bruce likes golf

like really really likes golf

when he was younger he really wanted to be a detective, he guess he kinda is one if you thought about it in a roundabout way

dick is a health nut

like multiple protein shakes a day, avoids junk food for the most part, he really likes rice cakes, etc etc

but he always has junk food for when his brothers are over at his apartment

jason gets addicted to things really easily so he tries to stay away from things like drugs, alcohol, and excessive amount of caffeine and sugar

instead of one giant streak of white, i think jason would have something more along the lines of pre-mature graying

(i think that can happen when you're under excessive amount of stress for long time, don't quote me on that)

he has scars from trying to give himself piercings as a teen

he also has like three tiny stick and poke tattoos (also from when he was a teen)

all his electronics are from way back when. like he has a box tv, a landline, and even an iphone 4(no one really knows how it still works)

the only games tim has on his photo are games like sudoku, crosswords, and puzzles

he also only watches hours long youtube videos, things like 'i spent 1000 days in hardcore minecraft' or any video essay as long as it something he's interested in

tim also likes to read fanfics

mostly ship fics of red robin and superboy because he thinks it's funny to send them to kon

when he was ten or so he had a youtube gaming channel but the audio and quality are so bad you can't really tell it's him(they're bad because he literally just looked up 'headphones with mic' and 'web cam for youtube' and chose the first options

WHAT brush do you use the little ethereal blur effect drives me nuts i love it so much

(i use CSP) well, the specific brush i use changes (rn i use mameo ink for lineart, but i've also used the gasa gaya line pen a lot as well—for coloring i use thin gouache) but if you're referring to the slight blur on my lineart, that's not something that i get from a brush! i'll demonstrate:

here's a doodle of moon. it's pretty cute as is, but i like to add something more.

so, what i do is copy and paste the lineart. usually if it's a higher effort piece i color it first, but for this one black is fine.

and then after that comes the crucial part: i gaussian blur the second lineart layer, while leaving the original untouched. this adds a particular soft quality without actually compromising the lineart.

from there, i lower the opacity of the blur to keep it from being overpowering. just a subtle touch of softness is more than enough!

compare the first moon with the one where i applied the blurring. you'll find the difference is subtle, but vital to adding a soft quality that i really enjoy in my art!

Clothes of Skyrim, Part I: Overview

It is officially the weekend, so I'm going to spend some time compiling my thoughts about how clothing in Skyrim should have looked, instead of the sloppy, bland, generic-fantasy outfits that we actually got.

Above all, Nordic dress is practical. Living in such a harsh climate means prioritizing warmth and coverage over the whims of fashion. This is not to say that Nord clothing is plain - on the contrary, decorative embroidery, accents, and accessories serve as expressions of an individual’s taste and personality, advertise their clan or family affiliation, and can serve magical functions (such as runes and charms embroidered or woven into the cloth).

A variety of materials and textiles are used for Nord clothing, chiefly wool, leather, fur, cotton, and linen. Cotton, spun from the native tundra cotton plant, and linen, spun from flax grown on the White Plains, is most commonly used in the central and southern holds. Wool, leather, and fur dominate the styles of the northern regions and mountainous settlements. Wool is sourced from both sheep and domesticated goats, while leather is primarily crafted from the hides of cows and deer (though wolf leather is not uncommon, due to their abundance in the region).

Color is an important component of Nords’ sartorial expression. Homemade clothes are frequently colored with plant-based dyes, such as woad blue, brown dyes from nut shells, red madder (a more expensive dye), or yellow dyes made from the weld plant or even discarded onionskins. While more vibrant colors and more expensive hues (such as crimson and scarlet, purple, deep blues and bright greens) can be out of reach for most Nords, a dyed skein of yarn or spool of thread is a less expensive option than a bolt of cloth. Colorful embroidery, stitched during the long cold winters, is added to all garments, even undyed clothes.

Many households in Skyrim spin their own thread and yard and weave the cloth for their clothes on household looms. More expensive imported textiles, such as patterned cloth, silk, muslin, and cotton velvet can be seen on the wealthier citizens of Skyrim’s cities. Among farmers and hunters, clothing is almost universally homemade. Tradesmen in cities might buy a few pieces made by tailors, particularly their outermost garments. The quality of their exterior garments is a reflection of their success, but their underclothes and other items are still made themselves or by those in their household. Skyrim’s wealthy elite have all of their clothes, even underclothes and stockings, made by craftsmen, or they import fashionable clothes from other Imperial provinces. Shoes are the exception to this rule - due to the degree of skill required in making them, all but the poorest citizens purchase their footwear from cobblers.

Furs and leather from wild game and livestock are used for trims and linings or for whole pieces of clothing (such as hats and cloaks). The type of furs used to make or line clothing are another indication of status. Common folk will use sheepskin and the fur of rabbits and squirrels, while warriors and wealthier citizens might be seen sporting furs from foxes, bears, wolves, or sabre cats. Troll pelts are especially prized among warriors as a mark of strength and status, and are known for their exceptional warmth.

I’ve wanted to talk more about Steph’s run as Batgirl because I’m genuinely fascinated by it, but I keep starting and then abandoning posts because they inevitably spiral out of my control. In an attempt to illustrate my problem, allow me to wax poetic for a bit about a single line that has bugged me for years:

Context:

This page comes in the first issue. Steph is running around in Cass’s Batgirl costume and it keeps getting damaged, so she says…this.

And if you’re a more casual reader, you’re probably saying right now, “So what? It’s just a joke, a quip. It doesn’t mean anything. Why the hell is this post so long for something as small as that?”

In answer, I give you this:

Yeah. 

Stephanie Brown knows how to sew. Stephanie Brown specifically knows how to sew, fix and maintain superhero costumes. Because she makes her own. And it’s not like that’s some kind of deep cut; those panels are from a Secret Files and Origins story that Chuck Dixon (Steph’s creator) wrote, but all you really have to do is know Steph’s story and use some basic logic: she is literally a self-made superhero. Of course she makes her own costumes. Where else would she get them?

And I want to be clear here – this is a skill. One that Stephanie would have to cultivate and that she should be proud of. Costuming is hard enough when you’re trying to make something that’s just intended to be worn for a few hours at a convention a couple of times a year. Steph’s Spoiler gear is literally full-body, covering head-to-toe twice over, and built to stand up to regular rooftop parkour, motorcycling, fisticuffs, gunfights, knife fights, dips into Gotham Bay and the occasional fire. It’s almost certainly made out of thick, quality cloth and leather, both of which are hard to work with but vital if you’re creating something that’s designed to protect you.

She built that costume from scratch at least twice and maintained it, by herself, with no Bat support, financial or otherwise, for years. It is absolutely a skill and a credit to her as a character, not to mention foundational to her entire origin story and her whole independent “you can’t tell me what to do” attitude.

And this one line… takes that all away for the sake of a cheap, generic quip. 

What’s extra frustrating about this whole thing is that, in going with this lazy, cliche joke, they missed a golden opportunity to actually show her character.

Imagine if, instead of this page where we’re leering at her in the shower for no reason, we got a short scene in which Steph sits down at her sewing machine to fix the costume… and realizes that she only has purple cloth and thread. That would be a subtle symbolic moment for what's supposedly the central theme of this book, that Steph "just can't help" but be a bright and happy "burst of color" in contrast to the darkness of Gotham and the other Bats. 

She could then hesitate, wonder if maybe this is a sign, maybe she should just stop… and then persist anyway, filling in the gaps with “her” color (as if Babs and Helena didn’t wear it first but that’s another rant). That would establish her as stubborn, resourceful, tenacious, and someone who doesn’t let superficial appearances get in her way.

Plus, remember, this is Cass’s Batgirl costume, it already has a stitched-together aesthetic; she could make it work. And as a bonus, you’d get the interesting symbolism of it looking like her old Spoiler gear is trying to burst out from inside this costume that doesn’t quite fit her (because Cass is smaller than she is in a couple of different places) and, due to the placement of the cuts we see later on, it’d even be a neat visual transition between this temporary look and the one she wears as her permanent Batgirl gear.

But, no. All we got was a cliche quip and the implication that Stephanie cares more about Being Batgirl than she does her own safety, comfort or modesty.

But you know what really, really drives me nuts about this line? 

There is no way for us as readers to know whether it was an intentional change to Steph’s characterization or just a careless, thoughtless joke. 

The latter would be bad enough, as it implies that the people in charge of this character’s big spotlight starring role neither know nor care about the fundamental basics of who she is as a person and think that Batman handed her everything. But if it’s a deliberate change? That would imply a lot worse.

Because sewing, you see, is women’s work. In our dominant culture, it’s viewed as a feminine skill and a girly hobby. And our very special heroine simply can’t be shown to have girly interests or hobbies. That would make her… like other girls.

Even if that’s not a conscious mindset, I can see that being why the (entirely cisgender male) creativity team valued the skill so little they didn’t even think before tossing it aside for a joke. Frankly, given how the series goes on to treat both Steph and literally all of the women around her, I would not be surprised in the slightest.

But that’s a topic for another day. 

For now, I hope I've made my point. People are going to think I'm exaggerating when I say this but I really believe it’s true: the entire series is like this. If you read it in a vacuum and don't think about it, it seems perfectly functional, but the second you bring in outside context or start questioning things even a little, it all falls apart. And instead of drawing on Steph's established history and personality to make her a compelling and unique protagonist, it strips her down to nothing but shallow cliches to render her out as little more than a blank, generically quirky cipher for insecure people to project themselves onto.

It’s honestly depressing.

Hi Seek, when I was reading all of your comments about Zendaya, I have to admit that something just didn’t sit right with me.  And, now I think I know what it is — the tone and the implicit assumption that you/we completely understand what it takes to “make it” as a Black woman in this industry enough so that you/we can ostensibly make a judgement about her career choices.  The fact of the matter is — we can’t.  So, when you said the following, I know that you attempted to compliment Zendaya and acknowledge the racism she faced, but there is also an underlying condescending tone here that she “should have known better” than to go that route.  That she needs to hurry up and make better decisions. 

Zendaya is more known for being Zendaya than anything else. She has undeniable star power that is almost completely derived from her grace under pressure (after the Guiliana Rancic issue) and the fashion maneuvering of her and her stylist to make her into an It Girl. It was an excellent strategy, her publicity team should be applauded for it. 

But she needs a win if she’s going to be taken seriously as an Actor and not just an It Girl. 

I am not black (I’m brown) and yes, I am making the assumption that you are white.  The brutal honesty is that we can NEVER know what it is like for Zendaya to maneuver through the trenches of Hollywood as a Black woman, even one who is light-skinned.  We are completely unaware of what “winning” roles she may have never been offered that could have showcased her acting chops.   It may be that her and Law acknowledged this barrier and decided to use fashion as a means to propel her name recognition, with the hopes that down the line she would then be offered more robust acting roles.  And, it seems like their plan is working.  We can’t assume that everyone is starting from the same baseline, some of us have to traverse a completely different route to reach a modicum of acclaim.

And yes, I know that you said “She needs a solid win, since we all know how brutal the industry can be— especially to Black women,” but you proceeded that statement with “She’s a media darling that has far more hype than credits to her name.”  Sorry, but they don’t match up.  There’s a disconnect there.  Yes, we are free to criticize people’s choices, but in mentioning how brutal the industry can be to a Black woman, we also cannot omit the difficult choices she had to make and the perseverance she had to commit to while dodging racist assumptions.  That of which was enacted to make it as a “media darling,” which frankly sounds misogynistic and condescending in itself.  Perhaps a more apt description would be “widespread name recognition”.

Another thing: when using the word “parasocial” to describe how others relate to celebrities, be aware of how you may be embodying those same characteristics simultaneously.  Case in point:

Bestie I know we on the internet like to believe in the parasocial relationship we’ve created with these people but I do not believe Zendaya has come to realize that her working relationship with Sam Levinson is a terrible idea. 

Sam Levinson is a terrible person but Zendaya is not fooled or tricked or hitched a wagon she regrets. She is his willing co-pilot. 

The phrase “I do not believe Zendaya has come to realize that her working relationship with Sam Levinson is a terrible idea” has parasocial qualities written into it, as well as, “Zendaya is not…hitched a wagon she regrets”.  How the heck would anyone know that, but her?  Again, these sorts of statements also omit hugely influential factors such as limited role availability to women of color.  I’m going to stop here with the parasocialness because it just drives me nuts how people discuss parasocial behavior and then go on to enact it in the same vein. 

In sum, yeah, I took this seriously.  Yeah, I spent time on it.  But, in discussing racial inequalities, time is the least of my worries.  I felt strongly enough to write this up and point out incongruities.  I saw some subtle shade here and I needed to call it out.  Can you self-reflect just this one time? I promise you will still be you if you give yourself the space to do so.

There’s a whole lot here and I can tell from the tone and length you thought a LOT about this so I’ll be kind, but there is a whole lot of requests for self reflection here that isn’t necessary. I’m not white, nor are any of my comments misogynistic or racist. There’s no tone, except one that you seem to be projecting and your conclusions are also just that— projections based on what you think is happening versus what I actually said. You are making an awful lot of assumptions about me, my frame of thinking, and of my intent but I knew the stans would come for me so I got time tonight.

Let’s work with indisputable facts:

Zendaya currently has less than 5 credits to her name that aren’t Disney created or affiliated.

Of those 5, she is the lead in (1)

That being a movie that was made in the first wave of COVID in Los Angeles, which she has discussed its origins at length… along with her close and companionable relationship with Sam Levinson.

Her stylist making maneuvers to get her on people’s radar isn’t an opinion, it was an actual strategy they’ve been public about to make her have relevance.

Her first major “star” moment was in 2016 when Guiliana Rancic was racist as shit to her, with an Instagram response that was widely praised.

Sam Levinson is a close collaborator that she thanks profusely, enjoys working with and supports his vision— at least for Rue.

It’s a bit nonsensical to say “because she is a Black woman in the industry we can’t criticize the choices she made to get to where she is”

we?? Absolutely can?? That sure is something to say that she’s immune to criticism— and hear me, this criticism involves her creating a movie during the first wave of COVID in Los Angeles with Sam Levinson of all people— because she’s a Black woman in Hollywood. Are we really going to sit here and say people are completely immune from any (frankly light) criticism if they’re a part of a marginalized community? She’s a billionaire who doesn’t know I exist and my commentary on said choices aren’t parasocial, they’re critiques… though barely, since if you read my post you’d see in the tags I specifically talk about the double standard she faces compared to Tom Holland. The brunt of this “win” she needs isn’t on her, but for her— since again, we all know how Hollywood treats Black women.

Parasocial is whatever this ask is, arguing in defense of a woman who needs none and against something I never said or implied— especially towards me who has spent years of my life defending her, especially in playing MJ, on this hellsite.

I’ll never miss a chance to self-reflect but if that self-reflection involves saying she can do no wrong simply because of who she is, that’s going to be a hard pass. Two things can be true at once: she’s had to make some intensely difficult choices with limited options. And at least one of her choices was abjectly terrible.

It would be parasocial to believe anyone should have to do otherwise.

Edible (and Non-edible) Plants & Flowers Throughout the United States [Part 1]

The following plants, flowers and mushrooms can be found throughout the United States, so identifying and harvesting, as well as being able to identify their edible parts, is undoubtedly priceless information in the event of a SHTF situation. You should discuss the safety of ingesting these plants and flowers if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.

Acorns (Quercus)

How to identify it: There are two basic types of acorn -- red acorns and white acorns; their color depends on the type of oak they come from. Acorns can generally be identified by their cups, shape, color, and size. Overall, acorns are ball-shaped or oval or some have ridges on them; and the woody cup of acorns can be hairy, scaly or smooth. Mature acorns are brown, black or red.

Where to find it: Acorns are the nuts of oak trees, and so naturally the best place to find acorns is in the drip-line of oak trees.

Edibility & flavor: Acorns taste bitter if they're not leached; however, when roasted, they have a sweetish, nutty flavor. Acorns must be boiled or soaked in water to remove the tannin, which will turn the water a brownish color. This water should be thrown out and replaced and the process repeated until the water no longer turns brown.

Benefits: Effectively controls blood sugar levels; rich in complex carbs, minerals & vitamins; lower fat content than other nuts; good source of fiber.

Caution: Acorns contain tannins, which can be toxic in large amounts and can prevent you from absorbing nutrients. Too much tannin has been linked to cancer and liver disease.

Burdock (Arctium lappa)

How to identify it: Has large, wavy-edged leaves that are light-colored, woolly on the underside and darker and smoother on the top side. Stalks can grow 4 to 5 feet; flowers are pink and purple with hooked bracts that can adhere to fur and clothes.

Where to find it: Found in pastures, fencelines, and disturbed areas with little competition from surrounding foliage.

Edibility & flavor: Peel the outer layer before eating; can be eaten raw or cooked. Raw burdock is earthy and kind of bittersweet like an artichoke.

Benefits: Contains tons of antioxidants, purifies the blood, may serve as an aphrodisiac, and can treat skin issues (such as acne and eczema).

Caution: Burdock can grow alongside and closely resemble belladonna nightshade, which is toxic. Burdock is also a natural diuretic, so don't ingest it if you're dehydrated.

Catnip (Nepeta cataria)

How to identify it: Catnip is a member of the mint family and, aside from a characteristic minty scent, can also be identified by its square stems and its green to gray-green foliage covered in fine hairs.

Where to find it: Catnip thrives in poor soil conditions, so look for it along railroad tracks, open meadows and fields, along fences and near old houses, near streams and in other areas you'd also expect to find weeds.

Edibility & flavor: Catnip can be eaten raw but has a strong mint flavor; the ideal way of ingesting it is as a tea.

Benefits: Contains antioxidants and other medicinal compounds such as nepetalactone (sedative), thymol (anti-inflammatory), and pinene (antioxidants, antimicrobial, neuroprotective). Catnip also contains calming qualities that promote relaxation.

Caution: Can cause headaches and vomiting in high doses.

Chanterelle Mushrooms (Cantharellus cibarius)

How to identify it: Vary in color from almost white to deep yellow to almost orange. Their caps begin flat-shaped, then become funnel-shaped. The edges curl with age and become wavy or lobed. The stems are solid and smooth and paler at the base.

Where to find it: The best places to find Chanterelles are in mixed hardwood forests, especially around oaks, maples, beeches, poplars and birches. In Southern regions, they can be found beneath blueberry bushes.

Edibility & flavor: Chanterelles can be eaten raw, but caution is advised. If possible, eating them cooked is preferable. They have a slightly fruity taste, sometimes with a hint of apricot or peach flavor, minus the sweetness.

Benefits: Rich in Vitamin D, boosts immunity, and strengthens bones.

Caution: Somewhat similar to jack-o-lantern mushrooms, which are toxic and can cause intense cramps and digestive issues.

Common Mullein (Verbascum thapsus)

How to identify it: Mullein's defining features emerge in its second year, when it develops a tall, erect stem, growing up to 2 to 7 feet tall. It has soft leaves and yellow flowers.

Where to find it: Common mullein is found in neglected meadows and pasture lands, especially along fence roads, railroad tracks, in vacant lots, wood edges, forest openings, and industrial areas.

Edibility & flavor:

Benefits: Includes beneficial compounds such as saponins, flavonoids, phenylethanoid, iridoids, which are antioxidants, antibacterials, antivirals, and anti-inflammatories.

Caution: Skin contact with mullein can cause skin conditions, such as contact dermatitis.

Common Sheep Sorrel (Rumex acetosella)

How to identify it: Grows as a rosette of arrow-shaped leaves joined by a creeping root system. Every spring, its rosettes blossom into reddish upright flowers.

Where to find it: Located in open, disturbed areas, such as pastures, meadows, roadsides, and rights-of-way. Prefers gravelly and/or sandy soils and doesn't tolerate shade.

Edibility & flavor: The leaves and roots are edible raw or cooked. It has a slightly sour, tangy flavor due to its levels of oxalic acid.

Benefits: Historically used to treat inflammation, scurvy, diarrhea and, according to some limited research, heart issues and cancer. Contains antioxidants and nutrients like Vitamin C, fiber and magnesium.

Caution: Can cause kidney stones in large amounts, as well as damage to the kidneys, liver, and digestive organs.

Common Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)

How to identify it: Wild Yarrow typically has white or, rarely, pink flowers; cultivated, it can have yellow, orange, pink or red flowers. The stems are grooved and have small, woolly hairs. Smells distinctly of pine needles.

Where to find it: Prefers sunny locations on thin, sandy soils, such as along roadsides or in fields, waste areas, canyon bottoms, subalpine zones, and even on lawns.

Edibility & flavor: Can be eaten raw or cooked, and has a somewhat bitter flavor.

Benefits: Treats digestive issues, such as ulcers and IBS, bloating, diarrhea, stomach pain, and constipation. Contains compounds that aid in digestion.

Caution: Can slow blood clotting, so avoid ingesting if you're bleeding or have a bleeding disorder. Yarrow can also cause an allergic reaction in people allergic to ragweed and other plants in the Asteraceae / Compositae family.

Dandelions (Taraxacum)

How to identify it: Both flowers in the above photo are dandelions. The white puffball upon which many people blow to scatter its seeds into the wind is what the yellow flowers mature into. These yellow flowers grow on single, unbranching, hollow stems and the leaves are lobed and produce a milky sap.

Where to find it: Dandelions can generally be found anywhere -- in lawns, gardens, parks, meadows, pastures, and disturbed areas. They prefer shade but they still thrive in hotter locations with direct sunlight.

Edibility & flavor: Both flower and stem are edible and can be eaten raw or cooked. The best time to harvest the leaves is when they're still young and tender, before they begin to flower.

Choose Your Own Adventure

When I was a kid, was a voracious reader and as I have matured, that has not changed. Recently, my Dad discovered some of my old ‘Choose Your Own Adventure” books that allow the reader to make choices as they read, and those choices which affected the outcome of the story. Now that I am older, I have come to realize that these books are just like life in that our choices are reflected in outcomes. When it comes to the lifestyle, there are many ways people can choose their adventures and while there are well documented ‘wrong ways’ mixed with way more than fifty shady ways people can behave badly, how an individual decides to select and embrace a lifestyle role is unique to them because there is no twue or right way. Where this can cause issues is when people project their definition of a role onto others who have identified with that role.

Sometimes it feels like the lifestyle has too many roles/identifiers but as the lifestyle has grown much more inclusive, there is a need for many labels and I hope the trend of inclusiveness continues so there will be even more choices going forward. It is crazy to think back to when I was introduced to the lifestyle but here were four basic choices dominant, submissive, switch, and slave.  If you look at FetLife now there are about sixty different options. With all the descriptors to pick from, I think it is more important than ever for people to feel free to pick their fit but I think people need to be able to explain what their selected role means to them rather than rely on the assumptions of others.

I thought about how to better clarify what I mean by being better to explain their choices but I think it would be easier if I just used myself as an example. When I am asked, “What kind of dominant are you?” My reply is typically along this line: A mix of traditional/old school shaken but not stirred with a side of ‘daddy’ and since that answer is about as clear as mud, let me add a little color:

While there is a ‘side of daddy’ in my self-labeling, it does not mean sugar. I am not a human ATM to take someone shopping, pay their rent, or buy them a car. The things I am capable of giving are more valuable than all the money in the world because love, leadership, and happiness can never be purchased.

Do not let the daddy part make you think that age regression play, diapers, and the like are desires of mine. While these are yummy for many, they are yucks for me.

While I would love to say I am always strong, I know that I will have moments of struggle, so my submissive will need to be willing to allow me to there for them and in turn, be there for me too.

I do not believe the label of sadist fits because I do not have the desire to hurt someone simply because I can, however, play that includes some pain can be very intimate.

There are those memes that say things like what a dominant wants, they take but I am not a taker, except during play. During play, I LOVE to take what is mine. However, I lead and give guidance outside of play. I am not a d-type that takes because they ‘can’.

There are times and places where I know I need to be strict but I much prefer to keep things fun and playful rather than have things build on protocol and expectation. Protocols are great for those whom it fits but it is not me.

Two of the common themes in the lifestyle are rules plus punishment but while I do believe in a dominant providing structure, I prefer guidelines to rules and while I may correct my submissive, I never punish. If/when I must correct my submissive’s behavior, once the issue is resolved, it is water under the relationship bridge and we are moving forward. It drives me nuts when I see a dominant bring up past issues after the fact.

I am an intelligent human, thus I find intelligence and quality conversation seductive as heck.

Lastly, I feel that the vanilla world must always be part of the balance in a lifestyle relationship. I am confident in my ability to lead both the D/S needs of the relationship along with guiding things through the challenges life presents daily.

The point I am trying to make with my example of describing myself, briefly, (That is briefly for me and now you know why one of my nicknames is Wordie) is that with so many choices people have to describe their role in the lifestyle I believe that it is important to not only to be able to rattle off those often one-word identifiers but to also they also have taken the time to be able to quickly give an overview of why they selected as they have. I think being able to do this also helps keep others from making assumptions based on those quick identifying nuggets. So when you settle on your lifestyle role, take a bit of time to have a plan in place of how you will explain what it means as you start to choose your adventure in the lifestyle.
