Zeff & Judge
Had a thought about how both of the people Sanji has called Father have pushed him to leave his home. To leave his family. To go to the big, powerful, dangerous sea.
Judge told him to leave because he wanted Sanji to die. Because he thought the world would get rid of the child he didn't want to care for.
But Zeff encouraged Sanji to leave because he wanted his son to LIVE. To follow his dreams. To do more than just cage himself because of a self-imposed debt.
The juxtaposition gets me.

The intersection of male supremacy and white supremacy: Sperm donation corruption and rape by deception of women.
Tumblr media
Jonathan Jacob Meijer.
(There is a Netflix documentary: Man with 1000 kids)
Several women went to this Norwegian man seeking a sperm donor. He had great hair. He had great teeth. He traveled and made Youtube blogs of everywhere he went, to all of these different countries. These women went through a private website as opposed to a clinic. He told these women that his intentions were to donate to a maximum of five families.
As they began getting pregnant and giving birth, some bumped into each other. And what a funny coincidence it was that they happened to share the same donor. And then more met and knew of each other. And some realized that their kids were in the same day camp together, and what were the odds of that?
And as it turns out, this man was operating under several different aliases and traveling internationally, donating to 11 different sperm banks under different names, providing sperm privately for women on the side. And he didn't just donate to five women, he donated to hundreds of women, many of whom connected with each other over social media and formed an online group where all were concerned with what he was doing. And this resulted in thousands of children directly related to this man internationally.
And he didn't just use his sperm, but would also meet up with his bald scarred friend and mix their sperm together in the sample bottle, so many of these women non-consensually conceived children with a man they had never even heard of without realizing it. And him and his buddy and other serial donors would "joke" that they were spreading their "white seed" when they would travel to places like Hong Kong and Kenya.
When he was finally tried in court he stated that if there was concern about incest, the children can all simply wear and use a social media symbol that brands them as his so they can recognize each other. And a female judge (who's name I cannot seem to find online) in a Dutch court, sentenced him to 100,000 euro fine for every time he donated if he was ever found donating again and required him to contact the donor banks and request his material be destroyed.
Tumblr media
Donald Cline
(Also a Netflix documentary on this: Our Father)
A fertility (gynecology and obstetrics) doctor in the 1980s who welcomed women into his clinic before cryogenic freezing of sperm was a thing and it was freshly inseminated through a procedure. He let the women know that he was using the sperm of medical students and that there would be no more than three times sperm from the same student would be used. Some women, who weren't able to conceive with their husband for one reason or another, also came into the clinic wanting to use their own husband's sperm.
Years later a woman who grew up knowing that part of her DNA was from a sperm donor began wanting to connect with her potential siblings on 23&Me. She was shocked to discover at least 10 siblings she was related to. She got in touch with them.
It turns out that Dr. Cline proceeded to use his own sperm on the female patients, hiding somewhere in the clinic to produce it immediately before using it to inseminate unsuspecting women. This man covertly reproductively exploited several women and "fathered" 94 children. Whenever the children would try to meet with him, he would show up intentionally carrying a gun to intimidate them.
One of his biological daughters, who didn't realize Cline was her biological father until adulthood, even had him as her own gynecologist. He performed pap smears and breast exams on her. He knew that she was his biological offspring and she did not have the knowledge and therefore the option to decline being sexually examined by her biological father.
Dr. Cline was also tried in court by the victims; however, the judge was sympathetic to him.
____________________________________________________________
This form of sociopathy not only majorly creates significant consequences to the gene pool for our human species as these half siblings are at higher risk of incest, but the psychological harm done to the mothers and the children are horrific. Some of these (now adult) children have described an entire undoing of their self-identity, and many struggled in processing that the men who may have raised them was not their biological father. Some of these mothers are teaching their children to always ask whoever they date if they were ever conceived by a donor. These mothers now wrestle with conflicting emotions - the fact that they were betrayed, taken advantage of, and used to fulfill a man's god-complex, while also finally having a child or children that they love with all of their hearts who were a result of a violating situation.
These two men share two other things in common: they have both argued that they were "helping" these women. That these women came to them in need and that they were engaging in philanthropy and giving them what these women wanted. That they should be grateful.
And that they were interested in contributing to the white race. In addition to Meijer's comments in "spreading white seed", Jacoba, one of the child victims of fertility fraud/the reproductive rape of her mother by Donald Cline, described how he was using her mother as a pawn repeatedly to fulfill religious, male supremacist, and white supremacist ideals to spread the white race.
Now, look:
Presently there are little to no regulations or legal enforcement in preventing men from committing fertility fraud/this form of sexual violation and reproductive exploitation of women. There are little to no consequence for men substantially altering the genetic pool and using women as chattel and children as genetic products. In fact, Meijer was the first case in which a judge placed restrictions on male reproductive autonomy as a consequence for causing sexual, psychological, and evolutionary harm.

One piece character’s reaction to you being infertile
Warning: mention infertility, misdirected blaming, slavery, murder, and rejection.
Characters: Monster trio, Law, Doflamingo, Kidd, and Katakuri
Luffy
He will not care, the dude loves you no matter what.
He is the first to be okay with the idea of adopting a kid.
Pretty obvious with his childhood living with DanDan, Ace, and Sabo.
If you do adopt prepare to deal with two kids along with large dinners.
Zoro
Like Luffy, he doesn't care too.
Zoro is okay with adoption since he was taken in by his Sensei.
Once you guys adopt he will teach his kid how to use a sword.
Plus he is more likely to get lost than your child would on a day out.
Sanji
He was a little sad as his dream is to have a kid that you guys made together.
But he is a little relieved as there is still some trauma due to his own life with Judge and how his mother died trying to stop Judge from changing his DNA.
Just like the others in the monster trio, he had a found father in Zeff so adoption is still an option.
But Sanji would prefer if you two adopt a girl as he always wanted a daughter.
You and your child will have some great meals.
Law
As a doctor, he understands what causes infertility and he doesn't blame you.
He is sort of happy as he never really planned for a kid due to his goals and the fear of the amber-lead disease being passed down.
He is okay with adoption and if you do want to risk having kids then he suggests doing IVF.
When you do have kids he wants to get them into Sora and teach some medical materials as well.
Doflamingo
He blames you for not being able to give him any kids.
He still has his Celestial Dragon pride to pass down his genes.
Among the Celestial Dragons, if a member is infertile they can take a slave’s child as their own or buy a child.
But if a slave is infertile they are either thrown out or killed as they're seen as useless if they're brought to have kids.
You are seen as no use to him.
Kidd
He doesn't care, he lives on an Island where kids are usually abandoned or orphans.
Plus, he has kids on his crew so starting a family isn't something he wants or needs.
He still loves you as long as you are fine with your life now.
Katakuri
He leaves you, one of the things big mom want her children to do is get married to gain power and have children.
You are not what Big Mom wants so Katakuri has to reject your love to marry someone Big Mom approves of who can provide resources and give him children.
As it doesn't matter how much he loves you back his role in the Big Mom Pirates comes first.

A newborn baby found earlier this year in Newham, east London, is the third child abandoned by the same parents, the BBC can report.
DNA tests presented to the East London Family Court established that “Baby Elsa” is the sibling of two babies, a boy and a girl, found in very similar circumstances in 2017 and 2019.
Despite appeals by the Metropolitan Police, their parents have not been identified.
The BBC and PA Media were given special permission by the court to report the sibling link - and that the children are black.
Judge Carol Atkinson said the story was of "great public interest" as babies are very rarely abandoned in modern Britain.
An expert told the court that, in his opinion, the genetic findings provided extremely strong scientific support for the view that Baby Elsa was “a full sibling” of the other two babies.
The older children have been adopted and Baby Elsa remains in foster care.
She was found by a dog-walker in January in sub-zero temperatures - the coldest night of the year - wrapped in a towel inside a bag.
The other babies - named Harry and Roman - had also been abandoned after birth in the same area of London.
They had been wrapped in blankets. One was also inside a bag.
Family Court documents stated Baby Elsa still had her umbilical cord, and doctors estimate she had been born only an hour before.
Although she was extremely cold when found, Elsa was described as crying and responsive. The court has since heard that she is doing well.
The Family Court has heard that the children - whose names have now been changed - will all know that they are full siblings, and there are plans for them to have some form of contact as they grow up.
The reporting of the sibling link was not supported by the local authority and England's Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass), which advises courts about children's best interests.
The Met Police said it was up to the court to determine whether the link between the children should be reported, but they told the court they did not wish to “inadvertently promote or encourage struggling mothers to abandon unwanted babies in public spaces”.
East London Family Court is taking part in a transparency pilot, which has been extended to cover almost half the family courts in England and Wales. This makes it easier for the BBC and other journalists to report cases.
The BBC and PA Media argued in court that it was a matter of public interest that the three children had been abandoned at birth by the same parents.
Carol Atkinson, the most senior judge in East London Family Court, agreed.
“Abandonment of a baby in this country is a very, very unusual event,” she said, adding that there was considerable public interest in such cases, for that reason.
She said the fact the three babies were full siblings was, for the same reason, “of enormous interest” in “our current society”.
She said that if she were to refuse reporting, it would affect the “public consciousness” of these matters, and restrict open justice in such cases.
The BBC and PA said further reporting was likely to assist the authorities in locating the children’s parents, and that highlighting the relationship would put the focus back on the children’s mother.
Very few babies are recorded as abandoned at birth in England and Wales. The ONS only published data until 2015, and that showed no babies were registered as abandoned for the previous three years, with just one logged as abandoned in 2011.
However academic researchers estimate the number higher, at about 16 per year - in analysis covering the period 1998-2005.
The press reported on an abandoned baby in Hackney, east London, in 2020 - and another in Birmingham in 2021. Their mothers were eventually traced, several months later. ______________

It’s not illegal for police to test what is discarded trash. Sure, unethical and sneaky but they actually not have to inform him that’s what they’ll be doing when providing the food and drink. A criminal lawyer has covered this in detail on TikTok and said that even if the judge approves this motion then the prosecution just have to put in a new motion requesting that they take a buccal swab and it would def be granted
Not true lol , they can take dna samples from discarded trash in PUBLIC places that are directly in relation to the crime scenes, once you're in custody it's no longer a public place and in custody they can't take dna without permission. From US bar website:
A DNA sample should not be collected from the body of a person without that person’s consent, unless authorized by a search warrant or by a judicial order as provided in subdivision (b) of this standard. Link to the website https://www.americanbar.org/groups/criminal_justice/resources/standards/dna-evidence/#:~:text=(a)%20A%20DNA%20sample%20should,(b)%20of%20this%20standard.
Moreover, the NYPD commissioner has already said the dna are not a match contradicting their own statements in 4 documantery before.
My genuine request: double check anything you see on the internet. For anything regarding law, in the USA you have websites approved by the bar association you can refer to.
really love how fast you sent this in 😂 like i really have two anons fighting very calmly and civilly in my inbox
also about the quoted text, it says "from the body of a person" and we do know that taking DNA samples from a person's body requires a warrant and explicit permission/knowledge of that person, what about public places within the police spaces tho?? what about the situations where people are taken into custody and given food and then their DNA is taken from the trash discarded by them, which in no way requires their body to be anywhere near the trash or the police at the time of DNA collection
and the act of taking DNA from public spaces was never disputed, we're all aware that's completely legal, we aren't sure about the validity of DNA samples taken during the situation i described
and yeah the NYPD has said and done a lot of things which don't match up so we gotta wait and see what comes out of all that
also thanks a lot for the link i'll be verifying any legal stuff sent to me before posting :)

When you think about it, the Izuraka kids have probably the biggest lotto of any quirk users post first gen because like through Deku they have the possibility of his parents quirks skipping a generation so that means Fire breathing and object attraction but also there’s a chance the other quirks from OFA also got thrown in the mix because Deku never transferred it to anyone else so they got ALL THOSE then you got the fact Uraraka has a bit of Toga in her system which means they got either girls quirks and now you have roughly a dozen different quirks in the mix for what their kids powers could be
Well, after Horikoshi introduced mutant Quirks, Quirks that people could just get at random and not inherit from their parents and that can be basically everything (see Eri and Terumoto Kōki... though Himiko too is probably a mutant as her parents were creeped out by her Quirk and how it made her feel, a sign they didn't sahre it), every child ended up having endless possibilities in regard to which Quirk he could happen to have, plus the mechanism of the whole inheritance thing was never truly cleared up and so it's hard to judge how things would work even in the case of not mutant Quirks.
However let's try to set some 'realistic' rules to it and see how things would work then.
Let's assume that being Quirkless is a recessive genetic trait.
A recessive gene is a section of genetic information with a low probability of being expressed in the individual. In the reproductive process of living beings, the new organism receives two versions of each gene, one from the father and one from the mother. These versions, better known as alleles, contain either dominant or recessive genes in each section responsible for providing the infinite string of genetic information that will determine all the physical characteristics of the new individual. When the same recessive gene appears in both alleles, it will be expressed in the new organism. On the other hand, if one of the parents provides a recessive gene and the other provides a dominant gene, the dominant gene will be expressed, even if the individual has also inherited the recessive gene; that specimen will be able to transmit the recessive gene to its offspring.
This would explain why it's disappearing, because as soon as you mix it with a Quirk gene, it doesn't manifest.
This would also mean Midoriya got a 'bad' ticket at the genetic lottery as he was born by two parents who both had one Quirkless recessive gene and one dominant Quirk gene and inherited, instead of one of their dominant Quirk genes or both, the two recessive genes.
Tumblr media
In short Midoriya wouldn't be able to pass his parents' Quirks. His Quirkless recessive gene manifesting means he didn't inherit in his gene pool any of his parents' Quirks and so he can't pass them.
Bakugou, on the other side, won the first prize at the lottery as he inherited both his parents Quirks, his own being a mix of both of them. This can be explained with both his parents' Quirks genes which he inherited being dominant.
If both alleles are dominant, it's called codominance. The resulting characteristic is due to both alleles being expressed equally.
Now, I'm afraid to spoiler you but there's actually no more a chance of other Quirks from OFA, as Midoriya passed said Quirk to Tomura (we can also see it also from how Tomura becomes able to use danger sense). Midoriya for a while will have embers of OFA but, after 8 years, the embers are all but gone so he has not even that.
There's also to say OFA was specifically said to be a Quirk that could be passed down only if the owner wanted to pass it down, so getting the DNA of the owner wasn't enough and, once it would be passed down, the owner would eventually lose it so Nana clearly didn't pass it down to Kotarou.
This means Midoriya can only pass his recessive Quirkless genes.
What about Uraraka's Quirk?
We don't know Uraraka's parents' Quirks. Uraraka's Quirk could be a mix of both, which would mean Uraraka inherited 2 genes that both carry a Quirk and that both are dominant, or her Quirk could have been inherited by a single parent but this might mean two things, the other gene she inherited is a Quirk gene but not dominant or the other gene she inherited is a Quirkless recessive gene.
As for inheriting Himiko's Quirk... that's just an irrealistic idea Uraraka got, which might fit the blood superstitions Japanese people have but that the manga itself seems to deny (the Nomu could carry multiple Quirks solely because Garaki tampered with them, the fact they had multiple DNA wasn't enough).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Differently from transplant, which will cause you to permanently have different DNA in your body where the transplanted part is, blood transfusion doesn't lead you to permanently have another DNA. A normal human red blood cell has an average life span of about 120 days, and red blood cells are formed in the red bone marrow of bones. Long story short, 8 years after Himiko's death, Himiko's blood cells in Uraraka's body are long dead and gone... and even if they weren't yet because, by some miracle they've extra long life, it's unlikely their DNA would alter Uraraka's eggs, which existed from her birth (and women don't create new ones) and therefore can become a trasmissible genetic trait.
Of course it's possible to assume Himiko's Quirk has properties similar to the ones of AFO and OFA (after all OFA could be passed over through eating a hair and the owner willing it), never mentioning Horikoshi made a mess with the whole transfusion thing because Himiko didn't need to donate Uraraka that much blood... so we can't tell for sure.
Horikoshi in the end does what he wants with Quirks, giving them plenty of irrealistic characteristics (I even mentioned in my THE TODOROKI FAMILY: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS how the way Horikoshi has fire Quirks work wouldn't be realistic) so if he likes the idea that Uraraka were to inherit Himiko's Quirk and be able to pass it down because it altered her eggs, so be it.
Uraraka would however have a short lifespan as she would possess two Quirks with a body unfit to own two Quirks (remember? the forth user died early due to it) but again, Horikoshi can change his own rules but it's all things I don't apprecciate much all this HUGE discharging of how things work in real life, so I prefer to assume that's not the case. Of course people (and Horikoshi himself) can disagree.
Long story short... we have the following options for Midoriya and Uraraka's kids:
they're Quirkless as Midoriya can only pass recessive Quirk genes and, incidentally Uraraka also passed him a recessive Quirk gene.
they have a Quirk they inherited from Uraraka/Uraraka's parents (or even Himiko if Horikoshi/you really want to stretch things) and a recessive Quirkless gene.
they are a mutant and have whatever Quirk Horikoshi (or a fanfic author) wants.
Since the third option exists for each child... well, each child has in theory endless possibilities. If we remove the third option though, their options are more or less the same as any other child.
Of course mine is just an attempt at making things more realistic and, considering how BNHA has plenty of medical inaccuracies, I do think in the end Midoriya and Uraraka's children can have everything Horikoshi would like for them to have as a Quirk, even a perfectly safe combination of AFO and OFA, so don't let my ramblings limit your speculations.
Sorry if my reply wasn't what you were hoping for and thank you for your ask!

I think i've been following you on twitter before but just found you now here i love your art it feels intuitive and personal it's beautiful.
thank you =) yes my twitter is sacredmascot .
i try to make art from emotionality of color. i want to bring forth emotional complexities gently in a deconstructed field with the tools i use. in a context of the internet art may lose a sense of tactile ownership. but with my digital paintings i treat them as if they are a physical paper or canvas, digital tools are liberating in a sense that you can choose colors and brushes at will, the tool has limitations im trying to work through to approach an intimate visual experience between my art and any viewer. its like im displaying my tools within the canvas and experiencing the art as changing and shiftable throughout the entire process of painting. intuition and personality are sort of physiological meridian technologies ive had to introspect on in order to allow, just allow, myself to work. the work is not arduous or mystic, it is not hard to make art when you are provided the space and tools. you probably used to draw, paint, and play everyday at one point in your life. without realizing it, by playing and allowing for art, i was decolonizing my mind of social ideas of color, and in doing so recommitting new and used forms into a thinking, feeling movement of eyes through a color conversation. i think my art has a lot to do with the nervous system. im offering a counterbalance between subconscious symbols which become confused or misapprehended, and the unwavering light of unequivocal spiritual certainty that yes, you already know what it means. yes, your knowledge is innate from millions of years of dna. there is no question of whatever meaning you are trying to find; it is not withheld, it simply exists instantly within the context of you. im approaching art from a point of relaxation and calming acceptance of all truths or possibilities. each moment shifts us further along in a cycle, we propel toward horizons singing to angels, we recoil in perseverance of pain, and as we work toward unfurling this wariness we have inherited, a childlike playing unveils into being when we are least wary or suspecting of it. receive your awareness without worrying about anything. thats when the answers will come into fruition, and do what you are able without judging your output or production processes. have fun with art everybody and it will be good no matter what

Steve Brodner :: What's a Military for, Anywayzz??
* * * *
[THE REPUBLICAN ROAD TO CRAZYTOWN]
Wednesday was one of the wildest days on Capitol Hill, as FBI Director Chris Wray faced a conspiracy-addled House Judiciary Committee in a hearing that really did go “off the rails.”
Can you make sense of this:
Chair Jordan appeared on Fox News’s Hannity after the FBI oversight hearing that went off of the rails, where he said:
“A federal judge disagreed with what Christopher Wray testified to today and he did that decision on July 4th just eight days ago for goodness sake that's exactly what happened with uh with the decision the the uh when it came to the uh the the decision with um uh I drew a blank there so I apologize I got a huge echo in my ear and I can't I can't even hear.
“But but yeah that's exactly what what happened they uh they pre-bunked this story and Facebook specifically asked the FBI is the Hunter Biden story Russia misinformation and the FBI said no comment this is after they had the laptop for an entire year after they've been telling all the big tech companies get ready for a hack and dump operation it's coming and it's going to involve Hunter Biden and then it happens and they get that fundamental question no comment and this is from the foreign influence task force director the lead on that that foreign influence task force that Christopher Wray created.”
Can anyone who isn’t an avid viewer of Faux Snooze or a consumer of other conservative media understand what Jungle Gym was talking about?
Jordan speaks almost entirely now in the language of conspiracy theories; only the “extremely online” members of MAGA can make sense of the word salad that was tossed around.
The hearing, and Jordan’s appearance on Hannity, demonstrate that there is a bigger issue here:
The Republican Party is now running on insanity.
Jordan is pushing the issue of “FBI censorship” to legitimize the Hunter Biden laptop - which was mentioned so many times that Eric Swallwell used his five minutes to wonder if the GOP had another subject. According to witnesses, the Biden laptop has had its data manipulated so that Russian misinformation could be inserted into it. But all the tracks the GOP Crazy Train rolls on lead here, because the lies and falsehoods created and told by MAGA about Hunter Biden is the centerpiece of Trump’s 2024 campaign.
While the MAGA Republicans have spent nearly four years attempting so far unsuccessfully to legitimize The Hunter Biden Laptop and get their fantasies into corporate media, all the non-conservative media that have investigated the laptop have found the tale dubious and not credible.
Jordan and the rest of MAGA know they are running out of time. The 2024 campaign season begins this fall, and Congress always has an even shorter schedule than normally during election years. If Jordan and his co-conspirators can’t make anything stick to Joe Biden before January, their mission to restore Trump to the White House will have failed.
This is why hillbilly moron James Comer (R-Klueless) is now depending on fugitive Chinese spies to provide evidence against President Biden. The fact he does so is proof of their desperation born of their continuing failure to slime the president since taking control of the House this year.
Trump’s lies about having the 2020 election stolen from him has accelerated the slow decline of conservatism within the Republican Party over the past 40 years since the arrival of what became the Gingrich Revolution. Trump’s insanity has now turned the collective crazy of the Republican “kook’ fringe into the GOP’s DNA.
That we have one of our two political parties in such a collective psychosis is a dangerous spot for the nation to be in. The House Republicans know no bill on any topic that they pass will come out of the Democratic-majority Senate, so what they are passing are “messaging” bills to show the MAGA base that they are “fighting the good fight.” To much of the base, the fact that the antics the MAGA House Republicans are engaging in get a negative response from the Democrats is a plus - their representatives are “owning the libs.”
And so many of the far right “stars” have their own political and financial base, which means the GOP leadership in the House holds little to no sway over them. Thus, when Marjorie Traitor Goon’s amendment to strip all funds for support of Ukraine out of the “must-pass” NDAA was tossed by an overwhelming majority against her pro-Putin nuttiness, she blithely announced to Quiverin’ Qevin that this meant she would be unable to vote in favor of the amended NDAA. McCarthy can only afford to lose three more Republicans before he loses his majority to pass that bill (which will never come back from the Senate with any of the Kulturkampf amendments still in it), since Democrats have announced they will not vote in favor of the bill due to the amendment stripping the Pentagon of the ability to grant leave and travel assistance to service members who require abortion services in another state if they are unlucky enough to be stationed in one of the Republican-run states that have now abolished the right to an abortion in that state.
Regarding the NDAA, the Republicans managed to hang 70 far right amendments on the legislation in voting on Thursday, with every “moderate” “Biden district” “moderate” voting in lockstep with the nutballs the “moderates” claim to dislike.
Democrat Jim McGovern had this to say about today’s votes:
“This process has shown us the priorities of the Republican majority. Protecting the reputation of confederate leaders. Banning books because they want to rewrite history. Controlling women's bodies, overturning Roe vs. Wade wasn't enough. They want to ban abortion nationwide. They want to restrict a service members' ability to get travel expenses covered. Attacking LGBTQ+ service members. Cutting off aid to Ukraine in the middle of their fight against Putin. Stifling diversity and equity in the military. And shrugging off climate change which the Department of Defense says poses a direct threat to our national security. You can't make this stuff up, Mr. Speaker...
“The Speaker of the House needs to grow a spine. Not for his own reputation but the good of his country. This is a terrible, terrible process. These amendments are pathetic that have been made in order. They are offensive. It disrespects and diminishes this institution. It is sad to see this small group of extremists calling the shots here, but that is what is happening right now.
“Let me again remind everybody. In this rule, 70 Republican amendments, six bipartisan amendments, and four Democratic amendments. On what planet is that even considered reasonably fit? This is outrageous. A big chunk of the Democratic amendments, you may not agree with them, but we ought to have 10 minutes of debate and vote up or down. They say that this is about getting woke out of the military. They blocked my amendment to help homeless vets get rides to medical appointments. What the hell is woke about that? They blocked it because it was woke. I don't even know what they are thinking.”
Following the votes on amendments Thursday night, the three top House Democrats - Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Minority Whip Katherine Clark and Democratic Caucus Chair Pete Aguilar - issued a blistering statement outlining their opposition to the revised NDAA bill:
“House Republicans have turned what should be a meaningful investment in our men and women in uniform into an extreme and reckless legislative joyride. The bill undermines a woman’s freedom to seek abortion care, targets the rights of LGBTQ+ servicemembers and bans books that should otherwise be available to military families.”
Adam Smith, top Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee, and other subcommittee ranking members also released their own lengthy statement criticizing the legislation. These Democrats would normally be vocal supporters of any defense-related bill, but they’re not doing that now.
“The bill we passed out of committee sent a clear message to our allies and partners, global competitors, and the American people that democracy still works, and Congress can still function….
“That bill no longer exists. What was once an example of compromise and functioning government has become an ode to bigotry and ignorance.”
What clearly demonstrates where the Krazies are really at is the report that one of them lobbied a Republican “moderate” to vote for the Jackson anti-abortion amendment on the grounds that it would be stripped from the bill when it came back from the Senate. Performance is everything with these mendacious morons! All they wanted these amendment votes for was to get on Faux with their bullshit, and to con the morons who vote for them in their fundraising. Their cynicism and malicious acts are truly stunning.
The NDAA passed the House by a 219-210 vote Friday morning, but, with all the amendments, it is DOA on arrival in a Democratic-majority Senate.
House Republicans have shown this week what happens when the post-2020 election MAGA GOP is elevated into power.
It doesn't matter whether the politicians are driving the Republican base or the base is driving the behavior of elected Republicans. The result must be defeated and kept away from power. As many times as necessary until the radicalism is beaten out of the party or it ceases to exist in its contemporary form.

That second point yanked Batman instantly and unwillingly by the throat to Phantom's side.
He couldn't speak out knowing the rest of the League wouldn't approve, so he let the discussion run its course, and Phantom was naturally denied.
But Batman is nothing if not thorough, and compiling DNA profiles would also help with contingencies. So Batman discretely reaches out after the meeting to give Phantom his personal permission as long as he provides the DNA samples and that Phantom understands that Batman cannot publicly defend him, but he will mitigate the consequences behind the scenes.
After another biting incident when Phantom is getting lectured by Superman:
"Phantom, you can't keep doing this. This is your last warning. Criminals or not, it's never okay to bite people just because you want to. Control yourself, or you might have to rethink your place in the Justice League."
Phantom staring at his feet and genuinely worried that he might get kicked out. He didn't think it was that big a deal.
Batman walks up and simply states. "He is controlling himself."
"Batman, you call that control? I'm trying to be understanding, but Phantom is biting criminals more than ever."
"Are they still breathing?"
"I don't see how-"
"Are their limbs still attached?"
"What are you-?"
Batman gives Superman a hard look to stop him mid question. "Acording to Constantine, ghosts from the Infinite Realms are creatures that should be avoided at all costs due to their extremely volatile nature. Generally, it's a death sentence to ever encounter one."
Superman turned to the child he'd been scolding, shocked that any of that could possibly be true about his colleague. The same colleague, who was so gentle he almost cried when he accidently killed a spider in the dining hall. "Is that true?"
Danny, glancing up but unable to meet Superman's eyes, "Yea-yeah. Intense violence is actually how most ghosts socialize. Regrowing limbs isn't a big deal for ghosts, so they tend to forget how fragile humans are."
Batman continues with his explanation, "In the Infinite Realms, ghosts have evolved to attack anything that moves as a defense due to how hostile the environment is. Everything from the plants to the very ground could attack at any moment. Their version of compassion is controlling their instincts before the killing blow. The fact that Phantom rarely attacks anybody is a testament to his constant and vigillent self-control."
Danny finally meets Superman's eyes and they are nothing but pools of liquid innocence and shame about his very being. "I'm sorry... I'm doing my best, but my ghost instincts are really hard to control, especially when emotions are high and we are carching bad guys, and I can't help but bite. But I promise, I will never let it go any farther than that."
Intense guilt washes over Superman. He knew how seriously Phantom took his promises. He had no idea he was asking Phantom to go against his very nature. Did Phantom have to hold himself back right now? Superman knew a thing or two about how scarily fragile human bodies were to someone like him. He couldn't imagine having instincts that screamed at him to attack anything that moved on top of that.
Batman turned to his old friend with a disapproving stare. "Maybe learn a thing or two before you judge our nonhuman members. I expected better from you."
Superman placed his hands on Phantom's shoulders. "I'm so sorry. I had no idea. Do the best you can. We can figure out the rest together. Please forget everything I said earlier."
Danny with hope sparking in his eyes, "Are you sure? I know im not perfect, but I want to stay. I really like it here, and I really like helping people."
"Of course. I'll let the others know." Superman walks away down the hall, and out of sight.
Danny grinned, lifted his eyebrows, and nodded toward where Superman ran off to convey his thanks for the save.
Batman gave a quick nod and a tiny, barely there smile of his own. He spoke aloud for the one with superhearing that was definitely still listening, "I apologize for any offense you may have taken. Know that the sentiments of Superman are not shared by the rest of us."
Danny pulled the zip lock baggie out of his pocket and silently handed it to Batman with a grin. It had a napkin smeared with the blood of Danny's most recent biting victim labeled in Sharpie. Danny responded in a wobbly voice that did not match his mischivous grin, "Thanks." He added a sniffle for effect. "I needed to hear that. I'm really doing the best I can, but i guess people dont see it that way."
After this incident, Superman became Danny's biggest defender against the biting accusations.
Danny Phantom, who as far as the Justice League knew was a normal ghost, was presenting a pointpoint in front of the rest of the League. The presentation says, "Why I should be allowed to bite criminals: 1, because I am not human and cannot catch any of your filthy human diseases. 2, because it would allow us to compile DNA samples from the criminals of the world to compare with during crime scene investigation. 3, Fuck you."

How does a criminal defense attorney handle evidence in a case?
When you're facing criminal charges, the weight of the evidence against you can seem overwhelming. You might wonder, "How a criminal defense attorney manage all this evidence? How can they help me?" This process can seem complex but becomes more manageable with legal representation. Let's walk through how a criminal defense attorney handles case evidence, ensuring you have the best possible defense.
Understanding the Types of Evidence in a Criminal Case
Before discussing how a criminal defense attorney handles evidence, it’s important to understand the types of evidence that can be presented in a case. Evidence can be categorized into two primary types: direct and circumstantial.
Direct Evidence includes eyewitness testimony or video footage directly linking a person to the crime.
Circumstantial Evidence: This is indirect evidence that implies someone’s involvement in the crime, like fingerprints or DNA found at the crime scene.
Knowing these categories helps a criminal defense attorney formulate a defense strategy that questions the validity or relevance of the evidence.
How a Criminal Defense Attorney Investigates the Evidence
One of the first things a criminal defense attorney does is investigate the evidence presented by the prosecution. They don’t take the evidence at face value. Instead, they thoroughly scrutinize it, looking for inconsistencies, errors, or potential weaknesses.
For example, if the prosecution provides forensic evidence, your attorney might consult with their experts to verify the findings. They’ll dig into the reliability of the evidence and check whether proper procedures were followed when collecting it. Any missteps can be used to challenge the evidence in court.
Challenging the Admissibility of Evidence
A significant part of a criminal defense attorney's role is to challenge the admissibility of evidence. Just because the prosecution wants to use certain evidence doesn’t mean it will automatically be allowed in court. Your attorney will ensure that the evidence was obtained legally. If law enforcement violated your rights during the evidence collection, your attorney can file a motion to suppress, which asks the judge to exclude that evidence from the trial.
For example, if you were subjected to an unlawful search, your attorney could argue that any evidence collected during that search should not be used against you. This step can be a game-changer in many cases, as excluding key evidence can significantly weaken the prosecution’s case.
Cross-Examining Witnesses
Witness testimony is often a big part of criminal cases; this is where your criminal defense attorney shines. During cross-examination, your attorney will question witnesses to expose any inconsistencies or biases that could undermine their credibility.
For instance, if a witness claims to have seen you at the crime scene, your attorney might question their ability to see the events unfold—perhaps it was dark, or their vantage point was obstructed. They’ll also scrutinize the witness’s motives. Are they biased? Are they reliable? This thorough questioning helps cast doubt on the prosecution’s narrative.
Using Expert Witnesses
Sometimes, a criminal defense attorney may call on expert witnesses to provide testimony challenging the prosecution’s evidence. For example, forensic experts can dispute DNA evidence, or psychologists might testify about a defendant’s mental state at the time of the alleged crime.
These experts bring specialized knowledge to the case, often shedding new light on the evidence or offering alternative explanations that support your defense. By leveraging expert testimony, your attorney can create a more balanced perspective in the courtroom, helping the jury see your side of the story.
Building a Defense Strategy Based on the Evidence
Once your criminal defense attorney has reviewed and analyzed all the evidence, they’ll develop a defense strategy tailored to your case. This strategy could involve presenting an alibi, arguing self-defense, or demonstrating that the evidence doesn’t prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
Every case is unique, and your attorney will craft a defense that fits your situation. For instance, if the evidence is largely circumstantial, your attorney may argue that it’s not enough to convict you because it only suggests possible involvement rather than proving it definitively.
Negotiating with the Prosecution
Sometimes, based on the strength or weakness of the evidence, your criminal defense attorney might negotiate with the prosecution for a plea deal. A plea deal might be the best option if the evidence is particularly strong, and a trial could lead to severe penalties. However, your attorney will only recommend this if it’s in your best interest.
They’ll discuss the deal with you, explain your options, and ensure you understand the potential outcomes. A plea deal can reduce your charges or sentence, but it’s essential to have a lawyer who knows when to push for negotiations and when to take the case to trial.
Presenting Evidence at Trial
If your case goes to trial, your criminal defense attorney will present evidence that supports your defense. This might involve introducing documents, photos, or testimony contradicting the prosecution’s evidence. They’ll also work to cast doubt on the evidence presented by the trial, using cross-examination and expert witnesses to poke holes in the opposing side’s arguments.
Your attorney’s goal is to create enough reasonable doubt in the jury's minds so that they cannot convict you beyond a reasonable doubt. In many cases, even a small doubt can lead to an acquittal.
The Importance of Proper Chain of Custody
One aspect of evidence handling that often goes unnoticed is the chain of custody. This refers to documenting physical evidence's handling, storage, and transfer from the crime scene to the courtroom. A criminal defense attorney will carefully review the chain of custody to ensure the evidence is handled properly at every step.
If there’s a break in the chain of custody—meaning there’s no clear record of who had possession of the evidence at any given time—your attorney can challenge the integrity of the evidence. This could result in the evidence being excluded from the trial.
How a Criminal Defense Attorney Prepares for Cross-Examination
Preparation is key when it comes to cross-examining witnesses. Your criminal defense attorney will meticulously prepare questions designed to reveal inconsistencies or inaccuracies in the witness’s testimony. They’ll also anticipate the prosecution’s questions and prepare counterarguments.
For instance, if a witness claims to have seen you commit a crime, your attorney will gather all the details about the witness’s location, physical condition, and possible distractions during the event. This type of preparation separates a strong defense from a weak one.
Handling Forensic Evidence
Forensic evidence, such as DNA, fingerprints, or blood spatter, can play a significant role in a criminal case. A criminal defense attorney doesn’t just accept forensic evidence as irrefutable. They’ll question how it was collected, stored, and analyzed. They might also bring in their forensic experts to challenge the prosecution’s findings.
For example, DNA evidence can sometimes be contaminated, leading to false results. Your attorney will look for any potential mishandling of the evidence to discredit its reliability.
How a Criminal Defense Attorney Works with You
Throughout the process, your criminal defense attorney will work closely with you, informing you about the evidence and explaining how they plan to handle it. They’ll ask for your input and may even require your help in gathering additional evidence or witnesses who can testify on your behalf.
Clear communication is essential during this process. Your attorney will ensure you understand the evidence's legal implications and how it will affect your defense. You’ll always know what to expect as your case moves forward.
Handling evidence in a criminal case is a meticulous process, and it requires a skilled criminal defense attorney who knows how to challenge the prosecution’s claims effectively. From investigating the evidence to questioning its admissibility, cross-examining witnesses, and presenting a defense, your attorney ensures that your rights are protected and that the evidence is handled fairly.

October 6, 2024: Why is God fair?
Tumblr media
Mankind could not fathom the idea that all living things were composed of cells until the microscope was invented and they saw them with their own eyes. We were not aware of something so central to our existence until a way was made for it to be revealed to us.
The universe and human DNA is so vast, layered, and complex- taken by scientists and atheists as mere products of thermodynamics and time, but taken by the faithful as the blessed work of the loving and living God. Fortunately for us, this King of the Universe has been known to mankind for thousands of years and we know that He is good and just. He is the source of the goodness and love that make the human experience meaningful and makes suffering worthwhile. Thus, also as the Creator of mankind, He alone has the authority to judge men and women, to judge the living and the dead, for what they’ve done and believed during this Earthly test.
The purpose of this judgment is to separate the faithful from the faithless. The very definition of Hell is separation from God and Heaven, communion alongside Him. Our souls fates follow the trajectory we’ve guided them to follow during our Earthly lives; those who wish to be with God in faith and in love will be, forever. I used to be an atheist, and I have many atheist friends currently. If the black void is what you aspire to, the black void is what you get. Our loving Father gives His children what they ask for. Have the courage to give He who gave you life a chance. He desires a relationship with you that is rooted in faith, for you cannot see His face now, but will. Make sure you cannot turn from His face because of your Earthly life when you see it.
If God, the only entity with authority to judge, who is so intensely powerful He does not inhabit the Earthly and lowly body of men, must judge us in order to substructure the flow of fates generated from Earthly experience, to provide order in a universe both intricately organized and hopelessly disordered, how is it fair? How can our sinful, suffering-filled Earthly lives be fairly judged by an all-powerful God who inhabits a form of pure energy and light? How can we be judged fairly by the source of fairness and goodness?
The answer is that God gave up a part of His power, humbled Himself to an Earthly life, and entered this world in the way we all do through a special, sinless vessel in order to judge us fairly. There could be no other way. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself, and He did. All human lives, those born of both Earthly mother and father, will stumble and fall into sin but God’s life on Earth shows us how to live to be in eternal communion with Him. Such is the greatest act of love ever performed on the Earth; it was performed for our sakes, for me and you.
Do not fear judgment from a God who did not have the power to live as a human, or have the love for mankind to choose to live as one in the first place. Do not fear the works of any man, even if they aspire to kill and torture you, for all knees will bend and all backs will bow to the Son of the Living God who loves YOU. May He remember you when He comes into His Kingdom and may you be blessed with deeper knowledge and love of Him. 🤍

The personnel from the health care team with the city....I talked to a young man who showed me he is so into himself as a gender he does hate women I think ageing and not into supporting him as a ho
He gets so into people being a schizophrenic he doesn't like women unless they forcibly support him as a ho....his dad probably told him to get a job instead of search for schizophrenics but
He had a small low fat build and appeared conditioned to find his physique an intellectual superior.....
To him women just have too much fat and don't provide enough
So I kind of went through his pharmaceutical rep talk by giving him the common sense due process he wasnt doing that made him look like a crack dealing ho
He kept wanting me to consent to medication so I told him that is a you are God statement and you cannot make any diagnostic decisions if you haven't provided basic needs and police due process
I haven't been allowed a shower in months or regular stable consistent meals so you have no basis for diagnostics until you establish rule outs like traumatic abuse and assault
I don't think he is a mental he is too eager to deal pills and mentals do understand meaning and he did not I think he is a terrorist maybe
Mentals do have to take tours of facilities and meet people and are reticent to have to get involved in the drug dealing aspect it's ya know what he was very very eager to put me on drugs without basic needs met
I do as an actress go with scene so if I'm treated like I can be disposed of for large population replacements I view him as just one of maybe a large Indian school and there is lots of men that need a charity job for family income
The shelter told me pill policy is about children and they asked me to not have mental episodes around the children so I told her I agree with her policy for children that's why I am pressuring you follow due process and criminal rights theory so I don't have a pill induced mental episodes around the children
He kept wanting to put me immediately on abilify so I kept explaining I am ageing and those pills are much too strong for my deprivated condition and that on attentionals I could start being so focused that things like lights flashing from a car turn could cause me a seizure and nausea and I could fall down around the children like i had been shot at
Tranqs anti psychotics like tranqs are known for causing anti social paralysis until people have violent catatonic suicide homicide ideation so that also is not correct around children no
He wanted to know if I recalled any beneficial psychiatric medication so I said no I'm a cissex woman and toxicology is the relevant science
People are like conduits and without natural subsistence the human body has a lot of heavy metals in it like one's ear goo like lead and that can really lead people into really really hard and demanding detective work or religious aspiration
It is like a CIA idea and the worst part of my life it's truly very undesirable of a condition to be selected for till I never pray it called God cruel and hateful of humanity and I don't believe that
Its been my experience that psychiatric pills are about transexuals quite frankly psychiatry I do find inherently about gender
Some male to female do find a lot of release from depression if allowed hormones drugs like psychiatric drugs I am a woman and it was just excruciating to ever be bisexualed....
A lot of female cats don't appreciate being called Ed with do you work
He asked me if moldenhauer was European so I said no Wisconsin I was white...a judge told me I do have indigenous DNA to the states it's not an indigeneity though I was more Latin white moldenhauer is Latin
Some people stop abusing and exterminating if moulding is spelled a wood architecture in antebellum homes signifying growth under a crescent moon
I don't fully understand it all myself you have to know infectious disease history and revolutionary modern independence
It is all 20th century so its a lot more post doctoral then hanging out
Or Kitty hart moxom some clinicians if they equate me with km or the financial release of getting to help Holocaust victims experience a lot more ease and comfortability then tolerating the case history
The 1950s off helping Holocaust survivor refugee emigration was wealthy and very little poverty and if people may use the initials they do experience a sense of tuning in that's a lot more beneficial
Kitty did survive to have a physical therapy practice so it can be really therapeutic to use the initials
Frederick Douglas inspired negro rights a lot of black men do more have indigenous DNA but they are not to be incriminated and forced to be a native their black men and black men achieved the vote first
I was white and they have tried to force me to understand trade and subsistence in non monetary systems I am not a native and will continue to die of poverty if I may not experience financializing
There was a lot of protests like the Arab spring about continued displacement of United States populations by Africans and that's why it became important
France also the passport programs have not been appreciated
Its maybe because many populations from the states do have really sad southern stories of being slowly over beared and stifled by family and emigration has been so refreshing and beneficial and hopeful of a disruption especially to entrepreneurial capability......but poverty and disease hasnt stopped
I wouldn't know what I would do in Wisconsin.......if I went back I would go if people would truly let me be a very studious geek if I ever went back there I would truly sit and research because
Otherwise the continued Chicago land area is still making it an ecology really for everybody and that's become negative for people on many points to few social values to little regulation too manic
I swear I feel trapped in a comrade project forever where no one truly gets to know each other or establishes enough safety
For everybody....gay though that's gay

Drugged up by the invisible, this dust is animated into a “living” thing. Attributes summarized by DNA and personality, the light keeps my mind from falling blindly in the dark. Gravity keeps these feet moving with pressure allowing for my body to stay attached to this planet. Heat keeps my frozen heart beating and blood flowing through these bones. Others provide much needed reflection to ascribe differentiation between what is and isn’t. Memories paint the idea of “progress” from a previous and into a new self. Time grants me a promise that this hell and heaven will transition. You give me a means of breathing out emotions with a belief that someone will comprehend my alphabet enough to validate that I’m not just random cells dancing aimlessly. Reacting to the impossible concept of love, my skeptic soul is forced to take the boxes and labels taped above and burn their dogmatic conclusions. Why? Intelligence and knowledge are limited. They are symbolic codes written and recorded for a tiny population and species divided by language, lifespan, geographical location, and social form. Scientific law is being amended through research and technology constantly. Judges and juries are being changed by constitutions and generations who draft their conclusions regarding acceptable reality. “Aging” loses its significance as the individual is placed within the context of over 8 billion humans. I’m a jot or tittle within the eternal autograph of our sources. So, there’s only one thing I feel best. Equality. Anything contradicting such takes what is rooted in dependence and credits resulting entities for countless creative motions causing us to exist (past, present, and future).

FHH Protects Client Rape Victim’s Privacy in U.S. Fourth Circuit
an FHH attorney, Thomas F. Urban II, won an important victory for the firm’s client, Jane Doe, to protect her right to pursue her civil claims against her rapist without having to expose her identity. Due to Urban’s efforts and those of his co-counsel, Walter Steimel of Steimel Counselors Law Group, LLC, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit issued a published Opinion protecting the anonymity of Doe. Doe’s counsel established that her assailant was liable for the rape after he not only refused to provide a DNA sample that would have confirmed his culpability but also failed to mount a defense on default judgment. Doe v. Sidar, No. 23-1177 (4th Cir. 2024). In acknowledging the need to protect Doe’s identity, the Fourth Circuit vacated an order issued by Senior Judge Claude Hilton of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia issued just eleven days before trial in the case was to begin, where Doe’s identity would have been revealed.
In its Opinion, the Fourth Circuit held that it was “conclusively established that Cenk Sidar raped Jane Doe [the anonymous rape victim] in London in September 2017.” Sidar is the CEO of a Washington, D.C.-based Artificial Intelligence company, Enquire AI. As the Court explained,
“[t]he legal effect of a default judgment [issued by the district court for Sidar’s failure to provide the DNA sample] is that [Sidar] is deemed to have admitted the plaintiff ’s well-pleaded allegations of fact . . . and is barred from contesting . . . the facts thus established.” For that reason, we must assume that Sidar “admitted that he . . . raped” Doe and the truth of her allegations about how he did so.
The Fourth Circuit also acknowledged that “[t]here is a ‘presumption’ that parties must sue and be sued in their own names,” and that “[f]or that reason, few cases warrant anonymity.” The Court evaluated Doe’s request for anonymity based upon the Fourth Circuit’s existing test, which looks at five non-exhaustive factors when ruling on motions to proceed by pseudonym.
In this case, the Court held that the district court’s “decision to remove Doe’s anonymity on the eve of the damages-only trial” strained the bounds of its permitted discretion in three ways: First, the district court failed to adequately take into account the nature and strength of Doe’s legitimate interest in anonymity by seriously understating Doe’s legitimate privacy interests. The Court held that the issues here were not merely sensitive—they involved intimate details of Doe’s sexual assault by Sidar and resulting psychological trauma.
Second, the Fourth Circuit found that the district court’s analysis was legally flawed in its suggestion that fairness considerations invariably cut against anonymity unless the opposing party was also proceeding anonymously. Judge Hilton had ruled that allowing Doe to remain anonymous while requiring Sidar to use his name at trial was unfair to Sidar. Noting that Sidar had never requested anonymity, the Fourth Circuit held that Sidar having been found liable for the rape through a default judgment weighed in Doe’s favor to use a pseudonym.
Third, the Fourth Circuit found that the district court’s decision was based on a “flawed . . . legal premise” because it did not address the fact that its entry of a default judgment tipped powerfully in Doe’s favor. The Court held that because Sidar was already found liable and because further proceedings would be limited to determining the damages he must pay, the “risk of any unfairness to” Sidar from Doe’s continued anonymity was significantly reduced.
For these reasons, the Fourth Circuit concluded that the district court exceeded the bounds of its discretion in its order requiring Doe to use her real name at trial, and thus vacated Judge Hilton’s order and remanded it with directions to reconsider in light of its opinion.
Thomas F. Urban II is a civil litigator who was recently named a Best Lawyer TM for commercial litigation in Virginia, with a specialization in First Amendment and privacy matters. Urban was recently lead counsel for an amicus brief on behalf of several women’s groups such as the National Organization for Women and groups advocating for the protection of sexual assault victims filed in the appeal of the Amber Heard v. Johnny Depp case shortly before that case settled. Currently, Urban and other FHH attorneys are counsel for Subspace Omega, LLC in an antitrust lawsuit seeking over $500 million from Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Case No. 2:23-cv-01772-TL (W.D.Wa.). Urban is also currently defending a favorable judgment for his clients Jeffrey Lohman and The Law Offices of Jeffrey Lohman in a RICO case against an appeal by Navient Solutions, LLC in the U.S. Fourth Circuit.
