Has anyone read the 'royal elite series' by Rina Kent?? I've just finished 'Vicious Prince' - Teal & Ronan's book. I loveeee the four horsemen and I didn't think I would. Don't get me wrong they are highly questionable but they got me out of a slump so I'm forever grateful. Also what i love about the books is the fact each of them talks about serious topics and are completely different. It really shows that people aren't always what you think they are.

orion was raised & kept incredibly sheltered by his father, which started out as an act of protectiveness since orion had been a very sick child but it soon spiralled into a form of abuse & control. orion is incredibly innocent & isolated when it comes to most things, which puts him at a major disadvantage for the young prince who just wants to live his life.

levi was raised in the foster system in the states, bouncing around from house to house. he ran away when he was sixteen & managed to find a car that he lived out of for a while until he had saved up enough money from his job to fly over to the u.k. he made up a back story that he was a millionaires son & managed to technically scam his way into a high end prestigious university. he began to live a better life, socially at least. he went on trips & partied, never paying for it — always able to somehow brush off his inability to pay & inconsistencies in his made up backstory.

atlas was born to his neglectful mother from a relationship when she was young. he grew up without many friends, finding himself isolated because of his mother & inability to really socialise. he experienced a lot of bullying throughout his childhood but he never really took it to heart. when he was a teenager, he formed a band & began producing music, eventually becoming a mildly successful band around where he lived. his band was suddenly thrown into fame when it was discovered that atlas was the son of a prince, something that atlas was equally as surprised to learn but he soon formed a close bond with his father, eventually getting over his resentment of the man when he learnt that his father had never known of his existence.

antown was born to politician, richard thompson. they were raised to be an exact copy of their father. when they were thirteen, their brother, issac was born & antown quickly took on the role of raising issac with little complaint. they experienced a lot of abuse at richard's hands which led them to drug use at an early age. their addiction continued throughout their adolescence & into their adulthood. they lived incredibly closeted, hiding their sexuality & gender identity from the world, leading to them just growing even more unhappier. one day, antown hired a new assistant & over the course of a few short years, antown fell head over heels in love with manny, their assistant. when manny discovered he was a prince, antown stood by him & even ended up getting themself disowned from the thompson family by their father for leaving & marrying manny.
