2024 revised, 2025 dream life ♡
Tumblr media
We're going to be treating 2025 as a blank canvas, so have full faith that this is going to be the year where you finally get everything you want. For this challenge, revision will be the key. You will be revising the entire past year. You can even revise the years before that if you'd like. After revising, you will go into 2025 knowing that you are living your dream life and that this is going to be your year. (You can use this challenge for the void state too!)
Create a list of all your desires. You can do this on a Google Document, in your Notes App, wherever you want. You can even include pictures, or make a Pinterest Board. Many of you have already done this, but if you haven't yet, I definitely recommend that you do!
Choose a few affirmations that you will stick to. Some affirmations that you can use are:
I am living my dream life, I always have been.
I have already manifested my dream life, and I am currently living it.
I have already entered the void state, I enter every night, and I've manifested my desires long ago.
Feel free to make your own!
Listen to this subliminal and follow the directions below:
youtube
Take a few deep breaths and let yourself relax. Play the subliminal, close your eyes, and repeat your chosen affirmations in your mind. If you like to visualize, do that too. Now, when you repeat your affirmations and visualize, I want you to have full trust that these affirmations are true, the scenes that you are visualizing are real memories that belong to you, and this is the life you've always been living. Do this for however long makes you feel fulfilled. My recommendation is around 10 minutes, but feel free to continue for longer if you'd like! Once you are done, accept that the old story has now officially been revised.
That's it! It's done. The old story has been revised and all you have to do now is accept that and persist in that fact. Keep reminding yourself that IT IS DONE. You can't fall back to the old story now, because there literally is no old story, it's been revised! You are already someone who is living their dream life, you always enter the void every night because you always have, you manifest instantly because it's been a skill that you've always acquired. By accepting this, you will get your desires, you will enter the void, your dream life will be yours.
Want some motivation before you start this challenge? Here:
how i manifested my dream life with extremely hard circumstances + how you can too ♡
HOW I CHANGED MY LIFE WITH THE LAW OF ASSUMPTION
my long awaited void state success story ˘ ³˘
2025 is going to be your year, I know it, and I want you all to know it too. ♡

How I manifest
Tumblr media
My Manifesting Beliefs.
I’ll start by saying that I practice shifting-based manifestation. I believe that every time we manifest something, we are simply aligning ourselves with a reality where we have our desire, and because of that, I preach that the core of manifestation is connection: aligning your energy with a reality where you are fulfilled with your desire.
I use this routine every time I want to manifest something, and have been having pretty good results with it. I’m also planning to use it to manifest my full shift to my desired realities soon, once I regain my motivation. With that said, you can still use this if you don’t believe/practice shifting, as it still works within the LOA beliefs.
My Routine in Detail: How I Do It.
I start my day by taking a few deep breaths after I wake up. I lay on my bed and enjoy the after-sleep relaxed state for a few moments before I spend some minutes going over my daily affirmations. They usually consist of self-concept affirmations mixed with my desire-focused ones. So if I want to manifest, for example, money, I’ll repeat affirmations such as ‘I’m deserving and worthy of my desires’ (self-concept) together with ‘I am a money magnet’ (desire-focused). I only do this for around 5 to 10 minutes, as I don’t feel the need to do more, not do I usually have the time to.
I follow with my day without thinking too much about my desire, as sometimes hyper-focusing on something can end up bringing a lacking mentality.
At the end of the day, after I finish all my chores, I prepare myself for meditation. I have an easy time getting into deep states of meditation, so I take advantage of it to directly communicate with my subconscious. I put on some binaural beats (I recommend the app atmosphere, it’s very good and has beats for pratically everything) and let my body fall asleep. After I reach a state akin to the void, I start connecting with my desire and vaunting about it (“It’s insane how easily I attract money and abundance, I’m so grateful for all the daily money I receive without having to move a muscle.”) Until I feel like it’s enough. My meditations usually last around 40-50 minutes, but depending on the day (and how exhausted I am) it can be less or more.
Before I go to sleep, I put on my overnight affirmations tape according to my desire (I make them using capcut and the text-to-speech function they have) and fall asleep without thinking too much about it.
My manifestations usually take around 2-3 days to physically manifest in the 3D, but I don’t stress about time too much, as I know they will arrive sooner or later - I simply just trust the process.
Not only does this routine quickly manifest my desires, but it also keeps me in a positive/relaxed state for majority of my day, which can be very helpful for those who struggle with overthinking. I wanted to share this to tell people that you do not need to make your day revolve around LOA, manifesting should never feel like a chore, simply do what works best for you and what you enjoy doing, be either affirming, vizualizing, meditating, etc..you got this!

study tips: how to get a 4.00 GPA pt 2 🦢
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆
this is the second part of my first post!!
disclaimer: now these tips won't guarantee you getting immediate straight A's, but applying them to your school life will definitely improve it.
#6 act like the main character in a tv show:
this helped SOOO much! acting like that could result in more confidence and encourage you to join in activities as main characters are usually the leaders in a group project, this could help you build ur leadership skills.
#7 find people or characters you aspire to be like:
a character i aspired to be was Rory Gilmore (as i think she was to everyone), even just watching gilmore girls made me be determined to get good grades. Some characters that are academic weapons are: spencer hastings, elle woods, blair waldorf, and paris geller.
#8 behavior:
your behavior is so important. respecting ur teachers, valuing school rules, and helping ur friends are all synonymous with being a great overachieving student. remember to always be polite and respectful whenever approaching anyone!!
#9 change your mindset:
adopting a more positive mindset is the key to being put together during school exams, it improves ur focus and makes you care more about urself than others, which u will then channel into school work.
#10 make vision/pinterest boards:
having a clear image of exactly what u want is so helpful, making vision boards are my favorite things to do. they make me feel very motivated and dedicated to reaching my goals(in this case an A+ student).
now making vision boards is pretty easy, all you need is either a board or A3 paper, glue, scissors, & some pictures!! i would recommend making a list of the goals you want to achieve and searching them up on pinterest, picking the pictures to ur liking then printing them out, cutting them up, and sticking them to the board!
#11 manifesting:
my fav way of manifesting is listening to subliminals. i luv listening to them while doing hw, studying for a test, or even while sleeping. manifesting helps clear ur intentions and goals, because it involves focusing on them to bring them to life. i recommend the law of assumption and attraction.
#12 find study methods that work for you:
there are various study methods to choose from and are all catered to different learning styles. it took me a bit to find the ones that worked for me...🎀
♡ pomodoro method: first u set a timer (for example) for 30 mins of focused learning, then taking a break for 10 minutes.
♡ blurting method: its basically writing all that u understood from ur subject on a piece of paper, then after that reviewing it and looking at the areas where u might have gotten something incorrect.
♡ practice testing: theres many apps that could help u with this like quizlet, but personally i like to make my own practice exam. i primarily just gather the key points from the topic and make up questions about them.
♡ active recall: this requires using flashcards or just actively testing urself about what u remember from the topic.
♡ the Feynman technique: in this method, u essentially teach the topic to someone else(or ur wall or plushie). this can identify gaps in ur understanding.

Trouble manifesting with ADHD???(+success story)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Well hello to my lovelies how are yall it's been a while and I was lurking in Twitte- X (sorry not sorry) and I also took a break from manifesting while I was gone and last month I opened my X again because boy my ADHD WAS ON PEAK no liralyy~,it was and I still am struggling from this break from manifesting my desires,it actually was bad idea for me,but just because I experience it doesn't mean yall will too.
So few days ago I got in a little problem and I was so Dang panic I knew I could manifestation but like my anxiety was on peak if you know, you know and so I decided to use all my knowledge because I wasn't gonna let my intrusive thoughts stop me from affirming,so I downloaded my counter app and start affirming for 10 hours even if i wasn't counting i was still affirming for example i would tap my finger on the table and guess what I manifested my circumstances away and this my friends how I did it.
First thing first nervous system regulating you can search for "Vagus nerves" reprogramming exercises on youtube it's simple or take cold shower there are many you can search it they can also be done in room full of people it's not that hard hardly takes 40-50 second. I know how ANNOYING they get and my chest hurts so bad when I get anxious so few minutes of vagus nerves exercises really help calm those thoughts. And then I also did EFT tapping in-between when I was free or didn't bother to count.
Second will be well COUNTER I know I myself used to say no need for counter but unless you have trouble focusing I really recommend counter especially for saturating sessions, and the robotically affirm that's it.
But remember you must also remember that this is LAW literally A LAW and no one can change that period! Even if you say you can't you still are so REMOVE THOS HOWS, WHERES AND WHENS,keep persisting and saturating that's it loop the hell outta your mind, drench your mind with the idea that you have your desires.

Yes friends, sometimes we all have trouble with our crushes, so as your bestie, I will tell you about a manifest that I don't call my own, this shit works very fast.
Now let's move on to how to do it. First of all, you can do it wherever and whenever you want, but I will recommend you to spare 10 minutes before going to sleep to make sure your head is clear.
After that open the photo of the person you want and just tell her what you want her to do for you, for example because of my love you don't care what anyone does, you are just in love with me.
Do this for 10 minutes. Tell him about your feelings and when the 10 minutes are up, close the photo and go to sleep. be sure that it will happen.
I did this and slept at night. When I woke up in the morning I forgot what I was doing and didn't think about it anymore and guess what. BOOM!! He messaged me on two apps and called me multiple times.
Just believe it, friends. The person you want is now in love with you. I tried this and it worked. Bitch, why wouldn't it work for you?

Self-Concept Affirmation of the Day
My life is permanently on easy mode. I am always receiving princess treatment. Blessings keep dropping in my lap. I am a master manifester and everything comes to me with ease.
Options on How to Affirm:
repeat to self out loud or inside your head (robotically affirm) for 10 minutes straight.
repeat to self out loud or inside your head (robotically affirm) while using the counter app. Choose your own numeric goal.
record on Parrot app and loop for desired amount of time.
script this onto paper as much as you want for as long as you want, I recommend saying it outloud as you write.
visualize whatever will signify and prove to you that this affirmation is real
meditate upon the feeling of how it would feel if the affirmation was true, identify as that feeling being true and continue to dwell in that feeling/state
Remember, methodologies are as varied as the calculator vs. the abacus vs. mental math vs. counting with your fingers - they all accomplish the same goal.
xx, gigi

Hey I'm the one who asked about the lucid dreaming methods. And no , you didn't ask a dumb question. Actually, I am trying to enter the void state through a lucid dream , and I would like to know the various methods or techniques that help to induce a lucid dream soo I can enter the void state 😅.
Hi! Thank you for clearing that up!
Some years ago, I started searching a lot about lucid dreaming, and some techniques were really interesting.  I'll put my head up. I don't remember the names of those technicians, so I'll try to identify them by summarizing.
Here are some basic and common tips: Lucid dreaming is when you realize you are dreaming and have some control over what happens in your dream. To enter the state of lucid dreaming, you have to be aware that you are sleeping and that you are actually living in a dream, and that is the most difficult part of lucid dreaming. When exploring methods, I saw that most require you to meditate or keep your mind engaged while your body sleeps. (The main idea behind a lucid dream is that you can change it and even create a new approach.)
-wake up and fall asleep. (5/10; too complicated)
This method is one of the first that I tried, and in the long run, it is just tiring, at least for me. Basically, you fall asleep and have to wake up at least 3 hours later. Once you wake up, you go back to falling asleep, but this time you will slightly move one finger up and down. It does not have to be a full motion; it must be the softest touch possible because your brain must be alert but not totally awake in order to return to sleep.
-using your imagination. (7/10; good to keep your mind active)
This is how I fall asleep on a daily basis, and I only discovered a few years ago that it was a legitimate way. Simply sit in your most comfortable position and begin to envision whatever. It does not have to be about manifesting or entering the void, although if that is your objective, I recommend you do so.
-Write down your dreams once you are awake. (8/10; it is a slow method).
Something that I actually started doing is writing my dreams in a journal or in my note app, giving them titles, and writing down any details that I can remember. This not only helps us grasp the significance of our dreams, but it also teaches our brain that our dreams are significant, and you will begin to remember more, eventually leading to vivid and lucid dreams. I also suggest that you keep track of the time you sleep (I use my smart watch that tells me all the data when I sleep, but you can simply track the time).
-guided meditation (6/10; I have ADHD; I simply can't focus enough.)
This is a great way to also relax your body and become aware of your surroundings when you are falling asleep. They are easy, and I actually suggest you try them. It is not an effective strategy for me because I tend to divert myself, but you are your own person!
-Some shifting methods (8/10; believe me, they're worth it)
Several shifting methods, such as the Raven and Julia methods, are unintentionally good for beginning with lucid dreams. They help you because they keep your mind active and your body tired.
and i think that's all! @ddaycoming (i tagged you because you asked for some methods about lucid dreaming, forgive me if i disturbed you.)
If you are interested in other methods, I have a masterlist of things I have already talked about, and if you have more questions, don't be afraid to ask!

My personal workout/dieting tips:
1. It's okay to have a weight loss goal, but never set a deadline. All it's going to do is put you down if you're not where you expected to be as you're approaching it
2. Allow yourself to eat the foods you crave. The more you criminalize the food you eat the higher the chance of you hating yourself or punishing yourself if you cave in, which can manifest in two different ways. One, you will end up starving yourself for a few days, bc you feel it's what you deserve or two, you're going to binge eat the guilt, which will later turn into you giving up, bc you feel there's no going back after what you just did. If you want that piece of candy or bag of chips just eat it. Punishing yourself for "giving in" will do you more harm than good. Treat yourself
3. Everything you eat doesn't need to be "diet" food. Just eat in moderation. I don't have vegetables, fruit and chicken everyday and I'm doing just fine. And carbs? I eat them all and I'm still loosing weight. I stopped counting carbs ages ago, bc it made me literally want to die. Same with calories. I had the apps. I kept track of everything I ate and calculated my calorie intake on a regular basis and it was exhausting. I'd have to carefully plan every meal, bc if I didn't by time dinner time came I'd only be able to eat a meal worth 150 calories even though my stomach would be eating itself whole. I was letting an app dictate my right to eat. It was a depressing way to live
4. Stop watching tiktok and youtube influencers. Stop letting these people tell you what to do and what not to do. They make dieting and working out extremely miserable and undesirable. They make it seem like eating anything other than their recommended meals (which are often times expensive or unrealistic) or doing anything other than the workout routines they do isn't going to accomplish anything. You don't need these people. I eat what I please and I came up with my own workout routine. Once I stopped letting influencers get in my head I genuinely started to enjoy my lifestyle change
5. You don't have to workout everyday. I try for at least 3 days out of the week. The more you push yourself when you don't feel like it the higher the chance of you giving up. Do what you can when you can
6. Your workout also doesn't need to be vigorous. My workout lasts around 40 minutes and most of it is done with a yoga mat, a weight bench and a medicine ball. It's enough for me to break a sweat. I'm not training for the olympics, so I'm not going to stress and exhaust my body like I am
7. Patience is key. Stop examining your body in the mirror everyday and getting discouraged. What you want isn't going to happen overnight
8. STOP watching skinny fit people who post videos for weight loss, because 9/10 the exercises they do are nearly impossible if you're overweight. I remember my mom watching some videos on YouTube and she couldn't do a single one of them, bc the people in the videos all forgot one key element in their workout routines; our stomachs. These people have been skinny all their life. They don't know what it's like to be in our bodies, so they have no idea how to properly coach us. If I want tips or inspiration I watch other plus size people or people who were once plus sized. It's more helpful and realistic
9. It's okay to take long breaks. Sometimes, I don't workout for a few weeks at a time. I used to stress over gaining the weight back, but I never do. My body looks the exact same as it did before

HOW I GOT INTO THE VOID STATE !
So here's what I did to get into the void
I gave myself some time...I took a week off from my school , I took a break from Tumblr !!
I made a routine for myself and Here it is :
I Don't gave a fuck to my failed attempts and told myself failure don't exist in my reality! I worked on myself for a week and half
I decided to affirm robotically and sometym with knowing for 10-20 mins every hour and I vaunted every night before going to sleep for 30 mins , I listened to @lotusmi ( her mirage sub since it contains DMT Frequency ) and beauty crystallized's void subliminal on loop overnight and slept while Affirming in head and in the daytime also when I was free ..I started to do mediation by Mary Kate daily in the morning and at night before going to sleep and did some stretching excercise for 10-15 mins to make myself feel good ( excercising improves ur brain health and makes u feel good all dag long by releasing feeling good hormones ) .... whenever any doubt comes in my head I just say "Fuckkk off! It's done , I'm so freaking happy ( Distraction technique by @remcycl333 ) and sometimes I would open my notes app and script about my void concept
I affirmed and listened to subs as much as I could...and few weeks ago I did the 10k challenge bef starting my routine and I think that also really helped me maybe!
I did this for a week and half ig , for the first three days I affirmed fory sc and then for the rest of the days I affirmed for vc
Ig I Explained too much 💀
HERE'S A SIMPLIFIED VERSION :
Staring from the morning
1. Do Mary Kate's manifesting mediation THIS ONE after that do some stretching exercises if u want ( not necessary tho )
2. Choose one Affirmation of ur liking and Affirm that every hour for 20 mins
3. During the day listen to a void subliminal as much as u can and script in ur notes app if u want
3. Now bef going to sleep vaunt about the void for atleast 30 mins ( I'll recommend to search for a void vaunt and take a ss of that and read that with feeling )
4. Do THIS mediation bef going to bed
5. Put on a void sub and and sleep while Affirming in ur head
6. REPEAT THE SAME FOR 7 DAYS!
AND I ALSO DID SOME EFT TAPPING EXCERCISE IN THE MORNING AFTER WAKING UP BUT I ONLY DID THAT FOR FEW MORNINGS , IF U WANT THEN U CAN ALSO DO THIS ...FOR THAT HAVE A LOOK TO THIS POST BY @asteriaas-stuffs → THIS ONE
Don't acknowledge ur negative thoughts coz they don't hold any power!! And lastly DELETE TUMBLR take a ss of this and save those videos after that just delete it
Don't waste ur time on Tumblr for God sake , watch ur fav movies , listen to ur fav music , go out for a walk , eat ur fav food , do whatever makes u feel happy genuinely for this whole week .
U can consider it as a VOID CHALLENGE
GOOD LUCK LOVIEESSS <33 Do keep me updated about how it goes 💗

CREATE A MANIFESTATION ROUTINE WITH ME!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A quick 4 step guide to creating a manifestation routine that suit’s YOUR SCHEDULE and DOES NOT make you feel burnt out! ❤️
cr to @pearloholic on IG
This is an ULTIMATE guide to creating the perfect manifestation routine to suit YOUR OWN schedule! Answer the question's on the next slide's in your note's app OR on a peice of paper and FINALIZE your manifestation routine!
What is a manifestation routine?" In MY OWN WORD'S, I would describe it as IMPLEMENTING your usual manifestation method's into your daily routine each day! This is BENEFICIAL because this 100% helps with staying consistent.
CONSISTENCY= FASTER RESULT'S
Being consistent DOES NOT MEAN burning yourself out from affirming, listening to subliminal's, scripting + more Burning yourself out WILL make manifestation> seem like a "chore" and can POSSIBLY distance you from wanting to continue persisting. Be easy on yourself
1.Pick your FAVORITE manifestation method/way of manifesting! Pick one that you KNOW you won't easily get tired of! REMEMBER, we are trying to stay CONSISTENT! IF YOU HAVE A TIGHT SCHEDULE try to pick one that is NOT time consuming.
For example:
Wonyoung from IVE is a celebrity. She has a BUSY schedule! Would it be reasonable for her to listen to 50 subliminal's during her 10 minute break before her next photoshoot? NO! How about affirming her 3 affirmation's on loop during her 10 minute break? YES!
2.Pick how many minute's/hour's you want to do the manifestation method you chose in 1. ! BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF! DON'T choose "Scirpting 5 HOUR'S EVERYDAY when you KNOW it will make you feel burnt out.
I PERSONALLY feel burnt out from affirming more than 5 minute's! (In one sitting) NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED OF! This is my manifestation journey, RIGHT? SO WHAT'S THE POINT in adapting OTHER PEOPLE'S manifestation preferences and then PROLONGING me achieving MY dream life because I feel burnt out from THEIR recommendation's?
Think about part's of your day that you REPEAT EVERYDAY! IS there ANY period of time that is considered "FREE THINKING TIME? IF you have a BUSY
SCHEDULE, Consider those part's of your routine that even allow 2
minute's of free thinking time! ( Brushing your teeth, washing
dishes, driving your car to work, taking a shower+ more!) Because
guess what, eventually by the end
of the day you have probably saturated your mind for AT
LEAST 10-20 minute's and TRUST ME, those 10-15 minutes can HEAVILY SATURATE your mind!
FINALIZE YOUR ROUTINE!
For example: I chose affirmation's as my favorite way of manifesting. I chose AT LEAST 5 minute's of affirming everyday. The "free thinking" part's of my day consist's of making my bed, brushing my teeth, taking a shower, getting ready for school, catching the train + MORE! Trust me there is ALWAY's time to manifest even if it is only for 1 minute!
love, jade

Hello! It’s Dark and I am here to share you my personal guide/advice as to what i do to lucid dream. Please remember that what may work for me may not work for you. You are free to ask for any clarifications, questions, advice, etc. in the comments. Please do not claim this guide as your own. Remember to read this with an open mind, and an open heart 🧿💕.
Dream journaling
This is a common one, and although many people probably make a journal specifically for them to write down their dreams on it, it doesn’t work for me if i personally do that. Mostly because I will forget that I even own a notebook, and will probably lose it/lose track. What I do, is that since i always have my ipad near my bed when I’m asleep, I dm a friend about the dreams I had. If you don’t want to tell a friend, you can also use the notes app on your device.
Advice: Something I used to do is make my own discord server just for myself, where i organize my scripts. Every channel has a theme. For example, you can have a channel where you write down your dreams, and another one where you write down you lucid dreams, etc. since it’s discord, the date will already be recorded so no need to worry about when you experienced your dreams.
Meditating
When I meditate, I often sit down and close my eyes rather than laying down, mostly so that I do not fall asleep while doing so (unless I am doing a method that requires me to sleep). I focus on my breathing, and I try to breathe slowly and as quiet as possible.
What I do:
1. I sit in a comfortable position and I put some brown noise if my surroundings are too loud for me to concentrate. You can also lay down if you desire.
2. I feel my breath. I pick a spot, which can be nose, belly or chest. I focus on really feeling the inhales and exhales.
3. Every time you get lost in thought -which you will, many many times-you forgive yourself and you gently return to your breathing.
Tips:
-to help me stay focused, I count my breaths. You start at one, and when you reach ten (if you do) you start back at one. Every time you get lost or distracted, you start over.
-set a timer for how long you want to meditate. I’d personally recommend 5-10 minutes of meditation for beginners.
Subliminals
Listening to lucid dreaming subliminals whenever I feel like doing so has helped me a lot to lucid dream. I said “whenever I feel like doing so” because manifesting shouldn’t be treated as a chore. Below are two subs I mostly listen to that have helped me a lot.
1. My lucid dreaming / void state subliminal combo
youtube
2. This galantamine supplement
youtube
Reality checks
A popular reality check method is pinching your nose. I do this one sometimes. You basically take a deep breath in, and you then pink your nostrils shut and you try to breathe in. You can’t breathe in because your nostrils are sealed shut. My personal method is to touch anything (usually the walls) and see how it is solid. In dreams, my hand will usually pass through it or look blurry.
Methods
These are some methods I personally do sometimes
Using the hypnagogic state
I basically affirm to myself “i am sleepy, i am so sleepy” and relax my body as much as i can. I also try to slow my breathing down (basically I inhale for 4 secs, hold for 4, and exhale for 4). Once I feel sleepy or start hallucinating, I tell myself that I will lucid dream the moment I fall asleep.
WBTB (wake back to bed)
This method I have used it in the past, usually on weekends. I basically set an alarm in my ipad after 4-6 hours of sleep, to target my REM cycle. Your cycle may be different from mine, so you should experiment what works for you. If you just woke up from a dream, that means that you are in your REM cycle. I then do activities that do not wake my body too much-such as going to the bathroom, meditation, etc. I sometimes use my ipad to play some subliminals for me to lucid dream for 5 mins, but I do not recommend this if your device keeps you awake. I then go back to sleep, and I then start lucid dreaming.
Alternative to the WBTB method:
Idk how this method is called, or if it is popular enough to have a name, but I basically put my alarm to my REM cycle, and once I wake up, I stay still in my bed. I close my eyes again, and tell myself “I will lucid dream” and immediately go to sleep.
How i stabilize my lucid dreams
I usually try to touch the walls in my dreams (or the ground) and feel the wall with my hands. Sometimes spin around in my dream and I yell “STABILITY”. Another thing that I sometimes do (which I dont recommend for everyone) is to blink while lucid dreaming. Some people may wake up while blinking, so I dont recommend this to everyone.
Witchcraft
Sigils
This is not for everyone, but you could try using sigils if you need help in lucid dreaming. I personally made a sigil that will help the user get rid of any blockages regarding anything that may hinder them from manifesting (including lucid dreaming, shifting, etc).
Tumblr media
You chant: “I break the chains of whatever is holding me back. My blockages don’t define me, and i let go of thinking otherwise.”
And you can look/stare at this sigil for as long as you want. This sigil is energy charged with the energies of my higher self and energies of my wr. Please do not steal this sigil and claim it as yours 🧿⬇️.
Asking for help
You could also ask help from someone you’re close to from your desired reality to help you lucid dream. I sometimes ask Zuko, Kacchan, or my deity for help. However, if you are new to deity work, please do your research and only do it once you are ready to work with them.
Crystals I use for lucid dreaming
-amethyst for relaxation and promoting lucid dreams
-celestite for easing anxiety when sleeping
Teas i drink/plan to drink again for lucid dreaming
-chamomile (for me to feel sleepy, as I struggle to sleep/remain asleep as i have a lot of energy)
-peppermint
-valerian root tea (with cinnamon powder)
Outro
So this is the things I do to lucid dream! Hopefully it helps some of you. Remember that this is my personal experience! You are free to experiment and see what works out for you. Have a great day/night

Healed girl Summer || Challenge 🌱🪴🌺✨
Tumblr media
I wanted to dedicate my summer to further benefitting myself, improving myself and healing past traumas/bad self concept that never had a place in my life. I want to create a challenge for others who want to do the same for themselves in the last two months of summer and truly become the best version of themselves without validation being a factor
🌱 。.。:∞♡*🌱。.。:∞♡*🌱
Anyway here are the rules of the challenge!
1- Create a vision board/ Pinterest board of you goals you want to achieve this summer. Or a 5 subliminal playlist! (don’t overwhelm yourself pls)
🌱 。.。:∞♡*🌱。.。:∞♡*🌱
2-✿silence all forms of social media (yes this means Tumblr too. Stop snapping that boy you keeps streaks with bc you think he’s cute it’s not going any further than that!) block twitter from your phone, disable your Instagram for a week, just take some time off to truly reset even if it’s for one day.
3-✿treat your body like a temple :
-try to eat healthier, cut out excess sugar, overly starchy foods at incorporate more vegetables and fruits into your daily diet. Ofc you can still treat yourself to snacks and sweets every once in a while but it’s all about moderation! Drink more water, I recommend ‘Plant Nanny’ a really cute hydration tracking app to keep track of your daily water intake! How can you do expect to get glass skin subliminal results without behaving like a girly with clear skin? If possible, go to the gym twice a week! If not then walk every other day, 10,000 steps a day is commonly advised but do what fits best for you!!
SLEEP ON TIME!! I cannot stress this enough, sleeping is essential for repairing the cells in your skin, revitalizes your skin, reduces stress and improves your mood and so many more benefits!
🌱 。.。:∞♡*🌱。.。:∞♡*🌱
4-✿ Keep your space clean/clear!!
I’ve seen a saying that said “a persons mind is only as clear as the space they surround themselves in” or something like that, so I’d like to think that having a dirty space reflects on your mental space as well, so I’d prefer to keep that clean to maximize the “healing” journey as much as possible by building good habits
I know not everyone can do this so there’s no immediate emphasis on this rule,
5- ✿ building some good habits!🌱💗
*journaling
*self reflection meditations
-Wim HOF breathing
-Reading atleast once a week
-doing one hobby/thing you enjoy a week (like guitar, painting, swimming, singing..any hobby! Things that bring your vibrations up!)
*these two are the most important considering the whole challenge is based on healing your mindset and elevating yourself to be the it girl yk you are!
To start off, try

6-✿ Affirmations! The fun part
Pick 5-10 affirmations to repeat every morning right after waking up and right before bed at night. Make sure these affirmations have to do with bettering yourself rather than attracting an SP or your crush, this challenge is about you and purely you!
Here are some self concept/essential affirmations:
“I only treat myself with the utmost compassion, kindness, and love”
“I fall more in love with who I am each day”
“I love what I see when I look in the mirror.”
“I am a gorgeous person, inside and out. I do not need validation from others.”
“I give myself permission to heal.”
“I release the past and trust that everything is happening for my greatest good.”
“I choose to forgive because it feels better to love.”
“I trust that everything in my life is unfolding perfectly”
“everything always works out in my favor”
“You are worthy, you are valued”
“I no longer allow people to overstep my boundaries “
“I value myself”
“I am the prize”
affirmations
-I recommend @meraskiii ‘s affirmations and advice if you need more specific affirmations
-I also recommend thewizardliz and her videos about overall healing, being a queen, self improvement and manifestation! I love her content and I hope you will too 💗
Lastly, have fun! This whole challenge is about healing yourself and getting past your past mistakes and ego! It’s not going to happen overnight but you’ll never know until you try!

Self Concept Affirmation of the Day
I get to decide my life, I am the operant power. Whatever I decide is fact. All my affirmations are fact. I am the validation. I am not attached to the 3D. I am a master manifester. Manifesting is so easy for me.
Options on How to Affirm:
repeat to self out loud or inside your head (robotically affirm) for 10 minutes straight.
repeat to self out loud or inside your head (robotically affirm) while using the counter app. Choose your own numeric goal.
record on Parrot app and loop for desired amount of time.
script this onto paper as much as you want for as long as you want, I recommend saying it outloud as you write.
visualize whatever will signify and prove to you that this affirmation is real
meditate upon the feeling of how it would feel if the affirmation was true, identify as that feeling being true and continue to dwell in that feeling/state
Remember, methodologies are as varied as the calculator vs. the abacus vs. mental math vs. counting with your fingers - they all accomplish the same goal.
xx, gigi
