Lex Arcana

Head's up to my tabletop gamer friends: Lex Arcana is on sale now on Bundle of Holding! It's an Italian-made RPG set in an alternate universe ancient Rome, featuring mysterious cults and mythical monsters and fascinating historical figures. You play as a member of the Cohors Auxiliaria Arcana, an elite team tasked by the Emperor to confront arcane threats at the edge of the Roman empire, using a solid mix of combat and investigation skills. Lots of detailed lore - the Encyclopedia Arcana alone is worth the price as a reference book! - that can be applied to any campaign/dice system. I'm personally planning to use the setting material in a Cthulhu Invictus campaign.

You may call this deity Loki. Though I am one of many forgotten minor gods, I still leisurely engage with human pastimes. I shall speak more of that in a bit.

My current body is quite ripe, barely even twenty years of age, and quite far from legal age. I do not mind though.

This is rather making me shy to admit but... This deity is currently working on a novel. It shall be about biblical monsters, and the relationship of man and its creator. This blog will document my progress. That is, if I do not forget. I'm not one to sully myself on things such as social media, but for the experience, I will.

Anyways, the novel will be uploaded online on an interesting fantasy-focused website known as Royal Road as for now, I have no intention of making money from it. (Art is a personal thing. I do not understand why people try to make money of it. However, as mortals say, "you do you.")

I also adore oil paint artworks! Contemporary art is chillingly wonderful as well and I believe that art is the same as years ago- wanting to express something- but it seems the word art has lost its meaning... Yet is it such a serious thing? One might ask. Yes. The answer is of course. Art such as visual and writing is another part of mortals and even the immortals. The urge to preserve your feelings is so daring that one might call you a relative of Zeus!

Btw my character Elias is loosely based on a character from old roleplays (WWII time travel roleplay, fucking really) I used to do with my friend who was Jewish and knew a lot about the history of Nazi Germany and the Holocaust (and this was before I had any interest in the topic personally, it's actually what got me interested in WWII and also coincides with when I started watching H*talia.) This was in middle school and we basically passed a notebook to each other throughout the day to write the parts of our characters, and then later continued it on Facebook.

The two characters were Eli, a very eccentric Jewish scientist, and Hans, the German guy sheltering him (and who is also a scientist and a longtime friend.) They build a time travel machine and try to stop the war, but to no avail. We developed both characters together so neither of them was purely her or mine's OC.

It might not have been the most convincing performance, but the sailors who had been tailing him and this stranger seem to be leaving the pub they ran into each other. 

Perhaps they were looking for someone who didn’t really work in an office type work environment. “Tell me about it, terrible night! I also completely am with you on the job thing.
