For showmanship? The classic canesword. Striking in white and striking down opponents. It looks good, it leaves an impression. It is something that requires practices, though. A wonderful sword, but the pommel is enormous-- which is great when I have issues coming from behind! It has spikes and heft and does what I ask of it. >:] It also snags my clothes constantly. >:[ Goodbye, trumpet and bell sleeves... Still, I enjoy it. Reliable. Sharp. Infamous as the Empress' chosen weapon; intimidation is a fair part of the battle! It has a dragon on it. What more could you ask for?

In general, however, I prefer any sort of rapier. Elegant and dangerous and swift and sharp. And beautifully wrought! There are times for longswords and greatswords and zweihanders and sabres and scimitars and claymores and the rest of them. I like them all! But rapier, my beloved... Dagger, my second beloved...
