Detox Spinach Green Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 apple
1 cup of baby spinach
1 lemon
1 cup of water or as needed
Instructions:
1. Peel bananas, and an apple, cut into slices and put into a blender
2. Wash baby spinach and add to blender
3. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon
4. Add water as needed, about 1 cup
5. Blend until smooth
