I am about to go on a small rant, so if you're not a Tech fan that was holding on to hope in clown make-up, it's ok to keep scrolling.

The finale was good. But it could have been better. Not only was Tech's death mishandled, but CX-2's was as well. Now I would not have been so upset if they hadn't been stringing us along all season 3 with the hints that it's Tech, certainly most of you saw my and other's comparisons, the voice, the movements, the technology capabilities. Domicile. KRIFFING DOMICILE!!!! But the finale, no payoff for all of that anxiety, parallel analysis, and HOPE?! And on top of that, the cryptic tweets all season long. I'm sorry, but that was incredibly cruel. I'm crying, but not because it was a happy ending for the surviving CF99, because that was just absolutely unnecessary to set up CX-2 as Tech, to just have him unceremoniously killed as just another mindless regular clone.

Also, the ending felt rushed and unfinished like that really was supposed to be CX-2, it could have touched on the plot points of Crosshair knowing who CX-2 was and it being Tech very easily with 15 more minutes, even 10. And that scene with Phee before Eriadu left completely unfinished as well!!! No Phee in the finale!? They gave more wrap up time to Nala Se than to CX-2 who they built up half the season!!!

Did they have an alternative ending with Tech alive and CX-2 reveal, but some Disney higher up said they couldn't do it? I hope we find out some day.

I'm sorry, but ARE YOU KRIFFING KIDDING ME!?!?!?! I have been repeating this for an hour now. Seriously. I just can't. This is all I can manage at this time, But I imagine we'll all be thinking about this for a while. Thank the Maker for fanfic, jeez. Sending 💜 to everyone who needs one and accepting them also, lol.

Personally, I think tubbo was a fed worker/scientist on egg island where he created an AI that was meant to help keep the main island running by maintaining the weather and creating enrichment activities for the islanders. But the Feds fucked tubbo over and cancelled his project because they didn’t think his work was helpful enough (people always underestimate him) but used it anyway without his input of any recognition of his talents. So he went rogue and changed the programming to be an antithesis to what the Feds originally wanted and crafted egg island to be a hell scape as a direct opposition to the feds original plan and took fed workers and experimented on them and made them play in the events that the AI created.

The feds eventually got through the disasters as mutilated one-eyes previous fed workers to him and took him down kicking and screaming before they froze him. But the AI learned from its creator and continued to created games and challenges and warped the ground and weather to create what purgatory is today.  The federation also ensured that none of its workers would go rogue again by completely removing all sense of emotion beforehand so no one could be upset if they fucked them over

I recently watched the “accidental technical difficulties podcast” Jan (PChal) and Tanner (Smallant) made, and it made me feel so validated and hopeful.

For context: I got diagnosed with ADHD earlier this month, but have probably had it since childhood. I've been struggling with it hard, and have had severe self-worth issues due to my seeming inability to get anything done productively and control my impulsive tendencies. I suspected that I had it for a while now, but between self-doubt and a waiting list that was over a year long, getting the diagnosis took some time.

In the video, Jan and Tanner talked about their ADHD, how they deal with it, and that they know a lot of other content creators that have it (with Jan going so far as to say he thinks content creation might self-select to favor people with ADHD). I heard that, and felt so much better about the situation I'm in. These are creators I look up to, who's work I respect, who do things I wish I could be able to do. That made me, for the first time really, be hopeful about my future.

I've since found out about many other content creators I know have ADHD, like Jacob Alpharad, Linus with the Tech Tips, RubberRoss, Giwi etc. (I guess Jan might be onto something). It's been a great awakening, and I guess I'm writing this to say thanks:

Thank you, all you content creators, that are open about your ADHD.

It really means the world to me to have you to look up to as role models, as a proof for me that there are ways to deal with this, do the things you love, and live a happy and successful life.
