About one year ago, I decided to give tumblr a go for the first time in my life. With my “old” age of almost 40 years, I was afraid of being a grandma in this whole social networking thing. But, damn, I would have never expected, what I’ve actually found here, in our beloved Snapedom: I found the kindest, sweetest and most understanding people, which I would never thought, they’d exist! I found friends!

For more than 20 years, I only lived my immutable love for Severus Snape in my own heart, mind and home. But since I decided to share my thoughts, my sorrows and my devotion to my precious dungeon bat on my blog, I got overwhelmed by the positivity and interest people offered to me.

One of these lovely souls is my friend @exlibrisseverus. Ellie, you surprised me with this beautiful artwork of Severus and my OC Jules and I can’t stress enough, how grateful I am for your friendly gesture. I love the way, you made the love and trust between these two tormented souls become palpable. And OH…MY…GOSH, his cute ass makes me want to squeeze, pinch and bite it all at once! 🫠😅

(I actually forget if I made an actual lore post with all the stuff in one place rip) my lore is also pretty disorganized for most stuff, I'm just doin whatever, but here's some of the more fleshed out lore I have.

The reverse aus mostly follow similar storyline points to canon, with diversions due to the characters having different personalities. The satam one is based on that plot point where Robotnik and Snively are the sole survivors of a space colony, while the Archie one is based on the overlander-mobian war thing.

Both Satam and Archie reverse have a bloody war (which Julian served in as a medic before becoming Minister of Medical Science) that ends in The Great Peace, ushered in by Jules Hedgehog. However the "peace" is only in name, as the empire of anti-King Acorn is fraught with oppression and state violence. The lower classes starve while being crushed under Acorn's brutal rule. Julian and Johnny, along with several other revolutionaries, succeed in overthrowing the tyrant, but the kingdom is thrown into turmoil in the process. Princess Alicia, (anti-Sally), takes this opportunity to throw her father into the Zone of Silence with the help of anti-Sonic (this happens later than Robotnik's coup in the canon universe).

The Suppression Squad (anti-FF) is either staging a coup, being mercenaries for whichever forces are fighting for power, or just being general troublemakers at this point. Anti-Sonic hasn't yet become known as Scourge. Julian retires from his position as minister and sets up his clinic. Johnny manages the security and more actively fights against any would-be tyrants/terrorists. He doesn't have the same code against violence as Julian.

As the Suppression Squad gets more violent powerful, and Scourge starts his conquest of Moebius in earnest, Johnny and Julian flee into the Great Forest and create a force-field that makes their encampment invisible to unwanted guests. They take refugees and injured people in.

Here's some of my reverse StC lore. It follows the "Ovi Kintobor was transformed into Doctor Robotnik in an accident" storyline, but it has Kintobor being part of a very suppressive, fascist ideology. Robotnik is the product of Kintobor's repressed kindness and compassion, things that Kintobor would see as weakness and treachery. The badniks (goodniks?) in this au are like ai life support systems and mobility devices for disabled Moebians, as well as protection from danger. They're like mech suits that protect their little buddies.

Reverse Sonic Underground is based on some of my conjecture about the ppl from the Six is a Crowd episode. Robotnik was once the music teacher for the triplets. Anti-Aleena ruled over a society similar to the "Great Peace" I described in Satam/Archie, where the upper classes thrived and the average citizen struggled in poverty. Robotnik was part of the lower class, and suffered from an ailment which he couldn't afford to have looked at (also lived in a dirty-ass apartment with nasty water and mold probably). Despite this, he did genuinely care about the triplets, even being closer to them as a parental figure than their mother. At some point, his illness caused him to develop necrosis in his arms and legs (or something I'm still figuring it out) and he had to have them all amputated, nearly dying in the process. Aleena arranged for him to have cybernetic limbs attached, and moved him out of his deathtrap apartment and into the palace. (that's the backstory and I'm still figuring out how they got to the point in the episode)

HNGNG there was a fic that I wrote and I did keep posted for a while. It was called ‘No Light No Light’ after the f+tm song (it’s very jules and tyr coded, especially their early marriage and also it’s just a banger song in general). But I don’t know, I wrote it while I was stuck in a really bad writing rut, to try and kick myself out of it? And tbh I kinda hated it so I took it down :”))) Although, I was thinking about rewriting it/continuing it! It follows how Jules and Tyr met, and like the relationship between the Aesir and the Olympians? Which I feel like could be interesting.

As for upcoming fics and art!! Hmm.. I am currently working on a COD fic that i'm really excited about, so it'll probably be a little while before I get any jules fics out -- altho i guess it depends on what you wanna see?? But in terms of art, my uni term has just ended so im finally having time to get back into it! I want to draw her again because by the gods i miss her :')) she is so lovely to me

Heimdall -- he was a little boy when Jules and Tyr just got married, and since his mother wasn't in the picture, she def mothered him alot. Doted on him, calling him her 'little magpie' because he liked her jewellery. Although, as he grew up Odin obvs wanted him to be a certain way, and esp with Odin and tyr's disagreements, jules and tyr would spend time away form the aesir gods. This created some mad issues between her and heimdall as he grew up, especially as he started being alot like Odin/the heimdall we know, he could see with his powers that in her mind she was starting to dislike the person he was becoming. But even to this day, she still viewed him as her boy, and it was actually her unconditional love/trust that got her captured !

(for some backstory, tyr was captured and imprisioned by Odin. And Odin, being actually kind of a smart dude even if he is a pos, is like ?? ayo?? Hmm maybe let's not let his Olympian (scary strong) wife who very much loves him be running around on the loose, especially is she thinks i killed him. So what if we capture her?? ((he didnt want to kill her because u know how when Olympians die it like, wreaks havoc??)) and so he basically send heimdall to be like, 'hey!! im so sorry about being distant but tyr is this way come on!' and lead to Odin, who was disguised as tyr, and when she jumped into his arms he like, put magic cuffs/collar thing that makes her not be able to use her magic? and imprisoned her somewhere in musphelheim (hot hot place for hot hot lady who, if she died or escaped, couldn't use her powered to melt/destroy shit)

After she gets out, she misses/hurts/greives him but also like, understands that he was kind of a shit person, even if it wasn’t entirely his fault.

Sif -- Slay besties for real. Espeically once she settled in, I feel like she'd easily fall into pace beside sif, espeically since (at that time) neither of them had kids. Very much like, real houswives of the Aesir kinda energy except they are all judging everyone else together. I feel like they'd both be pretty interested in like, each other's country's versions of femininty? Like, how sif is the embodiment of being a woman in norse and Aphrdoite (jules) is also like, peak feminitny (kinda) in greek mythos.

After ragnarok I think her and jules would be working together to rebuild, and she would be hella empathetic? Especially since for the last like century or whatever she believed her own husband (who she loved dearly) to be dead. And like, thor while a pos dad and an asshole, sif loved him?? And he loved her?? And they really did try?? Idk I feel like jules would help take care of her because she knows what that’s like.

Thor -- at least in these games, seems very women respect-y. I feel like he'd respect her and almost kind of admire her/like her more than his brother? Tyr is a little bit uppity (at least from thors perspective) and jules is a bit more >:)) commit crimes and cause problems on purpose. In saying that though, I feel like they'd probably never be too close and mainly would spend time together because of Tyr/Sif.

Freya -- her and freya used to be besties, they both kinda knew what it was like to be the outsider (?) wife from a different place. But both freya and jules are both super stubborn/bull headed, and esp when it came down to baulder. That's when freya said something to her (to be fair, in freya's defence jules was probably way overstepping even if it came from a place of care/kind of what happened between herself and heimdal) she held a grudge in typical olympian fashion.

Sindri/Brok -- I think that maybe she didn't interact with them too much? I'd like to thing though that maybe her and Sindri got along better than say, her and brok. I imagine that maybe one time she helped them forge something using her sunpowers, like a cool weapon or something maybe as a gift for tyr. Otherwise, they are on good terms. Also, I think especially due to the fact that like, craftsman ship was a very admired/masculine thing in greek life, maybe she'd have a bit of admiration for their craft?/the dwarves in general. Appreciating the fact that while they make very good weapons/structures/devices etc, they also make them beautiful.

Hmm... I'm trying to think of some other people that she interacted with. OH HAHA there's a running joke in my friend group where like, Freyr is Jule's and Tyr's third (mainly because I think he's handsome but whatever) And i feel like, especially as jules has no real internal fealty to the Aesir apart from Tyr, who himself is always kinda teetering on a blades edge, she tends to appreciate/befriend people even outside of their 'allies' kinda thing. (This wily willful nature maybe also pissed Odin off, who was expecting like, maybe someone like Harmonia)

Also here are some bonus teehees and bits about tyr n jules specifically because they are little running jokes and make me teehee a bit:

Tyr, early on in their marriage when things were still a bit shaky between them and jules was taking out her frustrations/fear on him, he tried to take her to Vanaheim as a cute little like, date thing? also to get her out of Asgard. Anyway, him being a dork nerd was like 'BY MY BEARD, JULIUS!! look at these wonderful specime--' and then the flower like, exploded colour all over her dress, staining it and she was HELLA pissed. And then, a few days later he tried to buy her a bouquet of vanaheim flowers as an apology, and they were also. pollen staining ones. Let's just say he slept on the couch for a few days after that.  Now everytime they go to Vanaheim together she treats him like a child at a grocery store -- hands INSIDE the trolley, look with your eyes not your hands, PUT THAT DOWN!! YOURE NOT GETTING THAT put it back !

ALSO ! theres a running joke that Tyr has like, water-proof journals (so his tears dont make the ink run) he writes into like a tween girl everytime jules is 'mean' to him. 'dear diary, today my beloved light-of-my-life jules called me a dork and said that the french toast i made her was 'alright'. I will never recover.' followed by a page of poetry about how his beloved has betrayed him.

He feeds her well is all im saying. Mans can cook and shes sitting on the bench holding the bowl.

also jules funfact of the ask -- her name is Julius (roman/latin)/jules because its cute, but like her greek name is ιουλος (ioulos). I mainly chose the name jules despite it being hella inaccurate because 1) it's cute as hell and the nickname is cute and 2) idc that it's inaccurate, she's not real and plus it's my meow meow oc and i get to make the rules... also i dont really love alot of male greek names :')) (She was born a boy! And probably aligns more with genderfluid but mainly fem lady girlboss, she's a shapechanger becuase hmmm Aphrodite powers and also i said so)

What Is WPTFIF?

Hey @count-cr4ckula here. You can call me Boopus/Beep/The WPTFIF Guy/Count Crackula/Ghouly Rooly/Jules, whatever as long as I’m cool with it. This pinned post will be a big base resource on my WIP story We Put The Fun In Funeral (Acronym: WPTFIF). If you have any more specific questions about WPTFIF, feel free to comment below or ask me about it on Discord if you find me.

What Is WPTFIF?

WPTFIF was initially a fighting game concept I had in my head about a goth kid and a demon that have a big trip around the country to recapture ghosts back inside an enchanted book. The concept is relatively the same except with a few changes and that I don’t have a particular medium in mind to convey the story at the moment other than hand drawn work (Maybe animation if I gather the motivation). The current story of WPTFIF follows a Nameless punk (They/Them) who grew up without parents that steals an accursed book called Codex Kakos, containing 22 powerful monsters from a traveling performer demon named Edgar (He/Him). Edgar leaves his troupe and his brother Oswine to retrieve Codex Kakos before anything goes wrong… it does go very wrong as the 22 monsters are released across the country of Canada, The Nameless Kid and Edgar have about a month to recapture the 22 monsters into the book or else a terrible cataclysm will occur in the next full moon. The story is subject to have plenty of changes and new additions I will add to his blog as we move along.

What Will This Blog Serve?

This blog will host discussion, art, concept work, story elements, and plenty of development shenanigans for WPTFIF. Once again the determined medium for the story isn’t clear yet, is it a comic? Cartoon? Game? I don’t know, I just wanna iron out the fun bits (the story and stuff) before I do anything big with it.

Any Sensitive Content?

I think even when my work isn’t taking a serious direction, I would probably add sensitivity warning anyway because my work is big on gross visuals or grim subject matter every now and then because I’m a massive horror fan. This series will likely contain stuff like bright colors and gooey visuals, creepy clowns, death, spiders, and other ghoulish stuff. More sensitive stuff included may be included. I will list them as they appear in my creative process in a sort of does the dog die website kinda manner in one big post.

Characters?

There’s going to be a lot of characters in this project. The two main characters are Acronym Kid/Nameless Kid/Punk/Gender Ambiguous Child/The One Not To Be Named and Edgar. There will be a few reoccurring side characters like Edgar’s brother Oswine, a few human characters, and even some of the more notable or the 22 monsters.

Another note to add to this section is that just like with my other work, majority of the characters are LGBTQ+. I am queer myself and I like writing other queer characters so if you dig that and you like the characters for it, I’m happy for you. If you’re here to be a dick about it, this blog isn’t for you.

How Can I Acceptably Interact With this Work?

There are a few ways you can contribute to this project if you’re interested in it. Asks are always fun, you can ask me questions about it on the Ask Tab or ask characters questions and I can give you little drawn responses if I have the time. I am super flattered whenever I see fan art or fan works of any kind and I’ll surely reblog it here if I can. My only major limit to fan content is that I will not reblog or engage in any NSFW/Inappropriate/Fetish stuff. I’m a minor that’s actually fucking weird if you think content of my characters is okay like that. I’m fine with somewhat suggestive work or shipping content if that’s your cup of tea.

Chaos Potato 🥔 Scrap Art

I haven’t done this in a while, a long while, actually. It was long overdue, though. Both, the process of making a piece of mad art with only a vague idea of which direction I wanted it to go, and the reminder itself.

So, here I am with a visual reminder to help me drink more water. My shopping list, which I bluetacked to the kitchen cabinet no longer reminds me what’s missing in my fridge (only everything, I might as well unplug that darn thing and save on electricity charges!), but does a splendid job of reminding me to take my meds. When I actually look at it. :) I jest, I do remember and the note helps, especially when my schedule changes. I also forgot my badge for work once and promptly stuck a note above my living room light switch to remember. Honestly, you could argue I am getting forgetful, but really, being at work without a badge is a pain and not taking my meds is unhealthy.

I am rambling. All of the above (bar the photo) had very little to do with today’s piece of artwork. I initially filmed it to perhaps create a TikTok but CapCut drove me nuts, so it’ll be a basic photo post (because I’m an 80s dragon and impatience is a thing!). So, here’s my very colourful reminder to drink more water. I obviously had to add some silly statements (they’re very true though!) and a theme that is colourful and thus entirely unrelated to the topic at hand. Not that it matters, the message is there and it’s bold and sort of bright (listen, all the colours make up for the writing being in black and I will accept no other explanation!).

I’m not sure if I nailed the statement on colourful language just yet but the note on stupidity is definitely true. Naturally, I’ve added cats, dragons, wolves, and books because all those are distractions that stop me from drinking enough water. And, just so you know it, the bats are trans and again, I will not be argued with.

I don't care either way if you post this or not, but reading your thread about how y'all's journey has been through trauma work and processing resonated with me so hard. I'm the new host and the first ws know of to have a subsystem, and I remember more of our trauma than the previous co-hosts. And even then I've been told I don't know everything. February is a trauma anniversary for us and our work has gotten unbearable with our new manager. like even if we weren't going through all this brain stuff our body is in so much pain idk how much longer I can work. But its that AND all these new developments. This new memories, and new/discovered alters, and the fear of not knowing what's going on. Anyways. Just wanted to say your writing spoke to me and I see you out there surviving.

Hey, glad it resonated with you. We are honestly due to update that again, as a lot of things have happened since that last update. Which, we share the absolute bare minimum anyway and that post has honestly become more for our own documentation than for anyone else. Seeing where our host started to where we are now is jarring. And I am a part who knew about a lot of this stuff (definitely not all, but I knew we were a system of many many parts at the very least), but even I could not have predicted where we would be now. We’ve had a couple of fusions and some major changes in hierarchy the last couple of weeks.

Overall though?

Coping sucks. This shit sucks. It’s not fun or glorious. There are definitely times when it’s enjoyable. There are times when we can enjoy being a system of parts. Like when I help Jade do her makeup and help her put a wig on because she doesn’t know how and she gets to see someone that looks at least slightly more like herself than ever before, or inside jokes, or seeing something at the store and thinking of your inner world best friend and knowing they’d like it, so you get it for them. Seeing videos others would like on youtube and saving it to their playlist, seeing art or music they would like and saving it for them (our screenshot folder is…ugh, I don’t wanna talk about it), and having a camaraderie together is what makes the suffering just a little bit more okay. We all know we are here to protect each other, even when it hurts. There’s a sense of self love in that. Jules (old old host, the one that started this blog and has fused down and split a few times since then) said something once that has always resonated with me and with a lot of other systems we know. “DID is the ultimate act of self love and self preservation. Your brain did this to protect itself. To protect you.” It can be easy to be angry or frustrated by all of this, but we have learned that rather than be angry at ourselves, it is much better to be angry toward the people actually responsible. The abusers. Being able to comprehend that what happened wasn’t our fault and dealing with some of that shame has helped us move leaps and bounds forward.

I hope the best for you moving forward and I appreciate the ask. It’s been a long few weeks. I’m already ready for this year to be over.

It hit me like a brick while I was developing the early stuff! I dunno! The Deathspeaker is the name the main villain chose to take on and Deathspeaker is the last name of the main character but honestly? I named the demon after the title of the story. I could talk about how fucking cool I think the title is and what it means and The Implications about who's really the main character here, but for the sake of this question it was just a word I came up with on the spot ILUASDHLAIUSDHSA

I WAS GONNA MAKE THIS HAPPEN AT ONE POINT. I made blogs for some of the characters. I don't think those blogs exist anymore but for a little while I was blogging as if they were in roughly the same time as the comic was progressing. It didn't last very long cause 10 different blogs is a lot to run at once ailusdhLUIASDHAILUSDH I think it would be so fucking funny tho. And awful for me emotionally. Joe would never make personal posts he just reblogs art and goes "whoa that's so cool" in the tags, with the occasional picture of Mittens his cat. Cody's still making shitposts that look like they came out of 2012. Dara makes 2 posts that are formatted poorly and don't make a lot of sense and then she never logs on again. Jules gets a phone and immediately starts hitting post limit every day because they think it's so fucking cool. VAGUE SPOILERS AHEAD

One day all of them stop posting except for Cody who just posts "SOMETHING JUST HAPPENED". reblogs later with a blurry picture of the school on fire. Abby starts posting ":)" and nothing else. Everyone slowly comes back as if nothing happened except Joe. Who then reappears weeks later with "i lived bitch" and then he spam posts his art.

Ok for scenes I've actually WRITTEN and don't just live rent free in my brain... I'd say like. All of Chapter 7 actually. MAN ESPECIALLY THE SCENE I JUST STARTED DRAWING OUT. JOE AND DARA OWN MY ENTIRE HEART THERE IS SOMETHING FUCKING WRONG WITH THEM <3 But Chapter 7 is so so so so special to me. The entire Chapter is on a very obvious time table. I think I did a good job holding the tension. The entire world is holding its breath waiting for it to happen. She knows it's going to happen. And you know she is not going to fix it all in time. It's already too late. They told her so themself. Everything in this chapter is so so deliberate. I've written more notes for this chapter than any other on exactly how each shot should look and how they should be framed and how each panel should be arranged on the page. I'm SO EXCITED

I'm also particularly fond of the back and forth scene in Chapter 6 with the journal pages laid out side by side with what Shannon's up to. The parallels make me insane and I needed everyone to notice them too. and it FUCKED HARD. It turned out so fucking cool.

For scenes I haven't actually gotten around to Writing yet. Man. Man. Man. I thought about that one scene in Chapter 9 every night for 2 years straight. I can't wait. I'm writing this entire story just so I can show people the images of chapter 9 that haunted me one day and caused me to start forming the rest of the story

I typically don't grab anime-exclusive aspects for my Pokemon fanart, as I'm more focused on the games myself despite the anime having been my entry point into the franchise, but I randomly remembered the doll transformation thing and decided I wanted to play around with that. After hearing that Sabrina has, or at least once had, the ability to transform people into dolls with her psychic abilities, Jules thought that sounded like it would be fun to experience and so begged their girlfriend to do it to them as well. Sabrina was reluctant, but then again Jules was the one wanting to go through it, so eventually she let up and now here we are! Jules seems to be happy with their current situation, Sabrina's happy that her partner's happy, everyone's having fun :D Though maybe Sabrina should adjust Jules in that chair real quick, it looks like they're gonna slide off it soon XD

Jules' doll form is prolly not that accurate to how the dolls Sabrina made in that actual anime episode, but for some reason I couldn't for the life of me find a screenshot of those when I went searching, and I didn't wanna dig out my DVDs just for some brief art reference hehe. Also I feel like Sabrina looks a bit Off here, especially considering I just drew her. Maybe it's because her head's so big in the composition and I'm not used to drawing such big faces? Idk XD

I wouldn't say I'm ashamed of liking any of the characters but I will say I like that they added a fascist route and element to this game (LET ME EXPLAIN). I think, at least for me, it can be really hard to see how people can come to certain conclusions in life, especially when it feels so cruel and wrong on a gut level. So I appreciate that there is an option to explore and step back and understand how fear and systematic stress can warp one's vision in order to try and have some kind of power and control. I'm someone who does try to understand why someone draws the conclusions that they do because I want to be able to understand the root of someone's hate for me so I know how to either combat it or avoid it (since I'm brown, disabled, indigenous, queer). Being able to explore how easily one can fall into the trap of Us vs Them helps to recognize it in yourself so that you DON'T become the one hurting other people. Understanding how people get sucked into the fascism mindset allows those of us who are adults keep those who are younger safe (the conversation of younger boys especially being targeted has been had over and over again). I appreciate that DE has the conversation in many different ways, even with Noid, where you see how easy it can be for fascist ideas to take root. Buuut when you say "I like that they included this as a route/discussion point" not everyone is gonna understand what you mean, especially since it seems like more and more people who don't wanna think are joining the fandom.

Could I just dump all the Jean shit into this one shfbdj I'm just tired of seeing a post a week about how people who like a character who really only gets like, what, 20mins or so of screen time?? is a horrible person and that all Jean-likers should be ashamed of themselves. He's just a guy. He isn't perfect he actually sucks in a lot of ways but that's what's interesting to me about him. It feels like people either go "Oh he's actually this tortured soul!!!! baby him!!!!!!!" or "HE KILLED MY GRANDMA" like actually he's a plot device into the world of the RCM and his character stuff suffers from the massive amount of cuts they had to do in order to finish the game. I think he, Judit, Trant, Chester, Torson, Jules, and Pryce would have all been more interesting to all of us if they had been able to write the story they wanted but we didn't get everything so.

**Sonic Legends, Part 1- “Archie Sonic!”

Intro: I’ve decided to resume my art with Archie Soniccomic artwork. And I’m going to start with the Blue Blur himself. Despite having similarities to his videogame look-a-like, he’s actually quite different.

Background: So it’s super late for this post, but I really wanted to make sure I did my homework. As this part I have drawn and am going to discuss “Archie Comics Sonic”. This version of Sonic was brought into existence in 1993.

In this universe Sonic is seen as part of a team known as the “Freedom Fighters”. Their goal is to take down one; Dr Ivo Robotnik. Who took over the city of “New Mobotropolis, and is hoping to take over the entire planet.

As far as relatives, the comics show us a number of them. There is Sonic’s father; “Jules Hedgehog” who was roboticized after a severe injury. There’s also Sonic’s mother; Bernadette Hedgehog who met Sonic’s father during their school days. Then finally we have “Sir Charles Hedgehog” who is more commonly known as “Uncle Chuck”.

Due to Robotnik’s wish to establish dictatorful role Sonic despises the doctor. And joined the Freedom Fighters to stop his reign of terror. Unlike “Classic Sonic” from videogame canon who fights Robotnik for the sake of enjoying it.

Abilities: Another incredible thing about Sonic is his powers. He can first off breath within the vacuum of outerspace; Ideal for out of planet exploration. Sonic also has “Blessed Protection” granted to him by beings known as “The Ancient Walkers”.

Sonic also has an implant in his body. This device allows him to understand any language. He can even understand his pet dog and other animals.

Also a valuable ability is Sonic’s “Absorption Ability”. This means he can absorb great amounts of energy without being corrupt. Most notably the power of the “Chaos Emeralds” and “Power Rings” in his world.

Then another group of skills under his belt are masteries of skill. He is experienced in hacking, hand-to-hand combat and sword fighting. This hedgehog can also drive vehicles for all sorts of uses.

Straight from the games also comes Sonic’s speed that allows him to run across water. And he can even hover with his “Super Peel Out” move. Once he also ran so fast that he caused time itself to flow backwards.

Along with acrobatics Sonic also has dexterity and co-ordination. Which explains how he is able to learn fighting so well. And also explains how he seems pretty much invulnerable in battle.

Sonic can also borrow underground. As well as maintain body control and use natural weaponry. These are abilities that branch from Sonic’s spines that are shown to be very sharp.

With his versatile movements Sonic can also summon force fields. His “Super Peel Out” ability gives him powerful punches. And this can also greatly increase his speed when needed.

Our hero can also create mirages of himself to confuse his enemies. He can reflect projectiles aimed at him. And he can use his rage to greatly increase his power.

Sonic also has a defensive aura that allows him to charge into enemies unharmed. With fast stokes at pressure points he can also leave enemies immobilized.

Next our hero can summon shockwaves. Another thing he can summon is an actual dragon that can come to his aid (who is his friend “Dulcy the Dragon”). And he can run so fast he can become seemingly invisible to the naked eye.

With his speed Sonic can phase through solid objects. And can wither away objects by vibrating their molecules. He can also use this while in his “Spin Attack”.

Due to his absorption of many Power Rings Sonic can also take critical hits. He can summon portals using the “Chaos Emeralds”. And can control the air causing weather phenomena.

Sonic’s speed also enables him to summon fire. He can control heat as well. Also our hedgehog can summon ice with the aid of his dragon assistant “Dulcy the Dragon”.

Mentally our hero is also strong. As he is resistant to mind control. He is also precognitive, seeing future events as has been seen with powerful relics in the comics. And can also be resistant to cold, poison, plus the atmosphere of the moon. (P.S. I’m gonna save discussing his Super forms later. As his generic abilities have taken a big chunk of this post. Don’t wanna bore you with that now; Do I?)

Character: Sonic is a super speed daredevil and tends to think very highly of himself. Through his life he’s also expressed a deep desire for adventure and excitement. But his thrill seeking aside, he genuinely cares for the things and people he fights for.

The hero is also boastful and tends to gloat a lot. He tends to have no interest in marriage (despite numerous ladies having popped him that very question). This also makes his actions unpredictable, either being caring or down right careless.

Woah hey! I haven't posted on Tumblr for years, I really gotta start posting more here.

But anyways, after nearly a month I've finally finished this reference sheet! I'm still trying to master the Rescue Bots art style. I'm very pleased with how this version of the character turned out, I've never actually designed a TF OC with an alt mode before. I will make a wiki page soon which will elaborate more about this AU, but in a nutshell Doctor Morocco is a techno-organic (half cybertronian half human) he's been aware of this for decades but won't truly accept it. So using his Chamber of Youth he constantly reverts his body to a time before the cybertronian side of him takes over.

Cut to Season 3's episode 'The Last of Morocco' the Verne Device that powers the chamber has been stolen by Madeline Pynch leaving Morocco with no choice but to succumb to whatever horrors his Cybertronian side has to offer. However his Chamber of Youth still has some residual energy, just enough to send a singular piece of paper back in time to his close friend Jules Verne. And just like in the original episode, Jules refuses to lend Morocco the Verne Device stating 'This is not the man I knew.' Morocco then attempts to destroy the bots, High Tide stopping him with Morocco surrendering shortly after. He then decides to confess about his predicament and as to why he needed the Verne Device to begin with.

Okay cutting to the end of season 3 going on season 4 or else this will end up being waaaayy too long. After a lot of reasoning, persuasion monologues and tears, Morocco has had a change of heart. Becoming similar to the man he once was long ago, before drifting away from his best friend Jules Verne. He's been taught by the bots (mainly Blades surprisingly) and Optimus Prime how to master this new Cybertronian form and eventually decides to scan a vehicle mode. Morocco originally wished to scan a watercraft vehicle like a small submarine or jet ski. But when a high speed pursuit started to get out of control (the suspect on a motorcycle going nearly 150mph and poor Chase physically not capable of such speeds for long periods of time) putting the lives of Chief Burns, Chase and the suspect at risk, Morocco realises this is his opportunity to prove his change and someone must assist. He rushes to the firehouse, telling Cody to inform the Chief that help is on the way.

Rushing back outside, Morocco scans the only vehicle in sight he knows could compete (Yamaha R1) and sets off as fast as possible, trying to keep himself steady. Morocco quickly catches up to Chase and Chief Burns who are struggling to stop the reckless suspect and asks for guidance. The Chief upon recognising Morocco quickly orders him to stop the suspect by any means. Morocco speeds up getting as close to the suspect as possible yelling something along the lines of: "PULL OVER, THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING." in the most robotic, monotonous voice he could create, hoping to sell the illusion he was a machine of some sorts.

Funnily enough this worked and the suspect finally pulled over, intimidated by the driverless motorcycle. Chase and Chief Burns quickly detained the suspect and no lives were lost. Shortly after, Morocco transforms back into bot mode and remembers that he's scanned a motorcycle and is extremely displeased. The Chief thanks Morocco for his assistance and states that the rescue team really could use a high power motorcycle for future pursuits and police escorts. Morocco is puzzled by this statement as they both know he's not exactly fit for a rescue team especially the law enforcement side, Morocco is still struggling to forgive himself for his past mistakes. The Chief then clarifies that Morocco is welcome to assist as a only as a vehicle and perhaps in the future officially join the team, acquire a human partner and become an official rescue bot.

Hi there anon! Oh you have, opened the floodgates. Yes I have quite a few favorite fanfic authors. Especially for Pokemon

First two that come to mind (which admittedly I'm extremely biased to because they are my friends, but also they are just insanely good writers) are @certainvictori and @hayleyb100!

When it comes to fluff and trainshipping (Hop/Victor) then I can't recommend anyone other than certainvictori. Particularly check out Galar High and Legend of The Sword and Shield. Seriously, Victor needs more love in this fandom and CertainVictori provides this in spades with immaculate worldbuilding and fun dialogue.

And if you're looking for an emotional roller coaster packed with amazing headcanons and worldbuilding along with gorgeous art to accompany the writing, please check out Hayley's work! Particularly check out Shattered and Light My Way Alright so moving out of "these people are amazing and I can't believe I'm actually friends with such talented people" moving into some of my favorite RaiLeon/Truerival authors we have bukkunkun and shamusiel. Both are phenomenal at worldbuilding (as you can see, I'm big on worldbuilding.

Bukkun's Secondary Typeverse series is just amazing (it is NSFW for some of the stories, though fair warning) and it covers not only Truerivalshipping, but Originshipping (Steven/Wallace), Nameless/Originalshipping (Blue Oak/Red) and more! It's a full exercise on Pokemon politics, biology, history/mythology and it does not disappoint. Also for those of you who are Raihan stans, the main fics secondary typing and the seas between us (and the storms they bring) are just *chef's kiss*. Like seriously I would take my coffee breaks at work to read this series whenever it updated, it's that good. Shamusiel's Tempest (ongoing, NSFW) and never look away (also NSFW) are really amazing especially for fans of Trans!Leon. They're both non Pokemon AUs but the characters are so in-character that it doesn't even matter than Pokemon don't exist. And the worldbuilding for both stories is amazing and blows me away every time.

And finally moving onto OC/Canon territory *sighs* honestly there's so many people whose writing I admire. It's really hard to not list everyone but for the sake of not making this post obscenely long I'll list just a few

First if you've been in the #champion Leon tag you've probably seen the gorgeous artwork of @carefreejules! Well Jules is not only an excellent artist but a fantastic worldbuilder with The Ties that Bind. I enjoyed her unique approach to the Galar region (not to mention Hoenn rep, YES) and the worldbuilding (as you can see I am a sucker for worldbuilding) and honestly her work inspired me to truly dive into the world of OC/Canon and allowing my trainersona to join the ranks of my other champion OCs. Then there is Mocha aka ShinySkarmorys whose Tales of the Seafarer and the Geologist (warning: some works are mature) is just amazing. Once again, the worldbuilding. If you are looking for a good Hoenn story (and who doesn't love Hoenn) complete with amazing LGBTQIA+ rep and in-universe indigenous communities then I'd suggest reading Mocha's work. Mocha's work, just like Jules has definitely been a big contributor to me joining the OC/Canon community and has definitely influenced some of my own worldbuilding for my Pokeverse Honestly, I could go on but then this post would never end
