While I’m complaining I’ll say the hate on Luke Combs for the success of his Fast Car cover has always been aggressively annoying, given Tracey Chapman has openly stated she likes the cover and loves the paychecks it brings in AND she made an extremely rare appearance at the Grammys to perform it with him, so there are clearly no hard feelings there whatsoever. And yet people continue to speak over her and make a problem where there isn’t one.

Possibly my *least* popular w359 opinion is that postcanon Doug and Miranda are friends and everyone else hates it. The others have all these preconceived notions about who they are/should be, and that has to get stressful. Doug has seen like 5 humans and isn’t an ableist jerk about Miranda’s eyes. Miranda tolerates him because he’s not weird about her. He’s the only one who knows her well enough to notice when her memories start trickling back and doesn’t say anything because that’s not anyone’s business. She offers to make him new lungs. They hated each other for personal reasons. They killed each other. They’re the only ones who understand this aspect of each other. They sit quietly in a room while the rest of the crew is piled outside the door trying to supervise out of paranoia but they are literally Just Hanging Out.

Posting this because I've been caught up in the news and it's been a horrible drain on my mental health. It is normal and natural and even encouraged to feel outrage, despair, and grief over what is currently happening. However, letting these emotions take ahold of you and paralyze you is not productive, and is really damaging to your psyche. It's important to take time out of your concern and advocacy to take care of yourself. This is your sign to log off for a few hours and do something to nourish your mind and soul. i will be logged off for the majority of today and tomorrow. so before i go, here's the schedule for january:

. january third will be a big day for me. as it is not only kuni's birthday, but the day i get to spoil you guys with as much content as i can because i am free for the month <3

. january 10th to 12th are days where i'm publishing drabbles for other kuni concepts i hope to evolve on this year with my favorite one being a secret for now ^-^

. january 16th up to the 26th will strictly be chapters for my kabukimono series until it's done. i hope to wrap the series up as soon as i can since i have another series i hope to start by spring of this year ( specific i know, but that's connected to the lore )

. end of january to the beginning of february will be the bonus chapters for my kabukimono series! mainly the ones that count as additional content like the chapter titled "will i receive an embrace?"

and that's it! here's to a year full of fun and me loving kuni as always~ i am incredibly excited to share all i have this year as in all honesty, this was something i wanted to do for a long time. i don't suppose i can be blamed for my excitement 🤭
