figuring out to use my sticker cutting machine means i can get back into making stickers!! it was one of my favourite things to design but i dont have the capabilities to sit down and cut out hundreds of stickers by hand anymore,, 15/16 year old me was strong but 20 year old me wants to have a healthy wrist

i might be being optimistic but tentative upcoming aot merch i plan to have by march ish (THIS WAS NOT INTENDED FOR THE PREMIER BUT YK WE'LL TAKE IT) - levihan heart button pin (they're around 2-3 inches in size) - eruri heart button pin - reuseable sticker book with either a general aot design or levi focused - eruri phone charm - possible levi standee but i’m having production issues with it rn :(  - possibly magnets if i can find a manufacturer

i think this summer im going to do a lot of very cool and creative projects that will include revamping my store and perhaps looking into starting a webcomic (or at very least planning one!!!!) and im so excited!! im so excited to be creative and have fun !!

Pride Angels 2024

What is Pride Angels?

It is my series of angel designs in the colors of different Pride flags. I am planning to make the Pride Angels into stickers, pins, keychains, patches, and lanyards. The campaign is planned for June 2024, after Angelology IV. You can follow the pre-launch page to be notified when the campaign launches.

Can you draw X for the Pride Angels series?

Before inquiring, please check that your request is not already complete! I am not taking requests for any new flags at this time, but read on for how you can request a Pride Angel during the pin campaign. After I complete this series this year, I am not planning to make any more Pride Angels.

About the Pride Angels design request pledge tier:

If you would like to request a Pride Angel, I will have a pledge tier available in the pin campaign to pay to request one. Outside these pledge tiers I will not be accepting any requests. Please save your requests for the pin campaign!

If you nab one of the design request pledges, you can request a flag and optionally suggest a theme or inspiration. If I shared a design you liked that I ended up not going with, you could request that too.

Where can I find the 2022 Pride Angels merch?

Most of the past Pride Angels have been discontinued in my main shops, but you can still find them as pins, stickers, keychains, and patches with my stockists.

I liked an old design better. Will the old designs be available during the campaign?

Depending on order quantity I will make the 2022 Pride Angels available as stickers, keychains, pins, and patches. If they don’t meet the order threshold they will not be funded.

Can I draw a Pride Angel too?

Of course, I don’t own angels or Pride flags! If I inspired you I would love to be tagged to see and share your design.

hi guys! im back. i went tokyo for a few days. got back at 7 this morning after taking an overnight 7 hour bus ride.... that i did not sleep on bc i cant sleep in moving vehicles. this will be something closer to a proper blog post i guess. splatoon related convention? experience below

i've kept my mouth shut about my plans to go because its not as well known on the english side of the fanbase and i didnt wanna make people too jealous sorry LOL , but i went to splaket 22! it's an unofficial, splatoon-only doujinshi market/artists alley. this was my first convention-sort-of event ive been to since i was... in high school. i also dont really get to meet many other hardcore splatoon fans irl. i was nervous about it because i don't know a whole lot of people on the JP side nor do i have a lot of confidence in my japanese speaking/listening, but in the end it was SUPER fun. i wish i couldve talked a bit more to the artists i did encounter to comment on what i liked about their works but. Skill Issue very few non-japanese people at this event of course but one of the only english speakers i saw i called out to bc they were wearing a shirt with this exact image printed on it no video and no photos outside of designated areas were allowed so i got like. zero pics of my own. but there was a lot of cosplayers i saw! oh and here's the Loot Haul. a few doujin, a clear file, stickers, microfiber cloth and a keychain. im surprised at how little i got, i think i shouldve gone a bit crazier with it

the one with Tao Blu and oonie in the top left (by sachikazerick) I came across by chance and bought because it was cute, featured splatband characters, and also because it all in some familiar inkling language (the last point of which i told the artist as i was buying) when i finally got home and saw the back credits...

SMALL FUCKIN WORLD LOL (i tweeted at the artist afterwards to let him know i came by the table and to thank him for using me and my friend's inkling language fonts!) though truly, i think ardnin deserved the credit more rather than me since he made most of those fonts! ah well, still cool to see more and more fan works using deciphered inkling language. top middle book is a story with some salmonid characters that i havent read yet but im looking forward to it, the art is lovely. top right one was the first thing i bought. the artist is rk_splaworks, whose art i love, and we've been mutuals for a few years and have talked a bit here and there! i was so fucking nervous to meet them in person since my japanese sucks LMAO but they were happy to meet me too and we got a selfie together yippy <3 also havent read their doujin Yet since ill have to rub all my brain cells together and huddle over the dictionary, but i want their oc lore

ok that's all i'll say, next splaket is...june 22. very soon....im already thinking ill. go again. yknow. while im still in japan and all that. i guess ill have to study harder on my jp in the meantime teehee ...i doubt it, but in the off chance anyone following me is going to the next splaket in june lemme know!

not really. im very picky when it comes to merchandise. honestly the only franchise i buy anything from actively is sonic. gotta spend all my coin on that hedgehog

i did recently buy one of germs tom keychains since i had the extra cash to do so. which i should be getting pretty soon. he makes pretty great stuff so @/germygogurt on twitter if you want any fan made merch. idk when his next drop of ew stuff will be tho

and i made stickers of my own art to just put on my record player bc i thought it would be goofy

i do agree that the official merch is lacking. i never liked anything they released ever LOL. even pre-beyond. none of the t shirt designs ever clicked with me. i wish they had more discreet designs. the only ones that are kinda like that available rn are the m@, ska band, and smeg head shirts. which... im not going to buy a shirt about smegma sorry man. i wish the ska band one came in black or something instead of that terrible grey t shirt color that always shows sweat stains. the m@ shirt is just ugly. i would only consider getting the pins but i have no where to put those things

the youtooz figures are okay. im not a fan of how they look at all. it's just funko pops for gen z imo

im a "plush loving person" - (jenny nicholson, 2020), so when they announced official plushes i got pretty excited. but theyre terminally ugly so i never even considered buying one. ive never actually seen an eddsworld plush that isnt weird looking official or not. no ball for me

your best bet with eddsworld merch is with fans. at least until the official store ups its game or smthn

okay im gonna be out of town in a couple of days so i really shouldnt open any more commission slots this week but while im gone i want to work on somethings ive been considering designing for a little while for personal projects (like stamps for XIV countries and botanical prints for botanist class stuff) but Id love to be able to put those designs up somewhere like redbubble so other people can have em and use em too

so general open ended question i might slap a poll onto later: what kind of format do you guys usually prefer for fan merch? like stickers, prints, keychains, etc? I'll definitely be doing stickers of everything but having an idea of what else people like designs as helps me know how to format in the long run aha <3

i was wondering if you'd maybe ever consider selling acrylic keychains with your sw art? i love the stickers and have several already and i think many of them would also be rly good as keychains, you know?

and, while I'm at it, i was also wondering if you'd ever bring back the "coruscant - shit's fucked" fox sticker? (the one with a cigarette box and fox in his armor above it with smoke in the background) I'm not sure how long ago exactly that was (somewhere between 6 and 18 months probably, its been a while), but back then i was too late to snag one by like a couple of days and i still kinda regret not being faster lol

I have excellent news, i have ordered a couple of acrylic charm test samples and will definitely be looking into making a few!

For the Shits Fucked design, ive been meaning to do a redraw because im not happy in hindsight with some aspects of the design - but its on the drawing board for the future!

UNWOUND FUTURE RAAHHHHHHHH!!! What an AMAZING trilogy conclusion with such a perfect setup for future sequels. I cannot recommend playing Professor Layton enough.

Summary:

WHAT A PHENOMENAL GAME!!! Truly what a great “conclusion” to the main trilogy. You learn so much about Layton, Luke, flora, and many other characters like don paolo. The ending reveal of Clive was CRAZY. It really reminded me of movies like howls moving castle/the iron giant. I also just love how complex Clive is. He was driven to violence because of how the government treated him and his family, but he never truly wanted to hurt people. He was without any hope and thought mass destruction would finally bring some change to the government, but he also made sure to include Layton in his plans because he so desperately wanted someone to stop him. It’s tragic and terrorism definitely wasn’t the way to go but at least this is a fictional story and that death machine looked kinda sick Ngl. The story of Layton and Claire was also so tragic yet so healing. Layton could finally take off his hat without feeling grief, you never would’ve known he was hurting that much. I loved Claire, she seemed like such an amazing person and I’m glad Layton wasn’t swayed to try to bring her back, although he did falter when he had to say goodbye again. Although I highly enjoyed the game, I am slightly disappointed there was no actual evil Layton. How fun would a game with evil Layton be omg. The whole game constantly caught me by surprise, even by small scenes like Beasly and PUZZLETTE. I’m still a littel confused about the lab experiments with Gumbo and subject 3, I’m not quire sure why they added that plot (and have no resolution) but I liked Gumbo fine. My favorite coin animal will always be hot dog though. I cannot recommend this series enough, I am having the time of my life. I can also see how DGS was heavily inspired by these games and im so glad about it bc dgs was game changing. I can’t believe there was a 26 year wait in between UF and NWOS but im glad to be a Layton fan :’) so fucking glad!!!!

if you like having your hair all big and poofy he would help you tease it, also if you like hair exstentions like those colourful ones he would do the pieces at the back that you cant reach

would watch you do your make up, watching how you add the lashes and place some cute little stickers on your face, he would love to help you do it as well

if you go shopping alot and yk those leg warmer things (ike the girl has on in the photo) if they fall down or just become uneven he would tell you, and fix them for you.

loves looking up shoes with you would try and get matching shoes or at lease have the same colour scheme

likes doing little touch ups with you hair (he just loves it in general) he loves playing with it and helping you create all the volume.

would LOVE to take photos of you weather it be at the mall or just at home hes always got a camera on and taking photos of you, hes got a disposable camera full of photos of you two.

if you two are going to an event and your worried about time he'll let you do your make upiwhile he finds an outfit that matches well with his if hes unsure hell come and ask you if you think its good

When or if you get your nails down he would LOVE to come with you just to watch you design and gossip about with your nail tech would also do the lil spa treatments with you (all exspences paid by him ofc)

if you have kinda a garu/ harajuku look and he over hears someone talking bad or saying how your makeup and fashion style looks werid he would get so pissy, throwing dirty looks and when walking past them talks badly about their outfit/ makeup.

saw a deal on stickers and this was the only design i managed to do but its fine because i realised the deal i saw was still more expensive than another site so im using the cheaper manufacturer. still good quality anyway.

i’m getting them in holographic because i think it’d look cool. ive already got sample so im going to see how they turn out. anyway i was going to go with just the silvery iridecent and the red but decided to see how green looks. the last image is my attempt at making a mockup of a holographic version

anyway my reason for this design is that im a sucker for a cool eye motif!! fucking love them. i have a jacket thats just full of eyes, mostly patches, but its kind of hard to get eye patches because when you search that you get eye patches (the face wearing kind) and not eye patches (iron/sew on patches that are of eyes)

the 3dsxl (grey) in the 1st (back) row left was from one of my relatives who didnt use it,, has a crumbling joystick <//3

the new 3ds xl (sun and moon one) in the back row right i bought for ... a concerning amount of money is very nice and i love it a lot

the ds (grey) in the 2nd row left is very damaged (unfortunate) and from japan. i cant use it much for risk of breaking it (even if i could... no japanese games)

the dsi xl (red) in the 2nd row right is from the usa is really cool and i like it a lot it came with a bag too

the ds lite (pink) in the 3rd row left i got from melbourne when i was there i like it a bunch and its pretty so i gave it a sticker but its gba slot is broken </3

the 3ds (pink) in the 3rd row right is probably my second favourite and very nice to use i like it

the dsi (blue) in the 4th row left is just generally very beautiful and good to use in general, i like how the dsi is designed to be honest very nice design and very cool,, i gave it some of my favourite shark stickers

the ds lite (black) in the 4th row right is a favourite of mine it was my first ds i got and it was from my sister because she bought one a while ago and she never used it so i got it and i got pokemon diamond too!! its amazing and i love it ive had it since i was like 12 or so

and my favourite rn, the black 3ds at the front, its from japan and its very amazing other than screen yellowing but i dont mind it, i gave it a len sticker i got because i mostly use it for hatsune miku project mirai (very fun to play on it). its second hand but the seller gave me the rest (the box, manual, etc) and it was extremely exciting to get
