Help me install java please

hey tech side of tumblr help me please, java won't install on my windows 10

yes i tried the offline version, no i don't have any older versions, i tried to install it in clean mode, did a health check through command center, tried installing it in clean environment with all background apps disabled

and it still won't install, i click "allow" for it to make changes in pop-up window and it just disappears and doesn't do anything!
