The marauders

James is a red Converse boy (he wears them religiously)

Remus is a tan steal toed doc Martins boy (he mostly wears them because if he accidentally kicks someone he doesn't like in the back of the leg or in the shin it'll hurt 10x more)

Peter wears tranors (sneakers for u Americans) and black Converse he prefers comfortability over style but yet he accidentally always matches his shoes to his outfit

Sirius wears any black pair of boots he can find (his favorite are platform shoes because they make him taller cuz he's a short boy)

The Slytherin skittles

Barty wears just plain black doc Martin and the occasional pair of Converse

Regulus wears green Converse when he's able to but if his family are in the way he's wearing fancy boy shoes (he also wears platform boots he steals from Evan for the same reason Sirius wears them)

Evan wears platform boots and are his feet killing him by the end of the day, yes, does he care, no

Pandora wears Mary Janes because they match everything she wears and she even puts butterfly clips on them if she can

Dorcas has just a rainbow of Converse and she draws and decorates the hell out of them

Remus convinced Sirius and james that David Bowie was the muggle version of Merlin and that Bowie was seen as a muggle god, this ended up becoming a joke for all the Gryffindor muggle borns/half bloods who knew who Bowie was. This continued all the way to harry Potter sitting in Gryffindor tower with Ron Weasley who is wondering if muggles say "oh for Bowie's sake" instead of "oh for Merlin's sake" little did they know 20 years prior James and Sirius where sat in the same dorm having almost the exact same conversation.

Just a reminder it is cannon barty was screaming for his mum after being immediately sent to Azkaban by his father

Imagine if Sirius heard this and was comforting him through the walls of the cells because he couldn't give him a hug

Sirius and Barty were right next to each other in Azkaban and spent most of their time talking about the weirdest stuff imaginable and would sing Abba song constantly (to Bellatrix's annoyance)
