Remember when the Audrey villain leaks came out and then we saw the offical c4 and s3 outfit reveals and saw the c4 on the isle and the s3 in an auradon forest and we all thought there had been some sort of time spell where Audrey twisted time and instead of the c4 coming to Auradon it was the s3 so Audrey stayed with Ben and there was a whole adventue to fix the timeline? no? just me? okay

Evie's answering all of Ben's questions as if he were asking her in person, and Ben's falling for the person he thinks is right in front of him. Meanwhile, Evie's listening and realizes the kind of person he is underneath the crown. He's kind, he's open-minded, he's funny, smart, and beautiful inside and out. Evie finds herself at odds as to what to do next. Does she continue to help Mal in an attempt to get to Fairy Godmother's wand? Or does she come clean?

@inception30daychallenge Day 19: Your favourite bit of fanon.

I'll be completely honest, because I came into the fandom pretty late, I don't actually know a lot of the fanon and don't tend to hold too much of it particularly dear as a result. That said, I really like the fanon that Arthur and Eames both got their start in dream sharing as soldiers in the original military training program. I like to combine this with my own hc (I have no idea if this is common fanon or not) that Dom and Mal got involved on the academic side of things, which I feel would create an interesting dynamic of how Dom and Mal approach dream share early on (awe, wonder, intellectual curiosity) vs how Arthur and Eames approach it (this was specifically design to Make You Kill, Die, and Feel Extreme Pain with no lingering physical effects). Which I also think would create a FASCINATING dynamic of Arthur were to ever find out what exactly happened to Mal.

It's insane to me that dipshit "alpha" type men think that your dog needs to be afraid of you to "respect" you, meanwhile if you actually train your dog properly you can literally punish them by putting them in timeout instead of hitting or yelling at them

in an alternate d2 i can perfectly imagine the scene where mals crying, about to leave for the isle, but evie walks in before she can. and mal ends up talking about how stressful all of the princess training is, and how its so emotionally taxing and how it feels like nothing she does is good enough.

and evie understands. because she also had to go through princess training, but at the hands of her mother. she knows exactly how it feels to be forced into perfection every second of the day. how to be the perfect wife, how to look after a king.

so evie lets mal cry, she holds her and wipes her tears away. and when shes finally calmer, evie firmly but softly reminds her that she does not need to play this part. the doesnt need to carry the weight of the kingdom on her shoulders, and shes not a failure for not wanting it because evie knows thats part of the reason as well.

mal already failed her mother, she cant let herself fail auradon too.

so evie reminds her that no matter what, mal could never be a failure to her. and mal feels a little more hopeful, second guessing her desire to go back to the isle. because as long as evie loves her, as long as evies proud of her, maybe she doesnt need to be who auradon wants her to be. maybe she can simple just be mal. not mal, daughter of maleficent. not mal, future queen of auradon. just mal.
