they really let anyone become a yoga instructor these days... 31 year olds with 0 anathomy knowledge out there causing injuries. you can kill someone. my mom goes to 'yoga for senior citizens' classes and she skips classes taught by people under 40 because they just don't bother to learn how bodies change. let's be real, classes that are 90% standing poses are not good for a crowd with varicose veins and blood circulation issues. like people really think they know it all??? it takes 2 years to become an instructor and it's sooo unregulated it's scary
