Terrified. Also overjoyed. But mostly terrified. 

He’s a soldier. Captain of the 501st, the most….adventurous of the GAR. His chances of dying on the battlefield and leaving his SO behind are higher than the average clone

And now he may leave behind his child? His kid may grow up without a father

He gets nervous. Anxious and antsy, and it's very VERY easy for Anakin to figure out Rex isn’t entire OK

Rex doesn’t even need to tell Anakin.

Skywalker takes one look at him and just KNOWS.

“Congrats, Rex.” “...on what, sir?” “If it's a boy, name him after me.” “WHAT!?”

Ahsoka needs to be told and she’s more excited than Rex when she finds out. 

“Come on Rex! Name them after me! The republic needs an Ahsoka jr!” “And if the baby is a boy?” “Don’t name them after skyguy, please!”

Most of the 501st don't know. Too many people knowing raises the chance of less accepting individuals knowing. And if that happens, Rex, his SO and his baby may be in danger.

It’s forbidden for the clones to have SO’s, not to mention babies. It could end with Rex being decommissioned or reconditioned if it was found out he had both

Rex will visit and help as much as he can every chance he gets. He feels terrible for leaving his SO for long stretches of time during the pregnancy. 

He WANTS to be there…he just can’t. Not while the war was going on

Despite his terror, Rex is…overjoyed

He didn’t think children were possible for him. He knew it could happen, but he didn’t think HE would ever know this happiness

The first time he feels his baby move in his SO, he’d get this sweetest smile on his face. He’ll kiss the baby bump and just murmur words of love in mando’a

He falls head-over-heels in love all over again

As the due date approaches, Anakin asks an important question

“Captain, I need to know when your baby might be born.” “...why, sir?” “Because I need to know when to take extended leave.”

Anakin tells Padme, and she is beyond sweet. Even visits Rex’s SO and the two have a wonderful friendship

All in all, Rex is both excited and anxious. But having so much support from Anakin, Ahsoka and Padme (and his other brothers who find out much later) helps him a lot

Wolffe

More relaxed. And by relaxed I mean he hides his anxiety better. And it doesn’t exactly hit him as hard

Partly because Plo Koon and the entire Wolfpack knows about his relationship already. 

So you bet your ass the pack celebrates when Wolffe tells them he's going to be a father

Plo Koon especially is excited

“How wonderful, new life being born during times of war” “I’m not naming my child after you, general Plo.” “Nonsense! The child will be a girl.”

During battle, Wolffe finds himself being protected by his brothers and General a tad more

At first he writes it off as a coincidence, but then Boost lets slip during a battle “You gotta get back to your little one!”

He gives his men a bit of a lecture. He’s not incapable of fighting or defending himself. He thinks the message gets across but Plo chimes in with, “Ah yes, the stern words of a father already!”

Wolffe would probably see his SO more frequently than Rex. Just because Plo would more than likely spend more time on Coruscant.

He’s definitely protective. As in, waking up in the middle of the night to check all the windows, protective. Keeping an arm around his SO, protective. Every symptom or sign of discomfort he calls a medical droid, protective.

He’s not stupid, he is well aware that by having an SO and a child on the way he's in violation of several rules. All of which, when broken, would have him decommissioned

But dammit, he's not letting that happen. Wolffe will be there for his SO and his baby, no matter what

Since he’s able to spend more time with his SO, he’s there to feel the first movements of his baby.

It sort of causes him to short-circuit for a second. It hits him that yes, this is a life that he and his SO both created. Out of love.

Wolffe makes a swear that he’s going to protect his baby at all costs

Grandpa Plo does as well, but the Wolfpack doesn’t know that

Fox (kinda angst)

First of all congratulations to the SO for actually managing to be Fox’s SO

They got to be something special for the head of Palpatine’s personal guard to break rules and regulations and find himself an SO

Speaking of Palpatine, congratulations to Fox! Your SO is now in even more danger!

No, seriously. Palpatine knows before Fox. No one knows how, but he knows.

And he absolutely will use Fox’s SO as leverage to keep him under control

And Fox knows this, so he behaves. More so than usual.

He’s not blind. Hes fiercely loyal to the republic, but one step out of line and the (very few) things he cares about will be killed

Which…is why Fox may come across as cold or uninterested when his SO informs him of their pregnancy

A part of him is terrified, he just won’t show it

He’s not going to be more affectionate or anything. He actually acts pretty normal. Which is standoffish.

Despite his…demeanor, he actually manages to be present for the entirety of the pregnancy. It helps being a Coruscant guard, which means he’s more present than all the other clones.

He’s not moving mountains or anything, but he’ll get snacks in the middle of the night in case of cravings

No one else knows about Fox and his SO. not even his own men. He refuses to tell anyone. 

Its for his SO’s protection

But Palpatine, the sick fuck, slips some words to get Fox’s nerves into overdrive

“This war is taking such a toll. So many dead children…so many grief stricken parents” “Sir?” “Oh nothing. Just stating the fact that the loss of an innocent life, such as…a baby, is always a tragedy. Wouldn’t you agree, commander?”

He found himself walking home a bit faster that day and hugs his SO a little tighter that night

Fox cares, in his own way. He’s just beyond stressed and anxious. But you wouldn’t know. He hides it behind a mask. 

It's actually Padme that finds out. And she feels somewhat bad for Fox. She thinks his anxiety comes from the fact that clones aren't allowed SO’s or children

Which, it is, but theres the added threat of fucking Palpatine.

She ends up getting him to tell her the truth and she swears to secrecy. Even offers to hire his SO as some sort of assistant, if only so Fox can be closer to his SO

Hear me out, he actually breaks down when he feels the baby move. He can’t fully handle it anymore and shuts down. 

This is a baby. His baby. They're alive and already so loved.

Something in him clicks and he accepts Padme’s help. 

His terror gets easier, ever so slightly. But he keeps his collected and calm front.

Cody

“General Kenobi-” “Ah! Commander Cody! Congratulations!”

Cody is a tad more relaxed than Rex, but more tense than Wolffe

He knows Kenobi isn’t going to punish him or force him back to Kamino for decommissioning, he’s still a little on guard.

But, since Kenobi knows, Anakin does. So does Ahsoka. Which means Rex knows.

More people in the 501st know than in the 212th which gives him the biggest headache

Waxer knows though. Cody had to tell someone that wasn’t a sarcastic general

He does a good job hiding his worry though

Cody is able to spend about the same amount of time as Rex with his SO

He doesn’t feel as bad as Rex when it comes to the lack of presence he has during the pregnancy

It's war. It sucks and he’d prefer to be there for his SO, but he’d also prefer SO and child have freedom from the separatists

I will say, he is pretty attentive when he isn’t off in space.

Foot rubs, shoulders massages, helping with cravings

One thing Cody does is that he’ll wrap his arms under his SO’s baby bump and lift it slightly, giving his SO’s back some relief

He really loves to do this because his SO just melts

Hear me out, Cody gets giggly when he feels the baby move/kick the first time

His palm is on the bump and he feels that first little flutter against his hand

404 Commander Cody has his amygdala broken from joy. Reboot?

He’ll actually tell Kenobi about it because he’s so happy.

He’s told Echo before the first hour. Rex knew within 2 hours.

Fives is BEYOND over the moon

He gets this small smile on his face that just doesn’t go away

Whenever he’s not with his SO, he definitely calls them every day. He wants updates on the little one

Also, seeing his SO with a baby bump? Unlocks something inside his brain.

Fives is incredibly horny when he’s with his SO. He’ll be rubbing their middle and getting a puppy dog look in his eye.

Only if his SO is in the mood of course! He’d never try and be forceful

He’s probably the clone that takes the distance the hardest. He debates taking a ship and making a run for Coruscant on more than one occasion.

In the end he settles to ask Anakin for extended leave.

Anakin is also extremely happy for Fives. Like with Rex, he makes a “name the baby after me” joke

Fives brings that up to his SO and nearly gets smacked. He also makes a “Fives jr.” joke and actually does get smacked.

When Fives feels the baby kick, he gets high on happiness. Actual mumbling incoherent words of love and affection in Mando’a

Lots and lots of “Ni kar'tayl gar darasuum”

He also gets very VERY affectionate with his SO

Kisses his SO’s face a lot. Even as a greeting, he’ll just start peppering their cheeks with pecks

Also probably the only one ballsy enough to ASK his general for extended leave

“Excuse me, general Skywalker? I’ll need to take leave at this date.” “Oh, yea sure. You know what? That seems like a good time for all the men to take a break. Thanks, Fives.”

He’s also probably the only one ballsy enough to actually take his new born baby onto a fucking battleship to introduce everyone.

“This is your uncle Rex. This is your uncle Echo and your uncle Tup. That's your auntie Ahsoka!” “Fives what the FUCK are you doing?!” “Introducing the family, captain.”

The Dark implications of the Paris Special ending

Ok so we all saw the special and we kind of all figured out that basically Shadybug and Claw Noir were child soldiers tasked by the Supreme with retrieving the Butterfly miraculous so that they would be "spared", right?

So, does that mean the Supreme personally contacted them, or knows where they live and their identities? Meaning that now they'll be hunted down for becoming heroes and joining the resistance? Does that means the Supreme will go after their families? Or will send other holders after them?

Does it implies that now Emonette and Emodrien will have to go underground or something?

I could see them revealing themselves to Betterfly and him to them and they would become some sort of family, as Emodrien and Gabriel are already son and father and Emodrien will most likely date Emonette.

But that could complicate things further, if Emodrien is hunted, then Gabriel isn't probably safe as a civilian now, he could be captured to keep Emodrien in line or something.

Suddently I feel their problems just got bigger now, sure Shadybug and Claw Noir now are good heroes and their powers won't kill them anymore, but well their lives are about to get changed a lot, given Shadybug's fear at going back knowing the Supreme won't like that they defected.

So it could definitely be explored again in the future maybe, given they clearly aren't done fighting.

I must wonder if the Supreme use a miraculous himself, maybe the Rabbit or Horse for instant teleportation and safety anywhere? Or the Fox to have illusions anywhere and everywhere? Or the Snake to always have second chances?

Speaking of which, why did the Supreme gave Emonette and Emodrien the miraculouses when he usually gives them to the elites he keeps close to himself? Because he couldn't afford losing said elites but 2 random, angry and bitter goth kids? Sure, no problems. He doesn't tell them that they could use their kwamis for a wish since he overrided that, and that using their powers for evil would kill them in the long run, so he probably thought that they could accomplish their missions and still die from the after effects of their miraculouses after telling them they would be spared, and well he would probably spare them simply to watch them die slowly from the misuse of their powers and gloating about it as they die or something maybe?

Emonette realised it after failing to make the wish, she was dying from her powers, and was beyond scared and sad and broken at seeing how much she's fallen. She even said that getting the Butterfly back was all they had left. We were literally watching 14 years old teenagers slowly die during most of the special, people! Give those kids all the hugs, love and protection of the world please.

But the implications are dark and evil and damn I am so scared for those kids, and also that good Gabriel.

So we need another episode with them. Heck can we have the rest of the series with them please? I need to see Emonette befriending Alya and Emodrien, Nino. Need them to be the quad squad under daddy Betterfly and stuff, being a lil happy family fighting against the corruption of the Supreme in their world.

SPOILERS AHEAD FOR THE TEEN WOLF MOVIE:

Ok so first of all, the Nogitsune's "divine move" didn't make any sense, wtf was that? They broke all the rules. You can't be a fox and a wolf

Then, there's the lousy excuse for Stiles and Lydia breaking up. The hell. I don't even ship them, but like NO. What, it was too hard to say that he was on an important FBI mission? Losers

Liam, Mason, Hikari, Jackson? What were yall doing here? What purpose did you serve my dudes? I freaking love Liam, and I was so excited for Hikari, and then they give us this. They barely even talked.

I was so confused during the entire movie, I didn't know whether or not Chris and Melissa were still a thing??

It wasn't explained properly enough that Malia was actually kind of Eli's aunt/cousin/sibling, like it took me a while to figure out he had grown up in her presence

Btw who tf is Eli's mom??? When they started mentioning Harris I was like oh we're probably gonna see Jennifer again right it's all linked, she came right before the Nogitsune it would make sense that she has something to do with his return and maybe she's also Eli's mom, like it was the most logical explanation if we think of the timeline but no, nope, Eli just doesn't have a mom!

Also what was Harris doing here? And the acting of the guy who plays him was weird (sorry to hate but not sorry it was really bad)

Allison coming back to stay just ruined her previous departure

They should have implied Thiam was a thing not give Liam a f*cking girlfriend

The way Allison came back was laughable

Why did they have to make Malia and Parrish a thing they interacted like twice

The random swearing every five minutes just because they could put it there smh

The way they explained Eli's reluctance to transforming being trauma and then Derek doing just the thing that traumatized Eli in order for him to transform and it working???

I'm so sad and disappointed we didn't see more Malia/Derek interactions it would have been f*king hilarious

Last but not least, Derek. Derek dying, after everything that he'd been through. After all the abuse and years of fighting. They pulled an Enzo St. John fr. Derek dying in the same way his entire family died. Burned alive. And the writers being like "Yeah but look it's okay he became a true alpha" IDGAF. HE PROBABLY DIDN'T GAF EITHER. MY DUDE WANTED TO LIVE. HE WANTED TO RAISE HIS KID. AND THEN HE DIES AND ALLISON AND SCOTT JUST KISS LOVINGLY LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED, LIKE ELI ISN'T CRYING ON THE GROUNG TRAUMATIZED AFTER WATCHING HIS FATHER BURN TO DEATH?!?! Also Malia was the one who had the most appropriate reaction like thank you for being the only one to be shocked and crying, queen. Your cousin deserved better

im not the other anon but ig when compared to other characters kevin can come off as a coward. and i do think "Kevin is a coward" and "it's completely normal for kevin to be afraid of riko" can exist at the same time.

but when pitted against neil for example. i can see see how kevin might seem that way. neil does run away from his father, but ultimately, he only really does that while under the control of his mother. Neil explicitly doesn't want to keep running. and stops very soon after his mom is dead and she can no longer force him to. and the decision does frighten him, I mean he has panic attacks about it, but he keeps doing it despite that. he plans to stay even before Andrew offers him protection, so he doesn't need that crutch like kevin does.

neil also isn't afraid of riko, even when he should be or when he's literally torturing him. he's not afraid of tetsuji either. or even really ichirou. even scenes with his father and lola, I mean he says lola looks like a whore to her face when she's about to torture him 💀 he says "fuck you" to his father when he threatens to cut the tendons in his legs. and he does try and fight Nathan and the others like he punches lola in the throat 😭 I'm just kinda listing of neils actions, but hopefully it makes sense? like I'm not saying neil is always unaffected or unafraid cause its not true, but he has more bravery than I think most ppl do cuz i know I wouldn't be cursing out these ppl if I was face to face with them.

and when we see compare Kevin's behavior to that a lot of it can come off as cowardice.

I think the real problem is seeing coward as a bad thing to be. which maybe sometimes it is. but it seems odd for the fandom to say "oh it's okay to be afraid" and then act like it's an insult to call Kevin a coward. its not bad if he is one. it's just a personality trait, it doesn't make him a bad person. I don't think anyone who calls Kevin a coward is attempting to make some moral judgement of his character, they're just noting a personality trait they observed in him.

Ok the problem is that a lot of people who call Kevin a cowerd ARE making moral judgements of his character; Kevin is rightfully afraid of riko and a literal Yakuza; he grows up in the nest where Neil spent two weeks and as further more traumatized; a lot of people don't take that into Consideration . Kevin not spouting up insults like Neil is not cowardance. he can keep his temper in check; neil is being hypocritical too cause like as u said his mom abused him yet he loves her ; and Kevin grew up with riko and still sees him as a brother figure; that's normal not to mention Neil is afraid of his father and think Kevin is coward. for Kevin his fear is riko. I think it all depends on what you think bravery is; Neil can't keep his temper in check and all his roasts and "bravery" has had awful consequences a lot of times. if Kevin was really coward he wouldn't tell Neil to run away while in the middle of season once he found out his identity knowing game would be at risk; he still offered to talk to Neil about riko when he's rightfully terrified and had a panic attack after seeing him. He never gave up on exy learned to play with his other hand and in the end he manages to stand up to riko; and beats him. It just pisses me off when Kevin's characters good traits are all ignored in favor of him being labeled as a spinless coward ; when that's not the case. Bravery is not only shit talking or knife swinging to me. And I hate the world coward generally; he's traumatized just as much as the other foxes and other than his rightful fear of riko and actual Yakuza he's not a coward and in the end he does stand up to him/them so he's not even a coward anymore. It shouldn't be such a large part of Kevin's description in the end at least ; by that logic jean is also a coward? And I've never seen someone call him that badly over the years.🤷

Eris Vanserra x Reader

Summary: Its autumn court tradition to give your mate a fox kit before your ceremony. after years of knowing the Vanserra’s a mating bond snaps between the Autumn Heir and a well known smoke hound breeder

     “Mate.” The words ring out through her head startling when a hand settles on her shoulder. It jolts the younger Fae out of her stupor turning to look at the lady of autumn who had placed her hand on her shoulders. Y/N risks a glance over to her father and the high lord each wearing a large smile. A mating bond was a absolute way to bring the families together 

     “Well that settles one of the things we came here to discuss Thorne.” Beorn claps a hand on Thorne’s shoulder. Both Eris and Y/N’s eyes widened; so the Vanserras weren’t here to just look at purchasing a puppy their fathers were getting together to finish a marriage contract. Y/N turns her eyes back towards Eris as he looks between the highlord and her father, apparently he had no idea about this meeting either. The natural instinct to bolt starts to well up in the young fae, but the gentle smoky brush against her mental shield stops her. She naturally lowers her mental walls to her mothers prodding. 

     “Don’t bolt. I know you want to run but don’t. It will be ok.” Her mothers soothing voice comforts her. Demanti are rare but it was a gift that Y/N shared with her mother a way for them to communicate without those around them hearing. 

     “I don’t know what to do Mother.” she responds to her through the link

     “It will be ok love.”  she crooned.

     “Well then It seems I have things I need to acquire. Father, Lord L/N I hope you don’t mind if I miss breakfast, I should be back in time to join you on your hunt.” Eris voice pulls Y/N back to the situation at hand not realizing that Eris had moved closer towards her 

     “Do what you must, Eris.” Beorn nodded at his son, your father simply nodding along 

     “Well then” Eris turns towards me, taking a hold of one of her hands to place a kiss on the back of her hand “ I will see you later, my Mate.”

     He lets go of her hand and turns towards the other two males.

     “Father, Lord L/N.” with a stiff nod to the older Fae he takes a step away from her and winnows away 

     “I think breakfast should be ready,shall we move to the dining room?” her mother turned and addressed the group; breaking the uncomfortable silence that had grown after the lordling had winnowed away.

     “That sounds lovely, Charis. Thorne shall we; we have much to discuss.” Beorn gestures towards the door. Thorne gives a nod before leading the way out of the kennels. 

     Y/N follows out after the group exits making a quick stop at one of the kennels. She typically cycled which of her hounds stayed with her for the night. Each of her beloved hounds had their own personalities Ramiel was no exception. Named after the sacred mountain of her mothers home court, Ramiel was her first hound and from most everyone's perspective the most spoiled. Y/N opens the kennel and quickly leashes the hound leading her out of her  assigned kennel. 

     “I know you were upset about having to come back here last night.” She kneels down next to the hound giving the hound gentle scratches behind the ear. “So you get to have your day today ok; so I need you to stop growling at everyone. The High Lord and his family are here; I need you to be on your best behavior. Ok”

     Y/N stands and leads Ramiel towards the door and towards the house. It wasn't uncommon in the nobles to have smoke hounds running around the home. They were a sign of wealth and the more you have the better. So Y/N bringing Ramiel into the hound wouldn’t get her in trouble and it would keep the spoiled pup happy. When she sneaks into the dinning room everyone else has apparently just been seated, no one bats an eye as she unclips the lead and lets Ramiel off to wander the room where she settles on one of the several dog beds lining the room. Y/N takes the open seat next to her mother across from the Lady of Autumn.

     It is almost like she is underwater as the food is served. She can hear her parents talking with Beorn and his wife but can’t really make out what they are saying. Going off of the wide smile on her fathers face and the one on Beorns, they are probably discussing the impending mating ceremony between her and Eris. It's hard for Y/N to bring herself to eat the wonderful breakfast that has been placed in front of her. It is like her head is in a fog; the mating bond had sent a shockwave through her system. It also didn’t help that she was working on zero sleep; Maybe if she was rested it wouldn’t feel like her whole world had been flipped on its head. 

     Yes she knew Eris but it was only on a surface level. So far the only thing that she knew they had in common was their love of their smoke hounds. However the mating bond did explain several things for her. It explained her violent emotions when Eris had been engaged to Morrigan; and it explained Eris behavior towards other males whenever they attend the same balls. He always had a habit of running suitors off including his own brothers, it could have been the mating bond acting out before it snapped.

      Still Y/N nodded along to the conversations still not fully aware of what was being discussed, but soon the plates were taken and tea was set in front of them. It becomes obvious to her that at least the males are waiting for Eris to return so that they can start their hunt. Time seems to drag but in reality only two hours have passed. At one point Ramiel stood from her dog bed and made her way over to Y/N sitting beside her chair, laying her slender head in Y/N's lap. The familiar weight is a comfort to the young Fae. Y/N absentmindedly pets her furry companion while gazing down at her cup.

     “Y/N.” Thorne’s voice pulls Y/N back to the present 

     “Yes. Sorry.” Y/N stumbles for a bit missing whatever had been discussed “Sorry the lack of sleep is starting to mess with me.” 

     “That is okay I know you have been up for a full day. We were wondering which hounds we should bring with us today?” Her father ever the patient man explains to her 

     “Well Bellatrix, Khalid and Ramiel are out, but the rest of mine are good as are all of your hounds father. That gives you nine which should be sufficient, but if you are looking for more I would take Anteros’ hounds since none of his are in heat and that would bring you up to twelve.” Y/N rattles off.  Twelve hounds should be efficient enough for one hunt. Beorn nods to Thorne in approval. 

     “I can only imagine that after the mating ceremony you and Eris will be tripping over all the hounds that the two of you have. What will it be, nineteen hounds?”  The Lady addresses Y/N. 

     “Um Twenty my Lady, I am going to be keeping one of Bellatrix’s pups.” That fact had only been known to her father and her.

     “I am looking forward to seeing what you can do with the Vanserra Kennels Y/N.” Beorn addresses Y/N and it feels like a small weight has been lifted from her shoulders. At least she will be able to continue doing the thing she loves. 

     “It would be an honor and a pleasure My Lord.” Even just between her and Eris she would have a variety to work with, but add in the rest of the Vanserra’s kennel the possibilities were endless. 

     A knock draws everyone's attention to the door. One of the servants pokes their head in. 

     “Lord Eris.” He introduces before opening the door. 

     Eris strides into the room with a level of confidence that Y/N had not seen from him in a while. In his arms is a basket; a plaid cloth draped over the top. His cinnamon eyes scan the room before landing on his mate.

      “Sorry I missed Breakfast.” He gives Thorne and his father a nod before turning and walking towards Y/N.

     “Sorry for my absence My Mate, but I figured it would be best to do things the traditional way.And since we were all already here this would probably be the best time.” He walks over to Y/N and  gently places the basket on the table. He pulls her chair out far enough that he can turn it to face him, disrupting Ramiel who growls lightly at the heir to the Autumn court. He pays no mind to the growling hound before he goes down to one knee in front of her; a quick glance to his father shows the look of approval on Beorn’s face. 

     “Y/N L/N, My Mate, will you do me the greatest honor of marrying me?” He produces a gorgeous emerald ring from his pocket, presenting it to the girl. Y/N nods her head yes not trusting her voice at the moment. It was an arranged marriage so saying no would reflect poorly on her family and there was no love between the two of them but at the very minimum Eris was trying to hold on to the traditions. Eris takes the ring and gently slides it onto her finger, a perfect fit that felt like led on her finger. He stands and gently places the basket on her lap. 

     Y/N slowly pulls back the plaid fabric, setting it on the table before glancing into the basket. In the basket is a sleeping fox kit. At this Y/N does softly gasp. At the gasp Ramiel suddenly takes interest in the basket standing up and sniffing around before looking into the basket nudging the sleeping kit with her snout causing the fox to wiggle and snuffle about the basket Ramiel quickly lifts her head before giving the small creature a wholly unimpressed look glancing up at Y/N. Y/N lifts the fox kit from the basket with the utmost care bringing the creature to her chest. She twist slightly in the seat to show the others in the room what was in the basket. There is a quick squeal of excitement from the Lady of Autumn as well as coo from her mother over the small fox. A small clinking noise draws  Y/N eyes down to the collar around the foxes neck. Holding the now wiggly fox with one hand Y/N grabs ahold of the tag with the other. The Vanserra Family crest is stamped into the metal flipping it around revels two lines with simple lettering

     Seeing that solidified how real this situation was. Y/N was going to be married to Eris, soon if their parents had anything to say about it.

     “What are you going to name it Darling?” Charis asks her daughter, momentarily breaking Y/N away from a downward spiral.  

     “Paprika.” Y/n tells the room with no hesitation. She had alway told her family while she was growing up that if she found her mate and they gave her a fox she was going to name it Paprika to match with the spice theme that her mother had set . and so Paprika is what this fox shall be.

his dad was suffering from heart issues as he got older, and as orion got older he grew to hate his dad, he slowly poisoned him with arsenic which led to him having a heart attack and dying!! one day he accidentally put too much arsenic into his food but he was like yknow what it's okay and then made sure to keep the maids away from his slowly decaying father, put him to bed early and tada he had a heart attack

he got away with it cause a) he’s the sole heir to the company and b) if he went to court? 💰💥💰💥💰💥

he met barem at the chainsaw church!! he was curious about it, flyers and all over town so he went to check it out. he got a tour from one of the church members before bumping into him. it was kind of a physical attraction at first, he just wanted to get into his pants. so he got a tour from barem, saying he didn't remember any of it (playing dumb blond stereotype lol). but after talking to him he was like hey wait this guy is also kind of cool and an eye opener (idk what he would've said i'll figure something out) and then he started to reeeeally take a liking to barem. he started to appear more around the chainsaw church, mostly around barem and talk to him a lot but he wouldn't join it. he didn't want to marry a woman. barem asked why he would come to the csm church if he didn't want to join it. orion was blunt and was like to see you ofc. barem was like ???.

sooner or later orion became his right hand man (i'll explain more on how later), or more of a person to just do a lot of his dirty work because he was so willing to do it. he's also willing to pay for all of barem's expenses. lol sugar daddy

So episode 9 was 100% infodump for the sake of viewers with 0% plot progression for the characters. Which feels like really bad writting? Which is disappointing because had they done it in a more organic way to communicate that info (for example, showing the fox story being told by Tianxi to Qiao Ling), I would have absolutely adore the fairy tale/theatrical way of doing exposition.

So what did we learn that was important?

So shoutout @mimicha-arts for guessing Qian Jin wife was an actress. And I guess the contradictory story about the venue between her and the male lead (Zhuang) is supposed to be a clue that she is cheating on him with him?

Added to him catching her doing a phone call in secret it might have raised his paranoia... although I think the back pain/weight gain comments might be hints that she is pregnant and trying to hide it? And he misunderstood?

And his talk with Xiao Li while drunk most likely happened after her death, which is weird. Why talking about the cheating after her death? Unless it's common knowledge the connection between the suspect and her. But I am starting to think he was involved in is wife's death?

As for why he cried after being told she was pregnant, I can see two scenario. 1) Final proof without any doubt that she was cheating on him because they didn't "do it" in months and until now it was only circonstantial evidences 2) Proof that all the secrecy wasn't because of cheating but because she wanted to surprise him with a 3 month pregnancy announcement. I tend to go with option 2 for the extra tragic but who knows?

So now we know a bit more about what happened with the twins parents, it was mutual murder. Although as some have mentionned, the scene of Qian Jin meeting with the twins is different between EP8 and EP9? I guess EP8 is what really happened and EP9 is a theatrical representation of what happened? Of how eventually Tianchen confess to Qian Jin he is the one who killed them by possessing them, Qian Jin believes him and hatch a plan of burying the case in order to "use" the twins? With Tianchen approving but not Tianxi?

The twins live with Qian Jin. Tianchen told his friend what happened and everyone is just way to chill about him possessing someone.

So, Tianchen friend's name is Liu and has a private driver, so most likely he is Liu Min's little brother the mentionned Liu Xiao.

Ok, so Liu Min tricked Qian Jin and Tianchen to visit him under the pretense he is his father. That happened before he gets paralysed since we can see him move his legs. Somehow he knows that they commit murders and coincidently his first target is the neighbour... which could explain why they were so willing (at first anyway) to murder the people Liu Min chose. Meaning the police is wrong and there is way more than 8 cases starting with Emma. Although... now I wonder why the method changed? Most likely red eyes would make people commit suicide such as with Emma's case to be untraceable... maybe seeing Cheng Xiaoshi inspired them? Like, willingly creating a series of odd cases using Liu Min's body to attract the police/person on the bridge attention, mislead them and catch them off guard?

The fox story is interesting. So now we know why Tianchen disliked the neighbour so much, his rumour spreading along with door guy contributed to worsening the abuse. Also interesting that Tianxi cannot recall what hapened at all at the same time Cheng Xiaoshi was forcefully kicked out. Since everyone possessed by Tianchen cannot recall what happened at all, I guess he possessed her and used her power to possess the mom? Then we see Liu Xiao handing out a bow. Does she know him or she figured his brother's friend manipulated him into killing birds (most likely all the "not innocent" victims of red eye) and didn't dare interfere? All those shots of touching her in her sleep. Did he commit most of his murders by possessing her while she was sleeping, assuming she has the power to possess people if she has a picture of them?

Then the "bunny" incident, which leads to her running away. So, who is the bunny protecting the two smaller bunnies? If I had to bet, the big bunny is Chen Bin. That's why we had a flashback of him. We know Qian Jin and him stayed in contact (close enough to randomly drop to visit without anyone thinking it is weird at least), so it's not too weird to think he knew the twins if they lived with Qian Jin? It could explain why he wants a daughter so much if he sometime had to watch Tianxi and they got along. And it would explain why she "betrayed" her brother and Qian Jin after that specific death. But then again, the brother did miss the shot, so maybe it's someone else...

And those shots of the mom and Chen Bin saying sorry... If my hypothesis of Tianxi being close to Chen Bin is right, both were people who most likely tried to protect her, failed and got killed because of it? Sorry indeed...

While we still don't know what she did exactly and why, I think she at least :

Took the phone. We know the phone is missing (since Tianchen and Qian Jin works closely together, unlikely he would lie about that) and the person who took the phone didn't speak (hint it's Tianxi)

Gave the picture to Lu Guang. Again, that person didn't speak or tried to hurt Lu Guang, making it more likely to be Tianxi and not Tianchen. Also, I can't see a reason for Tianchen to give them that picture with that message? Why would he want the police to dig up that old crime proving they have powers and are connected to Qian Jin?

Ran off. Pretty obvious from the info in EP8 and 9. Most likely so they can't get the phone and use her powers to kill more people.

Hey hi hello!

Ok, so since I get to pick a fic to ramble about, I'm going with All That You Held Sacred Falls Down And Does Not Mend, because it's got background Vissenta Lore both in fic and outside of it, and this was me working at some Forgotten Realms lore tie-ins I've had kicking around while I was at it!

First of all, I realize that while there's a handful of folks following me who know all about Vissenta, my oldest and most special and most favorite girl, not everyone does. She's an OC I developed a lot over the course of writing about her in the context of The Arcana, and among the things that really defined her were that I gave her a connection to Death and an affinity for swords (queen of swords, to continue the tarot theme). She had some juicy "born leader of a religious/death cult" trauma built in, too, and a mentor/father figure (Reynaud, who she calls Old Fox) who grappled with his own faith in Death and what on earth a child's role could be in being a figurehead.

So, obviously, Vissenta ended up slotting pretty well into being the Dark Urge. (Much better than as a cleric of Kelemvor, which I'd thought about at first; the fondness for swords are what had me pivot to paladin.)

This fic actually began when I started thinking: what if Vissenta was an origin companion? Well, she'd be a paladin in service of Kelemvor, obviously, an acolyte who believed that it was her born duty to serve as a Doomguide. That she has a physical resemblance to Kelemvor Lyonsbane was just a fun bonus, really, and that seemed fun. So I started writing this with the intent of it being her origin character timeline.

Well, what if the cleric who raised her thought that she was born of divine means because of her resemblance to Kelemvor? And then the Dark Urge came back into play, because there's nothing quite like almost having it right, and the tragedy of being wrong.

The feeling I was going for was like a fairy tale within a fable: Reynaud tells a story, which he hopes will tell another story, and here we are being told the story of how it all went wrong. It's laid the foundation for Vissenta's character and her story, I think, along with the seeds of the possibility of her redemption in how she delivers his final rite.

Stylistically, Reynaud has always been one of my more introspective characters. In the stories I have on my drive that I wrote about him, in a doomed city that I created around Vissenta's childhood, he has a poetic streak, and keeps journals recording histories and myths. This was very much in the same vein. Just for a fun bonus, I've dug up some of Vissenta being strange and unusual and unsettling Reynaud as a child, from that particular universe:

Vissenta was undeniably human, and undeniably a pain in his ass, half the time. She’d come traipsing down to the chapel, ostensibly to supplement her education, though why the Oracle needed education in the ways of the Church made little sense to Reynaud. The moment she spotted the first streak of gray in his hair, she’d crowed with delight. “You really are an old fox now!” “I’m not much older than your sisters,” he’d said, gruffly, trying to conceal any sort of familial affection he felt for this incorrigible adolescent who, he reminded himself, bore a mark of power. “And younger than your father.” “Still older than me,” she’d retorted, before she grew suddenly somber as she stared out at the churchyard beyond the chapel’s back door. These turns of mood were far from unusual, and Reynaud almost found them comforting. When Vissenta’s eyes clouded over in thought, when she turned on a dime from giggling to glowering, he was able to rise above his doubts, to rise above thinking of her as anything but the power of the Lady made flesh. He’d followed the line of her stare to the gleaming white marble mausoleum that stood stark and shining above the weathered, tumbled markers scattered about the rest of the graveyard. When she spoke again, it was soft, tremulous, and he was reminded all over that she may very well just be the child she appeared to be. “Do you want to see something?” Immediately discomfited, but intensely curious, Reynaud followed Vissenta to the mausoleum. There was room for several names on the brass plate door, but the sole one inscribed upon it - Catarina - served as a reminder of questions long unanswered. “Your mother?” Vissenta’s fingers traced lightly over the letters, and she shook her head. “No. Something else I found.” And with that, the churchyard faded away.

Have you wonder what it would be like if ghost had a kid with partners! Like I know the war going on and stuff but after. I’m just picturing a two year old not yet potty trained in a unicorn onesie, a bottle in one hand and blanket in the other. They are wearing a skull mask like there father! And there either gonna take a nap or fight the great marker! Also I can just picture that angry child having ghost is death stare and even ghost is like I’m not fighting that! They are ONLY TWO!

OK, first off, the image of angry Ghost with angry toddler in his arms is absolutely hilarious. Kiddo angrily holding a bottle in hand while Ghost angrily holds onto angry baby while both glare is just. Mwuah. Chefs Kiss.

On a more serious note though, I have thought about them with kids and it's not looking too promising tbh😅

Look, all three of them get send all over the galaxy for missions and the like, it's not simply the war that's keeping them apart, it's been that way even before. They all were a team, doesn't mean they were together always. There have been weeks before Reg and Ghost saw each other again. Same with Soap. I doubt that any of them will stop after the war, they may have found domesticy with each other, but they live and breathe their work. And all three of them are very aware how easy it is to simply not come back from that. They wouldn't do that to a kid, that is not an environment any of them would put one through.

Also, family is a sore point, at least for both Reg and Ghost, and Reg does not plan on having biological kids, which will sadly mean no toddler in the house as neither Ghost nor Soap would want to involve another person from the outside. (all of them a terrible trust issues unless you've maybe almost died in each other's arms already) They'd need to actively adopt for it to happen, and like I said, very unlikely.

It's why Ghost sorta weirdly adopting his commando works. My dude is like 39, the commando is about 18 to 20 at the start of the war. They can be his kids in a way. He'd be a lot more comfortable with that idea, they're adults already, but he can be there for them, a parental figure in all of that mess.

The only way I could ever see them having an actual Child is by one of them finding someone on a mission, but that needs a lot of circumstances to align perfectly for them to decide and take the kid with them. Soap would be the most likely, he has a big family and he's thought the most about children of his own, but is very aware that it's just not feasible. Not unless one of them decides to become a stay at home parent, which. Very, very unlikely.

So, as absolutely adorable and hilarious the image of Ghost with bebe is, him continuing to come home with a grown ass dude, very unaware that he keeps turning more and more into a dad, will have to do.

(I'm honestly playing more and more with the idea of him walking into the flat, holding up a slightly delirious but very explicitly cursing Fox like Simba and telling Soap and Reg that he found her passed out in some backalley. And that's how Fox gets three murder parents. Or just the whole guard. Who knows what funky ideas the future brings.)

So I’ve seen a ton of posts going around about what people DIDN’T like about the new Teen Wolf Movie. Some of it I agree with, some of it I don’t, but I wanted to make a post about all the things I LOVED about the movie.

I texted friends while watching it that the movie was an ode to the original series and a love letter to Scallison, and I stand by that statement. Here’s all my reasons why.

Spoilers below the cut:

Scott? Absolutely perfect, as always. He runs an animal shelter next to one of his father figures, which is INCREDIBLE, and I love the idea of him helping fire fighters out. Also just… the whole helping Eli, and helping Allison remember who she was, is so SCOTT.

Allison, too, was perfect. Talk about reminding us how she’s been manipulated by family members, even if her “mom” was the nogitsune this time. And the moments of her with Scott were just, ugh, perfect.

Lydia? The same badass I remember, the moment when she makes Allison remember was fantastic, and I loved the little friendship moments with Scott and Jackson.

JACKSON. Man I love him. He’s the same asshole he always was, but comic relief this time around. Love that he and Ethan are still together, and that he got himself shot THREE TIMES by the same person in like. Five minutes. By refusing to shut up.

Derek was also great. His father-son relationship with Eli was fun to watch, and I understood why they had Eli in the movie with the whole “teen wolf” spiel at the end. Also Derek’s facial expressions as a wolf are just SO GOOD, and I loved the interactions of him, the Sheriff, Parrish, and Mason all trying to raise Eli.

I loved getting to see Parrish’s hellhound self again, and Malia is just as brash as always. Her jumping him in coyote form was hilarious.

The parents: Sheriff, Melissa, Peter, Chris, I am also including Deaton. Incredible. No notes. Too much to praise, too little time.

Mason, Liam, and Hikari: Not much to say sadly. They weren’t in the movie a lot, but I appreciated Liam’s beard (is it just me, or do him and Eli look eerily similar?)

Coach and Greenberg: Priceless. I loved seeing Coach again. He stole the show each time he was there, like always, and the Greenberg reference took me OUT.

Last but not least, the VILLAINS. The nogitsune full on creeped me out with the way he moved, and I liked that they addressed the fact he was both fox and wolf now. And Harris. Oh, Harris. His reveal was SO GOOD (largely due to Jackson, lol).

Ok I said last, but I have to say: The camera shots? Some of the beats in the movie overall? The way they called back to the original show? Eli almost getting hit by a car the night he finally unlocks his wolf powers—that shot was the EXACT SAME as Allison’s mom almost hitting Scott in season one. Scott roaring to help him heal? Scott roaring to make Malia shift back to human. Allison looking down at Scott dying against a wall because he can’t heal? Season three anyone? THE FUCKING FLARE?!

Overall, loved this movie. I laughed, I cried, I screamed. It has its issues, but most movies do. Time to prep for Scottuary.

Ok I will explain the species first (the ones I have for now)

Anthros: Technically they are furries, many of them have elements that allow them to use magic (I will explain this about the elements later), the shape of their bodies can vary depending on their ancestors.

Anthros characters examples: Firelash, Aaroween (The winged fox below Firelash), and that one bat which I still trying to figure out a name for her.

Humans: Well, what can I say? They have nothing too special in this universe they are just humans

Examples: Dritz (I don't a have a pic for him that fits him before "The Incident" happened) and a hunter villain (still haven't figured out a name and design for him)

Demons: They are not in fact demons as they are described in the religions or mithology, they only named the species so because of their appearance which is usually human-like with pointed ears, sharp canines, horns, tail(s), and sometimes legs of some non-human creature ( the appearance may vary with the individual but they usually have these characteristics)

Examples: Beeanie (that one sexy girl with green clothes)

Fenrirs: Most of the world does not know of the existence of this species and believes that it is simple Norse mythology, when in fact it does exist and was the inspiration to create the Fenrir of this mythology is just that they keep hidden all the time, the lore I did to this species is so long that it deserves their own post but for now I will only mention that these, like normal wolves, have subspecies equal to those of wolves (Ex: Yukon Fenrirs such as Sum)

These exist since prehistory and learned the ability to transform into a human form which was useful to mix with humans without them trying to hunt them and live in peace.

Examples: Sum and Rosime (the red wolf)

Time to talk about the characters

Sum

He is a 21-year-old boy, he lives with his group of friends among those Firelash, Dritz, Drex and Amy and Lara who are going to be replaced because I don't like the characters.

His father is a Fenrir and his mother is a human, his younger brother is also a Fenrir.

The mask of him in an amulet which allows him to keep his Fenrir under control (I will explain the function of the amulets later) also to hide his burn scars left from a trauma that was born when he was a child (YES, I GAVE HIM TRAUMA )

He has psychological problems but he keeps them hidden most of the time and only talks about his feelings if someone asks him, the only one who does this is Firelash.

He is a Yukon Fenrir, its ability in his Fenrir form is to change size at will (obviously it has a limit), this sub-species is characterized by being the strongest and largest of all

His greatest fear was that his friends would find out the truth about him and reject him for being a "monster" (fear stemming from his trauma), luckily this was not the case…right…?

He is not a monster, he does not hunt people and much less eat them, but if he has a craving for raw and fresh rabbit, buffalo, bison, caribou, sheep, goat, deer and hare, the smell of the blood of some of these it can drive him so crazy that he even begs his friends to avoid bringing visitors (Anthros) of these species into the house, much less bring meat from some of these species.

His amulet is even unable to keep these impulses under control and with or without the mask on as soon as he begins to smell the flesh or blood of some of these animals he will begin to gasp, salivate and fight with his own mind not to transform into a beast and hunt and eat whatever it is smelling.

Firelash

She is an Anthro hybrid of a common red fox and a dragon whose element (magic) is fire but can also control water.

She inherited her elements from her father, but she looks more like her mother.

In the redesign I was working on she has some little blue horns and some spikes on her tail.

Yes, I gave her traumas, too many traumas.

I'm still thinking if she should be bigender or just a cis woman but she is pansexual.

She hasn't used her fire powers since she was 10 years old because she accidentally burned Sum's hand and she felt guilty for years.

Like Sum, she also has problems but hides them better than him and doesn't usually talk about them much for fear of being annoying.

When she loses her fear of using her fire element she learns to set some parts of her fur on fire without burning herself and use the fire as a weapon.

In winter her fur is much longer and its fire has a greater range but is much less intense, while in summer her fur is much shorter but more intense.

Fun fact: Firelash, despite having different thoughts than animals, still retains certain instincts, for example when it's winter she does what foxes do in the snow when they look for prey that are under it, which is to jump and fall into the snow.

His favorite food is roasted rats and rabbit or hare (cmon she's a fox)

Dritz (sadly I don't have a drawing of him)

He is the youngest of the group being 20/21 years old and also the shortest.

He's obviously 100% straight /j

He is the classic boy who is super friendly with his friends and who always tries to avoid conflicts but this is the inventor of the group.

Despite having the ability to do so, he has never made weapons and begins to make them when we say that things between him and Sum don't go very well.

         “Don’t wander off far!” Fundy protested as the blue hood ran forward, a lead attached to the blue sheep beside her and a small white fox running beside her.

         “We won’t!” She giggled as she danced in the open area.

         “How the hell is she not burning up in that?” Quackity raised an eyebrow.

         “I have no idea,” Fundy muttered before looking back at him. “You were saying.”

         Fundy had moved closer to Las Nevadas, in turn of course bringing his sister with him. She still stayed under his care, her and the sheep, along with Yogurt now. It was a lot, but he was managing it. At the very least, he got (Y/N) to take care of Friend and to help him take care of Yogurt. She was most certainly still the naïve girl…Ghostbur had raised her to be, but he was working on that by giving her tiny bits of responsibility at home and trying to reteach her a few lessons.

         Quackity nodded as he turned back to Fundy, the former having let the girl go play while they talked.

         “I was saying, I’m going to need you to go to a village a few days away. There’s some things I need from there.”

         “Yeah, alright.” Fundy nodded. “I can do that if you give me a list.”

         “Good, great.” Quackity nodded as he went into his bag, a list already ready.

         “I just might be a bit longer. (Y/N) tends to slow me down a bit.” Fundy hummed as he looked at his sister running in an odd pattern with Yogurt on her shoulders.

         Quackity paused at that before looking at Fundy as he took the paper out. “Fundy, I need you to be on time with this. If she’s going to slow you down, then you need someone to take care of her.”

         “I can’t leave her with anyone.” Fundy turned to him. “She hasn’t broken out of her…bad habits. I need to take her with me.”

         “It’s a few days. She’ll be just fine with a sitter.”

         “Quackity—” He started to protest but the scarred man held out the paper with a hard face.

         “On time Fundy.” He told him. “Figure it out.”

         “Right.” He muttered taking the paper, Quackity nodding before leaving the hybrid standing there with his ears folded back as he stared at it.

         After a minute, he was startled by a voice next to him.

         “Do you need blue?” (Y/N) asked.

         “No, remember what I said,” Fundy told her as he pocketed the paper. “We don’t need blue to get better.”

         She gave a small pout but nodded. She still really liked the gems. He couldn’t help it when he went mining but get it for her. But he was trying to drill home to her that it wasn’t a cure-all. Sure, he wasn’t great with his own emotional problems, but he wanted to make sure she didn’t become reliant on it so maybe she could fix her own problems.

         “Alright sis, let’s get home and make lunch.” Fundy put a hand on her back leading her home as he picked up Yogurt.

         “Can we see Wilbur tomorrow to see if he remembers?”

         Fundy’s ears flattened again. Speaking of emotional problems…

         “No, uh, I need to talk to you when we get settled at home.”

         She gave a slight frown but nodded. “Ok.”

         He still had yet to tell her that there just wasn’t a way for Ghostbur to come back. It was just Wilbur. He…did have a simpler time separating the two these days, now with the ghost gone and his father being…Wilbur. He just didn’t want to break her heart with it. While she needed to move past her naivety, he couldn’t take away the only father she ever had.

         They came home, (Y/N) letting Friend roam free in the backyard Fundy had built with grass for the sheep to graze on and Fundy pulling together a quick lunch. He let Yogurt have sweet berries as he put the sandwich for (Y/N) on the table as she bounded back in, sitting in her usual spot with a grin.

         “Thank you, Fundy.”

         “Yeah. No problem.” He nodded as he sat at the table with her.

         Who the hell was he going to leave her with now? Since Quackity didn’t offer, he wasn’t going to take her. Foolish was too active everywhere that he thought the other hybrid would lose her somewhere. Slime was…Yeah, he’d reverse Fundy’s progress with (Y/N). He hadn’t talked to Purple in a long time and barely spoke to him now but he was a kid.

         Outside Las Nevadas, Phil was alright but…Fundy didn’t want (Y/N) so near to Wilbur and he doubted Techno would let him close. He had barely spoken to anyone outside of that. Maybe Tommy? He used to spend time with (Y/N), so he might know how to watch her for a few days. He didn’t know if the younger boy was stuck to his father’s side again though.

         “Hey, outside of Las Nevadas, who do you know that you used to talk to?” Fundy asked.

         “Lots of people!” (Y/N) grinned. “Uncle Tommy, dadza, Uncle Techno, Tubbo, Ranboo, Niki, Jack, Sam, Dream-!”

         “Right. Right.” She practically knew everyone on the SMP. “Hey, I-I need to go out to a village a few days away, that’s why we can’t see Wilbur tomorrow. But, is there anyone you’d…like to visit?”

         “Mmh, I’d like to see Uncle Tommy.”

         “Alright, I’ll talk to him.” He nodded.

         Ok, he could sort that out. Tommy should be fine enough. He knew her pretty well as Ghostbur had always been around Tommy. Though he’d have to smooth out keeping (Y/N) away from Wilbur.

         So, he made the arrangements. Tommy agreed to watch her and the terms Fundy asked of him. The younger boy would never admit to the older one that he had missed the little girl that had helped keep him sane for some time. Fundy made sure to pack up a bag for her the night before as she played with Yogurt and Friend then made sure she got plenty of sleep so they could get up early in the morning.

         In the morning, he walked up the familiar Prime Path with his small group in tow, Tommy waiting with crossed arms by his fence gate.

         “Uncle Tommy!” (Y/N) happily ran over and hugged him.

         “Hey blue.” He ruffled her hair with a grin. “Ready to get into trouble?”

         “Let’s not please?” Fundy pleaded as he put Yogurt on the other side of the fence to explore the new area; (Y/N) knew how to take care of his little fox enough while he was away. “And you’re sure this is good?”

         “Yeah, we’ll be fine.” Tommy waved his hand dismissively. “I helped take care of her for ages.”

         “Yeah! Uncle Tommy was good, but he’s still a child.” (Y/N) grinned.

         “You’re younger than me!” Tommy lightly glared at her.

         She giggled and Fundy gave a soft chuckle before crouching in front of her.

         “Alright. So, be good. Remember what we’ve been talking about. And I’ll be right back in—”

         Her eyes went wide in panic before quickly latching onto the hybrid, hugging him tightly.

         “Don’t go!”

         “What? Whoa. Hey.” He held up his arms in surprise, Tommy just as surprised. “I told you yesterday, I need to go to the village for a few days.”

         “Can I come please?” She begged, looking at him, startling him as he saw small tears in her eyes.

         “Hey, hey, what’s wrong?” He asked putting his arms down, putting a hand on her shoulder.

         “I-I don’t want you to go. We-I need to come too.” She nodded.

         “(Y/N), I need to be quick about this, so I need you to stay here with Tommy.”

         “Yeah, it’s me kid.” Tommy smiled lightly as he crouched beside her awkwardly. “It’s just a few days. We can play all kinds of games and eat whatever we want."

         “But-But-But…” Tears welled up faster and Tommy swore quietly as he went into his inventory, taking out a piece of blue.

         “No, wait,” Fundy told Tommy as he took (Y/N)’s hands. “What’s wrong? Talk to me.”

         She gave a sniffle before she let out a sob. “What if-if you don’t co-come right back? D-Daddy he—”

         “Fundy,” Tommy muttered and the hybrid let go of one of her hands so Tommy could give her the blue. “Hey, it’s alright (Y/N). Have some blue.”

         She clutched it tightly to her chest as Fundy quietly watched her before hugging her tightly to him. She nuzzled into his shirt as he squeezed her lightly.

         “I promise (Y/N).” He muttered. “I promise, I’ll come right back in a few days. No stops, no detours. Nothing. I’ll come back right for you. I promise.”

         She sniffled as he pulled away carefully.

         “Ok?” He asked her softly. “I’ll be back sis. I won’t leave you.”

         She watched him before nodding with a whisper. “Ok.”

         “Ok. Now, you have a good time with Tommy and Friend and Yogurt. And when I’m back, you can tell me all about it.” Fundy smiled gently.

         She returned the smile now and nodded. “Yes. I’ll make sure to remember everything.”

         “Good.” Fundy chuckled as he stood up ruffling her hair as Tommy stood as well.

         He looked to the younger boy before muttering. “Keep a good eye on her. I-I didn’t know how bad it was bothering her. Please, watch her.”

         “Like I fucking wouldn’t,” Tommy mumbled before grinning at the girl. “Come on, let’s say goodbye then take Friend in.”

         She nodded slowly as she looked at Fundy. “…bye Fundy.”

         “I’ll see you later.” He promised, patting her shoulder before leaving.

         He hadn’t known before how bothered she was by all of it, but he’d make sure to help her through it when he got back. He’d come right back for her.
