replica birkin bag 10
Replica Hermes Baggage, Wallets, Belts, Footwear, Bracelets, Accessories On The Market This argument might need some drive, particularly if the only component that survives the Star Athletica take a look at is the surface sample of Birkin luggage and Rothschild didn’t copy any pattern. The form is similar, and so is the mix of a number of the parts (e.g., handles, arrangement). But the form is basic or common to a purse, and the combination, even if original, deserves solely a thin copyright if the underlying elements usually are not copyrightable. The fur patterns of the MetaBirkin are so different from a Hermes design–and due to this fact not considerably related, a jury may conclude. I purchased my bag in a pure tan colour with gold hardware, and contrasting white stitching. The bag’s leather-based is amazing – apparently the import it in from Europe. The Hermes replica purses is without doubt probably the most sought after luxury handbag designers on the earth, but for most owning a Hermes is an unreachable dream due to the extremely high worth tags. We should buy replicas nearly three to four times cheaper than the grasp one. There is little question that, who wouldn't like to avoid wasting money? The company expenses the money for its brand name, its quality & consistency of the product and its service. But, what goes to you select if, you can get all these options on the lowest value. Of course, you have to prefer the replica products which provide each the quality and accuracy at the lowest value. replica birkin Now, this does not essentially mean that you have to put cash into an expensive designer brand. Of course, their worth is not cheap in comparison with other replicas in the marketplace, but I suppose it's well worth the money! Because they use very high-quality leather-based imported from Europe and hand-sewing the bag like what hermes does, that is why it is very time consuming and expensive. There are many ways to address the problem of affordability while still purchasing these luxurious purses. Rachel Bilson was noticed out around Hollywood wanting fashionable as at all times. She has on Paige Premium Denim, Chloe clogs, and my favorite her Hermes Constance bag. This bag is basically complimentary to Rachel’s type and outfit in this photo. Demi Lovato was noticed purchasing at Nordstrom in West Hollywood along with her Louis Vuitton Damier Canvas Berkeley bag. Unable to get the Hermes Birkin bag many are settling for a NFT of the coveted purse. We are proud to be one of the best online Replica Bags shop on the planet. There are cheaper replicas available on the market, but there are not any higher replicas available wherever. We are trusted because of our express attention to element and attentive customer support, we concentrate on retail replica Chloe Handbags. B2C, Inc. represents top-of-the-line Designer Replica Handbags manufacturing company with a vast assortment of over 3000 high grade Replica Bags. These bags do range in quality and so they differ so much, therefore it is very necessary to selected the right replica retailer, We also do OEM for special worldwide agent, do wholesale for our partner or retailer. The Bottega Venta Fashion Company was established in Vicenza, Italy is 1966 with the straightforward aim of producing artisanal leather-based products. Let’s dive in and get going in our incredible journey into the fascinating world of high-quality design model knock-off purses. Yes, I even have discovered that with reselling website there are key phrases that might be picked up by sure filters and get deleted in consequence. I haven’t experienced this as I actually have not resold any purses, but there were issues like sweaters and pants that I listed as “designer-inspired” and Depop and Poshmark deleted my listings. You are bidding on a model new 30cm Togo Leather Blue Jean Birkin Bag. This bag is produced in high quality Blue Jean Togo Leather of High Quality and Excellent Workmanship. With good quality replicas, you get luggage which may be created with the same materials and craftsmanship that the original baggage are created from. This provides you an output or a product that’s kind of like the unique, for a much lower price. After all, just because it’s a duplicate purse doesn’t imply it must be of poor quality. Buy on-line and save 1000's of dollars on replica YSL Muse, ☆ Bottega Veneta Bambina, ☆ Fendi Selleria, Gucci Boston inspired copies and Chloe Paddington knockoffs or D&G Bags. The accent is appropriately positioned in the second "E" of "HERMES." In addition, all textual content is printed and coloured in silver. Another very visible mark is within the last part of the belt closure system. This is recorded with "HERMES PARIS." The accent can be correctly positioned within the second "E." It has become a trend to have luxury items when it... With this in mind, I thought that my opinion of many years had been appropriate and that there have been no good replicas. Suddenly, and nearly accidentally, I found and saw what I would name “SUPER FAKES” . By 1960, he had already opened a style home and began accumulating many high-end purchasers and started a call for Valentino replica purses the fashion market had never seen before. There are replica purses on the market that are high quality made. They are price greater than what you really pay for them. In fact, they're pretty much replicas of high names in the trend business. Not only do they have the identical logos and stitching, however their bags are virtually similar right all the means down to the very insides. Due to all of the scammers and low-cost replicas available today there have been lots of misconceptions fashioned in regards to the knock off purse world. Sure, the YSL website is at all times out there, too. But they can’t match every thing else we've to offer. Pristine - Little to no indication of dealing with, normally with all plastic on hardware and more than likely never worn. In the replica market there can be a grade assigned to its stage of high quality, which is dependent, in fact, on the nature of the imitation’s stage of workmanship. Comments Please observe which gadgets you desire to in change. Include the name, size, colour, and reference. The price could vary between items of a special dimension or color. We will do our best to satisfy your request. wikipedia handbags

You hear the opening of Old Town Road from the booth you and some of your closest friends rented for the night. Never in a million years had you imagined you’d be spending your night in a sketchy ass club, and you definitely hadn’t expected the country (if you could even call it that) song from the booming speakers.
“Ladies and gentlemen! Please welcome our star performer, Ace, to the stage.” The clear voice rings loud enough to push through your hazy thoughts. Despite having tons of fun with your friends (and one too many drinks), you were tired and just about ready to call it a night.
The lights suddenly took a dive, and you were left in the dark with your vodka cranberry. Excited squeals can be heard from other people around you. The song started slowly, definitely edited, the bass making the ice cubes in your drink dance with the beat. You could feel the vibration deep in your bones, and it sent a pleasant shiver up your spine.
As slowly as the lights had plunged dark, they sure took their damn time brightening back up. Squinting from your seat, you could hardly see anything on stage through the red haze of the lights and fog machine. You didn’t know why, but the anticipation had your toes curling in your platforms. The achingly slow buildup pushed you forward in your seat and sent your legs moving to get closer to the main stage. You weaved your way through the packed crowd alone, ducking under and around stray limbs that got in your way.
The guitar of Old Town Road picks up, and it strikes you odd how sensual the usually goofy song sounds. Of course, you’re in a strip club and you should have at least expected some unconventional set lists. Your friends call out your name from the dark corner they’re sitting in, but you’re mesmerized by someone you can’t even see yet, so you don’t even turn to acknowledge their calls.
Taking a big gulp from your drink and stealing one of the few empty chairs left lining the stage, the hair on the back of your neck raises when the spotlight finally focuses on the figure that is in the center of your vision. His routine hasn’t even started, and he already has the whole club enthralled. Ace was his stage name, but you wonder what his real name could be. Although, Ace seemed to fit him well enough. He’s built like an executioner, ready to deliver the last blow.
He’s huge, well over 6 feet tall. His rippling muscle that’s somehow already sweaty and glistening, bulges with every one of his subtle movements. You can’t see his face, which is tilted down underneath a wide-brimmed cowboy hat, but you can only imagine how attractive he is from his build alone. He’s shirtless, wearing jeans, a huge rodeo buckle, and boots with spurs.
His left hand comes up to lift the brim of his white wicker hat, slowly revealing his smoldering hooded eyes. He is the center of attention, and he’s enjoying it. The hundreds of chattering mouths fall quiet as the beat picks up, along with his very anticipated dancing. His hips move with practiced ease, back and forth, stretching the taut muscles of his stomach. Your eyes find the thatch of hair below his bellybutton, and follow it’s trail, huffing under your breath with dissapointment when you end up at the heavy-looking belt buckle he’s wearing.
Your mouth suddenly feels dry, you lick your lips and take a sip of your slightly watered-down drink. Your teeth catch your bottom lip when you look back up from your lukewarm vodka to find warm chocolate eyes level with yours, among other things. Sucking in a deep breath, you watch as his body, now perpendicular to the worn wooden stage, as it grinds to the beat.
His eyes never leave yours as he dances to what is now becoming one of your favorite songs. His fist meets the ground, simultaneously paired with a thrust of his hips. He turns his head to the side, giving you a glimpse of the strong column of his neck. One particularly smooth move of his has your thighs clenching together.
Not once in your whole life had you ever thought you’d be jealous of a floor, but the way Ace was practically fucking himself against it had you squirming in your seat. The clank of his belt buckle against the hardwood had you imagining his sweaty body above yours, you could practically feel the strong build of his shoulders underneath your fingernails. You could feel the way he’d thrust into you, leaving you a whimpering mess.
Ace makes his way uprights again, slowly, teasingly. He smirks at you, and only you. His gaze is heavy and his expression sends a swooping feeling through your stomach. The song finally comes to an end, with Ace kneeling down in front of you. His thick index finger is under your jaw, closing your mouth and tilting your head up. You’re both breathless, for two completely different reasons. He places his hat on your head, bends down, and whispers in your ear, “Find me backstage.”
Before he backs away, he pulls your earlobe in between his teeth and growls lowly. Your wide eyes and stunned expression make a chuckle rumble from his bare chest. You nod slowly, because what else were you supposed to do?
------------------------------
“You liked the show, huh?” Before you could respond, you were pulled against Ace’s sweaty chest. Backstage was a mess of show runners, other performers, and wires. But somehow Ace had managed to get his own private dressing room, fully equipped with a couch, closet, and functioning shower. And you had managed to find him with the help of his hat on top of your frizzy hair.
The alcohol you had consumed earlier helped you melt into his sturdy lap, and lean into him, “I enjoyed it very much, Ace.” You contemplated for a bit, tilting your head, “Interesting song choice, though.” You couldn’t help but squirm on his jean-clad thighs as his hands trailed up and down your sides, catching on the hem of your dress.
“My name isn’t Ace, little one,” he smiled and tucked a strand of your hair behind your ear, “It’s Ushijima.” He took his hat off of your head with little ceremony and pushed one of his thumbs past your lips. “And from the state of your sloppy pussy you’re trying so hard to grind on me, I’d say you didn’t mind the song too much,”
You suck on his thumb like a good little girl and nod frantically. Now that you think about it, you had been subconciously rubbing yourself against the hardening bulge in his pants. “M’can’t help it, i-it hurts so bad.” You slur around his thick digit, and drool drops onto your chin. His performance had turned your silk panties see-through, and you were staring to leave a dark spot on the crotch of Ushijima’s jeans.
“You’re such a messy little thing, aren’t you.” He pulls his thumb away and smears your spit into your cheek, “I bet you’d do anything to ride my cock, hmmm?” He presses your body even closer to him, his body heat deliciously warm. Being this close to him makes you realize just how enormous he actually is, another thought that leaves your thighs clenching.
Ushijima’s harsh breaths are mingling with yours, you don’t have space to think, but your body is answering every question he shoots your way, tenfold. He kisses you with the ferocity of a starved man. It’s messy, and when he pulls back, a string of saliva connects you both. His pupils are blown so wide that the hazel of his eyes can hardly be seen.
You nod your head, “Please.” Looking up through your lashes you see him hesitate for just a moment. “Please! Please Ushijima, fuck me.” You’re whining at this point, you know, but you’re so desperate.
“Fuck,” he curses under his breath and swipes his sweaty hair from his forehead, “get up, little one. I want you to take off this fucking dress.” He lifts you from his lap with ease and turns you around in front of him. “You’ve been teasing me with this outfit all night. Squeezing those soft thighs together in front of everyone, like a whore.” You whimper, suddenly feeling very exposed, “What? You think I didn’t notice?” He taunts you mercilessly. You’re so wet at this point, you can feel it dripping down the inside of your thighs.
You lift the hem of your dress over your head and drop it next to you on the floor. You’ve never been extremely shy but the man in front of you makes it nearly impossible not to want to run away from his sharp gaze. The black underwear you had decided to wear for the night were nothing special, and your reluctance to wear a bra had come back to bite you in the ass. You were practically naked in front of Ushijima.
“Your panties too, little one. I can’t fuck you with those in the way, can I?” A small moan gets caught in the back of your throat as he slips his hands underneath the soft silk covering you. “And here I thought you were gonna be my good little slut.” He tsks and shakes his head disapprovingly. The muscles in his jaw work as he slips a finger through your slippery folds. “You’re… so wet.” He admonishes, still circling your cunt but never where you need him the most.
“No shit.” You roll your eyes and grip his forearm, trying and failing to get his fingers on your clit. He pulls his hand away and before you realize what’s happening, he slaps you through your underwear. The shock is enough to send you back into his lap, mewling. “F-fuck! What was that for?” You thread your fingers together behind his neck and press your bare chest against his, feeling very impatient.
Ushijima is finally at his limit, apparently, because he reaches in between your sweat-covered bodies and takes off his belt. You gulp and fumble to help him, but again, you’re stopped by his strong grasp on your wrists. “No,” he’s practically growling, “bad little sluts don’t get to touch as they please. Put your hands back where they were and don’t move.” You do as he says immediately, feeling like you’ve already tested your limits for the night. The button and zipper of his pants come undone with a quiet ‘pop’, and he licks his slightly chapped lips fighting the urge to teach you a lesson right then and there. “You better hold on, little one. I’m gonna have to fuck some manners into you.”
His cock slaps his stomach when he finally gets his pants down and Ushijima breathes a sigh of relief. You choke on the thick air of his dressing room when your eyes finally catch a glimpse of what you had been grinding on earlier. His dick is enormous, very befitting of its owner, but you were regretting your loud-ass mouth right about now. The tip is red and angry, leaking precum against his impressive abs. Ushijima’s hand can barely wrap itself around his impressive member when he strokes himself a few times before hissing out another sigh through his teeth.
“Don’t worry, baby it’ll fit.” His words did little to reassure you as he lined himself up with your slick entrance. Your position gave you some small amount of control, although you knew Ushijima had his large hands on your waist for a reason. “Take what you can, for now.” His soft eyes met yours for a moment as he rubbed circles into your back, his harsh words gone for a moment.
You lowered yourself onto his length slowly, using his shoulders as leverage. Ushijima filled you like no one had ever managed before, and when you thought you had seated yourself completely, there always seemed to be another inch. Mouth open and eyes wide, you were babbling incoherently, the delicious stretch of his cock left you drooling and dumb.
To help you, Ushijima finally gave your neglected bud the attention you had been seeking all night. The small amount of friction he allows sends you spasming around his length. Between moans and whines, Ushijima could hear curses and little cries of ‘thank you, Ushi’, he smiles, thinking it’s completely precious how quickly you managed to fuck yourself stupid.
“That’s it little one, just like that. That’s a good fucking girl. Take what you need from my cock,” He smirks and brings your face close to his own, gripping your cheeks tight, “Before I ruin every other man for you.” He kisses you on the forehead, almost condescendingly, before grappling your hips again and thrusting up into your messy cunt.
His thrusts are brutal, his sweet demeanor gone now that he’s chasing his own release, using you as nothing but his own personal fucktoy. His grunts get louder and the muscles in his defined stomach grow taught the closer he gets to his orgasm. Ushijima’s strength is impressive, it has to be with the way you’ve gone limp in his lap, shaking from the over stimulation.
“P-please cum Ushijima.” You hiccup around the syllables of his name and scratch at his upper-back. You’re jostled with every powerful thrust he gives you, too tired to meet them. All you can do is take the pleasure he gives you.
Moaning a long string of curses, Ushijima’s movements become more erratic and his cock swells impossibly further, “Where do you want my cum little one?” His teeth catch his bottom lip and he continues to hump into you frantically.
You whimper as you feel the heat in your belly starting to spread, “I-inside! Want you t-to fill me up Ushi.” The pleasure building up inside you finally snaps when you feel Ushijima’s warm cum coat your insides. He keeps thrusting into you shallowly, almost unconsciously, as you both ride out your orgasms.
After a few beats of heavy breathing and muffled club music, Ushijima clears his throat, “Hey, uh, are you alright?” His hands are rubbing soothing circles into your thighs, which are shaking horribly.
You lift your head up from his neck and blink dazedly a few times before smiling, “Never been better, big guy.” You truly are dick drunk, “But I could use some help getting to the bathroom.” You brush a few stray hairs from Ushijima’s forehead and laugh when he picks you up bridal style, carrying you like you asked.
“I can do that, little one.” He smiles back at you, “If you don’t mind can I, uh. Fuck this sounds awful.” He laughs awkwardly, “Can I get your name, maybe?”
You blink back at the man holding you naked against his chest. “It’s Y/n.” You tell him with a small smile.

Title: Your Man
Ship: Boss [ @bonelyheartsclub ]/ GN Reader
Descrip: take it im drifting out to sea because HES GONNA BE A COWBOY thE END
Willie had taken his time to take in the damage done to the beloved boots, tutting and frowning at the holes and shredded leather.
"Oh yeah, I can fix 'em for ya, but it'll take a few days, Mr. Boss. That lil' dog did a number to these." Boss exhaled through his nasal bone with a silent nod. It seems 'Toby' had also managed to dislodge some of the pins that held the heels in, which would mean the boots needed to be completely stripped and rebuilt from the sole up.
"That is fine, I suppose. They mean a great deal to me, so take the time you need to get them back to perfect condition." He seemed a bit emotional about leaving the boots behind, and you gently assured the skeleton that they were in skilled hands. Leaving his contact information, the two of you turned to leave.
Until a bony hand grabbed your neckline again.
"You said this store specializes in leather and boots, correct?"
"Yes?" You held the word out longer than necessary, red pinpricks looking down at you, then to the fluorescent shoes between you.
"I would like to peruse them, then. It would not hurt for me to have a few more sets, anyway. And I am beyond done with these sneakers. I feel like one of those fictional circus clowns."
You bit your tongue at his presumption, knowing Boss wouldn't listen to a word you had to say on the subject, and accepted your fate in the tobacco and wood lacker scented hell.
After a bit of searching, pausing only to laugh at some of the ridiculous 'southern fact' signs they had decorating a shelf, the pair of you found the boot section of the large store.
"Human, I highly doubt if Texas were real, that it would home ninety percent of the planet's spider population." You couldn't help the snort that came out at Boss' comment as he walked over to the wall of shoes.
His eyelights were transfixed on the detailed stiches in some of the leather boots. His phalanges traced over a pair that had some gaudy gems placed into them- a pair that had studs- red stained leather- black snake skin. He was strangely silent as he looked over each set with wonder.
You didn't think any of them were Boss' style, to be honest. They were about classic as classic cowboy boots get- you could have sworn you even spotted a pair made of alligator skin.
"These." He finally spoke, pulling down one of the only sets that seemed to be ankle high. They were a deep maroon, black stitching along the sides and folds, and a very obvious steel toe embedded inside. There were a few gold embellishments and you felt they were gaudy as all hell.
But, that expression of wonder in Boss' eyes made him look like a child on gyftmas morning.
It was cute.
He was cute.
"I mean, sure, if you're into red, black and gold-" The skeleton flicked his eyes towards you, making your mouth snap shut. He took a seat on a nearby bench, listlessly kicking off the offending accessories to try the new boots on.
Boss became silent once again, taking in the shine of leather as he tilted his feet and legs to get a good look at them.
"There is a mirror over there." You mention, pointing a few feet away, and he stood up to admire the shape of the shoes. And while he did so, you also found yourself admiring him.
Boss was very tall- even without the help of his stiletto heels- and his broad shoulders squared in perfect posture made almost anything he wore look breathtaking. His choice of attire today fit snuggly against his ribcage, tapering down his spine- making Boss look, pun intended, skeleton thin. Tight, but soft, leather pants hugged his narrow hips and bony legs, perfectly shaping his body.
"Hmm. A bit lower than what I am used to, but they are quite fetching on me. What do you think, human?"
He caught you staring, once again, in the mirror- just as your eyes had been slowly trailing down his legs, brain becoming grey mush. You curse quietly, turning your head away with a mutter of agreement.
"Sadly, they do not match the rest of my attire. I should see if they have apparel here to compliment my figure and accessories." He made an amused sound when you cocked your head at the suggestion, cheeks burning with new fervor.
Oh. He knew exactly what he was doing now. Boss wouldn't even play with the idea if any of his family was around, but since it was just the two of you, he was going to continue his sadistic game.
When you had first met Boss, you would have sworn he didn't have a playful bone in his body- the serious tone and way he carried himself made it seem he was all work and no play. But, as you got to know him, his true colors seemed to blossom forth. Yes, he hated puns, that didn't mean he had no sense of humor. His humor was dry and a little cynical- and you had nearly soiled yourself in laughter when he cracked his first joke around you.
He also found Blue and Nox's rivalry amusing, egging them on at times just to get under their skin.
And when then two of you were alone, he was much more relaxed, allowing more of his jovial side to come out. Sometimes it was a welcome blessing and sometimes it was not.
As it was at your expense today, it was one of those times that his sense of humor didn't delight.
"Uh, s-sure. Why not? Let's find you a nice pair of chaps-" Boss' amused smile caught you off guard as he held a hand up to stop you from moving. You had hoped he would allow you to help, maybe in a way save yourself from this horrible fate.
"No, I believe I can handle dressing myself just fine. Though, I will listen to your opinion after I have chosen an outfit." The smirk didn't go away as you made a noise of disdain. The skeleton sauntered off on his own, leaving you to scream internally at being caught red handed and was going to make you suffer for it.
When he turned a corner, you were on your feet- tossing the old converse in your inventory- and did your best to sneak around the store behind the him. Occasionally, Boss would turn his head out of suspicion, causing you to duck behind a shelf, while he thumbed through the racks of clothes.
He was enjoying teasing you like this, smirk still apparent on his face. You were by no means subtle, so Boss knew you were tailing him around, and that only added to his amusement.
You peeked over a row of jackets that were fastened with tassels while Boss sifted through some button up shirts. His foot tapped along to the music with perfect rhythm, though, you were more shocked when his low voice was barely audible.
He was quietly singing along to the tune.
Boss Gothic Serif.
Was singing country.
And he knew you were watching and listening.
The next time he glanced over his shoulder, Boss caught your reddened face as a devious smile curled on his skull. He knew exactly what he was doing.
"Human, I have picked out a suitable ensemble. Feel free to wait there for me to change." You didn't hide this time when he spoke up, accepting defeat, stepping out to follow the monster towards the changing rooms.
You knew from the first day of meeting these skeletons that they would be the death of you. You just didn't expect it to be in a dime store cowboy shop in the city.
Flopping down on another bench, you waited for death to finish his wardrobe swap and drag you to the dark depths- knowing now that he was going to be dressed like a cowboy with Shania Twain playing gently to send you off.
The shuffle of cloth behind the barn themed doors caught your attention, the soft click of bones on wood as a lock was lifted and the doors swung open.
Words choked in your mouth as it hung ajar, Boss stepping out of the small room with the most smug look on his face you had ever seen him muster.
His head was tilted down ever so slightly, burning red eyes shaded by the black hat atop his skull. Your eyes dragged down to the crisp maroon and black button up, gold skull bola tie strung in the collar and rested on his nearly bare breastbone.
The shirt was rolled at the sleeves, showing off his battle scarred hands and arms, and the tail tucked neatly into a pair of tight black dyed jeans; adorned and held up by a red leather belt that had a large gold skull buckle to keep it all together. The jeans hugged the skeleton's frame all the way down to the coordinated boots.
Boss leaned against the doorframe, taking in your reaction with sadistic glee; How you couldn't form a single word in appreciation to his wardrobe selection. How your face was red enough to put his shirt to shame. How your eyes lingered over the single undone button at his clavicle.
How your reaction made his soul thrum with pride.
"Comments?" He finally spoke, beyond amused at the way you startled to his rough voice- dropping it an octave or two, successfully getting further reactions out of you. Finally, you managed to swallow the hard, dry lump that formed in your throat, tearing your gaze away to look back to Boss' expecting eyes.
You coughed and looked away
"Yee. Haw?" Was all you could manage as he stepped forward, boots loudly clacking against the hardwood floor. The terrifying skeleton you called a friend, and obviously waxed red towards, stopped mere feet before you, dragging your attention back to him.
"Is that all you have to say? I would appreciate some feedback, maybe I should make another selection if this doesn't suit me-"
"No, don't!" You found your voice as Boss turned heel to find something else to fluster you with. He quirked a brow ridge at your outburst, returning to his previous position, arms crossed as he awaited to hear your real feelings.
"You. You look good, Boss." You did your best to hold your voice steady as his gaze made you shrink into the bench, like you were going to become a permanent fixture in the store.
"Just ‘good’?" Oh, he was going to make you suffer. Breathing hard through your nose, you looked back up at him. Boss already knew how you felt, so this was just torture to feed his ego.
And you may as well feed it.
"Fine." There was a pause as you found the words. “You look amazing. Handsome. Stunning.” You could feel your face and neck darkening with each admission- at this point, had you even been referring to just how he looked now? He seemed to preen at each compliment, all too pleased to drink in your words of praise.
"Then I do believe I will purchase these items. They may be in start contrast to the rest of my wardrobe, but some variety in life never hurts."
It was interesting to watch Boss fannagle with the cashier about buying all the clothes items while he was still in them- but he managed to do it, and in style, if you were honest.
With his boots squared away, clothes tucked into his inventory, and you at his side, Boss literally strutted out of the store- leading you both back to his car.
"Human, you make it so easy to fluster you, you do realize that." Boss' smile from before had not left his features, even as you pulled into the culdesac in which you lived.
"Yeah, I'm aware, Boss." You heaved a final embarrassed sigh as the car came to a stop at your curb. Gathering your belongings, and what little bit of pride you had left, the car door swung open and you turned back to him. "Tease the human that has feelings for you. Ha, ha."
"But, uh." You pause, leaning on the door to look Boss in the eyes.
"Have fun getting into your room before Red or Stretch see you, Cowboy."

“Is that my shirt?” For a Chenford prompt! Love your writing♥️
Thank you for the prompt anon! I hope this does the prompt justice 😉
Send me a prompt from this list!
When Lucy Chen woke up that morning it wasn’t to the sound of her alarm, no. It was to the sound of a fist banging on her front door before Jackson West barged into the room.
“Chen! Let’s go, we’re going to be late!” She heard as she startled awake, sitting up.
“Shit!” She yelled throwing back the covers as she stumbled out of the bed, her body wavering as her feet hit the floor.
“What happened?” Jackson asked from the doorway as Lucy began to run around her room.
“I don’t know! I think my phone died last night while I was on the phone with-“ she began telling him as she threw on the first articles of acceptable clothing she could find. “Can I borrow your charger in the car?”
“Sure. But hurry we're going to be late.”
“Thanks roomie!” she yelled as he walked out.
Lucy hurriedly finished getting dressed, throwing on a pair of flats to go with her outfit before grabbing her duffle bag, keys and phone before running out of the apartment. She took the stairs down, two at a time, towards the main floor, swinging the metal door that separates the inside from the outside as she sprinted to Jackson’s waiting car.
“This is not how I wanted to start my Friday!” she huffed to her roommate and friend as she shut the door, buckling quickly as they headed out onto the street.
Jackson held out his right hand, a wrapped breakfast bar laid in his palm. “I grabbed you breakfast.”
Lucy took it, unwrapping and taking a bite as she plugged up her phone. “Thank you.” She said between another bite.
“So, who were you talking to so late last night that caused your phone to die?”
Lucy grimaced. “You caught that huh?”
Jackson nodded. “If you’re not ready to talk about it, that’s ok. But at least tell me you ran a background check on him.”
She snorted. “I did and I promise that his intentions are sound.”
“His intentions?” Jackson questioned, looking over his sunglasses to the girl in the passenger seat. “And just what is that supposed to mean?”
“It means that it’s kind of serious.” She shrugged. “We’ve been on a few dates. He’s been to mine, I’ve been to his. He even FaceTimed my parents once.”
“He’s met your parents? And just how long has this-“
Jackson began to ask as Lucy’s phone charging in the cup holder began chiming. She picked it up, scrolling through her missed messages.
“Huh. That’s weird.”
“What?”
“I got a message from Grey telling me to plain clothes it today. Wonder what that’s all about.”
“Special assignment maybe? We are P2s now.”
Lucy furrowed her brow as she fired off a text message before she began fixing her hair into a bun. “Maybe, I guess we’ll find out during roll call.”
They made idle conversation going down the road as Lucy fixed her light make-up, Jackson steering the car into the parking lot, parking in their normal spot. “Hey, did you finish that report about the robbery from yesterday?”
Lucy grabbed her things, exiting the car. “Yeah, I need to thank Nolan for the backup. If he didn’t show when he did, I would hate to think what could have happened.”
They enter the department, Lucy telling Jackson about the two men who tried to rob the convenience store granny before they went their separate ways to the locker rooms.
Lucy placed her bag into her locker, grabbing her badge, holstering her gun, and double checking her ankle holster before she pocketed her knife.
“Hey, good catch yesterday with the Gardner Twins. They’re regulars, always in and out of jail but I heard that the old woman held her own?” Nyla congratulated as she adjusted the duty belt she just put on.
Lucy laughed, heading for the door. “Yeah, when I pulled up on scene, she had one held at gun point and the other at cane point which would have been nothing if it wasn’t for the blade sticking out of it.”
“Sounds like that is one grandma not to be messed with.”
“Definitely not, she had brass knuckles and pepper spray in her purse too.” Lucy told Nyla as they entered the meeting room, both taking their respective seats with the others at their tables in the back.
Angela Lopez walked in, sitting down beside Lucy. “Morning.”
“Morning.”
Angela turned around to Nyla, asking a question before she turned back around to the front. “Nice shirt.”
“Than-“ Lucy began saying as she looked down, stopping her words in their tracks. ‘Oh no.’ her mind repeated frantically. In her haste to get dressed she didn’t pay attention to the shirt she put on, sure she knew the olive green color, knew it would match her dark washed jeans but ‘I should have looked in the mirror.’ was really a statement she needed stamped on her forehead.
“Morning.” Tim said as he sat down in the chair next to Nyla. “You get a special assignment or something?” he asked, looking at his former rookie.
Lucy was still amidst her internal conflict. ‘Should I go change? How could I have been so stupid, this is what I get for not laying my clothes out last night.’
“Boot!” Tim said sternly, his voice a tone he hasn’t used on her in a while, pulling her out of her stupor.
“I’m sorry, did you ask something?”
“Yeah, what’s with the plain clothes?”
Lucy shrugged. “Grey told me to dress down.”
“And that means wearing your boyfriend’s shirt?” snorted Angela as she took a sip of her coffee.
Lucy panicked. “Oh this? This isn’t my boyfriend’s, it’s Jackson’s.”
“Jackson was in the Army?” Angela smirked, pointing out the green shirt with black lettering.
“No, it’s Sterling’s. He wore it on that military movie he made a few years ago.”
Angela looked at her incredulously before glancing at Nyla and Tim who was watching the interaction with great intent. “Uh-huh.”
“Alright let’s settle down and get to it…” Sergeant Grey said as he took his place behind the podium.
“What’d I miss?” Jackson asked as he quickly sat down in the other chair opposite of Lucy.
“My funeral.” She mumbled.
Jackson turned slightly “What?”
“Nothing.” She said quickly as Grey glared the two down.
Thirty minutes later Sergeant Grey had given Lucy her assignment, assisting the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives undercover at a local bar that was serving alcohol to minors.
“Hey, wait for me.” Said the voice of her former training officer behind her. She slowed her steps, allowing him to join her. “You want a ride?”
“Sure. You set?”
Tim motioned his head towards the garage bay, “Let’s go.”
Lucy may have been the most under qualified of all the female officers in the department to go undercover, but she had what the ATF was looking for and everyone has to start somewhere. She felt a sense of relief when Sergeant Grey partnered her with Tim for the day, the newly appointed Sergeant providing backup in case things went sideways.
“So, what’s your cover again?” Tim asked. He would be parked nearby, listening in with another ATF field agent as Lucy went on a ‘date’ with one of their agents while two others attempted to get served alcohol.
Lucy read the paper in her hand, the information vague besides the location of the bar and who they would be meeting with outside of the bar.
Tim nodded. “Did you bring another shirt?”
“No, Grey didn’t tell me anything other than to wear plain clothes, which I didn’t see till I had already left my apartment.”
“Isn’t that my shirt?” he asked, smirking.
“Apparently I feel asleep talking to someone on the phone last night and never plugged it up, which caused my phone to die, so my alarm to never went off and Jackson had to wake me up. I was in a bit of a rush this morning getting dressed and thought I was putting on my olive swing top.” She glared.
“I’m not complaining, you look better in it anyways.”
“Yeah, well I’m pretty sure Angela knows it’s yours.”
Tim shrugged “She’s a Detective for a reason. It was cute you know.”
“What was cute?”
“Hearing you snore.”
Lucy opened her mouth “I do not snore!”
“You do.” He laughed. “I can’t believe I never noticed it before last night.”
“I was tired, yesterday was a long day. Besides, it’s probably nothing compared to the logs that you saw at night.”
Tim looked at her before agreeing with what she said. “I’m not going to deny that. But at least my feet don’t feel like blocks of ice.”
“I can’t help that my feet stay cold! I don’t like wearing socks to bed.”
“Lucy, I don’t mind being your personal heater but maybe it wouldn’t hurt to keep an extra blanket or two next to the beds.”
Lucy thought for a moment as she pulled her hair out of its hold, tousling the brown waves. “Fine.”
“Or we could just make it bed, as in singular.” He offered as he parked the shop next to the curb.
“Is that your way of asking me to move in with you?”
“I don’t know, is it? We've been together almost a year, we're both in a good place right now and half of your closet is in my bedroom closet."  He reminded her as he grabbed the handheld radio mounted to the dash.”7-Adam-19 show us out for special assignment.”
“7-Adam-19 10-4.”
“You don’t have to answer now, we can talk about more after shift.” He told her as he stepped out of the car. “You ready?” he asked as Lucy nodded her head, moving towards the small group of people on the sidewalk. “Let’s knock ‘em dead boot. Agent Edwards? Sergeant Tim Bradford this is Officer Lucy Chen, glad we could assist you today.”

Hey can you do an everlark fake dating please🥺🥺
Anon, I’m sure you were looking for something a little more romantic than what I came up with. There is romance, but there’s some other stuff too.
Thank you for inspiring this four-parter. I hope you enjoy!
_____
Summary: Peeta needed a date for his brother’s wedding. His co-worker Katniss was more than willing to play along. Sometimes, simple favors can turn into so much more. A fake dating story done in four parts. Rated E. Definitely NSFW.
A Simple Favor
The Invite
“You’ve got to be fucking kidding me.”
Peeta gawked at the frilly invitation in his grasp, then at the attached list of activities.
Three days.
Three fucking days of wedding activities to torture him.
“Can we tone down the cursing?” Katniss, his co-worker, sat down at her desk adjacent to his. “This is a place of business.”
“You wouldn’t be saying that if you had to go to this.”
Peeta swiveled his chair, tossing the invitation onto Katniss’ desk. It landed smoothly atop her keyboard and she reached to read the perfect calligraphy print announcing the upcoming nuptials of Rye Mellark to Delly Cartwright.
She turned back to Peeta. “Yeah…so?”
“Look who’s the Maid of Honor.”
Katniss looked to the right part of the invitation which listed the wedding party.
Her grey eyes suddenly shot up at him. “Oh, holy fuck! Is that her?”
“Yeah. It’s hard to look at her name and not still see her sucking off my best friend.”
Katniss snorted. “Yeah—that’s not an image even I would likely forget.” She examined the invitation again. “Gawd, even her name is pretty. Madge Undersee.”
“Don’t remind me,” Peeta growled, yanking the invitation from her grasp. “Who plans three days of pre-wedding activities?”
“Your brother and his affianced, apparently.” Katniss gave him a sympathetic smile. “You think she’ll bring him?”
“According to my brother, they’re officially together now.”
Peeta never used to be this bitter.
However, two years ago, that irrevocably changed when he discovered his then-fiancée on her knees and giving his best friend a blowie—on his bed. Madge had wept, of course, telling him that it had just happened.
And Gale…he had begged for Peeta to understand that it wasn’t just sex…that he felt something more for Madge.
How the hell was he supposed to understand that?
Peeta had packed his things and immediately left the apartment that he and his best friend had been living in—let the fucker deal with the astronomical Bay Area rent on his own.
He then accepted a job at Panem Projects, a Brooklyn based start-up created by tech mogul Haymitch Abernathy. The uber-genius had invented an app that allowed you to search for specific non-profits and charities that one may be interested in contributing to.
On Peeta’s first day, he met Katniss Everdeen, who was part of the QA department he was in. She was a supervisor while he was just one of the lowly engineers.
They had been sitting across from one another ever since.
“That sucks.” Katniss sat back, crossing her legs, as she watched him carefully. “Did you want to get wasted after work?”
++++++
It was at their fifth round of shots that the idea came about.
“I can’t go to this.” Peeta held the invitation, now beer-stained and being used as a coaster for their peanut bowl. “It’s basically a three-day Peeta Mellark roast!”
“Yeah, and a wedding,” Katniss replied. She leaned forward, her cheeks warmed from booze. “You know what you need? A date to this God-awful event. Not just any date, a hot date.”
“Here’s the problem, sweetheart,” he replied. “I’m not dating anyone.”
“It doesn’t have to be a real date,” she reasoned. “Find a great-looking chick who’d be willing to spend three days looking like she worships your cock. Isn’t this what those dating apps are for?”
“I don’t want a stranger around my family!” He reached for the beer bottle in front of him—was this even his? “That’s how those Netflix crime specials come about.”
Katniss chuckled. “Okay. Understandable.” She met his glazed stare. “I’ll do it.”
“What?”
“I said I’ll go with you,” Katniss declared. “I’ll be your hot date.”
Peeta took a long swig. “Uh…no offense Katniss…you’re definitely pretty…but hot?”
“I have been known to dress up once in a while.”
He looked at his friend; her dark hair was in its usual braid and she wore a pair of fitted jeans along with a zip-up with the Panem Projects logo on it—some sort of fiery bird. On her feet were a pair of Converses that had seen better days.
“You’re really know how to make a girl feel desired,” Katniss told him. “I can’t think of any possible reason why Madge would dump you.”
“Hey now! That’s hitting below the belt!”
“Well, you don’t think I can be hot!” she retorted. “Give me your phone!”
Peeta, in fear of his life, pulled out his phone from the pocket of his jeans and handed it to the woman.
Katniss picked up the invitation with her free hand and started to type with the other.
“Katniss…Motherfucking…Everdeen…” She handed the phone back to him. “I’ve RSVP’d for you and added myself as your plus one.”
He looked at the browser window and then back at a smirking Katniss.
“You actually wrote ‘Katniss Motherfucking Everdeen’ as my date’s name.” Peeta had to smile. “My mother is going to love that.”
“She’s going to love me,” Katniss assured him. “She and everyone else at this wedding is going to forget who the hell Madge Undersee is after I’m done with them.”
Peeta had to ask. “Why are you doing this?”
“I know how it feels to be taken by surprise.” She was suddenly staring very hard at the dirty bar table they sat at. “Plus, you’re my friend and we take care of each of other.” Her eyes met his, her own looking like she was on the verge of breaking. “Right?”
Peeta reached over and squeezed her hand. “Right.”
++++++
“Okay, so I have prepared a portfolio of myself.” Katniss presented him with a closed folder. “Childhood photos…likes and dislikes…just some general information that a boyfriend should know.”
“34C?” Peeta eyed her doubtfully, briefly flitting to her white button down. “Are you sure?”
“Yes. You bought me a lovely dark green lingerie set for our last anniversary.” Katniss pulled out a piece of paper. “Here is a little questionnaire that I’ve made for you, just for me to know you a little better.”
Peeta skimmed over the questions. Most of them were pretty general; where he was born, his parents’ and his brother’s name as well as their ages, his favorite foods…then—
“Why do you need to know if I’m circumcised?”
“If we have supposedly been together for about six months, shouldn’t we be having sex by now?” she questioned.
“True.” Peeta looked around the room. “Is it okay that we’re using a meeting room for this?”
Katniss shrugged. “The guys in IT use this room to play Pokémon every Friday.”
“Also, when are you going to do something about…” He waved his hand out at today’s outfit: a pair of black slacks, a white button down, and brown loafers. “…that.”
“Don’t you worry your perfect little blond self.” Katniss playfully ruffled his hair. “I didn’t realize that you were so fixated on looks.”
“You were the one who suggested ‘hot’,” he pointed out. “However, my parents, who are generally good people, can sometimes be judgmental. So besides being very smart and extremely accomplished—we’re going to have to show them how great you are on the outside.”
“Peeta, do my looks matter to you?” she suddenly asked. “I mean, do you think that I’m pretty?”
Katniss wasn’t what people would call conventionally beautiful.
Her hair was a single shade of black which could be a bit-frizzy on humid days, and her complexion was sun-kissed with a sprinkle of freckles on her cheeks. However, Peeta saw deep grey eyes that sparkled when she was particularly excited about something (pushing a new feature on their app, for example) and full rose-colored lips that needed no lipstick.
And when she smiled, everything about her just lit up.
“I think you’re beautiful,” he said truthfully. “I do worry that the people at this wedding won’t see you the way I see you.”
“Then that’s their fucking problem, isn’t it?” Katniss smiled gently. “We just have to make this look real. I think we can do this.” She pushed a pen towards him. “Now, fill your questionnaire out, okay?”
“Alright.” He reached for the pen and his eyes went to her. “Katniss?”
“Yes?”
“Thank you.”
++++++
Two Weeks Later…
“Sister—Primrose…24…a nurse in Seattle…Mom…Kate…former teacher…Dad…Marcus…former General in the Army….”
As he waited for Katniss’ Uber to arrive, Peeta went through the flashcards that he and Katniss had created in order to get through the three days leading up to his brother’s wedding.
They had everything from their first date (a Harry Potter trivia night at a bar close to their office) to any distinguishable body marks (him—a scar on his knee from falling off his bike at 12 and her—surprisingly, a scar just above her left butt cheek from a tattoo removal procedure, though she wouldn’t tell him what the tattoo was).
“Peeta?”
He had been so distracted that he didn’t even hear the car pull up.
“Sorry.” He tucked the cards in his back pocket and lifted his eyes to greet her. “Hey…holy shit.”
This was not Katniss Everdeen.
Katniss Everdeen didn’t wear her dark hair down in smooth waves that framed a perfect heart-shaped face. She didn’t wear sleeveless black jumpsuits that revealed rich olive skin and plush breasts (she was definitely a 34C).
“You like?”
She did a little twirl for him, graceful despite the stilettos she wore.
And, Katniss definitely didn’t have an ass that made his mouth water.
The unbidden thought of biting into one of those full globes caused his cock to twitch in his now too tight jeans.
“I like.” Peeta gave her a smile. “Maybe a little too much.”
She looked triumphant. “Give you a boner?”
“Fuck yeah,” he replied, a tad breathless.
“Then I’ve done my job.” Katniss wrapped her arms around his neck. “Hello boyfriend.”
Her mouth covered his own and his arms encircled her waist, pulling her tightly against his body. She teased, nipping at his bottom lip, her tongue skimming his lips before pulling away. Something surged inside him and his tongue invaded her mouth, sweeping in to taste sweetness.
Katniss growled against him, her center pressing into his now definitely hard cock.
Reluctantly—because they had to either breathe or die during the world’s hottest kiss—they pulled apart.
“Why did you do that?” he asked, gasping for breath.
“Because we’re supposed to be in love.” Her chest heaved, her eyes just cooling down from their kiss. “And couples in love kiss like that.”
“I know no couples who kiss like that,” he told her, a smile unexpectedly forming on his lips. “But feel free to kiss me like that whenever you see fit.”
++++++
During their five-hour flight, they went over the wedding itinerary.
“I’ve had a stylist pull looks for us for all the fancier events,” Katniss explained. “Don’t worry, nothing looks like we’re trying too hard. We’ll be more complimentary to one another.”
“What would trying too hard look like?” Peeta asked curiously.
“Well, if your tie matched my dress for example.”
A flight attendant stopped in front of their seats. “What can I get you both?”
Katniss smiled, placing a hand on his shoulder. “He will have…” Her fingers brushed against his ear lobe and he couldn’t help but shiver in pleasure. “…a cup of chamomile tea. I will have a coffee—”
“With milk and two sugars,” he breathed out, trying to smile up at the attendant.
“Thanks baby,” Katniss cooed at him, her hand brushing through his hair affectionately.
The woman quickly fixed their drinks, handing their cups to them one by one.
“Can I just say that you too are extremely adorable?” the flight attendant remarked.
Katniss put a hand to her chest.
“Thank you!” She looked to Peeta; her expression full of affection. “He’s just so easy to love.”
Peeta smiled tightly. “This is my dream girl…” He patted Katniss’ hand. “…right here.”
The flight attendant practically squealed before going to the next seats.
“You really could be a little bit more convincing,” Katniss remarked. “Maybe act like my touch doesn’t repulse you.”
“You don’t!” He shifted towards her. “In fact, it’s really the opposite.”
Katniss rested back against her seat. “Really?” She crossed her arms. “Convince me.”
Peeta unbuckled his seatbelt. Pressing the release button of the armrest, he pushed it up so there was no divider between them.
Katniss waited, obviously interested in what he was up to. He realized that their tray tables covered anything below the waist and his mouth widened in a grin.
“Tell me.” His hand went to her thigh. “What exactly are you wearing under this?” The fabric beneath his palm was smooth and he could feel a full firm thigh. He continued upwards towards the cleft between her thighs. “Are you even wearing underwear?”
Katniss’ arms fell to her side and she swallowed thickly. “I am.”
“And, if my hand found its way between your thighs—” His hand stopped just about an inch from her center and she let out a labored breath. “—if my fingers brushed against this practically non-existent cloth, would I find you wet?”
“Maybe,” she whispered.
Peeta leaned forward, his mouth going to her ear.
“Would you let me put my fingers to your clit? Let me rub you until you came all over this seat?” His pressed his mouth to the spot behind her ear and she shivered. “You’d like that, wouldn’t you? You’d happily fill this cabin with the smell of sex if I fingered you into completion—”
“Stop—” Katniss gasped out, her hand covering the hand on her thigh. “I’m convinced.”
“Good.”
Peeta moved his hand away—but not before quickly brushing the tips of his fingers at her center. The feeling of heat had him hard immediately.
“You’re far from repulsive, Katniss.” He met her heated stare. “I’ve always thought that.”
Katniss snorted. “Yeah, right.”
Peeta took her hand, placing it to where his erection demanded to be freed.
“Believe me,” he demanded, and her fingers moved against the rough fabric of his jeans. “This is because of you. Yeah, it’s extremely hot to see you in this get-up, but what makes me hard is that look in your eyes.”
Katniss licked her lips. “What look?”
“That fire,” he told her, his thumb caressing the top of her hand. “That fire in those grey eyes will always get me, if you’re in this black jumpsuit—” Her fingers enclosed along his cock, gripping him firmly. “—or if you’re wearing that ugly zip-up sweater that HR gave you for your work anniversary.”
“Excuse me?” They both jumped at the voice and looked to see the flight attendant. “We’ve just been notified that we’ll be landing a little sooner than we announced. So, if you could finish your drinks in the next few minutes—”
“Of course,” Katniss said quickly, her free hand reaching for her cup. “We’ll be done soon.”
The woman gave them a smile and moved on to the next row.
Katniss sat back, the hand on him quickly disappearing.
“You’re going to be more problematic than I thought,” she said, her eyes dark.
“Trust me.” Peeta let out a breath. “The feeling is mutual.”
++++++
“I never asked, but you and Rye are pretty close, right?”
Peeta nodded, pushing the cart with their luggage down the corridor as they left baggage claim.
“We’re probably just as close as you and Prim are,” he told her. “And Delly is great. Horrendous taste in friends, but she’s really a sweet person.”
“Do you suspect that Rye will see through all of this?” Katniss questioned.
Peeta shook his head. “We’ve done our research.” He stopped, reaching for her hand. “I also always thought that you and I had great chemistry…in the workplace. I think it transfers easily into whatever we’re trying to pull off.”
Katniss smiled. “I feel the exact same way.”
“Peeta!”
They turned to see a couple, running toward them excitedly.
Rye rushed over, pulling him into a tight hug and practically lifting him off the ground. His brother was a broad fellow; muscular from years of playing football throughout high school and college. However, Rye was as gentle as they came when it came to his younger brother and the lovely woman that he would soon be marrying.
“I’ve missed you, little brother!” Rye said affectionately. “Welcome home!”
They drew apart, just as Delly pulled away from hugging Katniss.
He reached over to quickly kiss Delly on the cheek. “Hello soon-to-be big sister.”
“Hello, my sweet little brother,” Delly greeted in return.
“Rye, Delly—” Katniss beamed at him and his heart leapt at the affectionate gesture. Taking her hand, he presented her proudly to the couple. “—this lovely woman is my girlfriend, Katniss Everdeen.”
Delly grinned at his expression. “I can already tell that she’s going to be a perfect addition to our family.”
Rye took Katniss’ hand, leaning and giving her a kiss on the cheek.
“I welcome anyone who makes my baby brother smile this brightly,” he told her. “Welcome to San Francisco. Have you ever been here?”
Katniss shook her head. “This is my first time. Congratulations, by the way.”
“Thanks!” Delly glowed in excitement. “I can’t wait for all the festivities—” She whipped around to her fiancé. “—and for us to be married, of course!” They all chuckled at her exuberance.
Rye led them out into where the town cars were stationed; a man in a black suit immediately took the cart and headed to the trunk of the black Sedan in front of them.
“A driver?” Peeta asked.
“Mom and Dad insisted,” Rye responded with a grimace. “You know them.”
They all slid into the wide back seats, Rye closing the door behind him.
Delly immediately pounced. “So, how did you two meet?”
“We’ve been working together for the last two years at Panem Projects,” Katniss told her easily. “I’ve always liked Peeta and we became friends right away.”
“However, a little over six months ago, I finally got the balls to ask her out on an actual date,” Peeta finished for her. His hand found hers, their fingers entwining easily, and he met Katniss’ eyes. “And, wonderful woman that she was, she accepted. We’ve been together ever since.”
“I love it,” Delly said sincerely. “And you look so beautiful together. The children are going to be gorgeous.”
Rye smiled affectionately at his fiancée. “Don’t scare Katniss off, love.”
“I don’t know,” Katniss said, eyeing Peeta playfully. Her free hand reached to push his hair away from his face. “I’ve always loved blue-eyed children.”
“And, the children would look particularly lovely if they had Katniss’ hair,” he added, his hand reaching to the tuck a tendril of her hair behind her ear.
How did he never notice what was in front of him?
“Oh man,” Rye said, looking between them. He smirked at his brother. “You are so fucked.”
++++++
“It’s so wonderful to have you here, Katniss,” his mother said. “We’ve never had Peeta bring a girl home. You know, except for Mad—" She waved her hand, rolling her eyes. “Anyway, you are most welcome.”
“Thank you, Mrs. Mellark,” Katniss replied graciously.
“Call me Janice, my dear.”
Behind her, Peeta followed along with his father carrying their bags up the stairs.
“She seems like a lovely girl,” his father told him.
“I care for her a great deal,” Peeta said as he watched his mother and Katniss chat easily. “I don’t know how I even got her.”
“Trust me, son.” He gave Peeta an affectionate smile. “I think she feels the same way. I can tell just by the way she keeps looking over for you—like she can’t believe that you’re together.”
They stopped at the door to his childhood room.
“Well, we put some extra towels in your bedroom,” his mother told them. “And, Mags—” Peeta had introduced Katniss to the head of the household when they first entered his childhood home. “—made sure that fresh sheets have been put on the bed and she’s aired out the room as well.”
“Okay, but where will Katniss be staying?” he asked.
“We’re not so old to not know that you aren’t sleeping together,” his mother said. “So, we just set up your room for the both of you.”
“That’s perfect,” Katniss told his parents. She looked to him boldly. “Show me your room. I’m dying to see those little league trophies of yours.”
“We know that you must be exhausted,” his father told them. “So, we’ll just have dinner sent up and we can rendezvous for brunch tomorrow in the main dining room.”
“Thank you, Marshall,” Katniss said as Peeta opened the door for them. “Thank you as well, Janice.”
“Of course, dear.” His mother gave them a jaunty wink. “We’ll see you tomorrow.”
Entering the room, Peeta placed their bags at the end of his bed.
“What kind of life did you leave when you came to work at Panem Projects?” Katniss stared up at the high ceiling of the room, her eyes traveling to the four-post bed, and then to the floor-to-ceiling windows. She went to one immediately. “Oh my God! You can see everything from up here!”
“A house on Twin Peaks affords that kind of view. However, it’s not so great on foggy days,” he told her, watching as she examined every bit of his room from the bathroom (“A clawfoot tub!”) to the walk-in closet (This is practically the size of my studio!).
Taking off her shoes, Katniss leapt onto his bed. “Holy shit! This is heavenly!”
Peeta went to her, toeing off his own shoes before joining her.
They laid side by side, hands immediately reaching for one another.
He turned to her. “Did I ever say thank you for being here?”
“It’s all worth it to stay in this sweet room,” Katniss replied, her grey eyes dancing.
“So, you’re just here for the room?”
She smirked. “Well, I did also find out that you have a huge cock—so that’s a bonus.”
“Katniss!” Her laughter filled the room and his stomach tumbled in pleasure hearing it. He suddenly flipped, his chest over hers and the giggles fell from her lips. Peeta stared down at her, her grey eyes suddenly darkening as he examined her. “You’re something special.”
“I’m nothing.” Her chest rose and Katniss let out a shaky breath. “I just want to be here for you.”
“I want to kiss you,” he suddenly said, his hand reaching to trace her jawline. “Would you allow it?”
“Are you doing it because you want to thank me?” she asked tightly. “Or because you want to explore what is obviously between us?”
“Both, I think.” Peeta had never felt this exhilarated or this flustered by someone. Just a touch from Katniss and he was in a whirlwind, happy to be caught in it. “I just think you deserve someone less broken than I am.”
“We’re both broken.” Her hand reached for the nape of his neck, drawing him down until their lips were brushing. “I don’t know if we can fix that, but we can help each other mend.” She smiled against him. “Let’s see where this weekend takes us, and we can go from there. For now, I’m allowing you to kiss me. So, make it a good one.”
Peeta dipped his mouth into hers, sampling just a bit, and it was like he could breathe again. Immediately, his lips sought hers, his tongue sweeping into her mouth and swirling against her own. Katniss moaned and his heart rose in triumph as she pressed herself to him eagerly.
His hand reached to cradle her head, his fingers entwining in soft waves and he plunged into her mouth once more, exploring her in their kiss.
Katniss ripped her mouth off his, a string of saliva still connecting them.
“Fuck!” Her eyes were frenzied. “What the hell are you doing to me?”
He grinned. “I’m just exploring.”
Despite his attempt to remain cool, his own heart raced; the feel of her mouth…and her tongue undoing him.
This wasn’t the plan, but it felt right.
“This whole game we’re playing,” she said, her eyes full of hunger. “I’m going to crash and burn, aren’t I?”
“If you burn—” Peeta kissed her tenderly. “—then I burn with you.”

It’s a rather novel concept, you think to yourself wryly as you watch the way Hoseok runs his palms along the length of thighs once more, trying to wipe away his anxiety. You don’t think you’ve ever seen Hoseok look like this nervous or unsure of himself in the whole six months you’ve been dating him.
You’re currently driving over to your parents, having accepted their offer of dinner. Normally you’d just go by yourself, but this Saturday your parents had explicitly invited you to bring Hoseok. He’d agreed, obviously, but he’d been a little hesitant. Even you knew that meeting the parents was a big step in a relationship.
While being nervous yourself to introduce him to them properly, you also felt that it was the right time for it. You loved your parents and they’d always been so supportive of you, no matter what you’d decided to do in life. It only made sense for you to finally introduce the man who made you smile just at the thought of him.
Despite that, you were still worried about everything because you desperately wanted them to like him. Their approval meant a lot to you and knowing that they thought he was a good match was equally as important to you as him liking them. But you’d never brought any guy home before, or anyone really. Never even really mentioned dating to them to be honest.
You’d always been shy around that kind of stuff, only dating and all of that in college where you could almost be anonymous amongst the large student body. So for you to bring home Hoseok meant that he was special, very special. And they knew it too. But you just didn’t know how you were meant to act with them or him, or what the protocols were for bringing home your partner.
Unfortunately for you, Hoseok had no idea either. You’d been both surprised and yet not to find out he’d never met a girlfriend’s parents before. It was something you supposed that you’d expected given who he was and what he’d told you of his past. He’d never dated seriously enough to warrant meeting parents so he was in the same boat of uncertainty as you.
Only...the Hoseok who had been a rock for you in the murkiness of your life and mind these last few months had suddenly needed a rock in turn. His lack of experience in this department combined with his need to make sure he makes a good impression for both you and him meant that he’d taken on the role of nervous and awkward person in your relationship.
Which considering the fact that you were currently experiencing a downward slide in your own mental health, the exhilarating happiness of the last few months finally catching up to you and sending you back down the road of depression and severe anxiety, was impressive. But it was proving a great distraction away from the way you were slumping backwards in your mood, letting you focus instead on Hoseok.
He’d spent all of last night being very quiet, his thoughts evidently far away and he’d asked you about a million questions about your parents. You’d thought it was all very sweet of him to be so worried but at the same time, you were hoping he’d get back to being his bright self because it was starting to make you worry a little too.
And he was being very serious about it all as well because even sex hadn’t been able to take his mind off it for too long. Your magnificent boyfriend had finally, finally managed to make you orgasm during sex a week or so ago and he’d been beyond proud of himself that he’d done it.
You’d thought that giving him a goal to achieve to make himself feel better would be good, and of course you got an added benefit from that...
But last night, he’d been okay for exactly half an hour before he’d cuddled up to you and began querying you once more. You hadn’t got annoyed at him though, because you knew he was just genuinely worried about how they might take him. Seeing him in your pictures on social media and hearing you talk about him is one thing, but meeting him is another thing entirely.
Hoseok’s opinion of himself was that he was a tattooed, pierced metalhead with a long history of sexual escapades and plenty of wild drunken nights. Not what most parents wanted for their daughter to date, especially when said daughter was so socially introverted and easy to hurt.
Your efforts to soothe his worries hadn’t really worked, so now you just supposed that he had to be shown that your parents would like him. There was no doubt in your mind that they would, because despite all of the things he was worried about himself for, he had one thing going for him that perhaps the most important thing of all.
He made you happy and he made you smile.
You knew that they would give him more than enough chances to prove himself because of those two facts alone, because they knew more than anyone how hard you struggled to make friends and how romance had been almost a foreign term to you. So to meet the man that had finally managed to show you what a relationship could and should be was high on their list.
Pulling into the drive behind your dad’s car, you look out at the small house that you’d grown up in. It’s nothing big or fancy, one of the smaller houses in this neighbourhood of working class people really. The paint on the awnings was chipped and fading while the railing on the porch sagged a little from the weight of its age.
Even your dad’s car in front of you showed more than enough signs of wear and tear. His job as an engineer at a car manufacturer was based half an hour away from here, with most of that down the highway. It had paid enough to keep the house going along with the car but most of his salary and your moms had gone to paying for your college fees.
Only now were they finally able to properly save up for themselves, hoping to buy a house that was a little nicer than the one they had now. Eyeing the lawn out front, you sighed as you saw it was starting to look overgrown with more than a few patches looking brown and the mailbox was beginning to lean to the side.
“I should come home more often,” You muse out loud to yourself, taking the keys out of the ignition and pressing the button on your seat belt holder. “Help my parents out with the chores and stuff.”
Hoseok looks around as well and you hope that he’s not disgusted or anything by your childhood home. You know that his parents are much better off than your own but he’s never shown himself to be a snobby person or anything.
“Well if you want to, I can come too? I mean...if they want me to. I can help do any manual work if they need it?” Smiling, you reach up and tap his cheek fondly with your palm and internally cheer as he gives you a smile in response.
“I’d like that, you're good with your hands. Just don’t let them take no for an answer then. My parents are wonderful people who deserved far more in life than they got, but they’re still proud. They’ll accept our help as long as we don’t make out that it’s help, you know?” He nods, looking thoughtful before letting out a deep sigh.
Giving him a once over, you get out of the car and wait for him to do the same, locking it behind you before making your way up the path of broken and cracked flagstones. Hoseok’s hand around your wrist stops you suddenly as he pulls at you slightly and you turn, frowning when you see the worry on his face.
“What if they don’t like me? Should I have worn something different?” He asks, for possibly the tenth time today and you internally sigh before facing him fully. His outfit today is just like any other; black jeans with rips and a band shirt with his usual leather jacket slung over the top. Only his hair looks slightly different and that’s because he’s been running his hands through it anxiously.
Placing your hands on his waist, you stroke them up and down reassuringly before giving him a big smile. Hoseok pauses for a moment before his arms wrap around you in turn, causing you to hug him back tightly with your cheek mashed against his warm chest.
“You’ll be okay Hoseok, honestly. I’ve told you enough times and I’m positive you’re gonna find out I’m right. Im the most awkward one in my family so if you can win me over then you’ll do fine. Please just be yourself because you’re one of the most outgoing and charismatic people I’ve ever seen.” He eyes you carefully before he chews at his lip ring.
You’d had to convince him to keep that in, along with his tongue piercing because he’d wanted to take them out to make a better impression. But you wanted your parents to meet the Hoseok you knew and adored so much, not one that censored himself.
“Okay. Yeah, okay. Sorry.” Muttering the words, you see the frown on his own face and lean forward, catching his attention once more as you press your lips to his in a sweet kiss. One arm moves from around his body to cup his cheek, thumb stroking gently and when you pull away, you see him looking a little calmer.
Moving backwards, you reach down and grab his hand in yours, pulling him along the short path with a bright smile. “Come on mister, I’ve got a surprise for you that you’re gonna love.”
You hear Hoseok’s confused noise behind you, wondering what on earth you’re on about when you bounce up the stairs to the porch and open the front door of your parents house. Almost immediately you hear the scurrying of paws and crouch down with open arms as a furry dog comes barreling out of the living room, barking excitedly.
“Hello baby girl!” You coo to the golden retriever who almost knocks you over in her enthusiasm, tail wagging wildly as she pushes her nose into your face and tries to climb into your non existent lap. Laughing, you stroke her head before standing up and turning to Hoseok. That’s all the cue she needs to begin investigating him, tail going just as hard as she sniffs him all over.
You can’t help but laugh loudly at his face when she shoves her nose in his crotch and you reach down to grab her collar, tugging her inside gently while Hoseok closes the door behind you both. Kicking off your shoes and placing them onto the shoe rack, you watch as Hoseok does the same before he crouches down as well, a bright smile on his face as he holds his hand out for her to smell.
“This is Harley. She’s an old girl now but we had a lot of fun times when I was in high school. Isn’t that right eh? You were my best friend back then.” Ruffling her fur, you laugh as she drops to the floor and presents her belly, pushing her nose into Hoseok’s hand in her need to get as much attention as physically possible.
“You didn’t tell your parents owned a dog.” Hoseok’s tone is almost accusatory and you grin mischievously.
“Didn’t tell you because I know you love dogs and I wanted her to be a surprise. She’s been a very long lived retriever, she’s actually 13 now and we got her when I was 13 but she’s still the furry ball of love she always was.” Running your fingers through the golden fur that didn’t quite feel as soft as it once had, you give a sad smile.
You know that there will be a day when your parents call to say that she wasn’t here anymore, but you also knew that she’d had such a long and wonderful life that you’d be okay with that fact. For now though, you were going to give her plenty of pets and love. And looking at Hoseok as he beams, leaning down to almost press his face to hers while all the tension he’d been holding leaves him, you know that he’ll do the same.
“If you’re not careful, you’re gonna send her into a coma of love.” Your dad says and you look up with a big grin at the sight of him, giving Harley one last stroke before standing and moving over to him. He’s dressed casually as usual, just black sweatpants and a plain black t-shirt with those grey wool socks he loves to wear covering his feet.
“Hi. And you know she loves it.” Turning, you watch as Hoseok gives Harley another pet before standing up slowly. It almost breaks your heart how nervous and shy he looks, his hands come around to clasp together at his front while his gaze steadfastly doesn’t meet your dads.
Moving over to him, you wrap your hand around his arm and look back at your dad, noting that your mom has arrived too. She’s just in some plain grey lounge pants with a graphic t-shirt with Toothless the dragon on it. You’d told them to be casual with Hoseok, hoping if they just dressed like they normally would in the house then he wouldn’t get too stressed immediately.
“Mom, dad, this is Hoseok. My...err.” You find yourself freezing as you try to introduce him, the word you’re trying to say almost getting stuck in your throat and you frown in annoyance at yourself. God, you couldn’t even do this right.
Hoseok saves you though, taking a deep breath before giving them his most charming smile, the one that wins over just about anyone who sees it. “I’m Jung Hoseok, her boyfriend. It’s nice to meet you.”
You can tell by the twitch in his arm that he wants to hold out a hand for a handshake or something but you keep a tight grip on him, thinking that’d probably just be too formal and strange. He was meeting your parents, not the President of the United States.
“Hi Hoseok, Y/N’s told us a lot about you.” Your dad says, nothing negative in his voice as he scans over Hoseok before giving him a brief smile. The relief you feel as you sense that Hoseok has passed the visual test at least that your parents are no doubt giving him right now is palpable.
“She has! Come in, come in. Both of you. Do you want to take your jacket off?” This comes from your mom now, her tone telling him that even though it was a question, he should probably obey. Sure enough, Hoseok hears that and acknowledges it, giving a gracious smile before shrugging out of his jacket and handing it to her when she reaches for it.
Gently, you push Hoseok through to the living room and direct him to a seat that won’t be occupied. You weren’t sure about other households, but yours always had assigned seating based on people’s preferences on the couch.
Your dad took the end of the couch, your mom always took the bit that stuck out so she could almost lay down and you always sat in the armchair. But for today, you sat on the couch and watched as your dad sat in the armchair. Hoseok carefully sat next to you and as he did so, you placed your hand on his thigh and rubbed it gently.
“You okay?” You whisper quietly and he nods in response, his hand moving to grasp yourself and thread your fingers together. Harley is there mere moments later, pushing her face as close as she can get without actually climbing onto you both and you smile as Hoseok lets out a quiet laugh, his free hand moving to stroke her gently.
“Was your drive over okay? Is your car still making that noise?” Glancing away from Harley, you look at your dad with raised brows before nodding to him.
“Yeah it was fine, there was no traffic really which is why we’re a bit early. And it doesn’t seem to be doing it now? You can’t look though, Hoseok let me drive his.” Your dad liked to mess around with cars and you knew that given enough chance, he’d have been outside looking over your car already if you’d had it. It was the same car that you’d been driving since high school and it had been old even back then. Now, you were positive that you probably wouldn’t even be able to sell it anymore.
You knew damn well that Hoseok didn’t like it. His own car wasn’t new or anything but it was only five years old. Which meant it was less of a potential death trap than your own car was. He wasn’t hugely territorial about it and you’d driven it a few times already. It wasn’t much to admit that you loved driving it compared to yours.
“Ahh, you should bring it next time and let me have a look at it for you, flower. Although ideally, I hope you can afford to get a new one soon. I don’t like the idea of you driving that around, especially in winter.” Pouting at him, you play with Hoseok’s fingers before shrugging.
“I’d love to buy a new one dad, but I can’t. I am saving though, so I can at least buy one that's only a few years old soon enough. I’ve got my eye on a nice looking Hyundai that’s not too expensive, only four years old and some good mileage too.” He eyes you, lips pursing out before he’s pulling out his smartphone.
“Is there a link online?” Rolling your eyes, you take his phone and bring up the listing for the Hyundai you’d been keeping tabs on for the last month. You put away money each month into your savings account, hoping that you’d eventually one day get enough to put down a deposit on a house or something but you knew that you’d need a new car much sooner.
And you could almost afford to buy this car.
“Your dad calls you flower?” Hoseok whispers to you, smiling in amusement as you sit back, acknowledging the irony of your childhood nickname. Looking up at him, you chuckle and nod in acknowledgement, watching as your mom gets up to head into the kitchen.
“Do you want a drink Hoseok?” She gives you a questioning look as well as you ask for a Coke, watching as Hoseok panics for a moment as he wonders what would be the best to drink to ask for. Grinning, you squeeze his hand affectionately and look back at your mom.
“You can have a beer if you want? I’m driving so I don’t mind.” You can see the wide eyed look of shock from Hoseok, the shock likely that you’re encouraging him to drink and possibly perpetuate his stereotype of being a heavy drinking metalhead. But you know your parents, so you just reassure him with a smile.
“Err...yeah, I mean...yes please. A beer would be nice, if you have one.” That gets a snort from your dad as your mom disappears, returning a minute later with your can of Coke and an opened bottle of Hoseok’s favourite beer. Watching intently, you can’t help but laugh at the confused look on his face as he accepts it carefully.
“Y/N told us what your favourite drink is. We wanted to make you a bit more comfortable.”
It’s only then that Hoseok’s eyes narrow as he looks at you, lifting your hands up to gently push at your nose until you’re giggling at him, biting your lower lip. He doesn’t say anything though, simply takes a sip of beer before turning and giving your mom a gracious smile.
“Thank you. You didn’t have to-” He goes to say something else but your dad makes a noise, looking up at you both before gesturing to Hoseok sternly.
“We make sure our guests are comfortable in this house. It might not be much to look at, but we always look after our guests. Especially when they mean so much to Y/N.” Glancing at you, his gaze turns back to Hoseok whose cheeks flush slightly, his own gaze dropping from your dads to the neck of his bottle.
Well...you had told him that they were still proud people.
Scooting forward, you slide off the sofa to situate yourself on the plush carpeted floor of the living room, making fussing noises to Harley who has stretched herself out on the floor in front of you. As you busy yourself with playing with your dog, you don’t notice the way your parents watch Hoseok in turn as he watches you.
“Y/N says that you’re in IT right? And you got that promotion the other month?” You don’t bother to look up, knowing that Hoseok can handle himself and trusting your parents to be as nice to him as they are to everyone else they’ve ever met.
“Err, yeah. I err, I lead another team. It’s a little hard to describe as we have multiple sites but I’m now like, the manager of two of them. The bonus is more pay and responsibility, which will hopefully be good for my career. The downside is I’m busier...and more responsibility means more stress.” Leaning back against his leg, you look up at him from the floor.
“You’re doing good though. You manage your stress way better than I do.” You can’t quite see him properly from this angle but you do see his smile, pushing your head into his hand a little as he runs his fingers along your cheek.
“That’s debatable. I just...learnt a long time ago some coping methods to deal with it. I was in therapy throughout college. My sister died in a car accident and I developed some very unhealthy coping mechanisms afterwards for a few years. Therapy helped me and it still helps me today thankfully.” Without even realising it, you have one hand gripping onto his calf in an effort to soothe any upset he may have.
You still find it amazing how easily he’ll talk about his sister’s accident but you’re beyond thankful that he’s willing to open himself up like that to your parents. By being honest about such a traumatic event for him so young, he was showing them that he was more than just what he looked like. You hadn’t told him to tell them that story, nor had you even hinted at it. But you assumed that’s what he was doing.
Sure enough, your parents warm right up to him and begin asking him questions about not only his work but his life. And you get to spend the next few hours watching in pleasure as Hoseok relaxes in their company, becoming more like the Hoseok you’ve come to know and enjoy over the last few months.
You’re pretty positive your mom has been won over solely by his personality and good looks while your dad is more fascinated with Hoseok’s skills with computers. That and his tattoos. Hoseok had given you another betrayed look when your dad had shown him the tattoo on his upper left arm and you could almost hear the ‘you never told me’ in his eyes.
All in all though, it went very well and your own anxiety about introducing them all together ebbed away slowly as the evening went on. The dinner your mom cooked was delicious and you were beyond happy that she’d given you a bunch of leftovers in tupperware for your freezer. Hoseok had been equally ecstatic when she’d given him some too, though he’d handed them over to you given that he spent most of his time at yours.
You were positive that hadn’t gone unnoticed by them.
Finally though, it was 10pm and you were getting tired, head lolling on Hoseok’s shoulder as the television played out the film you’d all been watching. Harley was laid on your feet, keeping them warm and you could have happily just fallen asleep right there, content with your boyfriends arm around you and the gentle chatter of your parents.
But Hoseok was gently shaking you awake, an amused smile on his lips before he pressed them to your temple in a gentle kiss. “This is becoming a habit, miss.”
His teasing was light and gentle, but you just gave him a smile back, wiping at your eyes before blinking rapidly to wake them up. You hadn’t worn any makeup today, not seeing the need given all three people in this house had seen you without it plenty of times.
One of the benefits that you hadn’t considered before was that Hoseok was eager to take your pictures, meaning that he’d volunteered himself to be your photographer and editor for your makeup Instagram. Now your pictures looked even better and it was all thanks to him and his fancy camera, but you knew that despite how much he liked your makeup, he preferred the natural girl he got to see most often.
“Mom, dad, we’re gonna head off now. Thank you for dinner and all the leftovers. And the cookies mom. I appreciate it all and I’m sure Kasumi will love her special homemade cat treats,” Your mom loved Kasumi and wanted to get a cat of her own. Whenever Harley went, you knew that she’d probably get a puppy and a kitten so they could grow up together. “But it’s late and I want to go to bed.”
Stretching, you grunt as your shirt rides up and Hoseok pokes your ribs gently, mischief present in his eyes and you scowl at him before poking at his stomach. Trust him to be wide awake while you’re a bit sleepy. Though he’s ever so slightly glassy eyed from the alcohol, meaning you need to wake up a bit more to drive home.
“You’re welcome, you know we love having you home. We loved meeting you too Hoseok and you’re welcome here anytime as well. With or without Y/N,” You can just imagine Hoseok’s face behind you right now. “We’re pretty open as you can tell and if you ever need us for anything, please just ask.”
“Okay mom, let’s not freak him out anymore okay? Thank you both, I’ll bring my car over soon dad.” Tugging on your shoes, you stand and slip your arms into the jacket Hoseok is holding up for you before bending down and fussing Harley.
“Don’t bother, I’ll give you what you’re missing for that Hyundai-” He holds his hand up when you go to protest, not wanting his charity but you know you’re not going to win given his stern look. “Given how much money we’ve put into that car you have now over the years, I’ll feel better just giving you this for that car and having the peace of mind to know you’re safe. So I’ll transfer it over to you and then I want you to go buy it. Don’t let yourself get ripped off flower, make sure you test drive it first and ask for a full history. Check it all out. Take Hoseok if you have to. I wish it wasn’t like this but you know that they’re less likely to be dicks if there’s a guy there. Especially one that looks like this.”
With that, he puts a hand on Hoseok’s shoulder and grins. Your boyfriend eyes him for a moment before giving an answering nod, shrugging on his own leather jacket once your dad lets go of him.
“I’ll make sure she doesn’t get ripped off. Though she doesn’t need me to take care of her.” He looks at you then, lips quirked up in the corner before he kisses your forehead. “She’s got her homelife put together much better than me.”
“Yeah, that’s right dad. You hear that? I’m doing good. Not having to survive on ramen noodles or anything.” You grin, walking out of the door and turning round to accept the bag of leftover food your mom gives you. Hoseok heads over to the car, opening the passenger door before letting his arms rest on top of it.
“Yeah, sometimes she even makes box pasta.” Glaring at him, you point at him until he gets an innocent look and lifts up both hands, palm out before getting in the car. “That’s right mister, you just wait.”
“I like him.” Your dad says quietly, attracting your attention back to him and you grin, warmth and happiness overflowing inside you at his words. He can’t have any idea how much that means to you, to know that he approves of Hoseok.
“Me too. He’s nice and he obviously cares a lot about you. You’re happy right?” Nodding, you feel hot with embarrassment at the personal conversation with them and your mom laughs softly, reaching out and running her thumb over your cheek. “That’s all we want for you. Now go on, he’s looking impatient.”
“He just wants to see Kasumi, he loves her.” That makes both your parents laugh and you smile in turn, waving to them both as you head down the path to the car. Looking at Hoseok as he waves at your parents as well once you’re in the car, seat belt clicked into place and engine on, you let out a tiny sigh of relief.
One half of the meeting the parents completed. Now just for the other half.

So I'm curious what are some character designs you love? Not from RWBY, but just i general. I'm the same anon who got you to check out Berserk and I'd say essentially all of the designs are done damn well. Fit the character. Changes that makes sense for growth. Also make sense given the setting. Even women in armor that doesn't have those massive boob plates. Good designs impact so much subconsciously to have much we enjoy other aspects of a story.
Congratulations! You’ve unlocked my never-ending need to praise Yu Yu Hakusho! :D
This long, picture-laden post needs two disclaimers going forward:
I’m not an artist. In the sense that I’m not a visual artist who knows anything about what makes character design good from a technical/community approved standpoint. This is purely based on my own, personal reaction to a beloved series.
Connected to that, I’m going into this under the assumption that people might really disagree with me (?). Based on the cartoons and anime that I see praised for character design, I don’t think YYH fits whatever list more knowledgeable viewers are pulling from. But I’m gonna lay out my thinking anyway!
Major spoilers for Yu Yu Hakusho below.
Alright let’s do this.
Tumblr media
First off, when people start talking character design they often reference how cool a character is. Which makes sense. You want a character to be visually engaging and distinct. Something that makes you go “Wow!” whenever you look at them. However, one of the things I love about the YYH cast is how normal they are. Because they’re supposed to be normal. The trope of the main character having a crazy hair color has become so prominent that we’ve got memes about it now and that works for a lot of stories. You know who is important because, despite the assumption that they’re average people not dying their hair, they stick out like a sore thumb among the rest of the cast.
Tumblr media
However, normalcy is a really important part of YYH. The entire point at the start is that Yusuke is not special. He’s not unique. He’s a delinquent kid who most assume isn’t going anywhere in life. When he dies this doesn’t unlock some Super Special Backstory - you were innately amazing all along! - he just gets caught up in the plot because of a paperwork issue. The afterlife doesn’t know what to do with an asshole kid who unexpectedly saved another kid’s life so they just kind of... shuffle him around until he’s given another chance to live. Then he gets to pay back that second chance by becoming a Spirit Detective. Yeah, Yusuke is talented when it comes to fighting and spirit energy, but at the start that’s rarely emphasized outside of “He’s the best street fighter among no-name street fighters so really, it’s not impressive once you take Yusuke out of his tiny world of school parking lots and the occasional alleyway.” The takeaway is that he’s a dime-a-dozen troubled teen who got involved in the spirit world due to an impulsive act and a bunch of bureaucracy. Indeed, it’s a HUGE moment of emotional growth for Yusuke to realize that people do love him despite his supposedly average, unremarkable, and otherwise negative personality. His normal-ness - and others’ expectation that he could someday make himself great if he learns to work at it - is crucial to where Yusuke starts out. Making him visually distinct in terms of Anime Protagonist Looks would undermine a lot of that. This isn’t supposed to be a Super Special Kid Destined For Greatness. He’s just... a kid. A normal kid. A kid who has to work and learn and grow if he wants to make something of himself. So he gets black hair, brown yes, and a green school uniform. He’s pretty damn average looking.
Same with Kuwabara. Same with Keiko. Same with Atsuko. They’re just normal people going about their lives and I always appreciated that they looked the part. You can still easily tell them apart thanks to different hair colors, texture, jaw lines, and outfits, but none of them seem out of place in the average world they start out in. Which, as said, is crucial to a lot of YYH’s themes. The ones who look more visually distinct - Hiei and Botan - aren’t human. It makes sense that they wouldn’t obey these same average laws of the rest of the cast and they are our first taste of a world that, in terms of character design, will eventually get pretty wonderfully weird. They function as stepping stones.
Tumblr media
This eventually becomes a story about the demon world and those demons wouldn’t come across as particularly scary/other if you begin the story with equally strange looking humans. Or even just “I don’t see people who look like that walking down the street” humans. Alongside many themes, there’s a contrast at work here. Yusuke stepping out into a stadium full of demons who despise him because of his species hits home when he is so clearly distinct from them. Suddenly, his normal is abnormal.
Tumblr media
Once the ball gets rolling, Yusuke’s looks are constantly in contrast with both his environment and his inner self. He looks like a scary thug but then unexpectedly saves a life. He looks like an average human but is actually the strongest among a group of scary-looking demons. He looks like this badass spirit detective who everyone assumes with have an equally badass spirit beast but, uh...
Tumblr media
Oh my god that’s a precious baby. By the time our cast is family and everyone accepts that Yusuke looks scarier than he actually is or ever was - once the core group is made up of not just humans but demon loving humans who are equally soft - we turn it all on its head again and reveal that Yusuke has demon blood. For the first time he looks as strange and powerful as he is. Yusuke’s normality is done away with the second he’s fully accepted his place in these worlds, throwing everything back into chaos.
Tumblr media
Yusuke’s demon form becomes even more foreign looking  when he’s being controlled by his ancestral father. The above is a Yusuke who is still Yusuke and in many respects the design reflects that: natural hair color, human body, tattoos easily covered up with a shirt. When he’s gone full Mazoku though, something dangerous, the white, wilder hair and change to his expressions ensure we read him as something feral. For the first time in the series Yusuke is truly the dangerous creature he’s pretended to be since his principal was running after him at school.
Tumblr media
As a side-note about character costumes, we see this emphasis on normality in their outfits as well. Obviously a story like RWBY is limited by how much time/money they have for animation, but it nevertheless has an impact to see the group almost constantly in their battle gear. They’re never not the main characters of an action-fantasy show, not even while just out around town with no expectation of entering a fight.
Tumblr media
In contrast, Yusuke and Kuwabara are often animated in everyday clothing that remind us that they’re really just teens trying to live their lives outside of this crazy nonsense. Kuwabara wasn’t even formally hired for all this! The cast wears sweaters and jackets while out and about. More formal clothes for special occasions. Jeans and t-shirts when they’re unexpectedly caught up in a fight because, you know, they’re not ready for battle every second of every day. They’re drawn like normal folks because, outside of the ring, they are.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(We’ve also got a lot of parallels between Yusuke and Kuwabara’s civilian clothing, visually reminding us that they’re far more alike than they might be willing to admit.)
Despite often changing outfits, the group maintains a basic color pallet that makes them recognizable, yet it’s also not so limited that they appear strange for sticking to one (1) color for the entire time we know them. Yusuke, like most people, is drawn to particular colors, mostly greens, yellows, and blues, so each time we see him he’s familiar while also being distinct from the last time he changed.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hiei, as someone who initially wants nothing to do with anyone else and relies on assassin-like speed to take out his enemies, is dressed almost entirely in black. Without that bit of white in his scarf/hair you’d lose him in the shadows... which is the point.
Tumblr media
When he opens up and actually becomes friends with the team, his color pallet starts opening up a great deal too.
Tumblr media
And we’re shown all the little changes he starts incorporating that speak to his growth: his Jagan eye, a bandaged arm hiding his Dragon of the Darkness Flame, the necklace connecting him to Yukina.
Tumblr media
I’ve blathered on about the outfits enough but as a quick final note: EVERYONE WEARS APPROPRIATE FIGHTING CLOTHES.
Tumblr media
No one (even the women to my recollection) wear heels. Everything is loose-fitted and looks easy to move in. They’ve got sensible belts, bandages if they need them, and... that’s it. No unnecessary bells and whistles that distract from what’s supposed to be the story’s real draw: good fights and good characterization. Even the more elaborately styled characters (usually) look like they chose their outfits practically first and for the aesthetic after. At no point do I recall watching this show and going, “WHY would you wear that to a fight??”
Anyway, back to the designs.
The exceptions to either side of these extremes - from human normal to demon monstrous - are Genkai and Kurama, both of whom straddle the line. Genkai is someone who has pushed her spirit and body far past the norm. She’s the first human we meet who truly goes beyond that normality, even if you don’t immediately realize it. Her pink hair (such a soft color in her old age it’s not at all distracting) is a slight hint that something isn’t quite right with her. She’s obviously human... but not a normal human. Not anymore.
Tumblr media
Those unnatural looks are emphasized in her youth when she was at the height of her power.
Tumblr media
Genkai as a young woman has vibrantly pink hair (a bright pastel like Botan’s), a softer face, and far more emotive eyes. She looks ethereal, which fits not just her own journey to power but Togoru’s as well. Her story is intimately tied up in what that power does to the human body/soul. So Toguro starts out like this
Tumblr media
a pretty normal looking guy who is on the far end of what the human body is naturally capable of. He’s buff as hell, but not so much that it looks unreasonable. I’ve seen body builders bigger than him. He’s the average (dehydrated...) MCU superhero. However, he ends up like this
Tumblr media
In Togoru’s case his abnormality is explicitly presented as grotesque. Rather than giving him a cool looking characteristic that’s clearly supernatural (blue hair, an extra eye, curly horns, etc.), we’ve taken a human characteristic (muscles) and expanded them to an unnatural degree. He’s got some uncanny valley shit going on.
Paralleling Genkai, we likewise see Kurama subtly standing out among his human allies.
Tumblr media
He’s a demon in a human’s body. By in-world logic his appearance should be just as normal as anyone else’s, but a bit of his true nature shines through. His hair is long in a style not popular in YYH’s Japan. His red is far less of a natural shade than Kuwabara’s. He carries himself with the air of someone who is ancient, because he is. His human design deliberately reflects his true demon form so when that’s finally revealed we still recognize him as Kurama.
Tumblr media
(Same sort of work with Hiei’s demon form.)
Tumblr media
When we look at the cast together we have an immediate, visual impression as to who is normal and who is not - and those assumptions are embedded into the story. Yusuke is someone you’d overlook in the crowd, but he’s the most powerful. Kurama is clearly other in some way, but he’s desperate to live an average, human life. Kuwabara is designed to look and move like the fool and a lot of his development (his and others’ in relation to him, really. Like Hiei) is built around respecting him despite those looks. Hiei is tiny but will kick your ass. Genkai is tinier and will kick your ass worse.
Tumblr media
Her size combined with her age - combined with her status as Yusuke’s teacher - is a continuous reminder not to judge power by looks alone. Don’t underestimate your opponent and get overconfident (a major flaw of Yusuke’s). Know that you still have a LOT to learn about the world. That woman you assume is just a rude grandma? She’s going to break your expectations over and over and over again.
Speaking of size, that’s a major aspect of Koenma’s design as well. When Yusuke learns he’s meeting the head of the underworld he starts picturing a massive, demonic beast who (sensing a theme here) looks the part of a supernatural ruler. Seeing Koenma for the first time - an adorable toddler-like being - is an absolute shock.
Tumblr media
It’s a gag for the audience, but it’s not just a gag. Due to his looks Yusuke is unable to take Koenma seriously, despite knowing the power he holds.
Tumblr media
Which, even more-so than arrogance, is Yusuke’s greatest flaw throughout the series. He doesn’t take school seriously. His death seriously. Ruler of the underworld seriously. His teacher seriously, etc. Yusuke constantly acts like he doesn’t care, throwing basic respect and effort in the face of whatever authority figure is desperately trying to keep him from self-destructing. He’s on the receiving end of multiple speeches throughout the series (mostly from Genkai) that boil down to, “Care about something, dammit. Take this seriously!” and when he does it’s GREAT. It’s a moment of growth we’ve really built to in a hundred different ways, including how he reacts to others’ looks. Koenma’s design feeds directly into the primary flaw Yusuke is working to overcome. How will he go from a delinquent laughing in the face of the most powerful being to someone multiple worlds can put their trust in? Design assists with that.
When Yusuke does respect Koenma (even if he still insults/teases him because that’s just an ingrained part of Yusuke’s personality) Koenma’s appearance can change. It’s no longer serving its original function, so he evolves into a very good looking young man (with references to Tuxedo Mask to emphasize those good looks) that just... happens to still carry a pacifier.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A pacifier that is revealed as an incredibly powerful weapon that will help save the world. Again: don’t judge anyone or anything solely on their looks. They’re never precisely what you’d assume they are based on your first glance - with the exception of minor villains whose looks serve only to convey their villainy:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
For everyone else, looks are complex. Two of the most different looking characters (color-wise anyway) are actually siblings, their contrasts reflecting both differing cultures and the emotional distance between them.
Tumblr media
The scariest looking monsters are just paper-pushers. It’s the handsome humans you should watch out for.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And this is our hero, a man charged with protecting three worlds.
Tumblr media
I could say SO MUCH MORE but this is already disgustingly long so basically YYH (I think) does a great job of:
Crafting characters that are distinct but not different for the sake of different. They always feel like they belong to their individual worlds and adhere to whatever “normal” is by those standards.
Tying character looks really closely to the show’s themes and individual growth. Which, frankly, is something I think all good character design should do.
It’s not nearly as flashy as other anime... but YYH knows what it wants to accomplish and went about it beautifully. Catch me still weeping over this show fifty years from now.
Peace ✌️

Purple Peter Eater
Summary: @comfortember prompt 1 - rescue
Halloween is interrupted by none other than Flash Thompson, and when he’s mean to her big brother, Morgan has something to say about it. After all, even superheroes need rescuing sometimes
Read it on A03: here
***If anybody would like me to tag them, please let me know. I don’t have very many followers, and I don’t know how many read my stories, but I’ve seen tag lists and would love to start one of my own!***
“Petey! Psssssst. Petey!!!” something nudged at Peter’s side. “Wake up!”
Peter groaned and turned over in bed, opening his eyes to meet his little sister’s unfathomably energetic ones. He looked at the clock, rubbing his eyes until the blue numbers revealed themselves to say 6:15 am.
“Mo, it’s too early,” he mumbled, rolling back onto his back and closing his eyes again. “You need to go back to sleep.”
She climbed onto the bed and started patting his cheek insistently. “But PETER!” She paused to take a breath as if the next word held all the weight of the world. “ Candy!”
Peter’s eyes cracked open and he gave her a small grin as he remembered the day.
“Okay, okay. I understand why you’re excited. Why don’t we go downstairs and turn on a movie until breakfast?”
Morgan’s eyes widened and Peter could see the plan forming there. “But no candy for breakfast, little monster. We’re going to watch a movie, and that’s it.”
“Aww.”
“Don’t worry. You’ll get to eat plenty of sugar tonight after Trick-or-Treating.” He ruffled the little girl’s hair as they headed down the stairs into the living room of the Stark lake house.
Once Morgan was settled on the couch, snuggled into his side with Frozen II playing quietly in the background, Peter slowly fell back asleep.
He was jolted awake about an hour later as Morgan shouted joyously along with Elsa as she discovered Ahttohallan, and he giggled at her enthusiasm. Like most girls her age, his sister loved Frozen. He was surprised that she wasn’t wearing her white Elsa dress already and figured Pepper must have hidden it for that exact reason. Morgan would wear that dress day in and day out if she were allowed. She’d been begging to wear it for weeks, and he knew Pepper wanted to save it for Halloween.
“You excited for tonight, Momo?”
Morgan turned around and leapt into Peter’s arms. “SO excited!”
He kissed her forehead, natural as anything, and hugged her to him. When he’d first met Morgan, he was definitely a little scared. Scared because suddenly he was questioning his place in Mr. Stark’s life. Now that he had a daughter of his own, how would he ever find time for Peter? Peter was just…some kid from Queens that Mr. Stark had taken pity on. Morgan was real flesh and blood.
But then that little girl had looked up at him with wonder and awe in her eyes, and any doubt that Mr. Stark loved him started to fade as she said, matter-of-factly, “You’re Spider-Man. Daddy’s told me about you.” She had hugged him then, her little arms firm around his neck. “I’m so glad you aren’t lost anymore.”
Peter had most definitely cried. And then his fears morphed into something else. Suddenly, he was a big brother, and that scared him. He’d never had a sibling; how would he even know what to do? Would he be a good example? Would he be able to protect her? Would she love him when she got to know him more? But Morgan fit into his life just as naturally as she’d fit into his lap, and soon the two were nearly inseparable. (Tony denied it, but he got teary-eyed when he saw his two kids together, alive and well.)
Peter could hear and smell bacon sizzling in the kitchen, and soon Tony called them in for breakfast. The next few hours passed in a blur. They ate and then took on the battle of keeping Morgan entertained until she was allowed to get into her costume. Pepper coerced her into helping clear the table and helping Tony feed Gerald, and then Peter is enlisted to entertain her. He took her swinging in the woods near their house, raked a pile of leaves for them both to jump into (cause c’mon, it’s a pile of leaves! Of course, Peter jumped in them too!) and even played tea party in her backyard tent.
As the sun sank lower in the sky, Morgan got more and more impatient until it was close enough to trick-or-treating time that she could finally, finally get into her costume. Pepper made it a whole thing to make Morgan feel special, curling her hair slightly and letting her wear makeup (Pepper and Tony had decided she would wear make up until she was at least 13 except on very special occasions). Morgan preened in the living room as Happy, May, Peter, Tony, and Pepper smile and clapped and assured her she looked beautiful.
The adults dressed in casual outfits, but Peter had been roped into being Kristoff for Morgan. It hadn’t been too difficult to find a costume, and he wasn't going to complain about an excuse to dress up and get free candy, no matter his age.
So they headed out, the adults in their jeans and halloween shirts (Peter insisted on some festivity from them, thank you very much) and Morgan in her white Elsa dress and a white jacket, and Peter bundled up as Kristoff. He wore a brown shirt under a black sweater, coupled with black pants, brown boots and a red belt. He even found a black beanie to really commit to the look.
Morgan was thrilled, and Peter couldn’t ask for more.
They headed into New York, because the lake house didn’t have many neighbors, and Morgan threw herself into getting candy with gusto, knocking on doors like it was her day job. The adults lagged behind, leaving Peter, with his limitless energy, to keep up with Morgan.
Time suddenly slowed down and stopped as Peter made eye contact with a familiar face, and not in a good way.
“Hey, Flash,” Peter said, and Morgan paused as she watched Peter’s face fall, shooting a frown at this newcomer that made her big brother’s smile go away. He was some kind of character in a purple suit with green hair and some weird scars on the side of his mouth. Morgan didn’t know what he was supposed to be, but he reminded her of the song her dad had played this morning, Purple People Eaters.
“What’s up Penis,” Flash sneered. “Aren’t you a little too old to be Trick-or-treating?”
“Aren’t you?” Peter shot back, finding strength as his sister’s hand slipped into his. His hand still trembled and his heartbeat was loud in his ear, but he had his sister at least.
However, that presented its own problem.
Why, of all places, is Flash here? Peter wondered bitterly, and prayed that the bully wouldn’t say anything more. He was determined to be a good example to Morgan. He couldn’t let her hear what they said about him, what he sometimes let himself believe. She was too good and pure.
“Duh. That’s why I’m not.” Flash grinned and pointed to a house down the street that was lit up, colorful lights filtering through the windows, and music seeping out the front door, pulsing like a living thing. “I was at this thing called a party, which you might have heard of if you were ever invited to one. Too bad you don’t have friends.”
Suddenly the small hand that was holding his wrenched away, and Peter looked over at Morgan, surprised. Only...she was already several steps away, marching right up to Flash, her eyes blazing and mouth set firm in the way she does when she really doesn’t like whatever they’re having for dinner.
“That is my brother ,” she said, glaring up at Flash, who stood about twice her height. “He is the best big brother in the whole wide world, and you should be nice to him. It’s not nice to be mean to people.” She took a breath and her glare became a little less frosty. “But Daddy says that when people are mean to other people, they are hurting on the inside, so we should be extra nice to them.” She sniffed, considering, and then shocked the heck out of everyone (because by now the others caught up and heard Morgan’s little speech) as she wrapped her arms around Flash. His face goes completely blank. “So I’ll be nice to you. But now you have to apologize to Petey.”
She pulled back to level the teenager with a look that is so Pepper, her eyebrows raised expectantly as she gestured to Peter. Nobody, absolutely nobody , can resist that look, even given from a five year old, and Pepper preened a little with pride.
“Sorry, Peter,” Flash mumbled, not meeting Peter’s eyes.
Peter’s eyes widened slightly. “Thanks. Happy Halloween, Flash.”
“You too.”
Flash looked like he’d rather be literally anywhere else, his defenses crumbling slightly, bravado effectively brought to nothing by a little girl. He brushed past the group, heading towards his car.
Peter marveled at how good and mature his little sister is. Here he was worrying about being a good mentor to her, and she taught him! He decided to follow her example and extend some good will.
“Flash,” he called. “Do you wanna come with us? You’re never too old for free candy.”
Flash flushed. “Thanks, but I actually have to go,” he said vaguely. “Places to go, people to meet. You know.”
He quickly turned and hurried off, and Peter looked back to his little sister.
“Thanks, Mo.”
“Even heroes need rescuing sometimes, Peter,” she said sagely, wrapping her hand in his again.
“I guess you’re right. You’re my hero then, Princess. Now, your majesty,” he said with a flourish, offering Morgan his arm. “shall we go procure some more candy for our loyal subjects?”
With that, they resumed their activities, knocking on doors and filling their baskets with more candy than anyone could possibly want.
They didn’t notice Tony quietly following the boy, Flash, to his car.
“Aren’t my kids just amazing?” He asked, grinning to himself when the boy jumps.
“Do I know you?”
In answer, Tony flipped off his hood, gratified even more when the teenager’s eyes widened and his mouth popped open.
“Y-your kids, Mr. Stark?”
“Yeah, Princess Elsa and Kristoff over there. I believe my daughter made you apologize for being mean to my son?” Tony raised his eyebrows, and Flash’s mouth moved, but not a sound came out. Tony’s eyes softened, and he decided to take pity on the kid. “Here’s the deal, I bet you’re a good kid. Probably got a rough home life, so you take it out on other people. I get it. But how about you stop doing that. You might make some real friends that way, yeah?” Just to be sure he got the point across, Tony hardened his voice again. “But if I ever hear about you harassing my son again, I will find you, and we will have another little chat. And I won’t hesitate to bring the little girl, either. Understand?”
Flash nodded mutely, practically jumping into his car after Tony patted his shoulder and started heading back to his family, now a block away.
Once Peter and Morgan have filled their baskets, they head back to the lake house to snuggle by the fire, watch Hocus Pocus together, and eat as much candy as they possibly can. Tony situated himself on the couch with Morgan between him and Pepper, and Peter on his other side. Happy and May elected to avoid the already squished couch, instead snuggling on the loveseat.
“Tony, quit stealing all the Reece’s!” Peter complained as his mentor pilfered a fifth one.
“Fine.” Tony rolled his eyes and took one of Morgan’s instead, eliciting a loud complaint from the little girl.
“Daddy, we already gave you so much candy. You can’t have more.”
“Will you guys pipe down,” Happy grumbled, and the others laughed before turning their eyes to the screen.
But Tony’s eyes never left his kids- his beautiful, brave, selfless, kind kids- watching as they slowly slip into a sugar-induced food coma.
Once the movie is over, he carried them upstairs, kissing his love and whispering his assurances into their hair.
Happy Halloween,” he whispered, standing in the doorway, drinking in the still somewhat overwhelming sight of them snuggled together on Peter’s bed before shutting out the lights.
Morgan really couldn’t have a better role model. Morgan may have rescued Peter earlier that day, but she learned it from him.
What a happy Halloween, indeed.

⁂ Days Come and Go (Coyote Starrk) [1 of 2]
Tumblr media
Genre: Romance, Comedy ☁
Word Count: 3,666 ☁
Pairing: Reader x Starrk ☁
World: Bleach ☁
━━━━━━༻🌧️༺━━━━━━
“Days come and go, but my feelings for you are forever,”
You growled, struggling against the restraints on your wrists. Apparently, you were an ‘important asset‘ to Aizen, so he had Tousen sneak up behind you and grab you. ‘Like a coward’, you thought. He brought you back to Hueco Mundo.
Ichigo and the others had already saved Orihime and brought her back to the world of the living. Aizen retreated from the battle against Soul Society before it even began and sealed off any way of getting into Hueco Mundo – or out, in your case.
Orihime had gotten a hold of the Hougyoku and damaged it, making it take four times as long to awaken. After Ichigo managed to get her, Aizen took you two months later in order to replace her, even though your powers were nothing alike.
You were sitting in Aizen’s room, hands cuffed behind your back so that you couldn’t use any of your reiatsu and, of course, the door was locked. That didn’t stop you from struggling against them, though.
You closed your eyes, focusing all of your power into your hands and wrists and, with one swift movement, you broke through the cuffs. You smirked, ‘If that bastard really thought those would hold me, he’s in for a big surprise,’
You kicked the door open, making as little noise as possible, and closed your eyes again, focusing; you were trying to find your zanpakuto which had been taken by Aizen upon your arrival.
Finally finding it, you set off down the halls of Las Noches, keeping your eyes and ears alert, as well as masking your reiatsu.
━━━━━━༻🌧️༺━━━━━━
After searching for what felt like hours in the winding halls, you finally came to a door. Las Noches is one hell of a maze! You could feel RyuuKaji, your zanpakuto, pulsing on the other side. You slid the door open enough to look inside.
There was an Espada level guy lying on a huddle of pillows on the floor, fast asleep. There were no others in sight.
You slowly pushed the door open, slipped inside, and shut the door behind you. You tiptoed over to the sleeping Espada, kicking his leg lightly with your foot to make sure he wouldn’t wake up. His chest was rising and falling softly, face content. Your sword was hanging from his sash, right beside his own.
You kneeled down on the pillows next to him and, very gently, untied the sash from his waist, letting it fall to either side of him. His right hand, which was laying on his stomach, twitched slightly, but he made no signs of being awoken.
You proceeded to push the sash to the side and reach for your sword.
“What are ya doing?”
You froze, looking over your shoulder to see a blonde-haired Arrancar. She must be his Fraccion. ‘Shit, why didn’t I sense her?’
She narrowed her eyes and walked forward, kicking the man where the sun don’t shine. He woke with a start, grabbing himself and groaning in pain. “I told you not to do that, Lilinette!”
She rolled her eyes, “You shouldn’t be sleeping on the job.”
“Hmm?” his gaze moved over and he stared at you for a second before closing his eyes with a sigh, retying his sash.
She scoffed and left the room.
You stared at your sword, wondering if you should just grab it and run. For some reason, an idea popped into your head – an idea you normally would never think about, ever. ‘This has got to be my father’s fault,’
You took a deep breath to steel your nerves and got on top of the lazy Espada, your legs on either side of his waist and hands on either side of his head.
He opened his eyes and stared up at you, lazily.
“Look, I can tell you really like to sleep. I’m sure that’s hard, though, having to guard that sword. So, why don’t you let me take it off your hands, so you can sleep, hmm?”
He stared at you for a few seconds before closing his eyes. “Sorry, no.”
You scowled, more dirty thoughts coming into your mind. Biting your lip, you considered your options. He may be an Espada, but he’s still a guy.
‘It might just work. Then again, it may piss him off and he could kill me now. Wonderful,’
You took another deep breath before deciding to go with it. Leaning down, you placed a few butterfly kisses on his neck. He squirmed slightly but made no other movements. You grinned in satisfaction, bitting his neck lightly, earning a grunt from the Espada below you.
You peppered kisses down his neck, unzipping his uniform as you went. Looking up into his face, he looked content. ‘Maybe I will keep my life. Now, to get my damn sword!’
You trailed kisses back up to his neck and bit his ear gently. “What do you say? Can I have my sword back, please~?”
“I can’t,” he responded softly, enjoying what you were doing to his body.
‘He can’t seriously be this hard to break!’, you thought with a frown. You nipped his neck again, earning another grunt of approval as your hand made its way towards your sword.
“Bitch!”
You froze, head whipping up to see a smirking Grimmjow standing in the doorway. “You were supposed to get your sword, not dry hump Starrk!”
You scowled at him, “You really do have a big mouth, ya know that?”
Our eyes connected and he grinned a minute later, “Hurry the hell up, eh?” then he turned around and left the room.
When you looked back down, Starrk was looking up at you, his eyes concealing whatever emotion he felt. You leaned down to his neck again. “Please forgive me for this,” you bit down on his neck, drawing blood as you forced your reiatsu into the wound. You felt him tense under you before he slipped into unconsciousness. “I’m sorry,” you kissed his forehead lightly before grabbing your sword and leaving the room.
Grimmjow was leaning against the wall outside the room, his arms folded over his chest and a cocky smirk on his face.
“Don’t even,” you growled, glaring at him as you passed while putting your sword back through your belt – much like Ikkaku had when he first attended Karakura High.
He grinned, following after you. “Daddy rubbing off on you?”
“Go to hell, asshole.”
“I’ll see you there, bitch.”
You snorted, hitting his arm as you made your way down the halls of Las Noches.
You used to be a soul reaper but left Soul Society right after Kisuke and Yoruichi did; you take turns staying at Ichigo’s house and Kisuke’s. You do not wear the traditional Shinigami outfit, never have. Instead, you wear baggy black jeans, a white t-shirt, a black zip-up leather hoodie, and black and white skull sneakers. You also wear a black belt around your waist to keep RyuuKaji, though it can be hard to see since it blends in with your jeans.
A deep blue ring occupies your middle finger on your right hand; a present from Toushirou before you left, while a black and silver ring, with a silver dragon on top, occupies your thumb, a gift from your father. Around your neck was another ring, blood red, on a chain that hung down to your stomach, a present from Gin before he betrayed soul society.
“Think we can make it?” Grimmjow asked, sounding bored.
You shrugged just as Ulquiorra appeared, blocking your path.
“Aizen-sama has ordered me to bring you back and restrain you.”
“Bring her back?” Grimmjow laughed, “We haven’t even left yet, idiot!”
You rolled your eyes, stepping forward and drawing your sword. “We’re having a bit of trouble, Ulquiorra. See, me and Grimmjow are eager to leave this place, but can’t seem to find an exit. I’m afraid, I’m gonna have to use you to make one!” As soon as you finished speaking, you used shunpo to appear in front of him, swords clashing. You pushed him back, making his eyes widen, with such great force, that he crashed through five layers of wall.
“Hey!” Grimmjow appeared next to you, “I can see the outside.”
You glanced at him before using shunpo again to appear outside, quite a ways away from Las Noches. Grimmjow appeared next to you a few seconds later.
He snapped his fingers with a smirk and a portal appeared. “Shall we?”
You grinned, stepping past him and into the portal, appearing in the sky of Karakura town. He stepped out next to you and the portal snapped closed. You stretched your arms above your head, your back cracking in the process.
Grimmjow chuckled, landing on the ground with you behind him.
“I’m guessing we’re going to go to Urahara’s?”
“Where else?” you muttered, walking towards Urahara’s shop.
Urahara, Jinta, Ururu, Tessai, Noba, Ririn, and Kurodo were waiting for you outside the shop.
“It’s about time you two got here,” Urahara grinned from underneath his stripped hat.

| Back in Los Noches |
Aizen, Gin, Tousen, and Lilinette were standing over the unconscious Espada. Lilinette had tried to wake him, using the tactics that she always used, but the Espada didn’t budge an inch. Getting worried, she sought out Gin, who in turn got Aizen and Tousen.
Aizen had his hand on his chin in a thinking matter, a smile on his lips. “They simply used a special spell that not many know. No doubt they learned it from the goddess of flash.”
“A spell?” Lilinette asked, staring down at the Espada.
Aizen nodded to Tousen who stepped forward, holding his palms out to face Starrk. He muttered something under his breath and his hands started to glow a deep purple. A few moments later, the Espada stirred, opening his eyes slowly and sitting up, looking at the four people standing around him.
“Haha, they really got ya, Starrk!” Gin grinned his normal, fox-like grin.
“Get ready,” Aizen said lightly. “You will be going after Y/N.”
Starrk looked up at Aizen, his mind running wild.
“As much as I hate to admit it, they are stronger than everyone here except for me and you. Y/N on equal standing with Gin. You are the only one who can beat them and bring them back. You leave in one hour.” With that, the three men turned around and left the room.
It was silent for a few moments before Lilinette spoke. “Why’d you let them do that? Why didn’t you stop them?”
Starrk sighed, running a gloved hand through his hair. “I don’t know,”
Lilinette narrowed her eyes, “Yes you do! They took away the loneliness, didn’t they? Y/N made you forget everything!”
He nodded slightly, his voice still low. “They’re the first person to make me feel that way. I…” he was at a loss for words. He couldn’t even describe how you made him feel.
“We can’t doom them by bringing them back here, then,” Lilinette said, firmly.
“We have orders,” he countered, quietly.
“So?” she scoffed, “If they makes you feel that great, why bring them back here just to die?”
“Y/N would never love a hollow, Lilinette. Especially not me. The feeling wouldn’t last but a fleeting moment.”
Lilinette didn’t know what to say. All she knew was she couldn’t let him bring you back if you affected him so much. She had to form a plan and she only had an hour to do it.

| Karakura Town |
“They’re here,” Grimmjow muttered, staring down at the tea Tessai had placed in front of him.
“To investigate, no doubt,” Urahara said, waving his fan.
“Huh?”
“Soul Society thinks that Y/N went to Hueco Mundo of her own free will. They’ve sent two shinigami to question her and possibly apprehend her.”
“What!?” Grimmjow growled, slamming his hands on the table. “After all the shit they’ve done for them!? This is how they repay Y/N?”
“Unfortunately,”
“Grimmjow,” you muttered, staring at the ground. “Let it be,”
“But – !”
“It’s fine,”
He growled again but kept his mouth shut.
A few moments later, two shinigami appeared at the door to Urahara’s shop.
“Y/N-chan,” the man spoke softly, a small smile appearing on his face.
“Father,” you murmured, avoiding his gaze. You saw Grimmjow glance at you out of the corner of your eye but ignored it.
“Can I speak to you alone?” he asked, softly, holding his hand out for you to take.
Grimmjow glared slightly and slapped his hand away, standing up. “If Y/N goes, I go!”
He nodded in understanding as you stood up. “Stay here, Nanao-chan.”
Nano nodded, sitting down at the table as the three of you left the shop, heading to the river.
Starrk and Lilinette were hidden behind a large tree, watching you, Grimmjow, and the shinigami as you talked. Their reiatsu had been hidden well, so none of you could sense them.
Starrk was listening closely to what was said, all the while curious as to your relationship with the two men.
“So, what happened?” Shunsui asked as he lounged on his back in the grass.
Grimmjow folded his arms over his chest as he stood nearby, a grin on his face. “Why don’t you tell him what happened, Y/N?”
You glared at him before looking back to your father.
Starrk was watching your movements carefully.
“Well – you see -” you sighed deeply, rubbing the back of your neck, “Aizen wasn’t happy about Orihime getting away. So, instead, he sent for me to be taken. Bastard Tousen snuck up behind me and put those damn cuffs on me.” Your voice was full of anger
‘What is this feeling in the pit of my stomach? Why do I want to make their anger go away?’, Starrk frowned.
“So much for vigilance,” Grimmjow sniggered.
You glared at him again, “I was locked in Aizen’s room – ”
“You should have looked for blackmail.” Grimmjow sniggered again.
You ignored him. ” – of course, you know me, can’t stay still for too long.” Shunsui smiled at your words. “I managed to break free and went in search of my sword. Aizen gave it to one of the Espada to guard.”
Grimmjow snorted.
“I would have gotten it scotch free if his Fraccion hadn’t shown up and woken him.” You sighed deeply, looking down as you nervously picked the grass from the ground. “She woke him and left the room. Of course, I couldn’t just take it from him after that. So, I tried to think up a plan.”
“Oh, you thought of one alright.”
Thinking about what you did to him made Starrk feel content for a fleeting second before it disappeared. Oh, how he longed to have that feeling back.
“Oh?” Shunsui raised his eyebrow in question. “What plan did you use, Y/N-chan?”
“Well… I figured that, even though he’s an Espada, he’s still a guy…”
“Oh~?” he sat up, looking eager to hear more.
“I kind of… sat on him,”
Shunsui chuckled, pulling his hat down to hide his amusement.
You continued. “And, err, well… the rest isn’t important!”
Grimmjow burst out laughing, earning another glare. “You were practically dry humping him!”
“I was not!” you growled, slamming him so hard on the back of the head that he face planted on the ground, leaving a small indent in the earth.
“Y/N-chan~” Shunsui cooed, “What exactly did you do, darling?”
You groaned in defeat. “I figured I could persuade him, ya know? All I did was kiss him a bit…”
“‘Kiss him a bit’?” Grimmjow scoffed, rubbing his face clean of dirt. “They were leaving kisses and love bites all over his neck!”
Shunsui stared at you for a few minutes before jumping up and squeezing you to his chest, “That’s my child!”
You managed to struggle free of his grasp and pointed an accusing finger in his direction, “I knew it was right to blame you! Pervy old man!”
He grinned sheepishly, swatting your hand away. “Now, now, Y/N-chan. What did you expect? So, how did he take it?”
“Pretty well, surprisingly. I couldn’t get him to break though,” you shook your head, folding your arms over your chest.
“My lord,” Shunsui whispered in disbelief. “All that and he didn’t give in? There is something wrong with that man.”
You rolled your eyes, “Something wrong with him? Just because he’s not a pervert like you and Grimmjow?”
Grimmjow shot up, glaring at you. “I am no pervert, bitch!”
You scoffed, “Suuurree, whatever you say, asshole.”
Grimmjow glared at you for a moment before his expression turned serious. “You should consider yourself lucky.”
“Hmm?” you raised your eyebrow at him.
“If he was any different, he probably would have killed you.” He smirked at your confused expression. “You didn’t know? You did something like that to him, and you didn’t even know?”
“Know what?” you scowled, feeling annoyed.
Grimmjow stared at you before laughing, falling to the ground clutching his stomach. You kicked his stomach with your foot. He managed to calm down a bit, still chuckling, “Starrk is the Primera!”
You stared at him in shock, “P-Primera?” you took a few steps back, thinking about what you had actually done to him.
Kyoraku cocked his head to the side, watching you curiously.
“Holy shit,” you muttered, falling to the ground, your hands behind you. “I could have died!”
Grimmjow laughed harder, “If he was any different, you would have been dead!” His laughter stopped, then started again, harder this time. “Imagine if you did that to Ulquiorra!”
You glared at him, kicking his foot. “I would never do something like that to Ulquiorra, or anyone else for that matter!”
He scoffed, “Oh yeah? Then why’d you do it to Starrk?”
You rubbed the back of your head, looking anywhere but at his blue eyes as you fought back a blush. “I-I don’t know… it was a one-time thing, okay!”
Shunsui started to chuckled, scooting over so that he was next to you, putting his arm around your shoulder. “Did you feel it, sweety? That special feeling?”
You shrugged. “I don’t know what I felt or what came over me.” You suddenly pushed him away, standing up and putting your hands in your pockets. “It doesn’t matter,”
Grimmjow stayed silent for a minute before speaking again. “You’re right, it doesn’t.”
You raised a brow at him.
“Aizen probably found ’em by now and he’s most likely going to send Starrk to come bring you back. Hell, he might already be here.”
Shunsui sighed, standing up and pulling his hat down over his eyes. “I need to get back to report everything to Yama-jii,”
You nodded, pulling off the blue ring from your finger and holding it out to him. He raised his head, a confused expression on his face. “Give it to Toushirou before you go see the old man, will ya?”
He seemed thoughtful for a minute before he took the ring from the palm of your hand, “Be safe, darling.” He used shunpo and disappeared.
“What do you think?” Grimmjow asked, softly.
“I don’t know what to think anymore.” You started in the direction of Ichigo’s house, “Come on. We’re staying with Ichigo tonight.”
He nodded, following at your side.
━━━━━━༻🌧️༺━━━━━━
“Ichigo! You’re late!” Isshin screamed from downstairs. A crash followed, along with Ichigo yelling, “It’s only seven o’clock!”
“That’s no excuse!”
More crashes could be heard before it went silent, the only sound being Ichigo’s annoyed footsteps and Grimmjow’s sniggering in the corner. His bedroom door slammed open and he came in, a scowl on his face as he plopped down on the bed next to you.
“Rough day?” you asked as he laid his head on your stomach.
Rukia walked over after shutting the door and plopped down in his desk chair, playing on her phone.
“Yeah,” he murmured, “Damn Keigo kept trying to get me to – ” He shot up suddenly, staring at you with wide eyes. He was frozen in that position before he jumped on you, hugging you tightly. “Y/N!”
Grimmjow snorted, “It took you that long for that brain of yours to actually work?”
Ichigo scowled, glaring at Grimmjow. “Why are you here?”
He shrugged, “‘Cause I can be.”
Ichigo ignored him, turning back to you. “How’d you get back?” Then he turned to Rukia, who was still playing on her cell. “Did you know about this?”
She shrugged, “Of course. I felt Y/N’s Reiatsu as soon as they arrived. They’ve been talking to captain Kyoraku.”
You sat up, moving to lean against the open window above the side of his bed, hanging outside it to feel the cold breeze on your skin. “I managed to escape,”
“How!?” he yelled, sitting in front of me, his brown eyes both concerned and confused.
“That’s not important,” you shrugged, “What is important is the fact that Aizen’ll be sending someone to get me back.”
Ichigo growled, folding his arms over his chest. “Not if I can help it!”
Starrk and Lilinette had followed you to the orange-haired shinigami’s house and watched as he talked with you. The window was open, making it a little bit easier to hear what was being said.
He would be lying if he said he felt nothing in his chest when Ichigo had laid his head on you. He longed to be in that position with you, to feel your skin on his again.
“I can handle almost anyone he sends,” you murmured, looking up at the dark sky. “The only ones I’d have trouble with is Gin, Starrk, or Aizen himself.”
“You know he’s gonna send Starrk!” Grimmjow muttered.
“Starrk?” Ichigo looked between the two of us. “Who is that?”
“The Primera Espada,” you said, quietly, “He’s the one that was guarding my sword.”
Now you had Rukia’s attention. “Primera? How’d you manage that?”
“Details aren’t important,” you waved her off, closing your eyes.
She gave you a quizzical look before her phone started to beep, “There’s an espada here.”
Grimmjow glanced at me, “It’s Starrk.”

i  like  ocean’s  costume  design  a  lot,  but  i  think  it  relies  heavily  in  stereotypes.  there  was  little  screen  time  available  to  establish  all  of  the  girl’s  characters  and  personalities  and  for  that,  they  used  a  lot  of  stereotypical  fashion  choices.  speaking  of  tammy,  the  message  we  were  supposed  to  get  as  soon  as  we  saw  her  was  of  a  sweet,  suburban  mom  that  you’d  never  expect  to  catch  in  the  middle  of  a  heist  plan.  it  works!  however,  i  like  to  think  of  what  her  wardrobe  would  really  look  like    --    not  if  they  were  trying  to  imply  her  role  in  the  crew  through  every  single  piece,  but  if  they  actually  had  the  time  to  develop  her  into  a  deeper  character.  that  is  why  i  like  to  think  of  it  as  re-building  her  costume  design:  i’ll  take  the  essential  pieces  of  her  wardrobe    --    sweaters,  mom  jeans,  skirts,    boots,  coats    --    and  improving,  modernizing  and  making  them  a  little  more  fashionable.

Prompt was from @wlwprompts
“The name of your soulmate appears on your body only after that person falls in love with you.”
Warnings: Swearing, fluff, y’all I’m not gonna lie there’s some big ass smut in this, light spanking (??)
Word count: +7.6K
A/N: Also this gif kills me, just that fuckin’ little smug smile
□■□■□■□■□
The intrusive buzz of your intercom had you running out of your bedroom frantically, still trying to fasten the back of your earring as you searched for your little clutch purse that you'd chucked somewhere, after having picked it out for the evening.
It was party time.
The Bo Rhap boys were no doubt waiting with anticipation for you to make an appearance, wanting to get to the first club they had planned on this surely eventful night out. It was supposed to be in celebration of two things.
The film had won a Golden Globe Award for Best Film Drama, with your beloved friend Rami also taking home the award for Best Drama Actor.
You'd become fast friends with the guys, having initially gotten a small part in the film itself and then getting to meet everyone later through Rami, who you had been ecstatic to find out was playing the lead. You were long-time friends and it was a nice surprise to be reunited on set.
Tonight was also something else special to you. Perhaps it would be THE night. The night you finally found your soulmate.
As cringe as it seemed, the old tale and seemingly mysterious tradition was neither explainable through science or religion. It had just always been there. Passing down through the generations.
The name of your soulmate, the one you were destined to spend your life with, would appear on your body. But there was a catch.
It would only reveal itself when the destined soulmate eventually fell in love with you.
That made it difficult and confusing for some, and many people in this day and age decided to not actively seek them out, often fooling around with whomever they pleased, a mutual agreement between them that they weren't there for soulmates, just for some fun.
Back in the olden days, there were parties and balls held for people to come and meet others who weren't bonded. Many attended of their own accord, a lot of families would force it on their descendants to go, in order to secure the continuation of their bloodline.
It was much simpler now, and with all the dating apps it made it incredibly easier. There was even dating shows about it, not to mention the countless films that had been made.
You had always liked the idea of one person for everyone, although it scared you. You were putting your trust in some unseeable force to choose someone that would apparently be your partner for life. But you also knew that they wouldn't be your soulmate if they weren't perfect for you.
As with many night's out, you always had the niggling thought in the back of your head. Whenever you met someone new, it was the first thing on your mind.
It was almost obsessive.
The buzzer was obviously being held down, no doubt by your idiotic friends, as it continued its impatient drone.
You clicked the little button that would let you speak to whoever was outside the building pushing your flat number's buzzer.
"I'll be there in a minute!" You sighed, finally getting the damn earring securely fastened in your ear lobe. You spotted your satin, ruby-red clutch on the little counter under your hallway mirror. Picking it up, you gave yourself one last look in the mirror, smoothing out the dress.
A cute little number, if you did say so yourself. It was a brilliant shade of red, almost matching with your little purse, and was nice and figure-hugging. The thin strap that held it up was tied at the back of your neck, the dipping line in front showing off your assets. You had the confidence, and you sure as hell could pull it off, so why not wear it?
The heels you had to match were satin and open-toed, finishing off the look.
You hadn't really known what to do with your hair, and had just decided to keep it in a messy up-do. At least then it was neatly pinned away, out of your face.
The buzzing began again, and you swore colourfully, leaving the flat and making sure it was secure, before heading down in the lift.
Outside your apartment complex, stood four familiar-looking blokes.
You noticed Ben at first, him being the culprit of the incessant buzzer-ringing. He had a tight, sculpted black shirt on, the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, flashing a nice, sparkly watch on his wrist. He'd paired it with denim jeans and some chunky biker boots. Upon spotting you and the death glare you were giving him, he took his finger off the button pretty sharpish.
Joe was stood beside him in black trousers, a white, short-sleeved shirt and loosely fastened black tie. The shirt was unbuttoned at the top, and the tie was more a fashion accessory than an actual dress tie. You thought it gave his outfit a little bit more formality to it, and he looked dapper as ever.
Rami was in deep conversation with Joe, wearing a black denim jacket and white t-shirt, with some black jeans and some leather ankle boots. They were slick and chic, unlike Ben's clunky, rocker-style boots.
Finally, listening to Rami and Joe talk, stood between them both, was Gwilym.
He'd always been a lovely, if not slightly shy person towards you, often going rather quiet whenever you joined them for lunch during filming. He was never unkind though, and you had to admit you did like the conversations you two had during any scenes where neither of you were required. You'd stand off to the side and watch, mumbling quietly to each other whenever there was a break in filming.
He had a thin, long-sleeve jumper on, and some matching black trousers that fit his long legs perfectly. To finish off his ensemble, he wore a suede pair of black brogues. He had his arms folded as he rocked back and forth on his heels, listening intently to Rami speaking, his eyebrows furrowed slightly. He'd shaved his little beard that he had initially been growing out after filming had finished, now only leaving some light stubble.
The way his arms folded only seem to accentuate his broad shoulders and the fact that his jumper fit him well.
As you stepped outside, you cleared your throat, only Ben having noticed you at first. He took no shame in looking you up and down, appreciating your obvious eye for fashion. You and Ben had spent quite a few hours talking about clothes before and your love of certain brands. You just both really appreciated fashion and couture.
The other three men stopped mid-conversation when they heard you cough lightly. Joe instantly had a smile spread on his face, no doubt happy that you had finally joined them. He was your singing buddy and the two of you had often been told off for belting out songs on set, usually it was to the Queen songs being played.
Rami went in for a hug instantly, greeting you with the same familiarity he always had done since you'd been friends. As he pulled away, you glanced down at his wrist, noticing the little block letters that would forever be permanent on his skin.
LUCY
You couldn't help but smile, thinking of your other co-star who unfortunately was going to be absent from tonight's party. You loved Lucy, and when you had found out that Rami and Lucy were dating, and both wound up discovering each other's names on their body, you had been thrilled.
"Looking sharp." Joe remarked, shooting you the finger guns, which you returned, making the little gun noises.
"Thanks Mozzarella." You quipped, earning an eye-roll from Joe and a snicker from Ben.
"You're such a prick, stop using that nickname!" Joe complained, and then thumped his friend in the shoulder as he continued to laugh. Rami was trying to usher us all to the black taxi cab that was waiting for us, telling Joe and Ben to either behave themselves or take it to the dance floor. This then sparked an argument about which of them could dance the best, to which Rami sighed. You were trying to climb inside the taxi, and wobbled slightly in your heels.
A hand reached out and gripped your upper arm, steadying you and preventing you from falling backwards. It was a warm, strong hand and when you looked over your shoulder you saw it belonged to Gwilym. He raised his eyebrows in that typical fashion you had seen him do countless times on set and off.
"You alright?" He asked. You tucked a strand of hair behind your ear, continuing to climb into the back of the taxi.
"It's these damn heels, but thank you Gwil." You were grateful for his help, scooting over to sit in the middle so that he could follow suit and sit beside you, pulling the door shut. Rami was sat opposite you, with Ben beside him. Joe was on your left and Gwilym to your right. The taxi set off to the nightclub that you knew was of Ben's choosing, with him having organised the majority of this night.
The conversation in the vehicle turned to alcohol, as Ben wanted to know what everyone planned on drinking tonight. Rami went for the simplest option of beer, as did Gwil, to which Ben called them boring. Joe was going to go straight for the vodka, which you grimaced at, because you knew that would eventually result in him getting you to join in. He was a terribly bad influence on you, and the two of you probably shouldn't be allowed out together, however you had to admit that there was never a dull moment with Joe.
Part of you wondered for a moment, as you looked across from him, if there were any possibility of him being the name that would eventually appear on your skin. You shuddered, making Gwil startle slightly beside you.
You loved Joe, but not like that, and you knew that you two would never be soulmates. It was just too weird.
You couldn't ponder any more on the subject though, as the taxi slowed down to a halt, the faint thumping of a bass-fuelled song creeping through the small crack in the taxi driver's window. Rami slipped him the money through the Perspex window as everyone got out and stood on the pavement.
Getting out had been just as much of a feat as getting in the cab, and Gwil had kindly offered a hand out for you to hold. Even after you'd gotten out, you held his hand just a little longer, savouring the warmth that came from it. It wasn't until Ben told you two that you looked like a couple that you both split apart. Your heart thumped wildly as you followed your friends into the club, wondering if that burning sensation in the back of your head was Gwilym's eyes looking at you.
When you looked over your shoulder at him, you saw he was smiling at you, unashamed at the fact that he had already been staring and you had caught him. His smile was sweet and lopsided, just the one corner twisting up. You couldn't help but smile back.
Inside the club it was naturally loud, that bass line that you had heard from outside now amplified significantly. It shook your entire body, your bones thrumming along as it rocked you to your core. It was infectious, even if the song was unfamiliar to you, it made you want to sway and get dancing already.
Joe noticed you were tapping your foot and swaying slightly, and a big grin spread on his face.
"Come on! Rami can order our drinks, but you and I are gonna dance!" Joe yelled over the music, grabbing your hand and pulling you straight towards the throng of people on the wooden dance floor.
It was hot, and sweaty, but you felt okay in your dress as it was showing rather a lot of skin, so you weren't nearly as hot as the rest of the crowd. A song that you actually recognised came on, and you were able to sway your hips to the beat, holding Joe's hands as he bumped his hips too and shuffled his feet.
Neither of you were drunk yet and so the fun wasn't anywhere near started, but you couldn't deny that you still were laughing and giggling as though you had already sunk three vodka and cokes.
When the song had finished, that was when the rest of the gang joined you both, having gotten your drinks and one for themselves. You noted the smell coming from your clear, bubbly drink. Vodka. Oh Rami, you bad boy.
"Well, here's to Bohemian Rhapsody and our dear Rami, and their well-deserved win at the Golden Globes!" You cheered, holding your drink up, the rest following suit and clinking them all above your heads. You all took a hefty drink from your beverages, and you savoured the sweet lemonade that nearly managed to mask the strong liquor. Was this a double?
"Right, I want to get absolutely wankered, so let's not waste any time!" Ben crowed, downing the majority of his drink which was no doubt a Jack Daniel's and Coke. His favoured tipple.
"Easy Hard-ON." Joe snickered, although he too had already necked half his drink. He'd taken to referring to his friend by the highly-inappropriate, yet hilarious name he had come up with. Ben stuck up his middle finger as he retreated to the bar, but gave Joe a cheeky wink that proved he was only playing.
The next song came on, and Rami jumped up and down excitedly, begging you to dance with him. Gwil, with his beer in hand, was swaying gently, obviously not familiar with the song. Joe was getting up in his face, already feeling the effects of the vodka, and Gwil was struggling to keep a straight face. You decided to let him deal with Joe for a little while, taking Rami's hand and letting him spin you around.
You had a good time jumping and shaking your ass with Rami, perhaps some of his Freddie persona shining through, as he became overtly more sassier than you remembered him to normally be.
By the time Ben returned, you were parched, having downed the first of what was sure to be many drinks tonight. He wasn't carrying the one drink, instead he had five little glasses of clear liquid in his hands, walking slowly so as not to spill or drop any of them.
Shots.
Joe cheered from behind you, nudging past and picking one from Ben, downing it without hesitation. Rami was next, seemingly unfazed, despite pulling a face after he finished the shot.
"What is it?" You asked Ben, taking one from him, leaving him with one for Gwil and himself.
"Vodka!" Ben cheered, downing his. He gasped and stuck out his tongue at the taste. "Vile shit, ain't it?" He laughed. You nodded as he leaned past you to push the last shot into Gwil's hand. Then Ben swaggered off to Rami and Joe, wrapping his arms around their shoulders and jumping up and down.
You eyed the clear liquid, not keen on drinking vodka straight, but wanting to get the nice alcohol buzz that your friends obviously had. Gwilym noticed your hesitation and nudged you.
"Don't drink it if you don't want. I'll have it." He offered, downing his shot without hesitating. He scrunched up his nose at the taste but then recovered, waiting for you to make your mind up. You simply stood and stared at him, almost a little shocked.
You hadn't put him down as the kind of guy to like shots and so easily put them back either. Shaking your head at him, you quickly downed the vodka, feeling the hot burning sensation wash down your throat. You groaned, waiting for the horrid taste and feeling in your mouth to die down.
"You feeling okay?" Gwilym asked, standing a little more in front of you, his hand resting against the bare skin of your shoulder. His thumb was just brushing the crook of your neck as he looked down at you worriedly, his hot touch making you go a little light-headed. Although that could actually be the vodka.
"Never better." You giggled, reaching up and grabbing the hand that rest on your shoulder. "Come on, let's go dance." You told him, spinning on your heels and pulling him towards the rest of your friends.
The next song was an oldie but a goldie and you knew it well. Joe was equally as excited about it as you were, so when you re-joined the group he was quick to approach you and begin dancing, a lot more energetically than before. You let go of Gwil's hand, checking to see if he was okay with being dragged into the fray, to which he simply gave you a cheeky smile, swaying to the music.
Knowing he was fine, you turned back to Joe and put your arms up above your head, moving your hips and swaying as you and him both sang along. You could feel every beat, every movement, all of it inside your very core. The vodka was now settled in your stomach, and you didn't care if anyone was watching you, you didn't care how you might look, or how you danced. You were having fun, and that's what mattered to you.
Opening your eyes, you could see Ben and Rami swaying back and forth with drinks in hand, arms wrapped around each other. Joe was doing an unusual dance beside you, which you couldn't help but bust out into a fit of giggles at. It was far too funny to not laugh at. Joe grabbed your hand and spun you around, playing the gentleman and turning and twisting you into dips and bends.
"Hey!" Joe yelled over the music, as you shimmied your shoulders and continued to sway your hips. As you continued to dance you raised your eyebrows at him in a silent question. He leaned in further, so that he could speak into your ear without having to raise his voice. He was radiating a tonne of heat, obviously succumbing to the bodies and energy of the dance floor.
"What's up, Mazz?" You asked your friend.
"Gwil hasn't stopped staring at you all night, are you guys alright?" Joe asked. Your dancing ceased.
"What?" You shouted back, unsure if what you heard was correct. Joe pulled back slightly so you could look at him properly, noticing he was grinning from ear to ear.
"Yeah, are you sure you're not- Oh shit, hi Gwil." Joe was quick to shut up about whatever he was initially going to say to you, his eyes going wide as he looked at something just past your head. You spun around and found yourself confronted with the tall and, for some reason, now intimidatingly charming Gwilym.
You felt your throat tighten a little and suddenly your stomach was creating knots in itself. He was smiling at Joe with that charismatic smile he wore so well, one that usually offered you comfort whenever you saw it. But now all it seemed to do was force butterflies to erupt inside you.
Gwil ran a hand through his quiff, now suddenly extremely nervous as he chuckled lightly. You were confused, unable to understand what was so funny to him or why he was acting so weird.
You turned back to face Joe, only to find him looking at you with eyes almost as big as dinner plates, his mouth agape. You weren't sure if it was the good kind of shock or if he had just seen a ghost, as he covered his mouth with his hand. There was a big smile creeping out from beneath his fingers however, as he laughed loud and pointed at Gwilym in disbelief.
"No..." Joe gasped. Gwilym shot Joe an almost annoyed look, obviously wanting him to shut his mouth for a second. You were bewildered, unable to comprehend why Joe was freaking out like some silly little schoolgirl and Gwil was acting so...weird.
Ben and Rami who had been off dancing to the side had now stopped and were also gawking. Ben had a humoured smile on his face, whilst Rami was giggling to himself, sipping on a bottle of beer.
"What the hell is so funny?" You snapped, glaring at the three tipsy men before you, your feelings a little wounded as it seemed like they were laughing at your expense.
You felt a hand cup your elbow and you looked up to meet Gwil's soft eyes. He was approaching you as though he were trying not to startle a small, wounded animal. Without a word, he slowly turned you around, leaving your back exposed to him.
"Gwil, what are you-" You asked, but instantly shut up when you felt his hand slip up the back of your neck and push the loose strands of your hair away, tracing a finger along the nape of your neck. It sent electric shivers down your spine.
"It's there." You heard him say, seeming almost relieved as he let out a shaky laugh.
"What is?" You asked, the fuzzy feeling in your head clouding your ability to think as you normally would. Why was this such a struggle?
Joe peeked at whatever it was on your neck and pulled out his phone. Using the flash on his camera, Joe took a photo and quickly brought it up in his camera roll. You snatched the phone off him and looked at the photograph, not sure what you expected to see.
Well, you certainly couldn't have guessed it would be this.
On your neck, was something that you knew hadn't been there earlier that night when you left your flat. In the same font as the writing on Rami's wrist was one word, stamped on the nape of your neck as a permanent mark. A mark you had longed for, had dreamt about one day getting.
GWILYM
It was your mark. Your soulmate's name. The soulmate who loved you and would do so until the end of time. Gwilym.
Your hands wouldn't stop trembling as you handed Joe his phone back, unable to process this information that had suddenly been sprung upon you. Why now? Why him?
You weren't disgusted at the fact it was Gwilym's name on your skin. How could you be? But you didn't understand why it had shown up tonight, or why Gwilym would love you.
Did you love him back? You had never even considered it.
You realised his hand was still grazing your neck, tracing the letters. It felt strange, but good. Turning to face Gwil, he retracted his hand, worried that he may be overstepping his boundaries. You weren't uncomfortable though, nothing felt wrong about it. In fact, you wanted his touch...Needed it, even. It was like a craving, now you knew who you belonged to, who completed the other half of you, you couldn't stay away from him. It was magnetising, impossible to back away from.
He loved you. It was evident in the way he looked at you now, in the way he fought the obvious urge to not grab you and hold you to him. Was this force, what would bind the two of you together, the reason you couldn't stop yourself from wanting as much contact from him as possible? You had such a strange, primal urge to claim him as yours, it was scary and yet exciting.
What would you do?
You grabbed his hand, the one that he had used to trace his name that now was permanently inked into your skin forever, and held it firmly.
"Don't let me go." You whispered, not even caring if he would hear you over the noise of the music and the club around you. Even if he couldn't hear you, you knew he would still know regardless.
And sure enough, he pulled you in at the waist with his free hand, leaning in so that he could speak softly into your ear.
"Never." He replied, his lips brushing your cheek. The way his voice, low and almost a husky growl, reverberated through you turned your legs to a quivering mess, flicking a switch inside you. It was a sudden need. You couldn't wish for more of his touch than what you wanted now.
He pulled away slightly, just enough so that he could look at you properly.
"We have to go." You told him firmly, squeezing his bicep with your hand, the other one still holding his tight, never intending to let go if you could help it. Gwil wasn't an idiot, catching onto your blatant suggestion.
"I'll break it to the guys." He hummed, lips still awfully close to yours, but not touching. It was agonising.
It became even more so when he pulled away completely, spinning the two of you to face the three men who'd had to stand and watch the rather intimate encounter. Rami seemed content, having experienced these exact feelings with Lucy, and was sipping his beer with a smug smile on his face. Joe and Ben didn't know where to look, how to stand, how to react. They simply stood and watched you smile at them as if nothing had happened.
"We had better go." Gwil told your friends. Rami was the first one to speak, naturally.
"Absolutely, you have soulmate things to do." He smiled, knowing exactly what you and Gwil had no doubt non-verbally decided on. You weren't able to look Rami directly in the eyes, finding it all too embarrassing that your good friend knew what you would be up to when you left.
No doubt you'd have to talk about it later. To all of them.
Then they'll want to hear it from Gwil too.
You were so caught up in your own little conflict in your head, that you almost jumped a mile when you were abruptly brought back to reality. Due to the fact that Gwil's hand, which originally had been firmly planted on your hip, was now slipping down to rest somewhere that was definitely not your hip.
As Rami tried to explain to a drunk Ben that you two had essentially found your soulmates, you slyly nudged Gwil in the ribs.
"Behave." You hissed to him, although you were absolutely enjoying having his hand resting where it was. He gave you a little pat on your ass in response, his face remaining impassive as he continued to listen to Rami as if he hadn't heard you.
You nibbled on your lower lip, making a silent and solemn promise to make him pay for it later.
□■□■□■□■□
You opened your flat door eagerly, not able to contain your giggles as you flicked the lights on. Gwilym shut the door behind you both as you chucked down your clutch purse and slipped off the killer heels.
You let out a moan that, had it not been out of the relief of getting out of those shoes, could have been mistaken for one of pleasure of a different kind. Gwil was silent in his approach as he slipped up behind you and pressed his broad, warm body against your back, enveloping you in his arms.
You smiled with content, as his lips came down to kiss your neck, leaving a trail of tingles as he moved down from your jawline to the base of your neck, using a hand to gently slip your head to one side, fully exposing your neck to him. You couldn't stop the happy sigh from escaping your lips as he kissed your collarbone, before nipping the skin with his teeth.
The sigh hitched a little at the end, becoming more of a gasp as you reacted to the feeling of his teeth grazing your skin. You couldn't help but lean into him further, your back pushed into his chest as he let his hands move to your hips, caressing over the fabric of your dress.
"You tell me if anything I do isn't okay with you." Gwil whispered, genuine worry lacing his words before he continued to do anything more. As much as you knew he was looking out for you and just how much of a gentleman he was being, you couldn't fault anything he was doing. Of course all of it was going to feel perfect.
He was your soulmate after all.
"Everything you do is right, Gwil. You were made for me, and I was made for you." You replied, turning around to face him, hoping he could see how sincere you were being. You wanted him to understand that you trusted him with every fibre in your being and that you could never fault him for anything.
The message must have relayed across, as his eyes seemed to shift, almost as though there was a change in him, in his mood. It was something heavy, and dark. You could see it in on his face and in the way he was looking down at you.
Lust.
"That's all I needed to hear." He hummed, hands working down to the hem of your dress, toying with the fabric. You couldn't deny how hot it was, to have him mess with your clothes, knowing he had the intention of taking them off.
You didn't know what to do with yourself, getting so lost and caught up in Gwil's intoxicating behaviour, you couldn't even think straight.
He slowly backed you up until your legs hit the back of the sofa, his hands slipping onto your ass and gently lifting you up, so you were perched on the edge. Then, with his knee, he gently pushed your legs apart so as to move in-between them. You were so close together, you knew that if you just shuffled forward slightly, you would be able to grind your hips against his.
Gwil was far too occupied with kissing along your collarbone and the sensitive parts of your neck to notice you scoot forward. It was so difficult to remain focused with his lips planted on that sweet spot of your neck that made your enter body shiver. But you managed to move enough so that when you rolled your hips, you gained a little bit of friction against Gwil. It caused him to jolt, his hips twitching in retaliation.
He pulled back from your neck to glare at you, although it was more because of the fact you had managed to arouse him even further.
"No fair." He growled, his lips returning to your neck. Only this time he bit a little harder, and gently sucked that spot of your neck, earning a very pitchy gasp from you.
When he had finished he leaned back to admire his work.
"I can't have just the tattoo of my name telling people you're mine. I want everyone to know my heart belongs to you, and that I can mark you wherever I please." He muttered, dragging a finger down your neck, travelling further down until it rest in valley between your breasts.
You knew that you weren't wearing a bra due to the style of the dress, and that all it would take was to undo the strap around your neck. You reached up with your hands to undo it, only to have Gwilym stop you.
"That's my job." He hummed, pulling you up to stand and bringing you around the sofa. Gwil sat down on the sofa, legs open and relaxed. "Come here." He whispered, gently pulling on your hand for you to join him. You decided to take it a step further, climbing on top of him, a leg on either side as you hovered over him. His hands slid up your thighs, pulling up the fabric of the dress with them. You prayed he would keep going until he reached your underwear, but he stopped just short, messing with you.
Frustrated, you decided not to play fair, lowering yourself so that you could roll your hips against his again, now in more control than before. Gwil's fingers dug into your thighs as you continued to grind against him, now able to feel a definite reaction from him. He was definitely as turned on as you were.
"You're just plain naughty." Gwil chuckled, pulling you in with a hand at the back of your neck so that your lips were beside his ear, where he then went to create another mark, this time a lot higher up, almost on your jawline.
"If you weren't such a tease I wouldn't have to be." You moaned, still trying to roll your hips. There was a sudden, sharp sting and you gasped, a new sensation flooding your mind as you felt a tingling sensation.
"I'm no tease." Gwil told you firmly, rubbing your ass where he had just spanked it. You had to admit that he knew exactly what he was doing with every move he made and every word he said to you.
"Then why don't you get on with it and have me here?" You growled, annoyed that he had once again taken control with such ease.
Having decided that enough was enough, Gwil let your hips meet his, rolling them so that you had that friction once again that you desperately wanted. The feeling alone of his blatant arousal pressed against your underwear was enough to have you ready and willing for him to do what he wanted. But when he let a hand slide past the fabric of your dress and his fingers rolled across your nipple, you may as well have told him to strip you down and do anything he desired to you.
The other hand that was free he used to smoothly untie the bow that kept the strap tied around your neck, so that the fabric fell loose and slipped away, exposing your breasts. Gwil wasted no time in making you feel nothing short of euphoric, dragging his tongue slowly over one nipple, whilst he toyed with the other in his hand.
You couldn't stop the moans, didn't want to stop them either. You wanted him to know what he was doing to you; how good he was making you feel in his hands.
And despite how content you were to stay on the sofa, you knew there was a perfectly big, comfy bed in the next room that you wanted to use. So you begrudgingly pushed Gwil back and got to your feet. He was confused at first, until you slipped out of the dress entirely and let it pool around your ankles in front of him. Gwil didn't even try to subtly hide the fact that his eyes were checking out every inch of you, his hand slipping over his pants, feeling how hard he was underneath.
"Up." You ordered him, to which he obeyed instantly, hands reaching out to grab a handful of your ass, which was clad in some racy black underwear. You swatted his hands off, leaving him to follow after you as you headed for your bedroom. Gwil knew where you wanted to go and all but slammed the bedroom door shut behind him. You sat on the edge of the bed, legs spread slightly, almost every inch of your skin exposed to the cool air as you waited for him to join you.
As he stood in front of you, you wasted no time in beginning to undo the belt around his trousers. Gwil decided whilst you were working on his trousers, to pull his jumper up over his head and throw it onto the floor. You were about to make a comment about his chest, and how you planned to leave countless marks of your own along it.
But what you hadn't expected to see, was your name. Permanently marked on his skin, just above the waistline of his trousers, near his left hip. Gwil was almost as surprised as you, obviously having not seen anything there before now. You ran a finger along the letters, smirking when Gwil shivered under your touch.
"Well, that's hot." You hummed, undoing the button and zipper of his trousers and giving him a cheeky wink.
"Shut up and kiss me." Gwil growled, leaning in and crashing his soft, gorgeous lips into yours. This, you realised, was your first actual kiss on the lips with him. It was hot and hurried, his lips wanting to explore every inch of you. His tongue quickly darted against your bottom lip, wishing for entrance, to which you gladly obliged.
His hot skin was pressed against yours as he pushed you to lay back on the bed, climbing over you and never once letting your lips break away. You hadn't even realised that he had managed to almost strip down until you let your eyes travel down and saw his erection pressed against the fabric of his boxer shorts.
They were tight and spared no detail about what he had going on in there. You could feel your legs go a little weak as you began to shuffle out of your panties. Gwil offered a hand, hooking a finger in the waistband and helping to slide them all the way off your legs. You expected his touch to be cold, but when his fingers brushed against the inside of your thigh, just centimetres from your wet entrance, you found them to be warm.
"You're so beautiful." Gwil whispered, his thumb ghosting over your clit, drinking in the sight of your naked body underneath him. You were so touched by his heartfelt words, but the teasing grazes of his fingers made you antsy.
Noticing the way your hips twitched, the way you watched fervently as he hovered over you, Gwil understood that you were waiting, and decided to put you out of your misery. Finally his thumb met with your clit and he began to rub slow circles, his other fingers teasing at your wet entrance.
"Gwil, don't tease me." You whined, knowing he was enjoying how easily he could toy with you. You begged for him to fuck you with his fingers, to give you some relief at least.
Gwil pondered over your request, before removing his hand from you completely. You groaned in frustration, but it soon turned to a moan that filled the room with barely contained pleasure. His hot breath tickled your thighs for only a second, before his lips gently pressed against your clit, his tongue darting out to lick it experimentally. He was seeing what reactions he could get from you.
When he dipped his tongue inside you, as fleeting as the moment was, you felt like you could have cum right there and then, as one of your hands reached down and tugged at his floppy brown hair in retaliation.
"That feel good?" Gwil chuckled, his laugh vibrating against your clit, causing your back to arch a little more. He was such a little tease, and all you wanted now was for him to fuck the hell out of you.
"Fuck me, you asshole." You growled, knowing that you needed and wanted to feel him inside of you. The ferocity in your tone was enough to spring him into action, him quickly flicking off his boxer shorts so that they were discarded to the floor beside his other clothes.
He gave his hard cock a few strokes, savouring the sudden freedom he had to touch himself. You could help but reach down and give it a few pumps yourself, toying with his sensitive member and knowing that deep down he was just as riled up as you were.
"I'll not waste any more time." Gwil moaned, readying himself at your entrance, burying his tip in, waiting to slide inside you. He looked so goddamn hot, positioned above you, about to fuck you to within an inch of your life. You shut your eyes, wanting to savour the feeling of him filling you up for the first time.
And he did just that.
The moan that came from him was purely animal, as his cock slid inside you and you could feel all that pent-up frustration finally be relieved. Your fingers bunched up in the duvet, and you forced your eyes to open, looking up at Gwilym and seeing the look of pure pleasure on his face.
He kept things moving, building up a pace as you got accustomed to his throbbing cock pumping in and out of you. You couldn't stop the moans from coming out your mouth, a variety of words falling from your lips. A lot of curse words and a lot of his name being repeated.
You would have been just fine with him fucking you like this, your legs spread open so that he could put his entire length in you, but Gwil wasn't done. He intended to fuck you till you were begging to cum, and he knew exactly how he planned to do it next. Pulling out, Gwil slapped your ass and demanded you turn over and get onto your hands and knees. You were unsure at first, not realising what he intended to do, until he pushed your head down, so that your ass was sticking up in the air, your entrance still dripping wet.
Now in position, Gwil slid back in, hitting you at a different angle, one that made you bite down on your lip and wonder if you were going to cum instantaneously. He fucked you hard and fast, the bed beginning to hit the wall as he slammed into you again and again, occasionally spanking your ass, leaving red prints on your skin. But you lapped it up. You loved everything he did to you, and when he reached his hand around to toy with your clit, you knew that an orgasm wasn't far away.
His rhythm was starting to get a little sloppier now, and his thrusts were more desperate, begging for every single bit of friction he could get.
Gwil wanted to make you cum on his cock, and he intended to, slowing down his thrusts so as to keep his own orgasm at bay for a little longer. He focused more on your clit, getting a nice rhythm going, loving the way you clenched around him as you got closer to your climax.
"Gwil..." You moaned, fingers bunching up into the bed sheet, feeling the familiar euphoria of your orgasm rushing through you, Gwilym's fingers rubbing the sensitive clit as his cock slid in and out of you, starting to gain more speed as you used him to ride out your orgasm.
The sensation of you cumming all over his fingers and you tightening around him was what made him succumb, picking up his pace once more and allowing himself the pleasure of climaxing to the sounds of you moaning his name and getting to feel you around him.
When he finally came down off his high, beginning to wind down, you spun onto your back and flopped down onto the bed. As you looked up at him, you couldn’t help but think about how gorgeous he was. His hair was sticking to his forehead and you could see the definition in his arms as he held himself up. Your eyes fell to your name that marked his skin, biting your lip.
"Come here." You commanded him, opening your arms so he could fall into your embrace. Gwil did so with little resistance, resting an arm on either side of your still naked body, hovering just inches from your face.
"You needed me?" He asked with a smile that could melt butter, one leg tangling up with yours. His eyes were exploring every bit of your face as he lay next to you, soaking up your presence.
Jesus, this guy was hot.
"I want you." You told him, chest heaving up and down as you tried to reign in the desires that were starting to creep back into your mind. Gwil's eyes widened for a moment at your demand, wondering if you were being serious. He wasn't going to complain, but he hadn't expected you to ask for more so quickly.
"Again?" He whispered, leaning down and kissing your lips softly. But when he tried to pull away you slipped a hand to the back of his head and brought him back in for another, passion-fuelled kiss that brought out a low moan from his throat. Just his moans alone could make you orgasm.
"As many times as we can, because I don't want to sleep tonight, I want to spend every waking moment with you." You told him after you pulled away, giving yourself a chance to breathe.
Gwil pecked your lips, then your chin, and then at the dark spots on your neck where he had made it painfully clear that you were his.
"You'll have our entire life together to do that, babe." Gwil hummed, although you already knew you were going to get your way as he slipped a hand down to brush over the inside of your thigh. The little nickname was a surprise to you, but God, if it didn't make your stomach do flips.
"I hope so." You told him, shutting your eyes and relishing the way his body felt against yours.
"I know so." Gwil promised, knowing he had made that decision long ago.

PART 1 / / PART 3 / PART 4 / PART 5 / PART 6 / PART 7
Summary: Yes, you are an exchange student. You noticed EF also organized trips to Seoul and you wanted something different than the same five people in your hometown. You came to the beautiful city to learn and relax, most definitely not to fall in love with one of the teachers. Definitely not the young extracurricular teacher who seemed to be good at everything.
*Y/N = your name *Y/C = your city/country

It took you about one second after waking up to absolutely hate yourself because of the excruciation headache you were having. It took you a bit longer to find out where you were exactly. The familiar smell of filter coffee entered your nose and you dared to sit up. You realized you were in someone else’s sofa and this couldn’t be yours because you didn’t have one. The only thing you had was an annoying roommate who only wanted to study Korean, even though you wished you were a bit more like her at the moment. She probably didn’t have a throbbing head or a bad taste in her mouth. She probably woke up feeling very content and safe because she was in her own bed.
Out of the corner of your eye you could see the skilled hand of the coffee maker pour just the right amounts of everything into the cup.  He was wearing a black jogging with a tight black t-shirt, but he seemed to always look extremely fine in simple black outfits. It was a struggle to get out of your comfortable position but your stomach was making its characteristic whale noises and these were hard to ignore. With the blanket wrapped around your body you started your adventure toward the kitchen area where Jungkook was pouring a second cup of coffee.
“Good-morning sunshine.” He beamed while handing you your cup of deliciousness and you silently thanked him. Not sure of what to say you just stared at him, hoping he would speak first. It had the opposite effect really, he just kept his hands busy with making breakfast. Bacon was being grilled an eggs were cracked by his large hands and the only thing you could do was stare.
“I usually make a great hangover soup but I lacked most ingredients so I hope you like my hangover eggs.” He said while setting up two plates on his dining table. The bacon in the supermarket packages turned your stomach inside and out: the blood and the white fat that ran through it. You hated the look of it. Yet once cooked it got you under its bacon spell, perfectly crisp with an aroma that wouldn't let you step away, it was something to be devoured, nothing more.
You quickly took place and felt no need for pretentious manners as you stuffed your mouth full with eggs and bacon. Now it was his turn to stare but you tried to ignore his questioning eyes and kept your focus on the food in front of you. When your eyes lock over the breakfast table he started to eat. He ate rapidly, stuffing his mouth too full so he had to chew with his mouth wide open.
“Thank you.” It was silly but he stopped eating for a bit. He looked deep in thought about what to say or do but settled with simply nodding his head.
“I also want to say I’m sorry but my memory is lacking me and I can only imagine the worst.” To you it counted as an apology as you barely said the words out loud. The embarrassment started to creep in your system and the only thing you wanted to do was run. “I’ll get going now so you can get some well deserved rest after seeing whatever you saw last night. Again, thank you so much for-“ you gestured at the sofa and the food on the table “for all of this.”
“No problem at all. You’re definitely not a problematic drunk, only a forgetful one. Next time put your room number and passcode in your phone so you don’t get lost again.” His comforting words made you feel a bit more at ease but you could feel the heat growing in your cheeks. By now they must be beyond an attractive rosiness. You felt as if all your insecurities were written across your face and there was nowhere to hide.
“Thank you.” You thanked him again and practically ran out of his place with the blanket still wrapped tightly around your body.
**
It was midmorning and you still had a head that felt like an axe was planted in it. Your eyesight struggled to cope with the daylight and you fumbled tying the belt of your simple dress. With your brain still struggling to recover from the previous night's abuse, the only thing on your mind was trying to be on time for class. You grabbed some stuff and threw them in your bag hoping you had everything with you to make it through this day.
With sunglasses hiding your swollen eyes you entered the classroom and to your surprise you were one of the first to arrive. Alfie was sitting in the back with black sunglasses matching yours. You both laughed at the coincidence.
“We made it.” You simple stated before sitting next to him.
“Barely.” He grunted and planted his head on the desk.
“Nice sunglasses.” You complimented him and this got a little laugh out of him. Your short conversation was interrupted by the teacher entering the classroom. Half of you were still missing but he didn’t care and just started with whatever he wanted to start with today. If he had noticed yours and Alfie’s sunglasses he hid it well. The both of you tried to pay attention but you were more aware of the cracking of your head than anything else. The day slowly continued and when your class had finally ended you and Alfie decided to lay in the grass together.
“Maybe I should’ve just gone on a simple summer camp to France.” Alfie admitted while rubbing his eyes.
“But France is just France. We’re in Seoul, which is way cooler than France.” You tried to cheer him up but he was still struggling with his hangover which surprised you. You were feeling a lot better, just tired.
“Yes, but a summer camp doesn’t have obligatory lessons.” He grunted and you wanted to respond but Jungkook was quicker.
“You can also wait to start drinking after Friday classes and spend all of Saturday in your bed.” Jungkook laughed while positioning himself next to you on the warm grass. He had changed out of his black relaxing outfit into tight fitting blue jeans combined with a white shirt and he looked even more handsome in white.
“We made a mistake. Apparently Koreans are better drinkers than us Europeans.” Alfie patted my shoulder as if to symbolize our European bond or something. Jungkook’s eyes glared at Alfie’s hand but he didn’t seem to notice or maybe he did. Because he suddenly planted his head on my thigh and closed his eyes while humming some melody. A minute ago there was a huge bunny smile on Jungkook’s face but due to Alfie’s actions his smile had disappeared into a straight line.
“Y/N you still haven’t applied for any extra activities. If you need any help deciding, I’ll be at the front desk.” He excused himself and walked quietly away from us. You couldn’t help but stare at him while he was walking so carefully over the grass.
“He sure does take an interest in you.” Alfie commented with his head still resting on your leg.
“Oh shut up, it is his job to lure people into paying activities.” You muttered.
“All I’m saying is that he hasn’t willingly spoken to anyone off our class outside you.” He finally opened his eyes and tried to study your reaction. You tried to ignore the weird morning you had with Jungkook and how he had cared for you and your hangover.
“Because most girls go and talk to him first. They don’t give him a chance to go and talk to them.” You glared at Alfie while pushing him off your leg. “Now, if you would excuse me, I have to apply to some extra activities you have already applied too. I can not let you go alone on a hike, right? Who would catch you?” and with these final words you walked away from a laughing Alfie rolling in the grass.
He sure was a special character. He didn’t seem to care what people thought of him. He didn’t even seem to care what he thought of himself. He just existed to have fun, have drinks and learn a few things along the way. It was a simple life, or that’s what he liked people to believe. We tend to live in stories of our own creation and without realizing we’re just following a script we made for ourselves. Alfie was just following his own I-wanna-be-cool script and somehow he fooled most people, including you for a second.
“Please be safe.” He yelled once you were almost out of sight. All eyes were on you and for the trillionth time since you were in Seoul, your cheeks turned into the reddest of blushes. You silently cursed Alfie under your breath and hurried inside the building.
**
You were kind of disappointed when you didn’t see Jungkook at the information desk but the lovely Jenna, Australian born and married to a Korean businessman, was also lovely. She chatted about her wonderful life but also didn’t forget to ask you some questions. Where you were from, what motivated you and whatever she could think of. She was a huge help and thanks to her you had signed up for half of the activities, almost filling up your whole schedule. You still had a few free nights that you intended to spend roaming through the city alone. Nothing was better than going on an adventure by yourself after a glass of wine, or two.
Speaking of alcohol, your hangover was almost completely gone. The only thing remaining was the constant graving for greasy food and stuffing your face to satisfy your belly who had worked so hard getting rid of the strong liquor. Right on cue your stomach started to make some loud noises making people turn their heads in your direction.
“Are you hungry?” A voice behind you asked, startling you. It was Jungkook. Again. He seemed to always know where you were when something embarrassing was about to happen. A sixth sense leading him to you and your blushing cheeks.
“Can you please not-“ you tried to come up with the correct words “-scare me.” You finished satisfied. He did always surprise you and therefor scare you.
“Let’s have dinner together. My way of apologizing for scaring you earlier.” He said it so quickly you had to blink a couple of times before fully registering his words. Even he seemed surprised by his straightforwardness and doubt started to color his face.
“I mean, you don’t need to feel obligated or anything.” His hand found its way through his hair and for a second there you were mesmerized by his actions.
“I’m starving.” Was the only thing you could say but this was enough to replace his doubt for excitement.

So I’ve had this idea for a little while but I cannot write at all soooo here goes - you’re an independent artist and Harry stumbles upon a show of yours or something and loves your sound so he wants to work with you and feelings develop but y’all are trying to be professional even though everyone knows y’all caught feels for each other UGH THE SLOW BURNN
Tumblr media
OMG THIS!!
Sorry for the wait on this, the whole idea had me bursting with ideas
I hope that you like how I wrote this out, I’m thinking of turning it into multiple parts, so please let me know what you think :D
Also, I imagine her voice to be a mix up of ‘Lorde and Billie Eilish’
Word Count: 2921
You clutch your guitar case closely to your side as you enter the crowded gig hall. You make your way through the people, apologising as you push your way to the small stage area set up specifically for performances.
This small intimate show had been booked in for weeks now, your newest album due to drop at any moment. You had been working on this album for just over a year, perfecting the sound and meaning was important to you, and so was this show.
You had never taken help from anyone, you wrote, produced and paid for this whole album yourself. Booking studio times was expensive, of course, but it was all worth it, this was your career, and tonight you could potentially get spotted and signed, you’re hard work as an independent artist could pay off.
You climb the steps to the stage and begin to unpack your guitar, smiling to the man that passes the out cable. You plug it into the guitar and strum a chord, smiling as it echos around the hall. You nod to the man and place your guitar on the stand, slipping behind the curtains to speak to the hall manager.
“Big day” She smiles, opening her arms wide to hug you. You accept the hug and wrap your arms around her, letting out a long breath as she tightens her grip and shakes you slightly.
“I know you’ve worked hard for this, that’s why I made sure you played on the night that most investors and labels came too” She smiles, holding your shoulders as she pulls back to look at you,
“Just give it your all ok Y/N, You’ve got this” She smiles,
“Thank you, for the help, you are an amazing friend” You reply, placing a kiss to her cheek. You smile as she brushes it off, her smile wide as you look towards the mirrors.
“Go do what you need to, I’ll announce you in 5″ She instructs, pointing to you as she begins to walk towards the curtains. You smile at her and walk towards the mirrors, throwing your hat on a nearby chair and combing through your hair with your fingers. You smile and press your fingers to your face, ensuring that no eyeliner was smudged.
You had gone quite casual for tonight,  vintage denim jean shorts, an old faded band tee and your dads old plaid shirt, the sleeves rolled up slightly. As for shoes, you couldn’t beat your old beat up converse, comfortable and a perfect combination for the outfit.  You take in a few deep breaths and grab a water bottle, walking to the curtains just as Amanda begins to announce you.
“So tonight I have a special friend of mine here to play for you. Her voice is unique and breathtaking. Her overall sound brings the ultimate pleasure and I am proud that she has achieved all of this on her own. Ladies and Gentlemen, I am excited to announce Y/N L/N” She calls, claps echoing around the hall as you push open the curtains.
You smile to Amanda and grab your guitar, throwing it over your shoulder and getting yourself comfortable. You place your water to the side and strum a chord, laughing into the mic as you look at all the faces directed at you.
“Hi, I’m Y/N, today I’m going to cover a few artists and also perform a song or two from my upcoming album ‘Levitate’“ You smile, beginning to strum the chords to ‘Shallow’,
You close your eyes and begin to sing, the lyrics falling out of you naturally. Its as if you are floating as you strum through the song, the crowded room forgotten as you feel the lyrics hit you, the meaning holding you completely in place as you belt out your high notes in perfect tune and pitch.
Whenever you sang you would feel it, gripping at your heart and holding you there, filling you with a story and meaning so beautiful that you just couldn’t stop. It was like you were transported to a different universe, everything around you ceases to exist. It was just you, your voice and a guitar.
As you finish the last note you pause, smiling as people around you begin to clap. You thank them and continue with your set, still completely lost in the music. The performance was all over in what felt like minutes, you smile and thank the crowd, turning to begin packing away your guitar. You jump when someone taps your shoulder, almost falling flat on your ass as you turn to look up. You realise as soon as your eyes meet that this was Harry Styles, your childhood crush and inspiration to take music as a career path.
“Nice set, a great mix of songs” He smiles, holding his hand out for you to take. You smile and slip your palm into his, shivering as he pulls you up with ease. You blush and smile, pushing a strand of hair behind your ear
“Thank you, I’m Y/N” You reply, holding onto his hand as he shakes it.
“Harry, Harry Styles, Its a pleasure to meet you” He smiles,
“I’m a bit star struck right now, you played a massive part in me choosing this career path, so I guess what I’m trying to say is thank you” You stammer, smiling as he leans down to pick up your guitar case,
“I’m glad you did. What would say about coming for a drink with me and my manager, he’s interested in you, and I have a few questions” He smiles, taking a slow step to the side as you make your way down the steps. You smile up at him as he follows you, taking your guitar case from his hand just as he reaches the last step.
“I’d love too”
“Well, follow me then”
“First things first I love your sound, I’ll put it out on the table that I want to work with you on a song and I’d like you to be the opening act whilst on tour” Harry announces, sipping on his water smugly. Your mouth drops as you stare at him, your stomach clenching as you come to terms with what he just said.
Harry Styles wants to work with you and make you his opening tour act, it was surreal, something that you never could have dreamed of because hey, he’s Harry Styles and your just…you.
“Umm..I don’t know what to say” You stammer, completely shocked at the overall conversation. You can feel your face heating as they stare at you, waiting for an answer.
“Look what you’ve done Harry, you’ve scared the poor girl” Jeff argues slapping at Harry’s shoulder. He looks at you and smiles apologetically, placing his beer down on the table and taking a deep breath.
“I’ll talk you take it in. I have interest in you, I would like to manage you if you would like that we can talk about business, if not you can leave whenever you want. I know you’ve been independent for a while, but I want to help you, push your career in a new and exciting direction” He explains, fiddling with a file to his side. He passes it over and smiles, allowing you to open it and read the contents.
“Inside you’ll find the contract, you can take your time to look over it and adapt it to how you want to work, but I would really love you on my team, I think you’re extremely talented”
You stare at Jeff for a while before turning to Harry, your heart beating rapidly as his lips turn up into a smirk. Its as if he could read you like he knew what was running through your head. You gulp and look back down at the contract, your hands fumbling as you turn through the contract.
“I’d like to take some time to consider all of this if that’s ok?” You answer, shutting the contents of the folder and looking up. Jeff nods to you and takes another sip of his beer whereas Harry stares at you, his head slanted slightly as you collect your things.
“I’m going to head off, but thank you, for this, I’ll get in touch” You smile, standing from the table. You reach down to grab your guitar case but a set of hands snatch it up, taking it before you.
Turning you look up at Harry and smile,
“Can’t let a pretty girl walk home alone in the dark” He smiles, you nod and wave to Jeff, following Harry from the bar and into the cold London street. Luckily for you, it wasn’t raining, but the slight chill in the air made you think that it would be soon.
You both walk in silence towards your apartment, the occasional shouts and smashes of glass causing you to look at each other and shrug. As you near your townhouse you begin to feel a knot in your stomach, a longing for something, or someone.
“What brought you to the gig tonight?” You ask, your voice sounding odd from staying silent for so long. You hear him cough before replying, his voice rough but smooth.
“Jeff goes every year, he likes to observe new talent. I suppose I just wanted to check it out for myself as music is a massive part of my life” You nod,
“What about you, apart from performing what was the reason you wanted to attend and play?” He asks,
“When I lost my parents, I was a bit lost, music helped me with that. I guess I’ve been independent for so long that I’d just like help with the next step” You answer truthfully, your heart pulling at the mention of your parents.
You stop outside the steps up to your home and smile, noticing your dogs wagging their tails in the window. You turn to Harry and smile, your stomach feeling empty as you take the guitar case from his hand once again.
“I would offer you up for tea, but you probably have to go” You smile, fumbling with your house keys. He smiles at you and gestures his hand towards the doorway,
“I have time” He answers, his dimples showing as you nod. You rush up the steps and unlock the door, laughing as your two dalmatians come running at you. You smile and scratch their heads, ushering Harry in as you shut the door and switch on the light. The dogs notice Harry and divert their attention, bouncing up on him in excitement.
“Maya, Ted get down, that is not how we greet someone” You instruct, lightly tapping their bums as they ignore you. You huff as Harry laughs, scratching at the dogs as they demand attention.
“I’m so sorry, they just love people” You laugh, shaking your head as he smiles up at you.
“It’s fine, I love dogs so this isn’t a problem for me”
“Would you like some tea? you can go sit in the lounge if you would like?” You question, turning to walk into the lounge. You switch on the lamps and shut the curtains, turning as Harry follows behind you. You watch him as he observes your home, his eyes scanning the bookshelves on the back wall. He sits on the leather sofa and laughs as the dogs come running, you smile as they curl up beside him, demanding attention as he scratches their heads.
“I’ll go make some tea, the remote to the tv is on the side table next to the fire” You call, walking out into the hallway. You walk into the kitchen and lean against the counter, taking in a breath.
You’d never thought you’d meet Harry styles, let alone invite him into your home and make him tea. You shake your head and flick on the kettle, opening the sliding door for the dogs to use the bathroom. You laugh as you hear their paws scratch at the wooden floors, both dogs running out into the garden, nibbling at each other.
“Need any help?” A voice questions, causing you to jump. You turn with your hand to your heart and laugh, smiling at him.
“I can’t reach the biscuits, if you don’t mind could you grab them?” You question, pointing to the small floral tin on the top shelf.
“Why are they all the way up there?” He questions, grabbing them with ease.
“Because, I’m short and this way I don’t eat them all straight away” You shrug, pouring the hot water into the mugs.
“Milk and sugar?” You question, turning to him
“Little bit of milk, one sugar” He smiles, you nod and prepare his tea, carrying it to the table and placing it in front of him.
“This is a lovely home” He announces, his eyes looking around the kitchen as you sit in the chair opposite him. You smile and nod, opening the tine lid to the biscuits.
“It was my parents, I grew up here. When they died it was passed to me” You explain, dunking the shortbread into the tea and taking a bite.
“It must have been hard, not having them,” He asks, laughing as the dogs run through the kitchen excitedly.
“It was at first, but then I adopted these two lunatics and I was ok” You laugh, watching the dogs play fight on the kitchen floor. He laughs along with you, taking a sip from his mug.
“If you need any help with the contract just let me know, I know it can all be confusing, my number should be on the back, don’t be afraid to call or text”
You nod and stay silent, watching the dogs with a smile.
Of course, you knew you were going to accept the contract, it was a massive step in the right direction, what you didn’t know was how you were going to hide these feelings for Harry and keep everything professional.
You hold the dogs leads tightly as you stroll through the park with Harry beside you. You hear the crunch of leaves beneath your feet and feel the warmth of the spring sun through the trees. You and Harry had been talking for a couple of weeks now, the bond between you slowly growing into something beautiful.
You signed the contract and that was that you now had an amazing management team and a record that was selling really well, of course, it wasn’t chart-topping but it was making sales, and you celebrated that with Harry over drinks and take-away.
You were to go on tour with him in a couple of weeks and you were beyond excited. The dogs would be going with you which meant they wouldn’t be in a kennel for months, which was a huge relief as you didn’t want them to spend their time in kennels, depressed and sad.
“Want to let them off now? there are fields for miles” Harry asks, leaning down to Ted. You nod at him as he unclips the lead from Ted’s harness, quickly doing the same to Maya. You watch as they both run off into the field, play fighting around on the grass as they chase each other.
“I’ve been searching for good dog walking areas for when we’re on tour, I’ve found a few good ones that they both might like” He explains, pushing his hands into his jacket pockets.
“They’ll like that, little bundles of energy on a tour bus doesn’t sound like a good mix” you giggle, watching as the dogs bounce around the field. You laugh, accidentally tripping over a stone in the pathway. You feel yourself fall and reach out, bracing yourself for the fall. You close your eyes expecting to hit the ground, but it never comes. You feel an arm wrap around you, pulling you up towards them.
You open your eyes, meeting Harrys as you adjust to the sun. You smile as he brings you back up onto your feet, his hands not leaving your waist. You stare at him, your heart pounding as he reaches up to cup your cheek. His skin against yours is electrifying, goosebumps covering your body as he gently strokes your cheek with his thumb, you shiver into his touch, leaning into him slightly.
Slowly he leans in, his eyes fluttering shut as his lips meet yours. Slowly he pulls back, your eyes fluttering open to meet his, with a shaky, shallow breath you lean back into him, unable to contain yourself as you press your lips passionately to his.
To you, it felt like the earth had fallen away. The kiss was slow, soft and comforting in ways that words could never describe. A fire spread through your body, heating you entirely as if you were stood in a pit of flames.
As you break away you look up, his emotions swirling through his eyes, so strong you felt like gasping. Lust and desire lingered between you, the force so strong it felt like a punch to the gut.
“This..this can’t happen” You whisper breathlessly, your heart aching to kiss him again. His lips were a drug, and now that you’d tasted them, you wanted them again, over and over again.
“I know”
You just stare at him, your eyes longing. You want to kiss him again, you need to kiss him, but you know you can’t. You had to stay professional, and that had you dying inside.

[ wonwoo - table for one ]
Tumblr media
⌦ fluff, valentine’s day au bc i’m a slut for corporate america milking us dry for a heteronormative holiday, sweater + wholesome + soft feelings for wonwoo, cynical st8ments from reader about being a single pringle
⌦ lover birds are overrated
⌦ words: 2131
Heaving what was intended to be a sigh of waves of relief, had come out to be a somewhat tornado of mild shame, as you bid a measly attempt at holding your head high, jaunting through the massive doors of the restaurant.
Struck by an endless playlist of the same songs that belted out “you are my only one”, pairs of lovers scattered throughout, and the never ending, pricking sight of dozens upon dozens of hands tucked into one another for comfort or for show that were just enough to throw you over the brink and cause disgusting discomfort in your stomach, nothing but a faltering mumble fell out, “Y/N, and party of one.”
Instead of thrusting pity upon yourself after catching sight of the waiter’s parabolic smile flatten out to what resembled a woeful wince, you chuckled to yourself and reassured the waiter that it was truly okay that no one bothered to ask you out even though you kinda looked “hella cute” yesterday but that’s okay because not everyone can win at love!
Singles empowerment, you thought to bolster your slowly sinking mood. What had you in such a melancholy mood, you internally slapped yourself for, because goddammit this was supposed to be a “treat yourself” night but alas, you wallowed only to drown in self-pity. Okay, so maybe a hot date could’ve made the night better, but Christ, you were about to have a plate of steaming hot food instead, which was indeed ten times better than having to make eye contact in order to revive a conversation towards a partner across the table.
“Happy Valentine’s Day, sweetheart!” chirped an overly bubbly woman to her husband, who both had just entered the restaurant.
Sigh.
“Happy Valentine’s Day, sweetheart.” you mocked her to yourself, an ugly, ugly green snake of envy slithered closer to your brain.
It wasn’t that you were an extremely resentful person, just so filled to the brim with an abysmal hate for every single goddamn person on earth, actually you were completely the opposite, but as you were on every February 14th, nothing could milk you dry of cynical statements and the putrid odor of annoyance. Of course, corporations would take advantage of this day, proposing billion dollar campaigns to dump buckets and buckets of pink and red everywhere but your heart.
As your turn to be called neared, any coveted thoughts induced by this godforsaken holiday started to leave you. You had better plans in mind than being sent over the edge for some overrated mind blowing orgasms, like the ones your roommate said she’d be receiving tonight, blegh, but instead losing your mind over a damn good drink and one hell of a good hot meal for yourself and you only.
The thought of that big ass plate being delivered to you surely did turn your frown upside down, because sharing, like orgasms, was overrated.
If there were one person, though, an intruding, spontaneous thought pervaded its way upon your train, that you’d want to take you out, what was the best answer out of A.) the cute boy that always scrunched his nose in the most adorable manner when he laughed B.) Jeon Wonwoo, C.) someone that could hold a powerful gaze and was shy and delightful (did you mention cute in an option yet?), or D.) the boy who just walked through the restaurant door with the gently yet menacing look and whipped his head around when a somewhat younger-ish looking version of him called “Wonwoo, come on.”
Wait–
The younger boy, who you assumed was Wonwoo’s younger brother, walked to the waiter to leave his name and party number, as the older stayed behind, hands in pockets, seemingly miserable and not wanting to be whacked by the knuckle of the Valentine’s day atmosphere.
Curiosity sprung upon you, wondering why Wonwoo took his brother to this restaurant, but you concluded that yes, he was just as quiet and sweet as that tiny Hershey’s Kiss your roommate threw at you like he seemed in your biochemistry class. He treated his younger sibling out to a nice dinner, and hat you really appreciated, though having only assumed, because he embraced the family part of love, and did not fall into capitalism’s dirty tricks of romance and didn’t bring a date, which sort of caused a stir within you, which really shouldn’t have because you weren’t a jealous person, but only for tonight–“Y/N, party of one!”
The part where corporations spent billions of dollars on splashing every nook and cranny with pink and red? Yeah, your cheeks were included, as you were seized up in utter humiliation in front of the rest of the customers patiently waiting, though all they wanted was good food and a good orgasm for later, but nonetheless, the world now knew how fucking lonely you were.
Before taking even one step, you spun your head out of worriedness to see if Wonwoo had heard that you were Single McFucking Pringle, and much to your dismay, what normally would’ve caused orange-winged monarchs to quiver around in your stomach instead provoked bees (as much as you wanted to save them) that left tiny little pricks of pure embarrassment.
You met a warm pair of dark brown eyes that held a certain tranquility, but you quickly turned back around to cover your flustered self.
“Come with me,” the waiter cordially lead you to a table and you could’ve tripped on air in response to the lack of dignity you had in this moment, but by the grace of the universe, which you barely trusted at this point, managed to get to the table without toppling over your sad self.
As soon as you were seated, eyes scoured the environment to search for those same pair of brown eyes that had met yours for a short second in time before you descended into disgrace. They were nowhere to be found for now, as Wonwoo and his brother were still in the waited seating area of the restaurant.
Maybe a tall glass of a little something special could’ve helped you get over your blunder and loneliness, which brought you here in the first place, but sure, a glass of water, I’m driving home tonight, no ice please worked just as fine.
Pouting a taut pair of pillows, you breathed in a pathetic pocket of air and sipped as the sight of the waiter leading only Wonwoo’s brother to a table. Perhaps Wonwoo had gone to wash his hands free of sin, but what sin did this boy commit, who you deemed a shy angel in your eyes, or maybe he’d gone and only dropped his brother off as a you owe me bro solid in exchange for a punch on the shoulder.
Maybe Wonwoo had a date of his own tonight, but the bare thought of that sent tiny bubbles into your straw, because you were getting caught up in the mere thought of this certain Jeon Wonwoo, who you’d just noticed was clad in an attire opposite his brother, who wore a button up rolled up to his elbows and slacks--a navy blue sweater paired with jeans and sneakers.
Who you’d just noticed…
Push, push these thoughts out! Goddammit this was your treat yourself night on the night of singles over doubles, celebrating you for some capitalistic reason, where that big plate would show up to your table anytime soon, but a faux smile from the waiter who wrongfully deceived you in the greatest act of treachery brought two plates to the table next to you.
Well shit, at least you’d get a look at Wonwoo again, who was seated with a ghost across the table, fiddling with his thumbs, to which you found extremely endearing because Jeon Wonwoo was an incredibly wholesome boy that you just really wanted to laugh at, with his nose scrunch, at your excruciatingly corny jokes.
Wonwoo’s eyes behind his specs found yours once again, as you continued to stare off into the realm of nothing while reevaluating your current life choices, but immediately deterred to this hands, thus you found yourself in sheer chagrin for the nth time tonight.
It’d be a few minutes before your food would arrive, so you left your trench coat on the back of the chair and trod to the restroom.
An eagle soaring over the vast region, eyeing its prey, your frenzied overlook at the restaurant was maybe more for the fact that your food was just being delivered to your table, or that Wonwoo kid.
Your heel felt entirely uncomfy but it was nothing that a minor tug on your shoe could fix, and while running a hand over your head trying to regain stability, you wobbled slightly but stood up straight after. Oddly enough, your mind was fixated on those two aforementioned things, ahem, someone, hence your dumbass to sort of stumble but not fall to the point of oh my fucking god you idiot into a dark-fabric covered shoulder.
Right before smoothing out you outfit, “I’m so sorry, I wasn’t paying attention, Y/N,” rang in your ears for quite some time.
“No, no, don’t worry about it, um...Wonwoo! It’s my fault, I was just too excited that my food came,” you tried to play it cool and brush it off your shoulder, but all there was was dust, mixed with your confusion and distress.
Wonwoo’s hand reached up to tousle his side swept, charcoal colored hair and he chuckled, emitting an unmitigated radiance you’d only ever found to shine for him.
The stiff tension wasn’t fraught, somehow you found it to be quite natural, and the genial tone between both you and Wonwoo was very evident. He took a small breath in, “Um, no offense, really...I  don’t want this to sound rude, so please don’t take this the wrong way because I don’t intend for this to come off the way it sounds but,” Wonwoo shifted his glasses a little.
It was Valentine’s Day, and it felt like being punched in the guts February 13th when someone cackled in your face at the thought of them taking you out, so you didn’t really know what to regard as rude anymore. For all you cared, Wonwoo could sock you in the face for being a stumbling idiot and you would fall to your knees and thank him.
A pause invaded the scene once more, and you clung onto Wonwoo’s words, wanting to know in what possible way he could be rude to you.
“Why are you sitting alone? I’m not judging by all means, but it’s the most barf-inducing yet “romantic” day of the year, and you managed to brace this face of not caring about this ludicrous holiday.”
You didn’t know what to expect with Wonwoo, no one ever did, as he was in a corner one day, to clapping his hands in laughter the next. If this was his definition of rude, anything you’ve ever done would be sinister.
Wonwoo was nothing but wholesome. And you reveled at the mere thought, well, you had the embodiment of precious in the flesh at your sight.
“Wonwoo, don’t apologize for that,” you said, “and evidently I don’t have a valentine, so I decided to treat myself out to dinner tonight. I mean, who cares about lover birds when you could be a lonely bird?”
A simper played out on lips, and thankfully it didn’t convey pity.
The thought came up in you, similar to what Wonwoo had just asked you and deemed “rude”.
“Wait, but Wonwoo, now I have a right to ask why you’re here by yourself?”
He almost looked like he was caught off guard, but shook his head assertively, “My younger brother has a date tonight and asked if I’d drop him off, then uh, I got hungry so I just had to stay and eat–”
It wasn’t a date after all, and you hated that you went out on a limb. But shit, your food had been sitting there for a good 2 minutes whilst you were getting caught up in your mutual loneliness with Jeon Wonwoo.
Wonwoo gaped his mouth a tad bit open to recollect his thoughts, but you were almost impatient because you had a fine ass boy in front of you, wanting to tell you everything, yet you felt like you were interrupting him with your gestures, and you had a plate back at the table.
“And then I saw you here, which compelled me to stay more than their Valentine’s Day dinner discount,” had left his mouth, come again?
There were no feelings of complex emotion coursing raw through your veins, you were simply dumbfounded and delighted.
“Y/N, can I join you at your table?”
bruh so my school’s broadcast/news televisor/tv did a segment on being by urself on valentine’s day yesterday so i rushed to the fucking library to write it asap and usually it takes me a week to plan out the plot but i wrote the plot for this in half a lunch period and wrote it last night and today

Frans Week 2018 Day 1: Game On
@fransweek
It’s supposed to sci-fi and fantasy, so I hope an SAO-version of GamerTale will suffice. ^^ ~~~~~~ The sun had long begun to set on the horizon, its final red rays peeking past some nearby mountains. Tucked away in the hills laid a noble but small village, with most of the lights starting to appear out of the windows of homes as evening began to settle down.
Merchants soon packed up their shops and started to head back home while children who ran around the marketplace all day grew weary and tired. Soon enough, some of the older children and maids who accompanied them carried the little youngsters on their backs as they too headed for the path back to the orphanage.
All in all, it was a peaceful, quiet evening. Not a single beast-like creature was stirring near the village. Even if one of them were to approach it, there were guards keeping watch all night, stationed at the battlements on the walls surrounding the town. This was the usual routine of many warriors and soldiers who decided to drop by the village or had a home there.
And yet here she was. Stuck in a cave deep in the mountains. Somewhere much too far away from her warm, comforting home.
As a swordswomen, her battle gear was simple and sufficient. In her right hand, she held her silver sword that bore red designs on its hilt and in her left hand, her silver shield with the Delta Rune engraved at its front. On top of her usual outfit which consisted of a blue and red battle skirt, a long-sleeved purple shirt, black tights and brown combat boots, she wore a chest protector, arm bracers and leg protectors, all shining within that dark cave. On her back was a grey knapsack she brought with her for her explorations and a light shield holder made of porous stone and on her waist was a belt with a scabbard for her sword.
Although her stature was short in comparison to other female warriors, she definitely was not weaker than anyone else by any means. The girl had been raised in the orphanage all her life, and would often hear the stories of old, tales about heroes fighting Monsters and claiming their victories. For weeks, she dreamed of becoming one of those heroes of legend.
But this wasn’t how she wanted to go down in history.
She had been cornered by another mercenary, a fast one, she would add. Someone who was cunning and smart enough to drive her into a cave. She blamed her bad luck for stepping on a loose stone and falling deep into a crevasse. At least there was somewhat of an air pocket in there, and she still had some kindle and matches in her bag, along with a torch, to make a fire to keep herself warm. In fact, there was a lit torch at her feet, ignited merely seconds ago.
But the minute she strike her match against the wood, she heard the nearby sound of footsteps. It was faint and very quick, only lasting for a few seconds, but she could still hear it from a mile away. It was one of her special skills. As soon as she heard the foreign sound, she unsheathed her sword and shield, looking around very cautiously. Her brown eyes darted left and right every few seconds, her mind alert for any other sudden sounds and movements.
Soon enough, the sound of footsteps returned, sounding faint and faraway. This time, however, they were slow and steady, almost as if someone was wandering around the small cave as well. As the footsteps approached her, she adopted a defensive stance, holding her shield in front of her body and her sword above her head.
Before long, she could catch a glimpse of the person even in those weak rays of light coming from the torch. The figure in front of her was about the same height as her, and as he stepped closer to her, she could see that the figure wore a white tank top underneath a blue jacket with its sleeves ripped off, a pair of ripped jeans and hiking boots. In his shaggy snowy white hair was a navy blue bandana and he wore black half finger gloves. Around his waist was a scabbard for a curved sword, a holder for a slingshot and a pocket for what she would assume to be rocks as ammunition.
He had the appearance and the demeanor of a thief, if she were to be very honest with herself.
“What’cha up to, little girl?” He slurred his words, staring at her with mischievous and cheeky eyes, his hands in his jacket pockets. “Lost your way, huh?”
The female warrior gritted her teeth. “No, I think the proper words should be ‘you cornered me to this crevasse’,” She spat at him, her voice laced with sarcasm.
The boy laughed in amusement, his face sporting a wide grin. “Sucks to be you then,” He spoke, not even answering her words. “Either way, we’re both stuck here, in this cave,” He continued in a matter-of-fact tone.
“Great,” She muttered under her breath before facing him again, pointing her sword at his face before he could take another step forward. “Don’t even try to rob me and beat me up, you bandit. I am NOT as weak as you think I am,”
Her words sounded as if they could pierce through stone and her tone could have made knees crumble and shiver. But deep down inside, she was rather scared. And this thief could tell.
He took a step forward despite the fact that a sword was pointed at his face. Out of instinct, she took a step back, clearly intimidated by his bold act. “Look, there isn’t a reason for us to be at each other’s throats, yeah? We don’t have to fight like savages-”
“Says the man who chased me into this damn cave!” She snapped at him, cutting him off. “If you hadn’t, maybe I would spare you from your tomfoolery,”
He laughed again. “Tomfoolery? Is that what you think I am? A thief?”
How the hell did he know what I was thinking?! Perhaps this was a special skill that thieves had, a way to interpret language and classify it under a category. Whatever it was, he was good at it.
He stepped closer to her and she stepped back again, the torch no longer at her feet but at his. “Well, if you must really know why I was chasing you into this cave, I’ll tell ya,” He said before narrowing his eyes at her. Any traces of a jokester in him had disappeared in an instant.
“You’re hiding something from me, aren’t you, little girl?”
She was baffled. “What?”
“You know what I mean, swordswoman,” He continued, trudging footsteps closer to her, not stopping after a single step this time, and the girl had no choice but to step backwards every time he came near her. Soon enough, the fire from the lit torch was about a metre away and she was almost cornered to the walls of the crevasse.
Meanwhile, he had kept talking. “Or should I call you, ‘Frisk’?”
She hitched a small gasp in shock and surprise. “How do you know my-”
“Name? Heh,” He clicked his tongue as his hands were removed from his pockets. “Let’s just say that I have my sources,” He replied, a smirk on his face once more.
As soon as her back hit the wall, she knew that she was in for a bad time. Before she could react, his lightning fast hands had grabbed her arms and ripped her shield and sword out of her hands. It wasn’t very helpful that her hands were in cold sweat too, probably because the cave was cold as hell. In fact, now she couldn’t help but wonder, how could this boy wear clothing without sleeves and still have warm hands?
As soon as she was disarmed, the boy planted his hands on the wall, right next to the girl’s head, to support himself as he leaned in closer to her. A few minutes ago, she wasn’t afraid of this boy at all. But now…
“Who are you?” She asked timidly, half expecting an answer, half afraid of receiving it. “What do you want from me?”
His sky blue eyes bore into her brown ones as he dipped his head to her neck, his hot breath against her skin sending shivers down her spine. She shut her eyes tightly, frightened for her life.
There was a silence in the cave that seemed to last for ages. Until…
“Knock knock,”
At this, her eyes snapped open, a flabbergasted expression on her face. She felt inclined to not answer, but she figured out that the choice to do so was not smart. She wasn’t armed, and he was.
“Uh… Who’s there?” She just replied, uncertainty in her voice.
“Dishes,”
“Dishes… who?”
“Dishes a bad joke,” He finished his joke with a hearty laugh, and at that she could feel the gears in her head turning. This joke… I’ve heard of it before… !
“S-Sans?” She murmured to herself, her eyes widened in shock. “Is that… you?”
He stepped away from the wall, stuffing his hands into his pockets again. “The one and only,” He proclaimed proudly, winking at her. “Didja really think that you could hide your ‘little secret’ from me, sweetie?”
She bit her bottom lip while smiling, an embarrassed, shy look on her face, but she felt much more relaxed now. “Maybe…?”
“Right,” He looked at her with a knowing face before staring at her at eye-level. “Gonna have to work on those skills, kiddo. It ain’t working on me-”
He didn’t have time to finish before she leaned in and pecked his lips, holding it there for a long while. Slowly, she wrapped her hands around his neck and tilted her head to the side in order to deepen the kiss. Soon, he coiled his arms around her figure as well and closed his eyes as he enjoyed every second of the kiss.
As they broke away, Frisk winked at him. “You know I think it’ll be a lot better if I kiss you in real life, Sans,”
Sans nodded back in reply. “Sure, little girl. Anything you want,”
~~~~~~
In the real world, Frisk slowly took off the VR headset on her head, shaking her head slightly to readjust herself back to the real world, to remind herself that she was not in a cave but in her own room, on her comfy bed. As the seconds ticked by, she raised her fingers to her lips, gently touching them as she remembered the incident that had occured merely moments before.
Just then, the door opened and a familiar grinning skeleton sauntered into the room, sporting a cheeky yet caring smile.
“You didn’t tell me that you started playing Delta Kingdom, Frisky,” He smirked at her, a knowing look written all over his face.
“I wanted it to be a surprise,” She replied, as sly as a fox. “But you just had to go change your appearance and ruin it like that,” She complained, though she was smiling.
The skeleton strolled over to her bed and sat down, crawling to the teenage girl’s side. He wrapped his left arm around her petite figure while his free hand rested on her chin, cueing her to turn and face him. “Aw, I’m sorry for ruining the surprise,” He chuckled before leaning closer to her. “Mind if I make it up to you?”
Frisk had attempted to pull of a pouty face at him, but she was silenced as soon as he leaned in closer to her. She sighed softly as her cheeks turned beet red. “You’d better,” She giggled as she closed her eyes and felt his lips against hers for the second time that day. It felt as if hours had passed before they pulled away from each other.
There was a glint of excitement in her eyes, and a bit of competitive spirit in his.
“Game on, Frisk,” He muttered to her in a low voice. “Game on.”
