ngl a wildly terrifying and motivating thing for me is that my ex moved back to my home town so there is a very real possibility of running into him at some point. I know when I was dating him I did end up gaining a considerable amount of weight but when we broke up he lost a ton and I ended up gaining even more

How fucking embarrassing would it be to let him see me have fucking failed like that. I feel like I HAVE to manage to be at least lighter than when we broke up for this to matter
