1. The background of Nandor's crypt lurches back into detail as Nadja slams the door open behind them, catching Guillermo half in Nandor's lap, cupping his face with their mouths half an inch apart. Nandor is holding his elbows. They both freeze in place, eyes wide, as Nadja shouts "Guillermo, there you are!"

2a. Wide shot from Nadja's POV as Guillermo slips out of Nandor's lap, curling his hands up defensively against his chest. Nandor is molded to his chair, hands gripping the arms again. They both stare nervously at Nadja, wide eyed with shock and flushed and sweating as she rants from offscreen: "There are like 30 ravens in the backyard for you. I told them I am not a fucking messenger boy but they are being very insistent and Laszlo is getting tired of shooting them out of my vagina! Go out and talk to them before my darling stupid husband sets them all on fire!" 2b. Reverse shot of Nadja at the door, who steps to the side as Guillermo awkwardly tiptoes past her in an obvious bid to escape the situation, face turned from the viewer, saying "Right, yup! I'm going!" Nadja looks after him with a stern expression. 2c. Repeat, Guillermo now out of frame as Nadja turns back towards Nandor and the viewer, one hand on her hip. Speech bubble with ellipses. 2d. Repeat, Nadja's eyes flick downwards.

3a. Full body of Nandor sitting in the chair on a whimsical red and gold fleur de lis background. He quickly crosses his legs to cover himself, flushed purple and sweating, eyes wide and round with panic as he stares past the viewer at Nadja. His hair is tangled and sticking out on one side from Guillermo's halted fingering, and his ellipses speech bubble is shaky and dripping with anxiety. 3b. The door closes offscreen and Nandor drops his chin to his chest in a relived sigh, twisting and smoothing his hair with both hands.

This is where my fic which i dubbed “ The Mini MacTavish Universe” goes. Inspired by @saltofmercury fic which she graciously let me borrow and write bit more expanded universe.

Idk if this has been talked about canonically at all, but I’ve been thinking about how the existence of Country Mac implies that:

1) he’s a McDonald and isn’t related to Mac through his mom’s side of the family

2) which means Luther has a sibling

3) although Country Mac shares all of the cornerstones of Mac’s personality (gay, God, badassery), the fact that he’s so much more well-rounded about these things & therefore less anxious about being accepted or not because of them, suggests to me that he was raised by, at the very least, someone who loved him and was consistently present in his life (unlike Mac) — which is heartbreaking enough on its own, but even more so considering the possibility that that loving, stable parental presence in Country Mac’s life is Luther’s sibling, which would have been so painful for Mac to witness growing up

3a) Mac obviously grew up bonding with the gang because of their traumatic upbringings/experiences, but at the end of the day, Charlie had a mom who loved him, the Terror Twins had each other, and Mac was just a lonely boy who grew up with no one in his home who loved him/looked out for him (because his dad was never around and he has a cigarette for a mother)

All of this makes Mac falling in love with Dennis even more believable/inevitable because Dennis embodies both that familiar disinterest and, by default because they’re roommates, he’s the most stable presence in Mac’s life.

Still, you know what’s badass? Being alive.

Giraffe Girumble - Round 3A

Kaku propaganda:

He's a black ops government assassin who can transform into a giraffe or a human-giraffe hybrid that is really angular for some reason. He fights using two swords and wind blades shot from his feet, but giraffes have four feet, so he can shoot wind blades from all four limbs. He can also become a cube. And suck in his neck to fire his head forward like a cannon, his nose like a square-shaped cannonball. Or suck in his neck to make his legs longer, like a pasta machine.

A professional assassin and government agent, ate the fruit that gave him the ability to turn into a giraffe. Due to Kaku's personal anatomical peculiarity, he turns into a square giraffe (technically, a parallelepiped) a good swordsman who quickly learned to use the giraffe form for his fighting style. However, because he only became a giraffe a few hours ago, he is still not very good at it, which makes him miss funny. in his next appearance, he is a complete professional at transformations. AND AFTER HIS TEAM LOST TO THE MAIN CHARACTER'S TEAM, HE AND HIS PARTNERS WORKED AT A TRAMPOLINE RIDE AND HE RODE CHILDREN ON HIS NECK TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE BOSS'S TREATMENT.

Kaku turns into a giraffe-human by being ordered to eat a devil fruit by his boss, and the first thing this man does is hop on the giraffe propaganda train, no hesitation. His collegues are wolfs and leopards. Does Kaku mope about being a giraffe? No! He literally holds a whole speech explaining why giraffes are both dope, cool and the most lethal animal on the savanna. Then proceeds to unleash the limitless destructive power of the giraffe. Kaku is the no. 1 giraffe character, hands down, no competition, I will die on this hill, give me 1000 dollars.

Miyoshi Kazunari propaganda:

I don’t know how to explain this in a cohesive way that doesn’t sound like I’m insane but this silly little actor visual novel has a canon furry event. All of the characters have canon fursonas. Okay, let me explain. Every year, the April fool’s event involves an AU, just for fun. Other years have included a host club, magic school, time travel, a fighting game, etc. This one was an AU where all the characters were animals, and it was by far the most extensive, given that it had its own full-blown event as opposed to a single card and side story like in the past. I couldn’t tell you if Kazunari counts given the submission rules and A3!’s circumstances, but it would be cool if he got in as A3! is generally a smaller franchise.

She lives in Australia but has an origin in Las Almas, her parents and other family live there, she moved to Australia. She is 5'11" (1.79m) and weighs 188lbs (85.2 kg). She tends to wear 2000s type clothes, sports bras, torn or worn cargo pants, colourful jackets, etc, and she loves her crown-like jewelry, makes her feel pretty.

She's an open Bisexual to friends but not family, she's on the romantic or sexual spectrum as polyamorous(her and her husband are ready to add a plus-1). She is a Demi-girl and struggles with gender dysphoria very occasionally. She finds nature-like colors like forest green or mushroom brown quite pretty but will not admit that if there's a cool psychedelic neon yellow shirt, she will try it on. Outside people describe her as loud, rude and annoying. People she knows well however, describe her as still loud, but just reserved and distant, quoting something I imagine one of them saying: "she's rude when you first meet her but she warms up quickly as soon as you know her name". She is an ambivert, she uses social interaction to avoid her mental health but sometimes shuts down and can't even leave her room (Arach has a hitch that something's wrong but hasn't caught on fully yet). She's got no sensory issues that are prominent. And She does have mental disorders, including PTSD (ofc), Speration anxiety and rhotacism (she has difficulties in pronouncing the letter r).

She has skills in basic, and advanced medical aid including field operations, Undercover missions, close range combat and some long range, and hostage rescue. But she has difficulties in keeping her emotions in check when in the field, along with using drugs (like morphine or adrenaline bc of being poisoned in the past).

Moisés “Mo” Bondia! Official OC Info Post

Age: 55 (his age during the film)

Gender: AMAB/male (cis); he/him pronouns

Height: 5’6” (170 cm)

Physical description: Has glasses with oval frames, medium brown skin tone, and dark curly hair (3A?) with a puff on the front right side and grey streaks on the both sides; bearded. Wide-set eyes, broad nose; he’s lightly freckled on his cheeks and has dimples.

Dresses no differently than the townspeople but does wear a Sephardic style kippah (aka a yarmulke; photo is for reference) on his head. He’s on the chubby side, with round cheeks and a little double chin.

His clothing palette consists of goldish-browns and blues.

I’m still trying to tweak his clothing style...

Personality: Mostly soft-spoken but has a bit of a mischievous/joking streak; very dorky sense of humor. Patient for the most part; has a calm, deliberate way of speaking. On the guarded side–vigilant around new people, though he tries to be as open and friendly as possible. Has a poor sense of direction.

Enjoys wine (the doofy jokes really come out when drunk) and singing (but is bad at it). He is a big Jewish nerd™. His family escaped with their chumash (the Torah/Five Books of Moses), a prayer book or two, and a few other things.

His name, Bondia, means “good day” (from the Hebrew surname, Yom Tov). It’s shaped his outlook on life, despite, or because of, the trauma of his childhood–he was five when he and his parents fled the bandits (at the beginning of Encanto).

Background [cw for parental death and depression]: Moisés and his parents, Ester (mother) and Jonás (father), have been in the Encanto since its creation. His parents both passed away by the time he’s in his mid-late 20s. Because he’s really the only Jew in the Encanto, he feels like the odd one out (in that sense, he has a kinship with Bruno and, to an extent, Mirabel). The townspeople get along with him, despite his differences.

Ester’s and Jonás’ deaths occurred one after the other and hit Mo very hard, and he went through a period of depression and, just, not taking care of himself very well. He wasn’t always chubby (fairly average build in his teens and early twenties), and actually lost an unhealthy amount of weight after his parents’ deaths but eventually recovered–he’s able to sympathize with Bruno in this way. He is body confident and prefers himself chubby.

Relationship with the Madrigals and others: After the Madrigals discover Judaica among their heirlooms/possessions, Mo falls into the role of a rabbi and helps the family explore their Jewish ancestry and reclaim that part of their identity. He worries about his motivation (e.g., having more Jews around will make him less lonely, is that why he’s doing what he’s doing?) and wonders if the Madrigals, especially Bruno, are actually interested (he is/they are).

Bruno becomes Mo’s study partner. Mo helps Bruno through the conversion process, doing his best to offer support when Bruno struggles with guilt over leaving Catholicism. They are not romantically involved, though I’ve toyed with the idea of a queerplatonic relationship. (Mo is likely panromantic and maybe ace.)

He and the Padre have an odd friendship. They spar over theology and general religion a lot, getting into intense debates, yet they can be seen chatting companionably at the bar(?)/other places.

Other info: Works as the Encanto’s calligrapher. He knows Spanish and Hebrew, and maybe some Ladino (Judeo-Spanish). There are a lot of challenges to being Jewish in the Encanto, but he and eventually the Madrigals make it work.

He likes flowers and sketching landscapes.

Pokémon AU info: He has a bunch of Litwick that hang out around him (8, + 1 shiny) and provide light on Shabbat. Also trains a Bramblin that eventually evolves into a Brambleghast, a Golurk, and a Smeargle. He picks up a stray Mareep.

The Litwick are a reference to a menorah. Bramblin reminds me of the burning bush, so I gave it to Mo. Golurk seems to be based on the Golem of Prague from Jewish legend. Smeargle reflects his work as a calligrapher. And Mareep because Moses is a shepherd in the Torah.

Propaganda Beneath the Cut

Iruma, Asmodeus Alice and Clara

Iruma is a human who starts living in the Demon Realm, where the word "friendship" initially does not exist, so Iruma is the first person to introduce the concept of friends to demons. He starts hanging out with Asmodeus after he accidentally beats him in a duel, which causes Asmodeus to pledge his undying loyalty to Iruma, and then Clara joins them after Iruma becomes the first person to play games with her without viewing her as a weirdo or having any ulterior motives. The three of them become such close friends that they eventually go past labeling themselves as friends, and start calling themselves soulmates. Clara also gives them the name The Love Trio. Asmodeus and Clara have very personalities, but they form a strong bond because they both care about Iruma and Iruma cares about them.

Rowley and Greg

Rowley is the *sweetest* kid and I honestly don't get what he sees in Greg. Greg constantly treats Rowley like garbage but Rowley is just so kindhearted and loyal that he sticks by Greg's side anyway, maybe because he knows that he's the only real friend Greg has got. Plus, their breakup in the movie gave us the banger line "Don't call me. Don't come to my house. We're done."

2. CSF Radiators Race-Spec Oil Cooler

The original OE oil cooler from BMW is an all metal design which would make you think it would be fairly robust. However, there are several weak spots in the design that tend to cause leaks. The CSF Race-Spec design reinforces the weak points, especially around the feed and return lines.

CSF’s solid line connection block can handle any abuse thrown at it while the reinforced and braced return tube is rock solid. CSF also upgraded the more fragile Tub/Fin core to a robust and durable Bar/Plate design. The core is 40% larger than the factory unit with 2 additional rows of oil cooling and much thicker core (63mm vs OE 45mm). This offers superior cooling capacity and volume for the oil system. TIG welded end tanks round out the slew of upgrades creating a much stronger connection than the factory brazed construction.

6. CSF Radiators High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator 

The factory radiator for the E60 M5 and E6X M6 are pretty nice all aluminum units. While they have proven to be fairly robust, age and additional power tend to push them over the edge. Owners who have superchargers tend to have the most issues with their radiators. Between the extra heat produced with forced induction and the heat exchanger mounting in front of the radiator, the factory radiator is working overtime. The E6X models are also getting close to 20 years old and entering the “future classic” stage of life with many owners doing restorations and updates. Anyone who has restored/updated an older car knows the value of having upgraded parts that are as efficient as possible.

The CSF radiator features a 2-Row 42mm aluminum core that not only increases the fluid capacity of the radiator, but also improves the cores ability to dissipate heat. CSF’s Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. Between the 6 additional rows of cooling tubes/fins and the thicker 42mm 2 row core, the CSF Radiator will outperform the OEM unit by a significant margin. 8. VR Tuned ECU Flash Tune 

To take the S85 V10 nearer to perfection, the team here at Vivid Racing made a few changes. It started with establishing a baseline and truly testing the limits of the V10, and to our pleasant surprise, it managed to put down 507chp and 384ft/lbs of torque on 91 octane in the arid Arizona heat. However, we knew BMW had left a little bit of room for improvement, and we love improvement. After brunch at the VE table, an otherwise completely factory V10 found an additional 57hp and 43ft/lbs of torque, but that wasn’t all. With our modified ignition mapping and refinement of the throttle response, this E60 felt like a completely different beast. Unfortunately, though, this is as far as we were able to get on our initial session. If you want to pull every last ounce of potential out of your S85 and our VR Tuned Flash Tune, we highly recommend the upgrade to the B&B Axle Back Exhaust and B&B Exhaust Midpipe… but only when you think you can handle it.

The Greater Scaup is sexually dimorphic, meaning the females look different from the males. Females have dark brown bodies and dark brown, almost black heads. They have a white patch at the base of their bill and a striking yellow eye. The easiest way to tell them apart from the Lesser Scaup is that they have a rounder head.

In their failure they will be put to utter shame, to lasting, unforgettable confusion. O LORD of hosts, you who test the just, who probe mind and heart, Let me witness the vengeance you take on them, for to you I have entrusted my cause. Gospel John 10:31-42 They wanted to arrest Jesus, but he eluded them.

The Jews picked up rocks to stone Jesus. Jesus answered them, “I have shown you many good works from my Father. For which of these are you trying to stone me?” The Jews answered him, “We are not stoning you for a good work but for blasphemy. You, a man, are making yourself God.” Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your law, ‘I said, “You are gods”’? If it calls them gods to whom the word of God came, and Scripture cannot be set aside, can you say that the one whom the Father has consecrated and sent into the world blasphemes because I said, ‘I am the Son of God’? If I do not perform my Father’s works, do not believe me; but if I perform them, even if you do not believe me, believe the works, so that you may realize and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.” Then they tried again to arrest him; but he escaped from their power.
