i've been thinking that Lestappen is always about spontaneity. we can't predict how they'll behave, we're never prepared for the throw-ins that happen. Lestappen is something unexpected, sudden and totally unprepared for the consequences.

and the one and only time we were told "hey it's gonna be this way, here's our plan for tomorrow, time and place, get ready", what has happened? it just doesn't work this way.

they are spontaneity-coded, you can't put them into schedules, frames, plans. they're chaotically balanced and going with a flow. and really? i think it's so natural, it makes it beautiful.

This took 3 weeks to make. This is the best project I have done in a very long time. I normally don’t like a lot of my work because I always find something about them. I love Minthara and Karlach from BG3 so much. Down to their writing and their witty ways. I hope this painting captures what this character means to me. I really hope you all enjoy it as much as I do. I will be posting it on twitter, TikTok and facebook. Thank you all so much for your love and support everyone. I truly can’t thank you all enough.

Lestappen finding a way to fight each other off the track when Ferrari won’t enable Charles to fight Max on the track is such a Lestappen thing of them to do.

And Max was definitely showing off — he hasn’t been hyperfixated on padel recently for nothing, after all.

I definitely agree with you: the whole thing had a very intimate, domestic vibe to it, and I am so here for it.

Max never looks so happy while losing unless it’s Charles he's losing to, and I just think that’s beautiful.
