Izuku has a hobby of writing analyses about heroes on his blog, he always does his best and puts his whole heart but only gets one or two likes in each post.

Katsuki (his bf) noticed how his childhood friend was sad about it and decided to cheer him up by creating multiple accounts (between 2 and 6, because he couldn’t create more and he’s whipped) only to reply to his analysis with support and praise.

The effect is immediate when Izuku’s face lightens the next morning, and his pride smile shows the recent comments about his analysis, mumbling during hours while ignoring how Katsuki simply pretends to be surprised when he’s just relieved to see his lover regaining color after the dusty gray painting on his breathtaking face.

Obiviously, Izuku will never know that, or only when they’ll be 80 and think about their go lens years, with Katsuki explaining it with a joke and Izuku being shocked and emotional this timeless support.

Bonus: Katsuki asked some of their friends to play the game by creating more accounts and supporting him (under different usernames/ he can also share his old accounts).

My concept is that they had a Thai teacher in kindergarten who introduced her classes to this tradition & they kept it up through MS and HS. Probably bkdk were vaguely aware it wasnt a common tradition but they were used to everyone in their old classes doing it cos their MS had lots of their kindergarten class in it. Everyone in UA was a bit confused but also found it super cute

Another bkdk Valentine's one shot - this one for the hurt/comfort prompt from day 4

This is all about the feels - nightmares lead to late night comfort, cuddles and talking. I made Izuku cry (I'm so sorry) but Kacchan's on it.

Summary:

Even years after the war, Izuku's dealing with some pretty rough nightmares. They came back recently, and they don't seem to be going anywhere. Izuku insists his fine - Katsuki's having none of that. Tear, comfort and emotional conversations ensue. This is more along the lines of emotional intimacy, and can be read platonically.

Excerpt:

Katsuki hears silence, then the soft padding of feet on the ground, behind the wooden door. Hesitance. Then, "Sorry. Nightmare." That's more than he’s got most other nights. "Do you want to talk about it?" "It's okay, Kacchan. Go back to sleep." Katsuki sighs quietly. They can't keep going like this. "Nerd, open the door." Izuku can't keep going like this. "It's okay, really." "No. It's not."

izuku wanted to cook breakfast for them and he thought pancakes would be easier enough to handle but poor izuku who was so anxious (bcs he hasn’t cooked in awhile) burnt the whole pan… so katsuki just cooks breakfast for them instead and from then on, bans izuku from cooking without his supervision pfft and izuku doesn’t mind it bcs he gets to hug kacchan from behind ^_^

Day 24 ~ Sharing Blankets

Building a blanket fort you (age 6) needed extra blankets and who better to ask than your older brother and his boyfriend.

“Kats.” You called out from the living room to your older brother who is hanging out with his boyfriend the cute green haired boy Izuku. “What do you want little girl?” he questioned his red eyes shining with laughter as he takes in the sight before him. You are right in the middle of a blanket fort with your teddy bears scattered all around the floor. “I need extra blankets please.” You asked him nicely with a big toothy grin.

“It looks like you have all the blankets here already.” He said quietly and you giggled as you shook your head. “No I don’t.” you laughed at the silly look he pulled. “Can you please get me more, big brother.” You pleaded and this time Izuku cut Katsuki off. “Of course we can get you more, little lady.” He said with a smile before turning around walking towards Bakugou’s room to take out a few blankets.

“You can’t give into her every demand babe.” Katsuki yelled after Izuku with a grumble as Mitsuki yelled at him to leave you alone. “She is little and wants more blankets let your sister have extra blankets because I know for a fact that you are not using them.” She said smiling at the brown haired girl who looks exactly like her but only with her dads hair colour and charming personality. “Whatever you old hag.” He grumbled walking towards his room to help Izuku.

“Thanks mommy.” You smiled at your mother. “Do you want to stay here with me?” you questioned her pointing at the spot next to you but she only shook her head. “Sorry baby girl but mommy has to go to the store. Maybe Izu and Kats can stay in there with you.” She grinned down at you. “Okay that is fine. I will ask them then mommy.” You started to get up. “Can I please have some Oreos?” you asked her with a toothy grin and she nodded her head yes. “Okay but only five as we are going to eat as soon as I get back from the store.”

“Do you guys wanna stay here with me.” You questioned the boys as they return with blankets galore. Midoriya smiled at you and nodded. “Oh of course. It looks like a lot of fun here.” He said with a grin as you handed him a cookie. “Babe we had plans remember.” Katsuki said looking at his boyfriend with wide eyes gesturing with his head to the door. “Okay but your sister asked if we could stay here. Who am I to deny this cute little thing.” He started tickling your sides and you squealed with laughter your eyes closing as he continued.

“But we…” Midoriya shot a glare at the angry blond making him quickly shut his mouth grumbling about being late as he sat down next to you. You handed him an Oreo and he smiled quickly devouring the cookie before you could change your mind. “Okay guys we have to watch the first of episode of the last season of Haikyuu because I missed it.” You said pulling out your iPad. “We are not watching that volleyball show you like Y/N.” Bakugou said making your bottom lip stick out and Izuku whacked his arm. “We sure can Y/N/N. Your brother is just mad that we are going to be late to this party.”

“We can’t be late it is supposed to be a surprise party for Weird Hair and it would look a bit odd if we aren’t there for the surprise happening.” He started saying. “Aah you do care about your friends Katsuki.” Midoriya teased the blond making him stutter. “I… I most certainly do not. And you know how Mina gets if we are not on time she is going to be on my ass the whole night about it.” Bakugou concluded and you turned to him excitedly. “Is it Kiri’s birthday.” You asked with wide eyes causing Midoriya to giggle at you not so secret crush on the red haired boy.

“It is.” Izuku says smiling at you. “Can I please come. I know it is meant for big kids but I love him so much. And I want to see all your friends again. Please Kats, can I please go. Mommy can come and get me after I see them all.” You pleaded with your big brother. “No.” he said standing up from the blankets. “Please. I promise I will behave” you pleaded again with a questioning smile. “You can come. We just have to make sure with your mommy if it is okay.” Midoriya said.

“Really. I promise you won’t even know that I am there. I just wanna meet the rest of your classmates.” You said smiling at Izuku but the words are meant for Bakugou. Katsuki just made a disagreeing cough making Izuku glare at him for the second time today. Deku knows that you haven’t seen class 3A in a while and it would be fun for you too see them all.

“Fucking fine.” He whispered to the freckled boy making sure you didn’t hear anything. “Let’s call mom and ask if it is okay first.” He grumbled starting to call Mitsuki and you giggled at the look on his face. “Thanks Izu. I am going to get ready.” You said running up the stairs so that you can put on the red dress that Kirishima said he liked once. As Bakugou returned he looked around. “Where is the little brat?” “She is changing.” Izuku said looking at him expectantly. “So…” “She can come for an hour then my mom is going to pick her up for food and then a nap.” “Okay I am ready to go.” You smiled at the boys as they turned their heads to you. “Oh my goodness you look so cute. Doesn’t she look cute baby?” Izuku looked at Katsuki expectedly and he just nodded his head grumbling yeah. “Ok come on slow pokes we don’t have all day.” Bakugou said as he walked towards the front door. “And you.” He said pointing at Midoriya. “Once we get back to the doors it you and I.” He said causing the blushing boy to nod with a sneaky grin, knowing he is going to be in for one hell of a night.

Since the BNHA manga has ended, I've had a lot of feelings. Mostly good, to be honest. I'm happy that Horikoshi sensei did not make any canon ships but left things open ended yet promising. Still though, the idea of Katsuki contributing large portions of his salary toward Deku's high tech support suit is super fucking romantic. BKDK canon and nothing can change my mind!
