"Leaving?" she mutters, still half-asleep. "This late?"

"Yeah," he replies. "Something out of Oscorp, headed towards Prospect Park. Gotta try to head it off - heard whatever it is is also emitting some kind of toxic material."

"Mmmm. Sounds boring," she yawns. "Try not to get killed though. Because I'll reverse-haunt your ass if you do." She grabs his hand and pulls him back to the bed next to her to steal an extra moment. "And also 'cause I love you and stuff."

"Love you too," Peter whispers in her ear. "Wait: reverse-haunt?"
