it was a metaday but I hated it

I haven't eaten this much in over 7 months but I needed a meta day

back to omad for five weeks, fasting on sundays

Pra quem não sabe, eu tenho um problema metabólico muito grande. As vezes meu metabolismo desacelera demais sem razão, mesmo fazendo metaday. Por isso eu comecei a fazer sozinha um tratamento de enzimas que envolve muuitas agulhadas (cerca de 80 a 100 por sessão) e eu tenho um pavor inexplicável de agulhas (da última vez que tirei sangue, desmaiei) mas apesar de ter feito a aplicação sozinha e sem anestesia, eu tô muito feliz por que apesar dos roxinhos e da dor das agulhadas na hora e dias depois, isso me faz lembrar do meu objetivo é pensar que estou cada vez mais perto de alcançar ele.

binge day and metaday :') i ate around 2000 kcals (didn't coun't exactly) the first day and was around 1400 the second. really fucking disappointed

i will up my intake limit to 800 and burn at least 300 a day to try to not binge anymore

So if everything is okay will be on Monday morning (Monday is my metaday (800kcal limit)) so I'll do my metaday then go back into fasting

       Elana hurried over the rooftops, kicking into flips and rolls between buildings before continuing her run. She was all too well aware that Thea and Oliver were somewhere in the night with her, chasing this man down as well.

   Someone had scored a lucky hit and a trail of blood led her along the way. "Closing in," landing in a roll she pulls her bow again and sets an arrow at the ready. Her steps are slow and cautious, senses alert as she walks along a metal roof near a downward slope. Seeing the man she levels her bow and smiles behind her veil. "You almost got away,

   "That's saying something when you have three of us following you." stopping she watches the man near the edge of the roof. "Now we can continue the chase, which is boring for all of us. Or you can come in nice and easy." the man keeps walking, leaving her gritting her teeth. "Damn.. A chase it is.." letting her arrow fly towards his knee, she hops down onto the slope allowing her momentum to carry her in a slide. Landing on her feet she pivots and starts to swing her bow with the motion.

  The man moves quicker than she's anticipating, striking her bow from her hand, hitting her with a follow up to the cheek that leaves her seeing stars. Staggering, Elana.. Artemis.. Nears the edge of the roof allowing the man to grab her by the throat to stop her, but he doesn't pull her back to safety. Instead he dangles her just on the edge.

   "Whoever you have following you? Call them off, or you're dead."
