Bruce does a thing where he takes a picture of any Robin he finds in Gotham, which usually happens when it’s not grating time because Robins, or any birds except pigeons really, call Gotham their home, so for winter he takes a picture and sends it to them, sometimes with a “dis you?” But more often than not something like “missing you.” Or even “most robins fly home for the winter.” And his kids treasure it so much, even Jason, to the point where they have a group chat (the robins gc, dick, Jason, Tim, and Steph because they’re the ones who have flown the nest and no longer live there mostly) and they use it solely for the purpose of sending that first text, like spotting the first flower of spring except it’s the first robin picture of winter, being like “ha! I got the text first this year!” And then they all send their separate messages as screenshots and make plans to all head to the manor together and yeah. Just fun little fluff. 

(And ignore the fact that robins do/don’t migrate I did absolutely no research so if they actually don’t migrate just… shhhh)
