already getting some of the first dizziness and shaking today, ive only eaten an orange slice (have been chewing on them and js eating the juices to try and keep hunger strikes away) and drank some coffee, with fake sugar and creamer, and 4 tater tots... (all in all like, idk, 170kcals, js as long as i stay under 500 ill be happy)
i was gnna do a 3 day water fast but i think im ok for now. but if theres any motivation to js fuckin do it for me pls pls pls tell me :3

heyyy, opinions on how im doing this?
i dont go over 500 cals a day
exercising before eating (and yes if like i per say burn 200 i will allow myself 200 extra calories, is that ok? does it techinally burn those 200 cals, i heard it does?)
i workout at the gym 5 days a week usually, and when i do i have set days, i always do 10mins of walking/speedwalking and core, and then like leg day, arm day, ect thrown in there.
i only mainly track cals and protein but i stay away from high sugar or high fatty foods.
any tips? anything i should be aware of that is bad? or will this work, any advice is helpful, or any reassurance is nice too bc i keep doubting myself haha
