Collection of declassified DnD NPC doodles for my campaign

(1a) Gale is an Air Genasi Artificer who has created a scorpion mech.  She is guilty of the crime of being a GAMER and was defeated by the party.

(1b) Windshield down so you can witness the LUXURIOUS gamer chair interior

(2) Lady Bassila is an Archfey who turned a knight into a cursed sword that the party found. The sidequest into his mind palace involved killing the idea of her.  Now he won’t autokill creatures anymore. :)

(3) An envoy deployed to assist in a diplomacy mission. Heingarde is a half-elf Paladin.  Skarra is a centaur scout, painfully jock, she’s paid for her skills as a scout, not her personality.  Iyote is a scholar goblin, his Axebeak is named Mango.

(4) Veridi is a Triton shadow/assistant to a queen, she’s very good at her job.  Byrn & Fyr are the last of the envoy assigned to the diplomacy mission, they’re married and doing a bit.

So @pirrip is doing Dungeon23 this year--a project to make a dungeon with 12 levels and 365 rooms by drawing a new room every day. I hadn't intended to become part of it, but we started talking about ideas and his first level is an underground aqueduct/waterway, and of course that excited me. I started thinking it would be fun to make each level correspond to the month he's working on it in, so January could be a frozen aqueduct. Also, it could be populated by rat npcs that are carving out a hardscrabble life in this aqueduct, making makeshift shelters and farms. So now I guess I'm participating in it with him, oops.

A companion piece to Master Root, I painted the most notable of my DM’s NPCs: Captain John-Gilliam The Lesser. The PCs operate from his ship, a funeral barge carrying the name Rhadamanthine.

His character design is a lot more complex than Master Root’s, so it was a challenge in some areas to get it right. A good exercise in bringing to life a character not of my design. The Captain is my boiii though, don’t tell my DM.

DP x DC Where do you work again?

Danny actually managed to rent a pretty nice apartment in a safe neighborhood of Gotham, which does not come cheap. How did he do it? Well, it seems like he works for half the businesses in Gotham.

The Waynes see him everywhere. Who’s the barista in the coffee shop Tim and Steph frequent? Danny. Who’s the cute tattoo artist working the shop across from Jason’s current safehouse? Danny(with ink). Who’s that working the floral shop whenever Bruce visits his parents and Jason’s graves? Danny. Who’s the bartender when a certain Matches Malone wants to get a drink? Danny. Who did Alfred just hire to do some groundskeeping? An independent contractor... that happens to be Danny. The new janitor at Damien’s school? You guessed it: Danny

Danny is just literally everywhere and seemingly working every job under the smog clouded sky of Gotham and it’s driving a Bat/Bats nuts. It might all take them a surprisingly long time ro realize they’re all talking about the same Danny, but when they do all hell breaks loose. How does he do it? When does he sleep? Is it clones? If so how do they all seem to remember them each time they run into each other? A hive mind?

Through a combination of time shenanigans and duplication, Danny is working a bunch of jobs to afford it all. Upside, soooo many employee discounts. Downside? He’s his own roommate and neither of them want to do the dishes
