A/n: I'm having a wonderful day anon and i hope you do as well! Decided to add everyone's reaction so it's a big post! (I literally love sun and moon, the silly jester's)

Jack

He was more amazed by your design, how gracefully you moved compared to the other bots

You often would invite him to join you into some activities but he'd brush it off saying that he was too old for that kinda stuff (but you did make it look fun)

Then there was your moon form, the switch from you bubbly and exciting personality to a more docile yet protective one was quite baffling to him (also talk about a makeover)

Poor him if you hear about a messed up sleep schedule from being a teenager. Even his mom hasn't been able to get him to bed (he was obviously grumpy about it, but deep down was moved by your care for him.)

When he meets eclipse when he's in danger he feels so shocked but safe. What happened to you?

Has seen and understood the protection protocols you have and just how much you care about their safety.

Miko

Definitely still rebellious. If you think she called people her parents as an insult you definitely fit the parental role in her life.

She was at first very outspoken about not wanting you watching over them. (Babysitting her)

And when she tried to show you heavy metal by playing it, you happily supported her by playing a tiny xylophone. (You were trying your best but being excessively loud wasn't your deal)

You'd try to give her the space she needed but you obviously cared about her.

She did think your moon form was awesome. (Especially when she heard about you protection protocols)

You were unsuccessful to get her to sleep at reasonable hours but she ended up growing fond of you. You actually cared and supported her while her parents wanted her to be perfect. And you liked her the way she was.

Would more often than not join the activities you had planned out for them, learning that you were actually loads of fun behind your safety protocols (and human care files)

When she meets eclipse she thinks you're so cool! Yeah kick the cons ass! Definitely tells you that you're like a weapon which makes you feel bad, you worked so hard making sure that would never happen again. She clarifies that she just thinks that you being able to fight makes you awesome in her eyes.

Raf

Beyond delighted to meet you! Most bots are busy and don't often have time to chat but you're more than happy to talk to your hearts content with him

He allows your personality to shine, letting you both make fun activities and just hanging out with you

Definitely sees you as a Guardian because his family often overlooks him/ pressures him. But you can give him your undivided attention and compassion. He is still a growing boy

Is practically beaming when he sees your Moon form! "How did you do that!?"

Sometimes he overworks himself on what he's doing and you can always persuade him to rest

You can tell him stories and even play from your built in music box. You definitely help him feel safe and rest easy.

Definitely shows you morning cartoons and you sit happily with him and watch him. He also teaches you about videogames.

When he meets eclipse he's honestly worried about you but also sees that you're not some defenseless bot and you're willing to risk spark and limb to keep them all safe

Optimus

He knew a bit about your past and he trusts you with the kids. He has no problem believing that you excel at entertaining and protecting them

He knows about your protective protocols and about eclipse and how that came to be

You were a caregiver on cybertron, watching over new bots and keeping them happy and healthy. You took absolute happiness in caring and playing with them, until the war. He knows how you tragically lost all of those under your care, seeing them all perish without being able to stop anything

He knows how that affected you eventually causing a split in your personality. Eclipse was more or less who you were, sun and moon were what you were left with after all the heartbreak.

He's seen how despite not wanting to be on the battlefield, you can definitely kick ass. Seeing you attack ferociously almost in a rampage when he first met you on cybertron

He treats you with much respect and feels easy around you. With how serious the war has been having you around is like a breath of fresh air

Ratchet

Man is a doctor, not a babysitter and he appreciates you

Hes always on edge and his patience is thin so he could never properly take care of the kids, even if he's grown on them (with some favoritism to raf)

At first he didn't really think you had it in you to be an Autobot or watching over the kids but you've shown him just how much you're capable of your work

You can work with the kids, having so much patience and just care for them. He realizes your strength and grows to truly appreciate the care you put into them

He definitely notices when you sometimes grow anxious around the kids but you prioritize them.

He doesn't know why until he asks optimus. His view on you definitely changes, he wonders if you see pieces of the young bots under your care in the kids

Arcee

Definitely didn't believe in your capabilities in fighting until there came a moment when the kids were in danger. You turned into eclipse, swiftly taking care of the problem before frantically checking over the kids

She was FLABBERGASTED. WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN KICK ASS, YOU'RE A BABYSITTER??

She finds it funny when Jack comes and complains about your caring nature to her. She cares about him and also nags him, so she bonds with you over that care

Asks more about eclipse while all you can do is politely decline answering her questions. Its a sore spot for you and eclipse is strange to you

She also asks about your past and relates to you. She also had to deal with grief over the war, and she sympathizes with you. She stops pushing for answers and understands what you do and who you are better

Definitely happy to have you stay in base watching over the kids if an emergency happens. She trusts you and is grateful for you.

She finds your music box relaxing.

Bumblebee

He loves your personality, he's always happy to see you. But he's even happier to participate in your activities.

He also has fun watching over the kids but you do a stellar job!

He thinks it's cute how you take care of the kids, you just radiate lively energy

Then he sees your moon form and he's pleasantly surprised by the shift. Especially if the kids are staying over for the night. The way you carry yourself with serenity and care is so different but wonderful.

You often ask for them to keep quiet if the kids are sleeping.

He's heard about eclipse but hasn't met them yet.

Bulkhead

He's just happy that someone more careful with their feet are taking care of the kids

Hes a big guy with great strength. He tries to be gentle but he can fail, so having you watch over the kids is like taking a sigh if relief.

He may find your switching from sun to moon a bit uncanny but he just doesn't know how to interact with you. (He's nervous and doesn't truly understand how it works)

Sees you try to take care of miko and sometimes apologies for her, even when you told him that this reaction is natural in growing kids

He often overlooks your activities because he doesn't want to accidentally break anything you've set up.

Learns about your past and can't help but feel bad for you. The war has harmed alot of people but how could it rip such a vibrant bot like you.

Happy to have someone that knows what they're doing taking care of the kids.

Tfa:

Sari

She enjoys your company when she's more younger. She's always wanted to hangout with the bots more but sometimes she has to sit out certain missions. Luckily you're there to watch over her.

She definitely is happy that you actually know how to take care of humans and understand them. (You downloaded your information)

She was happy to count on you when her father was missing. You definitely made it easier for her and she appreciates you.

When she turns into a teenager that's where some changes happen. She thinks you might watch over her as babysitting and she can take care of herself!

She also puts a bit of a front with your moon form. She's not a little kid and she can stay up longer. (In her opinion, she tends to knockout early thanks to you)

She adores how your personality changes like the sun and the moon.

They day she saw you turn into eclipse she was shocked. "YOU KEPT A SECRET THIS BIG FROM ME???"

She'd love to see eclipse more often but usually gets told to not push it.

Optimus

Doesn't fully understand humans or taking care of younger ones. He does end up learning by asking Sari and you. He picks up some stuff pretty quickly

He doesn't understand why you were added onto their team from the beginning. They were maintenance bots and you were??? Well, not that.

Your long limbs did prove to be helpful on more than one occasion and you were quite flexible.

He met eclipse when you had saved Sari from getting taken by the Cons. You singlehandedly scared them off and he was frozen in place. You were so quick and fierce getting her back and away from them, yet so gentle at handling her and looking her over for any injuries. He couldn't quite process it for a minute.

He asked you about eclipse and you nervously told him that it was something of mindset that combined both your personalities and it only ever appeared on cybertron. He respected your boundaries and made sure to remember them.

He feels relaxed around your moon form, but your footsteps are so light he forgets that you can still be walking around. (Has to listen closely to pick up on your bells)

Ratchet

At first he was deeply annoyed by you. Especially when you were Sun. He thought he had gotten another energetic and unruly young bot that he'd have to watch over like bumblebee.

Then when you all arrived on earth he saw just how patient you are. You would answer Saris questions, keep her entertained and safe.

He was also caught off guard by your moon form. He's grown more used to your Sun form and gets a bit spooked out at first. He ends up liking how you remind them to rest and just how calm you are. What freaks him out more is when you play your music box.

When he saw eclipse he was more cautious and even a bit frightened at what had just happened. He knew that your personalities weren't a common occurrence, not even on Cybertron, especially when it appeared in a time of high stress.

He became more fascinated in wether eclipse was some way you coped with emergencies or as a fight or flight response. He definitely thought it was a fight response on how you maneuvered yourself against the cons to get Sari back.

He was worried about leaving Sari in your care after that, scared that you could potentially hurt her.

He did some digging through the ship and learned about your past. You were tasked to look after young bots, not necessarily a teacher. He learned that you've been around from before the war and how you were sent to evacuate the young ones to an area away from the fighting only for the Cons to lay siege on the area, thinking it was an Autobot hideout.

He saw that you were basically rehabilitated after being eclipse for so long, but you couldn't go back to your original job because of it.

He saw that you truly cared about Sari and you would protect her and he trusted you again. He just hoped that reverting to eclipse didn't cause any psychological episodes on you. It's hard to read you when you always act like everything is okay.

Prowl

He didn't think much of you like Ratchet. Already having a taste of another energetic personality (bumblebee) he wasn't exactly excited to work with you.

When you had arrived on earth, much like him, you were curious and open about this planet to the point of downloading just about any information you could find.

Then he saw you watching over Sari and learned that you were also observant and clever. You were sometimes able to get Sari to do things that she would refuse to do (like sleeping early)

He sometimes talks to you about his observations, seeing how you light up and are interested in mundane things like nature with him.

Then he sees your moon from and he greatly enjoys your company. You're much more relaxed and quiet, you seem more docile. Some night he enjoys quietly talking to you.

And then theres eclipse. He didn't even know you could fight. Despite his initial shock his gut feeling tells him to trust you. Especially when you held Sari and were practically all over her asking if she was scared and if she was hurt.

He did want to talk more about eclipse, he knew you would get a bit uncomfortable, but he reasoned that getting better control of eclipse could prove more helpful for you. Eventually he'd get eclipse to come out again, making sure to help you grow accustomed to them.

He learned that Eclipse was more silent and more alert, almost on guard. He'd end up talking to you getting told small bits of your past but he was okay with it. He's more happy that you don't pose a threat to yourself and others

Bumblebee

He got along with you! You were so much fun and so active! You weren't reckless like he was but he still enjoyed time with you.

And going to earth didn't change much, except he thinks you became a bit of a buzz kill. It was mostly because he always let Sari tag along and you didn't want her to get hurt.

He knows it comes from a good place at heart but he feels like you nag him a bit.

He wasn't too fond of your moon form. You were quite and usually wanted to talk in a hushed tone (because you had already put Sari to sleep)

He gets to learn more about humans when you and Sari are talking or making a fun activity together. He often joins in on the fun (usually to escape s boring task)

When he met your eclipse form he was bewildered and awkward honestly. "So we're not going to talk about your crazy orange side?"

More blunt about the subject, he wanted answers! But luckily ratchet just told him that when you were ready you'd explain it.

Bulkhead

He definitely gets along really well with you. You tend to keep things safe and fun, and he appreciates it

He has grown used to seeing you watch over Sari but he also gets his time to spend with her

You have both actually bonded over art! He makes paintings while you tend to draw adorable stick figures, that you sometimes deck out with glitter glue. Everytime you show him your work he's always positive about it.

As well as bumblebee he's liked you before landing on earth.

At first your moon form caught him off guard, especially when you'd walk around ay night, but he's used to it now.

When he saw Eclipse he was taken aback and frightened. It looked like you but it wasn't quite you. You were defensive and just worried about Sari.

He kept a close eye on the two of you for a while, trying to ease his own nerves.

He confronts you about it, bringing it up gently and you tell him that it's complicated but you didn't intend on scaring anyone. He doesn't judge you and is just happy to have you back.

RID 2015:

Russle

He was at first trying to be distant from you. To be fair he saw you like a babysitter and he was trying to act more mature.

He at first would be dismissive at first at your attempts to befriend him but he'd eventually give in with some pressure from his dad.

Eventually he'd find the activities you set up to be actually fun, heck, even his dad would take part in them with him and they'd have a great bonding experience

He'd find your sun colors to be bright but not too oversaturated. You reminded him of a carnival.

When he met your moon form one of the Decepticons managed to break free from his pod at night. Russell was taking a walk with his father and they were about to be trampled until you practically flung the Decepticon away.

And that's when he looked up and saw you. You were so different like this, you changed color and personality, at first he called out to you nervously not sure if you were alright. Luckily after dealing with the Decepticon you leaned down and comforted the two (his dad practically froze on instinct)

Then after getting used to your moon form, being more quiet and peaceful he met your eclipse from. This was probably his favorite form of yours because you were still fun but you were more relaxed

He enjoyed introducing you to new things on earth and answering your questions, you were just so wholesome and excited about it.

Overall he enjoys the time he spends with you, well except when they leave him out of missions and leave him in your care (he's just salty he doesn't get included)

Bumblebee

Was concerned when you had also traveled the space bridge with them. Him and strongarm were at least police, sideswipe got dragged along, but you weren't exactly what he'd call cut out for the job.

He struggled to understand where you fit in, sure you had juvenile tendencies but you weren't a handful to deal with like sideswipe. You also tended to follow along but not all to the book like strongarm. You were like your own middle space. When you first arrived on earth you were definitely spending more time looking around and learning about the planet.

He grew fond of your personality, you were optimistic and energetic, which is why it surprised him to see your moon form. Sure you saved Russell from getting stomped but you also took down a whole con. Alone.

He was curious about your moon form, noticing how quieter you were, especially your footsteps, it was harder to hear where you were if it weren't from the bells decorating you.

He overall tried talking to you about it, in which you assured him that this was just how you were, but you didn't think you'd change while on earth. Speaking of changes when you turned into eclipse he thought you broke or something.

It was a high stress situation and you weren't taking it too well but he was walking you through it (to the best of his ability) until he saw you change. In this form you were more grounded and put together and you ended up helping alot like this.

He enjoys watching you interact with Russel and the others, reminds him of when he didn't have the responsibility of a leader. That and too often humored him more than the others. He knows he doesn't have to worry too much about you (especially seeing how capable you were at handling yourself) but sometimes worries when you change between forms. He wonders if it's painful for you.

Strongarm

She was definitely more harsh on you when you first met. As far as she was concerned you were just a civilian that got dragged into this mess, but she didn't dislike you as much as she did with sideswipe.

She thought you were gullible and slowing them down until she realized how crafty you were. She often watched how you partook in "arts and crafts" while watching over Russel but didn't bother to think how clever you were (at least in the situations you were actually in)

She grew more fond of you, especially after you got lost in the forest trying to find her and sideswipe after they had another disagreement. After they both cooled down and returned to base they realized that you've still been gone and it was already nightfall.

Eventually she went out to look for you but was shocked when she found you. You looked different, she almost confused you for a con in the dark. She noticed the change in your body language and voice, you sounded more quiet. You told her to keep your little change a secret and she did.

She honestly prefers your sun to your moon form. You were always cheerful and lively that seeing you so docile and quiet made her nervous. That and when she saw the way you had practically flipped a con like it was nothing.

When she met your eclipse form she approached you with more curiosity, asking if you were feeling well. You explained that you were okay but your heightened stress would often have you revert back to this.

She's understanding of your personalities and has enjoyed having you as her friend, especially when you talk to her about something new from earth.

Sideswipe

Oh boy where to begin. He didn't mind your presence but didn't seem interested to get to know you. He was all about action but he knew you weren't a total buzzkill.

After a while you ended up becoming his voice of reason, like a friend that was watching out over him and Russel if they were getting into more dangerous activities.

He enjoyed hanging out with you a ton, finding himself participating in any activities you were doing with Russel and Denny. He warmed up to you easily with your enthusiasm yet caring personality.

His jaw practically hit the floor when he saw your moon from, the way you threw that Decepticon like they were nothing had him flabbergasted. "Since when can you do that!?"

He was freaked out at first but then was practically beaming at how awesome you were. He found your moon form more calming to be around especially at night. He was more than happy to give your form a chance but he also wanted you to take down more cons (he wanted to see you go berserk again)

Then he saw your eclipse form and he couldn't decide how he was feeling about you, on one hand, this was another one of your surprises but on the other you were more sure of yourself and also helping out more in this form.

He's happy to call you his friend, especially when he convinces you to do something reckless with him. bumblebee always scolds him for being a bad influence, but in his opinion a little fun never hurt anyone.

Grimlock

When he first saw you he thought you were funny looking, in a good way! He loved the way your personality reflected the way you looked. You were like a little sun!

He was definitely 100% on board with anything you wanted to do. You always made up new ways to have fun. He did feel bad about arts and crafts though, he wasn't too careful and he'd more often than that break his creation, but you always comforted him and encouraged him forward.

The night the con had escaped its pod he practically had a heart attack as he saw you charge at the con, before sighing in relief when you successfully knocked them out. He was cheering loudly for you as you were attacking the con, telling you to go all out.

Other than that he liked your moon form, not only were you great at fighting but you became more caring and calm. He was actually the one that discovered your music box and at night would often ask for you to play it. (It helps him relax a lot, especially because it's also with you)

This man was so shocked seeing your eclipse form. He would often joke around with you about how you kept it a secret. You were amazing in your eclipse form, you kept your knowledge and strength in fighting but you were also a great teammate, he'd love to go on missions more with you.

He's honestly a sweetheart with you and gets along well with any form you're in.

Fixit

He was more amazed at your appearance. He wasn't used to seeing many bots but you were so different and stylized.

You were more understanding with his glitching, more often than not laughing to yourself at his mix up. You also were happy to befriend him more than the others. He believed it was because you didn't have much experience seeing a minicon.

Then he saw your moon from and was practically gushing at you. He had never seen another bot do whatever you just did! The personality changes gave it away that you were different from any regular bot.

He ended up trying to do some research, it's not that you were a different bot entirely. His conclusions led him to believe that something in your past caused this spilt in your personality.

He felt more safe around you whenever you stayed behind to look after the base when bumblebee had left for a mission, trusting that your moon side could protect them.

When he saw eclipse he was practically speechless. It made him ask all sorts of questions on why you were like this. You ended up being a bit vulnerable and explaining that you weren't sure why you were made like this and that you were sorry if this all made him upset.

He reassured you that he didn't think any less of you because of it, he actually compared it to his glitching. It wasn't regular but it made you both unique.

He's very warm and friendly towards you, he likes having you around, especially when you include him in whatever you're working on. He always ends up having a blast and he feels lucky to have a friend like you!

hii this is maybe a little random but i'm having a bit of a rough night and it got me wondering if you have any favorite comfort fics among the ones you have written (or read, for that matter, i'm just a sucker for your writing)

hi anon im really sorry this is late and i hope your night got a little bit better :( but i'll still throw some recs out!!

very very long, but [under the sun] itself always gives me comfort? something about the world just feels very cozy and i've heard from other people they consider it a comfort fic. i don't think you Have to read the initial parts to understand the individual parts (it gives world-building + reader gets dubbed 'mouse' there as a nickname that pops up throughout individual fics), but i personally think seokmin, jun and joshua have some of the more softer parts personally? jun's does have to deal with reader getting injured, so heads up for that.

i wrote the hyung line [comforting reader when they're upset] earlier this year. its very short and sweet, but it fits what you're looking for.

most recently, i had a maknae line fic [to be together (even when it's hard)] since i was going through a bad bout of depression and wanted the comfort.

there's also a full group drabbles post of comforting them which is kinda in the same vein, but its just a lot of [holding them].

this ones admittedly not very inclusive but on the off chance its what ur dealing with, i wrote a vernon fic while i was dealing with some accidental biphobia from a friend. everythings all good now, but i needed the comfort, so i expanded on a nonranghaes drabble i wrote and made it into [of your choosing].

I have been forced to be in survival mode for the past 3 years, always holding up everyone around me without ever being able to take time to breathe or care for myself. It was especially bad with my mom, and I feel like I became the parent for a while as she would always tell me I was the only thing supporting her and keeping her steady. I wanted to support her but the weight was suffocating me. Now that things have settled in life I feel guilty for crying, it's so late after everything happened and because I held it together so well when everything was bad people just expect me to always be happy, and its been coached into me that I need to keep it together to take care of others. It often makes me feel like I'm not doing good enough. Could you do something with Ace seeing the reader scared to breakdown or be vulnerable because they've haven't been allowed to for so long since theyre always taking care of others or expected to be happy like me, and he tells them it's okay and offers to just sit with them while they cry?

Finally! Here it is! Alright so I didn't quite make their relationship romantic, but I don't think I really made it platonic either, so you can imagine it as you like. Also, my heart goes out to you so hard. I know exactly what survival mode is like, so I feel you. Also, I changed it up a little so Ace isn't really just sitting with them and telling them it's okay, I hope you don't mind. (If you don't like it, tell me, I'll rewrite emergency requests if needed.) Anyway! I hope you like this and THANK YOU for being so patient with me.

Walking through the halls of the Moby Dick, you took a few deep breaths, making sure to plaster a smile on your face whenever a crew member came into view. It had been such an exhausting week and to be honest, you were one minor mishap from having a breakdown. You couldn’t though; you couldn’t break down. Not here, not now. You needed to be happy, you were always happy, people only ever saw you when you were happy, you couldn’t be sad or cry, you couldn’t let people see you like that. How long had it been since someone had last seen you that vulnerable? Years, that much was certain, but just how many? 5? 10? More? Did it even matter anymore? Your job was to take care of others, that’s all that mattered. Take care of others, make sure they were okay, it didn’t matter if you had a moment to breathe, all that mattered was taking care of others. Well… you knew that wasn’t true. Logically you knew that wasn’t true, but that didn’t stop your brain from thinking it over and over again. It didn’t stop the guilt when you were curled up in the cargo hold sobbing your eyes out and it didn’t stop the vulnerability from scaring you.

Taking another deep breath, you tried to calm your mind, internally cringing when Ace came bounding up to you, his usual smile plastered on his face.

“Y/n! Just who I wanted to see! I wanted to…” Ace trailed off, staring at you thoughtfully.

“Wanted what, Ace? Did you manage to perfect that ability you’ve been working on? Come on, let’s head up to the deck so you can show me.” you offered, putting a hand on his arm, turning towards the deck.

“No, that’s… that can wait. Where were you going?” Ace asked, concern written across his features. He couldn’t quite put his finger on it, but something seemed… off with you, something in your eyes just looked wrong.

“Me? Nowhere in particular, just kind of roaming around bo-” “don’t lie to me, Y/n. I know you, I know when you’re lying. What’s wrong?” Ace cut you off, giving you a stern look. You could feel your chest tightening as you held back the tears, your breath catching in your throat as you tried to swallow the sobs.

“W-what do you mean? I-I’m fine. You should know b-by now that I don’t r-really get up-upset.” you said, forcing the words out and the tears back.

“Don’t give me that bullshit, Y/n. I know something’s wrong, I can see it in your eyes and hear it in your voice. Come on, I care about you, please, talk to me.” Ace said, giving you a soft look, forcing you to look at you the moment you attempted to turn away from him, “please. I don’t want to see you upset. And not because you’re always happy, but because it means that something has been eating at you for long enough to kill your smile.” you could feel your body tremble as you frantically shook your head. It was becoming harder and harder to hold things back.

“N-no. I’m fine, I’m always fine, there’s nothing wrong. I just n-need to try harder, that’s all. I j-just need t-to…” you bit your lip, wrapping your arms around yourself, barely managing to hold things together. You couldn’t break down. Not here, not now; not where so many people could see you.

Ace looked at you sadly, picking you up so you wouldn’t fall to your knees. He knew that look. He knew that look, because he’d had that look before. Trying so hard to hold it together, to keep himself from crying, to continue to be strong. Feeling his warm arms carrying you, you buried your face in his chest. You could let anyone else see you like this. Maybe if your face was against his chest, they’d just assume you were asleep in his arms. After a couple of minutes, Ace nudged his door open, closing the door behind him and sitting on the bed with you.

“Hey, it’s okay. Whatever’s going on, it’s okay. You can talk to me. Or, if you don’t want to talk, you can just… I don’t know, cry or something. I promise.” His words were the final straw, tears starting to pour down your cheeks as you curled into a ball, crying into your knees. You barely felt his arm around you as you sobbed into your knees, unable to hold it back anymore, unable to keep yourself together. Even still, you couldn’t let him actually see you crying, couldn’t let him see your tears as you stayed tightly curled up. Hearing your sobs, seeing you shaking, that was bad enough, but you couldn’t let him see you so… helpless, so vulnerable.

Ace lightly pulled you closer, managing to maneuver you into his lap as he wrapped his arms around you. He knew what it was like, crying to yourself, shutting everyone and everything out, refusing to show his true emotions for fear that it somehow made him weak.

“It’s okay, cry all you need, I’m right here. I’ll stay here with you.” Ace said softly, stroking your hair as he held you. After a minute or two, he gently pulled at your arms, trying to uncurl you from your protective ball. While he knew the need to hide from the world, he wanted you to be able to trust him, to know that it was okay to be vulnerable with him.

“Come on, beautiful, let me actually hold you properly, I want your arms around me too.” he said, attempting to coax you out of your protective ‘shell’. Maybe if you thought it was for him, you’d be more willing to let him hold you, to let yourself cry into his shoulder, to be open and vulnerable with him. “I promise, it’s okay, you can cry in front of me, you don’t have to smile if you’re not happy.” uncurling slightly, you buried your face in his chest once more. You still wouldn’t let him see your tears, but you wouldn’t deny that having someone hold you was comforting. Having someone tell you that it was okay was comforting.

You weren’t entirely sure how long you sat there crying, only that when you stopped, you and Ace were both covered in salty tears, his hand running soothingly up and down your back.

“Feel better now?” Ace asked softly, giving you a soft, sympathetic smile as you looked up at him. Your eyes were bloodshot, your cheeks red and tear stained, and your breathing was still irregular, but you couldn’t deny that you did, admittedly, feel better.

“Yeah, I kinda do. I… I guess I should thank you.” you said softly, taking a deep breath as you tried to steady your breathing once more.

“It’s no problem, I get it. Sometimes you just… need to cry. But listen, if you ever need to cry again, don’t be afraid to come to me, it’ll probably make you feel a hell of a lot better if you have someone there for you.” Ace said with a small smile, wiping away the few tears that were left.

“I… I’m not making any promises, but I’ll try.” you said softly, finally steadying your breathing.

“Thanks. Come on, let’s go see if Thatch has any snacks hidden away, I’m… I usually get hungry after I… uh… after I get particularly emotional.” Ace said, rubbing the back of his neck. You nodded, admittedly feeling rather hungry and fatigued.

“Yeah, a snack and a nap sound really good right now.” you said, standing up and heading towards the kitchen with Ace. You couldn’t let anybody see you cry, couldn’t let anyone see you vulnerable… well, anybody but Ace. Maybe, from time to time, it would be okay if Ace saw you cry.

The two of you met when you were trying to find a plug to hook you up with some Addy's. It was pretty fucking surprising that you hadn't gotten your hands on some already, but that was mainly because you didn't want to die on the side of the road after downing some fake laced shit.

Emily was apparently a solid dealer. Sold for decent prices and gave discounts to people she liked more and it was pretty easy to ask her. You literally just walked up to her locker with a wad of cash and she tossed you a half-empty pill bottle and talked with you for a hot minute.

Somehow, you managed to win her over by bitching about Ms. Ames once and the two of you spent a shit ton of time together. Like, a LOT of time. Skipping classes together, going to the mall and selling crack, even sleepovers (that had way too much tension to be considered platonic).

After she stopped taking her anti-psychotics, she went full on batshit. All the shit about Emily being actually insane that all the bitchy kids were talking about? Fuck, they weren't lying. Emily was defending you with her fucking life. Fucking Jeffrey called you the lamest insult known to man and she practically jumped that fuckass.

Even though you guys were literally saying 'I love you' to each other like, 9 times a day, she was just your friend. Supposedly anyway.

Honestly, you highkey started thinking that you'd be 'just friends' forever until her gang boyfriend got his old ass hands on a huge fucking package of crack. You told her to sell it because some dumbass middle schooler would probably pay their life savings for half a gram, but of course, she doesn't listen.

Normally this shit would be mild as fuck but her parents were acting up and being bitchy whiny fucks so Emily had the genius idea of snorting a concoction of whatever mystery substances she had on hand and like half the entire supply of coke.

She was fucking blasted as fuck and she had the dead fish eye shit going on when she just started being weirdly clingy and she gave a violent but oddly heartfelt confession. It was like highkey concerning because of the sheer number of threats she not so subtly inserted in but it was endearing in its own twisted way.

Her words were slurred and the entirety of the little speech she gave could be summarized as the same shit she told Nicole in that one route but more sociopathic sounding???

Anyway boom I'm gonna put HC's on what it's like dating her now.

She probably wouldn't bother telling anyone that you two are dating, but it's so obvious. Like, everyone knows.

If someone says one thing that can be taken as offensive in the slightest to you, Emily will fucking pounce on the asshole and curb stomp them. She'd act all nonchalant about it afterwards.

Emily groaned, leaning her face onto her palm. She ran her free hand through her hair. Diverting her gaze from blankly staring at the table, she stared at you and raised an eyebrow. She opened and closed her mouth as if she lost her train of thought before giggling and leaning closer to you. "I love you. Like, I love love you. I'd kill anyone who even dares to be a bitch to you. I'd kill myself if you asked me to." She nonchalantly says. Batting her eyes, Emily firmly tugs you closer to her. She coyly twirls her hair around her finger while pursing her lips — and she's like 2 centimeters away from violently making out with you. What do her lips taste like? Xanax probably. Fuck, she's actually so pretty. "You're not gonna say it back?" She pouts. She's clearly high off her ass right now. At this distance, you notice the little minute details, like how she painted her nails today and how her mascara's just slightly fucked up. With a hesitant 'I love you too', she digs her nails into your shoulders and pulls you in for a kiss. She's acting almost rabid and she desperately wraps her arms around your torso and breathes into your lips. Slipping her tongue in, she pushes you onto the couch and pins your shoulders down. After what feels like a long ass time, she parts the kiss and takes heavy breaths while staring down at you. "Can I stay the night at your place?" Most people, whether at first glance or actually getting to know him, would often assume Eugene was cynical when it came to love. And they would be right, to a degree. The thing was, he wasn't pessimistic when it came to the emotion, he just didn't prioritize it much. Even if he accomplished his goal, he'd prioritize living a peaceful, quiet life next. After that, he'd be content.

There would be no need to go searching for a partner. He didn't think it was necessary, and left that part of his life in fate's hands while he would control the rest. It was either fate would have the right one come walking along, or he would die without a romantic relationship. Which he had no problem with, obviously.

Fortunately for him, fate was kind, and led you to him.

Eugene already considered himself pretty lucky just with how far his intelligence, allies, and connections brought him but he didn't think he would hit gold in the love department as well.

After all, what were the chances of becoming well acquainted with the heir of someone to a billionare company, who happened to be around his age? What were the chances said person was also as cunning as him, with the added bonus of being attractive? Your charm was only the beginning of his growing feelings for you.

Of course, he was never a "love at first sight" kind of man, so while he was intrigued by you in the beginning, he mainly let you stay around because you were a trustworthy and useful asset to him. Naturally that then lead to spending more time together, and eventually he found himself wanting your company, even outside his "work hours."

He could tell you felt the same; almost always you found an excuse to be nearby during his rare breaktimes. It would be a lie to say he didn't enjoy those moments, and an even bigger lie to say he himself never once seeked you out for your presence under the guise of business reasons.

Whether this relationship unfolded was up to you and the progress of his plans, but he was content dancing along the lines of platonic and romantic intentions with you. For now. Mostly.

Okay, not really, his feelings had grown quite a bit within the past few months, but he didn't want to rush things, either. Timing was everything, and feeling unsure of that made him want to hold back. Still, he made sure you knew of his feelings despite never directly expressing it. Surely all the gifts and quality time he spent with you showed that?

"Eugene."

Ah, just the person he was thinking about.

"Are you busy?"

"Not at the moment, no. Did you need something?" Eugene turned away from the window to face you.

You shrugged on the way to stand next to him. "I just wanted to check in with you."

"Is that all?" he teased, watching in amusement as you smirked and countered with, "Do I need further reason?"

"I suppose not."

"Good, because I wasn't going to provide any more than what I said." Eugene shook his head while you snickered. "So... how are things going?"

Small talk, huh? Oh well. He would indulge, for you. "Smoothly. I've been trying to recover from my latest loss and believe things are working in my favor again."

You gave him a hum of acknowledgement. "Are Eli and Warren proving useful?"

"Very much so. Eli's a fast worker." He tilted his head. "How is your work?"

"Daruma and Nomen are doing fine. Neko's still trying to get it together. At least, I think she's trying." You definitely didn't sound confident saying that last part.

Eugene's nose scrunched at the mention of Neko. He replied with his first thought, "Don't remind me of my loss of Sinu Han."

Laughing, you gave him a little elbow nudge. "Look on the bright side, at least you have Eli now."

"Yes, but I would have preferred if I could keep Sinu and have Eli."

"Fair enough. Better hope you don't lose anymore assets."

The perfect chance to drop a comment with flirty undertones--Eugene snatched it right up. "Indeed. It would be a shame if I lost something valuable like you again."

He expected you to look at least somewhat flustered based on past experiences, but you stayed unbothered. Now that Eugene thought about it, implying he viewed you as an asset probably wasn't as flirty as he thought it was. Well, you were a valuable asset, but you were also more to him; he only meant to emphasize that last part.

This realization stung him a little bit in embarrassment.

"Well, you better hold on tight, then." There was a playfulness to your voice, maybe even a flirty one. Were you flirting back after his failed attempt? "Not that I'm planning to leave. But it's nice when you show you care about little ol' me."

Right as Eugene was about to reply lightheartedly, someone called out your name. The two of you turn to the source of the voice: Daruma.

He was walking down the hall towards you both. He stopped at a respectful distance and bowed his head slightly. "Excuse my interruption. Mitsuki finally left her room for once. You asked me or Ryuhei to come get you if she did." He added a little more quietly, "Please hurry before Ryuhei attempts running away with her into the sunset or something."

"Ah..." You trail off into laughter. "Okay, I'll be right there! Thanks for letting me know, Daruma."

He bowed his head politely again and turned away to leave.

Once out of earshot, Eugene changed what he was about to say into, "Better get to work." Demanding words, but they came out in a friendly way.

"Right away, boss." You grab his tie and readjust it before sweetly smiling, as if putting on an innocent act despite the flirty-sounding tone you still had. "See you around, Eugene."

It left him too frozen in shock to respond, and by then you were running off yelling for Daruma to slow down so you could catch up with him. Eugene just stared at you until you disappeared around the corner of the hallway.

"Hmph." A puff of air left his nose as he crossed his arms. He couldn't help but glance around a little in slight worry that someone around would catch him with the mildest tinge of red on his cheeks.

After confirming he was alone, he turned back to the window he was staring out of.

He refused to rush. But you sure were making him feel hurried to ask you to be his lover, lest you charm someone else and they ask you out first. Then again, you seemed to only be interested in him, although he wouldn't know how long that would last. Still, he figured some patience would go a long way, so he'd wait a little more.

I’ll just be honest, using your request as one to elaborate on for myself lol (sorry)

im an avid multishipper & rarely make characters that completely lean one way or the other in romantic or sexual preference or in gender history/gender identity.

Its not because I don’t support characters that are gay/lesbian but, because I rarely get great representation of characters that aren’t (but are still queer) & even more rarely do i get to see characters that aren’t gay/lesbian go and explore their sexuality with various relationships. So a lot will be bi/pan! And a lot will also explore gender identity, and a lot will also explore non-monogamy IF ITS LEFT UP TO ME. Cause those are things that matter to me! (Im pan, enby, and polyamorus)

That being said however, i also BARELY have any great consistency within the wondoverse. There is no ‘canon’ storyline for my content. There are just different semi-solid ideas of the characters personalities & stories. Theres also a few solidified story scenarios i may write to explore (which will get their own tags for the wondoverse). But overall, i just like fiddlin around with these guys.

If there are things that make you uncomfortable w/ these characters, thats cool & i respect that! But understand i (by default) tend to write characters more like myself & may write characters that explore a lot of different routes. You can of course request characters showing specific prides, request specific ships, & ask to label them in specific ways- but if its left up to me & my personal content its a mixed bag.

TLDR: i like writing a variety of headcanons & dont have a lot of harshly consistent hcs for characters. So if you have something specific you want to your own HCs, please clarify beforehand in your ask.

I will say though, the hardest line i will probably ever put in the sand when it comes to writing: in reference to X Reader content, i only write neutral readers. I will not do Xmale or Xfemale specifically. And I will only take on specifics of physical qualities (height, weight, physical quirks etc) IF ASKED, but am otherwise neutral lol

Some actual HCs because DAMN I RAMBLED A LOT & I FEEL BAD IF I DONT GIVE A LIL SOMETHIN:

- Brezziana is an active person & is 100% a morning person. She’s often one if the first ones of the group up & happy in the mornings. Because of this (and because of her own parental nature in the group) she’s also often one who makes breakfast. She’s especially skillful at making homemade biscuits & its an absolute treat to wake up to her cooking

- on top of that, shes also very caring & will do her damndest to get to know you or anyone else she meets. So she does make personalized plates of food preemptively that anyone is allowed to change. She’s rarely asked to do any of it- she just likes taking care of those she loves

- in reference to love in general, Brezz is VERY open about her love. Be it romantic or platonic, she has no shame in showing affection or letting people know she loves them. Shes a big fan of physical affection & acts of service especially. She’s also weak to personalized gifts & sentimentality so if you (or anyone) ever want to sweep her off her feet?? Get her a nice gift that means something special to her or is personal to you both.

- I dont give a shit what anyone says but this girl IS FUCKING STRONG. She definitely hits the gym & is fit. She’s able to lift a lot of the others off their feet with little issue (also upon request she may or may not have casually thrown Mihaly)

- her partner in crime is none other then Jack Rose. With both being big public figures, ya better know these 2 like to go out & stir up shit with their social medias just to lovingly tease fans

I don't know if this one is okay but just to tell you. Can I request a platonic headcannons for Trey, Leona, Jamil, and Sebek with a gn!reader that has Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)? Basically, reader has a split personality that they developed due to growing up in an abusive home. The other personality is their younger self from the past and is afraid of their parents coming to get them, they see the boys as their guardian. While their other personality is their original one, the older self and the one you see in the present. How do the boys react when they see reader switching from the original to their younger personality where they cry and cling on them like a child begging them to take them away from their parents, then switches back to their original self who took note of the ke situation and apologized, explaining their condition to the boys.

You can ignore this if you find it difficult to write or you find it a sensitive topic :)

Sebek

not gunna lie, his first thought is 'wtf human???' but once he gets beyond that things get better. the idea of multiple people or personas inhabiting one host is a lot less 'strange' to fae.

he is confused by your littles, and admittedly hes not the best with children. Sebek can be rather loud and stern, which frightens off most kiddos. but if your alters are attached to him and that doesn't shake him he mostly is unfazed.

Sebek is remarkably protective of you, even the host. he knows there is a small, frightened, traumatized child within you that he feels a strong need to protect. he sees it as a point of pride or a part of his masculinity, and hes quick to jump to your side.

Leona

its much more strange to Leona then Sebek. but hes rather openminded to your experience and will except it without much struggle. in Leona's logic your little alter is a primal part of you that, dew to your trauma, was never able to develop.

now he'll treat your little alter the way he treats most children, which is with a strong desire to avoid. if your little one is frightened and comes running to him for comfort and protection he will see it as a nuisance, most likely ignoring the little.

he won't offer you the same level of sympathy as some of the others on this list, but he does except you mostly without question. Leona can become protective but its rather rare for this lazy lion.

Trey

hes heartbroken when he learns of your DID. mostly because of what you must have gone through to develop it. he tries not to cry after he meets your little. probably holding them in his arms and offering them as much soothing and comfort as he can.

Trey is great with your little alter. hes gentle, patient, and sweet. if they come running to him frightened hes quick to sooth them. they dont need to be frightened, hes there. and he'll make sure no one can hurt them again.

he will also develop a protective streak for the host. his Big Brother persona will kinda take over and he older siblings you a lot.

Jamil

he is quiet upon you first explaining your DID to him. he has a very hard time understanding your experience at first, and may ask some 'stupid' or 'rude' questions but he means well.

once he wraps his head around it hes mad. not at you, but he is angry. its his anger at what happened to you as a child for this to be the result. he won't take it out on you, and probably bottles it up to explode at a later date.

Jamil is wonderful with children, and its no surprise your little attaches themselves to his hip. he treats them with the same gentleness and respect he treats all children. his heart does sting, looking into the hosts eyes but knowing hes speaking to a child.

starting off strong: you call will & tommy your boys

& they’re so used to it they don’t even care

like there is no “we’re not your boys-“ yes, yes they are

coming in right off with the neglectful father agenda, you were more a parent to will & tommy than phil was rip

you do not understand why phil took in two other children when he already knew he fucked up raising you but here you are 16 years later with one brother dead but possibly not for much longer & another who is,,,,, tommy

phil would always go out w/ his friend techno and you’d be home looking after your little brothers

you’d learned to basically completely take care of yourself and wilbur by the time you were 6

& when phil brought tommy home, you knew immediately that it would be up to you to raise him

sometimes you feel bad because you kind of feel at fault for the way tommy and wilbur turned out

but like also you were a child/a teenager when you were parenting them so don’t be too hard on yourself

you honestly took care of phil & techno a lot too

like your caring nature just made you mom (v. to be motherly towards) everyone

so when phil & techno would come home from doing something & they’d be all beat up & tired, you’d patch them up & give them a nice meal

techno has always liked you most out of all of phil’s kids

you’re more reasonable and much much calmer

he thinks you’re a great person & is honestly really protective of you

you are like the only person tommy listens to without having to be scared into it

yes, he’s still a demon child most of the time

but if you tell him to do something he will do it

you always encouraged wilbur’s musicality

you saved up for months to buy him his first guitar for his birthday one year

& just seeing how his face lit up when you pulled it out of its hiding place made it worth it (ಥ﹏ಥ)

yours and phil’s relationship has always been a bit difficult to pin down

it goes without saying that you have taken on more responsibility in your role in the family than most daughters have to

& while phil is nowhere near getting father or the year, he’s not all bad

as much as you should, you have never been able to bring yourself to hate him

he may be gone a lot & not be the most responsible for his children

but he taught tommy to brew potions & never missed one of wilbur’s recitals

he was still “dad” no matter how much he sucked at it

and how could i forget tubbo!

tommy’s been friends w/ tubbo for forever & he’s basically part of the family at this point

you adore tubbo & practically raised him like you did with wilbur & tommy

when wilbur & tommy (+ tubbo) started their drug empire/l’manberg bs, you stayed out of the way

you didn’t necessarily approve

but it was what it was

you lost your first canon life to dream as l’manberg fought for independence, targeted due to your connections with will & tommy

you warned wilbur against the election but when he wouldn’t budge, you still supported him and tommy

when they lost, schlatt basically threatened & blackmailed you into staying in l’manberg

so you did

you even managed to convince him you were on his side & done w/ your brothers

of course you weren’t actually

you were the one who always covered for tubbo when he ran off to help pogtopia

but schlatt still found out

before you even fully understood what was happening, tubbo was in a cage in front of everyone & techno had a rocket launcher pointed at him

you couldn’t just sit there & let this happen
