I made mobile game about capitalism.
The game name is [Dust Work!!]. Experience the life of the foreigner 'Dust,' who has sought refuge in Wallet Land from Galbolo's civil war.

The story can be known indirectly, and the game basically progresses by collecting the contents of the Dust's journal. Me and my friend made this game so long time. it takes 6 years long just two of us. I hope this game is make much better result but it didn't.. anyway,i love this game as my child.
I'm now... unemployed and may not be able to financially support this game to continue. I haven't made a single dollar from this game. I probably won't sell it anymore if it doesn't make any more sales. But I still think it's meaningful that I did it. Ironically, it was thanks to the job I had to get to make the game that I was okay with the game not being a success, but now that I don't have a job, it's hard to maintain the game. hehe
This time, we're looking at ways to make it less expensive to maintain.. and making next game! I'm putting all of our retirement money into it. I want to make games that are kind and educational. If experience teaches people, I want to provide experiences that allow them to learn. I live in a country that is extremely hostile to minorities and animals. Because I live in such a country, I try not to be like that. And I hope other people learn that attitude from game. I think that's why I keep making games.

Hello Everybody! I hope you all enjoyed the Holiday this season and have had plenty of relaxation and recovery from your busy lives. Let's dive in and talk about what we've achieved with Boba Monsters, shall we? First, on top of juggling my full-time work, I took a Holiday break myself. But there's still been a lot of cool stuff we worked on for Boba Monsters over the last few months.
Things we've been brewing:
Upgrading the squirt bottles (Squeezed version + some of the basic bottles have new icons)
New topping designs (worms, jellies, sharks, pumpkins, and more!)
The cauldron station design
Began programming the boba topping station gameplay
Began programming the syrup bottle station
Some UI designs completed
Design Progress on the Batphone
I'll reveal some of the new art and progress at a later time, but here is a peek at the cauldron station. This is the station where you will make your different flavors of tea, much like you would make a potion!

HUGE update to my old jam game Succor!!!
Finally getting back to coding after some pretty rough health setbacks (to the point where I couldn't sit at a computer and was worried my brain had been permanently downgraded). Things are still not as quick and snappy as I remember myself being, but I am reveling in progress and am excited to be back to making artsy games!

Here's my GDC presentation on how @KOOPMode is structured and operated as a ~20 person cooperative! Please let me know if you have any thoughts or questions [x]
if you check this out and think "wow that seems insanely risky fuck that" let me introduce you to every company ever. nothing about the coop structure is more risky than a normal company but a lot of it is more equitable. [x]
coops don't inherently solve any of the risk or privilege required to survive in capitalism. They are another tool to empower workers to own their labour and be more directly in control of their work and to share in the profits of that✌️ [x]

I think I'm going to start posting about my upcoming game on here, currently in soft launch! It's version 1.3 of Ready Set Golf! A thread!

Before we start - a little back story. Back in 2020 my small team at PikPok made Ready Set Golf for Snapchat. Made in PlayCanvas, it was our first true online multiplayer title, so there was a lot of learning to do!

But it was pretty basic. It was "Golf Forever", no real meta-game to keep you playing, or things to earn. Still, very fun! The game is no longer available on that platform, so we've been porting it over to truly try our a real online multiplayer game!

Over the last year we've ported it to a new codebase and redone the multiplayer. We changed the game's "unlimited" play to instead be best over 5 rounds, which has made the game way more engaging. We've also added a Level Up system.

So what's in this 1.3 update? Customization! Finally! When we made the original version of this game for Snapchat, we weren't able to get this in. Now, we can!

In the last update we added a simple level up system, which would give you power ups after playing through games. Now it'll also give you a full customizable item!

Players can earn 4 kinds of customization - Balls, Trails, Flags and Hole Effects. Fun fact - the original game's balls, being a single color, didn't actually roll! So it was surprisingly complicated to get this working here.

One of the neatest additions we've done compared to other games is the Flag. When you win a hole, the flag switches over to yours! A new way to show off to others.

We've got a whole bunch of stuff in here for this update. The artists had a real fun time making awesome particles for the trails and effects, and the balls are so cool!

My brother and Dad are big fans of real golf, and I like olf games, so I'm happy we're able to bring this back and do some new, cool stuff with it.
