Day 8 - Sun
[AO3]
Hob cocks his head, looking up at the many shining stars in the sky. “What’s with all these?” He asks, knowing they represent something of Dream’s mood, considering, well, he’s the Dreaming. Hob considers it a bit of a privilege, having a partner who’s his own Fisher King, even with all the challenges.
“Decoration,” Dream replies stiffly, and Hob looks over with a smile.
“And if I did this?” He says, leaning over to kiss a pale arm, and Dream stills, the stars in Dream’s eyes shining like the stars in the sky, the suns pulsing even brighter as he kisses up Dream’s arm. “Somehow I don’t believe you,” he breathes, grinning widely as Dream’s face gets a light dusting of red.
“Hob,” Dream warns.
“What if I did―” he doesn’t finish, leaning over Dream, and going down, lifting up the other’s black shirt to nip at pink nipples until they’re red and hard. Dream breathes, and Hob can feel the sun’s get even brighter, beating down on his back as he licks down to Dream’s pants. “What do you reckon’ll happen when I do…” he trails off, nosing at Dream’s covered crotch, and Dream lets out a sound, and the blue of the sky starts to shine a bright white.
Dream groans, arching into his face, and Hob smiles caressing Dream’s hips ― the denim of the jeans melting away as Dream glares down at him.
“If you come, will I make shooting stars?” Hob asks, delighted as he presses a kiss to Dream’s stomach.
There’s a growl, loud and rough, and it feels like the tectonic plates of the Dreaming move to do it’s own version of a growl as Dream grabs his hair, tugging it until Hob moans, “maybe you should find out.” Dream’s voice is low, threatening, and Hob can only laugh Dream forces him to Dream’s hard cock.

That tiny lil octopus-mer you saved from being stranded in a tide pool and released back into the ocean? Remember them?
Whelp, flash forward a couple years later, you’re at that same beach you found the lil mer at. One problem though, that lil octopus mer is now the size of a massive kraken, looming over you with a happy look in their eye.

my offering for swap!au (dozo)
i have a lot of Thoughts about this au. specifically where both kni and vash's goals differ but yet i still try to keep the same. the shift is, who was the one who got rem's speech after tesla's revelation.
kni uses his powers of creation so as not to let his sisters suffer the end of a last run anymore. hence the black hair. meanwhile, vash doesn't want to eradicate all of humanity, but to control them and strip them of their free will. he thinks in this way, he could control how plants are to be treated and kni won't have to slowly kill himself for the Humans and their sisters. he's starting a cult lmao

Coruscant Ballet presents Romeo and Julien--a critically acclaimed, passionate retelling of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet with some twists--returning this season by high demand. Equally joyous and poignant in its queerness, Romeo and Julien tells the story of two young men from families that would rather think their sons dead than accept their love. Obi-Wan Kenobi and Cody Fett have captured our hearts with their evocative performance full to the brim with yearning and a love so deep that you'll feel it from the balcony seats. Mace Windu takes Prokofiev's score and gives the haunting despair hope. Combined with Shaak Ti's inspirationally beautiful and tender choreography that simultaneously challenges and subverts the standards of masculine and feminine roles in ballet, this is a production you don't want to miss.

Something I wonder about Simon and Betty's relationship is how long they were together before the whole crown ordeal. But they were engaged, you say. My aunt (in)famously met my uncle and had a ring on her finger in 8 weeks. We've seen that both Betty and Simon were both weird outcasts, crazy determined and a pinch insane. I would not be surprised if they decided they'd met their one true love and got engaged super quick.
My point being, Betty's shifting to revolve around Simon and Simon's rose colored glasses of their relationship feels very much like New Love. They're people who love each other and love being a couple but still haven't quite figured out how to coexist together, as two people in a partnership. I feel like if they'd known each other longer, lived together longer, some of the issues we're seeing would have probably self resolved.
I don't think their relationship is toxic nor is it totally perfect. It's two lonely, most likely neurodivergent people in a relatively early relationship still figuring out how it works. Everything that happened afterwards: the crown, the seperation, the time travel, the magic/madness/sadness just exemplified issues they had both as individuals and as a couple.
