Alright, I know some people think that Harry will be down bad/have a crush on Tom first or some thinks it'll be Tom; but I feel like it's neither? Hell, canonically, Harry is really emotionally stunted in that regard, and I just don't see him grovelling or reacting that way to anyone or not specifically to Tom? Especially not a Slytherin who is always busy with political climbing or things-that-don't-interest-Harry. I feel like they'll be so busy with their lives, that until and unless someone smack dabs them together (with their luck, let's be real something WILL smack dab them together) I do believe they'll be passing thoughts in each other's life.

Harry might end up thinking in the passing that Tom's really good looking because hell, I've done that; even when I'm not attracted to someone, I will always appreciate a face that I find pleasing. I don't think Harry will be that interested in Tom until and unless he does something that attracts him (ex: quidditch LMAO). And the same goes for Tom, for whom I have this headcanon; that it's not intelligence or say, defiance that would attract him but something more. More visceral, more ground shaking (something very small in others' eyes perhaps but not to Tom). Something that will make him stop and think and learn. Because he doesn't seem like a person who would just get a crush out of nowhere,but that doesn't mean he won't be attracted to power tho lmao knowing him, he most deffo would. (Also all this doesn't mean i mind obsessed Tom fics, bc vee obsessing over harry is canon so who's to say he doesn't end up doing the same lmao).

And also the headcanon of Harry not realizing Tom is suspicious? Guys, this is Harry Potter; Mr I doubt everything and anything. Mr I fought of imperio because it felt too good to be true and my mind went sus alert. You think Harry wouldn't see Tom Riddle being so nice and so perfect and won't feel wait a second? Give my boy some credit, I beg. We've been shown his sixth sense being right, over and over again. And he has trust issues.

So, food for thought? Neither of them would do the grovelling and pining (they might in some specific circumstances but not in your average fics where they are doing their things without crossing paths), rather they are gonna do the falling once faith crash them together so hard; they end up getting a concussion (love).

Also adding this: I feel like they will fall for each other, no matter what and it will be not be because of faith or whatever but rather because of how much they can learn from each other and how perfectly they fit together. It will not be some random feelings, no. It will be push and pull, it'll be you get me, it will be I know you'll always have my back and it will be all the broken furnitures because they're stubborn. It will be challenging each other to be the better version of themselves.

Tom, who knows he is the best; can teach Harry some things about CONFIDENCE and he could teach Harry that he's enough. Harry, who knows a thing or two about humility, can drag him back when Tom tries to be Icarus and he can ground Tom when it's needed. Harry and Tom can both challenge each other and learn from each other. Harry will never suffocate Tom, and neither will he let Tom suffocate him and to me that's what make their dynamic special. I love them, okay — I hate it when people go; yeah he will be the one who'll just pine away or there's no way he (one of them) will fall for him etc. Let them be down bad for each other. thanks. Thoughts on Orias' event

I try to pretend that I have already cooled down and stopped howling with delight at the sight of the boys from Hades. Okay, I'm not very good at lying. They. are. gorgeous. So, ekhm. Some loose thoughts about what we know. No serious analysis this time, just my happy rambling.

Devils can lie

Earlier it was hinted between the lines, now we have official confirmation. Orias and Leviathan sure know how to lie.

Here is a suggestion that Foras can do it too.

On the one hand, my and my biased heart are happy that he is special, on the other hand, I think I would rather not know what he went through to learn how to lie. On an unbiased note, it would be interesting if all the nobles of Hades could lie.

Nobles stick together

It's a little thing I noticed. In Avisos we are often mentioned that seeing more than one noble at a time is an unusual thing. Meanwhile in Hades…

A large part of the event is from Foras' perspective, and how was I supposed to be calm?

We see that the boys often spend time together on patrols. Their relationship is also delightful. Foras doesn't like Glasyalabolas, and it's not mutual. Look.

Glasyal you bully, I love you lmao

Barbatos is gorgeous (even more so without clothes, but please, not on patrol).

Either way, it looks like they spend a lot of time together. They give so much siblings' energy.

Orias age

We have information that Orias is older than Leviathan…

…but this is information from biased, unconfirmed sources. Nobles only know rumors. I believe that Lucifer is the oldest. He's an angel, he makes sense. But when it comes to Orias, I would trust Leviathan more here.

I want to draw attention to this one quote in particular:

We know that devils get old. The stronger, the slower. But this suggests that Orias has been artificially aged.

Especially since the angels also refer to him as a kid.

+ it is interesting that they were taken for the same experiment.

Enough with serious topics, time to get back to silly things!

We've seen Satan's anger spreads to his subordinates, we've also seen it with Mammon's greed, so it's no wonder Leviathan's jealousy has the same strength. However, Levi's second main thing, his punishment, doesn't seem to be going as well as he dreamed.

They are terrible, I love them. No wonder the cavalry from Tartaros comes for us in Ch5, the guys from Gehenna would still shake hands with Hades. By the way, Hades and Genenna really seem to have the most similarities.

Hot.

Also, their devotion is insanely sweet. Leviathan isn't even truly in danger and they've already summoned their coffins to protect him.

But let's get to the cherry on the cake. You know what else is hot? We are in hell, it should be warm in here, but oh lord- I expected boiling lava, not a walking embodiment of perfection.

I totally agree with Glasyalabolas and his fourth wall breaking. JUST LOOK.

The smirk of this proud asshole. The fact that he is little known in heaven simply because he leaves no survivors to tell about him. And how much he smiles during this event. And how gently he treats Orias.

This event shows his soft heart and that's why I'm here. I'm glad that we don't see this side of him right away, in the chapter, and he only shows true himself with someone he really knows and cares about. Even if he does it his own way. This event, his attacker comic and his selfie comic, how he behaves towards heaven farm survivor and his childhood friends.

Final thoughts

Let's end this here before I start fawning over him even more. Of course, there was much more here. Even out of chronicler's duty, I would like to mention:

Can I be real for a second? I don't think L giving a foot massage to Light was very in-character of him. Like manga!L would've totally scoffed at how pathetic anime!L appeared when he did that.

I like the rain scene bc it's really pretty (also Light MOANS bc of L? *sighs* yeah i ship lawlight) but I'm always so ?? at anime!L's behavior? The anime made L way too melancholic and y'know self-deprecating kinda guy. In contrast, manga!L (whom I love to death) is so so confident in doing what he's doing and has the time of his life during the Kira case as he's intellectually challenged (by Light) as he figures out the case little by little.

I don't get where the anime creators got the idea that L is a very sad character who cares about justice so much so that he's actually Justice itself? Manga!L enjoys solving cases. I'm not saying that L doesn't care about justice at all- just that he cares more about winning.

So, the anime creators looked at a character who cares about winning (& his own ego) than everything else and decided to... make him give a foot massage to his nemesis (surprise surprise bible symbolism featuring L as Jesus *🤮* coming up) apparently due to accepting Light's (boy's first debut as Judas) 'betrayal' how can there be betrayal when there was no trust between them in the first place and saying "It is the least I can do to atone for my sins"...

The only way I could've made a little sense of this is if L was mocking Kira with that line but the anime just had to go above & beyond to make it (L's actions) seem too genuine for that to be true. which is. so. FRUSTRATING

Manga!L wouldn't have done anything like that. Not even ironically (he'd have thought it to be below him for pretending to be accepting his defeat mockingly to Kira). Even Manga!L's not enough of a bastard to try to compare himself with Jesus (and just after knowing (god knows how) that he's going to die)- like that's too stupid omg: even for a mockery.

Does he actually think that Light would pick up on the (him as Jesus) symbolism and be like 'oh no! L is too noble like Jesus to die by my betrayal i'm such a bad judas how come i NEVER NOTICED THIS BEFORE'... and decide to spare L's life? Or embrace his inner Judas like the bad bitch he is and finish L for that godawful mockery of Jesus?

Slightly touching and pushing like that caused you to feel immense pain, you immediately stopped- It was still fresh so of course it would hurt like hell.

You were sure that you felt the shape of the buttons underneath the cloth, however.

Your ears buzzed as you tried to regain some of your strength, as you tried to get out from your torture chair you forgot how tall it was- Missing a step and crashing down to the old attic floor with no one to help you.

The thought that somehow you were sitting possibly next to a murder scene, and/or a body, and the murderer was feeding you, made you very unease.

So about Saturn Girl kissing Jon without his ability to consent to it: I get that she isn't actively deciding to mind control the people around her, but she does have a choice in the matter. Her family wanted her to stay home until she could control her mind control powers, but she didn't want to and left. To me that's like if I noticed I was manic (not hypomanic) and didn't go to the mental hospital... Like I can't control my bipolar but I have the choice to stay away from others when it would harm them. That's not even a good comparison though because my judgement isn't clear enough to consistently do that when I'm manic, whereas she is at baseline and is able to think rationally. I wouldn't blame someone with bipolar because they have no choice, but I'm just saying the obvious choice would be to keep yourself away from others even if it's not fun for you. I feel like I can blame her, because she has a choice.

I do sympathize with her, but I really think she's hurting others disproportionately to the distress she feels stuck at home, and that's not okay.

If you look back on the events with the knowledge that she can't turn off her mind control, you see how manipulative she is, especially to Jon, and she does high-control group tactics: love bombing, isolation, guilt tripping, not letting him have rest alone where he would have time to realize he didn't want this.

I don't like the JonDami narrative that Jon was an asshole for leaving Damian in the past or was running away from his problems, because in my view he was dragged into a cult and I can't blame him for that, especially because he was extremely vulnerable at the time. I also don't believe Jon would have left in the first place if he knew up front that he couldn't bring Damian to at least visit him.

Jon had been in a state of fight or flight for around 6 years (not just talking about the volcano because there was also his verbally abusive grandpa and their deadly adventures and being trapped in space, and then him struggling to survive on the streets and trying to find a way home after he escaped) and the first time he really got a chance to cool down was when he was talking with Damian. He really needs a long break, therapy, and medication because what he went through can't be treated with therapy alone as the stress has chemical effects in the brain that need to be adjusted.

The writers don't care about how Jon should be extremely hypervigilant and defensive and anxious. I guess that's just not brave enough for a superhero, nevermind that leaving the house and getting treatment for these things, learning to trust again, and letting people help you is so much braver than punching guys when you have superpowers. It's natural to fight when your fight or flight is activated in a protective manner, but doing the logical thing when every signal in your body is telling you not to is really damn hard. The only coward is DC for giving Jon trauma and not actually writing a traumatized character.

That all being said, Damian clearly doesn't see how Jon is being manipulated, probably because his head is full of self hatred & doubting & repressed desires to ask Jon to stay, and thinks he needs to go against his abandonment trauma by swinging the pendulum too far in the opposite direction in his speech. With his c-ptsd and abandonment issues I can see him becoming bitter towards Jon for going to the future.

That could make for a really complex fanfiction, don't you think? The conflict coming from their unique life experiences and traumas, and them learning to understand each other like they're always doing. This misunderstanding of intentions born not out of something dumb like hearing the wrong thing or being unclear in language, but from their different points of view.

It's been a few days since you picked up Sihtric from the airport and, as much as Sihtric's punishment was a struggle for you too, you had refrained from any sexual activity that first day. Sihtric had begged you for hours on end that night, looking painfully pretty while doing so, but you kept your foot down and eventually just cuddled up in bed, where he told you about his trip abroad and the impulsive decision to get his nipples pierced.

Despite your life with Sihtric always feeling like a dream, the reality was that you had to go to work again. You didn't have to tell Sihtric how much you dreaded going there, as it was simply horrible, and more than once Sihtric had told you to quit your job. But it just wasn't that easy. 

'Just quit, love,' Sihtric said while he had his coffee in the morning. He leaned back against the kitchen counter, shirtless and his hair tied into a bun while wearing his comfy sweatpants, 'It's clearly dragging you down. I'm over it.'

You stared at him from across the kitchen. 'I know,' you said softly, 'it's just not that easy.'

'Baby, you can't keep going there,' he suddenly raised his voice slightly, 'I don't want you to go there!'

You were taken aback at the sudden small outburst of your usually calm and collected boyfriend.

'I… I just don't want you to go there anymore,' Sihtric said, calmly again, as he walked over to you, 'your job is draining you, love. And it breaks my fucking heart to see you come home to me after work each time, completely empty.'

'But I have bills, Siht…'

'You do,' he agreed, 'but there are other ways to earn money than keeping that shitty job, and you know it, babe. You know I can help you. You know you can quit and come travel with me.'

'Sihtric,' you sighed and shook your head lightly, 'I… I can't just do that.'

'But why not?' he asked, 'don't you want to be with me? Travel with me?'

'You know I do,' you said, 'it's just not that simple. Do you have any idea how scary it is to become completely dependent on someone else and relying on them to take care of you?'

'But I will take care of you-'

'I know you will,' you hushed him, 'I don't doubt that. But that doesn't mean it's not scary. I won't have any money of my own when my savings run out, and they will run out fast,' you stressed, 'I won't have a job while I still have bills to pay. My apartment, my insurance, a phone bill… I know you said you'd gladly pay for all that, but I don't want that, it's not that easy-'

'Then come work for me.'

You stared up at Sihtric, confused.

'Work for you? What do you mean?'

'I don't know, like… keep check of my finances or something like that?'

'Doesn't your manager do that? Ragnar?'

'He just takes care of what we earn,' Sihtric shrugged, 'not what we spend.'

'Sihtric, I don't know-'

'Oh!' he suddenly lit up, 'why don't you become part of our merch team?'

'Your merch team?'

'Yeah, like selling our stuff on tour at the shows.'

'Eh,' you chuckled, not actually hating the idea, 'I mean… are you guys even hiring?'

'Well, I know that any help is welcome as the shows keep getting bigger.'

'I… oh, I don't know,' you sighed, 'sure, it sounds great, and like a dream… but you need to discuss this with the guys first. And I need some reassurance too, like what if we break up?'

'Baby, we won't,' Sihtric chuckled and cupped your cheeks.

'Well, then what if the band breaks up?'

'We won't,' he said convincingly, 'just trust me. We'll figure this out, okay? I'll talk to the guys and to Ragnar and I'll fix something up, I promise. I'll get it on paper. We can set up a contract together, we'll work it out.'

'I don't know…'

'Lady, I'm tired of seeing you go to work when you clearly don't want to go there,' he said, 'and I'm tired of seeing you come home looking more drained with each passing day… you hate it there, we both know it. Let me help you get away from that.'

You thought about it for a moment and then looked at the time.

'Fuck,' you gasped and ran to get dressed, 'I really have to leave for work. We'll talk about this later, okay?'

'Just quit,' Sihtric said as you ran towards him, and you nearly tripped while putting on your shoes. 

'I'll think about it, I promise,' you told Sihtric before you kissed his cheek, and left for another day of work.

When you came home to Sihtric's place after another shitty day of work, you felt slightly better at the fact that Sihtric had prepared dinner. You ranted about work while Sihtric listened as he ate, ignoring the news you both received earlier for now, and you took a quick shower while Sihtric loaded the dishwasher.

After the shower you grabbed your bag with nail polish, and a gift bag you bought earlier that day, and then joined Sihtric in his huge living room. You sat down on his ridiculously large couch while he was packing his suitcase. 

He had only been back home for a few days, and neither of you had expected him to leave again the next day, but right after you had left for work that morning, Sihtric got a call from Ragnar. Seven Kings was invited to play on a famous late night show in America. It was rather last minute, which meant the guys had to take a plane the next morning and, as the band was simply your boyfriend's job, you understood this was a big deal which they didn't turn down. The news had initially made you even more upset at work, but you were supportive about it once you came to terms with it. And to cheer Sihtric up a little too, who had nearly cried when he called you during your lunch break, you told him you had something for him. Sihtric eagerly waited for you to hand him the gift bag and, when he pulled out the Hello Kitty plushie you bought him, he gasped and then smiled. Sihtric chuckled as he held the adorable plushie in his hands, then pressed it against his face.

'It smells like you,' he smiled and pulled you in for a hug.

'I sprayed it with some of my perfume, yes,' you laughed, 'I know it's cheesy.'

'Well, I love it,' he said and sniffed the plushie again, 'I'll take her with me anywhere I go. Thank you, love.'

Sihtric pecked your lips several times and, after he had finally packed his last bag with guitar gear, he watched you lovingly as you carefully painted your nails while you sat next to him. Sihtric loved observing you when you were doing something that demanded your full attention. His mismatched eyes would scan every inch of your face and take in every expression, remembering every detail with ease once he'd closed his eyes.

'Can I paint your nails?' you asked with a grin after your own nails had dried.

'You want to paint my nails?' Sihtric chuckled.

You nodded with a smile and hopeful eyes.

'Yeah, sure,' he shrugged and turned to fully face you.

Sihtric placed his big, warm hands in your lap and you asked him what colour he wanted.

'Pink,' he smiled, 'and black. To match that Hello Kitty choker you gave me.'

'Two colours?' you frowned, 'okay, baby boy,' you taunted.

Sihtric inhaled sharply and stared at you with a raised eyebrow.

'Sorry,' you grinned, 'my baby boy.'

'That's better,' he laughed and shook his head before he leaned in to peck your lips, 'I love you,' he whispered.

'I love you too,' you smiled.

'I love you more.'

'If that's what you want to believe, sweetheart,' you chuckled and took his hand in yours.

Sihtric still made you nervous, and it showed. You tried your best to control your slightly trembling hands while you painted his nails. It didn't help that Sihtric kept staring at you the entire time, and he'd softly hum out of nowhere sometimes while a smile tugged at his lips.

'So have you thought about it?' Sihtric asked after a long moment of silence, 'about quitting your job?'

'I have thought about it,' you said while you continued to paint his nails.

Sihtric stared at you as he waited for an answer, but you didn't continue.

'And…?' he asked, impatiently.

'I just don't know, Sihtric,' you sighed and looked up at him, 'yes, I want to quit my job and, yes, it all sounds amazing to work for you, or with you, whatever we'd call it. And it sounds great to travel with you but… it just scares me.'

'I know,' Sihtric said sweetly and leaned in, 'I know it's scary, love. I understand. I spoke about it with the guys today and they're all fine with it, as long as we keep work and private separated when we're around them, you know?'

'Naturally,' you said and brought your attention back to his nails.

'Ragnar has already made a rough draft of a contract, I'll email it to you so you can go over it when you want to. You can suggest changes too and all that,' Sihtric said, 'I promise you're going to be fine. You will get a good pay. I made sure you will have your own income which will cover everything you need to be completely independent. But know that I'm always here too, if you ever need something.'

You quietly finished painting his nails, one hand only black and the other only pink. You softly blew his nails to speed up the drying process and closed the bottles. Sihtric watched you closely and in silence while you put everything back in your bag, and then you exhaled sharply and sat back.

'Should I do it?' you eventually asked and looked up at Sihtric, 'quit my job?'

'You know my answer, love. You know what I want. I want you with me, wherever I go. I need you with me,' he said, 'but in the end it's up to you. Only you can decide if you want this. And regardless of your choice, I still want to be with you. It would just be easier for us if you'd work for the band. And…'

'And what?' you asked when he didn't finish his sentence.

'And… I… it's just… this whole keeping you a secret thing is starting to stress me out. It's making me insecure,' he confessed.

'You know you don't have to keep me a secret,' you said, 'I thought we were on the same page about this. I just needed some time to adjust to this, that's all. My life is so different from yours, sweetheart. And it's just a bit scary. You're away from home a lot, while I never travel at all. You're famous, I'm just… a regular person,' you chuckled, 'I want everyone to know you're mine too, and I thought we already made progress at the airport.'

'I know,' Sihtric said, 'we did. And I don't blame you for being scared of this either. But… remember what we talked about when I was abroad?'

'Yeah,' you said, remembering you agreed to start posting more of each other on your socials once he'd get back home, it just hadn't happened yet, 'I'm still fine with that.'

'So you're okay if I'd post a photo or video of us together, or just of you?'

'Yeah,' you smiled shyly, 'of course.'

'Okay,' he smiled, 'then I will soon. But, as for tonight,' he cleared his throat as he looked at his painted nails, 'so… since you can't travel with me tomorrow, which fucking sucks, I kinda hoped that maybe, you know, you'd… you,' he hesitated, 'would you want to, you know, make a v-video?'

'A video?' you frowned.

'Yeah.'

'What kind of video?'

'You know,' Sihtric chuckled awkwardly, 'one I could, you know… look at when I… you know.'

You gave him a confused look, but then it suddenly dawned on you.

And now that another sudden departure had taken you both by surprise, meaning he'd be gone for almost a whole week again, you both already knew you'd be intimate that same night. The next morning you woke up to several texts and instagram notifications, which seemed to have become normal when Sihtric left early in the morning to travel. However, you did not expect Gisela's message.

Sihtric's text with the video was private, so you weren't sure what Gisela was on about, until you opened instagram. The video showed Sihtric sitting on the floor, shirtless and with his hair braided, leaning back against his bed in front of his bedroom mirror. Then you appeared, but only your legs and buttocks were visible, while wearing a thong as you towered over him. You collared and leashed him, then took his chin to make him look up at you, and Sihtric smiled as he bit down on his lip while gazing up into your eyes.

"are we there yet?" you hear the whine of your four year old son come from his car seat behind you. it wasn't hard to tell the poor guy was getting restless and impatient,

"just 20 more minutes bud, keep watching bluey with your sister." your husband, simon responds to the squirrely child before you can speak up. you flash him a sweet smile and look over your shoulder to glimpse back at your children.

you were currently on a roadtrip up to scotland to visit one of simon's military friends and vacation at the beach with your family. you found it a little funny that on his break from work simon was so happy and eager about going to see one of his coworkers, but it warmed your heart to know he had such close friends especially in people he had to work with, people who he literally trusted with his life.

your heart felt full as you watched the scene in front of you, this vacation was well needed for everyone, your two older kids having worked incredibly hard on their schooling and grades, simon having worked hard at work as he always does. and being four is harder than it may seem, the twins needed this break just as much as everyone else.

and of course yourself, you had worked hard at home, taking care of the kids, the housework, and so much more. with and without simon, you worked hard and deserved the break too. it was nice to finally get the time to do something fun like this together as a family. you wouldn't trade it for the world.

some of my group chat's obscure and inaccurate amrev (hamilton centric) fancasts part 1

the result of five students procrastinating and commenting "hey this guy could play hamilton". not very accurate and based on vibes. we are not scouting agents for good reason.

Alexander Hamilton

We know from people's descriptions and portraits that he most likely: had very red hair, was 5 ft 7-ish, and was slender with a "fine figure". Fun fact, some historians say that people calling him 'small' was more in regards to his slimness than his height, which was more or less average at that time period. Need to find a source for that.

From paintings we do see that he had a prominent nose...and perhaps more of a pointed chin with a slim face, as a young man? It seemed to have broadened out with age. Portraits of him seem wildly inconsistent, and the one Betsey said was very like him was later in life. Damn you Charles Wilson Peale, you never got his face right! tbh I didn't see much of Hamilton's face (especially young Hamilton) in amc Turn's Sean Haggerty who had too much of a round face, and I think he was casted based off of the peale painting lmao.

And of course, who can forget his beautiful beautiful anime blue-violet eyes. Abigail Adams saw the devil in them, Fisher Ames seems to have spent way too much time staring into them. Both accounts can be seen as complimentary.

I've yet to find an actor that really captures an older Hamilton well, so I'm not even going to go there. Honestly, i've yet to find a really spot-on young Hamilton either, so I have no fan-cast. But my friend has one she advocates for a lot:

Tom Blyth based on these specific paintings (and a de-aged one with dark hair). Her words: "he has really piercing blue eyes and we know he can pull off lighter hair from the hunger games movie! he's also very slender which would work well, even though he's pretty tall. we can do perspective work with height it's okay."

And apparently Hamilton's son (William? it's not Philip right) looked quite a bit like him. And in the sketch below I think we can see Blyth's face there!

Not too bad, I think. Especially since his face seems to have filled out more. Main concern is if the hypothetical project would characterize Hamilton well, and if he'd deliver that complicated energy lol. He is charismatic so a point in his favor?

Valentijn Dijkman is another one of my friend's fancasts so I don't know much about him besides the screenshots they shared. Apparently he is a model and tiktoker, and he certainly checks the ginger + blue eyes requirements! A bit of a yassified Hamilton, I think, but some contemporaries called him almost feminine and some descriptions of him are wild so that might be okay.

Elizabeth Hamilton

Now, we know that Betsey was very petite and had lovely dark curls and eyes that Hamilton and even Tilghman, I believe, commented on. It seems like she had a slim face and a strong T-zone. Even in the portraits we see her dark eyes. Portraits of her when she was younger:

My personal fav fan cast is actually Meg Tilly, specifically Meg Tilly in Valmont 1983. She has the dark hair and dark eyes and her facial structure itself is also similar enough to me.

There's also something in her performance here that would serve well for Elizabeth - a sweetness and patient quality plus a hidden playful streak.

John Laurens

We are all stumped for him lmao. We don't have a lot of paintings of him and the main one is a Charles Peale and I don't trust him 100%. We do know he was most likely blonde, taller than Hamilton, and was very handsome.

Coward's way out. Seth Numrich is a popular one and I wouldn't be angry about it!

George Washington

It ain't accurate but I loved Ian Kahn's Washington so much that I don't care. He's way too hot to be Washington but let's just pretend it's that hero-worship coming through.

And to round it all out, Turn Lafayette was also suprisingly accurate in face shape I think. You can see we ran out of steam at the end.

honestly? it could've been worse.

lots of things happened in 2023, both good and bad, in real life and on this hellsite. i feel like i've started to hone in on my voice as a writer this year, and my creativity and motivation just seemed to skyrocket for absolutely no reason. it's been fun sharing my work with you guys, and i'm forever grateful for all the love and support i have received <3 furthermore, thank you so so much for 4k followers!!!!! i never thought i would reach such a milestone, so it truly means a lot :')

there's a lot i wish i could have done during 2023 that i didn't end up doing, but i think it is best to focus on what i did accomplish and use that as a stepping stone towards better things. also, there were a lot of times where i didn't feel content with where and who i was. right now, however, i can confidently say that i am happy; i am hoping that happiness will be abundant for everyone in 2024! we all deserve it!!

furthermore, everyone worked hard, so i hope you all give yourself some grace in order to recharge and reset. taking breaks is paramount in maintaining your health and happiness, and i'm glad i learned that it's okay for me to take them lol.
