Who Should do Daily Stretching Exercise
Everyone can benefit from daily stretching exercises, but some people may benefit more than others. Here are some people who should especially consider incorporating daily stretching into their routine:
People who are sedentary: If you sit at a desk all day, your muscles can become tight and inflexible. Stretching can help to improve your range of motion and reduce your risk of developing muscle pain or injury.
People who are active: Athletes and other active people can also benefit from stretching. Stretching can help to improve their performance and reduce their risk of injury.
People with chronic pain: Stretching can help to reduce pain and improve function in people with chronic conditions such as back pain, arthritis, and fibromyalgia.
People who are recovering from an injury: Stretching can help to speed up recovery from injuries and improve range of motion.
People who are pregnant: Stretching can help to relieve pain and discomfort during pregnancy and prepare the body for childbirth.
People of all ages: Stretching is a great way to improve flexibility and range of motion at any age. It is especially important for older adults to stay flexible to maintain their independence and prevent falls.
If you are new to stretching, it is important to start slowly and gradually increase the amount of time you spend stretching each day. You should also listen to your body and stop if you feel any pain.

Here are some tips for stretching properly:
Warm up your muscles before stretching. You can do this by walking, jogging, or doing some light calisthenics.
Breathe deeply and relax your muscles.
Start with your major muscle groups, such as your hamstrings, quads, and shoulders.
Hold each stretch for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Don't bounce or force a stretch.
Listen to your body and stop if you feel any pain.
Cool down after stretching by walking or doing some light cardio.
If you are new to stretching, you can start with a simple routine that includes stretches for your hamstrings, quads, shoulders, and neck. As you get more flexible, you can add more stretches to your routine.
Stretching is a great way to improve your overall health and well-being. It is a simple, yet effective way to reduce pain, improve your range of motion, and boost your mood. So make stretching a part of your daily routine and reap the benefits!

the whole batman muscle debate really makes no sense and i think it’s colored by steroids’ influence on our cultural perception of what fit/muscular ‘should’ look like. i know ben affleck looked like an absolute beefcake in bvs and good for him! however in reality those kinds of overly-defined veiny muscles only come from excessive exercise, steroid use, and dehydrating yourself. it makes no practical sense for bruce to be excessively exercising, because he gets all his exercise in his nightlife. it makes no practical sense for him to be on steroids, not because steroids are expensive (billionaire), but because they wipe out your endurance. a lot of these super jacked dudes will do showy workouts for their tiktoks but in reality can only do the bare minimum working out before they’re absolutely wiped, especially with cardio, which seems rather necessary for batman as a concept. and it makes no practical sense for him to dehydrate himself because again, you can’t function as well. sure, you ‘look great’ (if you’re vince mcmahon i guess cough cough) but it’s not realistic. and anyway, if bruce wayne was 8 feet tall and 400 lbs of solid muscle don’t you think having a secret identity would seem. i dunno a little superfluous?

I’m officially going back to work on Saturday <3
#just a two hour lunch cover. just to see if my knee can handle it or will try to kill me for standing for that long#but it feels like a big step. it feels massive to trust my knee like that again#gotta make sure i do all my exercises between now & then lol to make sure it’s as strong as it needs to be#but god i hate doing squats. i haaaate iiiiiittttttt#i hate doing the lateral band walk even more though. can i tell you a secret? i’ve skipped it the past couple of days#just couldn’t handle it on top of my lunges and my squats and standing on one knee on top of a pillow and swaying side to side to shift#my balance from leg to leg……. and the towel thing which is supposed to be strengthening my shitty vmo#and i thought the calf stretch was bad. BRO. i do the calf stretch ~240 times a day now. 120 per leg#the other night i woke up with one of those really bad cramps in my calf and i did the calf stretch and it went away#anyway. if anyone has any advice for doing squats when it feels like your kneecap may fall off if you do a squat; let me know#also let me know if you have any advice for doing a job where you have to stand and walk and stuff the whole time. and your knee feels like#it’s going to fall off. i am kind of freaking out ngl#i think i’m just going to dose myself up on painkillers; wear my brace and just do it#for god’s sake the assistant manager literally needs a knee replacement and she proceeds. i don’t need a knee replacement. i must be fine#personal

Release back pain
Exercise can be helpful in relieving and preventing lower back pain. Here are some exercises that can be beneficial:
Pelvic tilt: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Tighten your abdominal muscles and press your lower back into the ground. Hold for 5 seconds and release.
Knee-to-chest stretch: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Bring one knee up to your chest and hold for 15-30 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.
Bird dog: Start on your hands and knees. Lift your right arm and left leg straight out, keeping your back straight. Hold for a few seconds and then switch sides.
Bridge: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips up toward the ceiling, squeezing your glutes. Hold for a few seconds and then lower back down.
Cat-cow stretch: Start on your hands and knees. Arch your back up like a cat and then lower it down like a cow. Repeat several times.
Cobra pose: Lie on your stomach with your hands under your shoulders. Press up through your hands, lifting your chest and arching your back. Hold for a few seconds and then lower back down.
Child's pose: Kneel on the ground and stretch your arms forward, lowering your forehead to the mat. Hold for several seconds.
Remember to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your exercises. If you experience pain or discomfort during any exercise, stop and consult with a medical professional.

oh *now* she wants me to see a doctor about my joints doing things joints don't normally do.
bit late ma.
#i mean i do need to see a doctor about it but like#i needed to see one maybe when my joints first started being painful when they'd go out of place#when i was a teenager and under her care#but you know what do i know i'm a hypochondriac liar who is dramatic to make shit about myself because i'm self-centered#so unless it's their idea it's dumb and i'm lying or making it up#like she wasn't complicit in getting me back into long distance running training as fast as she could#or yelling at me for wearing my knee stabilizing brace too much when it would hurt#or telling me i wouldn't have so many problems if i exercised more or stretched better or took better care of myself because all my problem#are obviously connected to my weight and not anything else#and certainly walking on recently dislocated joints wasn't actually the problem because i was somehow making up or exaggerating that my kne#which was visibly 2x the size of the other one at the time - was painful to walk on#'i just looked up sternum dislocation are you seeing a doctor?'#YOU MEAN I SHOULD SEE A DOCTOR IF MY BONES ARE OUT OF PLACE ON THE REGULAR GOSH MOM THAT'S A NOVEL IDEA#WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT#it's almost like when you do a google search of 'hey my bones are out of place why is that?' one of the main things that comes up is#genetic connective tissue disorders that might affect more than just one person in a family#like. like i just. I WOULDN'T NEED A CANE OR WRIST BRACES AND KNEE BRACES IF I'D BEEN TAKEN TO A DOCTOR WHEN SHIT GOT WHACK THE FIRST TIME#THIS IS YOUR FAULT MA

Title: How to stretch the knee with a wall (great for swelling!)
Today I want to show you how to use a wall to help you stretch your knee. This is very helpful for stretching and elevating the knee after a knee surgery.
First you sit next to a wall on the floor or on a bed. Lie down on your back and at the same time put your legs onto the wall.
To straighten the knee, use your hands to help push the knee straight. Hold the stretch for as long as you could tolerate. Put the legs down to rest. Repeat for 3 sets.
To bend the knee, slide your feet down the wall with the help of gravity. If you could tolerate it, you could even put the other leg’s ankle on top of the leg that you are stretching for a more intense stretch. Hold the stretch for as long as you could tolerate. Put the legs down to rest. Repeat for 3 sets.
All footages used in this video are obtained from either Storyblocks or original footage.
Disclaimer: Please consult your local doctor or physical therapist before attempting these exercises. These exercises are specific to my needs and are what work for me. You are responsible for any injury that might occur while attempting these exercises.

Hey: if you're in your thirties and "need an exit strategy" to get up off the ground, or your joints are achy in your 20s.....
DO SOME EXERCISES.
This is not a normal thing (in the sense that it's "inevitable" and unavoidable), especially in your 20s (I cannot yet speak about thirties, but from my understanding from people around me, this isn't inevitable from your third decade). Please I am begging you, your experiences are not universal to the experience of being a young adult, just do some stretching and exercises and you'll feel way better. You can stretch and do basic exercises at home, easily.
(obviously if you're doing a lot of physical labor, then that changes things, but most people saying this seem to be in jobs that don't require it or are quite sedentary. I also know that there are people out there with medical conditions that make their joints achy or other physical ailments that can't be solved/alleviated to that extent with stretching; this is not directed at either of those groups of people)

Whyyyyyy is my quad lag back
#i am god’s mistake. i think#i should absolutely go back to physio but oh my god i don’t want to#i will feel like i’m completely going back to square one. also my pain tolerance is absolutely shot to hell i know it is#when i started physio last year i’d literally Just dislocated my knee so i was like ‘yeah attack me with a massage gun whatever’#i Know i can’t handle it anymore. i can’t#i’m going to start doing my physio exercises again but hardcore. three times a day and extra reps#i’ve only cut out the ones that don’t do anything to me anymore. like forced knee extensions#i can straighten out my knee now. i don’t need to put my foot on a chair and press down#i’ve also added in foam roller and tennis ball massage. i might add in pushups even though those are mostly for my crappy wrists#and i need to add in some running stretches because the only ones i really do are butt kicks#i’m actually glad i did all my old exercises again today. it reminds me how much i’ve recovered#sometimes i feel like i’m right back at square one. but then i realise that calf stretches used to be really painful and now they’re not#and i used to not be able to put weight on my right leg when it was fully straight and now i can stand on Just my right leg#while wobbling around on a cushion as well. like i don’t have to be on the ground#i just am in PAIN all the TIME and my quad lag is back. WHY IS MY QUAD LAG BACK#we couldn’t even figure out why i had a quad lag in the first place.. why’s it back#i could go to a different physiotherapist. 🧐 i mean don’t get me wrong i liked my old physiotherapist but she’s.. intense#and also expensive. i wonder how long the nhs physio’s waitlist is#or i could go to that place a friend of a friend told me about#i just feel like i want to be looked at by someone who doesn’t know my whole medical history and see what they think is going on. tbh#personal

Gah- that pink bow has my heart😵‍💫 cw: smut, STEPCEST, DUB-CON, creampie, sex marathon?, phone sex? Double penetration, p in v, breeding kink, pregnancy kink, cheating, marriage, tell me if I missed any.
For a second, he forgot how to breathe, his knees weak and fingers twitching, his cheeks flushed with the joy he felt. Your little confession riled him up, your sweet tears and pout gave him the hardest erection he’d ever lived. Sweet, innocent words that would’ve seemed blasphemous to any other, sounded erotic, making his blood boil and arousal simmer under his skin. It worked through his body with tight and rushing pleasure, pumping blood down to his engorged cock and heavy balls.
“I want you,” sealed the deal, commanding his body to pound you into your bed, make you forget you ever had a life without him - he promised it.
And promised he did, he fucked you all day, pressing you down on your bed, folding you in half as keened loudly. The bed creaked and the wooden headboard slamming into the wall behind it with every rock of his hips, fingers gripping your soft bedsheets and toes curling over his shoulder. You were stuck beneath him until the time he knew your mother would be back, taking every moment he had to watch his cock push in you and back out with a ring of cum and slick around his thick cock.
At first, he took you alone, slamming into your while you mewled out, your sweet sounds reaching the hungry ears of your neighbour on the phone. König had called Horangi in a blur, his mirth infectious, making Horangi happy, chuckling out praises to you and giving his word that he’d come by after his exercise at the gym. Your stepdad kept his friend on the phone, the Korean wearing EarPods during his whole course, working out with his cock throbbing and pushing against his shorts.
An hour in, waking up after you passed out in pleasure, eyes rolled to the back of your head in white pleasure, Horangi made himself home, naked and kneeling between your thighs. You let out a surprised moan, back arching when he drove his tongue inside your twitching hole, his thumb rolling your sensitive clit. He took his take taking you apart, watching you flay and cream all over him, covering is face with slick.
Near delirious and body oversensitive, you felt them push into you, softly alternating between both cocks stuffing your stretched cunt. You were trapped between them, body pushed back and fourth, feeling them fill you up, bottoming out, balls slapping the other man, pulling out to the tip and slamming back in. You bucked your hips, chasing their cocks, nails digging into Horangi’s shoulder, gasping and moaning with your legs spread open by König’s hands.
“I’ll marry you, ja, Schatz?” König growled, pumping you full of cum, womb stuffed full with his and Horangi’s charged load. “Breed you and make you mine.”
“Fuck, I can’t wait to suck your tits,” Horangi couldn’t stop himself from agreeing, mind conjuring every image of your swollen stomach and wobbling walk. “Drink your sweet milk.”
“Do you want that, Schnucki?”
All you could do was nod, throat sore from screaming and body limp in your stepfather’s arms, your eyes were heavy chest puffing with loud, exhausted breaths. You liked their idea, marrying, breeding, becoming theirs, perhaps their delusions finally got to you.
