us, dissociative, a bit frustrated and confused: we’re doing okay, actually processing some things after watching that again, but i’m trying not to split- we don’t want to deal with introjects..

[we struggle with internalized hate towards introjection due to trauma from abusive people we knew in real life throughout our treatment/management of HC-DID, who either were ex-partner systems with introjects who’ve abused us physically, verbally, and/or sexually as well as system fakers we knew closely who admitted to roleplaying characters to excuse abuse with memory loss they did not experience- let me be make it clear that we have no problem with, nor do we care about your introjects- this is a trauma response we experience internally and we’re working on in treatment]

partner, smug, knowing exactly what to do as we’ve had this conversation before: ohhh- so you’re trying to suppress someone who split awhile ago when the similar trauma to what we just watched happened and is now figuring out who they are? Someone finally found a sense of identity and is understanding the trauma they went through and your trying to pretend that they.. or you.. don’t exist, to keep living in denial instead of doing the work to process these things? You claim you’re “trying” to escape the chronic blurry haze you’ve been stuck in for what- years now? All while claiming you can stop a split or alter from forming.. I think we both know thats not how this works; or maybe you’re just new around here..
