I still do just love the total dichotomy between LoZ games when it comes to the green tunic. In some games getting the green clothes is like this super important and hype story beat that shows Link is going to (or already has) become a legendary hero. Then you have the games that start with a non-heroic, average run of the mill Link getting out of bed adorned in green and being like "These are my jammies :]"

okay i’m genuinely laughing my ass off at holly telling lucy in the creeping shadow that those monsters who attacked her also ransacked her apartment (which is already a hilarious moment on its own. Holly Munro you are too good for this world) because it means Lockwood covered for Lucy the entire time. Holly and Lockwood both went to Lucy’s apartment to pack up her things, and there’s no way Holly was quiet about her outrage on Lucy’s behalf. You just know she spent the whole time saying, “Look at what they’ve done to her bed! And all her lovely clothes, they’ve just--just dumped them in the corner! And the kitchen, good Lord, look how they’ve thrown about all her china! We’re so lucky none of it broke.”

and they'll say seemingly clever things like "so you can turn parts of your body into a bat... ah, i know... you must be solitaire's apprentice" with complete certainty but like no babygirl. there are 50 other unaffiliated people in shinjuku who could've taught her to do that
