Raise Your Voice by Lea Baker offers expert vocal coaching, helping students discover their free, authentic, well produced voice.
- What I Do:
I help people find their freely produced, efficient and authentic voice. I love to teach and empower students. Each singer is different, there is no 'one size fits all'. My sessions involve lots of physical and vocal explorations, positive reinforcement and lots of encouragement.
Using actors' voice training techniques, I help singers find freedom through embodying their voice and releasing unhelpful tension.
I believe ‘trying harder’ nearly always leads to vocal difficulties. When vocalists discover the power and range of natural, organic and instinctive sounds, they grow in confidence and ease - often discovering the voice they didn’t know they had!
I help those who rely on their speaking voice for their profession, such as teachers, public speakers and call centre workers (to name a few!), avoid vocal fatigue, become more engaging to their listeners and maintain a healthy voice.
- What I Offer:
Success in learning depends on finding the right Instructor; someone who knows the subject well and understands how you learn. My teaching style is practical, holistic, non-gimmicky, and based on science. Students learn how to sing or speak optimally. Clear specific language and examples are used, leading students on a self-discovery journey.  Everyone has a voice. My job is to help you release its full potential.
Here are the four philosophies I follow:
* Trying harder will almost always lead to a deterioration in vocal improvement. It’s finding the ease in vocal use that is the key. Less is often more.
* The most freely produced and authentic singing or speaking comes from your natural, organic and instinctive voice. Often it's noticing and releasing unhelpful vocal habits & muscle tension to find that voice.
* I believe learning is about self-exploration and discovery, with guidance from your voice coach. Doing what the teacher asks to gain their approval isn’t learning.
* Training at NIDA opened up a whole new world. Using acting voice training helps singers to feel and sense their voice, rather than just hear it.
Why choose me?
* I help the student discover for themselves with guidance and targeted techniques.
* I take the time to understand the mindset of the student towards their voice and address this in my coaching.
* I teach holistically – I teach the whole person, not just their voice.
* Students get clear explanations of the ‘why’ when to comes to voice usage.
* My Teaching is underpinned by a good understanding of the science and physiology of the voice.
* Finding the unhelpful habits or traits of the student and helping them rewire these.
* Experiential learning is key, helping students to discover for themselves, no “pleasing the teacher”.
* Learning is layered. What each particular student needs at this particular time. I don’t clutter them up with lots of ‘nice to know’ stuff - it's not about how much I know, it's about what the student needs to be a better singer, speaker or performer.
* Voice lessons are either online or in person (Covid safe).

An 82-year-old grandmother affiliated with the local Republican Party spat at and attacked a group of veterans during a press conference in Tulsa last Friday, after they vocally protested against the enforced use of religion in public schools.
The incident, which was captured on camera, took place at a press conference called by State Superintendent Ryan Walters on the grounds of Tulsa Public Schools’ administration building.
Attendees were there to show support for E’Lena Ashley, a Tulsa school board member who had been criticized by parents and her fellow board members for praying during a high school graduation ceremony in May. Among those attending the event were members of the local chapter of extremist group Moms for Liberty, which endorsed Ashley’s campaign for school board last year.
Also in attendance were Roberta Pfanstiel and her husband Carl, who were there to support Walters’ call for “religious freedom” in schools. Last month at a Tulsa School Board meeting he called for the promotion of Christianity and “Western heritage” in every classroom, including displaying the Ten Commandments.
At the event, the Pfanstiels were standing next to three activists from Veterans Defending Democracy, who were calling out what they saw as Walters’ hypocritical calls for “religious freedom” in schools.
During the event Pfanstiel, who lives in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, approached one of the activists, Bailee Tyler, who was sitting on the ground wearing a hat bearing the name of one of the activist groups she is affiliated with, Defense of Democracy.
“[Tyler] was on her knees, on the ground in front of me, and [Pfanstiel] came up from behind her and smacked her hat off of her head,” Erika Stormont, one of the three activists said in a podcast discussing the incident.
Much of the exchange was captured on video and posted online. In the clips Stormont, who was deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 before becoming one of the Army’s first female cavalry scouts in 2015, told Pfanstiel that she cannot touch her or anyone else, and that if she does it again they would press charges.
At one point during the press conference a Christian pastor began praying, and at this point protesters called on Walters to allow a rabbi to pray also if he really believed in religious freedom, chanting “let him pray.”
“And it’s as we’re chanting that, again unprovoked, this woman comes up from behind my friend who’s still on the ground and it looks to me like both of her hands are going for her neck, her shoulders area, and that she made contact,” Stormont said.
In Stormont’s video, posted on TikTok, Pfanstiel’s husband is seen restraining his wife by holding both her elbows.
“As I turned my camera back to her and said: ‘That’s twice, you cannot touch people in public.’ She spits in my face and her saliva lands on my cheek,” Stormont said.
At this point in the video, Stormont is heard telling Pfanstiel to spit again because she has captured it on camera. “I know that’s a very inciting thing to say [but] when I say that, every single part of my body at that point was in fight flight [mode].”
Stormont says she drew on the training she had received in therapy about how to deal with such situations. “I refocused back to the event, I refocused on why I was there, and I ‘gray rocked’ her, which is a term we use when we talk about recovering from narcissistic abuse. You cannot give them any of your energy at that point. And I knew at that point we were going to be pressing charges.”
Stormont filed a police report online and received a tracking number, but told VICE News that she has not heard back from the Tulsa Police Department. She called the department this week to update them with the identity of the person who spat at her, after she had been identified by online sleuths, but had to leave a voicemail. The Tulsa Police Department did not respond to VICE News’ requests for comment on the case.
In total about 100 people attended the event according to Stormont, with about one third of the attendees opposing Walters’ and Ashley’s claims that the school board is being religiously intolerant.
Alongside members of the local Moms for Liberty chapter were prominent members of the state and county Republican Party, including Oklahoma GOP chair Nathan Dahm and Tulsa County GOP chairwoman Ronda Vuillemont-Smith. Moms for Liberty did not respond to questions about Pfanstiel’s affiliation with the group.
Pfanstiel, who deleted her Facebook account this week after VICE News contacted her, has in the past appeared in pictures posted online showing herself and her family with Dahm. One photo was taken in front of the Oklahoma State Capitol on January 6, 2021, to oppose the outcome of the 2020 presidential elections.
Dahm didn’t respond to VICE News’ request for comment but Vuillemont-Smith said the party “is aware of the allegations of assault that took place” and “while the party was not the organizer of this press conference, we are monitoring the situation.”
“The Republican Party of Tulsa County honors all veterans who served, and support the freedom of speech,” Vuillemont-Smith added. “We do not condone nor endorse violence of any kind, nor do we support actions or free-speech that disrupt and impede on others' right to free speech.”
When asked if Pfanstiel is a member of the Tulsa GOP, the chairwoman said “all registered Republicans in Tulsa County are considered members of the Tulsa GOP.”

Exploring the World of Carnatic Music: Classes and Learning Opportunities
Carnatic music, a classical tradition from South India, offers a rich tapestry of sounds and techniques that captivate musicians and listeners alike. If you're interested in delving into this musical tradition, there are numerous learning opportunities available to you, from Carnatic flute classes to Carnatic violin classes online, Carnatic Vocal training, and even free online veena lessons. Each of these instruments and vocal techniques plays a unique role in the Carnatic music landscape, and exploring them can be a deeply rewarding experience.
carnatic flute classes provide an excellent starting point for those intrigued by the melodic and expressive qualities of the flute. The Carnatic flute, often referred to as the "Venna" or "Venu," is a transverse flute made typically of bamboo. Mastery of this instrument requires understanding its unique fingering techniques and intricate ornamentations, which are fundamental to Carnatic music. Enrolling in Carnatic flute classes will guide you through the basics of flute playing, including breath control, finger placement, and the ability to perform complex ragas and talas. These classes are designed to build a solid foundation and help you develop a deep appreciation for the nuances of the Carnatic flute.
For those seeking the convenience of online learning, carnatic violin classes online offer a flexible and accessible way to study this elegant instrument from the comfort of your home. The Carnatic violin, distinct from its Western counterpart, is played in a unique style that requires specific techniques to produce the characteristic sounds of Carnatic music. Online classes can provide structured lessons on bowing techniques, intonation, and improvisation, allowing you to learn at your own pace. These classes often feature interactive components, such as live sessions with instructors and feedback on your progress, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
Carnatic Vocal training is another vital aspect of mastering Carnatic music. Vocal music in Carnatic tradition is both intricate and expressive, involving a deep understanding of ragas (melodic scales) and talas (rhythmic patterns). Carnatic Vocal classes typically cover a wide range of topics, including alapana (improvisational exploration of ragas), kritis (composed pieces), and devotional songs. Learning Carnatic Vocal requires dedication and practice, as it demands precise control over pitch, rhythm, and ornamentation. These classes are designed to help you develop a powerful voice capable of conveying the emotional depth and complexity of Carnatic compositions.
If you're looking for an introduction to another essential Carnatic instrument, free online veena lessons can be a valuable resource. The veena, a plucked string instrument, is integral to Carnatic music and is known for its rich, resonant sound. free online veena lessons typically offer basic instruction on how to play the instrument, including techniques for plucking and tuning. These lessons can be a great way to familiarize yourself with the veena’s unique sound and playing style without committing to a paid course right away. They can also provide insight into more advanced techniques and repertoire, serving as a useful supplement to more formal lessons.
In conclusion, exploring Carnatic music through various classes and learning opportunities can greatly enrich your musical journey. Whether you choose Carnatic flute classes, Carnatic violin classes online, Carnatic Vocal training, or free online veena lessons, each avenue offers a unique way to connect with the rich traditions of Carnatic music. Embracing these learning opportunities not only enhances your musical skills but also deepens your appreciation for the artistry and heritage of South Indian classical music.

Seventeen: The K-pop Band Poised to Make History at UK Festival
Tumblr media
DaftTaengk, CC BY 3.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0, via Wikimedia Commons They are the biggest-selling act globally, and they're about to grace the Pyramid Stage. The headline act on Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage this yea is a K-pop boy band boasting 13 members, who sold over 10 million albums last year. Despite K-pop's global success, the UK has been slow to embrace the genre. Bands like BTS, Blackpink, Stray Kids, and Aespa have gained traction, often through collaborations with Western artists like Selena Gomez, Lady Gaga, or Coldplay. However, Seventeen stands out as they don't do collaborations and uniquely write and produce their own material. Now, they are set to make history as the first K-pop act on Glastonbury's main stage. The significance of this milestone is not lost on them. “There's a great sense of responsibility,” says Choi Seungcheol, also known as the band leader S Coups. “We’ll keep coming back to that feeling and do our best to prepare, so that we can blow everybody away… Not just our fans, but every other member of the audience.” This year, Glastonbury is moving further from its rock roots, reflecting evolving audience tastes. The Pyramid Stage will also feature Afrobeat icons Burna Boy and Ayra Starr, while pop star Dua Lipa and R&B sensation SZA will headline. Seventeen's performance is scheduled for Friday afternoon, a stark contrast to their usual late-night sets in Asia, but S Coups remains unfazed. “The time of day doesn't really matter to us,” he says. “It's actually even better that we’ll be performing in the afternoon because the audience can see us better under sunlight.” Their music, known for its upbeat and positive vibes, includes hits like "Shining Diamond" and "Very Nice," reminding fans that pop can be fun. Seventeen's journey began in the basement of South Korean entertainment company Pledis, where members endured a long and grueling apprenticeship lasting four to five years. Rapper Jeon Won-woo, known to fans as Wonwoo, was one of the first recruits in 2013, surviving multiple rounds of auditions documented in the online series Seventeen TV. The band faced a significant turning point during an eight-month hiatus when three members were replaced. S Coups recalls, “Our deal was pushed back a little and Woozi, one of our members, thought we could debut earlier than planned if we made our own music.” Woozi, a classically-trained musician, co-wrote and produced most of their songs, inspiring other members to learn songwriting and lyric-making. “Being engaged in our creative process goes a long way towards making our music more authentic. We take great pride in it,” says S Coups. Despite the intense training and initial struggles, Seventeen's debut EP, "17 Carat," was released in May 2016. The group, consisting of S Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino, is divided into vocal, hip-hop, and dance teams. Their name represents this tripartite setup: 13 people + 3 units + 1 band = 17. S Coups, the oldest member and leader, approaches his role with humility. “I try to listen to what every member has to say and have everybody aligned on the same path,” he says. “My goal is to make sure we can last as long as possible, so we can make as much music as possible.” Woozi oversees music production, and Hoshi leads choreography, while each member contributes uniquely to the band’s dynamic. Seventeen's hard work and dedication have paid off. Their sound has evolved from the pop of "Adore U" to the broody EDM of "Don't Wanna Cry" and the genre-hopping exuberance of "Left & Right." Their recent mini-album "FML" includes the introspective title track and the upbeat celebration "Super." "I'm getting so numb to this life that it feels like I'm shrinking away,” sang The8, reflecting on the band's mindset during its creation. "But when we honestly, openly talk about our feelings, it really helps to get rid of the negativity," says Wonwoo. Seventeen's success is evident with "FML" being the biggest-selling record of 2023, selling over 6.3 million copies. To introduce new fans to their music, they have released a 33-track compilation, "17 Is Right Here," featuring all their singles and a new track, "Maestro." Looking ahead, Seventeen aims to expand their audience further with a world tour planned for the end of the year. “We’d like to reach fans in as many countries as possible because we don't really get to see them that often in person,” says S Coups. “I still believe that we have a long way to go and we want to become even more successful.” Read the full article

X Controversies:
• During a variety show in 2019 she said that although she really liked blackpink members, the group's musical style wasn't her favourite. This caused her to receive a massive hate from blinks and started a giant fanwar between most of kpop stans that were defending her against the blinks, this deeply affected her and made her stay out of social media for quite a few weeks and even SM had to make an announcement saying they would take the legal actions against those who were making malicious comments about her online.
• Her dating announcement with JB in 2019 wasn't very well received in the korean fanbase, many accused her of betraying them and being unprofessional for dating while being active as an idol. Chinese fans and western fans defended her fiercely, and eventually the korean fans "accepted it", but it's not uncommon to see korean reveluvs that don't support her because of the dating thing.
☆ Trivia:
¤ She comes from a very wealthy family, they own one of Korea's biggest international trading company.
¤ She used to went to China a lot when she was younger, that's why she started learning Mandarin at a very young age.
¤ She had private English classes since very young too.
¤ She started learning Japanese when she joined SM, and quickly mastered the language, she can easily hold a conversation and understand almost 100% of spoken Japanese.
¤ There are a lot of pre debut pictures of her, and she's often complimented for not having changed a lot, still keeping a youthful and innocent look.
¤ Since pre debut she only owns brand clothing, and when people see pictures of her during the trainee period wearing expensive clothing they get really surprised.
¤ Her parents didn't want her to become an idol, it was only thanks to her grandmother that really fought for her that made them let her try to pursue her dream. But they gave her one year, if she couldn't join a company in one year, she would have to go back home.
¤ She used to practice rhythmic gymnastics before becoming an idol so she's very flexible and graceful because of this, since 2018, she started to practice it again because she stills likes it a lot.
¤ She auditioned to SM but she didn't think she would make it, when they told her she was accepted she didn't believe at first and thought it was a scam.
¤ Her favorite groups are Girls Generation and Shinee, and they are the reason why she wanted to join SM.
¤ When she founded out she was going to join Red Velvet she fainted.
¤ Alongside Seulgi, she's the only one female monolid idol on SM, and this is something she talks about very often and with pride. She's always trying to discuss this as a way to help to break the obsession a lot of girls have with double eyelids, to end the pressure for surgeries to get them and make more monolid girls comfortable and happy with their eyes.
¤ Her favorite Western artists are Lady Gaga, Adele, Nicki Minaj and Selena Gomez.
¤ She wants to act in a Chinese drama as a Chinese character and speaking Mandarin.
¤ She prefers Red Velvet's red side instead of velvet.
¤ She's closer to Joy and Seulgi out of all members.
¤ Most of her close friends aren't famous, but she said many times she's very close with Tzuyu.
¤ She thinks of cooking as a therapy and she's a great cooker.
¤ Her main hobby is painting. She wasn't very good at it when she started but now she's quite good and she keeps improving.
¤ She participates in a lot of ocean conservation events and she's an ambassador of 4ocean.
¤ She thinks that her charming points are her smile and her eyes.
¤ Her ideal type is someone that can make her feel protected and loved.

How to Write Non-binary Characters: a three part guide.
Disclaimer: While this guide is written by a non-binary person in collaboration with many other non-binary writers and readers, it does not necessarily cover the views of all people within the non-binary community.
PART ONE: the basics.
First off, what is this thing you call non-binary?
Non-binary genders are any gender identity that isn't covered in the Western idea of woman (girl) and man (boy). This identity has nothing to do with which chromosomes or sexual organs a person has. Some non-binary people also identify as being trans (which is technically an umbrella term containing non-binary), while others only identify as being non-binary. Some commonly use the slang term enbie (which comes from the pronunciation of the initials for non-binary, aka N.B.) while others don't. Some break down their gender further than simply non-binary, while others choose not to.
Some terms for common non-binary genders:
Agender: having no gender.
Bigender: having both binary genders, or aspects of two different genders, usually simultaneously. (Much like the bi in bisexual, non-binary people may also claim this term if they have any number of genders, especially if they can't quite tell where one ends and the other begins, or they may claim the term pangender instead.)
Demi-(boy/girl/man/woman): being partially (but not wholly) binary.
Gender-fluid: transitioning between genders, which may include both binary and non-binary genders.
Gender-queer (or just queer): not of a binary gender. May be used when someone does not feel that any other terms fit them quite right, when they’re still trying to determine their gender and don’t yet wish to choose a term, or simply because the person finds it to fit them best.
There are also genders similar to what Western cultures call non-binary in many non-Western cultures, which are wonderfully diverse and all incerdibly valid, but as someone from an exclusively Western cultural heratage, I don’t feel I have the right or the knoweldge to talk about them.
So then, who are these non-binary people in real life?
The only thing that differentiates a non-binary person from a binary person is that they don’t identify as having a binary gender.
Their non-binary-ness could influence their lives in an infinite number of ways:
It could be subtle or life changing.
They could use fashion and vocal training and actions to present themselves in ways outside their society’s binary gender norms, or they could never even mention they’re non-binary to another living soul.
They could change their pronouns, or their name, or keep one or both the same.
They could spend years re-figuring out who they are and what it means to be non-binary or they could realize it once and never feel the need to dwell on it again.
They could identity as one of the numerous non-binary labels, or they could decide they’re just not binary and don’t care to dig further than that.
They could accept all gendered terms, or certain gendered terms, or no gendered terms at all.
People assuming they’re binary could frustrate them or sadden them or anger them, or they could not care in the slightest.
They may feel they exhibit (or wish to exhibit) many of the traits their society designates to a certain binary gender, or they many not.
They could feel the same way about their identity all the time, or differently every day.
Each non-binary person (and character) is unique, and their non-binary-ness is just one tiny part of who they are.
The basic do’s and don’ts for writing non-binary characters respectfully if you're a binary person...
Do write non-binary characters. Not labels or brownie point grabbers, but characters. They should be diverse. They should not be defined by their identities.
Do write non-binary characters whose identities, presentations, and pronouns vary. Write they/them non-binary characters and gendered pronoun non-binary characters and multi-pronoun non-binary characters. Write them fat and thin and muscly, masculine and feminine and androgynous, wearing dresses and suits and t-shirts.
Do listen to non-binary and trans people talk. Listen to how we feel and what we want to see in literature and what tropes hurt us.
Do get non-binary and trans beta readers. There's an overwhelming number in nearly all writing communities online who are more than happy to help.
Don’t imply your non-binary characters are less human or natural for being non-binary. Just because Western societies have had a tendency to ignore non-binary people does not mean that they haven't been prevalent throughout history and the globe. They aren't new or unnatural or any less human than people who identity as men and women.
Don’t have the genital discussion. I.e. don't have your non-binary character's genitalia "revealed" and discussed, especially for shock value. If your non-binary character is in a situation where their genitals would naturally be mentioned, do so as though that body part is completely natural for a non-binary person to have, because it fucking is.
Don’t write stories about how your non-binary characters discovered they were non-binary or their complex emotions regarding their identity. (Unless you have a non-binary co-writer or a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding the subject.) More on this will appear in a later part of the guide.
And do have fun! You should love writing the characters you write, so let them be wild and interesting and don’t fret too much in the rough draft stages!
Check back next week for Part Two: The Nitty Gritty.

HYSTERIA ENTERTAINMENT [BEHIND THE SCENES]
Tumblr media
Outside of the building:
Tumblr media
First Floor Attractions:
Tumblr media
LOBBY | PUBLIC CAFETERIA | LOUNGE
Second Floor:
Tumblr media
DANCE STUDIO 1A | COMPANY SHOP | ARTIST/STAFF LOUNGE
Fourth Floor:
Tumblr media
TRAINEE DORM 1A | CLIENT LOCKERS | TRAINEE DORM 1B
Company Policies:
Training: Every other Friday-Sunday, the trainees live in the dorms located on the fourth floor. During the weekdays, they are free to live at home (if close enough) or in a separate company dorm building within Seoul. Within the fourth floor are also three small tutoring rooms to help the underage trainees with homework and studying with tutors provided. There are also two soundproof rooms for vocal and instrument practicing.
Dieting: The company is not strict on dieting although do encourage their artists and trainees to be as healthy as possible and provide the proper nutrition classes to ensure safe diets. They are big on making sure their trainees and artists are in good physical condition to keep their bodies safe from injuries when practicing or performing.
Dating: There's is no ban per se, but Idols are highly encouraged to wait a year after debut until they start getting romantically involved with somebody to prevent distractions because it is a very important time and a new path they are getting used to. Trainees are discouraged from dating but it doesn't stop them and unless it is causing a disruption to the trainee's schedule and hindering their improvement, the company won't do anything.
Money: Idols do have to pay a debt after debut. The amount itself is based on how long they trained for and any special classes they sign up for and is covered in their contracts. Until that debt is paid off, they aren't allowed to re-negotiate their contracts (extensions, termination, wages, etc). Album sales and group activity wages are split evenly among members, whereas solo activity earnings are split between the member and company.
Social Media Usage: All SNS posts must be approved by managers before posting but the idols are highly encouraged to post online. They must seek approval prior to opening solo SNS accounts. Any accounts they had prior to debut are deleted.
HISTORY:
Digital Cat are both former producers for Starpunch Entertainment (home of @divine-group-official, @2fold-group and @leejieun-official). The duo left after their contracts expired to star their own company, Wanderlust Productions.
Wanderlust was originally a place for choreographers and producers who would be contracted by other companies to produce content for various idol groups and western artists.
After a year, Wanderlust became Hysteria Entertainment and began accepting a wider range of talents (acting, model, influencers, idols trainees) with their main focus being idol groups.
Kang Yuri, one of the CEOs of Starpunch Entertainment, is engaged to DLUX of Digital Cat. The two worked together a lot when the duo was still under Starpunch.
MAXX, the other member of Digital Cat, comes from a chaebol family although nobody but DLUX knows that.
The company itself is ranked up there with SM, JYP, HYBE, etc and known to treat their artists/clients exceptionally well compared to most companies.

Transmasc HCs in Obey Me!
Is this self-indulgent? Yes, but I’m transmasc and there needs to be more trans and queer stuff in the fandom. I simply write partially from my own perspective.
General
If you were already out in some way in your school/workplace, your name was used on the application.
If you came out during the year and wanted to use your new name at RAD, the administration would immediately take action, informing all teachers of the new name.
Gender-neutral bathrooms are built with magic in case you’re uncomfortable with the gendered ones.
If you’re ever worried about whether you’re going to go to hell for being queer, your friends at RAD will remind that no, you’re not a bad person, and you won’t go to hell for being queer. Your queerness is a beautiful thing and you’ll be reminded of that.
Lucifer
He knew already, but appreciates that you came out to him.
If you come to him for name suggestions, he might be able to come up with something more classy than his brothers.
Your bullies mysteriously vanish if you talk about them with him.
He’s the one who helps the most with getting T and surgery (if you plan on going the human route).
Helps to get you emancipated if you have unaccepting family (he has jokingly suggested just murdering them, though it probably won’t happen).
He takes you and the others to Pride every June. He’ll typically ask which places you want to celebrate at (I’d personally choose NYC or LA)
The man to go to for voice training bless you Kazuya Yamashita (although he’d help with a professional later down the line)
Tries to give you lessons on being a “proper gentleman” but gives up if you don’t show interest.
Studies trans laws in different countries in the human world to make sure which ones are tran-accepting in case you travel with him.
Might help you keep track of which documents need to have your name and gender changed
Might start listening to music by trans artists and enjoy them  (he better listen to Cavetown sdhkvshdvdh)
He might make the occasional dad joke about your name or about being trans (you can’t tell he doesn’t enjoy dad jokes a little, especially after the credit card debacle)
Mammon
It takes him some time to understand when you come out, but my goodness is he a vocal supporter.
He’s the most likely to accompany you to public bathrooms if you feel uncomfortable. The others attempt to follow suit, but Mammon won’t let them near you.
Do not come to this man for name ideas, he’d probably come up with something like “Mammon 2: Electric Boogaloo.”
With your permission, he and Levi record your journey and post bits and pieces online
Confused if you choose human methods for transitioning, especially because of the price, but will still attempt to save money for any procedures you bring up.
Sends trans memes and might bring it up as an inside joke (if anyone knows the tiktok from jvckass that’s essentially “my chest is versace bro”, i mostly refer to that one)
If you get top surgery, he’ll remind you of some of the wack things you said while on anesthesia
Will comfort you if you bring up having an unaccepting family.
Will probably also start listening to music by trans artists (i will continuously preach the goodness of Cavetown)
Gets the money for it if you need a legal name change, gets surprised if you start crying
Jokingly teaches you about “being a man”
After top surgery, will try to keep the room to just the two of you (unsuccessfully). He’ll still bring up his money schemes as you lie there
Likes buying pride merch for you (flags, pins etc), will deny liking it though hfdigbdkh
Leviathan
If you came out to him and wanted to come up with a name for yourself, he’ll immediately suggest the name “Henry”. He gets a little upset if you don’t like it, but will subsequently throw names of anime characters as suggestions.
Also sends trans memes
Will help you experiment with your look through cosplay.
Records some of the wack things you said when you were still on anesthesia after top surgery
He also just wants to watch anime with you after the surgery. He also finds your chest scars to be pretty cool.
Will try to find anime and other things with trans characters and talk about them with you
He seems to act more like a Japanese otaku than a western weeb, but he would still have to probably unlearn queerphobic language
Satan
Would have probably read at least something on being trans
Would be the one to ask the most questions if they’re not too invasive
Likes to discuss multiple topics such as biology or sociology. Probably will name drop Judith Butler or Julia Serano and have a convo based on that.
Probably might want to watch some shows that have trans characters in them. Buys books with trans characters or by trans authors.
If you’re up for it, he’d give a pet your deadname to help distance yourself from it.
Would be the one to look up “(insert culture here) names for boys” to help pick a name. Gets pissed if teachers can’t pronounce it, regardless of when you came up w the name. Same goes for transphobes at RAD.
If you get surgery, he stays by your bed and reads to you.
Would attempt to make testosterone if you say something about expenses. Also might try to plan forms of surgery
Asmodeus
He’s the one to help with your wardrobe and look (you knew this was gonna be the case). He simply won’t allow you to walk around in that one hoodie. He knows about which shirts and tops makes your chest look flatter. If you want to continue wearing feminine clothes, he’ll help out with the best look. Would get you the rainbow binder as a surprise gift.
Regardless of whether you brought it up, he’d probably buy you a packer. He finds it hilarious.
He might buy a bunch of strap-ons and dildos for you if you don’t get bottom surgery
If you start testosterone in the Devildom, he doubles down on your skincare. Acne gets really difficult, so he’s always there to help.
If you decide to get top surgery, he is going to get you so many pillows. Same goes for bottom surgery.
He’s the one to get you pads if you need them.
On your trips to Pride parades and other queer places, he likes to create outfits for them.
Might try to get Solomon to cast a spell or make a potion to make you “more masculine”
He wants to be the one to cut your hair, but is okay with going to a salon with you
If you ask for names, he probably has a whole list already (it’s just a list of male exes)
Overall, he will remind you of how beautiful you are
Beelzebub
If you have have issues joining a sports team, he’s here to help convince any coaches necessary(although do demons have gendered sports teams is the question)
Encourages you to eat more than ever, especially if you’re on T. He understands when you get really hungry. Brings up foods that increases testosterone. Has you eat pineapples before you get top surgery.
Wants to give you a hug after surgery, but the others tell him about the stitches and fragility
Likes to cuddle you if you want to talk about your dysphoria (much to Mammon’s annoyance) and if you bring up height dysphoria, he likes carrying you around on his shoulders so you can feel taller.
Might try to come up with a food name if you ask
Will punch anyone who attempts to bully you over your queerness
Has you exercise with him more often, especially if you’ve talked about gaining muscle on T.
Belphegor
He doesn’t really mind, but he’s still supportive
Might suggest naps as a way of getting rid of dysphoria.
He gets the concept of transness a bit faster since he used to hang out with humans more.
Diavolo
He’s pretty accepting and finds human’s relationship with gender to be fascinating.
Orders the construction of gender-neutral bathrooms for your comfort
Makes dad jokes about being trans and your name (all in good fun, of course)
With your permission, he might plan a gender-reveal party or a debutante ball for you.
Assures you that you won’t go to hell for being yourself.
Barbatos
He was the first to figure out you are trans, as he was tasked with looking into your history for the exchange program.
He’s accepting as well. If you’re worried about your future, he might give you a couple of hints to show you’ll be ok.
Besides telling Diavolo and Lucifer beforehand, Barbatos is willing to help you stay stealth if that’s what you want.
Solomon
Depending on where’s he from, he might be a bit hesitant, but he’s still accepting (he has no reason to discriminate for religious reasons, he practices magic)
Might suggests magic to help transitioning, but will relent if you’re dead fast on human methods.
Also likes sending trans memes
Simeon
Finds it fascinating to find how far human technology has come for transitioning
If you’re really worried about getting into heaven, Simeon is the best one to reassure you that you will
A calming force for when you have dysphoria
Talks about transness to Luke so he’ll understand
If you can convince him, he might write a new series with a trans character as the protagonist (and other queer characters as well)
He and Asmodeus would team up to make a binder you could wear 24/7
Is a little uncomfortable with the hypersexuality of Pride parades, but understands their necessity.
Luke
The one that takes the most talking to about it, but Simeon accepts you, so Luke follows suit.
Likes to make trans flag cookies for you, especially after reaching certain milestones.
Gets jealous if you start growing taller from T.
Joins Levi on watching trans anime with you.
