"Ti piace?" = Do you like it? "(Mi piace) un botto!" = (I like it) a ton! "(Mi piace) un casino/un macello!" = (I like it) a ton!

If you want to use some Italian slang, I think "un botto", "un casino" and " un macello" are to be included in your dictionary. They all mean "a ton, a sh*tload, a load" and you can use them instead of "moltissimo, tantissimo".

Literally botto = bang, thud or even car crash/crash or firecraker. It can be used also as "di botto" (= suddenly, all of a sudden) and "in un botto" (= in a second. I find "in un lampo" = in a flash, a little more common but they're synonyms)

e.g. "È successo così, di botto... non me l'aspettavo" = It happened like this, all of a sudden... I wasn't expecting (for it to happen, whatever that "it" is).

Casino = whorehouse/brothel or simply mess (more colloquially and commonly). Fun fact: in elementary school we were taught to not use "casino" even if we only meant to say "mess" (we didn't even know the actual meaning of the word cause it's basically never used like that in Italian) cause "it isn't a proper word, use synonyms". Makes me laugh whenever I think about it and at all the other "not proper words" Italian has but we could say anyway.

e.g. Guarda che casino! = Look what a mess!

Macello = slaughterhouse or mess (more colloquially). Works as "casino". If your mother sees your room in complete mess, she can say either of them. It's up to her (there could be also a little regional difference but I'm not that sure tbh)

Chemistry counts. That’s life.

It totally eludes me how it is possible to ship two characters when the actors playing them have like ZERO chemistry. Seriously. Chemistry between two actors should be key to have a decent and BELIEVABLE representation of an on-screen couple. Is it bad to say that I can’t see NONE between Lili and KJ? I believe that Lili can have chemistry with basically everything, including a table, but not with KJ. He has it with Camila, that’s probably why production ofter does screen tests, to see if two actors can pull off some ‘couple’ material, you know? Before some Barchie fan comes here ranting and saying that Lili and Cole have chemistry because they were dating, let me make another example, alright? Veronica Mars: Kristen Bell and Jason Dohring had A SH*TLOAD of chemistry on screen, ok? Just go on YouTube and find some of their scenes together, even the ones before they became a couple on the show and Logan was a full fladged jack*ss. That’s why Logan and Veronica were so BELIEVABLE as a couple. Everyone and their mom knew how powerful that couple was.

Kristen and Jason, NEVER dated. He was already happily married at the time they were just friends. That translated in a beautiful couple-chemistry. I’m sure there’s a gazillion of examples, like....Oh! Phoebe Dynevor and Rage Jean Page? Just to give you a more recent one.

That’s not my opinion as Bughead, that’s common sense, people. Lili and KJ don’t have the same level of chemistry that Lili and Cole have. That’s stating facts.

A Day of Curation

Unless its Wednesday, it should be around 11am right now when i get up. First things first, put in my headphones and go get some good music! Its Monday - time to listen to my Discover Weekly playlist, which Spotify usually tailors perfectly to my tastes.

1. 🎶 SPOTIFY 🎶

Fun fact - this weeks "Discover Weekly" suggs. Usually I get the best music from there. I don't really recall the last time any of my friends really showed a song I didn't already know or was adequately good. Tho, I have to give Amelie some credit here, she constanly hits me with great Spanish tunes. (Also to Jasi and Safae which hit me up with some dope music from time to time) I mostly get inspiration from (sad to say but its true) tik tok or by randomly shazaming the world. I also really hate to limit myslfe to music i understand. On the contrary I LOVE LOVE LOVE music arround the world. Trust me i hear Tibetian Throat Singing to Russian Electro and even Islandic and Nativ American Tribal Music. To give you an impression of how important music consumption is for me:

Last Year i spent a total of 210 441 minutes on spotify alone. That is about 9 Hours a day. The average person uses Spotify for about 18 000 minutes a year. (My friend took the freedom to calculate how much money Spotify "looses" by my consumption. i pay $30 a year an Spotify gives $0,004891 per stream to the creator. An average of 3 minutes per song (70.000 streams) means spotify pays $342.37 to the creators. Thats $312.37 of deficit LOL)

Apart form that i cant really give Spotify a certain schedule when i listen to it cuz i listen to it all the time. During gaming, during coding, laundry, gym, work, class, before sleep. ✨Always✨

2. 💬 WhatsApp 💬

There is nothing better than sleeping for an eternity while everyone is already awake for probably 4 or more hours, working! *laughs in privileged design student* Since everyone is already living its live while I still drool, I gotta get up to date in the morning. Before i even leave bed, i checke my messages there. Similar to Spotify, I use WhatsApp the whole day and can't really tell when I would not use it. Except, my phone is always on silent (casual zennial phone call phobia) meaning i wont notice anything while zoning out or gaming (which usualy is the same).

3. 👨‍🏫 TEAMS 👩‍🏫

Yeah Yeah i can already hear it. "You wake up 5 minutes before class withouth breakfast or anything..." - bla bla bla. Yeah that is the case! I would usuly go on teams and enter the classroom, while preparing a breakfast (if you can call it breakfast after 12) sit down at my desk and listen to class. Causally everything that is too theoretical with music and whatsapp. Other classes that are interesting I`ll put my full attention to it.

But i hate teams in gerneral. Not cuz its sh**, no, usualy people that do their clases there have a weird way of using it. Finding material or looking up homeworks is such a struggle sometimes. (Props to you Kevin here, I have never seen anybody using teams in such a clean and struktured way than you do. Even tho you dont neccesarily use it as it was meant to be. (which might be the turning point on why its great))

4. 📺 YouTube 📺

Yup YouTube is usually the place to go after (sometimes during (I NEVER SAID THAT!)) class.

Actually, YouTube is the place to go for me. Relaxation, Entertainment, knowledge - anything! After class I'd usually watch "Cut" or other channels that produce let's plays or entertainment of some sort.

But it's also THE place to go during coding. I rather listen to Lofi or (Slowed, Reverbed) Music that doesnt really distract me. ALSO, during coding watch A SH*TLOAD OF TUTORIALS, cuz I am proud selftaught Zennial. #BestOfBothWorlds

5. 👨‍🍳 CHEFKOCH 👨‍🍳

I love to try new things and I constantly stalk the web for new recipes. Lately a lot of Asian and Vegan stuff. Chefkoch is the app to go where i also write down my own recipes to have them with me all the time. Great thing here is, i share this account with all my family members (currently 13, including my mom, aunts, other relatives). Great way to share the secret family recipes at any time!

6.🏐 ADDIDAS TRAINING🏐

Unlike all my sporty friends that used to hit the gym before covid and not got lazy, I started to use Training Apps like Addidas Training with its free Workout plans. I use it regularly and am happy i finally found a way to stay sporty.

7. ⌨️ VS CODE ⌨️

Its either Visual Studio Code, where I would code on my current project, or gaming. As mentioned above, I would get most of the inspiration from tutorials or using dev tools on different platforms.

8. 🎤 DISCORD 🎮

I´ll use Discord as a general term for Gaming since I play a lot but many different games, tho, always use discord to communicate with my freinds while gaming.

A great place to share random BS with friends and talk about anything that comes to my mind. I spent most of the evenings on Discord with my friends. Always did, in fact. Maybe the reason why I don't really feel so affected by the pandemic. I am used to being separated from my friends since they live all over Germany or the world in general. I always enjoy Online Live Events WITH my friends.

For me the web as always been a "with" not an "alone", which is why I never understand why so may struggle with feeling "alone" on live events online. JUST GRAB A FRIEND AND DISCOVER IT ✨TOGETHER✨!

9. 📼 DISNEY+ / NETFLIX 📼

Since I use both the same amount there is not thos or that. I never Really let anybody recommend me anything, cuz ... trust me, I WON'T watch it. IDK why that is, but I need a specific mood for each show. And nobody but myself can provide that. Probably why most ove the algorithms (esp Netflix) do not have an effect on me. I'm not in the mood for your ****, sorry!

Never the less, i periodically Binge a Series and then feel empty after it ended. Then i need some time to face reality again.

Funny tho, I binged Starwars Rebels on Disney+ and after it ended i just decide to buy 4 books on amazon that expand the story to starwars (#nerd i know). I will spend the next few months reading and probably not watching anything on both Streaming services.

... YUP.... I grew up with vine ... but TikTok got me. And honestly I don't regret it. It's the perfect algorithm that constantly finds the best videos that feed my thirsty queer ass. I mean ...

Negative Entities, Baneful (Black) Magick, and Ascension

From time to time, those within the magickal community, upon hearing people speak of LHP magick and demonolatry, and also Satanism and even Luciferianism, say things such as, “why would anyone purposely choose a negative entity to work with, when there are many positive ones?” Such a question is fueled by the same type of indoctrination that spurs a similar query--“why would you do black/baneful magick, when you know it will come back to you as karma, or at least return to you 3x the crap that you sent out?”

My response to the first question (“why would anyone purposely choose a negative entity to work with...?”) is as follows:

There is no such thing as a negative entity. We work with deities, angels and demons. Imagine them to be somewhat like electricity--positive current and negative. An effective electrician works with both; one that would choose to work with either positive or negative currents alone, would be considered useless and unwise--a putz, as it were.

More people need to understand that angels work alongside demons, they are comrades. As well, not all deities are fluffy; some are extremely dark--think Angra Mainyu, Sekhmet, Pan in some contexts, and so on. This is by design; entities reflect the mechanisms of our universe, and there is no good and bad, there are only mechanisms that fulfill necessary functions.

In society, we have long been groomed and managed like sheep. This began long ago, and mainstream faiths were carefully prepared to make sure we held certain beliefs, which many adopted. This made it easier to keep us toeing the line. When people adopt new beliefs, many do not let go of all of the ones that provide the basis for unfounded and irrational beliefs--beliefs that make us fear to act in our own best interests. When we work with deities and demons (daemons) both light and dark, we empower ourselves to grow, to access wisdom, to reach out and discover other planes of existence through their guidance, and to have them advise and empower us in life and in magick. 

We were taught that we have to be good, kind, compassionate, and even 'all love and light.' However, the groups that teach us this do not demonstrate that, and this paradox alone should tell us we’ve been misled. All love and light is a lie. One cannot be all love and light and be authentic within themselves. Just as you cannot have dark without light, you cannot have light without dark. When one shines a flashlight into a lighten room, nothing at all happens. Light and dark are simply manifestations of differing degrees of light. No-thing in this universe, is without relativity to dichotomy; ergo there is no such thing as a negative entity--they are the other half of an energy-type dichotomy, plain and simple. Hence one ideally needs to work with both light and dark energy beings to keep balance (as above, so below; as within, so without, etc).

I don’t believe in the same type of God that some others believe in. Oh, sure there is a higher consciousness, but I’d be reluctant to define the ineffable. Infinite wisdom, infinite intelligence, infinite creation, for starters... beyond that, there is no saying. But for the believers in God as an entity: Does anyone believe that there is such a thing as an all-good God? really? if so, go read the bible again. I am sooo not into the bible, but it does illustrate the arguments that those who believe in it, toss my way; strangely enough it also offers good counter in as many instances. Many demons were first mentioned in the bible. Imagine that--the bible bore us sh*tloads of demons; then those who profess from it, tell us not to commune with them. Hmmmph... Why? because demons provide us with EMPOWERMENT, that’s why.

The biblical God has a harsh, judgmental side, and that’s the office of Satan (for those who do not know, ‘office’ is the term used to refer to the job description of a demon or deity); hence Satan is half of the biblical God, even though the bible does not make this claim (it should be clear to anyone with a brain though). Speaking of ‘devils,’ those who have worked with Satan and Lucifer, know that they are not limited by common perceptions of them. They are each beautiful beings, when accepted as they truly are; however, now is not the time to delve far into discussing them.

It should be said though, that you could meet a guy whose job it is to electrocute prisoners. Meeting them in the local laundromat you’d probably never know they had it in them, because their executioner persona is not the entirety of who they are. I say this to assist those attempting to understand how this works, in opening their mind. I have never experienced the harsh side of either Satan or Lucifer directed towards me. However, I do not deny that those aspects of them are solid tools in magick, just as their benefic qualities are.

I get it--there is a point that makes the truth in this, hard to see. The idea of ascension... some will think--"are we not working to ascend, and to ascend, do we not need to become more loving, more peaceful, and so on? how does accepting darkness as a means of balance, fit in? how does working with dark entities fit in?" Well, from my own understanding, what we need to do above all, is be authentic; yet unfortunately we seem to have forgotten what authenticity is. There is a measure by which we can feel our way though... 

Ascension is an art; on one hand service to others is a part of that, on the other, service to self is also. The ratio of energies expended between the two via one's actions, determines whether or not we ascend, the ratio must fall somewhat in favour of service to others. Service to others is not the only way to ascend though. One can also ascend in service to self, but it is a path of precision and one that is usually taught by a master, as otherwise it is difficult to ascend by.

My response to the second query (“why would you do black magick, when you know it will come back to you as karma...?”):

I have a very short and sweet answer: If you intend to engage in magick with such self limiting beliefs as that, then go back to from whence you came. You cannot learn to do magick without limitations, if your thoughts get the better of you right at the get-go. Then, once you have established some proficiency in magick, ensure that if you catch yourself engaging in a self limiting belief pattern or adopting one that someone tries to pass off on you, that you nip it in the bud, period.

I do think that the ref made questionable calls going both ways, the Alex one being the glaring obvious one, but I think the sh*tload amount of little things called against Sweden vs that one bad alex one and a few other small ones for us is much worse from Sweden’s perspective. Especially the penalty, I can’t get over the penalty even as a major us fan. I think that it looks much better for us if we would have scored and tied the game last minute over a beautiful free kick vs a penalty every knew there was no chance for Sweden.

Yeah- I wasn’t a fan of the ref. There were several calls on either side that I really didn’t like.

For me the score line isn’t what matters in this game. It’s that we saw where the holes were. It was obvious that a lot of the us was having a very bad day.

I think the important part is that we had tough competition and now we can go to work on fixing the glaringly obvious issues. (And with how physical Sweden was playing, I’m not surprised that they eventually drew a penalty. I’m more surprised that the us didn’t get one against them)

First I want to dispel a myth that cripples people's efforts and plagues the topic of product research which is the word "Saturation"

The idea that if a product is already being sold successfully by other marketers, that prevents you from doing the same. The idea that you should find an "unsaturated" product that nobody else is selling (and nobody wants) is a smart thing to do.

Let me translate... "Saturation" is amateur entrepreneur language for "People are making a sh*tload of money with this product."

The easiest way to make money in eCommerce or any other space is to model what's already working. Re-inventing the wheel is never the solution.

The product research model we use in every single one of our 7-figure+ eCom brands is to go onto Facebook, find an existing ad with great engagement, and model it. (Not copy it. Model it.)

A great way to start filling your Facebook feed with more eCom ads is to make sure you like, comment, and click the shop now button on every ad you see. This tells Facebook that you're an "engaged shopper" and will start filling your feed with more ads.

You can also use a tool like TurboAdFinder for Chrome to filter your feed down to only the ads and sponsored posts.

What I like to do is take every ad with high engagement (100k+ video views, 300+ likes and comments, etc) and place them into a Google sheet that will help you breakdown the data and decide which product to run.

I'll post a link up above to import to copy my exact template into your Google docs account. It already includes the macros that will calculate your profit margin and other data for you.

The criteria I look for in a winning product is:

The item must be selling at least 35-50 units per day according to the AliExpress dropship center.

You must be able to sell the item at retail for at least 3x the supplier's price (COG).

The item does not require large amounts of consumer education to sell well.

It has reasonable shipping times from a reliable US-based supplier which you can communicate with.

The next step is to model your competitor's website which is why we always collect links to their ads and their website/funnel in the Google sheet.

I want to be very clear that you don't want to COPY their ads and their website. This can get you flagged on Facebook and fall into intellectual property disputes down the road.

You want to MODEL their ads and website. Follow the same template and create your own version.

Another quick tip to spy on your competitors and find their best selling products is to visit their website and add "?sort_by=best-selling" to the end of the URL.

This will make Shopify show you a list of their best to worst selling items you can model into new campaigns or use as upsells in your funnel.

If you follow this process, model what's already working, and build your funnel the right way your success is inevitable.

Sunshine Sachs will also organise the full media event to launch the recipe book.  It will be an extravaganza! MM has the jewellery merching waves to nobody and hair brush back maneuverers ready.  Instagramable models (but not prettier than MM in her opinion) will hand out samples in signature leg apart stance wearing sacks and glorious wigs that are so long they drag on the ground like a bridal train.  Mio has been hard at work oiling the pumps to inflate both bosom and backside padding.  Darren has prepared a speech, in Spanish, he will break the internet when singing his mothers praises at 5 months old.  1 person has RSVP’d.  Doria has been paid to quote from afar that the only reason she could do a marathon was through solely eating Gazpacho since Darrens birth.  Whew, MM sure is a hard working woke working mother, it is very hard to pay everyone to do this work.

Book Synopsis: A royally regal high horsing saga of how to recruit, brainwash and gaslight your way to popularity.  This book is recommended for children under the age of 1 who just like hearing their parents voices, the easily led or those with Mensa level reading comprehension who may understand the point of the text.

The meetings in New York sadly have not come to fruition.  According to a well placed source, Meghan turned up at one publishing house a day late for the appointment explaining that an important previous engagement (Soho House party two days prior) had prevented her turning up on time.  Not knowing what to do, the staff left her alone in an interview room for 45 minutes where wild gesticulation could be seen and word salad heard for 25 minutes, before she declared that she needed to be fed and left the building.

It’s been a big year for MM.  So many projects, so much merching, so many renovations, so many jets, so many US staff.  It is difficult to keep pace.  The IRS in America are not helping matters.  They keep sending pesky letters, addressed to MM, The Cupboard Under The Stairs In An Anonymous Apartment Somewhere That Is Not Frogmore Cottage.  It is now getting to the ridiculous stage where, giving up on convention and the royal mail service, they are now sending owls with at least 2471 letters a day to attempt to retrieve what is due to them.  Neighbours of the unmarked apartment are considering going to the press about the nuisance.  In a placating measure, MM has promised that she will hire someone to clean the owl poo off their vehicles daily.  In unrelated news, Mio has resigned his position as a royal reporter.

…… a Scottish invitation accepted …… “Back home old thing, shame!!!”…… old habits…… new evidence has leaked…… a basket full of eggs.

FINALLY!! It has taken a while but an invitation has been received by MM from Scotland.  After some tricky PR work dealing with the fact that she hasn’t been invited to Scotland during the duration of her relationship with PH, royal mail has been received, wooooooohooooo!  After seeing the postmark and offical letterhead, it was all bunions to the ground, MM is packed, preened and ready to call the paps.  Unfortunately, missing the details as usual and forgetting to read the letter inside the envelope, MM is in for a sad surprise.  

Dear MM,

You are cordially invited to Balmoral in Scotland by HMTQ.  HMTQ, along with PP and all members of the British Royal Family will have departed the estate 9 days prior.  You will be gifted the temporary loan of the local police station as a place of residence for the duration of your stay.  The duration of the stay is to be determined by the willingness of yourself to cooperate.  LG is most anxious to speak with you on a number of matters, coded in this letter via rhyming slang for national security measures.  Don’t bother interpreting them Meghan, I have noted the ‘true’ meaning in brackets to save you time during this busy period in your life.

Kyle and Maria were not particularly close in high school because Kyle was a douche back then who spent way too much time trying to impress the football team, treated Alex like crap, and unironically enjoyed Eminem way too much.

But Maria was who he called up whenever he visited home, and they are friends all across social media. And Maria is totally that friend that accuses him of leaving thirst posts under every shirtless selfie, and he hyped up the Wild Pony to his friends even though he doesn't drink much.

Maria is his welcome wagon when he returns him permanently. She even helped him move in and get settled. She teased him about his nice apartment, but he reminded her that he still has a sh!tload of debt to pay off from med school.

Maria casually ends up in his apartment sometimes. Is it illegal if Kyle doesn't mind it? She brings him food every now and then after a long shift.

Other times they eat takeout and binge watch movies together on Netflix. They kind of share an account, but he pays for it so ... movies are lowkey their thing.

They both agreed Die Hard is a Christmas movie and not just because they spent Christmas eve together watching it.

Sometimes Maria tries to set him up with nice girls who aren't gold diggers, and sometimes he checks up on her mom and puts feelers out for new ways to help her and figure out what's wrong with her.

They both take turns checking in on Arturo in Liz's absence. Liz would want that, and they share their deep care for Liz Ortecho.

They weren't friends in high school, not really, but adulthood has served them well.

Yeah, sadly it does..

Since I'm working at a supermarket currently work is absolutely crazy, which has been affecting my mental health a lot. And I can't visit my mom because she is still doing cancer treatment.

So far I think my city is doing a pretty good job taking care of the people. There is security and police everywhere, but recently more stores have been opening again and I dont know how to feel about this.

I haven't met people yet that say the virus doesn't exist, nor idiots who have corona parties, and I hope it stays like that. I have absolutely no sympathy for these people, it's just careless and endangering others....

I hope you find a good way to cope with the situation, it's been pretty rough for me too but I'm trying to go on walks as far away from people as possible, and when that isn't an option I try to take time for my hobbies whenever I can. It's a good time to sort some stuff out for yourself and take it a bit slower. :)

I wish I could offer some help here, and I really hope that we all dont have to worry about this anymore soon. Please stay safe and if there is anything I can do for you guys to make you feel better, like accepting requests or just chat with you, please let me know and I'll try to do it when i dont work💖

Hi. It’s Megan here. This is a question about the Darkling’s thoughts towards Alina’s “feelings.” At first he seemed to believe them since Alina knew about his secret plan. But when it comes out that she wants some Fjerdan she has never met or seen before, he seems more skeptical. Is the Darkling only going to believe her feelings once he has proof? This isn’t a prompt to write but would he believe Alina if she said Nikolai was a pirate and Jarl’s Daughter was Grisha? Lol I picture his face.

Oh I’d say he still believes them, and it’s not skepticism you’re seeing. The jump from the sorts of things she’s “guessed” in the past (e.g. “heeeyyy so maybe don’t make us a moving target on the Vy?” or “my instincts directed me to information that helped me put together a secret about youuuu”) to *asks for specific person by name who she’s apparently never met or laid eyes on* is a substantial one. Short version: he’s sussing her/this out.Longer version: Maybe this is just the latest manifestation of “Why yes, I am intuitive connection to my singular power incarnate, thank you.” But whatever she is, she’s still a person, and it has only been a few months since she was picked up in Kribursk.Like… there’s a stoic personality, and then there’s “A random name has popped into my head and I so strongly believe it’s legit that I’m comfortable offering myself to the Fjerdan court to get access to him.” Sure, it’s possible this is just Impossible Alina doing Impossible Alina. But it’s also possible she’s lying about some part of this, maybe even all of it, rather than her having spontaneously developed like… god-level oracle powers that no one’s heard about and which she hasn’t freaked out over even a little. I mean… sure, some people adjust well. But man, she just got yanked from her entire life and sense of self/identity a few months ago. Maybe he’s starting to wonder if this entire thing isn’t some sort of set up. Somehow. In some insane, intricate, impossible way, for some reason he can’t yet grasp.Basically one way or another, she just dropped a metric sh*tload of information and implications into his lap, and this… this is his “I’m processing” face.#AnsweredAsk, #IDEKfic

Updates and Data

So, it’s 2019. What is next for the story updates?!

... Not a lot, actually. In fact, very little.

New year, so let’s look at the data and see where each story stands.

Legacy

Well, the last chapter isn’t at 5 anymore. It’s at 7. ... It’s above half of the average, at least. Still very bad though. It’s no longer pitifully disappointing. It’s now just disappointing. And still the very notably clear downhill trend, that is common in every single story.

That said, ignoring the clear outlier that is Prologue - Kanto, which is still over twice the average, the rest are kind of clumped together... except the most recent chapter, which is at half of Prologue - Kalos, which is now the only other chapter that’s not below the average. Which means I’m disappointed in pretty much every Legacy update. So... I don’t want to do it anymore. SA was like that too. The highest point was the very first chapter at 19 and everything else was downhill from there, until at one point, I updated the story, and that chapter had 3 for a whole month. And so the cancellation alert. The story was no longer worth the time and effort.

In fact, the moment Destiny ended, I had a strong urge to delete Legacy and retire. But if I was to delete Legacy, then I also have to delete Heart and Wings since they’re a part of a certain package. So that means, if all three stories in that package are disappointing to the point where I don’t want to work on them...

Pushing the data aside, how do I feel about the story? Eh, it’s disappointing, but I don’t want to cancel it just yet. I just don’t want to work on it. I know exactly what I’m going to do in the chapter. I just don’t want to do it. In fact, the update document currently looks like this:

Not even a title. Legacy was updated on Oct 27? ... Over 2 months’ time, 0 words written.

But I do want the story to progress far enough to at least reach some of the planned parts, like the big one in the middle of the story’s length, which I doubt very highly that it would ever be uploaded. I detect a pretty high probability that I’ll delete Legacy after Chapter 7 (10, counting the three prologue chapters).

So Legacy, TL;DR, I don’t want to work on it, but I do want it to continue at least for two more chapters.

Update ETA: ... Before June.

Heart

... I see that the graph template I copied assumes the story will reach chapter 20. ... Whoops. Forgot to change that... But, since the chapter count is not fully set in stone, I guess it’s okay... for now.

Anyways. The data. ... Heart was updated a month ago on Dec 7. ... Chapter 3 was a critical scene. It was what created the story in the first place. And that is at 5. I believe that means the whole story was a mistake. Unlike Legacy, however, Heart already had one of its two critical scenes uploaded. So I have that much less of a motivation to continue.

TL;DR for Heart: it will likely be discontinued.

Update ETA: ... Before 2020.

Wings

According to Wings’ data here, it’s very close to being so pitifully disappointing that I don’t want to work on the updates anymore. It’s a perfectly straight line with a slope of -3, which means the next data point is going to be at (4, 1), according to the pattern.

But it hasn’t even been a week since the update, and it’s that moment in time when the year ends and the new one begins so... people are busy. And I still find Wings updates to be fun, so I will still work on it. I just won’t for the time being, since... it’s been less than week since the update. I am looking forward to writing the soccer scene and its subsequent events, whenever that may be.

That said, I am quite concerned about Wings, in that... well, it has no critical scene. Or a finale in terms of plot. The story is called Wings because... well, apart from the reference package along with Legacy and Heart (and Tumblr only Covert Ops), because the intent was eventually get Y to be a Sky Trainer, thus fitting the theme associated with “wings” and also match Y’s actual role of being a Sky Trainer. BUT Wings as a story does not have Pokemon in it. Pokemon do not exist in Wings. So... what the f*ck is a Sky Trainer? There is no such thing!

The end of the story is supposed to have Y finally find a club that accepts her and interests her enough that she finally feels like she fits right in, and it was supposed to be for being a Sky Trainer. But with no Pokemon, the next thing that comes to mind that fits the “wings” theme is... very impractical. ... I’m fairly certain that high school students don’t have to worry about getting a pilot’s license.

I suppose the “Wings” will have to be meaningless now, just like Destiny and Legacy, really. ... Though “Eternal Legacy” does have some meaning in one of its ending paths. ... Anyways. But that doesn’t change the fact that Wings has no finale. I... will have to put a lot of thought into it.

... But that assumes the story will last long enough for that to be a concern. We’ll have to see, then.

TL;DR for Wings: I want to work on it, but it hasn’t been long since the update, so it’s temporarily paused.

Destiny

Destiny has finished, so now I can look at its data and point out all the critical scenes and important, notable moments!

Well, to note... Destiny is f*cking all over the place. There is no trend. It’s just a range.

First, death scenes. (21, 11) is where Silver died. And it’s a local minimum. Interesting. (22, 16) is Y’s death... the first one, anyways... and it’s a local maximum. (36, 11) is where Green died, but... well... meh. (41, 17) is where Gold and Crystal died. I guess having two people die at once is more impactful than just one dying? (42, 13) is where Yellow went super and abruptly got smacked down. Interesting. ... I think I like the death spreads more in SA, since only three chapters had death scenes in them. Triple Triple! Easy to remember. I have to look up when Green dies in Destiny because I can’t remember.

(35, 8) is where White got mind controlled, and I expected someone to say something like it reminding them of a certain Short Story, but... I think that was SO long ago that no one remembered. Or no one cared.

(38, 5) REALLY hurt. I put in a sh*tload of effort into it at the end of a year and it got 5. The absolute worst in the whole story. Not even half of the average. (39, 8) also really hurt. I once again put in a ton of effort to write heartwarming and heartbreaking scenes in the really long chapter and... just 8. It’s not surprising then, to see that I updated Destiny 5 months after that chapter because I was so f*cking disappointed.

Fortunately, killing Crystal really violently (...) definitely helped. In fact, the last three chapters of Destiny all were updated in the span of a month. Chapter 41 went up on Nov 18, and the last chapter went up on Dec 22. So just over a month got THREE chapters. Compared to a 5 month gap between Chapter 39 and 40. What is it that I had written on the bottom of a LOT of chapters?

Faster updates indeed.

Now that the story’s over, I do really hope that the last chapter would rise above the average. It is currently below, and it’s a downhill slope from Chapter 41. I would prefer if Destiny ended on a high note, not a lower note.

Up Next?

So, with all that crap out of the way... what is up next? If I’m not going to work on Legacy or Heart, and I’m waiting for time to pass before I work on Wings... what am I going to work on?

... I believe times like this is the reason why I made the SoS Tumblr series. So... that. It’s been too long since the last part was uploaded. So time to fix that, perhaps. The document file has had Moon finding a Legendary weapon for 4 months now, since that section kept getting pushed back. So it wouldn’t take too much effort to complete Part 5.

While I would’ve worked on Covert Ops, that short story series idea is a part of a certain story package that may or may not be around in a few months. And Covert Ops would require a significant amount of planning and thought put into it, so... it’ll take a lot of time. So we’ll see what happens. For now though, Covert Ops is in the planning phase.

And depending on if I get an idea that I want to pursue, there can be standalone short stories. And I do believe that I have an idea for a Black & White one. ... The LAST Black & White short story was a sweet and cute one, which means... BALANCE... Hehehehe... ... We’ll see though. If the idea flops while I’m working on it, then it’ll have to be salvaged into something else. We’ll see how it goes.
