide to make a trip out of it. Visiting manga backdrops irl and trying regional food sounds amazing! And we got to take a train! I love trains! (Tho I do get motion sick sometimes)

I think keeping it to a small group also really benefited the event. Two older brothers taking there younger brothers on a trip. Mammon defaults to 'younger brother behavior' if Lucifer is around, but always steps up when he's the oldest. I also find even Levi is very open to this trio emotionally dispite their bickering.

Candy making is such a nice touch instead of just buying candy. And they went a bit through the process! (Of this devildom candy - really candy making is a bit diffrent) Bel kept falling asleep lmao but was still sleep helping.

Omg hamster Beel!! Was a bit confused why 'poison herbs' was needed. Seemed kinda dangerous.

(Beel hamster runs away and Diavolo + Barbatos catch him) I agree this is a weird set up for a shop, but it kinda ends up being beneficial to plot flow.

This was so funny xD The appearance of a mimic! Feeding it berries that made it cold then sneeze is an interesting way to deal with it lmao didn't really understand the whole lake situation 😅

Ahhh this so soooo cute, he gave us a ring TwT I gotta remember to draw it on my mc later 🤧

When they decided to mix the random things we collected and hope for the best since all the herbs weren't found I was screaming. It shouldn't work that way! Then they mixed the ring gem in...whyyy how did that work?! I'm glad I got to keep the ring tho 😊

Yay cookie making again! Bel also made us cookies in one of the first Nightbringer (the chess one). Ending with a nice hug (kiss was also an option) and nap 💙🩵

It's been one week sense that event that took place with you. You didn't think it'd effect you in the long run, but it certainly was hitting you harder than ever. You didn't want to be anywhere alone, you preferred being around where people were. you were also super on edge when you couldn't help being alone, you were alert and looking around panicking. Anyone grab your own or touch you from behind you'd freak out.

You slowly develop high level of stress and would have an anxiety attack, you would go somewhere and hide locking yourself either your room closet of janitors closet till Rhonda found you to try and comfort you.

You hated the way you were acting, and felt as though it'll become a burden to your friends. Rhonda advised to possibly start seeing a therapist, which you did. It was helping a little, you told your therapist Judy everything that has happened. You thought you were going to be fine, but it seems it's just now hitting you.

"This man that saved you, are you still in contact with him?" Judy asked you, writing things down.

"Umm not per say, I know friend that knows a friend that hangs out with them. But I can't get in touch with Bi-han." You looked down blushing kicking your legs, She watched your every move and behavior.

She gave you a sweet smile, "Did you feel safe and comfortable with Bi-han?"

You looked up at her confused. She chuckled putting the board and pen down, crossing her legs and laying her hands neatly on top. "From what you told me everything that has happened, you didn't even know who he was and only just found out later he came because of your friends. But you didn't even question that he was there to save you and not another person kidnapping you. It must've been what he said that gave you the impression it was different?"

You listened to her closely, you didn't know yourself why you did. You would think after following the first guy willingly, you wouldn't be stupid enough to do it a second time.

"How about we experiment if your able to get in contact with him. Would you feel less scared and comfortable if you felt as though he was always around or even knowing he's watching you. So that nothing happens to you?" She smiled at you.

"Y-You mean something like a bodyguard?" You asked confused but curious as well.

"Yeah, if you would like to call it that and if that's how you see it. A personal bodyguard." She went and picked up her items again, "I won't force you sweetheart if you don't want to, we can find other methods to help ease your situation."

"I just don't think he'll do it... I don't want to inconvenience anyone... He may have more important duties then some traumatized college student." You felt nervous and embarrassed about this enough.

"It won't hurt to try and ask, the worst he can say is no. Plus it's just a simple test."

"For how long?"

"A week, and see how you feel in week during our next session."

You nodded and thank her for her time, she gave you a hug before saying goodbye to you. She was a very nice therapist and she seemed to genuinely care about you. compared to people that just doing this because it's there job and not that they care.

You and Rhonda visited the girls at the shop, it seem to be super busy today. Jamika and Tonya were busy washing there clients hair. Ashanti was crocheting hair, she looked up slightly and noticed you and Rhonda. "Hey Babes! How are you? Also how was your session today Y/N?"

"We're good, got a bunch of fucking homework, and we needed a break." Rhonda complained plopping next to Ashanti an open chair.

"Also the session was good as well... Although my therapist recommended a method I try for a week." You sat in Rhonda's lap as all the other sits were taken.

"Oh really? What she recommend?" Ashanti asked focused hard on her clients hair. You scooted closer whispering something in her ear, Ashanti froze her hands looking at you with a smirk.

"Yeah I know, I doubt it to. I told her I'd try and she said it wouldn't hurt to try."

"She seriously recommended that, I'm not sure Bi-han is the kind of person that'll do that. Unless it benefits the nigga, I can't imagine how'd that work Bi-han as your bodyguard." Ashanti went back to her clients hair.

"I kinda want to imagine it." Rhonda chuckled, You rolled your eyes at her.

"Although like you said it doesn't hurt to ask. I could talk to my baby for you if you'd like?" Ashanti looked at you with a smile.

"That'll be great of you sis." You thanked her.

"If that does happen, it'll be like that movie The Bodyguard with Whitney Houston." Jamika chimed in blow drying there clients hair.

"I fucking love that movie." Rhonda and Malcolm said at the same time, they looked at each other. A smirk on his face and a glare on Rhonda's.

"It'll be such a cute romance." Tonya said.

"How about we all not get ahead of ourselves. I honestly don't have any high hopes, Bi-han will most likely say no." You told them, you already know it's not going to happen

It was late at night, and you couldn't sleep. You were having nightmares because of what happened, and it seemed like they only get worse. You sit up cursing yourself, as you were sweating profusely from it. As you were headed to the bathroom, your phone started ringing.

You saw it was Ashanti and answered it, "What's up girl?"

"I wasn't sure if you were up or not. Can't sleep again?"

"Yeah."

"I'm sorry that you're going through this babe, but I got some good news?"

You can hear the excitement in her voice, "What's the news?"

"Liu Kang told me that Bi-Han will be your personal bodyguard." There was a long silence after she said that.

"Hello...Y/N... Did I lose her?" Ashanti said on the other line.

"No you didn't fucking lose me! I'm sorry for shouting but are you fucking serious... No bullshit?" You didn't know how to feel about that news.

"Baby on my momma, I'm not lying. I'll tell you the deets tomorrow Pooki, He's arriving tomorrow. Get some rest good night!" Ashanti hung up.

You looked at yourself in the mirror smiling weird to yourself holding your head. How is she gonna drop a bomb like that on you at a time like this, you didn't know if you could sleep now. You quickly did your business in the bathroom and got back into the bed, to try and sleep. You did not know what to expect tomorrow.

You woke up, barely gotten any sleep. You took off your bonnet, letting your locs fall down. You quickly get ready and shock to see Rhonda wasn't here, you grab your phone from the night stand unplugging the charger.

You got a text from Ashanti letting you know to meet her outside on the campus, near the lunch area. You texted back you'll be on your way, you quickly freshened up to hurry and leave.

As you were rushing, you saw Ashanti and Rhonda sitting at one of the out door lunch tables. You waved to them, they noticed you and waved back. You saw Bi-han who only looked at you and scoffed, 'Rude' you thought to yourself. You didn't even notice Ashanti approaching you, which startled you a bit when she tapped you.

"Sorry I thought you saw me."

"Oh no it's fine I'm sorry, I was lost in thought... So how did ya'll get Bi-han to agree."

"Liu Kang told him that the Red Dragon may come back for vengeance on you, and sense the Lin Kuei came to rescue you. They may think you are affiliated with them and Bi-Han, so they may target you. So sense the Lin Keui and Red Dragon have bad history, it was in Bi-Han's interest to kill them if he sees them and protect you." Ashanti finished as they went to where the gang was.

"Wow that's, I mean I-"

"Girl I know that was all Liu Kang, he thought that shit out to a T. Also maybe Bi-Han didn't want whatever happen to you by them be on his conscious." Ashanti laughed with a smirk.

You both made it to the group, "Hey Bi-Han." You waved at him nervously.

"Y/N" He replied bluntly.

"Oh so you do know my name?"

"I told him." Rhonda raised her hand, "I also told the college chancellor your situation. Not everything but a bit here and there and a lil something I made up. He's allowing Bi-Han to accompany you, here's the letter he advise you to give to your professors." Rhonda handed you the information.

"Welp I did my job, so you ladies at the event this weekend!" Ashanti walked away throwing up the deuces. 

You turned back at Bi-Han smiling nervously as you blushed, he just looked around alert as if something was going to happen. "Well... We should head to my first class." You lead the way with Rhonda already left as Monday's they have a different class at this time. You looked behind to see if Bi-Han was following you, which he was at a certain distance to where you couldn't sense him.

You made it to your class, Bi-Han followed behind. As you sat down, he was glaring at the classmate sitting next to you. "Move." He ordered the student next to you. "Umm... This is my seat bro?" The boy told him, Bi-Han stood in front of him with an intimidating gaze.

"Move, or BE MOVED." He lowered his voice in a scary tone. The dude quickly gathered his materials to find another available seat, he took the seat next to you. Folding his arms, you could hear certain students whispering. Before you could let it bother you, the professor came into the room. He began taking attendance, he reached to you.

"Hear." You waved, the professor notice the new face sitting next to you.

"Do I see a new student here." Your professor raised an eyebrow at him.

"Do I see a person not minding there BUSINESS HERE." Bi-Han retorted. Before it could escalate further you quickly got up and gave your professor the letter from the chancellor. She nodded informing you to make sure he does disrupt the lesson.

"Bi-Han could you perhaps refrain from arguing with my professors, the rest of the day." You whispered to him

"Then she should be more concerned about what she does instead of what I am doing here." Bi-Han responded in the same tone.

"I get that, but be less aggressive at least... For me?" You touched his arm, looking up at him. You did not want to let go of those strong arms, you knew he was built but damn.

He kept quiet, not responding to your plea. You didn't expect him to, but grateful nonetheless that he's quiet. As the lecture was going on, you took a glance at Bi-Han looked super focused on what your professor had on the board.

"How about you take a picture it'll last longer." As soon as he said that, he heard a snapshot sound come from your phone. He turned his head glaring at you, "Pfft you ain't said nothing but word snowman." You grinned wickedly at him, he definitely didn't like that nickname you gave him.

"Delete it if you value your life."

His voice always gave you chills, "You're the one that said I should take photo if I want it to last longer." You chuckled under your breath. "Do you find testing my patience funny?" He asked looking away from you

"No... I think you're cute." You confessed to him in a quieter sweet tone. He looked at you shocked and slightly flustered by your bold confession, luckily the professor had the lights turned off for the students to see the screen better.

"What's wrong?... Grandmaster isn't use to a woman's compliment?" You gave him a sweet smile, "Your compliment means nothing to me." He looked away from you examining the area. Although when you called him Grandmaster, it sparked a little something inside of him, rolling his shoulders and cracking his neck.

"I'm sure, I know you don't like women." You turned your attention back to what was being discussed in the class.

"I never said I didn't."

"So you like Women."

"Never said I did either." He side-eye you with a smirk, You blushed pouting. You didn't like how he was messing with your emotions, but you were messing with him first.

"Then what do you like?" You asked writing down notes

"I don't like people who are nosey."

"You just don't care about no one or like anything, noted." You rolled your eyes, he grunted at your statement with irritation.

"I'm here, am I not." Bi-Han told you, the bell rung and the lights turned back on. Before you could ask what he meant, he lifted you out the chair by the arm to leave the room.

Got through both classes with a breeze, the first one Bi-Han stayed outside of the classroom. You felt okay, but you definitely preferred him next to you. For comfort to keep you calm, but like your therapist said just knowing he's close by. refrained you from having an Episode.

The second class, you asked him kindly to be with you in these classes. He expressed strongly how he did not like being in these rooms, after pestering and annoying him. He sat through the second class, not without him constantly complaining. Asking a million questions and more.

As you were headed to lunch to meet up with your girl Rhonda, you turned around to ask Bi-Han something. You noticed he wasn't behind you anymore, "Bi-Han?" you said openly, you looked around and didn't see him. You saw how the area didn't really have anyone, only students coming hear and there. You began to panic, you head back to look for him.

Then someone grabbed your shoulders making you scream, hitting whoever touched you away. You began shaking looking at the person, that touched you. It was the one person that you wanted to see the least, especially with your situation was your Ex.

"Woah calm down babygirl, you acting like you've seen a ghost." Oscar was about to grab your arm, but before he could someone else grabbed him with a strong grip before yanking him back.

"What do you think you're doing."

You looked up and realized it was Bi-Han, your shaking subsided. As you scurry to his side. Bi-Han shoved him harder than you expected, making him fall. "WHAT THE FUCK IS YO-" He stopped talking when he saw a sharp ice dagger close to his eye.

"Are you apart of the red dragon?" Bi-Han asked him, but Oscar was too scared to say anything. The bell began to ring and people would be leaving there class.

"He's not apart of the clan, just someone I use to go out with... Let's go before people start looking, please Bi-Han." You pleaded this time, he dissolve the ice. Before turning away, with him on your track. Leaving Oscar confused, scared, and angry.

"Girl I wished I would've been there to see Oscar piss himself." Rhonda was laughing, it was definitely a sight to behold. You shook your head and looked at Bi-Han, "Where did you go?" You asked a bit more irritated than you were trying to, Bi-Han definitely picked up on it.

"I saw someone, I wanted to be sure it wasn't them. I wasn't that far, as I heard your scream." Bi-Han replied frustrated, you nodded. You forgot he's only here, because of the clan lie. If it wasn't that situation, he would've denied it and not waste his time here with you.

"Hey girl you okay?" Rhonda nudged you, you left your thoughts nodding with a smile. "Bi-Han you hungry?"

"No."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

You shrugged and got up to get something, even though he said he wasn't hungry you got him some noddle soup. As you were about to grab it, someone bumped into you. Making you almost fall, but caught you.

"Sorry I wasn't paying attention." the strange boy helped you up, "Oh no it's alright, thank you." You told him getting your food on the tray.

"Hóng lóng zài kànzhe nǐ " He said before walking away, you don't know what that meant. But you headed back to where the two words, you put the bowl of soup in front of him and fork for his ramen.

"I already said I-"

"I don't care, you haven't eaten all day Bi-Han. You need nourishment if any kind of attack happened, thought that was ninja 101." You went to eat your food.

"I do not need your concern woman." Bi-Han spat, you grinned ignoring him enjoying your food. After sometime he did eat what you sat in front of him, actually enjoying. You were happy he was.

Rhonda just looked in awe, "You both just looks so cute together."

"We're not together!" You and Bi-Han shouted.

"Damn, my bad... Lil momma was just teasing...OHH! Bi-Han, what's the name of you brother in the grey?" Rhonda scooted you over sitting between ya'll

"Are you speaking of Tomas?" Bi-Han leaning away from her as she was invading his personal space.

"Tomas? So that's his name?" Rhonda smiled.

The bell rang, and everyone was preparing there next class. You had one last class and it was with Rhonda, you told Bi-Han he didn't have to come. Since she was with you, and you will inform him if anything does happen with the Red Dragon Clan. He nodded, not wasting time leaving. You can tell he was happy to leave.

"So what you don't like him anymore?" Rhonda asked as ya'll sat in class

"It's not that, I just know he's not interested... So I'm not going to waste my time. Also he has an attitude problem." You told her opening your textbook.

"Girl who doesn't, some just wear it on there sleeve than others. He seemed like he don't hate you."

"He didn't seem like he likes me either, this conversation isn't going anywhere Rhonda." You said plugging in your headphones.

"Fine, but I know one thing I'm on a manhunt for a brother named Tomas." Rhonda said excitedly taking a picture of herself and posting it online.

"You gonna scare him away like you do every other nigga in your vicinity."

"Baby that's not what happened, they just weren't ready for a real woman. Then it hit me, I only came across boys. Momma needs a MAN." Rhonda squished your face, smiling. You just stared at her confused, she let your face go continuing texting on her phone.

"And I believe Tomas is that man."

The professor finally came, you didn't know what plot Rhonda had with her new manhunt. But you glad the topic transitioned from you and Bi-Han, you didn't want to think about it and focused all your attention on the class in front of you. As you were focused on class you didn't realize you had many eyes watching you.

Ok first i feel like Daron would defo try teaching you guitar if you can't play. AND IT MAKES ME THINK OF THAT ONE VIDEO ON TIKTOK, where there is this couple and the guy is wearing the guitar while the other dude is behind him and playing (if that even makes sense 💀💀

If you can play guitar you two would probably play together and stuff or if you play another instrument you would teach him how to play it

Before you guys started dating (or just super good friends or even when dating hahshshs) he would cancel any plans just so he can see you even if it's just for a few hours

You guys would be at a cafe and you would be talking while he just looks at you with the look of pure love and just HDJYBAIAXHSKNYK

The moment he sees or notices you're upset he drops whatever the hell he is doing to come and comfort you and give you words of affirmation

I feel like he would hug you alot (if you like physical touch) and he'd give you kisses on the cheek as well if he were to leave to go somewhere

Ok another thing about physical touch, if he were to leave for a long time to go perform at a concert and you can't tag along well the night before he leaves you guys would cuddle so much and just never leave each others side the whole day

But if you can tag along he almost never leaves your side and drags you along to wherever he is going when he is backstage but when on stage you watch at the side supporting him and during the concert he would look at the side of the stage to try and find you AND WITH HIS PUPPY DOG EYES LIKE AHHH (I'm dearly sorry I'm just trying to feed into your and my delusions 😔)

He would 100% write a song specially made just for you

Probably would go on like alot of adventures with you maybe like going to visit cool places, taking walks along beautiful hills

This take me to another point i feel like on dates he would go like to the arcade, coffee shop or even like perhaps on a field, but obviously maybe once in a while would take you to a nice restaurant

(and then leave after 2 days bc it’s so bad)

He would love to visit, for a few days and a few days only.

He'd would love to spend time at your hometown, for like a few days and a few days only. He'd be talking about how it's "Apple Pie America" and want to go all of the family own places. The Chinese buffet that every Midwest town has, my town has a little bakery & breakfast place, and a small ice cream shop. My hometown is drenched in civil war history and I think that he'd be so into learning about it.

Dinah sighed as she walked to Pearl’s flower shop, her feet almost dragging. It was part of her routine to visit the small little shop every Friday, mostly because by then her other flowers would have already wilted. (She wasn’t the best at keeping flowers, but she was doing her best!) However, some days, for example this Friday, she was going in hopes the flowers could cheer her up. This week hadn’t been the greatest for her. She had tried to show Buffy and Ashley a trick she thought she had mastered, only to end up with a sprained wrist. ‘At least the splint is cute,’ she thought to herself as she continued to walk. Dinah froze at the shop’s door as she saw a familiar figure walk out of it. “GB?” She asked. “I didn’t know you liked flowers,” She continued, with a smile on her face. The mechanic, Greaseball, or ‘GB’ as Dinah called him, was holding a big bouquet of daisies wrapped in white paper with a big sky-blue bow holding it all together. “Well uh, they’re actually for you,” Geaseball spoke softly, voice close to a whisper and face turning pink. He handed the flowers to Dinah, before taking a card out of his pocket and handing it to her as well. “Heard from Rusty about your fall. Thought you’d uh.. like some flowers.” “Oh, that’s very kind of you GB,” the two smiled at each other. “It’s nice to know I’ve got someone thinking about me,” Dinah let out a pleased sigh, before smelling the flowers. “Then you’ll be happy to hear I’ve been thinking about you a lot lately,” Greaseball smirked. “Well…” Dinah began, taking Greaseball’s hand into hers, “I’m thinking we should go get some icecream.” the two smiled at each other again, before making their way down the street.
