You were just minding your business at your locker when you felt a hand slap your ass, your jaw dropped open and you quickly spun around to see a random guy you didn’t know. You felt so embarrassed and you were speechless, frozen. “Whats up baby girl” he says smugly and you couldn’t do anything but feel disgusted. “Look at you,” He puts an arm around your shoulder. “You’re blushing.” Though your so called blush was from embarrassment and anxiety. You attempted to pull away but he tightened his grip. “So what are you up to tonight princess.” He asks but suddenly a voice responds. “She’ll be with me.” Janis ‘Imi’ike, you didn’t really know her well but you have classes together. “Let her go, she doesn’t want you.” Janis says as she took your hand and tugged you away from him. The guy got annoyed but didn’t do anything but scoff. “Of course, lesbians.” He rolled his eyes and walked away. You let out a breath of relief before turning to Janis and thanking her.

When you pull back you have the biggest smile on you face. “Yeah because of you! If it weren’t for you I wouldn’t have passed!” Janis scoffed though everyone knew it was true. Without the help from Janis you’d have an F in that class. “Good job girl.” Damian chipped in before giving Janis a look and excusing himself, Janis knew she needed to take this as her opponent to ask you on a date. “Hey, uh- are you busy this weekend?” “Hm, not that i remember, why do you have plans?” “Well i was hoping we can hang out…um…just the two of us…” You smile, brows furrowed with curiosity. “Ok, where are we going? Saturday rolls around and soon you were walking into the park, you look around until you finally spot Janis, you can see she has a blanket laid on the grass with a picnic basket and some flowers sitting on it. You can’t help but smile as you walk over. “No way.” Janis turns and looks at you as she hears your voice, she smiles, a bit of blush growing on her cheeks. “You like it?” “Like it? I love it!” You hug her before the two of you sat down. You look around admiring the nature around you, and Janis. “This is amazing Janis. I’ve never been on a real picnic before.” You said with a excited smile. Janis returned your smile before opening the picnic basket. “I hope you’re hungry, i may have over packed.” She says with a little laugh. “In that case I’m starving!” You say with a giggle. Janis began pulling food from the basket, various finger foods such as; strawberries, cheese, crackers, etc. for drinks she packed some capri suns of multiple different kinds.

“Shut up! No you didn’t!” You said through your laughter. You had been sharing random funny stories about yourselves for a while now. Janis nods laughing as well. “It’s true! When you finally stopped laughing you laid down on the blanket and look up at the sky. when she was younger like in high school or smth (or whatever the British call it) she always thought that women were just. Unnecessarily beautiful. She always thought it was some type of jealousy, and not just. Her being sapphic.

her first and only boyfriend she married right after Highschool, since she was already so close to him and loved him, and he was her best friend and who doesn’t want to marry their best friend??

when she got out of college and took the job at the institute, she kept getting pressured by her family to have kids. She talked about it with her husband who was slightly questioning as well (but didn’t say anything), and he imediently got defensive.

after the paranoia hit and the eventual divorce, Rosie would occasionally try to date again, but she just couldn’t feel a real connection with any of the men she went out with.

eventually, she came across a few different queeer labels, including Sapphic, but she didn’t feel like she could since she’ en ever went out with a woman, and isn’t even sure if she wants to go out with a woman.

post-s3 she finally has a breather to look into things a bit more. Things aren’t as crazy or hectic (minus flesh incident) anymore and she goes out with a woman. She feels like they could be good friends, and would necessarily mind a romantic relationship either, but she still harbors some relationship trauma from her last one.

post canon flash forward, Rosie has a garden, about four different pride flags in her home (lesbian, aro, demi, to be specific, as well as the progressive pride flag), a parakeet, and is married to her lovely wife who is fully supportive of her weird attraction levels, and has her dream job with a company that is not full of fear entities.

Finished episode 4 and I won't lie to you, the first episode and the first half-ish of the second episode were a bit boring, but these last two episodes were great!

Niko's really sweet and just the best, though Charles is my favourite character.

I love Edwin and Charles's relationship, as well as Edwin and Niko's relationship. I will say, though, that the cat King's a massive creep and I don't like Charles and Crystal's relationship. Not even because Crystal's just there, but because the bond that ties them feel very superficial in comparison to the one that ties Edwin with Charles

so the system is like this: Curator brings life, narrator sends it to death, and TK/432 decides where it goes

however! of narrator chose to he could bring some people back, thought depends on how important one is ECT

but! as for the parable? it was more or so his punishment to start with, as since being a being who is death and controls death is now a fallen angel, what do you do? so his older sibling curator decides to make the parable along with TK/432 and have narrator stay they're for eternity, but why let him get bored yk? so they choose an already dead human and tell him to bring him back (gets him into more trouble as it was Stanley and he was important and yk...) so now he is stuck in a parable with a guy who has fallen head over heels for narrator

also side facts: narrator is genderless but goes by he/they/it, he is gay (likes. men.), and his form always shifts about sometimes more feminine sometimes more masculine sometimes ambiguous depending on how he feels

What are the canon sexualilities of the characters?

Yk what why not throw in the sexualities of the Cabin near Stanston Town characters too!

In night shift nightmare they are all lesbians as I wrote the world as that being the ‘norm’. Just because I’m a massive lesbian and I wasn’t really ever going to introduce men in the story besides super background characters here and there such as the taxi driver.

The characters do differ wildly in taste and preferences regarding the women they date. From what they prefer their partner to look like physically (both body wise and style of dress) to their genuine type in terms of personality and how masculine and/or feminine they are.

Maybe I should write down what their types are one day as I do actually have that worked out in my head already.

As for the cabin,

Well Aiden is already revealed in the first chapter to be a lesbian as she has the lesbian pride flag hanging in her home to explain to the reader that regardless of the reader’s or your inserts own sexuality Aiden and the reader are compatible sexuality wise.

The other characters I never gave much thought besides obviously Miranda and Claire liking women, or at least liking Aiden. I can see Miranda liking both and Claire maybe just being Aidensexual or- well if I were to tell that, I’d be giving away a massive spoiler!
