Saturday May 25th.

“Can you get up please?” Rhea pleaded, tugging on Jey’s shirt. He sighed and sat up, seeing Sami’s title match on the screen. “Where’s Roman and.. Seth?” he asked, rubbing his eyes.

“Seth and Dean took him out to brunch for his birthday, we have to handle dinner.” Rhea told him, slipping on a pair of sweatpants.

He nodded, flipping the covers off his legs and walking to the bathroom. Rhea checked her phone to see her group chat blowing up, Damian getting fussy with Dom for the most part. She sat her phone down and pulled Jey’s hoodie over her head, slipping back under the covers. “So.. who won so far?” Jey asked as he returned from the bathroom, getting under the covers with her.

“So Bianca and Jade retained their titles, and Liv beat Becky because Dom was an idiot.” she told him, resting her head on his shoulder. He nodded, wrapping his arm around her.

Time Skip.

“Babe, what time did you set reservations for?” “7:30” he replied, looking through his closet.

The PLE had just ended a few hours ago and to say the least, Rhea wasn’t too happy. Dom really let Liv take her title so now she has to deal with that, along with hearing Damian’s complaints. Not to mention Randy lost when he shouldn’t have.

Rhea walked down to Roman’s bedroom and knocked on the door, “Hey Ro, dinner is at 7:30” she told him through the door hearing an ‘okay’ shouted back to her. She walked back to her room to see Jey pulling out a black dress from the closet, seeing as it matched his suit. “Ya know.. I feel like something is off with them.” she randomly blurted out, sitting on the bed.

“Yeah? Like what?” Jey asked, grabbing some of his hair products from his bag. “I dunno.. just Damian and Finn feel off. The whole group feels off and I feel like they’re hiding something from me.” Rhea sighs as she explains it to him, standing up from the bed. “Let’s not worry about that tonight okay? Tonight is about Roman and having fun.” Jey reassured her, wrapping his arms around her waist.

She smiled in return, planting a soft kiss to the side of his head. “Hey are y’all almost ready? It’s 6:40 and the place is an hour away!” Seth slightly yelled through the door, making both of them let out a slight giggle. “Don’t worry, give us 20 minutes!” Rhea yelled back, smiling at Jey.

Time Skip. 12:35 am May 26th.

Jey stumbled inside the house, carrying Rhea over his shoulder. Roman and Seth thought it was a smart idea to see who could out drink who, Rhea clearly winning between the three. Jey carefully set her down on the bed, making sure he sat her up right and gave her some water.

“Are you taking this off?” he asked, lightly kissing her shoulder to keep her awake. “Y..yes” she mumbled out, feeling slightly dizzy. Jey chuckled softly to himself, slipping her dress off her shoulders and down her body. Rhea suddenly clung to him, drifting off to sleep slowly.

Jey sighed and gently pulled her off of him, taking his clothes off. Suddenly she whined once she realized the lost of contact, stirring around. “Shh shh.. I’m here” he whispered, climbing into the bed and pulling her close as he slipped the covers over them. “I..love you” she whispered out through her tiredness, Jey coming back to reality. They may love each other.. but she isn’t his.

Monday May 27th, 10:30pm.

Rhea stared at her phone in silence. Everybody saw it, including Jey. “Hey..look-” Jey started but was cut off by her breaking into sobs. Seth stood in the kitchen, placing his phone down on the counter. He understood how she felt and it pained him to see her go through this. Jey carefully sat next to her, pulling her into an embrace. Her phone was constantly going off, from Charlotte to Damian to even Shayna.

A name appeared across her screen, someone she didn’t expect. Sonya. She picked up her phone and answered the call.

“Hey Rhe..I’m probably the last person on your mind right now but look, if there is anything I can do to help trust me I’ll do it.”

The line went quiet.

“Thanks..I’ll um.. keep in touch.” she responded, hanging up the phone. Suddenly Dom called, making her heart shatter. “Answer it if you want, okay?” Jey told her, looking at her. She nodded and answered, waiting for him to speak.

Or at least she thought it was him.

“No Dom move- oh Hi Rhea”

That familiar high pitched voice pierced her ears, “What Liv.”

“Awe.. someone seems mad, but don’t worry he’s safe and sound! With me of course” Liv laughed, tempting Rhea to throw her phone across the room.

“You can keep him. And for all I care Liv he can keep you, okay? I am sick of both of you. Do you not understand how humiliating this is for me right now? Calls after fucking calls. But neither one of you care do you? DO YOU?!”

Dom listened closely, feeling a small pain in his chest at her words. Liv just rolled her eyes, “Well Rhea this is what happens when you choose to be a little bitch about things!” Liv responded and hung up, leaving Rhea with her own silence.

There was a sudden knock on the door, everyone’s heads turning but hers. Roman carefully went to the door and opened it, Andrade.

“And look at what we have here.. I warned you Rhea. I really did but you didn’t listen.” he spoke, glancing over at her. She sat there quietly, fiddling with her fingers. “Sorry about the window by the way but uh, I was relaying a message. One that she clearly did not take.” he spoke, chuckling to himself before walking away.

Roman heard and felt a bag slip past him, Andrade being the one who threw it. He stood there confused before closing the door and picking up the bag, seeing Rhea’s name on it.

He gave the bag to her to which she snatched it from him, confusing both him and Jey. She wouldn’t and most definitely couldn’t open the bag in front of them, standing up and running upstairs.

Rami scratched his beard "I don't exactly understand yet myself but I the one person who keeps popping in my head along with the 30 year war and Jonathon" he paused "is you Josh"

"Me?" Josh said "why?"

"You're his twin brother and he thinks you're gonna somehow have his back regardless of what he did to Joe and Scarlet" Rami said

A low growl soon announced that Drew had joined us "Drew!" Rami said reaching out to give him a hug

"Rami" Drew smiled.

"How did you find us?" I asked.

"Like Joe I'm also telepathic Scarlet" he smirked. "The counsel wants to have your brother executed for trying to hurt Scarlet" he said looking at Josh.

"I know my brother screwed up but-"

"That's how it's gonna start!" Rami realized

"Drew you have to tell them that if they have Jonathon executed the war will start!"

"I can't. Scarlet has to" Drew said

I looked at Drew confused "why do I have to? He knows I'm pregnant this could be a set up for him to try and kill me again!"

"We won't let that happen Scarlet!" Joe said

"If he sees you with me that's just gonna make it worse!" I said "this is all my fault! I can't do this right now!"

I slumped to the ground, tears pouring out of my eyes.

"Scarlet look at me!" Joe said

I looked up slowly with tears in my eyes "you and our baby are the most important people to me and I won't let anyone take either of you away from me! There will be no where on this earth that anyone could hide from me if they tried to hurt you!"

"And I will stand with Joe as well!" Rami said

"And me!" Drew smiled.

Joe pulled me up off the ground and I turned to Josh "I need your help to!" We all have to work together to stop this!"

Josh sighed "but that's my brother"

"I know you love your brother And I can't imagine what you must be going through but he tried to turn the god of mischief against me and even Loki has morals which your brother clearly doesn't! Josh I'm pregnant and I refuse to not let Joe and I's baby not have a chance before it's even born! Please we need your help!"

Josh looked at me and lowered his head, guilt written on his face. "Alright I'll help you but we're gonna need some more help. The 4 of us can't do this alone!"

"Thank you!" I smiled.

"Baby girl we gotta go home! It's almost dawn!" Joe said.

I climbed in Joe's back and as we flew off I watched Rami run back into the Forrest. Josh flew in the opposite direction as Joe and I leaving only Drew who soon joined Rami in the woods.

I yawned trying not to fall asleep on Joe's back but my eyes were heavy "go to sleep baby. I'll get us home safe. I love you" Joe said

"I love you to" I yawned closing my eyes and snuggling into his back.

Joe's Pov

I reached scarlet's house just as the sun came up and gently laid her on the bed and covered her up. She looked so beautiful asleep.

"Take good care of her" a voice from behind me said.

I turned around and saw mox "mox where you been?!" I said pulling him into a hug.

"Places!" He smiled

"How's Rene?" I asked

"She's pregnant to" he smiled.

I looked at him in surprise and then realized "sorry I forgot for a moment that you were a vampire!" I laughed "we need some more help with Jonathon. I was gonna call you later" I said

"Drew filled me in and I'm more then happy to help. Can I stay here until sundown?" He asked

"I dont think scarlet would care" i smiled "I don't wanna wake her up because we've had a busy night!"

"I'll probably be gone before she even wakes up" he said walking out of the bedroom.

I looked back down at Scarlet and crawled in bed with her "I love you! More then you'll ever know"

Hey there guys & girls,

I’m Andy Mac, AKA The Blue Brand owner and creator (@The_Blue_Brand) on X / Twitter. I thought I would delve into the world of blog writing and what better thing to write about than my favourite pastime Professional Wrestling.

Today I thought I’d discuss AEW Dynamite’s segment between MJF & Samoa Joe and do a brief preview for WWE RAW tonight (11th September 2023) Let’s get started –

WWE RAW – 11th September 2023 – Brief Preview

Women’s World Championship (Dominik Mysterio banned from ringside): Rhea Ripley defends against Raquel Rodriguez – I’m assuming this will be the final match in this feud. I’m also assuming even with Dom banned from ringside that Rhea will get the win and retain her Women’s World Championship. Either she retains clean, or a present or new member of the Judgment Day might get the assist. Regardless, I’m happy for the reign of Rhea to continue. She’s a megastar for this company.

Cody Rhodes returns – Quite a few members of the wrestling online community are assuming that Cody Rhodes will be the member of the WWE RAW roster to be traded to SmackDown in return for Jey Uso’s switch to the red brand last week. Maybe we’ll find out more tonight? If he is moving to SmackDown maybe we’ll get a final match tonight or maybe a series of matches across the next few week before he makes the jump? I could be way off, and he might just start a new feud tonight with no mention of a move, we’ll have to wait and see!

Gunther’s Record-Breaking Intercontinental Championship Celebration – Congratulations to Gunther on becoming the longest reigning and record-breaking Intercontinental Champion in WWE history. The celebration tonight should be interesting, I always feel like these segments work best for a comedic and whiny / scared heel champion – All of which does not describe Gunther at all. So, I will be interested to see how WWE approaches this. I’m sure I’m not the only one who wants to see Gable get involved with another rematch for the title then being booked for WWE Fastlane? I never get sick of these two working together, I really enjoyed their match last week!

AEW Dynamite, 6th September 2023 – AEW World Champion MJF & Samoa Joe –

So, I like many of you checked out AEW Dynamite last week. Nothing in particular was standing out to me during the show. Orange Cassidy made a brief appearance, gave a tiny promo, and left before Jon Moxley defended his newly won AEW International Championship in a decent opening bout. Kris Statlander then defended her AEW TBS Championship in what was another decent match, nothing special here. Le Sex Gods defeated Aussie Open in another average bout – Not sure about everyone else, but I don’t care about Sammy Guevara falling out with Chris Jericho.

So, as the show went on, I was beginning to wonder “What is going to make me keep watching this?” I was close to turning it off when the graphic came up announcing we would be hearing from the ROH Tag Team & AEW World Champion, Maxwell Jacob Friedman next!  I thought, I’ll watch this, if it isn’t interesting then I’ll call it a night.

MJF made his way to the ring and in his usual style captivated the crowd immediately and had them in the palm of his hand straight away. He’s arguably the best thing about AEW, he’s got the look, oozes charisma, character and personality and can be a heel you detest or a babyface you pull for. On top of that, he’s 27 years old. AEW should be looking to give him whatever he wants financially and building their company around this guy.

MJF stated how unhappy he was with Samoa Joe pushing him on the ramp at AEW All Out the previous weekend. If you’re aware of Joe’s run in WWE NXT, you’ll remember the infamous spot when he’s being accompanied to the ring by security backstage. One of the guards is a young MJF. Samoa Joe, carrying the NXT World Title at the time pushes the ‘kid’ into the wall. So of course, all these years later Joe doing this to MJF again is going to hit a nerve.

Samoa Joe comes out and proceeds to call MJF ‘Kid’ numerous times which clearly gets under the champ’s skin. Further insults are traded (Jokes at the expense of Joe, shots at William Regal etc…) before Samoa Joe states that he will win the AEW Grand Slam tournament and go on to defeat MJF and claim the AEW World Championship. Joe called MJF a bitch which in return for he received a slap, Joe said he wasn’t going to take the champ’s bait and allowed MJF to leave. Once MJF tried to leave Joe attacked, MJF rallied and attempted a comeback, but with an underlying ‘neck’ injury Joe got the upper hand and took control. Adam Cole then made the save and Joe retreated.

The reason this segment caught my interest in an otherwise bland show up until this point was due to a multitude of reasons – The crowd were hot for this segment, MJF and Samoa Joe deserve credit for this due to telling a story that went back years. They showed no respect for one another and despite it obviously being a storyline you could genuinely believe and understand both MJF and Joe’s viewpoints. MJF is the young champ, the future star who feels like a veteran he looked up to disrespected him whilst trying to make a name for himself in the business. Joe is the veteran, a killer in the ring who doesn’t respect anyone, especially a cocky and brash ‘kid’ like MJF.

I think we all know that Joe will be winning the AEW Grand Slam Tournament now, wouldn’t make sense for him not to. Hopefully between Joe and MJF fighting for the title we get to see the challenger Samoa Joe become even more ruthless – Let him get under the champ’s skin even more by savagely attacking Adam Cole. Anyway, that’s me starting to fantasy book how we get from A to B… That’s not a bad thing though, AEW and this feud have clearly caught my attention and pulled me in.

Final word on this segment is regarding some of the backlash I seen online regarding the WWE references. I think one person noted eight mentions of WWE terms, talents etc… Usually I wouldn’t be a fan of them using WWE as part of their feud, it would feel cheap (TNA used to do this and I didn’t like it then) but doing it to further a deep feud makes sense. Just don’t keep rehashing it over and over again AEW!

Anyway, I’ll stop rambling on now. Thanks for checking this third blog out. I’m a self-confessed WWE fanboy, always have been since I started watching WWE as a child. However, as you can hopefully and probably tell I’m trying to broaden by Professional Wrestling palate and horizons. If there is anything else you can recommend, I’m open to suggestions. I’m taking a break from my 9-5 office job at the moment and trying to fill my time!

“Fuck…” Jey breathed as he shrugged off his jacket. Seeing Moxley sitting there on that chair, sweating, bleeding, smoking his cigarette… it already made him weak in the knees. The man’s eyes were on him as he stripped, watching in silence as smoke spiralled up towards the ceiling.

“C’mon,” Moxley leaned back on the chair and beckoned him over with a two-fingered gesture. “I’m lookin’ for some stress relief.”
