What soups are common in Italy?

Many are made with legumes (mixed or not), these are pretty good cause you get almost the same nutrients as you get from meat; minestrone (made with different vegetables -depends on the area we live in as well but you generally find carrots, potatoes, beans, celery, spinach, broccoli, a little bit of tomatoes- and sometimes rice and/or bread) and minestrina (broth + specific type/s of pasta) are some of the most famous ones (and what we eat in hospitals, especially the latter: very good for your stomachache too). But we can make many different ones: even with pumpkins (=zucche; we also make rice + pumpkins which is really great and I can't wait to have mine lol). Other good ones are pasta and patate and pasta and ceci (remember every place, well every house has its own recipe for EVERY SINGLE DISH). Many soups are just more common in some areas than others, most of them especially in central Italy, but we're getting more aware of them and how good they are throughout the country.

me mirroring my bisnonni: well time to make the mineastra.

(idk how to spell it, but it's usually rapeseed or dandelion sometimes lettuce or kale. with some oil and smidgen of salt, cooked in a pan. my bisnonni and nonni used to make it alot, my nonno still does. it's very very much a poverty food, and it tastes pretty good when it's not cooked to high hell.)

'ELLO, forgot to mention I filled out Wenzhe's about and Liz's too! Which is about as productive as things are gonna get to be honest, it's a miracle ya favourite dumbass (that's me, hi) got this done. SO, now all abouts should have basic info needed for interactions. Connections sections are still underway (I accidentally deleted the note where I wrote down who was connected to who, so hurray~)

MY SKIN IS IMPROVING AGAIN, god knows what that was? It must have been stress because I ended up changing very little in terms of consumption and it still improved; still very tired but now we're almost back to the regular constant fatigue. My queue still has things in them (opens! >:3) and I'll try to add some more as I go.

Work's picked up again, though, so I'll be MIA a little longer~ Please refer to my opens and memes tag because I am sitting here with very expectant sparkling eyes, especially if we've got nothing going on (but also if we have, I love all I LOVE IT ALL) to come at me >:3 (though, there are very few opens tbh more coming up).
