You have to become your number one cheerleader in order to win in this life, there can’t be any room for that toxic voice in your mind. You might not even realise that you’re your very own number one hater. Think of all those times you try to step it up, wake up early, start a new business, take on a new exercise? And guess who’s whispering loudly in your ear holding you back? Persuading you that waking up early is BS, that going to the gym and doing exercise is stupid and you’ll do it another day, that why even start a new business? It’s going to fail anyway? That voice there in your mind is keeping you stuck and the only way to overcome your inner sabotage is to firstly start noticing this voice. Notice is as often as possible. As you’re in the shower and it’s creating an argument with that person, as you’re looking in the mirror and it’s pointing out how bad your skin is. Once you have this awareness and you can start to see how toxic your inner voice has become, you can now decide… do I listen to this self-hate that puts me down day in day out? Or do I replace that voice with something that empowers me? Because you truly have that power. Slowly but surely you’ll start overcoming all that negativity in your mind and watch how quickly this changes your life.

Self-Concept Affirmation of the Day

My life is permanently on easy mode. I am always receiving princess treatment. Blessings keep dropping in my lap. I am a master manifester and everything comes to me with ease.

Options on How to Affirm:

repeat to self out loud or inside your head (robotically affirm) for 10 minutes straight.

record on Parrot app and loop for desired amount of time.

script this onto paper as much as you want for as long as you want, I recommend saying it outloud as you write.

visualize whatever will signify and prove to you that this affirmation is real

meditate upon the feeling of how it would feel if the affirmation was true, identify as that feeling being true and continue to dwell in that feeling/state

Remember, methodologies are as varied as the calculator vs. the abacus vs. mental math vs. counting with your fingers - they all accomplish the same goal.

Why do I have to be so offensively attractive? Everything about me from top to toe is perfection. You've never seen a face as pretty and flawless as mine. No cause why do I have to look this hot? I'm fr the hottest girl on the planet. Everything about me from top to toe is pure perfection, my individual features are perfect and flawless but when they come together they are so harmonious? Like everything just fits my face so fucking perfectly like it's meant to be there. Every inch of my face and body is gorgeous and flawless. I am a walking masterpiece, I'm a work of art. I actually was randomly going through my notes and caught a glance of this technique. I actually got myself surprised on the first time when I used this technique because it made my switch state in mere seconds.

Thai technique is basically all about switching states.

Let's take an example :

You think yourself as someone who is not enough pretty (if you think you are not pretty i am disowning you right now you are my pretty baby 😉) to be a hallway crush.

Now go into the mirror and point at yourself and say " I remember when I was the girl/guy who didn't get much attention and was not anyone's hallway crush"

Then.. Say " Look at me now, I am everyone's hallway crush and I am so pretty like bruh.. look at me I am everyone's dream girl ". NOW PERSIST THAT IT ACTUALLY IS DON'T GO BACK TO THE OLD STATE.
