My Ongoing Gallavich AU

All I Want (Artist!Mickey x Writer!Ian - Canon Divergent)

Four years later, Mickey's struggling to grasp the new quiet life he has for the past six months- working as a book cover artist under an art studio in Chicago. He became someone he didn't thought he'll be- someone with a stable income, away from the crimes and from the shitty life he had at the Milkovich house of horrors, and someone living independently from his family. He never thought he will have any of this, not in this life time- he thought that he'll stay in jail until he's 28 and get a low-paying job just to appease his future parole office.

He enjoys his current job until he was assigned a new novel to design to, and the story hit too close to home.

They are both born for their country- to protect and serve their people. But will they successfully accomplish their duties and love each other freely if their purpose, culture, and religion contradicts one another?

How I'm bypassing tumblr's new tracking bullshit

On mobile, I tried to remove Tumblr's URL tracking bullshit from a link -- as per @pizza-and-ramen's post -- but it wasn't working anymore.

Came to realize that Tumblr was generating a new "post ID" every time I tried to copy the link.

So here's what I did.

Open a web browser 👐

Search the URL of the blog you're linking from 🔍

Click on their page in the results ↖️

Deny any prompting to open in the app. 🚫 Stay in the browser

Search for the post in question 🔍

Click the meatball menu (•••) on the post and select "Permalink" ⛓

Check the URL in your URL bar for any other tracking crap such as /amp and remove it ✂️

Copy the new URL now in your URL bar 📀

Safely paste to your heart's content 💙

What work are you most proud of (regardless of kudos/hits)? - hmmmm i think it's gotta be either sleepover or seen a star neither of them got many kudos, since they're for a very small and niche fandom, but they do hold a special place in my heart

idk why i draw smut for them so rarely! i really don’t know. but i’ve made up my mind to practice it more and more to get better at it. (usually i focus on dramione but i’ve been cooling off on them lately.)

also will be sharing inside looks at the process of making Return on Patreon. I’ve got a lot of digital sketch pages featuring artwork for the comic I’ll be sharing over time as I’m working on the final chapter. I’m not always happy with how the art turns out for the comic so I’m really making an effort to polish it up as much as I can this time around. I won’t be publicly sharing this bts stuff until the comic is complete, so there’s no pressure to join, but it may be months from now because I’m barely in the beginning stages of production.
