I am once again overcome by the sheer magnitude of pranks Mikey and Leo could commit on the world of archaeology through their combined abilities of time and space
With enough time for Mikey in particular to be strong enough to make a small time portal - again within Leo’s portal opened in Someplace, Somewhere - they could plant so much shit just to mess with historians.
Like - Mikey wanted to try painting Greek-style pottery and Leo is like “hey hey wait…”
And now there is newly discovered evidence of Greek depictions of humanoid turtles laying around.

While I have many, many gripes about the annoying love triangles and horrid characterization in Beetlejuice goes Hawaiian; One thing I did enjoy was Cactus— a Joshua tree transformed into a beautiful girl by the Juiceman himself. The idea was so fun, and what can I say? I’ve got a special place in my heart for a bubbly lover girl!
I wanted her to be a little younger than what the script implies, (around mid-teen), so I ditched the bikini for a one-peice. It took me SO MANY drafts before I found an outfit I liked, but I’m really happy with how she turned out!

The zucchini was sending out tendrils but we hadn't given them anything to climb. I cut a few branches off a field elm I didn't like and stuck them in the ground. By morning, the zucchini had found them. Will have to cut more though!

I could not select better weather conditions than what I'm going to experience today.
Overnight and into this morning: 50-55 degrees. I slept under an extra blanket. The windows open all night and the furnace was off.
Today's forecasted high is 74 degrees with plenty of sunshine.
We already had some April showers here. The lawn is plush. I also cut the grass during my lunch hour yesterday. Today I look out my windows and enjoy the fruits of my labor while the temperature is perfect.
There is one really loud bird around here with an annoying song. It reminds of of my first computer's modem connecting. That bird must have slept in this morning. The other birds I can now hear better and they sound nice. This hot cup of coffee I'm holding suddenly tastes even better.
The only adjustment I will make later is removing my fuzzy sweatshirt when the house warms up.
